- 0:05Speaker 1: My control, Miss Houston.
- 0:06Speaker 2: We are going from five four three two one Grace
- 0:19Speaker 2: X Radio.
- 0:20Speaker 3: What we need right now is a clear message to
- 0:23Speaker 3: the people of this country. This message must be read
- 0:26Speaker 3: in every newspaper, heard on every radio scene, on every television.
- 0:30Speaker 3: This message must resound throughout the empire.
- 0:33Speaker 4: And no, your host, I believe this is going to
- 0:36Speaker 4: be our fine stone.
- 0:59Speaker 5: Hold me, lads are beating up, Oh boy, are they?
- 1:03Speaker 6: Good afternoon and welcome to Chris X Radio. I'm the
- 1:06Speaker 6: aforementioned X Man. Glad to have you here with us
- 1:09Speaker 6: on Chris X Radio. We have assumed control of the
- 1:12Speaker 6: broadcast and we assume to maintain control of this broadcast
- 1:17Speaker 6: for the next two hours. Of course, we're bringing that
- 1:20Speaker 6: gift beyond price, that is almost free. Ladies and gentlemen.
- 1:23Speaker 6: We'd like to bring you the spirit of talk radio
- 1:25Speaker 6: and got a lot to get into today. And it's
- 1:30Speaker 6: there's no such thing as a slow news day anymore.
- 1:32Speaker 6: They don't exist. Every day is filled with insanity, and
- 1:37Speaker 6: of course we'll be covering it even on your Taco
- 1:40Speaker 6: Tuesday edition of the program.
- 1:42Speaker 5: That's right today is Taco Tuesday. I don't know if
- 1:46Speaker 5: I get tacos later. I don't know.
- 1:48Speaker 6: I don't think it's like a law. I think it's
- 1:50Speaker 6: just a custom. But I could have tacos.
- 1:53Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:53Speaker 6: Maybe there's a Chewies not too far from the house.
- 1:57Speaker 6: I can always go over there and need if I
- 1:58Speaker 6: really wanted to. But nonetheless, it is our Taco Tuesday edition.
- 2:02Speaker 6: We could also call it too for Tuesday. Maybe we
- 2:04Speaker 6: could do that.
- 2:06Speaker 5: So there's a lot going on. We'll be getting into it,
- 2:08Speaker 5: by the way.
- 2:09Speaker 6: Coming up at the bottom half of this hour, we're
- 2:12Speaker 6: going to talk with Jared Wallsack. He is the senior
- 2:15Speaker 6: Visiting policy Fellow at the National Taxpayers Union. We're gonna
- 2:20Speaker 6: talk about data centers.
- 2:22Speaker 5: If you guys.
- 2:22Speaker 6: Follow Team betten Court Paul Bettencourt on social media Twitter
- 2:27Speaker 6: or x or Facebook or whatever. He posted about data
- 2:31Speaker 6: centers yesterday a video of him having a conversation about this,
- 2:35Speaker 6: and today we're going to talk with once again Jared Walsac,
- 2:39Speaker 6: that's with the National Taxpayers Union.
- 2:41Speaker 5: We're going to talk about these data centers.
- 2:43Speaker 6: People think they're new and they're worried about them going
- 2:46Speaker 6: in the reality is they've been going in for at
- 2:50Speaker 6: least ten years plus. They've been there a very long time. Now,
- 2:55Speaker 6: what sort of tax exemptions are they getting, what other
- 2:59Speaker 6: aspects are are happening with the You said these data centers,
- 3:05Speaker 6: they take a lot of electricity.
- 3:07Speaker 5: Texas is a little different than other areas.
- 3:09Speaker 6: But I think the only other state that is on
- 3:15Speaker 6: par with the you know, these data centers with Texas
- 3:19Speaker 6: is probably Virginia. Anyway, we'll talk with Jared Wallza coming
- 3:22Speaker 6: up at the bottom of the hour, so make sure
- 3:24Speaker 6: you stick around for that. But this ties in with
- 3:26Speaker 6: what el Senador Paul Bett and Gordon is doing up
- 3:29Speaker 6: there at the Capital, so make sure you stick around
- 3:32Speaker 6: for that. Also, today is the late Senator Lindsey Graham's
- 3:36Speaker 6: funeral is being held at the Washington National Cathedral. President
- 3:40Speaker 6: Trump was speaking earlier. I saw that also he met
- 3:45Speaker 6: with President Trump met was Zelenski and netanyahuo earlier in
- 3:48Speaker 6: the day.
- 3:49Speaker 5: So you've got two issues.
- 3:51Speaker 6: I mean, you get the war in Ukraine between Russia
- 3:55Speaker 6: and Ukraine, and then of course the Iran war, which
- 3:58Speaker 6: by the way, where sort of another negotiating point ifview
- 4:01Speaker 6: will so if we have time, we'll talk a little
- 4:04Speaker 6: bit about that. According to a new poll, James Tallerico
- 4:08Speaker 6: has widened his lead over Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton,
- 4:13Speaker 6: with one other poll out doubt that has them tied.
- 4:16Speaker 6: So we'll get into that. By the way, Tallafreco keep
- 4:19Speaker 6: saying weird things, well, hold on, he's really changed his rhetoric.
- 4:25Speaker 5: I guess it's not that he's keep saying. He keeps
- 4:27Speaker 5: saying some weird things.
- 4:28Speaker 6: He's said tons of weird things on podcasts in the
- 4:31Speaker 6: past and on camera, and it's all coming out as
- 4:34Speaker 6: he goes and tries to distance himself from his self,
- 4:38Speaker 6: which apparently he's done a pretty good job of so far.
- 4:41Speaker 6: If he's got a five point advantage in this new
- 4:44Speaker 6: Texas Tribune poll or well shared it's a Texas public
- 4:47Speaker 6: opinion poll that was shared by the Texas Tribune. Now
- 4:51Speaker 6: take that for what it's worth. But we'll get into that. Also,
- 4:55Speaker 6: President Trump is called on the Senate to delay the
- 4:57Speaker 6: recess until it is passed the Save America Act.
- 5:04Speaker 5: This Save America.
- 5:05Speaker 6: Act has really kind of upset the apple cart, if
- 5:08Speaker 6: you will. It is exposing Republicans. Well, there's just a few,
- 5:15Speaker 6: the ones that don't seem to want election integrity. You
- 5:18Speaker 6: would think here in America in twenty twenty six almost
- 5:24Speaker 6: in twenty twenty four.
- 5:25Speaker 5: I'm two years behind.
- 5:27Speaker 6: In twenty twenty six. You think election integrity would be paramount,
- 5:31Speaker 6: especially with the latest revelations from what was taking place
- 5:34Speaker 6: in New Jersey with over six thousand non citizens on
- 5:38Speaker 6: the voter rolls, what four hundred roughly of them voted
- 5:43Speaker 6: that we know of. I spoke to somebody about this,
- 5:46Speaker 6: and there's more. They're illegal voters all over the country
- 5:49Speaker 6: and we know it. And the only way to really
- 5:52Speaker 6: prove it would be the Save America Act, which somehow
- 5:55Speaker 6: the Democrats have gone back into their bag of tricks.
- 5:57Speaker 5: They're going They're going to the bag.
- 5:59Speaker 6: Listen, Jim Crow two point zero. Here to go, there's
- 6:02Speaker 6: Jim Crow two point zero. But they already used Jim
- 6:04Speaker 6: Crow two point zero like six times. Don't worry, it's
- 6:10Speaker 6: kind of like the race card. It's never maxed out.
- 6:13Speaker 6: They'll keep using the slurs of what the Democrats did
- 6:17Speaker 6: in the past to blame Republicans on why we can't
- 6:19Speaker 6: have well, free and fair elections in our country.
- 6:23Speaker 5: The concepts, huh, it's weird.
- 6:25Speaker 6: Former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director doctor
- 6:29Speaker 6: Anthony Fauci is scheduled to testify tomorrow before the Senate
- 6:34Speaker 6: hold Land, Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. He's going to
- 6:39Speaker 6: be placed in the crosshairs of what's going to be
- 6:41Speaker 6: clearly an aggressive line of questioning from the committee's chairman,
- 6:44Speaker 6: Senator Rand Paul from Kentucky. He's going to be grilled
- 6:48Speaker 6: about why he was lying to the American people, Why
- 6:50Speaker 6: was he telling a different story via his diary that
- 6:56Speaker 6: they were able to find that he was putting on
- 6:58Speaker 6: at the.
- 7:01Speaker 5: At Naiad.
- 7:02Speaker 6: He kind of kept this diary and was basically basically
- 7:05Speaker 6: he was lying to the American people. He was lying
- 7:07Speaker 6: to the President, he was lying to everybody else. He
- 7:10Speaker 6: was really focused on covering his own behind, we'll say that,
- 7:16Speaker 6: and how big of a star he was. He was
- 7:20Speaker 6: really hyper focused on that he was the biggest star
- 7:22Speaker 6: in the world. Tomorrow's going to be interesting because you
- 7:27Speaker 6: got this going on where the guy clearly is lied
- 7:29Speaker 6: and he lied under oath. He's going to be called
- 7:33Speaker 6: out out for that tomorrow. But understand, he's also a
- 7:36Speaker 6: guy that got a pardon dating back ten years from
- 7:40Speaker 6: President Auto Pin. I guess this is the Autopen gave
- 7:43Speaker 6: him the sign the pardon for what he was preemptively
- 7:48Speaker 6: pardoned for crimes that he may have committed during COVID.
- 7:51Speaker 6: Wait what did that hold on? Okay, you're making up
- 7:56Speaker 6: a story, Chris X. You're making this big conspiracy that
- 8:00Speaker 6: the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious
- 8:04Speaker 6: Diseases that he lied to the American people and he
- 8:07Speaker 6: has lied to everybody else. And I he's busted himself
- 8:09Speaker 6: because they found his diary inquiries that he was writing
- 8:12Speaker 6: in over eleven hundred pages. So they found that and
- 8:15Speaker 6: he was lied to beild. He lied under oath about it.
- 8:18Speaker 6: But don't worry. The previous president quote unquote that was
- 8:22Speaker 6: elected under mysterious circumstances gave him.
- 8:25Speaker 5: A pardon, not for what he had done.
- 8:30Speaker 6: But wait, what did he get pardoned for?
- 8:34Speaker 5: Again?
- 8:35Speaker 6: Anyway, Rand Paul has questions. This is where I like
- 8:40Speaker 6: Rand Paul a lot. This is where we're we have
- 8:42Speaker 6: a lot of agreement on things, because he wants to
- 8:45Speaker 6: hold these bureaucrats responsible for what they're doing. And it
- 8:49Speaker 6: is a very difficult job to hold these people responsible.
- 8:53Speaker 6: These people are jerks.
- 8:55Speaker 5: They're schmucks.
- 8:56Speaker 6: I tell you, speaking of President Trump, not that he's
- 9:02Speaker 6: a schmuck. I was imitating him. Settle down, people. President
- 9:07Speaker 6: Trump said yesterday that the US is engaged in very
- 9:10Speaker 6: deep talks with Iran, but Warren Washington is prepared to
- 9:13Speaker 6: resume resume a very strong military action of diplomacy fails,
- 9:19Speaker 6: saying he's agreed to pause plans for expanding the US
- 9:22Speaker 6: military campaign to give negotiations another opportunity. But if for
- 9:28Speaker 6: some reason, I ran as jerking our chain again, I'm
- 9:31Speaker 6: just jerking your Shane. What movie anyone know? A movie which,
- 9:38Speaker 6: by the way, Jim Carrey is a total weirdo, but
- 9:42Speaker 6: he did, I guess because he played more of himself
- 9:46Speaker 6: The Cable Guy. You guys remember that movie bombed, But
- 9:50Speaker 6: Jim Carrey was so effectively crazy in that movie. He
- 9:54Speaker 6: was kind of terrifying and it scared people. People just
- 9:58Speaker 6: couldn't hardly relate to it because of how weird he was,
- 10:02Speaker 6: and we were all used to fuddy.
- 10:04Speaker 5: Jim Carrey at the time.
- 10:06Speaker 6: And then it turns out Jim Carrey probably has more
- 10:08Speaker 6: in common with the Cable Guy than he did with
- 10:11Speaker 6: the other characters that he played. Was very talented comedian actor.
- 10:15Speaker 6: I don't know about anymore, but in one of his
- 10:18Speaker 6: best roles. Actually he played this crazy cable dude and
- 10:23Speaker 6: there's one saying I'm just jerking your Shane.
- 10:26Speaker 5: He had that lisp.
- 10:27Speaker 6: He always had the lisp, and he got punched in
- 10:30Speaker 6: the mouth and he was like, hey, I don't have
- 10:31Speaker 6: the lisp anymore. He gets punched again and it came back.
- 10:34Speaker 6: It's a highly entertaining movie if you can get back
- 10:37Speaker 6: once you understand that they're just actors.
- 10:42Speaker 5: But it is.
- 10:42Speaker 6: It's one of those hard Ben Stiller has had a
- 10:45Speaker 6: lot of these movies that are kind of hard to
- 10:46Speaker 6: watch and then he's got absolute gold. But anyway, once again,
- 10:52Speaker 6: I ran seems to be just jerking our Shane. Every
- 10:56Speaker 6: time they really start getting hit hard, they say, okay,
- 10:58Speaker 6: we want to talk again.
- 10:59Speaker 5: We want to It's the equivalent of.
- 11:03Speaker 6: The schoolyard fight where kids two kids are fighting and
- 11:06Speaker 6: one kid's beating up the other kid and he gets
- 11:08Speaker 6: them down on the ground.
- 11:09Speaker 5: He gets his you know, gets his arms, his knees
- 11:11Speaker 5: over his arms, and he's literally.
- 11:13Speaker 6: About to just smash him in the face open ANDed.
- 11:16Speaker 6: No one can stop it. And then the kid goes, okay, okay,
- 11:18Speaker 6: I give I give I give, I give you, sure
- 11:21Speaker 6: you give, I give, you win, I give, and then
- 11:23Speaker 6: as soon as they get up, the kid wants to
- 11:25Speaker 6: fight again, and then he does it three or four
- 11:28Speaker 6: or five times. Iran seems to continue to do that,
- 11:31Speaker 6: and they're I believe they're going to continue to do
- 11:34Speaker 6: that as long as as we will allow it. So
- 11:36Speaker 6: we'll see another hint that that is the case. An
- 11:40Speaker 6: AI video out of Iran today saw President Trump's wife,
- 11:45Speaker 6: First Lady Milania Trump, and their son Baron, who's twenty
- 11:47Speaker 6: years old, came out today with a it was a
- 11:50Speaker 6: video that was threatening him, talking about how to kill Milania.
- 11:56Speaker 6: And then also this stating is just the beginning Baron
- 11:59Speaker 6: Trump for us going after him.
- 12:01Speaker 5: So that's kind of.
- 12:04Speaker 6: Uh, that's not good. That isn't good at all. So
- 12:09Speaker 6: we can get into that as well. President Trump said
- 12:11Speaker 6: once again he's engaged in deep talks. We'll see if
- 12:15Speaker 6: they actually go anywhere. And then an update from yesterday,
- 12:18Speaker 6: we spoke with Bob Price from bright Bart Texas or
- 12:21Speaker 6: well Breitbart, it's not bright Bart Texas, it's Breitbart in general,
- 12:25Speaker 6: and he mentioned the Biden administration basically allowing illegal aliens
- 12:32Speaker 6: into our country that had active warrants for their arrest
- 12:36Speaker 6: homicide warrant from Mexico.
- 12:38Speaker 5: Ice officers deported a.
- 12:40Speaker 6: Pair of fugitive illegal aliens from Mexico that were wanted
- 12:43Speaker 6: in separate homicide incidents. Despite the Biden administration's active homicide
- 12:51Speaker 6: warrant from Mexico. They knew about it, and they let
- 12:54Speaker 6: the guy go. And there was another one as well.
- 12:57Speaker 6: He's got an updated He released the article today. Bob
- 13:00Speaker 6: Price doing great work over at brightbart all.
- 13:04Speaker 5: Right two eight one five five eight KCV.

- 17:03Speaker 5: Yeah, I talked about this.
- 17:04Speaker 6: Yesterday a little bit a food fighters man. They were
- 17:06Speaker 6: just rocking it and then they just kind of fell
- 17:09Speaker 6: off the table. I don't know what happened. I guess
- 17:11Speaker 6: Dave girl got old and got married and then then
- 17:14Speaker 6: turned out he was a rock star and had a
- 17:16Speaker 6: kid out of wedlock, and everybody was so shocked, Oh
- 17:19Speaker 6: my god, how dare the rock star behave like a
- 17:23Speaker 6: rock star? It really wasn't that shocking that a rock
- 17:27Speaker 6: star had an affair on his wife and actually fathered
- 17:31Speaker 6: a child. I know he had a wife and that kids.
- 17:34Speaker 6: Everybody just thought he was a great family man. I
- 17:35Speaker 6: was like, no, he's kind of a rock star. Not
- 17:38Speaker 6: that he's not a good dude.
- 17:39Speaker 5: Don't imagine.
- 17:40Speaker 6: He's probably a fairly good dude. He's a hell of
- 17:42Speaker 6: a talented musician. Anyway, Welcome back to Chris X Radio.
- 17:46Speaker 6: Glad to have a year back with us. It is
- 17:48Speaker 6: your Taco Tuesday edition of the program. It is also
- 17:52Speaker 6: the day they held the funeral for Lindsey Graham at
- 17:54Speaker 6: the Washington National Cathedral. President Trump spoke earlier, along with
- 17:58Speaker 6: other people. Lindsey Graham was he was liked by a
- 18:01Speaker 6: lot of people. I know, the radical those not the radical,
- 18:06Speaker 6: the people that are dug in on both sides. They're
- 18:08Speaker 6: the ones who really hated guys like Lindsay Graham. There
- 18:11Speaker 6: were times where I'm not a big fan of Lindsay Graham.
- 18:13Speaker 6: I didn't agree with him all the time. Clearly but
- 18:15Speaker 6: he was a believer. He believed in what he said
- 18:18Speaker 6: and what he did, and from what I heard, he
- 18:19Speaker 6: stood up. He was a very stand up guy. And
- 18:22Speaker 6: it's kind of sad he passed away. And then now
- 18:24Speaker 6: they're having a service. But also world leaders, people like
- 18:28Speaker 6: Zelenski and then net Yahoo and other world leaders were
- 18:31Speaker 6: big fans of Lindsay Graham. So the service, I guess
- 18:36Speaker 6: he's going to be lying are he has been or
- 18:38Speaker 6: he's going to be lying in state. So we've got
- 18:41Speaker 6: that going on. And like I said, the President spoke
- 18:44Speaker 6: earlier the Also, by the way, today we're going to
- 18:50Speaker 6: talk at the bottom of the hour here in the
- 18:52Speaker 6: next segment, we'll talk with Jared Walzac. He is a
- 18:55Speaker 6: senior visiting policy fellow at the National Taxpayers Union, and
- 19:00Speaker 6: we're going to talk about these data centers. There's a
- 19:02Speaker 6: lot of misinformation about data centers out there right now.
- 19:06Speaker 6: I watch people on social media melt down and lose
- 19:09Speaker 6: their minds over these data centers. I mean literally they
- 19:14Speaker 6: lose their minds over it. They're like, oh my god,
- 19:16Speaker 6: we can't have these data centers. They're ruining everything.
- 19:20Speaker 5: You can't have this. It's like, well, do.
- 19:22Speaker 6: You understand this isn't necessarily new at this point. People
- 19:27Speaker 6: don't understand that we've had data centers for well over
- 19:31Speaker 6: ten years. And I guess Texas and Virginia, I do
- 19:35Speaker 6: believe have the most.
- 19:37Speaker 5: And in Texas we have a lot of.
- 19:38Speaker 6: Land, we actually have space where we can build these
- 19:41Speaker 6: data centers away from people, maybe away from populated areas,
- 19:45Speaker 6: that's what they kind of want. But also in Texas,
- 19:49Speaker 6: at least with Governor Abbott, he wants these data centers
- 19:52Speaker 6: to make sure they're building their own power supply, and
- 19:55Speaker 6: not only do they power supply themselves, but enough to
- 19:58Speaker 6: send some back to the grid so they're not a
- 20:01Speaker 6: big drain on the Texas grid, which by the way,
- 20:04Speaker 6: has been holding up just fine.
- 20:05Speaker 5: We've got very.
- 20:06Speaker 6: Hot days, more hot days had where it was in
- 20:08Speaker 6: ninety eight ninety nine now over here in my area.
- 20:13Speaker 5: I don't know what it is, but it's probably close
- 20:15Speaker 5: to that.
- 20:16Speaker 6: You get out on the freeways, on the roads, it's
- 20:17Speaker 6: going to be a little bit more you get, like
- 20:20Speaker 6: I said, depending on where you're at.
- 20:22Speaker 5: But it's very.
- 20:23Speaker 6: Hot, and this is when usually there's a big drain
- 20:26Speaker 6: on the grid, and that's what a lot of people
- 20:28Speaker 6: were worried about with the data centers. So let me
- 20:32Speaker 6: go hold on, let me see, let me pull up
- 20:33Speaker 6: the if I can find it. I know I used
- 20:35Speaker 6: to have it.
- 20:36Speaker 5: Oh, there we go.
- 20:37Speaker 6: Let's go look at the supply and demand. So let's
- 20:40Speaker 6: look at the current day. Yeah, we're good. And the
- 20:44Speaker 6: only time it even gets close is and it's not available.
- 20:48Speaker 6: Capacities ninety nine plus megawatts. Committed capacity forecast is ninety
- 20:53Speaker 6: four thousand, ninety nine ninety four thousand, so the demanded
- 20:58Speaker 6: forecast is about eighty thousand. So we're good right now.
- 21:00Speaker 6: And then let's look at the six day forecast.
- 21:03Speaker 5: Looks good.
- 21:04Speaker 6: Know to bend you notice we haven't been getting the
- 21:06Speaker 6: warnings that we had been getting in the past with
- 21:11Speaker 6: the sorry the grid is you know it had capacity
- 21:16Speaker 6: once again. There was a perfect storm of events that
- 21:18Speaker 6: occurred in twenty twenty one with that winter storm of
- 21:21Speaker 6: all things, where there was a bunch of power generation
- 21:24Speaker 6: offline for service and it just didn't just meant it
- 21:28Speaker 6: was a bad timing and it hit. And then we
- 21:31Speaker 6: got that major freeze, something that we don't have hardly
- 21:35Speaker 6: ever in Texas where it was under freezing for it
- 21:38Speaker 6: was it like seven days.
- 21:40Speaker 5: I remember there was ice and snow on the roads
- 21:43Speaker 5: for like seven days. It was crazy. And my power
- 21:47Speaker 5: was out for like four days, which really sucked. I
- 21:51Speaker 5: mean it totally sucked.
- 21:55Speaker 6: So it got pretty cold, and then I was lucky
- 21:57Speaker 6: I didn't have any pipes burst in the house.
- 22:00Speaker 5: That's good. I ended up. It was it day two.
- 22:03Speaker 6: I think on day two, I cut the water to
- 22:05Speaker 6: the house coming in just to make sure, and then
- 22:09Speaker 6: I ended up. But once again the pipe coming from
- 22:12Speaker 6: the main which was three feet under the ground, burst,
- 22:16Speaker 6: so I had to go and that because it's on
- 22:17Speaker 6: my side of the yard, I had to get that fixed,
- 22:19Speaker 6: and that was very difficult at that time.
- 22:21Speaker 5: And then once in my my.
- 22:24Speaker 6: Sprinkler system, the little whatever the thing is on there,
- 22:27Speaker 6: it broke. Had to have that replaced, and it was
- 22:30Speaker 6: just man. That was the only time I got a
- 22:31Speaker 6: water bill for over one hundred dollars. I think it
- 22:33Speaker 6: was like one hundred and seventeen bucks. I'm like Jesus
- 22:35Speaker 6: because I had all that water just running, and then
- 22:38Speaker 6: I ended up, you know, getting everything fixed. Lost three
- 22:41Speaker 6: palm trees I had in my yarn, three of these
- 22:43Speaker 6: huge palm trees. Oh that cost me about twenty five
- 22:46Speaker 6: hundred dollars maybe three thousand, I even remember, so tried
- 22:51Speaker 6: to save them, couldn't save them, had to have them removed.
- 22:54Speaker 5: So there's that.
- 22:56Speaker 6: And then of course I had some things that happened
- 22:59Speaker 6: in my h the house where I had I'd end
- 23:02Speaker 6: up replacing two toilets of all things. It was actually
- 23:07Speaker 6: once again the pieces to it. There was one of
- 23:09Speaker 6: the pieces to the shower, I guess because the water
- 23:11Speaker 6: had been turned on and left on the heat thing,
- 23:13Speaker 6: so it burned out. So that was kind of an issue,
- 23:18Speaker 6: but it was but I had it cost me a ton.
- 23:20Speaker 6: Fortunately nothing broke in the house as far as plumbing went,
- 23:24Speaker 6: so I didn't have those issues because I remember so
- 23:26Speaker 6: many people were just hammered with the freezing and then
- 23:30Speaker 6: they had the pipes burst and they had frozen water
- 23:32Speaker 6: which turns into regular water and just was horrible. But
- 23:37Speaker 6: those are situations we don't get very often down here,
- 23:39Speaker 6: but we've got to be prepared. This is the time
- 23:41Speaker 6: of the year where we usually get, you know, a
- 23:43Speaker 6: drain on the grid because so many people are running
- 23:46Speaker 6: their air conditioners, especially at this time of day. So
- 23:49Speaker 6: all right, Tayby let's take a break. We're gonna come
- 23:51Speaker 6: back catch up with our guest once again. It's Jared Walsack.
- 23:54Speaker 6: He's the senior visiting policy fellow at the National Taxpayers Union.
- 23:58Speaker 5: We're gonna talk about these data.
- 24:01Speaker 6: We're going to talk about the tax exemptions and other
- 24:04Speaker 6: elements about them once again. I think the only state
- 24:07Speaker 6: that may have more than us is Virginia. I'm not sure,
- 24:12Speaker 6: but we'll, like I said, we'll address that when we
- 24:14Speaker 6: come back. Jared Wallzac joins us here next on chris
- 24:17Speaker 6: X Radio. Don't you go anywhere, We'll be right back.
- 24:34Speaker 12: You're listening to Chris X Radio on the Voice of Texas.
- 24:38Speaker 15: Do you need money? Want to lower your monthly debt?
- 24:41Speaker 15: Are you thinking about a cash out refinance? Hi, it's
- 24:44Speaker 15: Kathy from Baker Mortgage. A cash out refinance can get
- 24:48Speaker 15: you back in your comfort zone. And that's what it's
- 24:50Speaker 15: all about. A recent client who closed with US had
- 24:53Speaker 15: his payment go up about three hundred dollars, but his
- 24:56Speaker 15: monthly outgo was being reduced by twelve hundred, so giving
- 25:00Speaker 15: him a net positive cash flow of nine hundred dollars.
- 25:04Speaker 15: It's not about adding debt, but restructuring it. In a
- 25:07Speaker 15: way that makes sense, and this math totally makes sense,
- 25:10Speaker 15: and please don't sweat it. If your interest rate is
- 25:13Speaker 15: going up a little, or if you're extending the term,
- 25:15Speaker 15: I can show you by taking a small amount of
- 25:18Speaker 15: what you're saving monthly and applying it towards your mortgage,
- 25:21Speaker 15: you're gonna pay it off just as quickly and you'll
- 25:24Speaker 15: be way ahead in the money game, which is where
- 25:26Speaker 15: we all want to be.
- 25:27Speaker 5: Right.
- 25:27Speaker 15: Remember, we want to help you, but we're not gonna
- 25:30Speaker 15: help you over a cliff. Baker Mortgage two eight one

- 27:03Speaker 5: Welcome back to chris X Radio.
- 27:05Speaker 6: It is time to catch up with our guest, Jared
- 27:07Speaker 6: wall Zach joins us. He's the senior visiting policy fellow
- 27:10Speaker 6: at the National Taxpayers Union. We're going to talk a
- 27:13Speaker 6: little bit, probably a lot, about these data centers.
- 27:16Speaker 5: And it's not just a Texas issue.
- 27:18Speaker 6: They're all over the place and all over the country,
- 27:21Speaker 6: and they've been happening for some time now, and of
- 27:24Speaker 6: course now there is even more going in because there's
- 27:26Speaker 6: a whole lot more data being used than in the past. Jared,
- 27:29Speaker 6: thanks so much for joining us this afternoon on Chris
- 27:31Speaker 6: X Radio. Great to have you here.
- 27:34Speaker 21: Thank you for having me.
- 27:35Speaker 5: Well, it's good to have you on the program. Now.
- 27:37Speaker 6: I know this is your you know a lot about
- 27:39Speaker 6: of course, you know tax paying issues, and you know
- 27:43Speaker 6: you guys are constantly over the tax National Taxpayers Union
- 27:45Speaker 6: are working on behalf of the American taxpayer. I've heard
- 27:48Speaker 6: and I read an article today which was over the
- 27:51Speaker 6: NTU dot org regarding these these sound policies regarding subsidies
- 27:56Speaker 6: via these data center equipment tax exemptions, and you're part
- 27:59Speaker 6: of this.
- 28:00Speaker 5: So I guess, first and foremost.
- 28:01Speaker 6: Before you really get into what it is with these
- 28:04Speaker 6: data centers, let's talk about how long they've been around
- 28:07Speaker 6: and what they truly are, because there's a lot of
- 28:09Speaker 6: misinformation and people don't really know a lot about them
- 28:12Speaker 6: other than that they're being told on social media that
- 28:15Speaker 6: they're bad and they can't happen.
- 28:19Speaker 21: Yeah, So at some level, data centers have existed as
- 28:22Speaker 21: long as we have had not even an Internet like
- 28:24Speaker 21: pre Internet. There were data centers in the nineteen sixties,
- 28:27Speaker 21: in the nineteen seventies. But of course what we're now
- 28:30Speaker 21: thinking of large scale data centers powering just about every
- 28:34Speaker 21: aspect of our life. You know, we think about AI,
- 28:36Speaker 21: but we also think about the Internet. They think about
- 28:39Speaker 21: all of the connected devices. You think about businesses with
- 28:43Speaker 21: manufacturing and software as a service use really every stage
- 28:47Speaker 21: of production process for businesses, just about all the everything
- 28:51Speaker 21: we do with individuals that is connected some way to
- 28:55Speaker 21: the Internet or to online services is being powered by
- 28:59Speaker 21: a data center. So I think sometimes people think, oh,
- 29:01Speaker 21: I'm not using.
- 29:01Speaker 1: That AI thing.
- 29:02Speaker 21: I don't use data centers. But your phone, your computer,
- 29:06Speaker 21: everything you buy at every stage in the production process
- 29:08Speaker 21: is connected in some way to digital services, digital processing,
- 29:12Speaker 21: but being done at data centers.
- 29:16Speaker 6: You know, it's interesting too because people think of this.
- 29:17Speaker 6: And I was watching Senator Bettencourt, Paul Bettencourt earlier talking
- 29:21Speaker 6: about this yesterday that he posted over at x so
- 29:24Speaker 6: for those who follow him you can go watch it.
- 29:25Speaker 6: And he was talking about this, and he was talking
- 29:27Speaker 6: about the data centers and how and just what you
- 29:29Speaker 6: were just saying.
- 29:30Speaker 5: They've been around for a very long time.
- 29:32Speaker 6: But also what people think is, well, you know, I
- 29:34Speaker 6: just do everything in the cloud, I don't use these
- 29:35Speaker 6: data centers. Well, The reality is there are no clouds
- 29:39Speaker 6: out there. There's nothing in the sky that is doing this.
- 29:42Speaker 6: All of this cloud information and this cloud stuff, which
- 29:45Speaker 6: is something that is a relatively new phenomena. People storing
- 29:49Speaker 6: things on the cloud are actually being stored in these
- 29:51Speaker 6: data centers.
- 29:52Speaker 5: Is that not correct?
- 29:54Speaker 21: That's absolutely right. Pretty much anything that's happening digitally is
- 29:58Speaker 21: at some point running through a data center, and a
- 30:01Speaker 21: significant degree our whole lives are business processes. I recently
- 30:05Speaker 21: put something together just walking through basically the process of
- 30:10Speaker 21: you know, from farm to your kitchen table a box
- 30:14Speaker 21: of cereal, and I found at least fifteen different steps
- 30:17Speaker 21: in the process from the farmer to you. The data
- 30:20Speaker 21: centers would be used. Honestly, that's the collapsing of the categories.
- 30:24Speaker 21: But you know, at the farm level, at the wholesaler level,
- 30:29Speaker 21: at the manufacturing level, at the retail level, every stage,
- 30:33Speaker 21: whether it is you know GPS and you know, the
- 30:37Speaker 21: the high tech equipment on farms and the combine harvesters,
- 30:39Speaker 21: whether it is the ordering and the logistics, whether it's
- 30:44Speaker 21: the sales software, whether it's distribution, whether it's the point
- 30:48Speaker 21: of sale system at the grocery store, or the inventory
- 30:51Speaker 21: management system or the assignment system. All of that is
- 30:54Speaker 21: running in the cloud. Every aspect of this is and
- 30:58Speaker 21: then when you go use your digital cup on in
- 30:59Speaker 21: your phone, and that's also running in the cloud. So yeah,
- 31:02Speaker 21: people have this idea that this is AI, this is
- 31:05Speaker 21: something brand new, but this is everything that's an interconnected
- 31:09Speaker 21: digital service or function.
- 31:12Speaker 5: You know, it's interesting you mentioned that too.
- 31:13Speaker 6: You just talk about all the people that are ordering
- 31:16Speaker 6: food online, ordering pizzas or food to be delivered, and
- 31:19Speaker 6: how much of all that is once you mentioned it's
- 31:21Speaker 6: all online. Now, if it's online, then there you go. Okay,
- 31:25Speaker 6: So now the reality is this, We're.
- 31:27Speaker 5: In a new era.
- 31:28Speaker 6: We're in the twenty first century now, and these data
- 31:31Speaker 6: centers are here to stay. They're not going to go away.
- 31:33Speaker 6: I know there are people that are spreading misinformation online.
- 31:37Speaker 6: But one of the things that I know that you
- 31:38Speaker 6: have focused on in this article, and we'll get to Texas,
- 31:41Speaker 6: but the data centers are actually located in states all
- 31:44Speaker 6: across the country. Now we're in Texas. We're a really
- 31:47Speaker 6: big state, so we have a lot of room for
- 31:49Speaker 6: data centers. If I remember correctly in reading your article,
- 31:52Speaker 6: I think the only state that has the same amount
- 31:54Speaker 6: or maybe even more data centers. Is actually is it
- 31:57Speaker 6: Virginia and then Texas?
- 32:00Speaker 21: It is, it's currently Virginia and then Texas. And I
- 32:03Speaker 21: policy could change this, but the trajectory is the Texas
- 32:05Speaker 21: would probably catch up with Virginia if you didn't change policies.
- 32:09Speaker 5: Okay.
- 32:10Speaker 6: And then then the other thing too is we're once again,
- 32:12Speaker 6: we're in this new century. Now we have to have
- 32:14Speaker 6: these these these centers because once again less unless we're
- 32:18Speaker 6: going to get rid of the Internet and all of
- 32:20Speaker 6: the things that come with that. I don't don't see
- 32:22Speaker 6: us going back that direction. But we've got these data
- 32:26Speaker 6: centers now. I know that states and certain authorities are
- 32:29Speaker 6: going through and there's tax exemptions, and from what I
- 32:32Speaker 6: was gathering from the article, it doesn't look like these
- 32:35Speaker 6: data centers are really and I know you're going to
- 32:37Speaker 6: be able to tell me far better that the data
- 32:39Speaker 6: centers are really getting tax exemptions that are out of
- 32:43Speaker 6: the ordinary, that are not only applied to these data centers,
- 32:46Speaker 6: but to many other businesses as well. Is that the case,
- 32:49Speaker 6: or are they getting certain tax exemptions and nobody else
- 32:51Speaker 6: is getting.
- 32:53Speaker 21: No, you're exactly right. I think there's a lot of
- 32:55Speaker 21: misunderstanding here, and some of it's because of the way
- 32:58Speaker 21: the policies have been structured in the way language has
- 33:00Speaker 21: been used. You mentioned the word subsidies, and listen, I
- 33:03Speaker 21: hate subsidies. I don't want subsidies for any industry, whether
- 33:06Speaker 21: I like that industry or not. I want a neutral
- 33:09Speaker 21: tax code that is not picking winners and losers, isn't
- 33:11Speaker 21: favoring some investments over others. And just about every industry
- 33:15Speaker 21: at some point has received a subsidy. And I think
- 33:17Speaker 21: it's back twenty years ago when data centers were new
- 33:20Speaker 21: and exciting, you would find some states giving some real
- 33:22Speaker 21: subsidies to them. But that's not really where we are now.
- 33:26Speaker 21: That's not what's being discussed. So what we have the
- 33:29Speaker 21: big discussion happening in Texas and many other states is
- 33:32Speaker 21: about the sales tax exemption for the equipment of data centers,
- 33:37Speaker 21: primarily their servers, but it's also the chillers, the generators,
- 33:41Speaker 21: the electrical build out equipment, all of the things that
- 33:45Speaker 21: the equipment's the very expensive equipment that goes into data centers,
- 33:49Speaker 21: and just generally sales tax is supposed to be on
- 33:52Speaker 21: final consumption, is supposed to be on things that individuals
- 33:55Speaker 21: purchase and consume. It tends not to be perfect. There
- 33:58Speaker 21: are some business inputs in sales taxes tend to pyramid,
- 34:00Speaker 21: meaning that it gets at leased on there multiple times
- 34:03Speaker 21: before the final product gets to the consumer. But most
- 34:06Speaker 21: states draw a few bright lines.
- 34:07Speaker 2: Two.
- 34:07Speaker 21: In particular, they don't tax raw materials because they know
- 34:10Speaker 21: that goes into something that gets sold later. And they
- 34:13Speaker 21: don't tax equipment used in production. So if you have
- 34:15Speaker 21: farm equipment, not subject of sales tax. If you have
- 34:18Speaker 21: manufacturing equipment, not subject to sales tax, same for mining
- 34:23Speaker 21: and energy, and you know just about any other category
- 34:27Speaker 21: you have, if it is equipment used in production, you
- 34:29Speaker 21: do not put sales tax on it because that's in
- 34:31Speaker 21: an intermediate transaction. When data centers came online, when they
- 34:35Speaker 21: became a big thing, they're not manufacturing, they're not quite
- 34:40Speaker 21: some of these other categories. So they had to create
- 34:42Speaker 21: a new category for them. And at the time, twenty
- 34:44Speaker 21: some years ago, it was exciting bringing big data centers
- 34:47Speaker 21: to your state. So I think the idea here was
- 34:50Speaker 21: lawmakers wanted to do the ribbon cutting. The local officials
- 34:53Speaker 21: wanted to say, look, we brought this here. So instead
- 34:56Speaker 21: of just saying, oh, sure it's equipment, exempt it from
- 34:59Speaker 21: the sales tax. They said, we'll provide an incentive if
- 35:02Speaker 21: you qualify, and almost everyone qualifies in moosset cases, then
- 35:05Speaker 21: you get the exemption, and then we can boast we
- 35:07Speaker 21: brought this data center in with our incentive. And now,
- 35:11Speaker 21: of course, when things look different, the industry is very established,
- 35:14Speaker 21: sometimes there's controversy around it. Lawmakers are looking and saying, oh,
- 35:18Speaker 21: why are we providing an incentive, Why do we need
- 35:20Speaker 21: to incentivize this? And what I'm trying to make the
- 35:22Speaker 21: point of this isn't an incentive. This is the exact
- 35:25Speaker 21: same policy we apply to every other industry that you
- 35:29Speaker 21: don't tax equipment used in production. And that's true whether
- 35:32Speaker 21: it's a server, or whether it is a piece of
- 35:35Speaker 21: manufacturing equipment, or it's a combine harvester or it's a
- 35:38Speaker 21: drilling rig, you just don't put sales tax on that.
- 35:41Speaker 6: We're talking with Jared Walzach he as a senior visiting
- 35:44Speaker 6: policy fellow at the National Taxpayers Union, and we're talking
- 35:47Speaker 6: about these data centers. And I'm glad you brought that up,
- 35:51Speaker 6: because you're right. Years ago, ten twenty years ago, it
- 35:54Speaker 6: was a very different I guess landscape, if you will,
- 35:57Speaker 6: it's very different scenery. So people were saying, okay, and
- 36:00Speaker 6: I know in Texas that we were welcoming these data
- 36:03Speaker 6: centers and then now there's, like I said, the landscape's
- 36:05Speaker 6: a little different. And then also now we have the Internet,
- 36:08Speaker 6: which is you go to social media and there's so
- 36:10Speaker 6: much misinformation out there. I do know that in Texas,
- 36:13Speaker 6: the new data centers that are coming online, the governor
- 36:16Speaker 6: has issued I guess in order that they have to
- 36:19Speaker 6: produce their own power so they don't drain on the grid,
- 36:22Speaker 6: among with other things too. From what I remember correctly,
- 36:25Speaker 6: they're trying to put them in areas where they're not
- 36:27Speaker 6: you know, they have to have their own chillers and
- 36:28Speaker 6: all of these things, and they can't be right on
- 36:30Speaker 6: top of neighborhoods and things, so that that's an issue
- 36:33Speaker 6: as well. In Texas, we have a lot of space.
- 36:35Speaker 6: We got a lot of land, so I guess that
- 36:37Speaker 6: gives a little bit more room. So but nonetheless, the
- 36:41Speaker 6: other I guess thing that I really wanted to get
- 36:43Speaker 6: to was among the tax exemptions and those sort of things,
- 36:47Speaker 6: they're not getting anything special. Realize we live in a
- 36:50Speaker 6: world economy when it comes to data. If we for
- 36:53Speaker 6: some reason decided to start shutting down on data centers
- 36:56Speaker 6: and not expanding the Chinese and other countries, well they're
- 37:01Speaker 6: not stopping. In fact, they don't have to follow the
- 37:03Speaker 6: same sort of regulations that we're following here in America.
- 37:08Speaker 21: Yeah, you are absolutely right. So, firstly, from an American perspective,
- 37:12Speaker 21: I do think we want these here domestically, not abroad,
- 37:16Speaker 21: or at least not exclusively abroad, particularly when we're talking
- 37:18Speaker 21: about certain countries. Also, because we are going to have them,
- 37:23Speaker 21: they are a good investment in our local communities. Again,
- 37:27Speaker 21: obviously you talk about where you place them, that's a
- 37:30Speaker 21: really relevant consideration that is no different than any other
- 37:33Speaker 21: commercial or industrial establishment. People are going to prefer them
- 37:37Speaker 21: to be places rather than others, and that's a conversation
- 37:40Speaker 21: that can absolutely happen at the local level. But that's
- 37:42Speaker 21: different than saying let's penalize these to the tax code,
- 37:45Speaker 21: let's drive them out of state. One of the things
- 37:49Speaker 21: these convert land into an extremely valuable asset. The real
- 37:54Speaker 21: property taxes that are imposed on data centers are just incredible.
- 37:58Speaker 21: So you see communities that have brought in large, hyper
- 38:01Speaker 21: scale data centers and the property tax collections are able
- 38:04Speaker 21: to increase spending for local governments while also allowing local
- 38:10Speaker 21: property tax reductions. So a classic case of this Louden County, Virginia.
- 38:15Speaker 21: This is the largest concentration of data centers. They've been
- 38:18Speaker 21: working on this for a long time, brought a lot
- 38:20Speaker 21: of them in. Property taxes for homeowners would have to
- 38:25Speaker 21: double to bring in the amount of revenue they currently
- 38:28Speaker 21: do if they didn't have data centers, and data centers
- 38:30Speaker 21: are only on like three percent of their land, but
- 38:32Speaker 21: they would have to double property taxes to make it.
- 38:36Speaker 22: Up, being like a pretty good deal.
- 38:38Speaker 21: And again, this is going to happen somewhere. You create
- 38:41Speaker 21: some economic opportunity, you increase an awful lot of revenue.
- 38:46Speaker 21: Of course, there are conversations to be had about location
- 38:49Speaker 21: and all kinds of other issues, but they are an
- 38:54Speaker 21: important economic driver. They are a really important taxpayer for
- 38:58Speaker 21: local governments, and there is this misconception that they're getting
- 39:02Speaker 21: a special break and they're not. In fact, if anything,
- 39:04Speaker 21: there's a bit of a penalty for data centers to
- 39:09Speaker 21: get the exact same sales tax exemption that every other
- 39:12Speaker 21: industry out there.
- 39:13Speaker 12: Would get.
- 39:14Speaker 21: They have to qualify, they have to summit paperwork, they
- 39:16Speaker 21: have to meet various objectives, they have to pursue it
- 39:19Speaker 21: rather rather than get it by right like everyone else does.
- 39:23Speaker 6: Once again, we're talking with Jared Wallsaki's the senior visiting
- 39:26Speaker 6: policy fellow at the National Taxpayers Union. It's funny because
- 39:30Speaker 6: in Houston we have no zoning, so I'll just have
- 39:33Speaker 6: one next door to my house. And I'm just kidding.
- 39:34Speaker 6: We're not getting those. So one of the things that
- 39:38Speaker 6: you guys you pointed out in your article. A lot
- 39:40Speaker 6: of these things, they're also really big. They must have
- 39:42Speaker 6: like a one hundred thousand square feed and a single
- 39:45Speaker 6: building operated here in Texas, it must be a single tenant.
- 39:49Speaker 6: It looks like here in Texas we don't allow multi
- 39:51Speaker 6: tenant facilities. And you point this out in the article,
- 39:54Speaker 6: which keeps it as just one thing. It's just one industry.
- 39:58Speaker 6: And then you talk about the money. And then, of course,
- 40:00Speaker 6: like I said, if they go in the business of
- 40:02Speaker 6: generating their own power, that would make them not only
- 40:05Speaker 6: not necessarily not a drain on our grid, but also
- 40:08Speaker 6: it could actually add to the grid with power generation,
- 40:11Speaker 6: and that would be that could be a really good
- 40:13Speaker 6: thing for our state, considering we operate.
- 40:15Speaker 5: On our own grid.
- 40:18Speaker 21: Yeah, it absolutely could be. And increasingly this is the
- 40:21Speaker 21: direction that a lot of data centers are going, that
- 40:24Speaker 21: they are bringing their own power. I think that's a
- 40:26Speaker 21: really important thing. There's do use a lot of power,
- 40:30Speaker 21: and it's very sustainable in most areas, but it still
- 40:34Speaker 21: makes sense to be thinking about ways that they can
- 40:36Speaker 21: bring their own power, that they can ensure there's not
- 40:39Speaker 21: that drain on the grid. Again, there's responsible ways to
- 40:42Speaker 21: approach these issues without having these STARp lines of we
- 40:45Speaker 21: don't want data centers or we want to tax them
- 40:47Speaker 21: out of existence or things like this. To just make
- 40:49Speaker 21: sure they work for the communities, and I think that's
- 40:52Speaker 21: where sound policy lies. So you mentioned what are called
- 40:56Speaker 21: co location facilities or multi tenant facilities.
- 41:00Speaker 17: You have what's.
- 41:00Speaker 21: Called like more of an enterprise data center that is
- 41:03Speaker 21: going to serve one customer. They might own it, or
- 41:06Speaker 21: at least they're the only tenant of us, and then
- 41:09Speaker 21: you have one to provide services to a variety of
- 41:12Speaker 21: different businesses. Texas is fairly unique in not providing the
- 41:16Speaker 21: sales tax exemption if you're a co located facility that's
- 41:20Speaker 21: not something other states do. So it's not illegal to
- 41:23Speaker 21: build such a facility in Texas, but it's extremely unattractive
- 41:26Speaker 21: to build them there because the sales tax, if it's
- 41:29Speaker 21: applied to servers, that is a crushing blow when you
- 41:32Speaker 21: think about these data centers that might have billions of
- 41:35Speaker 21: dollars worth of servers, and then you think about how
- 41:37Speaker 21: quickly they have to be refreshed every few years, they're
- 41:40Speaker 21: going to be outdated, they have to be replaced, and
- 41:43Speaker 21: you have to buy another billion dollars for the servers.
- 41:45Speaker 21: And if you have to pay sales tax on that
- 41:48Speaker 21: every single time, this becomes a really economically challenging proportion.
- 41:52Speaker 21: And there are other states where you can build.
- 41:55Speaker 6: You know, with Jared, we kind of clossed over it
- 41:58Speaker 6: a little bit, but I want you to touch on this.
- 42:00Speaker 6: You mentioned other countries. If we're not doing this, you're
- 42:03Speaker 6: in America and we're not taking care of this because
- 42:05Speaker 6: once again, these are things that every one of us use.
- 42:08Speaker 6: If you're working, you use a computer, you use a smartphone,
- 42:12Speaker 6: or you name it, and you get on the internet,
- 42:14Speaker 6: you're using these things. If we don't do them here,
- 42:18Speaker 6: places like potentially our adversaries like China will do it,
- 42:21Speaker 6: and then now all of a sudden, we would be
- 42:23Speaker 6: subject to the way they do things, which is very
- 42:26Speaker 6: clear they don't operate the same way that we do
- 42:28Speaker 6: here in America. So is not only is it important
- 42:31Speaker 6: to have this stuff, but it's also important enough to
- 42:33Speaker 6: get that information out there that people understand what these
- 42:36Speaker 6: data centers actually do and the benefits they're getting and
- 42:39Speaker 6: the benefits they're not getting in what they add to
- 42:41Speaker 6: the economy.
- 42:42Speaker 21: They also employ a lot of people, yeah, they especially
- 42:46Speaker 21: in secondary employment. So data centers are large capital intentsive operations.
- 42:52Speaker 21: They have very high paid employees. There aren't a huge
- 42:55Speaker 21: number of them, but because they are constantly in this
- 42:58Speaker 21: refresh cycle, we employ a lot of people in the
- 43:01Speaker 21: local community as engineers and construction trades, in networking trades,
- 43:06Speaker 21: electrical trades. It may not be a ton of people
- 43:09Speaker 21: in the facility, but it is a very good, constant
- 43:11Speaker 21: source of employment for contractors and workers in the area.
- 43:15Speaker 21: And then listen, i'm tax policy. I don't do national security.
- 43:19Speaker 21: These are not my areas, but you're absolutely right. I mean,
- 43:23Speaker 21: in fact, many most I think large businesses in the
- 43:26Speaker 21: United States require that all of their data be processed
- 43:32Speaker 21: exclusively within the United States. They don't trust it anywhere else.
- 43:36Speaker 21: And even as an individual consumer, you know, maybe I
- 43:38Speaker 21: would also trust it being processed in Europe or something
- 43:40Speaker 21: like that, But I don't from a security standpoint, want
- 43:44Speaker 21: everything running through certain countries. I think we do want
- 43:48Speaker 21: this to be happening in the US. I mean, as
- 43:50Speaker 21: an American, I wanted here for the economic benefits, but
- 43:54Speaker 21: I also just as a security conscious person, there are
- 43:57Speaker 21: other countries that are really going you know, both beat
- 44:02Speaker 21: ahead on this or I wouldn't necessarily want my data going.
- 44:07Speaker 5: Boy, I couldn't agree more.
- 44:08Speaker 6: I mean, like I said, I I want us to
- 44:10Speaker 6: deal with these, you know, tyrannical regimes, you know, as
- 44:13Speaker 6: far as it arms length as we can get them
- 44:15Speaker 6: and keep them out of our business. And if you
- 44:17Speaker 6: don't want your data be in breach, we don't want
- 44:19Speaker 6: to be sending it overseas to places that maybe aren't
- 44:22Speaker 6: exactly as friendly. And I guess finally here before we
- 44:24Speaker 6: run out of time, you touched on this as well.
- 44:26Speaker 6: You mentioned these things have to be replaced on a
- 44:28Speaker 6: regular basis. I've noticed that when I buy a computer,
- 44:31Speaker 6: it's virtually outdated from probably the moment I buy it,
- 44:34Speaker 6: but really about two years down the road, it's almost
- 44:38Speaker 6: it's so dated it's almost time to get another computer.
- 44:41Speaker 6: How often are they having to replace these servers? About
- 44:43Speaker 6: every two or three years.
- 44:46Speaker 21: Yeah, So it varies based on just how technologically advanced
- 44:49Speaker 21: and how detailed the processing is. So anywhere from three
- 44:53Speaker 21: to six years is the cycle. But especially at like
- 44:56Speaker 21: a high like AI owning a data center or you
- 44:59Speaker 21: know one of the big hyperscalers, your core usage for
- 45:02Speaker 21: a server is probably about three years.
- 45:04Speaker 18: Now.
- 45:04Speaker 21: They might pull it and use it for something else after,
- 45:07Speaker 21: but in terms of its primary use from what I understand,
- 45:11Speaker 21: it's about three years, and even for more ordinary uses
- 45:14Speaker 21: in these data center may be five. So you think
- 45:17Speaker 21: about billions of dollars worth of servers, and every year
- 45:20Speaker 21: you're replacing hundreds of millions of dollars worth of them
- 45:23Speaker 21: on this constant refresh cycle. If you put sales tax
- 45:26Speaker 21: on every one of those transactions, that's an extraordinary business expense.
- 45:30Speaker 21: That's an extraordinary event expense that gets passed on to
- 45:32Speaker 21: consumers and to business purchasers. But it also is one
- 45:36Speaker 21: you could avoid entirely by being in a state that
- 45:39Speaker 21: doesn't do that, So I think you'd be inclined to
- 45:42Speaker 21: find another place.
- 45:44Speaker 5: Boy, I can agree with you more. All right.
- 45:45Speaker 6: Jared Walzach, Senior Visiting policy fellow at the National Takespayers Union.
- 45:50Speaker 5: Jared, how can people get more information?
- 45:51Speaker 6: I guess they want to go read your article and
- 45:54Speaker 6: get more information about this stuff.
- 45:56Speaker 21: Yeah, this article right now is on the front of
- 46:00Speaker 21: the homepage of NTU dot org. So if you go there,
- 46:03Speaker 21: click on the article, you can read the whole thing,
- 46:05Speaker 21: looking at how all fifty states handle sales tax on
- 46:09Speaker 21: the data center equipment.
- 46:11Speaker 5: Man, Well, thank you for your time today, Jared.
- 46:12Speaker 6: I appreciate you coming on and educating people as to
- 46:15Speaker 6: what's actually taking place. Thanks for your time today. All right,
- 46:19Speaker 6: let's take a very short break once again. Jared Walsack,
- 46:22Speaker 6: Senior Visiting policy fellow at the National Taxpayers Union. Once again,
- 46:26Speaker 6: these data centers are something that is once again, it's
- 46:30Speaker 6: not a good idea to get to take your information
- 46:33Speaker 6: from social media, even though everybody does, and it's a
- 46:36Speaker 6: really bad idea to take medical information from social media.
- 46:40Speaker 5: Don't trust these.
- 46:41Speaker 6: These are just armchair warriors throwing information out people that
- 46:44Speaker 6: are and occasionally people with not so altruistic motives. In fact,
- 46:50Speaker 6: they very much have ulterior motives. So don't trust what
- 46:53Speaker 6: you're reading. Get real information, and a great place to
- 46:55Speaker 6: do that is over at NTU dot org. And understand
- 46:58Speaker 6: where our taxpayer dollars are going and what's happened.
- 47:00Speaker 5: All right, you're listening to Chris X Radio. We'll take

- 50:34Speaker 12: And now Mac to Chris X Radio Chris Radio on
- 50:38Speaker 12: the Voice of Texas.
- 50:51Speaker 6: Welcome back to Chris X Radio. Ted to have you
- 50:53Speaker 6: here with us as we are wrapping up this first hour.
- 50:55Speaker 6: I want to thank Jared Waalzach for joining us. He's
- 50:58Speaker 6: the senior visiting policy fellow with the National Taxpayer's Union.
- 51:01Speaker 6: We were talking about the data centers. It's good to
- 51:03Speaker 6: get information out there so people actually understand a little
- 51:08Speaker 6: bit more about these data centers than they think they
- 51:10Speaker 6: know because they read a story on Facebook or X
- 51:13Speaker 6: or Instagram or goods to Google or whatever. There's so
- 51:17Speaker 6: much misinformation until I read this article, which by the way,
- 51:20Speaker 6: is found over at NTU dot org, talking about these
- 51:23Speaker 6: sound policies, not subsidies, the data center equipment, and the
- 51:27Speaker 6: tax exemptions. People need to understand what it actually means
- 51:31Speaker 6: and what is actually going on. So it's good to
- 51:33Speaker 6: have that information and get it out there so people
- 51:36Speaker 6: really understand. I can't tell you how much misinformation I
- 51:40Speaker 6: have been given from multiple people that are speaking to me.
- 51:43Speaker 6: Is there's some sort of authority on it. No, no, No,
- 51:46Speaker 6: I read on Facebook.
- 51:48Speaker 5: This is this.
- 51:50Speaker 6: You know what I do when someone says I read
- 51:52Speaker 6: this on Facebook, or I read this on social media,
- 51:55Speaker 6: or I got it off Instagram. I get sent videos
- 51:58Speaker 6: and articles all day long on those sites. I get
- 52:02Speaker 6: send messages constantly, people tag me constantly. It is ninety
- 52:06Speaker 6: nine percent of the time it is misinformation. So it's
- 52:11Speaker 6: always good to go get actual information to understand what
- 52:13Speaker 6: has taking place. What people understand that data centers aren't
- 52:17Speaker 6: really new and folks, we live in a time. We're
- 52:20Speaker 6: in the twenty first century now. If you're using a smartphone,
- 52:25Speaker 6: a computer, laptop, you name it, anything that you're using
- 52:29Speaker 6: is going through this, whether you're using AI or not. Yes,
- 52:32Speaker 6: AI is a big driver behind some of these newer
- 52:34Speaker 6: data centers. They take a lot of power, they take
- 52:37Speaker 6: a lot of stuff. Then again in Texas they have
- 52:40Speaker 6: to generate their own power. So there are some things
- 52:44Speaker 6: being put in place, which is good to see. Governor
- 52:46Speaker 6: Abbott is staying on top of it. It's good to
- 52:49Speaker 6: watch somebody who knows what they're doing. Which is why,
- 52:52Speaker 6: like I said, when it comes to which we'll talk
- 52:54Speaker 6: about this now we're number two. Is according to this
- 52:56Speaker 6: new pole, you got James Tallerico, you know, widening his
- 52:59Speaker 6: lead over Ken Paxton. Now there's another poll out that
- 53:02Speaker 6: has him tied, but that's not going to get the headlines.
- 53:07Speaker 6: But this is a neck and neck race right now, folks.
- 53:09Speaker 6: Nothing is decided, and you've got people going out there
- 53:12Speaker 6: putting out misinformation saying that I'm going to stay home,
- 53:16Speaker 6: I'm not going to vote in Texas. I'm not going
- 53:17Speaker 6: to be a Republican. I'm not voting, and they will
- 53:20Speaker 6: willingly hand it over to a radical Marxist like James Tallerico.
- 53:25Speaker 6: I would call him a Transmarkist Marxist, sorry, a trans Marxist.
- 53:31Speaker 6: And he's still They're still pulling stuff out from what
- 53:33Speaker 6: that dude was saying. He's running a campaign against himself.
- 53:38Speaker 6: It is very very strange anyway. All right, so our
- 53:41Speaker 6: number two is up next. If you want to get
- 53:43Speaker 6: in line here for the second hour of the program

- 54:09Speaker 26: South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham was eulogized today in Washington
- 54:13Speaker 26: by his colleagues in the Senate. Senate Majority Leader John
- 54:17Speaker 26: Thune says Senator Lindsey Graham fought hard for causes he believed.
- 54:21Speaker 27: In until my last breath, I will be fighting this cause,
- 54:24Speaker 27: he said, and he was. He was a fierce defender
- 54:27Speaker 27: of Ukraine. He was a fierce defender of the unborn.
- 54:30Speaker 27: And on the surface, these might seem like two completely
- 54:33Speaker 27: separate issues, but it strikes me that in another way,
- 54:36Speaker 27: they are both of a piece. In both cases, Lindsey
- 54:39Speaker 27: Graham saw injustice, and he spoke.
- 54:41Speaker 26: Of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky attended the services today along
- 54:45Speaker 26: with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Natannau. Graham, who died July

- 54:56Speaker 28: The issue of food.
- 54:56Speaker 26: Insecurity continues making headlines throughout Central America. Guatemala has one
- 55:01Speaker 26: of the world's highest rates of child malnutrition, with nearly
- 55:05Speaker 26: half of children under five suffering from chronic hunger. That
- 55:09Speaker 26: leaves mothers like Yolanda speaking to us through an interpreter,
- 55:12Speaker 26: with very few options to feed our kids right now.
- 55:15Speaker 17: They are hungry, they went food and we don't have
- 55:18Speaker 17: enough to get to the whole week. It made me
- 55:20Speaker 17: feel sad. Sometimes I get in my room by myself
- 55:24Speaker 17: and I cry. I wonder how can I make their

- 57:21Speaker 30: labor market conditions fell by three point six points to

- 57:26Speaker 30: modestly in June as gas prices came down to around

- 58:18Speaker 32: Most polling shows that Republicans are going to have a
- 58:21Speaker 32: tough time winning majorities in both Houses of Congress in November.
- 58:26Speaker 32: Voters blame Trump for inflation and believe that many of
- 58:30Speaker 32: the necessities they need to purchase have become an affordable.
- 58:33Speaker 32: Two out of three voters don't believe that preventing Oran
- 58:37Speaker 32: from building a nuclear weapon is worth the higher gas
- 58:40Speaker 32: prices that they are paying. Voters never give a president
- 58:44Speaker 32: credit for preventing bad things like a nuclear war from happening.
- 58:48Speaker 32: President Trump should realize by now that the Islamic Republic
- 58:51Speaker 32: will never agree to a deal that results in a
- 58:54Speaker 32: Trump win. The Molas read the polls and see the
- 58:57Speaker 32: domestic political pressure to end the war. It's part of
- 59:00Speaker 32: their strategy. We should stop chasing a bad deal. This
- 59:04Speaker 32: does not mean that we should resume unlimited air strikes,
- 59:08Speaker 32: but rather targeted decapitation strikes against their leadership, as the
- 59:13Speaker 32: Israelis used effectively. If Iranian leaders won't cut a deal,
- 59:17Speaker 32: then let's get new ones. The real leverage we have
- 59:21Speaker 32: against Iran is economic. We destroyed what Iran took decades
- 59:25Speaker 32: to build, their defense industrial base used to manufacture drones, missiles,
- 59:31Speaker 32: and nuclear weapons. Inflation in Iran is running at forty percent.
- 59:36Speaker 32: The blockade collapsed the revenue stream used by the Revolutionary
- 59:41Speaker 32: Guard Corps, their security services, and all the government infrastructure.
- 59:46Speaker 32: If our blockade is allowed to continue and not stopped
- 59:50Speaker 32: by Democrats and a few lane duck Republicans in Congress.
- 59:54Speaker 32: We can eliminate the mola's leverage over its people. We
- 59:58Speaker 32: don't need regime change to pressure them into a better
- 1:00:02Speaker 32: deal for us.
- 1:00:04Speaker 5: Just perseverance.

- 1:00:37Speaker 24: they overlook one very important thing, the damage and destruction
- 1:00:40Speaker 24: from broken limbs and uprooted trees called Lewis Florey at
- 1:00:44Speaker 24: ability tree experts today my friend for nearly forty years
- 1:00:48Speaker 24: at two eight one four four one four one seventy nine,
- 1:00:50Speaker 24: and let him explain how this problem can be minimized
- 1:00:53Speaker 24: with professional pruning. You see, when the tree canopy is
- 1:00:56Speaker 24: too thick and dense, the tree can be completely blown
- 1:00:59Speaker 24: over and tree limbs broken, causing terrible damage to the tree.
- 1:01:02Speaker 24: And maybe your home where tree limbs break, sap will lose,
- 1:01:07Speaker 24: and that attracts harmful insects. So you need to call

- 1:02:37Speaker 6: with us as we're rolling along until six pm, as
- 1:02:40Speaker 6: we do each Monday through Thursday four to six pm.
- 1:02:43Speaker 6: It is your Taco Tuesday edition of the program. And
- 1:02:47Speaker 6: blow we got a lot going on.
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: It was funny.
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: Uh you know, we talked in the first hour with
- 1:02:50Speaker 6: Jared Walzach, the senior visiting policy fellow at the National
- 1:02:53Speaker 6: Taxpayers Union, talking about data centers, and then mysteriously on
- 1:02:58Speaker 6: the Twitter xp ages, Willie Nelson popped up. Well, it's
- 1:03:03Speaker 6: Willie Nelson trending because he's against data centers. Listen, he
- 1:03:08Speaker 6: writes great country music or sings great country music. He's
- 1:03:11Speaker 6: one hundred years old, and he's also an old hippie.
- 1:03:14Speaker 6: I do not take public policy from Willie Nelson.
- 1:03:17Speaker 5: So if Willie.
- 1:03:17Speaker 6: Nelson is against it, probably pretty good for the Texas economy.
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: I just thought that was funny.
- 1:03:27Speaker 6: So anyway, if you missed the interview, you'll be able
- 1:03:28Speaker 6: to catch it over there at the podcast wherever you
- 1:03:30Speaker 6: get your podcast from. It'll be posted here, you know,
- 1:03:34Speaker 6: immediately upon completion of the program.
- 1:03:38Speaker 5: It's always good to have that.
- 1:03:40Speaker 6: Also, I mentioned it's Taco Tuesday, so if you want
- 1:03:44Speaker 6: to go get out some tacos tonight, you can. It's
- 1:03:46Speaker 6: not like a it's not like you have to or anything,
- 1:03:49Speaker 6: but you can go out some tacos, go celebrate. In
- 1:03:53Speaker 6: honor of Lindsey Graham, they had his service today at
- 1:03:55Speaker 6: the Washington National Cathedral. President Trump spoke and many others,
- 1:04:00Speaker 6: so they're having his service. It's weird thinking that I
- 1:04:03Speaker 6: said the way he passed away, he just was overseas,
- 1:04:05Speaker 6: came back and then bam, he was gone, which makes
- 1:04:09Speaker 6: people think, well, there's a lot of conspiracies out there, and.
- 1:04:14Speaker 5: Many of them.
- 1:04:14Speaker 6: When I talk about don't get your information from social media,
- 1:04:18Speaker 6: there's a reason for that.
- 1:04:20Speaker 5: During the break, I also watched.
- 1:04:23Speaker 6: In twenty eighteen, a man who called himself Noah set
- 1:04:25Speaker 6: down in front of a camera and told an entire
- 1:04:27Speaker 6: country what was coming. He didn't say he predicted it.
- 1:04:30Speaker 6: He said he had been there, he'd been to the future.
- 1:04:34Speaker 6: He'd been he showed, he described the Philippines in the future,
- 1:04:36Speaker 6: and then supposedly he showed grainy footage from the other
- 1:04:40Speaker 6: side of what the future looks like. It's a seven
- 1:04:44Speaker 6: years later. They're still going back to it, line by line,
- 1:04:47Speaker 6: checking which parts of his list have quietly come true.
- 1:04:51Speaker 6: It's funny in the video they posted that part wasn't there.
- 1:04:58Speaker 6: That was pretty interesting. There wasn't any grainy footage and
- 1:05:03Speaker 6: the guy's faces blurred out, so you don't know who
- 1:05:05Speaker 6: he is.
- 1:05:06Speaker 5: But there's always we always get those stories.
- 1:05:09Speaker 6: Always getting those stories of the people who've been to
- 1:05:11Speaker 6: the future and they come back and they tell us
- 1:05:13Speaker 6: this is what's happened, here's what's going on, and then
- 1:05:18Speaker 6: we learn, well, maybe not so much, maybe just maybe
- 1:05:25Speaker 6: maybe they haven't been to the future.
- 1:05:27Speaker 5: Maybe it's just the internet. The Internet, Yeah, the Internet. Anyway,
- 1:05:33Speaker 5: welcome back to the program. Glad to have you here
- 1:05:35Speaker 5: with us.
- 1:05:35Speaker 6: If you want to join us, you want to talk
- 1:05:37Speaker 6: about data centers once again, tons of misinformation on the
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: interwebs about those data centers two eight one five five
- 1:05:43Speaker 6: eight KSV two eight one five five eight five seven
- 1:05:47Speaker 6: three eight all right. According to a new poll, James
- 1:05:50Speaker 6: tallerco has has about a five point advantage. According to
- 1:05:54Speaker 6: one of these latest polls, there's another poll that has
- 1:05:56Speaker 6: them tied, but the results of the Texas Public Opinion
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: Research survey, which were shared by The Texas Tribune Today,
- 1:06:07Speaker 6: found that Tallo Rico had a five point advantage among
- 1:06:09Speaker 6: likely voters over Paxton ahead of the November election. Forty
- 1:06:14Speaker 6: five percent of the respondents on this poll back the
- 1:06:16Speaker 6: Democrat candidate, compared to forty percent who supported the Republican
- 1:06:21Speaker 6: Neither candidate has broken the fifty percent mark in polling
- 1:06:26Speaker 6: since they both won their respective primaries earlier this year.
- 1:06:29Speaker 6: And understand, Paxton didn't win his until was it a
- 1:06:33Speaker 6: few months after James tall Rico, so he had a
- 1:06:35Speaker 6: big head start.
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: So anyway, so the.
- 1:06:44Speaker 6: TPOR survey found that tall Rico leads Paxton among voters
- 1:06:47Speaker 6: without a college degree, a demographic that typically favors Republican candidates.
- 1:06:54Speaker 6: Of the poll's respondents, fifty three percent voted for President
- 1:06:58Speaker 6: Trump and forty two percent vote for Kamala Harris in
- 1:07:01Speaker 6: the twenty twenty four presidential election. A previous poll conducted
- 1:07:06Speaker 6: by this non partisan Public Opinion Research Center, after Paxton
- 1:07:11Speaker 6: defeated incumbent John Cornyn in the Republican runoff, found that
- 1:07:18Speaker 6: the tall Rico was beating the attorney general forty seven
- 1:07:20Speaker 6: to forty four percent, so had him up by three percent.
- 1:07:24Speaker 6: And then initially there's a Additionally, there's a New York
- 1:07:26Speaker 6: Times Siena poll from June found that the both candidates
- 1:07:29Speaker 6: are tied at forty seven percent, nearly right along party lines,
- 1:07:35Speaker 6: which shows how evenly split.
- 1:07:36Speaker 5: Things are now. Texas is what we call a red state.
- 1:07:40Speaker 6: The Texas Senate race is shaped up, is one of
- 1:07:42Speaker 6: the most closely watched and it will be one of
- 1:07:44Speaker 6: the most expensive midterm races in the country. In the
- 1:07:48Speaker 6: second fund raising quarter, taller Rico's campaign reported raising twenty
- 1:07:52Speaker 6: eight million, while Paxton's campaign reported only one point six million.
- 1:08:00Speaker 6: That means we need to get a whole lot more
- 1:08:02Speaker 6: money and put it in this rate race and don't
- 1:08:05Speaker 6: let the Democrats buy the seat. The non partisan Cook
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: Political Report shifted their prediction in November from likely Republican
- 1:08:13Speaker 6: to quote lean Republican after the GOP runoff. A Democrat
- 1:08:20Speaker 6: has not represented Texas in the Senate since former Senator
- 1:08:23Speaker 6: Bob Krueger did so back in nineteen ninety three. The
- 1:08:27Speaker 6: TPR poll surveyed a total of one thousand and forty
- 1:08:30Speaker 6: eight likely voters from July fifteenth to the seventeenth, with
- 1:08:34Speaker 6: a margin of air of approximately three point four percentage points.
- 1:08:40Speaker 6: So it looks like right now, according to the polls,
- 1:08:43Speaker 6: you've got Tallerico slightly edging out Paxton. Now, there's still
- 1:08:47Speaker 6: plenty of time between now and the election. And also
- 1:08:49Speaker 6: it seems like each day we go further down this
- 1:08:52Speaker 6: rabbit hole. Another comment from James Talafrico is released, and
- 1:08:57Speaker 6: we hear him saying things like this, which is.
- 1:09:00Speaker 33: I know personally that I've learned as much about my
- 1:09:04Speaker 33: faith from Salmon's tradition, from the Islami mystics, from poets
- 1:09:12Speaker 33: like Rumy, as much as I have from Christian authors
- 1:09:16Speaker 33: and Christian writers.
- 1:09:18Speaker 6: So he's learned as much about Christianity from Islam.
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: Okay, oh you know he also said this, which.
- 1:09:32Speaker 33: Is, I always think of myself as a Christian who
- 1:09:35Speaker 33: hates Christianity.
- 1:09:36Speaker 6: Oh okay, that sounds kind of weird. What about the
- 1:09:40Speaker 6: trans children?
- 1:09:41Speaker 7: What about that's something that you love.
- 1:09:43Speaker 5: It's not family or friends I love.
- 1:09:47Speaker 33: I'm just saying it's because it's on my mind. The
- 1:09:50Speaker 33: trans children who showed up yesterday at the state Capitol
- 1:09:54Speaker 33: to advocate for their humanity. They shouldn't have to, but
- 1:09:57Speaker 33: it was an inspiration.
- 1:09:59Speaker 6: As Sara Gonzalez that somebody needs to check that guy's
- 1:10:01Speaker 6: hard drive immediately.
- 1:10:04Speaker 5: And of course we all know that well, of course.
- 1:10:06Speaker 6: As God is non binary, this God is non binary.
- 1:10:10Speaker 5: I don't know about yours.
- 1:10:11Speaker 6: And then you've got his greatest hits, which I love
- 1:10:13Speaker 6: this one because this is James Tall Rico.
- 1:10:16Speaker 5: This is everything he is now campaigning against.
- 1:10:19Speaker 28: Did they teach you in Sunday School that Jesus Christ
- 1:10:22Speaker 28: himself was a radical feminis?
- 1:10:25Speaker 5: No?
- 1:10:26Speaker 28: The American flag is such a complicated symbol for most
- 1:10:29Speaker 28: of us.
- 1:10:29Speaker 5: Is God is non binary.
- 1:10:32Speaker 33: You can't call yourself a Christian and reject the stranger
- 1:10:36Speaker 33: seeking asylum at our southern borner. Here, our trans community
- 1:10:40Speaker 33: needs abortion care too.
- 1:10:42Speaker 28: Modern science obviously recognized as there are many more than
- 1:10:46Speaker 28: two biological sexes, and that there are six. No prophetic
- 1:10:49Speaker 28: voices like Jesus have helped me reckon with my own whiteness.
- 1:10:52Speaker 28: Our southern border should be like our front porch. There
- 1:10:56Speaker 28: should be a giant welcome mat out front trying to
- 1:11:00Speaker 28: fundamentally change the politics in this state and in this country.
- 1:11:06Speaker 33: No need to sit and cry over you know, your
- 1:11:08Speaker 33: whiteness or your masculinity.
- 1:11:10Speaker 6: I can't tell you how many times I've said and
- 1:11:11Speaker 6: cried over my spilled whiteness. I mean, I just, oh man,
- 1:11:15Speaker 6: it's tough sometimes you just And the good thing is
- 1:11:19Speaker 6: he's totally off the cuff whenever he's speaking in public.
- 1:11:22Speaker 6: He would never read a script or memorize something to
- 1:11:25Speaker 6: speak to people he would never know.
- 1:11:26Speaker 28: I've gone to every corner of this campaign, from Beaumont,
- 1:11:32Speaker 28: from Amarilla or Brownsville, everywhere in between. And I can't
- 1:11:36Speaker 28: tell you the number of people.
- 1:11:37Speaker 33: Who come up to me at the end of these events.
- 1:11:40Speaker 28: And whisper, I'm not a Democrat.
- 1:11:42Speaker 33: They're in the Women's Protection program.
- 1:11:47Speaker 5: Well that was a rehearsed or anything, not one bit.
- 1:11:51Speaker 5: Once again, this guy.
- 1:11:52Speaker 6: The Democrats are going to pour a hundred million dollars
- 1:11:54Speaker 6: plus into this race, and if we're not careful, it
- 1:11:58Speaker 6: will be lost.
- 1:11:59Speaker 5: There is no incumbent. That's a little different anyway, if
- 1:12:07Speaker 5: you want.
- 1:12:08Speaker 6: To weigh in two eight one five five eight KSEV
- 1:12:10Speaker 6: two eight one five five eight five seven three eight.
- 1:12:13Speaker 5: The Democrats are going to try to buy this seat.
- 1:12:16Speaker 6: They're going Texas is the pie in the sky and
- 1:12:18Speaker 6: if they can get it, God help us, especially with
- 1:12:22Speaker 6: a guide now campaigning against everything he said over the
- 1:12:25Speaker 6: last few years. When we come back, we'll talk a
- 1:12:30Speaker 6: little bit about President Trump, and he's calling on the
- 1:12:33Speaker 6: Senate to delay recess until they have passed they Save
- 1:12:36Speaker 6: America Act.
- 1:12:37Speaker 5: Trump going on to true Social two eight one five
- 1:12:39Speaker 5: to five eight KSV. We'll be right back.
- 1:12:50Speaker 12: You're listening to chris X Radio Radio, the Voice of Texas.
- 1:12:57Speaker 15: Hi, y'all, it's Kathy from Baker Mortgage. You know, with
- 1:13:00Speaker 15: all the scary stuff we've been through, it's still true
- 1:13:03Speaker 15: that timing is everything and the time to buy is now.
- 1:13:06Speaker 15: But don't go looking without a solid pre approval in hand.
- 1:13:09Speaker 15: And this includes an application and a detailed discussion about
- 1:13:13Speaker 15: property taxes. If you didn't have the talk you know
- 1:13:16Speaker 15: about property taxes, you really don't know what you're preapproved for.
- 1:13:20Speaker 15: That should make you wonder what else they may have
- 1:13:22Speaker 15: left out. Mortgages are personal. Let's face it, We're dealing
- 1:13:25Speaker 15: with your home and your money, and it doesn't get
- 1:13:27Speaker 15: much more personal than that. When it's the largest transaction
- 1:13:31Speaker 15: that most people will ever be involved in. Imagine having
- 1:13:34Speaker 15: someone on your side looking out after you. What a concept.
- 1:13:37Speaker 15: We audit your closing statement to make sure you're not
- 1:13:40Speaker 15: paying for things that you're not supposed to do. You
- 1:13:42Speaker 15: think your big bank's going to do that? Probably not

- 1:15:12Speaker 7: New swimming pools.
- 1:15:16Speaker 34: Join me this weekend for the Backyard Bay Radio Program.
- 1:15:20Speaker 34: Now at our new time every Saturday morning at nine am,
- 1:15:24Speaker 34: right here on the Voice.
- 1:15:28Speaker 12: The Voice of Texas, the Voice of Reason, Chris X Radio,
- 1:15:33Speaker 12: X Radio.
- 1:15:49Speaker 5: Welcome back to Chris X Radio. I before introdex man.
- 1:15:52Speaker 6: Glad to have you here with us if you want
- 1:15:54Speaker 6: to join us this afternoon to eight one five five
- 1:15:57Speaker 6: eight KSV to eight one five seven three eight So okay.
- 1:16:02Speaker 6: So President Trump is called on the Senate to delay
- 1:16:05Speaker 6: the recess until it has passed the Save America Act.
- 1:16:10Speaker 6: He went on to Truth Social and Trump said that
- 1:16:13Speaker 6: Senate Majority Leader John Thune should should not allow the
- 1:16:16Speaker 6: US Senate to leave town until it passes Okay. As
- 1:16:21Speaker 6: an alternative suggestion, Trump called on senators to terminate the filibuster.
- 1:16:25Speaker 6: Now John Thune has said he doesn't have the votes
- 1:16:27Speaker 6: for that, so Republicans can then quickly pass everything they
- 1:16:31Speaker 6: ever dreamed of, including full and deep throated save America Act,
- 1:16:37Speaker 6: the Budget and the ever looming debt sealing disaster in
- 1:16:40Speaker 6: nineteen twenty nine. Trump is bushed Republicans, of course, to
- 1:16:45Speaker 6: pass the legislation for months. The House of Representatives has
- 1:16:48Speaker 6: passed it in multiple forms multiple times, but it keeps
- 1:16:51Speaker 6: getting rejected by the Senate.
- 1:16:53Speaker 5: John Thune said.
- 1:16:54Speaker 6: He does not have the votes to pass it or
- 1:16:56Speaker 6: overturn the filibuster, so the bill couldn't pass with a
- 1:17:00Speaker 6: simple majority. Now the House just passed it under reconciliation,
- 1:17:04Speaker 6: where all you need is a simple majority. So there's
- 1:17:10Speaker 6: a little sum going on right there. Cinemnority Chuck Schumer
- 1:17:13Speaker 6: has responded in a post on x saying it's a
- 1:17:16Speaker 6: new week in Washington, but one thing remains the same.
- 1:17:19Speaker 6: The same Act is dead on arrival in the US Senate.
- 1:17:23Speaker 6: It will not pass, not now, not ever. Democrats, of course,
- 1:17:28Speaker 6: cite possible voter suppression is the main reason for their opposition,
- 1:17:32Speaker 6: even though the vast majority of Americans, Democrats, Republicans, black, white, Asian,
- 1:17:37Speaker 6: Hispanic doesn't matter. Everybody supports it overwhelmingly, but not Democrats
- 1:17:47Speaker 6: and not a few Republicans, sending Conservatives such as Rick
- 1:17:52Speaker 6: Scott and Mike Lee have supported the president's called action
- 1:17:56Speaker 6: before the August recess quote no results, no recess, Scott
- 1:18:00Speaker 6: said in a post on x pass Save America Now
- 1:18:04Speaker 6: Now Lee, who introduced the legislation, Warren Thune in a
- 1:18:07Speaker 6: post on social media in the past week that he
- 1:18:09Speaker 6: would object to any effort to put the Senate into
- 1:18:12Speaker 6: recess in August, at least until such time the Senate
- 1:18:15Speaker 6: has passed the Save America Act. The push to delay
- 1:18:20Speaker 6: recess comes just days after headlines about non citizens being
- 1:18:24Speaker 6: registered to vote. On July seventeenth, Homeland Security mark Wayne
- 1:18:29Speaker 6: Mullen issued a news release saying that New Jersey and
- 1:18:32Speaker 6: three other states California, Pennsylvania, and Nevada, had more than
- 1:18:35Speaker 6: two hundred and fifty thousand non citizens registered to vote.
- 1:18:42Speaker 6: He said that New Jersey may have as many as
- 1:18:44Speaker 6: thirty five thousand non citizens on its voter rolls.
- 1:18:50Speaker 5: Now.
- 1:18:50Speaker 6: On July twenty first, New Jersey Governor Mikey Sheryl, a Democrat,
- 1:18:54Speaker 6: announced that more than sixty six hundred non citizens were
- 1:18:58Speaker 6: registered to vote in her state because of an alleged
- 1:19:00Speaker 6: software glitch, and that fewer.
- 1:19:02Speaker 5: Than four hundred had voted.
- 1:19:06Speaker 6: Now Earlier, Trump put off signing a federal housing bill
- 1:19:09Speaker 6: on June twenty fourth, saying that the Save America Act
- 1:19:12Speaker 6: had to be had to be passed first, so we'll
- 1:19:17Speaker 6: see if they can get it past, all right, two
- 1:19:19Speaker 6: eight one five five eight k SCV. If you want
- 1:19:21Speaker 6: to join us two eight one five five eight five
- 1:19:24Speaker 6: seven three eight, let's go out to t air listening
- 1:19:26Speaker 6: in Jersey Village, TI Air. Thank you for hanging on.
- 1:19:29Speaker 6: Welcome to Chris X radio.
- 1:19:32Speaker 14: Man.
- 1:19:33Speaker 35: Longtime listener, first time caller.
- 1:19:38Speaker 5: I think you're a short time listener, longtime caller. But
- 1:19:41Speaker 5: that's that's good.
- 1:19:45Speaker 35: Well, I mean, it looks like we're back to America
- 1:19:49Speaker 35: being basically America again, where our media has begun to
- 1:19:54Speaker 35: take up arms against our president. And the sad thing
- 1:19:58Speaker 35: is that again, never an American history has there ever
- 1:20:01Speaker 35: been a situation where we open handedly see a rejection
- 1:20:08Speaker 35: of not only information provided by the President of the
- 1:20:12Speaker 35: United States, but even that provided through Homeland Security, the FBI,
- 1:20:16Speaker 35: the CIA. We are at a point where we're having
- 1:20:19Speaker 35: an abject fight for the soul of our country because
- 1:20:24Speaker 35: of well they say it is fake news. And the
- 1:20:28Speaker 35: thing that's so ironic about this all is that that
- 1:20:31Speaker 35: us conspiracy theorists been news that this was a situation.
- 1:20:35Speaker 35: I find it so funny, that's so freaking hilarious that
- 1:20:39Speaker 35: we're the only group of people who have never once
- 1:20:43Speaker 35: bit in a bullet and said, nope, nope, nope, nope,
- 1:20:46Speaker 35: Trump bat trump bat Trump bad. Because again, if you
- 1:20:51Speaker 35: want to offend a liberal, tell the truth. If you
- 1:20:56Speaker 35: want to offend a conservative, tell them a lie. And
- 1:20:59Speaker 35: that's the reality that it seems like we're getting closer
- 1:21:02Speaker 35: and closer to. But the funniest thing is that these
- 1:21:05Speaker 35: liberals cannot be defeated. And I want to say something,
- 1:21:08Speaker 35: It's not just about the liberals, not about liberals. Let's
- 1:21:12Speaker 35: be clear about it. When I'm talking about the liberals,
- 1:21:14Speaker 35: I'm talking the establishment. I'm fought as deeper than an establishment.
- 1:21:18Speaker 35: It's these people who are part and parcel of an
- 1:21:23Speaker 35: estate that you and I do not belong or exist.
- 1:21:27Speaker 35: In fact, we're supposed to get our behind back to
- 1:21:30Speaker 35: work and work on our own capitalismic that I put
- 1:21:34Speaker 35: it in quotation marks capitalistic plantation, if you will. I
- 1:21:40Speaker 35: had a friend of mine telling me this long time ago.
- 1:21:43Speaker 35: He said, we are all nothing more than negros picking
- 1:21:45Speaker 35: on Uncle Sam's plantation. And that's the thing about it.
- 1:21:50Speaker 35: It's when we get over this thing of grace, the
- 1:21:53Speaker 35: diatribe right here right that we finally be able to
- 1:21:56Speaker 35: realize that, you know what, we all have this problems.
- 1:22:00Speaker 35: We all have the same issue. That's why I believe
- 1:22:03Speaker 35: that rock and roll and hip hop where they had
- 1:22:06Speaker 35: an unholy alliance in the late two thousands. I don't
- 1:22:09Speaker 35: know about you, but I still remember Lincoln Park and
- 1:22:11Speaker 35: Jay Z staying share in the same stage. I remember
- 1:22:14Speaker 35: Corning em and l Man, Marilyn Manson and Exhibit and
- 1:22:19Speaker 35: Executioners doing their things, and it felt like as we
- 1:22:22Speaker 35: all got close together, the racial dysphoria that we were
- 1:22:27Speaker 35: having in this country, the Chili Bowl, the super Bowl
- 1:22:30Speaker 35: that we live in. But it suddenly started making more sense.
- 1:22:36Speaker 35: I mean, I know how people list to sit back
- 1:22:38Speaker 35: and look at this culture and say, man, well that's here.
- 1:22:40Speaker 35: How does Trump factor into it?
- 1:22:42Speaker 22: It's bigger than.
- 1:22:43Speaker 35: Trump, is my point. They are a friends. They are
- 1:22:45Speaker 35: about the little control and that's exactly why they've gotten
- 1:22:48Speaker 35: so as aggressive as they had. This is about control people.
- 1:22:53Speaker 35: We got to come to a point where, all right,
- 1:22:55Speaker 35: we see it. Trump is playing politics, support and He's like,
- 1:22:59Speaker 35: you know what, Hey, I'm gonna throw everything at it
- 1:23:02Speaker 35: that I can to get something done because I know
- 1:23:05Speaker 35: it's coming if you don't. And he's putting the responsibility
- 1:23:08Speaker 35: into otis on Congress and the Senate, and he's not
- 1:23:11Speaker 35: naming who it is. He's just saying Congress and Senate,
- 1:23:14Speaker 35: and I know what that is. That's cowork for Hey,
- 1:23:17Speaker 35: you're Republicans, Don Thune and the boys, get your behind
- 1:23:20Speaker 35: back to work. You have work to do, That's what
- 1:23:23Speaker 35: that is. A lot of us are sitting back thing
- 1:23:25Speaker 35: and no, it's just the liberals. No, there's a lot
- 1:23:28Speaker 35: of Republicans who hate Trump up it. That's why good
- 1:23:30Speaker 35: old boy coordinating an office no more. Good job Texas
- 1:23:34Speaker 35: getting rid of them. But the point is that we
- 1:23:37Speaker 35: still have work to do, and we have to understand
- 1:23:41Speaker 35: that they are fighting with everything they got. They're using
- 1:23:45Speaker 35: every trick you can't imagine. In the book. What I
- 1:23:48Speaker 35: am encouraging all of us to do is remain resolved.
- 1:23:52Speaker 35: Remain resolved enough to get out there and vote one
- 1:23:55Speaker 35: two they glued to your television. Watch as these characters
- 1:24:01Speaker 35: begin to change, people change their colors and they realize
- 1:24:05Speaker 35: you no longer hear them. That's just what I got
- 1:24:09Speaker 35: for y'all today. Other than that, man, it's been a
- 1:24:12Speaker 35: long summer graduate at uh Praise God. And let's keep
- 1:24:17Speaker 35: doing what we do in Texas, which is be the
- 1:24:19Speaker 35: best state.
- 1:24:20Speaker 36: In the country.
- 1:24:21Speaker 6: I'm a many thanks for the cult here. You couldn't
- 1:24:24Speaker 6: have once again, you couldn't have nailed it any harder.
- 1:24:26Speaker 5: You always do. And you're right.
- 1:24:29Speaker 6: You brought up so many interesting points, and one of
- 1:24:32Speaker 6: them is, but wait, you're gonna tell me next to
- 1:24:34Speaker 6: doctor Fauci lied during a pandemic and had bad policy
- 1:24:37Speaker 6: based on absolutely nothing and lied to the American people.
- 1:24:40Speaker 5: Oh yeah, that did happen.
- 1:24:41Speaker 6: We've now learned that all the conspiracy theorists on that
- 1:24:43Speaker 6: were right, not all of them, but the ones about
- 1:24:46Speaker 6: Fauci were They were absolutely correct. And as time goes on,
- 1:24:49Speaker 6: we find out that, guess what, well, that twenty twenty
- 1:24:52Speaker 6: election wasn't on the up and up like they forced
- 1:24:54Speaker 6: everybody to believe. So there's that, and then there's so
- 1:24:56Speaker 6: many other things. But then you mentioned the Black White Deal,
- 1:25:00Speaker 6: the people coming together, and I remember exactly what you're
- 1:25:03Speaker 6: talking about. In the early two thousands, late nineties, early
- 1:25:07Speaker 6: two thousands with the rock and roll and the hip
- 1:25:09Speaker 6: hop coming together, and they were doing stuff, and then
- 1:25:12Speaker 6: it's kind of like the Red Ants and the Black Ants.
- 1:25:15Speaker 6: They're existing in an aquarium and everything's fine until somebody
- 1:25:20Speaker 6: comes along with a stick and puts it in and
- 1:25:21Speaker 6: starts stirring things up and gets them fighting. Those are
- 1:25:26Speaker 6: the politicians, They're the stick. That's the people who want
- 1:25:30Speaker 6: to make sure they stay in power by offering one side. Hey, listen,
- 1:25:35Speaker 6: whatever you guys want, we're here to provide it. We'll
- 1:25:38Speaker 6: protect you, we will save you, will will just everybody
- 1:25:42Speaker 6: will be Communists and it'll be great and everything will
- 1:25:44Speaker 6: be fine. Just because it's failed everywhere else doesn't. We're
- 1:25:46Speaker 6: going to do it right. That's exactly what's happening. And
- 1:25:50Speaker 6: then you've got, once again some on the Republican side
- 1:25:53Speaker 6: that are a little closer to the communists than not,
- 1:25:56Speaker 6: and they're willing to go along with it.
- 1:25:57Speaker 5: Just one.
- 1:25:58Speaker 6: I don't want to be hated too. I don't want
- 1:25:59Speaker 6: to get you know, and I don't want to get
- 1:26:00Speaker 6: trouble with the media. They're gonna be mean to me.
- 1:26:03Speaker 6: They're gonna attack me and what I say, And as
- 1:26:06Speaker 6: you pointed out, the media is trash. You don't get
- 1:26:11Speaker 6: facts from the media anymore. You get narrative, and they
- 1:26:15Speaker 6: hide it under the guise of being news fake news,
- 1:26:18Speaker 6: as you pointed out, and that's where we find ourselves.
- 1:26:22Speaker 6: So it's hard for the average person to go through.
- 1:26:25Speaker 6: One thing about ut are is I know you're so
- 1:26:27Speaker 6: informed and that you're so much more informed than the
- 1:26:29Speaker 6: average person. And that's why whenever you speak, I generally
- 1:26:32Speaker 6: just let you go because unless I'm short on time,
- 1:26:35Speaker 6: then I'm gonna let you finish your points because you're
- 1:26:37Speaker 6: on point every time, and you make sense and you're
- 1:26:40Speaker 6: right on and then you always finish up. You don't always,
- 1:26:44Speaker 6: but generally, let's finish up and to keep Texas Texas
- 1:26:47Speaker 6: and do our Texas thing, because we're that shining light
- 1:26:50Speaker 6: on the hill that America used to be. America used
- 1:26:54Speaker 6: to be a shining light on the hill. But the
- 1:26:56Speaker 6: communists are taking over places like New York DC. I
- 1:27:00Speaker 6: DC's not a state, but they're going to make it
- 1:27:01Speaker 6: a state of giving the opportunity, just.
- 1:27:03Speaker 5: Like Puerto Rico.
- 1:27:04Speaker 6: Anything to water down our republic, to turn it into
- 1:27:08Speaker 6: quote what they call a democracy, they'll pack the Supreme Court,
- 1:27:11Speaker 6: they'll do all of these things. And the problem is
- 1:27:14Speaker 6: is we still have a few Republicans that one either
- 1:27:18Speaker 6: they don't realize that's on the horizon, or two they
- 1:27:22Speaker 6: purposefully ignore it to pretend as though it doesn't exist
- 1:27:26Speaker 6: because maybe they benefit from it. And as you said,
- 1:27:32Speaker 6: heer Ben, it's sometimes you got to be right on it.
- 1:27:35Speaker 6: Sometimes you have to go and be active and be engaged.
- 1:27:39Speaker 5: And you are and so am I.
- 1:27:41Speaker 6: And the goal of this program is to keep everybody
- 1:27:43Speaker 6: else engaged in paying attention, because if you don't, someone
- 1:27:49Speaker 6: else will make up your mind for you. And spoiler alert,
- 1:27:52Speaker 6: they don't give a damn about you or what you're doing,
- 1:27:56Speaker 6: or your job or your overall wellness into All they
- 1:28:00Speaker 6: want to do is control you. And there's nowhere on
- 1:28:03Speaker 6: God's green Earth they won't hut you down to rule
- 1:28:05Speaker 6: over you. And that is a real threat and we're
- 1:28:09Speaker 6: going to be facing it forever.

- 1:30:51Speaker 30: To SECT Radio.
- 1:30:51Speaker 6: I before met your dex man A man I always
- 1:30:54Speaker 6: love hearing from Tier. Tier's the guy I ran into
- 1:30:57Speaker 6: just strictly just by chance years ago, and it was
- 1:31:02Speaker 6: funny because at the time I was working another job
- 1:31:05Speaker 6: that you all was here on KCV, but I was
- 1:31:06Speaker 6: also working another job. And then when I told him
- 1:31:09Speaker 6: I was the host, he was like, I mean, I've
- 1:31:10Speaker 6: listened to your show. And he and I sat there
- 1:31:12Speaker 6: and talked for two hours. And since then he's attended
- 1:31:15Speaker 6: some of the pizza parties we had, and Tiars never
- 1:31:18Speaker 6: met a stranger. He's a super nice guy, and he's
- 1:31:21Speaker 6: highly educated, especially now now he's gone on and getting
- 1:31:25Speaker 6: his degrees from University of Houston and god knows where else.
- 1:31:29Speaker 6: But he's also highly intelligent, and he's disarming.
- 1:31:32Speaker 5: When you meet him. Tiers this big, tall, black guy.
- 1:31:35Speaker 6: He looks very relaxed and kind of easy going, and
- 1:31:38Speaker 6: you think, well, he's this big dude. He's just kind
- 1:31:40Speaker 6: of easy going, and then he starts talking and you go,
- 1:31:44Speaker 6: this dude knows what he's talking about. And he explained
- 1:31:47Speaker 6: to me that he had moved down from a thing Milwaukee.
- 1:31:50Speaker 6: Can't remember exactly where it was, but he had moved
- 1:31:52Speaker 6: down to Texas and just went, man, this is the
- 1:31:56Speaker 6: Promised Land. And then he told certain family members, no,
- 1:31:58Speaker 6: don't you move down here, don't you come down here.
- 1:32:00Speaker 5: Don't you come down and run our state.
- 1:32:04Speaker 6: But he is liberty minded like us, and he's right,
- 1:32:08Speaker 6: and he obviously look out the guys going to school.
- 1:32:11Speaker 6: What are what are what are colleges? They're no longer
- 1:32:15Speaker 6: institutions of higher learning, They're institutions of indoctrination. There is
- 1:32:19Speaker 6: absolutely zero chance they're going to indoctrinate someone like Tierre.
- 1:32:24Speaker 6: You can't indoctrinate him. He's too smart, he's too sharp,
- 1:32:28Speaker 6: he's too fast, he's too easy going. Once again, they
- 1:32:31Speaker 6: have no chance. I'm sure the professors, which I don't
- 1:32:35Speaker 6: know if he's debated with him, but if he has,
- 1:32:37Speaker 6: I'm pretty sure he destroyed them. And I loved watching
- 1:32:41Speaker 6: him and Chris and others talking to pizza party. We
- 1:32:45Speaker 6: had the Pizza party, and that's what they were for,
- 1:32:46Speaker 6: to get people together, to make sure that they can,
- 1:32:48Speaker 6: you know, like minded individuals. And once again, I wish
- 1:32:53Speaker 6: everybody was as informed.
- 1:32:54Speaker 5: As Tierre because he's a super bright guy.
- 1:32:57Speaker 6: And if he was, boyar politicians would n present or
- 1:33:00Speaker 6: if people were as informed as him, our politicians would
- 1:33:03Speaker 6: represent us a whole lot better. All right, Anyway, welcome
- 1:33:06Speaker 6: back to the program if you want to join us.
- 1:33:07Speaker 6: Two eight one five to five eight KSV two eight one, five, five, eight, five,
- 1:33:12Speaker 6: seven three eighth Doctor Anthony Fauci scheduled to testify in
- 1:33:15Speaker 6: the morning tomorrow before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental
- 1:33:18Speaker 6: Affairs Committee, which Senator Well, the chairman, Senator Ran Paul
- 1:33:24Speaker 6: is going to be grilling him about why he lied
- 1:33:26Speaker 6: under oath, why he lied to the American people, because
- 1:33:30Speaker 6: we've now learned he was lying. He was lying about
- 1:33:32Speaker 6: the mortality rate. He was more interested in his fame
- 1:33:35Speaker 6: and so many other things, talking about being the most
- 1:33:38Speaker 6: famous guy on the planet. And he was upset with Trump,
- 1:33:41Speaker 6: and he met with Barack Obama, who called you know
- 1:33:43Speaker 6: when he was when things started not going as well
- 1:33:45Speaker 6: for him because people started doubting with the stupid, idiotic
- 1:33:49Speaker 6: information we were given during COVID. Do you guys remember that,
- 1:33:53Speaker 6: you remember the steps in the grocery stores that you
- 1:33:55Speaker 6: had to follow, You guys remember stay three feet apart? Well,
- 1:33:59Speaker 6: it's six feet apart. No, it's three feet apart. And
- 1:34:02Speaker 6: then okay, well, not that COVID wasn't real. COVID is
- 1:34:06Speaker 6: a real thing. We've also learned that he lied about well,
- 1:34:10Speaker 6: where this virus came from. It didn't come from a
- 1:34:14Speaker 6: wet market it didn't come from people eating bats. It
- 1:34:17Speaker 6: came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology most likely, and
- 1:34:22Speaker 6: that's where we were testing. We were doing gain a
- 1:34:25Speaker 6: function research and he lied about that as well. He
- 1:34:27Speaker 6: lied repeatedly, and then he got a preemptive pardon by
- 1:34:31Speaker 6: Joe Biden. What it was a pardon not for a
- 1:34:37Speaker 6: specific crime, just to pardon over a ten year period
- 1:34:40Speaker 6: for anything you might be accused of doing over that period.
- 1:34:42Speaker 6: So if doctor Fauci murdered somebody, is that okay? Because
- 1:34:45Speaker 6: he may have murdered millions of people?
- 1:34:46Speaker 5: Who knows?
- 1:34:49Speaker 6: Maybe not, Maybe he truly cared about the American people
- 1:34:53Speaker 6: while he lied to them and then lied to the
- 1:34:56Speaker 6: American people and Congress under oath. Because now he's got
- 1:34:59Speaker 6: blanket immune, or does he? I think Rand Paul wants
- 1:35:03Speaker 6: to investigate that, and investigate him anyway if you want
- 1:35:06Speaker 6: to join us two eight one five five eight k
- 1:35:08Speaker 6: s ev two eight one five five eight five seven
- 1:35:11Speaker 6: three eight. And I was bringing that up because when
- 1:35:14Speaker 6: Tierre was talking, he literally he was talking about these
- 1:35:17Speaker 6: people that lie to us and what's going on in
- 1:35:19Speaker 6: the political power and once these people out power, doctor
- 1:35:22Speaker 6: Fauci was given enormous power, enormous power, what.
- 1:35:30Speaker 5: Did he do?
- 1:35:31Speaker 6: He tried to shut everything down and then claimed I
- 1:35:33Speaker 6: didn't want to shut it. I didn't tell anyone to
- 1:35:34Speaker 6: shut anything down. After we have it on video, telling people,
- 1:35:37Speaker 6: oh no, I told him to shut it down, absolutely,
- 1:35:39Speaker 6: but I didn't have.
- 1:35:40Speaker 5: Anything to do with it.
- 1:35:42Speaker 6: Two eight one five five eight k SV two eight
- 1:35:45Speaker 6: one five five eight five seven three eight. Let's go
- 1:35:48Speaker 6: to Don, who's been patiently holding Don. Thank you for
- 1:35:50Speaker 6: hanging on. Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:35:53Speaker 22: Well you just tell I'm not under But that's what
- 1:35:57Speaker 22: I was going to say.
- 1:35:59Speaker 2: Uh.
- 1:36:00Speaker 22: But a couple of things that had one of the
- 1:36:04Speaker 22: most arrogant things about people that I mean about doctor Fauci.
- 1:36:10Speaker 22: When someone questioned him and the science, he said, I
- 1:36:15Speaker 22: am science. You remember that.
- 1:36:19Speaker 6: Yeah, that was kind of funny. He is a science
- 1:36:21Speaker 6: and you weren't allowed to question him.
- 1:36:23Speaker 5: Wait what?
- 1:36:23Speaker 22: And Flora Ingram on Fox yesterday at six o'clock was
- 1:36:31Speaker 22: really going after him, and she had a congressman on him.
- 1:36:36Speaker 22: I'm sorry, I can't remember his name. He said, yeah,
- 1:36:40Speaker 22: fighting did pardon him, but he said, if Bauchi goes
- 1:36:44Speaker 22: up and lies tomorrow, he can still be charged. I mean,
- 1:36:49Speaker 22: you can't just pardon the guy for future crimes. That
- 1:36:54Speaker 22: doesn't make any sense.
- 1:36:57Speaker 6: And I still haven't quite figured out how you can
- 1:37:00Speaker 6: pardon somebody for past crimes that supposedly they didn't commit.
- 1:37:03Speaker 6: But your point is dead on if he came up
- 1:37:06Speaker 6: and lied after this, which I don't know if he has,
- 1:37:08Speaker 6: but if he lies tomorrow, well that would be a
- 1:37:11Speaker 6: new crime, and he wasn't parted for any new crimes.
- 1:37:13Speaker 6: In fact, I still don't know what he was parted
- 1:37:16Speaker 6: from because President Autopen pardoned him and we're not quite
- 1:37:19Speaker 6: sure what it was. And I don't know why you
- 1:37:21Speaker 6: would need to pardon someone that hasn't committed any crimes.
- 1:37:24Speaker 6: But we live in bizarre times. We live in times
- 1:37:26Speaker 6: where you've got one side of the political aisle that
- 1:37:29Speaker 6: wants to go throw people in jail for not doing anything,
- 1:37:32Speaker 6: including the crime of running for president again.
- 1:37:35Speaker 5: So there's that aspect of it.
- 1:37:36Speaker 6: And then they're the same people that want to go
- 1:37:38Speaker 6: pardon people like the president's son and doctor Fauci and
- 1:37:42Speaker 6: other people that most likely committed obvious crimes, but they
- 1:37:45Speaker 6: don't want them to be held accountable. That really sets
- 1:37:48Speaker 6: up that multi tiered justice system in our country that
- 1:37:51Speaker 6: goes against everything this country was founded against. So kind
- 1:37:56Speaker 6: of crazy, but I think you make a really good
- 1:37:58Speaker 6: point on it's just it's it's we live in bizarro world.
- 1:38:06Speaker 22: Yeah, I remember, I think I told you sometime back
- 1:38:10Speaker 22: my ophthalmologist, doctor richarder So was really promoting some alternative.
- 1:38:21Speaker 22: That's it's what what was the I forget what it was.
- 1:38:26Speaker 22: What were some of the all alternates?
- 1:38:31Speaker 6: Are you talking about hydroxychloroquin or i've remeet in, those
- 1:38:34Speaker 6: sort of things that were used to treat Yeah.
- 1:38:36Speaker 22: That's that that sort of thing, and and uh, you
- 1:38:40Speaker 22: know that's some really good people were responsible people were promoting.
- 1:38:47Speaker 22: But Bauci said, no, I am science.
- 1:38:52Speaker 6: Yeah, well, doctor Fauci falls right in there with like
- 1:38:55Speaker 6: doctor Peter Hotez. They were getting paid because they had
- 1:38:58Speaker 6: stocks in these companies that were the ones providing these
- 1:39:01Speaker 6: vaccines that turned out to not be vaccines at all,
- 1:39:04Speaker 6: and the way they were designed, they were these weird
- 1:39:07Speaker 6: shots that clearly there's some issues that people had. Overall,
- 1:39:10Speaker 6: I think was okay, but they didn't stop people from
- 1:39:13Speaker 6: getting COVID. They didn't stop to prevent the spread of COVID.
- 1:39:16Speaker 6: In fact, we don't know if they did any good
- 1:39:18Speaker 6: at all. We have really zero information as to how
- 1:39:21Speaker 6: well they actually did. But we did know that we
- 1:39:24Speaker 6: found out later down the road that these kind of
- 1:39:25Speaker 6: doctors are getting paid, so they were going to promote
- 1:39:28Speaker 6: that sort of thing, and also the different sort of
- 1:39:31Speaker 6: treatment that cost a whole lot more money than three
- 1:39:33Speaker 6: cent pills like hydroxy chloroquin that people like doctor Stello
- 1:39:37Speaker 6: Emanuel were treating her patients with to a very high
- 1:39:40Speaker 6: successful ratio, in fact, literally well above I mean, well
- 1:39:45Speaker 6: above ninety nine percent success ratio. The only patients she
- 1:39:48Speaker 6: ever lost were ones that were far too gone by
- 1:39:50Speaker 6: the time she got to them. Most everybody else, you know,
- 1:39:54Speaker 6: yet treatment like hydroxychloroquin that had been provided to her
- 1:39:57Speaker 6: and other people in places like Ghana and you know
- 1:40:00Speaker 6: cambody in other places to where they it was, you know,
- 1:40:03Speaker 6: these very cheap, inexpensive drugs to treat things like malaria
- 1:40:08Speaker 6: and so on. And for some reason, once again, these
- 1:40:12Speaker 6: the these governmental bureaucrats, these people to get in and
- 1:40:16Speaker 6: make a whole lot of money. Well, of course they
- 1:40:17Speaker 6: were had a vested interest in recommending something else, and
- 1:40:22Speaker 6: it's it's a real weird time in America, a very
- 1:40:25Speaker 6: strange time that we have lived through. I hope we
- 1:40:27Speaker 6: never see anything like this again, Don, But once again,
- 1:40:30Speaker 6: if anything, it gave a whole lot of people a
- 1:40:32Speaker 6: healthy distrust of governmental bureaucrats.
- 1:40:36Speaker 22: Well, well they said, the Congress said yesterday, I'm sorry,
- 1:40:40Speaker 22: I forget his name there, and Laura Ingram said that
- 1:40:44Speaker 22: they uh that the right of contracting the virus here
- 1:40:53Speaker 22: in the US was much higher, like it was than
- 1:40:58Speaker 22: in Africa. I mean, that was incredibly low in Africa.
- 1:41:04Speaker 5: You know, thanks for they called, Don, I appreciate it.
- 1:41:06Speaker 5: You good to hear from you.
- 1:41:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:41:08Speaker 6: First of all, the numbers that we got from COVID
- 1:41:11Speaker 6: were insane because the flu and these various flus and
- 1:41:14Speaker 6: different things virtually disappeared, which doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
- 1:41:18Speaker 6: Somehow we were able to make all of those things
- 1:41:20Speaker 6: go away, these seasonal flus, they all disappeared, Well they
- 1:41:22Speaker 6: didn't disappear. They got caught up and everything else that
- 1:41:25Speaker 6: was going on, and they became COVID.
- 1:41:28Speaker 5: Everything was COVID.
- 1:41:29Speaker 6: And then they were classifying deaths from COVID as a
- 1:41:31Speaker 6: guy fell off a ladder and broke his neck and died.
- 1:41:34Speaker 5: That was a COVID death.
- 1:41:35Speaker 6: A guy riding a motorcycle got an a recondt that
- 1:41:38Speaker 6: was a COVID death. They started classifying everything COVID deaths
- 1:41:41Speaker 6: because they incentivized hospitals to get paid from COVID deaths,
- 1:41:45Speaker 6: and then of course you had the most likely the
- 1:41:48Speaker 6: real COVID deaths. It was this horrible thing that came
- 1:41:51Speaker 6: through this gain of function virus that came out of
- 1:41:55Speaker 6: the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
- 1:41:58Speaker 5: It wasn't even that this card I remember that one.
- 1:42:02Speaker 5: That was so funny listening to John Stewart.
- 1:42:05Speaker 6: Who got off the Democrat reservation just long enough to
- 1:42:09Speaker 6: hammer mister Late Late Show, you know, mister Stephen Colbert.
- 1:42:13Speaker 6: It was hilarious and it was pretty funny the way
- 1:42:17Speaker 6: he did it. He kind of nailed it. And for
- 1:42:20Speaker 6: some reason.
- 1:42:21Speaker 5: That we go, we can't do that. You can't talk
- 1:42:23Speaker 5: about that. No, no, he did, and it was hysterical.
- 1:42:26Speaker 6: Uh, tell you what, we need to take a break
- 1:42:27Speaker 6: and then we'll come back. Look, take we got Rusty
- 1:42:28Speaker 6: on the line. Rusty, hang on, We'll get to you.
- 1:42:31Speaker 6: It'll be interesting. Here's the best part. Doctor Fauci will
- 1:42:35Speaker 6: testify tomorrow he's gonna.
- 1:42:37Speaker 5: Get called to the carpet.
- 1:42:38Speaker 6: People will not watch it and then call in and
- 1:42:41Speaker 6: probably say things.
- 1:42:42Speaker 5: That didn't happen. What we'll see, but it.
- 1:42:47Speaker 6: Hasn't happened yet, but we knew doctor Fauci. Turns out
- 1:42:53Speaker 6: he's got a problem with the truth. He was more
- 1:42:56Speaker 6: interested in his fame than he was actually helping people.
- 1:43:00Speaker 5: It looks like all.

- 1:43:44Speaker 38: Do you know how when you go to church and you
- 1:43:45Speaker 38: hear a good sermon and then the preacher wraps up
- 1:43:47Speaker 38: the sermon, and any of the guy who's supposed to
- 1:43:49Speaker 38: give closing prayer, you give up there and give closing prayer.
- 1:43:51Speaker 38: You don't give your own mini sermon. You don't go

- 1:44:32Speaker 24: completely blown over and tree limbs broken, causing terrible damage

- 1:45:44Speaker 6: I guess a tweet from Alaska state Representative Andrew Gray,
- 1:45:49Speaker 6: who's a Democrat, he accidentally admitted the quiet part out loud.
- 1:45:52Speaker 5: He says that thirty.
- 1:45:53Speaker 6: Five hundred Alaskans were removed from voter rolls. Some of
- 1:45:56Speaker 6: them were US citizens. Wait, if only some were US citizens?
- 1:46:02Speaker 6: How many non citizens were on voter rolls in Alaska?
- 1:46:07Speaker 6: Probably a good idea to get the Save America Act.
- 1:46:10Speaker 5: I'm just saying, I don't know. It's probably a good idea.
- 1:46:12Speaker 6: Maybe to make a constitutional amendment so the Democrats can't
- 1:46:15Speaker 6: gohea and change laws and allow uh illegals to vote
- 1:46:19Speaker 6: in all of our elections.
- 1:46:20Speaker 16: Jeez.
- 1:46:21Speaker 6: Anyway, welcome back to the program. You're listening to Chris

- 1:46:25Speaker 6: things up here at six. We'll be back tomorrow for
- 1:46:27Speaker 6: your Humpday edition. And then we got our Friday show
- 1:46:29Speaker 6: on Thursday, So we got a lot going on, and man,
- 1:46:33Speaker 6: there's plenty to get to. Let's go and try to
- 1:46:34Speaker 6: get a couple of calls in here before we run
- 1:46:36Speaker 6: out of time. Let's go to Rusty, who's been patiently
- 1:46:39Speaker 6: holding Rusty, thank you for hanging on.
- 1:46:40Speaker 5: Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:46:43Speaker 1: Yeah, Chris, how you been good?
- 1:46:46Speaker 5: Rusty? How are you?
- 1:46:48Speaker 1: I'm really doing pretty good. It's been a while since
- 1:46:51Speaker 1: I talked to you. I kind of started trying to
- 1:46:54Speaker 1: eat my meals a little bit earlier, so you're kind
- 1:46:58Speaker 1: of right in the middle of cooking and eat eating,
- 1:47:00Speaker 1: you know, so it's kind of hard to do all three.
- 1:47:05Speaker 6: Yeah, from what I heard, eating earlier is probably a
- 1:47:07Speaker 6: good thing, so that I can't blame you for that.
- 1:47:09Speaker 6: I want you to take care of yourself and make
- 1:47:10Speaker 6: sure you stay good and healthy. And I hope you're
- 1:47:12Speaker 6: eating good food.
- 1:47:14Speaker 1: Oh yeah, man, I cook. Actually, so all right.
- 1:47:18Speaker 5: I'll come to your house after the show for dinner.
- 1:47:22Speaker 6: Say that again, said, I'm coming to your show your
- 1:47:24Speaker 6: house after the show for dinner.
- 1:47:26Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I made a bunch of chicken soup. Man,
- 1:47:29Speaker 1: it's pretty good. But anyway, I can't believe you you
- 1:47:33Speaker 1: had trouble with your second house all that freezing going on.
- 1:47:41Speaker 6: No, it wasn't my second house. It's the house that
- 1:47:43Speaker 6: I live in. I only have one home.
- 1:47:45Speaker 1: But yeah, in a buzz zone before.
- 1:47:49Speaker 6: Yeah, No, And about saying twenty seventeen, Hurricane Harvey took
- 1:47:52Speaker 6: one house from me. So I lost that house thanks
- 1:47:55Speaker 6: to Hurricane Harvey, and then I moved in over here
- 1:47:57Speaker 6: and then we got hit with the twenty twenty one freeze.
- 1:47:59Speaker 6: So yeah, it didn't take my second or well, my house,
- 1:48:02Speaker 6: my only house. But it sure did take some of
- 1:48:04Speaker 6: the plumbing and and took a whole lot of money
- 1:48:07Speaker 6: out of my bank account, I can tell you that.
- 1:48:10Speaker 7: Wow.
- 1:48:10Speaker 1: So I hope all the inside step was covered by insurance.
- 1:48:16Speaker 6: But I didn't file a claim because no, I didn't
- 1:48:19Speaker 6: have anything inside that really got destroyed other than like
- 1:48:22Speaker 6: I said, I cut off the water to the interior
- 1:48:24Speaker 6: of the home.
- 1:48:24Speaker 5: It was really just exterior with the palm trees.
- 1:48:27Speaker 6: And then and then of course the main coming underground
- 1:48:30Speaker 6: three feet underground that froze, and of course the sprinklers
- 1:48:33Speaker 6: and that kind of stuff. So it wasn't really I
- 1:48:35Speaker 6: guess I could have probably filed a claim, but once again,
- 1:48:39Speaker 6: that would have been a nightmare, so I didn't file
- 1:48:41Speaker 6: a claim on that.
- 1:48:42Speaker 5: I just paid out of my pocket.
- 1:48:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't think you can on that outside water stuff,
- 1:48:47Speaker 1: because I can keep King Center Points sending me all
- 1:48:50Speaker 1: these requests to purchase their insurance, their special insurance. But anyway,
- 1:48:58Speaker 1: oh yeah, yeah, I was out of electricity for a
- 1:49:01Speaker 1: day or two and it's cold, man. Luckily I had
- 1:49:04Speaker 1: my gas stove. I hope you had a gas so
- 1:49:07Speaker 1: I did.
- 1:49:08Speaker 5: Yeah, No, I did.
- 1:49:10Speaker 6: I had a gas fireplace and a gas stove, and
- 1:49:12Speaker 6: then both of them got used extensively during those times
- 1:49:15Speaker 6: because it was really coold.
- 1:49:16Speaker 1: I know, that's right. But anyway, you were talking about
- 1:49:22Speaker 1: the old COVID fiasco that we went through back in
- 1:49:29Speaker 1: what was that twenty twenty right, Yeah, yeah, that was
- 1:49:35Speaker 1: last year of the Trump administration. Man, I can't believe
- 1:49:40Speaker 1: everybody blames Biden. He's the one that shut down the
- 1:49:45Speaker 1: United States, closed the airports, told people on these luxury
- 1:49:50Speaker 1: liners you can't come in. But yeah, in Operation Warp
- 1:49:56Speaker 1: speed Man, that was his baby.
- 1:49:58Speaker 22: You know.
- 1:49:58Speaker 1: So I don't know if Fauci had anything to do
- 1:50:02Speaker 1: with that, but Fauci got.
- 1:50:04Speaker 5: Paid from it, and he had a lot to do
- 1:50:06Speaker 5: with it.
- 1:50:06Speaker 6: He was the one recommending what the president do that
- 1:50:08Speaker 6: was to shut down the country, and I think the
- 1:50:10Speaker 6: president realized pretty quickly that was a big mistake and
- 1:50:13Speaker 6: then reversed it.
- 1:50:14Speaker 5: But yeah, we've now learned that.
- 1:50:15Speaker 6: Yeah, absolutely, doctor Fauchi was recommending shutting everything down and
- 1:50:19Speaker 6: then running around backtracking saying he didn't recommend it when
- 1:50:22Speaker 6: he absolutely did.
- 1:50:25Speaker 1: You know, people they still don't want to go back
- 1:50:27Speaker 1: to work. That literally changed the psyche of America to
- 1:50:33Speaker 1: some degree.
- 1:50:34Speaker 6: Yeah, there's still people. You're right, people don't want to
- 1:50:38Speaker 6: go to work. They want to just sit at home
- 1:50:40Speaker 6: and they could still get paid. They'll do it, and
- 1:50:43Speaker 6: you're right, it really changed the psyche of America.
- 1:50:46Speaker 1: Yeah. But anyway, we were talking about uh uh being
- 1:50:52Speaker 1: directed to go to what private but I make sure
- 1:50:57Speaker 1: or something like that you were talking about, or maybe
- 1:51:00Speaker 1: and hospitalizations. You know, I don't like incentivized drift. You know,
- 1:51:06Speaker 1: we're not deporting as many people as we could because
- 1:51:10Speaker 1: the prisons, the private prisons are full. They're all full,
- 1:51:16Speaker 1: and they only get paid if they're full of prisoners.
- 1:51:20Speaker 1: You know, let's clear some of these prisoners out that
- 1:51:23Speaker 1: are in custody and uh, you know, stop trying to
- 1:51:28Speaker 1: like they're they're trying to deport a non here in Texas.
- 1:51:33Speaker 1: Can you believe that?
- 1:51:35Speaker 5: Well, how many people.
- 1:51:36Speaker 6: In prisons didn't commit crimes and then get convicted before
- 1:51:40Speaker 6: they went to the prison.
- 1:51:44Speaker 1: Well, I mean it doesn't really matter. I mean, if
- 1:51:47Speaker 1: you've got a lot of uh in custody already, non citizens.
- 1:51:53Speaker 6: Are committing murders and rapes and robberies and to the
- 1:51:56Speaker 6: tunes of thousands in our country, those people need to
- 1:51:59Speaker 6: be love.
- 1:52:01Speaker 5: So where we're going to put them.
- 1:52:03Speaker 6: We need to put them in prisons because along with
- 1:52:07Speaker 6: American citizens that have thanks for the call. Rest of
- 1:52:09Speaker 6: we're out town, I want to get one more call.
- 1:52:11Speaker 5: In once again.
- 1:52:12Speaker 6: You want to put them in prisons with the other
- 1:52:14Speaker 6: people that have committed crimes to keep them off the
- 1:52:16Speaker 6: street from committing more crimes. So when you say we
- 1:52:18Speaker 6: need to just get these people out of prisons, well,
- 1:52:22Speaker 6: depending on who's in charge in our country is who
- 1:52:26Speaker 6: you're just gonna get them out and let them import
- 1:52:28Speaker 6: them and then let them come right back across.
- 1:52:30Speaker 5: It's that that would be insanity. Anyway, thanks for the call.
- 1:52:32Speaker 6: Let's get to Jimmy X to the second power very
- 1:52:34Speaker 6: quickly before we run out of time. Hey Jimmy, we've
- 1:52:36Speaker 6: only got about forty five seconds, but I wanted to
- 1:52:38Speaker 6: make sure you got in before.
- 1:52:39Speaker 5: We were done.
- 1:52:41Speaker 1: Very good.
- 1:52:42Speaker 39: Hopefully there's an attorney listing. We proved, or rather New
- 1:52:47Speaker 39: York proved that under state charges, even the President of
- 1:52:51Speaker 39: the United States could be charged. Surely for financial crimes,
- 1:52:57Speaker 39: there is some state attorney general out there that cans
- 1:53:01Speaker 39: get something that FUCI provided that was fault and prosecute
- 1:53:06Speaker 39: him state level, which would prevent him from being exempted
- 1:53:11Speaker 39: by the federal pardon. I'm not an attorney, but there's
- 1:53:14Speaker 39: got to be something somewhere, you know what.
- 1:53:18Speaker 5: Thank you for the call, a really good point. You're right,
- 1:53:20Speaker 5: he wouldn't be exempt from state laws.
- 1:53:23Speaker 6: And from what I've seen, it looks like some laws
- 1:53:26Speaker 6: that may have been we'll just say fudged a little.
- 1:53:29Speaker 6: Then again, once again lie under oath. I mean, well,
- 1:53:33Speaker 6: we'll see, and once again we've learned that the Democrats
- 1:53:36Speaker 6: want to play by different rules in this country. So
- 1:53:39Speaker 6: let's not let that happen. All right, gang, everybody be safe,
- 1:53:42Speaker 6: have a great evening. We'll be back tomorrow for the
- 1:53:44Speaker 6: next edition of Chris X Radio. We'll do our home
- 1:53:46Speaker 6: Day and then we'll do our Friday show on Thursday.
- 1:53:48Speaker 6: Gets geared up for the weekend. All right, we'll see you tomorrow.
- 1:53:50Speaker 6: Be safe, everybody, have a good nime.
