Episode 136: Mike Freeman - Vintage Alaska Highway and Beyond - An Engine and a Prayer
This is referred to as a corner piece of the puzzle. We talk with Mike Freeman. He drove a ‘41 Ford up the Al-Can in 1961. Mike sold computers for IBM, helped grow an auto parts chain in far flung locations of Alaska and encouraged his son to try new things. By now you know his son, Phil, pretty well. After listening to Mike, you’ll understand him better.
In this episode, Mike talks of living and adventuring in Alaska, a close call, and doors opened by Rotary.
