- 0:04In a quiet neighborhood, where peace once lived, something has returned.
- 0:13At first, it was just a hole.
- 0:17Some unnoticed, but not for long.
- 0:22One man One house
- 0:25And an unexpected enemy Hiding Just
- 0:30beneath the surface He thought
- 0:33it was over He thought He had
- 0:36it sealed But The ground had other plans Concrete was poured Confidence was
- 0:45high But somewhere A woodchuck Was just getting started This is not just a story about a hole.
- 0:54This is a battle.
- 0:56It's a battle of patience, persistence, and property lines.
- 1:02The war has just begun. Half-Faith, let it begin.
- 1:07Angel vs. the Woodchuck, Part 1, starts right now.
- 1:36Hello everyone and welcome back to Half Faith Let It Begin. It is the Woodchuck series.
- 1:42Thank you for sticking with me and for being with me and praying with me because
- 1:48this Woodchuck war part three continues. The shed betrayal.
- 1:54Yeah. Well, previously on Angel vs. the Woodchuck, one hole became two.
- 1:58And what started as a problem became personal.
- 2:02So, but nothing could prepare me for what came next. Yeah.
- 2:08Welcome back. This is part three and the final chapter of what I thought was
- 2:13going to be a simple situation.
- 2:17I was wrong.
- 2:19So after part two, I'm like, all right, this is it. I'm going all in.
- 2:24Concrete everywhere. I'm sealing everything. Front of the house,
- 2:27back of the house. I'm out there. Like I am a work construction worker now.
- 2:32And when I'm done, nothing quiet, peaceful.
- 2:39And now I'm really thinking that I've won. Even a couple days go by.
- 2:45I walk toward the shed and I don't know what made me look down.
- 2:51But when I did, there it was.
- 2:54The biggest hole I've seen this entire time.
- 2:58Now, I'm just standing there. I'm not even mad right away. I'm just disappointed.
- 3:03Because now it feels like... You waited.
- 3:07You watched me fix everything. And then you said, yeah, I'm gonna move to the shed now.
- 3:14I mean, at this point, I had to accept something. This woodchuck...
- 3:20Is not just surviving. He's strategizing. Front yard didn't work.
- 3:26Back yard didn't work. So now he's like, let me upgrade my location.
- 3:31And I had just to laugh at that moment, because at some point you begin to realize
- 3:37you're not in control of everything.
- 3:39And sometimes life throws you a woodchuck that just refuses to leave.
- 3:47So where's the message and how do I tie this into my half faith?
- 3:50Let it begin, right? Here's the real part.
- 3:53Sometimes we think we've handled everything. We fix one area,
- 3:57we fix another, and then something shows up, something and somewhere we didn't expect.
- 4:03And it reminds us that we're not meant to control everything.
- 4:07We're meant to trust God through it. even when it's frustrating,
- 4:12even when it's unexpected, and even when it's a woodchuck.
- 4:18Just pray with me because I don't know what else to do. Heavenly Father,
- 4:23thank you for reminding us that life doesn't always go the way we plan.
- 4:26Help us to laugh when we need to laugh. Help us to stay patient and to trust
- 4:32you even when things don't make sense.
- 4:35So give us peace and perspective in every situation. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
- 4:43So yeah, the woodchuck is still out there.
- 4:48And I'm still trying to figure this one out.
- 4:51But one thing I do know, this story, this war is not over.
- 4:58Because now I'm starting to think that maybe I gotta get those have a heart traps out.
- 5:07And I've got some leftover raspberries. I know they like raspberries.
- 5:12So, is it possible for a part four? Oh, you bet. And I hope you stick around
- 5:17and listen to it. Because it gets even better.
- 5:20Have faith. Let it begin. Yeah.
