- 0:00Speaker 1: What up? Y'all. Welcome to the Bob Brothers Podcast with
- 0:03Speaker 1: Kevi on stage, and we're here to waste your time
- 0:07Speaker 1: for you at work, or at home, or wherever you're at.
- 0:12Speaker 1: We like to talk movies and we like to talk
- 0:14Speaker 1: other stuff. All right, today's first thing, Top ten movies.
- 0:20Speaker 1: We're doing ten. It's really just top sequels that are
- 0:26Speaker 1: better than the original. However many we decide sequels that
- 0:30Speaker 1: are better than the original.
- 0:32Speaker 2: All right?
- 0:34Speaker 1: First off, obviously the Dark Knight, it's better than the
- 0:40Speaker 1: original The Dark Knight. The Dark Knight is better then
- 0:45Speaker 1: Batman begins.
- 0:47Speaker 3: I would agree.
- 0:48Speaker 4: I feel like Empire Strikes Back is better than The
- 0:50Speaker 4: New Hope.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Oh It's world.
- 0:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 0:54Speaker 1: I also didn't like that A New Hope and The
- 0:56Speaker 1: Force Awakens is the same exact movie. Yeah, we you
- 1:01Speaker 1: supposed to steal from a different movie. Yeah, y'all ran
- 1:04Speaker 1: your own movie back with different characters exactly. I don't
- 1:11Speaker 1: like that. Y'all could have stolen from anybody? Yeah, all right,
- 1:14Speaker 1: what was it? Uh?
- 1:16Speaker 5: Back?
- 1:18Speaker 1: Now?
- 1:18Speaker 4: Are we doing?
- 1:19Speaker 3: Spider Man two is better than one? Are we doing?
- 1:22Speaker 4: Can the three be better than the two? Are we
- 1:25Speaker 4: just doing the two's are better?
- 1:26Speaker 1: No? No, three is a sequel.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Okay, all right, Winter Soldier.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Winter Soldier is better than Captain America. Well you said
- 1:33Speaker 1: Winter Soldier than Civil War. No, I'm just saying Winter Soldiers,
- 1:36Speaker 1: Winter Soldiers better than first. Okay. For Spider Man, two
- 1:40Speaker 1: is better than this is Toby McGrath Spider Man.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Yeah, and.
- 1:46Speaker 5: No.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Three is the worst man He had the Black Man.
- 1:50Speaker 1: That scene I wanted to take. I wanted to leave
- 1:53Speaker 1: the theater when Toby McGrath was walking down the street
- 1:56Speaker 1: in the black Oh my god, I wanted to take
- 1:59Speaker 1: hallopen your U from the nachos.
- 2:01Speaker 4: I doing this O god.
- 2:05Speaker 1: And I don't mind the original Spider The first one
- 2:07Speaker 1: was good. First one was First one was a great
- 2:09Speaker 1: origin film when he was trying to figure out the.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Part Green Island was great. Spider Man. Far from Home,
- 2:20Speaker 4: Oh more than no Way Home?
- 2:23Speaker 2: No Way no Way Home is the second or the third?
- 2:27Speaker 1: That's uh, everybody, Spider Man, no Way Home. It's better
- 2:33Speaker 1: than is better than Far from Home? Okay.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Sister Act two back in the habit I can't I
- 2:41Speaker 4: personally can't give.
- 2:43Speaker 3: It to it.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Thank y'all for tuning in. The podcast ends here. I
- 2:50Speaker 1: love the first Sister act. It is a great filming.
- 2:52Speaker 4: I think the first Sister Act is a stronger overall.
- 2:57Speaker 1: My why I hate Black Women, you hate you hate Lauren.
- 3:03Speaker 4: Hill Black Women is still in the first one.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Just her, Yeah, just walk over, come on.
- 3:11Speaker 4: It's just the strongest story and just you know what
- 3:14Speaker 4: I'm saying. I know since that.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Story I liked and I saw Sister rack uh one first,
- 3:23Speaker 1: right because I also like when the the really thin
- 3:28Speaker 1: Nune was she was scared. Yeah, and Kathy and Jimmy,
- 3:33Speaker 1: I believe she's great old people. It's a great.
- 3:37Speaker 4: They didn't give those characters nothing to do with Siste too.
- 3:40Speaker 1: I agree with that, but it ain't their film, Sister Racto.
- 3:44Speaker 1: It's Dangerous Minds in musical class, the same film Whooping
- 3:50Speaker 1: Yldburg as Michelle Pfeiffer, but instead of like I'm gonna
- 3:54Speaker 1: get with the grizzliness of kids music.
- 3:57Speaker 4: But it was flimsy nah. Outside of Lawn Hill, it
- 4:03Speaker 4: was just flimsy nah.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Jamal Jamal basically takes the same care. He's the same
- 4:07Speaker 1: character as the thin lady, right. Uh. Read Real's story
- 4:13Speaker 1: is great, man. Her mama wanted to chase her dreams.
- 4:15Speaker 3: Stakes would not.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Know the stakes are not high for Whoopie anymore because
- 4:20Speaker 1: she's not running from the mind.
- 4:21Speaker 4: But now with the kids, there was hot.
- 4:24Speaker 1: I mean, I don't think the stakes need to be
- 4:25Speaker 1: high for a movie to be good.
- 4:26Speaker 4: We need some steaks going on.
- 4:28Speaker 2: We need competition or the school is gonna.
- 4:31Speaker 4: Go under man, I can't give it to Sisteract too,
- 4:35Speaker 4: just like that. They counted too equal for me. But
- 4:40Speaker 4: but if y'all won't put another your approval, it's not
- 4:45Speaker 4: a clear superior film to me.
- 4:47Speaker 1: It's clear to me.
- 4:49Speaker 4: I know y'all attached to it. But if if the
- 4:52Speaker 4: kids wasn't black, y'all, you would not be doing this.
- 4:56Speaker 1: The one white dude was white who was rapid, you
- 4:58Speaker 1: would not be doing I would do it also for me,
- 5:02Speaker 1: I'm and this is part of it. Sister Act two
- 5:07Speaker 1: is like it's ingrained into the DNA of myself. I've
- 5:13Speaker 1: seen that movie a thousand times. We ran that back
- 5:20Speaker 1: to the max. It's personal movies off and take take
- 5:25Speaker 1: your feelings out. And the part of rewatchability is an
- 5:30Speaker 1: important part of if a movie is better.
- 5:32Speaker 4: Sister Act one is rewatchable. I don't rewatch as much
- 5:36Speaker 4: as Sister I too, that's because you saw the black
- 5:38Speaker 4: kids singing, and he was like, yeah, I can relate
- 5:41Speaker 4: to the blade. It's like church, so you connected to
- 5:44Speaker 4: that churchy part of it and it's all ingrained in
- 5:47Speaker 4: your DNA. But since the Act one is strong, I
- 5:51Speaker 4: think it's a stronger film.
- 5:53Speaker 1: It's not for me. Sequel better than original doesn't mean
- 5:56Speaker 1: the original's back. It just means that the sequel is
- 5:59Speaker 1: better her. Some of these I don't enjoy the original
- 6:02Speaker 1: or it's a stark difference for this one. It's not like, oh,
- 6:06Speaker 1: sins Tract one is bad, It's two is great. It's
- 6:09Speaker 1: like these are both great movies, but it's close.
- 6:13Speaker 4: But this way for me, they y'all have thank you,
- 6:17Speaker 4: but I'm not in. We deserve it. So y'all know
- 6:20Speaker 4: I'm not in we deserve it. I'm not in on it.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Joyful, joyful, Lord, we are too. Erica Campbell is in
- 6:33Speaker 1: Sinster Ract too. Yes, in the choir she married. Every
- 6:38Speaker 1: time you ask me, she's gonna be married. Terminator too. Absolutely,
- 6:43Speaker 1: And I like Terminator not a bad I love the villains,
- 6:50Speaker 1: which I was.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Like, Terminator one is fantastic.
- 6:52Speaker 4: But man, when this is a perfect example when you
- 6:56Speaker 4: get more money, you gonna make a better film. Had
- 7:00Speaker 4: the money for Terminated Too, and it showed and it
- 7:03Speaker 4: paid off.
- 7:04Speaker 1: There was fire everywhere and Terminator or two. He was
- 7:08Speaker 1: rolling through fire on the motorcycle. The pyrotechnic budget was
- 7:12Speaker 1: that was money. Will is that James Cameron, Yes, he
- 7:16Speaker 1: doesn't delivered a lot. His track record, We need to
- 7:19Speaker 1: do it, James Myron appreciation episode.
- 7:22Speaker 4: He might have the best track record.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Give to me now is old.
- 7:28Speaker 3: We're not gonna count Piranha Pronto two or whatever.
- 7:31Speaker 4: That's that's what he kicked off.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Give me the ones you were submitting as like this
- 7:36Speaker 1: the abyss love that movie.
- 7:38Speaker 3: This is great.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Love that movie's kind of scary for a kid to
- 7:41Speaker 1: watch Man and also the oceans already terrifying. They helped Shook.
- 7:46Speaker 1: I was like, that's the submersible basically.
- 7:48Speaker 4: Yeah, Shook all right, Terminated Too, yep, true lies love it. Avatar, Titanic, Yeah,
- 7:57Speaker 4: Avatar two aliens.
- 8:00Speaker 1: As he printing money with those, he got two of
- 8:04Speaker 1: the top three.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Most Titanic, Avatar and Avatar two. The crazy billion. They're
- 8:13Speaker 4: all in the billion club with two billion for a
- 8:16Speaker 4: couple of them.
- 8:17Speaker 5: Maybe Titanic just was re released and made another.
- 8:20Speaker 3: They keep re releasing that thing. So those are his movie.
- 8:24Speaker 1: That's great.
- 8:25Speaker 4: Aliens is like my favorite. I know you love it, man,
- 8:28Speaker 4: I know you love it. That's the perfect action, all right.
- 8:31Speaker 4: And that's on the list Aliens.
- 8:35Speaker 2: So if the first one's Alien, then it was like.
- 8:37Speaker 4: Now we have more than more.
- 8:39Speaker 1: That's also I like sequels more than just like the
- 8:44Speaker 1: name to like Aliens.
- 8:47Speaker 3: It was organic. It was like now that movie it
- 8:50Speaker 3: was literally one alien.
- 8:52Speaker 4: This one is a bunch of them and they're coming
- 8:56Speaker 4: for you. They could have called it day. It's a
- 8:58Speaker 4: bunch of them and they're coming for you. Rate it off.
- 9:02Speaker 4: Aliens is perfect, all right? Bad Boys too, all I
- 9:08Speaker 4: gotta think too hard on that one.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I'm thinking Bad Boys was a great opening. I know
- 9:14Speaker 1: Bad Boys too made more money, right, Yeah, I'm.
- 9:17Speaker 4: Trying Bad Boys, Bad Boys one. Bad Boys two had
- 9:23Speaker 4: better action. Bad Boys one was a better movie.
- 9:28Speaker 1: It's Bad Boys too. Gabrielle Union, Yeah, she three, she's two. Two?
- 9:33Speaker 1: What's three?
- 9:33Speaker 3: Then three is Bad Boys for Life?
- 9:36Speaker 1: Oh? It was three? Oh that's why I kept thinking
- 9:37Speaker 1: Bad Boys for Life shipping four. Oh that was the
- 9:40Speaker 1: most recent one. Yeah, that's the one that is the
- 9:43Speaker 1: Devil is not welcome here.
- 9:44Speaker 3: Yeah, that's two.
- 9:47Speaker 4: But that first, here's here's why I'm stuck, all right,
- 9:52Speaker 4: because I like Martin a lot.
- 9:54Speaker 3: More in one.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Yeah, Martin.
- 9:57Speaker 4: Martin really got more screen time and and he wasn't
- 10:01Speaker 4: as whiny in the in the first one he was.
- 10:04Speaker 4: He was fussing and complaining and he was insecure when
- 10:07Speaker 4: he thought Michael smashing his wife.
- 10:08Speaker 3: But it was like, but he wasn't. He went over
- 10:10Speaker 3: there to kick ass.
- 10:11Speaker 4: But I feel like all that WU saw stuff, Well,
- 10:15Speaker 4: are we doing this in the middle of gun fights?
- 10:18Speaker 4: It was funny, but I didn't really like that.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Where the boyfriend comes over was funny.
- 10:24Speaker 3: Oh that was perfect. That was perfect.
- 10:26Speaker 4: You look thirty Bad Boys too had some of the
- 10:28Speaker 4: best action sequences.
- 10:30Speaker 2: And when Garril when they're in the parking, that.
- 10:33Speaker 4: Whole that was like Haitian situation from the car chase
- 10:37Speaker 4: to when they get to the Haitian hideout.
- 10:39Speaker 1: It was great.
- 10:40Speaker 2: The Devil is not welcome here, The devil is the
- 10:44Speaker 2: devil man.
- 10:45Speaker 4: That was funny.
- 10:46Speaker 3: Even though was scared.
- 10:47Speaker 4: He was just like.
- 10:50Speaker 1: When Martin got high.
- 10:51Speaker 4: And Martin got on look at you with all that
- 10:55Speaker 4: WU saw I was just like Woosaw.
- 10:57Speaker 1: But remember though Wusaw was a cultural thing people was doing.
- 11:02Speaker 4: After that, he got shot in the but Chee Get
- 11:04Speaker 4: the clan shootout. They just they just they nerve nerved
- 11:09Speaker 4: Martin though from the first one to the second one.
- 11:13Speaker 1: They gave because will Will was a much bigger start.
- 11:15Speaker 4: But it ain't no good reason to do it.
- 11:17Speaker 1: It's absolutely good reason.
- 11:19Speaker 4: No man, Mike Lowry could still do his Mike Lowry
- 11:22Speaker 4: because he still did this Mike Lowry in the first one,
- 11:25Speaker 4: like at.
- 11:25Speaker 1: The end he was Mike Lowdy.
- 11:27Speaker 4: He was driving when he was riding in the Porsch
- 11:29Speaker 4: and freezing all that Martin was driving though the Porsche.
- 11:32Speaker 4: Am I think of the right clan meeting the Klan?
- 11:35Speaker 4: The Klan rally was at the beginning of The Bad
- 11:37Speaker 4: Boys too, But.
- 11:38Speaker 1: They were like, is it racist? Is that that or
- 11:40Speaker 1: a different movie?
- 11:41Speaker 3: What you mean?
- 11:43Speaker 1: They was at the clan rally and they took their
- 11:44Speaker 1: hoods off. I'm trying to think of the what was
- 11:46Speaker 1: what was the clan people saying? Was it really funny?
- 11:48Speaker 1: Is there another movie with that?
- 11:49Speaker 3: Or am I thinking of clan funny? Is Jangle and Chain?
- 11:52Speaker 4: That's what they were arguing about the hoods and made the.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Hoods I'm confusing.
- 11:57Speaker 3: Yeah, I was like, man, this is so funny.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Okay, but it wasn't a clan.
- 12:01Speaker 4: Okay, but but they nerved Martin little bit too much
- 12:05Speaker 4: for me they did.
- 12:06Speaker 2: So you're not giving it to Martin. I mean, you're
- 12:08Speaker 2: not giving it to Bad Boys Too.
- 12:09Speaker 4: I always go back and forth on which Bad Boys
- 12:12Speaker 4: I like better, one or two.
- 12:14Speaker 3: So it's for me to make a decision.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Go under your head, spread from contract because.
- 12:22Speaker 4: Bad Bad Boys holds the record for me for most
- 12:25Speaker 4: time seen in the theater full time the original.
- 12:27Speaker 3: Yeah, because.
- 12:33Speaker 1: I think Bad Boys Too is better.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Bad Boys Too has better action sequences.
- 12:37Speaker 1: But and it's funnier to me and I and I
- 12:43Speaker 1: rewatch it more of the two bad Boys. It's interact again,
- 12:48Speaker 1: not no no shade, no disrespect to to the original.
- 12:51Speaker 1: And it's not a wide gap. But if you said, okay,
- 12:54Speaker 1: you can, you got to decide two or one. I'm
- 12:58Speaker 1: saying I.
- 12:59Speaker 4: Just feel like two two had too many moments. While
- 13:02Speaker 4: I was like, why would he? Why would he? Even
- 13:05Speaker 4: when Martin stuck his head out of the car and
- 13:07Speaker 4: me a car flipp.
- 13:10Speaker 1: I like that You don't like silly.
- 13:14Speaker 3: I can't give it to two.
- 13:15Speaker 1: You can't. No, well I can't. Now you gave me, uh.
- 13:21Speaker 3: I gave you gave me this.
- 13:22Speaker 1: I ain't gonna fight your own two all right now.
- 13:25Speaker 1: We also have animated ones as well. Animated We got
- 13:29Speaker 1: animated as well. So to Toy Story three. Toy Story
- 13:33Speaker 1: three is my favorite toy story because it built it
- 13:36Speaker 1: built upon Yeah that the ending when you think they're
- 13:39Speaker 1: gonna die, hits follow the store.
- 13:43Speaker 2: I think toy story for me, it goes three.
- 13:46Speaker 4: One, two, four me too, Yeah, saying to a solid
- 13:51Speaker 4: though to a solid Yeah, yeah that.
- 13:53Speaker 1: But three was like y'all got it because two was
- 13:56Speaker 1: like the the guy was stealing him.
- 13:58Speaker 5: It was the he got the guy got called he captures.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the that's the one to introduced the contract
- 14:05Speaker 1: Jesse and the and the horse. It's the guy who's
- 14:07Speaker 1: a collector. It was cool. Yeah, But three was like
- 14:15Speaker 1: Lotto was great and the daycare was the daycare was
- 14:22Speaker 1: a great place for that film. Like the collector was cool,
- 14:25Speaker 1: but the daycare for kids. I was like, this is
- 14:28Speaker 1: almost and he was did the salute when he was
- 14:33Speaker 1: on the bird. He said and took off man. He was,
- 14:38Speaker 1: so you're saying three two, it is better than but
- 14:42Speaker 1: it's not better than one. One was phenomenal, It's great.
- 14:46Speaker 1: I blame Tor Story one for the for the destruction
- 14:49Speaker 1: of the of the live action sports film for the kids,
- 14:52Speaker 1: the live action kids film I want to study done,
- 14:56Speaker 1: the Little Giants, the Goonies, the Mighty Ducks nineteen ninety six.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Toy Story one comes out a Sandlight as well, ninety
- 15:04Speaker 1: five Sandlight as well, and after that it was like
- 15:09Speaker 1: we had those movies all the time. Ball Hardball is
- 15:13Speaker 1: an outlier that was just to throw us off, because
- 15:16Speaker 1: that was in the two thousands.
- 15:17Speaker 4: They redid the Bad News Bears, Get It.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Out, Get It Out. Hardball is an aberration and you
- 15:25Speaker 1: got served they're too old to be that type of movie.
- 15:28Speaker 1: But anyway, Toy Story one was great, and I feel
- 15:31Speaker 1: like it broke the mold for what a movie could be.
- 15:33Speaker 1: And the premise is so great. Is great because as
- 15:36Speaker 1: a kid, I was like, I knew y'all. I knew
- 15:38Speaker 1: it the whole time.
- 15:39Speaker 4: I knew.
- 15:39Speaker 1: When I left, y'all was getting up and walking around
- 15:41Speaker 1: and talking.
- 15:42Speaker 3: I would say three is the best.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Oh, I just said that three one, two, four, three
- 15:49Speaker 1: is the best. So yeah, toy Story three two.
- 15:55Speaker 3: Oh, I'd go back and forth on this.
- 15:59Speaker 4: Initially I was like to, but then one, then I'll
- 16:01Speaker 4: go back because I watched Godfather one and two.
- 16:04Speaker 3: Damn there. Annually I go back and forth.
- 16:08Speaker 1: See the problem is, I'm realizing, especially for you, if
- 16:11Speaker 1: it's not clear clear in present danger, it's not a gap,
- 16:16Speaker 1: you ain't gonna give it to.
- 16:18Speaker 4: I go back and forth too much.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Yeah, man, I hadn't even thought about that camp.
- 16:23Speaker 4: Because if I keep changing, it's pretty much a tie.
- 16:27Speaker 4: If it keeps going like this all the time, it's
- 16:29Speaker 4: like they're both equally yoked.
- 16:31Speaker 5: The first the very first.
- 16:33Speaker 6: The first part of the first Godfather to me is
- 16:35Speaker 6: just so long and drawn out. Good part doesn't get
- 16:38Speaker 6: into like the last third.
- 16:39Speaker 1: They take a long That movie is also credited with
- 16:41Speaker 1: explaining mob culture to Americans, and they take their.
- 16:45Speaker 4: Wedding scene.
- 16:48Speaker 1: At the wedding.
- 16:49Speaker 4: But during the wedding though, they kept cutting back into
- 16:52Speaker 4: his office and he was handling business.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Yeah, because that's when Michael was on the out. He
- 16:56Speaker 1: was the army kid yet like that sonny, just like man,
- 17:01Speaker 1: just but to when Michael is he's he showed the
- 17:05Speaker 1: young Vito. I like that part.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Give it to to.
- 17:10Speaker 1: That's a movie that I don't mind the length of it.
- 17:14Speaker 1: That is mind length of the one either one like
- 17:17Speaker 1: that is long, but it's not. There's long, and there's
- 17:20Speaker 1: long with wasted motion because Vito's whole thing.
- 17:23Speaker 4: I was like, I was all in on his on
- 17:25Speaker 4: his come up.
- 17:26Speaker 1: How he get to this point, Robert Robert de Neill, Right,
- 17:31Speaker 1: I'm all in. He's in his bag at that time
- 17:33Speaker 1: as well. And plus it's in the black and white.
- 17:35Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. He was still in there,
- 17:37Speaker 1: and I.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Love it was.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Who was the who was the guy he was at?
- 17:43Speaker 1: Who was the boss of that little black hand? Guy
- 17:45Speaker 1: black hand didn't turn out to be that straw.
- 17:48Speaker 4: He had no monkey, he had no muscle behind him. Man,
- 17:54Speaker 4: he was just faking the funk. And they pulled his
- 17:57Speaker 4: card Coult crust a little like by his little apartment door.
- 18:01Speaker 4: I got your ass, did the rights. I got a
- 18:04Speaker 4: homemade silence of getting you.
- 18:06Speaker 1: So you say, godfather to are you giving it to it?
- 18:08Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll give it to.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Original.
- 18:11Speaker 4: Barely it's barely. Matrix two absolutely not no, no Matrix
- 18:17Speaker 4: one Yes x two is better than Yes x two x.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Two for Shure Matrix, they could never recapture the magic.
- 18:29Speaker 5: Does that count as the sequel?
- 18:32Speaker 3: That's a reboot?
- 18:35Speaker 4: So but but the Road Warrior is the best of
- 18:38Speaker 4: the initial trilogy, that's part two. War is better than
- 18:44Speaker 4: mad Max and mad Max beyond thumbder Dough, I can't.
- 18:49Speaker 4: I feel like Back to the Future for me is
- 18:51Speaker 4: the best of the three.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Yeah, it's also the first one often has the the
- 18:57Speaker 1: set the world up, so it's hard to be What
- 18:59Speaker 1: about Home Alone?
- 19:01Speaker 4: I like Home Alone too better than One Me Too.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Even though they run it gets bag.
- 19:08Speaker 5: Like the first one better, but I get why people
- 19:10Speaker 5: like this want to the over Top is for me
- 19:12Speaker 5: is just too much.
- 19:13Speaker 1: And too I laughed hard on the thing is the
- 19:17Speaker 1: bird Lady was not the first guy, the old white dude.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I was like, he is murdering.
- 19:23Speaker 3: He didn't seem like he was murdering.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Bird Lady is not. And I love the moral of
- 19:29Speaker 1: the old guy. And they also just ran that back.
- 19:32Speaker 1: It was the same thing with bird Lady. But you
- 19:34Speaker 1: really is living.
- 19:35Speaker 4: I really liked that bird Lady. She was indicative of
- 19:38Speaker 4: New York one. But but like that the hotel. That
- 19:43Speaker 4: hotel man the Key and Tim Tim Curry Man, I
- 19:48Speaker 4: love Tim.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Tony loves that jiff. He figured it out. Tim Curry
- 19:53Speaker 1: was like the smile like a cat. It was.
- 19:58Speaker 4: I love Tim Curry man.
- 19:59Speaker 1: I love that Kevin had all that ice cream and pizza.
- 20:03Speaker 1: I wanted to stay at the wall. I wanted to
- 20:05Speaker 1: be at that because I'm like, man, he ran it up.
- 20:08Speaker 3: I also wanted to be in their house too.
- 20:11Speaker 1: First they said, I mean a Twitter thing that said
- 20:14Speaker 1: that Kevin is the Vielain of those movies.
- 20:15Speaker 4: For sure. He's running up his parents' credit cards. He's
- 20:22Speaker 4: you're killing thieves. He's a menace. That's the good Son
- 20:27Speaker 4: for real. That's the good Son for real. Evil Dead too, Yes,
- 20:35Speaker 4: I don't believe in that. Yeah, Evil Dead too absolutely.
- 20:40Speaker 4: Evil Dad is an undefeated franchise. By the way, all
- 20:43Speaker 4: of them have been good. Evil Dead Too.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Is the weapon?
- 20:49Speaker 4: What is Logan?
- 20:50Speaker 3: A sequel to Leath? The weapon is tough?
- 20:53Speaker 4: Oh? Logan is a sequel to X Men origins?
- 20:55Speaker 3: Right?
- 20:56Speaker 5: Yeah, no, Wolverine go to Japan.
- 20:59Speaker 3: Technically to it is Logan is.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Logan? What about It's split? Technically a sequel to Unbreakable.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Did you like Split better Unbreakable?
- 21:13Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 21:14Speaker 4: I don't know if it's that clear cut for me.
- 21:17Speaker 4: I like Split, but Unbreakable though it's mass slow. I
- 21:22Speaker 4: was just like I felt it.
- 21:25Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't think they also just feel like much
- 21:28Speaker 5: of a different movie too.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Really, that's what it is. It is a different person
- 21:33Speaker 1: like we're dealing with. It's like a sequel in name,
- 21:38Speaker 1: but it's a different part of the universe for you
- 21:41Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. Like that the anthology series that
- 21:46Speaker 1: they tied back together later in the what's the third one? Glass? Glass?
- 21:52Speaker 4: All right, Leath a weapon is tough, but let's talk
- 21:56Speaker 4: about it. Let's talk about leath the weapon. All four
- 21:59Speaker 4: Leather the Weapons of low Key. I really like four
- 22:03Speaker 4: a lot, Yeah, which is rare. That's super rare to
- 22:07Speaker 4: get the fourth one. I know the critics didn't like it,
- 22:10Speaker 4: but I like four a lot.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Yeah, this is on you. None of these are my
- 22:16Speaker 1: favorite favorite movies. I love them, but not enough to
- 22:18Speaker 1: be to dissect them like this is better than to me.
- 22:22Speaker 4: Three is the weakest of the Leather of Weapons. Part
- 22:26Speaker 4: two was a fun ass time.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Yeah. I just watched these two years ago because we
- 22:32Speaker 1: was working on the Red Cop. So I'm like, yeah, man, cool, cool.
- 22:38Speaker 4: Leath the weapon is probably the sharpest of the four.
- 22:41Speaker 4: The first leath the weapon and leath the weapon is tough. Yeah,
- 22:47Speaker 4: because I really like two a lot back when, back
- 22:50Speaker 4: when you called me a young town, I've been like,
- 22:53Speaker 4: two is better than one, easy. But then when I
- 22:56Speaker 4: go back as a grown man and really dig in deep,
- 22:59Speaker 4: I'm just like, I don't know which one is the best.
- 23:03Speaker 4: But you got Joe Pescie. I love Joe Pesci.
- 23:06Speaker 1: It was too that That's probably my favorite. I love
- 23:11Speaker 1: because they weren't even trusting each other all the way
- 23:13Speaker 1: in one.
- 23:13Speaker 4: No, they know each other makes good for the movie.
- 23:17Speaker 1: But there there there chemistry was great in two. And
- 23:22Speaker 1: Joe Pesci like he was just funny.
- 23:24Speaker 3: He was funny as hell.
- 23:25Speaker 1: He was just getting getting caught up in the mix up.
- 23:29Speaker 4: I'm gonna give it to leave the weapon too, all right, cool,
- 23:31Speaker 4: I'm gonna give it. Like this podcast, I consider that
- 23:36Speaker 4: one movie. Here's why, here's here's why I'm not copping out.
- 23:43Speaker 4: Quentin Tarantino initially wanted he shot it as one film,
- 23:47Speaker 4: but Harvey Weinstein made.
- 23:49Speaker 3: Him split it into two.
- 23:50Speaker 4: Literally, he was like, no, split it into two. So
- 23:53Speaker 4: it's it's really one long ass movie.
- 23:57Speaker 5: I think I like the first one better than the
- 23:59Speaker 5: second one.
- 23:59Speaker 4: The first half is better, but two if we if
- 24:04Speaker 4: we do count kill Bill is two separate films from
- 24:07Speaker 4: doesn't feel like it feels like one movie.
- 24:10Speaker 3: But the first half of the movie is better.
- 24:12Speaker 5: Yes.
- 24:13Speaker 4: Yeah, the in fight scene, the beginning fight scene with
- 24:18Speaker 4: the anime part, kill Bill one is killing kill Bill two?
- 24:23Speaker 1: What about.
- 24:28Speaker 6: Dan?
- 24:28Speaker 1: He just jumped in my mind.
- 24:31Speaker 3: I like rush Out one.
- 24:32Speaker 1: That's what I was That's what I was about to
- 24:34Speaker 1: ask you, rush Our one, rush Our I just rewatched those.
- 24:39Speaker 4: Rush Our one is is funnier. I like Beverly Hills
- 24:45Speaker 4: Cop two better than one.
- 24:47Speaker 1: That's what I was going to ask you. But Rush
- 24:48Speaker 1: Out Beverly Hills Cop.
- 24:50Speaker 4: Yeah, I like Beverly Hills Cop two better than one.
- 24:54Speaker 4: I like I like the look of I like the
- 24:56Speaker 4: look and feel and style that Tony Scott brought the sequel. Yeah,
- 25:01Speaker 4: I think Beverly Hills Cop one is funnier. But I
- 25:04Speaker 4: just I just enjoyed Beverly Hills Cop two a little
- 25:07Speaker 4: bit more.
- 25:08Speaker 1: We got a lot. This is more than I thought.
- 25:10Speaker 4: I like Rush Hour two though initially I thought Rush
- 25:13Speaker 4: Hour two was better.
- 25:16Speaker 3: Initially, but then.
- 25:17Speaker 4: When I go back, I'm like, I think I like
- 25:20Speaker 4: Won a.
- 25:20Speaker 3: Little bit better.
- 25:21Speaker 4: Friday, No, ain't No, it's not even a conversation for me.
- 25:25Speaker 1: They also because Chris Tucker and Mike Epps are different,
- 25:30Speaker 1: they just feel like different movies. Like they're both funny.
- 25:34Speaker 1: But Friday and Friday too.
- 25:36Speaker 4: If they don't feel the same at all, they don't feel.
- 25:37Speaker 1: The same at all. Different record, Yeah, three and on
- 25:41Speaker 1: feels like a continuation of the same franchise. But Friday
- 25:44Speaker 1: and Next Friday they don't feel even like the cover,
- 25:49Speaker 1: like the poster, it was like Friday's blue and a
- 25:52Speaker 1: little darker. Next Friday it's got the white background. It's
- 25:56Speaker 1: more like, you know, the Mexican dudes was funny, though
- 25:59Speaker 1: I thought they was over doing it. A little joker,
- 26:01Speaker 1: A little joker was doing to us when he.
- 26:03Speaker 3: Kept saying a warrior.
- 26:04Speaker 4: I was like, you don't like silly. I feelt him
- 26:07Speaker 4: trying to make me laugh, man.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Then it still came trying to make you laughing at you.
- 26:11Speaker 4: No, man, but it was just too it was desperate.
- 26:14Speaker 4: I know, I know, the purpose of a comedy is
- 26:16Speaker 4: to make us laugh. But if I feel you trying
- 26:18Speaker 4: to me.
- 26:18Speaker 3: It's like desperate.
- 26:20Speaker 4: Like when Pinky come in, Pinky feel like he's not
- 26:22Speaker 4: trying to make us laugh. I feel like he was
- 26:26Speaker 4: really who sent you?
- 26:28Speaker 1: Say?
- 26:30Speaker 4: If you say one more, I didn't work? Now who
- 26:34Speaker 4: sent you? And then when you start to tell whoa
- 26:39Speaker 4: that to me is just hilarious. As soon as he
- 26:42Speaker 4: put up hey man turning the corner, so god damn
- 26:46Speaker 4: fast man almost spilled this jack on my two hundred
- 26:49Speaker 4: dollars suit.
- 26:50Speaker 3: And then the driver was like, yeah, whatever, stuff like that.
- 26:56Speaker 1: Man, my god.
- 26:57Speaker 4: So we did Mad Max already, I said ro I
- 27:00Speaker 4: said Role Warrior was the best of the initial three.
- 27:03Speaker 4: The other Mad Max is like, that's not really a sequel.
- 27:07Speaker 3: I don't think it is.
- 27:12Speaker 5: Possibles got some bunch in there, oh Misten.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Impossible Protocol, Ghost Protocols. It is the best one. So
- 27:20Speaker 4: we got to that's four.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Yeah, that was about one.
- 27:24Speaker 3: We gotta throw that in there.
- 27:26Speaker 2: And I love Mission Impossible. Mission took the mask off.
- 27:31Speaker 1: I was, oh my god, we know they're still taking
- 27:36Speaker 1: the mask off the day. Come on, man, it's the bread.
- 27:39Speaker 4: And butter man Blade.
- 27:42Speaker 3: I go back and forth too much.
- 27:44Speaker 4: I go back and forth with Blade one and too heavy,
- 27:48Speaker 4: but I'm gonna give it to one.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Blade is a solid origin film.
- 27:53Speaker 3: Oh absolutely, It's a good.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Or And I didn't grow up reading the comics. I'm Blade.
- 27:58Speaker 4: Nobody did really because he was he wasn't like a
- 28:01Speaker 4: popular character like that.
- 28:02Speaker 1: That's what it was. The first Iron Man Marroo went
- 28:05Speaker 1: back to that same approach. Yes, and Wesley Snipes is Blade.
- 28:10Speaker 3: He is Blade.
- 28:12Speaker 1: He is When they did it with Myherschel, I was like, man,
- 28:14Speaker 1: Wesley still looked like that man. He could be Blade.
- 28:16Speaker 4: I mean he could, he could still be Blade and
- 28:19Speaker 4: let him be Blade rehearsal.
- 28:22Speaker 1: He left, though, did Yeah, he said, That's what I
- 28:26Speaker 1: heard on Twitter because they can't a month or two
- 28:31Speaker 1: ago because they kept doing the director or the script
- 28:34Speaker 1: or something rumored. But I've seen something that he's that
- 28:38Speaker 1: said he left the project. I said, just tell me
- 28:42Speaker 1: if I'm wrong. Camp. I've seen it for sure on
- 28:44Speaker 1: the rumor wire, and I was legit. That one is
- 28:49Speaker 1: usually legit. But I ain't heard nobody else about it.
- 28:51Speaker 4: I ain't heard this.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Oh.
- 28:52Speaker 6: He came back based on December twenty December fifth, he
- 28:55Speaker 6: says they are there were creative issues, but he is
- 28:58Speaker 6: confirming that he's moving for Oh he's back.
- 29:01Speaker 1: God, So they must have really had the rumor. I
- 29:05Speaker 1: knew it was the movie because they were doing too much.
- 29:09Speaker 1: He was, which is what happened with Blade the first time.
- 29:11Speaker 1: They was taking a long time to get that movie.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Black Panther. Black Panther was taking a long time to
- 29:16Speaker 1: get the movie made, and Marshall bro he got projects
- 29:20Speaker 1: and you think the movie is gonna be dumb. He's
- 29:22Speaker 1: out And I was like, bro, he's what was such
- 29:26Speaker 1: a good I mean, just on the initial announcement, I'm like, Okay,
- 29:29Speaker 1: he's great. That made sense. Yeah, for Wesley feel he
- 29:32Speaker 1: even has the sharpness of Wesley. Also, I don't know
- 29:36Speaker 1: how we bring this up, but Demolition Man is a
- 29:38Speaker 1: great movie. It's my most favorite. This is probably not
- 29:41Speaker 1: a good movie, but I'm having a good time. Guilty
- 29:43Speaker 1: Pleasure movie. We need West Pleasure is go in that movie,
- 29:51Speaker 1: Taco Bell won the Food Wars. I didn't know why.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Phoenix Simon Phoenix, he had the he had the blonde
- 29:57Speaker 1: hair man, he was a Louis. This is a great
- 30:00Speaker 1: he was great. I love that movie.
- 30:04Speaker 4: Man.
- 30:04Speaker 1: I was rooty for him.
- 30:05Speaker 2: I never came to the other side. I was.
- 30:07Speaker 1: I was always rooted for Wesley Man. He was, he
- 30:12Speaker 1: was in the underground, he was now rats and stuff.
- 30:16Speaker 1: John's book.
- 30:18Speaker 4: You doing is Man, I've been dreaming about killing you
- 30:21Speaker 4: for thirty weeks.
- 30:22Speaker 3: Keep dreaming lines.
- 30:25Speaker 1: What else we got, y'all? We got a lie.
- 30:27Speaker 2: I'm a recrap who two Towers?
- 30:30Speaker 1: I was?
- 30:30Speaker 2: Somebody said, Lord of the Rings. See here's the Tony problem.
- 30:33Speaker 4: Man.
- 30:33Speaker 1: I go back and forth, man, because you knew when
- 30:35Speaker 1: I go back in and look at it, I was
- 30:37Speaker 1: one and two.
- 30:38Speaker 2: That's just really, it's one movie.
- 30:41Speaker 1: That's a one. It's the trilogy is really it's like
- 30:46Speaker 1: The Dark Knight is here, here, here, Lord of the
- 30:49Speaker 1: Rings is like here. It never piece as high as
- 30:53Speaker 1: the Dark Knight, but it never goes below Batman begins.
- 30:57Speaker 1: It's like a little bit better than Batman begins, but
- 30:59Speaker 1: consider good. Yeah, so it's not it's it's definitely not.
- 31:03Speaker 4: Like, ain't no weeks by the trilogy.
- 31:05Speaker 1: It's three.
- 31:06Speaker 2: You can't and be like like, no, it's three great entries.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Here we got so far. Here's what we got. Dark
- 31:13Speaker 1: Knight Empire Strikes Back, Winter Soldier, Spider Man two, No
- 31:17Speaker 1: Way Home, Sister Track two, Asterisks, We did not agree
- 31:22Speaker 1: Terminator to Aliens, Toy Story three, Godfather to X two,
- 31:28Speaker 1: Road Warrior, Mad Mad Max, Road war Or Home Alone,
- 31:31Speaker 1: to Evil Dad to Logan, Leave the Weapon to Beverly Hills,
- 31:35Speaker 1: Cop two and Ghost Protocol? Is there anything else we miss?
- 31:39Speaker 1: Die Hard? No, I don't feel.
- 31:41Speaker 3: Three is better than two, but none of them better
- 31:44Speaker 3: than the first one. Huh.
- 31:46Speaker 1: No, Shrek is better than a lot of animated movies,
- 31:50Speaker 1: though it's up there in the upper echelon for me
- 31:54Speaker 1: of animated movie.
- 31:54Speaker 2: It never gets talked about because.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Pixaro had such a successful like I don't know ten
- 31:58Speaker 1: twelve film run, but Shrap broke the mold in everything
- 32:01Speaker 1: they did.
- 32:02Speaker 2: And Eddie Murphy's in there too. He's in Mulan, but
- 32:05Speaker 2: he's funny.
- 32:06Speaker 3: Guardians three the best.
- 32:08Speaker 5: I would say of that. Yeah, I would say.
- 32:11Speaker 1: I felt the most on three.
- 32:13Speaker 3: I think Guardians three is the best.
- 32:14Speaker 1: I was in.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Rocket Raccoon story. I was feeling emotions shamble.
- 32:20Speaker 1: I said, Man, they got me crying at our Ci Raccoon.
- 32:24Speaker 1: His story was heartbreaking.
- 32:26Speaker 4: I was crying in the beginning. As soon as they
- 32:29Speaker 4: showed baby Raccoons.
- 32:31Speaker 3: I was like, I already know where this is going.
- 32:35Speaker 3: I already know where we're going with this.
- 32:38Speaker 1: The villain was good, too good, I said, man john Wick, john.
- 32:44Speaker 4: Wick, I struggled with as a franchise.
- 32:48Speaker 1: It's Lord of Rings.
- 32:49Speaker 4: But yeah, I think one is the I can't put
- 32:56Speaker 4: anything in front of one, the whole hardest.
- 32:59Speaker 1: Nothing. All they did is like, think of a new
- 33:02Speaker 1: raising reason to kill people and a new way to
- 33:05Speaker 1: kill people. But the actual story, with.
- 33:07Speaker 4: The actual story begins.
- 33:08Speaker 1: It's one story. Yeah, So the most recent john Wick,
- 33:12Speaker 1: when he fell down the stairs, I was crying, laughing.
- 33:14Speaker 3: Man, he felt all that work he put in.
- 33:17Speaker 1: And then he fell down again. Man.
- 33:19Speaker 4: I was like, man, just I got to rewatch that
- 33:22Speaker 4: again though. But john Wick is undefeated. I want to
- 33:25Speaker 4: say this. I want to talk about this with.
- 33:26Speaker 2: An equalizer, hear me, the best.
- 33:30Speaker 4: I think three might be the best one. You've been
- 33:33Speaker 4: saying that, Yeah, I haven't seen three. We all agree
- 33:37Speaker 4: you have seen it.
- 33:40Speaker 1: I've seen one and two.
- 33:41Speaker 4: I would put the raid to above the first ring
- 33:45Speaker 4: three two, But I feel like the equalizer three is
- 33:52Speaker 4: the best.
- 33:52Speaker 2: A lot of people who've seen it, pretty much everybody
- 33:54Speaker 2: who's seen.
- 33:55Speaker 1: It, because I was like, man, I think i'm kind
- 33:57Speaker 1: of equalizer out, but I was gonna watch it.
- 33:59Speaker 2: I just wasn't in augh and people was like, nah, man,
- 34:01Speaker 2: it's the best.
- 34:02Speaker 4: Three.
- 34:04Speaker 1: I'm gonna take your word on that. I need to
- 34:07Speaker 1: watch that. Movies come on TV too fast. It takes
- 34:10Speaker 1: the whole, the whole lower away. I just left. We
- 34:13Speaker 1: saw Fast and Furious, and now I felt like the
- 34:15Speaker 1: next week it was like now streaming.
- 34:17Speaker 4: I said, man, Fast and Furious, Fast five is the best.
- 34:21Speaker 4: Fast five is the best in my opinion.
- 34:23Speaker 5: That's right in the middle. They're ten movies.
- 34:25Speaker 1: Now ten movies. The back half is just a hodgepodge
- 34:29Speaker 1: of ridiculousness.
- 34:31Speaker 3: I think I would give it to five.
- 34:33Speaker 1: When did they stop racing five?
- 34:36Speaker 2: Was it five? Is that when the rock came in?
- 34:40Speaker 5: Do they stop racing in five? Or is that the
- 34:42Speaker 5: last one where they were racing it?
- 34:43Speaker 1: That's when they.
- 34:44Speaker 4: That's when they started doing extra ship. They kind of
- 34:49Speaker 4: started doing haisty stuff in four, but five is where
- 34:53Speaker 4: it was just like doing government officials. Now, I think five.
- 34:58Speaker 1: I really like Fast Curious too. Like first the first one,
- 35:02Speaker 1: the first.
- 35:02Speaker 3: One was good.
- 35:04Speaker 1: They liked it way more than I thought of me too.
- 35:06Speaker 1: I remember me and Melissa saw that at the Dollar Movie.
- 35:09Speaker 1: I remember like, oh, street racing. I'd never seen a
- 35:11Speaker 1: street racing movie before.
- 35:13Speaker 3: And the ending was exciting to me.
- 35:15Speaker 1: Yeah, and then Paul Walker was under cover, you know
- 35:17Speaker 1: what I'm saying. And then you know two was good too,
- 35:22Speaker 1: Little Zaney it got to the Zaan Jack Docito cut
- 35:27Speaker 1: was like, I still forget about it. I'm home, I'm
- 35:32Speaker 1: homey Tokyo Drift. I didn't mind. I didn't hate because
- 35:37Speaker 1: I liked the new location, but I would never argue
- 35:39Speaker 1: it was a good movie.
- 35:40Speaker 2: And bow wow and the Lucas dude was just that's
- 35:43Speaker 2: just random.
- 35:45Speaker 1: I don't know what the regulars then they came back
- 35:49Speaker 1: before like we don't. Everybody was just having a good time.
- 35:53Speaker 1: I guess that's really a spin off. It should have
- 35:56Speaker 1: just been a spinoff. If it was just called Tokyo Drift,
- 36:00Speaker 1: I'll be like, okay, all right, but I'll give you
- 36:02Speaker 1: fast five fast five topot.
- 36:05Speaker 2: That's a seque, man, So what that's a good one.
- 36:10Speaker 3: I'm giving it to Maverick.
- 36:11Speaker 1: That was a much better time than I thought I
- 36:15Speaker 1: was gonna have that movie. Is the only thing I
- 36:18Speaker 1: don't like about that which Top Gun kind of had
- 36:20Speaker 1: that too. The bad guys are non the script. It's
- 36:23Speaker 1: just bad guys. They really didn't exist over there. They
- 36:26Speaker 1: were faceless. They never even when they were at the
- 36:29Speaker 1: air the airfield.
- 36:30Speaker 4: They got a red star, right, they were faceless the
- 36:34Speaker 4: whole The guys are just they were like Bond villain,
- 36:37Speaker 4: like nin sixty four Bond villains. They were really slick
- 36:42Speaker 4: with this faceless ideentality list.
- 36:45Speaker 1: They were like, you know what America has enough, take
- 36:47Speaker 1: your pick. If you were Middle Eastern Eastern European.
- 36:50Speaker 4: And they pulled it off in the Genius.
- 36:52Speaker 1: Japanese, Chinese, anybody could be the villain. Man, it's not important.
- 36:55Speaker 1: What we gotta do is we have to fly under
- 36:57Speaker 1: the radar in a minute and a half. That's what
- 36:59Speaker 1: you need to focus on. You hear me? Who it is?
- 37:02Speaker 1: Who cares?
- 37:03Speaker 4: Don't matter? Man, fly the plane under the thing they
- 37:07Speaker 4: out here. Also, I want to say this in this movie,
- 37:09Speaker 4: Manee is the best.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Get the love scene out of that movie, Maverick, Oh.
- 37:16Speaker 4: My god, she was posed up on the little convertible
- 37:20Speaker 4: at the end.
- 37:21Speaker 3: Me and Sabrina just busts out last. It was so.
- 37:25Speaker 4: SI was just oo's and out of that little moment,
- 37:29Speaker 4: I hated it man him and Jennifer Connelly.
- 37:33Speaker 1: Man lookout it out the daughter was funny, like that
- 37:38Speaker 1: little scene with a daughter not liking him. But who cares?
- 37:41Speaker 1: Man matter, I don't care.
- 37:44Speaker 3: It didn't matter.
- 37:47Speaker 1: Shut up. She's not fine either.
- 37:51Speaker 3: Put it on. There is the track.
- 37:54Speaker 1: She's not in that movie. She was.
- 37:56Speaker 2: She was past her prime. They both were. That's why
- 37:59Speaker 2: I don't At.
- 38:00Speaker 4: Least they've given him somebody of age.
- 38:02Speaker 1: No, I respect that, but I don't care. She could
- 38:05Speaker 1: have been in front of me and the whole foods.
- 38:06Speaker 1: I've been like, can you move, I'm trying to get
- 38:08Speaker 1: to the coum across. Man, I got a recipeak.
- 38:11Speaker 3: Uh.
- 38:12Speaker 4: Transformers, that's the only friend I feel like Transformers.
- 38:17Speaker 3: The first one is the best.
- 38:18Speaker 4: Man.
- 38:18Speaker 1: When I tell you, I I progressively have hated those
- 38:21Speaker 1: movies more and more. But there's nothing more than Revenge
- 38:24Speaker 1: of the Falling. When Shylah buff died and he went
- 38:27Speaker 1: to Transformers Heaven, if I had a gun and army,
- 38:30Speaker 1: I would have shot the screen. I said, Man, this
- 38:33Speaker 1: is how is a human dying and going the trip.
- 38:36Speaker 2: We are proud of you here, We're going to provide you.
- 38:40Speaker 4: No, man, it was so silly.
- 38:42Speaker 1: That is dumb, bro. I was so pissed off. We
- 38:49Speaker 1: are proud of you here, human man, Get the hell
- 38:53Speaker 1: on that. Don't work like that, all right, anything else,
- 38:59Speaker 1: I'll say this.
- 39:00Speaker 4: Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade is my favorite. Timbler
- 39:07Speaker 4: Due was good too, Timbla Dune, Raised the Lostar all fair,
- 39:11Speaker 4: but for me, Last Last Crusade, it was something about
- 39:16Speaker 4: that one.
- 39:16Speaker 3: It made me like it the best. I love the
- 39:17Speaker 3: Father's Son dynamic.
- 39:18Speaker 1: He was man.
- 39:19Speaker 4: Harrison Ford was just and they were great together. They
- 39:24Speaker 4: were only like ten years apart in age.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Yeah, but really young at that time. He really wasn't
- 39:31Speaker 1: but he looked up. Yeah we bought it, Yeah, he was.
- 39:34Speaker 1: His eyes was like when he would be stealing stuff,
- 39:37Speaker 1: his eyes would be like, I can't love I loved
- 39:41Speaker 1: it Jones because he knows the steaks man, and he's like,
- 39:44Speaker 1: I got to steal it though. Man, you don't understand.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Those movies were fun.
- 39:48Speaker 4: That when in the Temple of Dune, when old girl
- 39:51Speaker 4: was freaking out rightfully so, when all those bugs was everywhere,
- 39:54Speaker 4: and the thing was about to crush him, and he
- 39:56Speaker 4: put his fist through the old like pullet. I felt
- 40:01Speaker 4: that fist urgency though here like look, man, I think
- 40:05Speaker 4: you got spiders.
- 40:06Speaker 3: On you, but pull, I felt that fist.
- 40:13Speaker 1: Final destination.
- 40:14Speaker 4: I don't remember those clear enough, but the final destination
- 40:17Speaker 4: to freeway chaotic, Yes, fire.
- 40:22Speaker 1: It's it's it's had a hold on millennials ever since.
- 40:24Speaker 1: We don't we don't get behind the trucks with the
- 40:26Speaker 1: tree because of that.
- 40:28Speaker 4: That accident seen was crazy. I think the first one
- 40:33Speaker 4: is the funniest for me.
- 40:34Speaker 1: What's the second one is Spiking shaged me? Yeah? Is
- 40:37Speaker 1: that Doctor Evil?
- 40:38Speaker 4: I mean the first one is the spy shagged me.
- 40:40Speaker 4: The second one is uh, I forget the name of
- 40:44Speaker 4: the second one member?
- 40:47Speaker 1: Is that Beyonce?
- 40:49Speaker 3: Yeah?

- 41:06Speaker 1: In that second one, That's what and that's why I
- 41:08Speaker 1: was like, he had all the funny stuff.
- 41:11Speaker 4: It was, but I feel like they turned it into
- 41:13Speaker 4: the Doctor Evil show.
- 41:15Speaker 1: But it should have been no man.
- 41:16Speaker 4: Austin is great, he is good.
- 41:19Speaker 1: But doctor evil Man he was. He was his clip
- 41:22Speaker 1: percentage of jokes was great.
- 41:25Speaker 3: Yeah, they were. I gotta I gotta come back.
- 41:27Speaker 4: I mean, if you want to give it to Austin
- 41:29Speaker 4: powers too, that's fine, but I gotta revisit. I just
- 41:32Speaker 4: saw the first.
- 41:32Speaker 5: One again, Adam's Family Values.
- 41:35Speaker 4: Yes, I think that's better than the first one. Adam's
- 41:39Speaker 4: Family two. I feel better. Batman returns. Let's talk about this, Okay,
- 41:45Speaker 4: let's unpack bi.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Okay, this is uh. The second Michael Keaton one, Danny
- 41:50Speaker 1: de Vito and Catwoman. Danny de Vito as Penguin. That
- 41:53Speaker 1: was the only time Penguin was legitimate to me and
- 41:55Speaker 1: the cartoon. I was like, Penguin is kind of like
- 41:57Speaker 1: a funny villain, but Danny de Vido is like, all right,
- 42:00Speaker 1: this guy and he was gross.
- 42:02Speaker 3: He was gross.
- 42:03Speaker 1: The black and Michelle Pfeiffer was, She's perfect as woman perfect.
- 42:10Speaker 1: I remember was the first one.
- 42:14Speaker 4: Jack Nicholson was the joker person. He was great though.
- 42:18Speaker 6: As a movie though the second one just because they
- 42:20Speaker 6: had more money attack and I think they could do
- 42:23Speaker 6: more with the character.
- 42:24Speaker 4: I like the second one a little bit better as
- 42:27Speaker 4: a whole. Yeah, Christopher Walken was in there too, I
- 42:30Speaker 4: love him.
- 42:31Speaker 1: And then they turned it into.
- 42:33Speaker 4: The After that, it was a complete horseshi y'all.
- 42:37Speaker 2: That's when the money was too. They got the nipples
- 42:40Speaker 2: on the suit.
- 42:40Speaker 4: God, I hated.
- 42:44Speaker 3: Batman. I hated him.
- 42:47Speaker 1: I hate it and I liked your ar Oh my.
- 42:50Speaker 4: God, Joe Shue market that that that's a glaring example
- 42:55Speaker 4: of when you changed directors.
- 42:57Speaker 3: The ship is just gonna go over.
- 42:59Speaker 1: This man that pissed me off the most about mister
- 43:01Speaker 1: Freeze in the cartoon.
- 43:03Speaker 2: His his like reasoning.
- 43:05Speaker 1: Mister greater the man and him being small and frail

- 44:16Speaker 1: I love making Gun. Thirty three and a third.
- 44:19Speaker 4: I can't remember those movies clear.
- 44:21Speaker 1: One is when the penis was in the shadow and
- 44:23Speaker 1: it was upside down. I died naked Guns of fire
- 44:29Speaker 1: though I like that type of movie.
- 44:31Speaker 3: All three of those are fire.
- 44:32Speaker 1: But thirty three and the third man that scene, I was.
- 44:36Speaker 4: Like Christmas Vacation. I feel like it's the best of
- 44:42Speaker 4: the National joint, even though I love the first one,
- 44:46Speaker 4: but I gotta give it a Christmas Vacation. That's the
- 44:49Speaker 4: one I watched the most, So put Christmas Vacation on that.
- 44:54Speaker 4: I'm undecided on the Naked Gun.
- 44:56Speaker 3: I can't.
- 44:57Speaker 1: I can't defending the league. Funny things in there, but
