  Hampshire becomes the first state to sign Bitcoin and

  reserve bill into law. New Hampshire Governor.

  Kelly Ayote signed a bill into law Tuesday enabling the.

  State to amass Bitcoin, making it the first in the United

  States. OK, let's go down here and have

  a little bit highlighted. New Hampshire's, once again

  first in the nation, just signed a new law allowing our state to
• 15:44
  invest in cryptocurrency and precious metals.

  Introduced in January, the bill allows New Hampshire State

  Treasurer to invest up to 5% of public funds into precious
• 15:56
  metals like gold or silver or digital assets that average
• 16:00
  market cap of at least 500 billion in the last calendar

  year. Based on that criteria, Bitcoin

  is the only digital asset the state could add.

  So states, state by state, we're seeing new legislation being

  proposed which will allow state treasurers to hold Bitcoin.

  I can tell you from my experience in the gold and

  silver sector that's been going on for about the last five years

  on a state by state basis as well.

  For gold and silver, the individual States and this is

  kind of how the US Constitution was written, have the ability to

  kind of make their own little laws outside of the federal

  government and the Federal Reserve.

  So we're seeing that with crypto and now we are also seeing that

  occur with with gold and silver as as well.

  So very interesting. New Hampshire being the first

  state where the state. Treasurer Will.

  Be able to buy crypto Bitcoin at this point for the state's

  strategic reserves. Today's also a big, big day,

  anticipated today that we will not see a cut in interest rates.

  always see what the what's likely to happen with the

  it's gone up a little bit. There's a 4% chance that's what

  this number down here is. The interest rates will get cut,

  but a 96% chance that rates will remain the same.

  Let's go see what the odds are for the next meeting of the Fed,

  which will be in June. Does it tell us how long that

  one is away now? 4 hours and 4 hours.

  We're going to hear from the Fed.

  So again, 1:00, probably, maybe 2:00 Eastern.

  So it looks like there's a 70% chance next month that rates

  will remain the same and about a 30% chance at this point that

  we're going to get a rate cut. So that'll be the big news of
