- Ben: Morning and welcome to your short-term rental bulletin. Europe's short-term rental industry is entering a new phase and it's changing how operators think about distribution. With tighter regulations and increasing enforcement across Europe, many professional operators are beginning to rethink their reliance on major platforms like Airbnb and booking.com. For operators, that means a listing suspension or compliance issue on a single platform could immediately affect bookings. As platform risk increases, more professional hosts are investing in direct booking strategies. building on web websites, guest databases and repeat stay channels to diversify distribution. In Europe short-term mental market, the winning operators won't rely on a single platform. They'll control their own booking channels. That's everything today. Thank you for watching Short-Term Mental Bulletin and I'll see you tomorrow.
