A man tried to sneak 592 luxury cigars from Andorra into Spain, blowing past the 75-cigarette limit — and got hit with a €43,000 fine after the court ruled it was intentional. Despite his appeal claiming the penalty was miscalculated and the violation minor, the judge said he should’ve known better given the sheer volume and visible border signage.
