This episode started in a urology waiting room.

I was there with my dad. Four years after his bladder cancer diagnosis. The same year I lost my mom. And I had a journal with me called Love Letters by Shannon Beardsmore that I had been carrying around since March finally deciding to write in it.

So I started writing.

I looked around that waiting room and saw people who were sick and unhappy in their bodies. And something hit me. Do they know they have a choice to heal? Do they know their mindset, their perception, their attitude plays a part in all of it?
