- 0:24Speaker 1: down through the years. We also have some personal private
- 0:27Speaker 1: stuff there like the Hendry Family Home Movies. that showed
- 0:30Speaker 1: the family from my family, literally from the early days
- 0:33Speaker 1: in Canada all the way on up until I was
- 0:35Speaker 1: walking around about two feet high and beyond.
- 0:39Speaker 2: And beyond. What does that mean? Like past the time
- 0:43Speaker 2: I was a kid.
- 0:43Speaker 3: Oh.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Anyway, now I forgot where I was at. You're talking
- 0:47Speaker 2: about the website. Yeah, the website. So get a backstage pass.

- 0:59Speaker 2: Now I forget.
- 0:59Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:00Speaker 1: The world-famous Phil Henry Show, the greatest value online other
- 1:03Speaker 1: than porn.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Hi, it's Phil Henry.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Welcome to today's featured Radio Archive Hour. And it is
- 1:08Speaker 1: one featuring Dr., this time, Dr.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Dean Wheeler.
- 1:11Speaker 1: And Dean Wheeler is nowadays, of course, up in Northern
- 1:14Speaker 1: California with a holistic center, but he was a scammer
- 1:17Speaker 1: and continues to be. This is January 2003.
- 1:20Speaker 2: As Dr.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Dean Wheeler said, And I'm sure there's a book here
- 1:24Speaker 1: someplace that he wrote. He says that he was able
- 1:27Speaker 1: to convince wives to improve their health by letting go
- 1:31Speaker 1: and forgiving their husbands for cheating on them. And I
- 1:34Speaker 1: love this hour because Dean is so benign and so
- 1:37Speaker 1: he's trying to be a sweet guy and a nice guy.
- 1:38Speaker 1: And the women are increasingly getting ready to throttle the guy.
- 1:41Speaker 1: And there's a few men in there, too.
- 1:43Speaker 5: Dr.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Dean Wheeler on forgiving. And I'm not sure if this
- 1:46Speaker 1: is the hour where the very famous, would you forgive
- 1:49Speaker 1: a man cheating for a short stack?
- 1:51Speaker 2: It may be. But I don't know. Let's listen. Oh,
- 1:53Speaker 2: one more thing.
- 1:54Speaker 1: At the very end of this is a great flashback
- 1:56Speaker 1: with Jeff Dauter.
- 1:57Speaker 2: What is the book about? Dean Wheeler is with us.
- 2:00Speaker 5: Hi, Phil. First of all, I'm very happy to be
- 2:03Speaker 5: on your program.
- 2:04Speaker 6: And I understand you're doing some training today.
- 2:06Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 2:07Speaker 5: As a matter of fact, I'm at Chadley Park getting
- 2:11Speaker 5: in kind of getting a little shape here for our
- 2:13Speaker 5: New York marathon that will.
- 2:14Speaker 4: Be coming up.
- 2:16Speaker 2: What is your book Healing Indiscretion about?
- 2:18Speaker 5: Really, there are a number of ways, Phil, to get
- 2:21Speaker 5: the trust of a woman back if you have been
- 2:25Speaker 5: unfaithful to her. And sometime after the marriage of a
- 2:30Speaker 5: man and woman, every woman will have to face the
- 2:33Speaker 5: fact that her husband is going astray. Recognizing that frees
- 2:38Speaker 5: a woman from the anxiety of the willy or won't
- 2:44Speaker 5: he to he will.
- 2:46Speaker 6: Sooner or later, every man is going to cheat on
- 2:48Speaker 6: his wife or his girlfriend, and the first step is
- 2:51Speaker 6: for a woman to recognize that?
- 2:52Speaker 5: The first step is to recognize that because you have
- 2:55Speaker 5: to get ready for that moment when you want to
- 2:58Speaker 5: heal your relationship and bring him back. And preparing yourself
- 3:02Speaker 5: to heal indiscretion, which is the title of my book,
- 3:06Speaker 5: women are amazingly resilient, Phil. And once you tell them
- 3:09Speaker 5: the truth about what you did and with who, you'll
- 3:14Speaker 5: be surprised.
- 3:17Speaker 6: I don't think I've ever heard of a book that
- 3:19Speaker 6: prepares a wife for the inevitability of her husband cheating on.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Her, but I do know.
- 3:23Speaker 5: It's just not about that, Phil. It's about getting that
- 3:26Speaker 5: marriage back together again. And what we do in our
- 3:30Speaker 5: workshops really helps us to achieve that.
- 3:35Speaker 6: You've had several workshops in the San Francisco Bay Area
- 3:39Speaker 6: on helping a woman forgive her husband after he's cheated
- 3:42Speaker 6: on her. Give me some idea of what happens there.
- 3:48Speaker 5: Sure, Phil. We've had some very successful workshops. And excuse me,
- 3:53Speaker 5: I'm going to get some water here.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Go ahead. We're talking here with Dr. Dean Wheeler.
- 4:06Speaker 4: Yes, Phil.
- 4:07Speaker 2: And what are you a doctor in?
- 4:10Speaker 5: Well, you know something, Phil? I'm a doctor of life
- 4:12Speaker 5: more than anything else. I'm just a doctor of life.
- 4:17Speaker 2: All right, so you have the workshops, and then what?
- 4:20Speaker 5: Well, every weekend up until Thanksgiving, Phil, women are coming
- 4:23Speaker 5: from all over to attend our two-day workshop on what
- 4:26Speaker 5: to do once he inevitably strays and cheats on you.
- 4:31Speaker 5: The goal, Phil, is to accept him and all of
- 4:37Speaker 5: his foibles. You want to feel okay about yourself, and
- 4:41Speaker 5: then you want to take step three, which is to
- 4:45Speaker 5: feel okay about... the two of you as well together.
- 4:48Speaker 2: All right. A man cheating on a woman can destroy trust,
- 4:53Speaker 2: can't it?
- 4:54Speaker 5: No, it doesn't have to, Phil, and we've been proving it.
- 4:58Speaker 5: Every weekend, we have three actors that we hire from
- 5:01Speaker 5: one of the local acting labs in the Bay Area.
- 5:06Speaker 5: We have three actors come in who role-play and act
- 5:09Speaker 5: out the scenarios that these couples will face. And I'll
- 5:14Speaker 5: give you an example. Last weekend, we had an African-American female,
- 5:18Speaker 5: a white male, and a white female, all three of
- 5:21Speaker 5: them actors from the Bay Area Acting Lab. The white
- 5:25Speaker 5: female played the wife, and we tell the ladies to
- 5:29Speaker 5: key in on the actress playing the wife. That's very important.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Okay.
- 5:34Speaker 5: Now, the scenario is a husband is caught having sex
- 5:37Speaker 5: with a cleaning woman, and the wife comes home unexpectedly.
- 5:44Speaker 5: What do you do as a woman? Now, this is pivotal.
- 5:47Speaker 5: What does she do, Phil?
- 5:50Speaker 2: So the black actress plays the cleaning woman, I take it.
- 5:52Speaker 5: Yeah, well, we want to make it as realistic as possible.
- 5:55Speaker 6: All right, so she comes home and she sees her
- 5:57Speaker 6: husband having sex with this woman.
- 6:01Speaker 5: What should she do? What does she do? Let me
- 6:04Speaker 5: ask you that.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Well, I imagine she gets angry.
- 6:06Speaker 5: And she has a right to feel anger, but I
- 6:09Speaker 5: don't think she should express it. What you do is
- 6:12Speaker 5: you take your anger back out of the room. And
- 6:16Speaker 5: there are some breathing exercises that we give the ladies.
- 6:19Speaker 5: And let the woman get dressed and let the maid
- 6:23Speaker 5: take the cleaning cart out of the room. And then
- 6:27Speaker 5: sit down with your husband and tell him you are hurt.
- 6:30Speaker 5: And this is so pivotal, Phil. All right.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Let me... recap up to this point if I can't well.
- 6:36Speaker 5: There's a couple more steps that I need to.
- 6:39Speaker 6: Get through alright I need to give our phone number
- 6:40Speaker 6: out and tell everybody we're talking to Dr. Dean Wheeler
- 6:44Speaker 6: our number is 1-800-449-8686 he is conducting workshops and has
- 6:48Speaker 6: a book called Healing in Discretion how a woman can
- 6:51Speaker 6: forgive her husband for cheating on her now you said
- 6:56Speaker 6: you're a doctor of what?
- 6:59Speaker 5: I'm a doctor of life.
- 7:00Speaker 6: Phil I'm a doctor of love I'm a doctor of
- 7:01Speaker 6: experience but seriously what is your degree in?
- 7:04Speaker 5: I got a degree in life. I really do, Phil.
- 7:07Speaker 2: So you're not a real.
- 7:09Speaker 5: No, I consider myself to be a real doctor. Yes,
- 7:12Speaker 5: I do. And I do want to get through these
- 7:14Speaker 5: other steps, if I could.
- 7:15Speaker 2: All right, 1-800-449-8686.
- 7:17Speaker 6: So up to this point, a woman sees her husband
- 7:21Speaker 6: having sex with another woman. She needs to do some
- 7:25Speaker 6: breathing exercises, swallow the anger, and then what?
- 7:28Speaker 5: Then tell him that he must apologize. We tell the
- 7:31Speaker 5: ladies to watch this and watch what he does. You
- 7:35Speaker 5: have to lead him. Tell him he must apologize and
- 7:38Speaker 5: tell him you are hurt. And tell him you want something.
- 7:41Speaker 5: You want something. A weekend away. Some new shoes. A
- 7:46Speaker 5: bouquet of flowers.
- 7:48Speaker 2: So she's kind of letting him off the hook rather easily,
- 7:51Speaker 2: isn't she?
- 7:51Speaker 5: Well, Phil, women like simple things. It's not letting him
- 7:55Speaker 5: off the hook, but women like simple things. And they're
- 7:57Speaker 5: extremely resilient. And all a woman wants, Phil... When the
- 8:01Speaker 5: end of the day arrives, all a woman really wants
- 8:04Speaker 5: is an honest man, and she can deal with a lot.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Well, I don't know. I think a lot of women
- 8:12Speaker 2: will throw these guys out the door.
- 8:14Speaker 5: Well, you know something? Before 9-11, I would have believed that.
- 8:16Speaker 2: You think things have changed?
- 8:18Speaker 5: Most women will forgive a man a lot, because imagine
- 8:22Speaker 5: if it had been him at the other end of
- 8:24Speaker 5: that sniper scope. Imagine if it had been him in
- 8:27Speaker 5: the World Trade Center. Imagine if it had been him
- 8:31Speaker 5: opening up an envelope of anthrax. So before 9-11, I
- 8:34Speaker 5: think women would have thrown their men out. But now
- 8:36Speaker 5: women are more open to forgiving a man, and we
- 8:40Speaker 5: learn it and we prove it every day in our workshops, Bill.
- 8:43Speaker 5: And Tammy Herzog and her husband Bill, as a matter
- 8:48Speaker 5: of fact, had an encounter, and this was a serious encounter,
- 8:53Speaker 5: where he had been unfaithful and he brought venereal disease
- 8:56Speaker 5: into their home. And she was able to forgive him
- 9:00Speaker 5: by saying, A, you have hurt me. B, I am
- 9:03Speaker 5: angry at you. And remember step number three, I want something.
- 9:07Speaker 5: I want a trip out of town. I want flowers.
- 9:10Speaker 5: I want something.
- 9:11Speaker 2: And she won't throw him out?
- 9:13Speaker 5: Post 9-11, I don't think so. After 9-11, most women
- 9:16Speaker 5: will forgive. And you could almost say that that's a
- 9:20Speaker 5: lucky break for us as men. Nothing good came from 9-11,
- 9:23Speaker 5: don't get me wrong. But if anything good did come
- 9:25Speaker 5: from it, A lot of us can probably get away
- 9:30Speaker 5: with a little bit more in our marriages.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Well, you're not counseling that, are you?
- 9:33Speaker 4: No, no, no.
- 9:33Speaker 5: I would never say that. But if you were going to,
- 9:37Speaker 5: you can probably get away with it. All women really
- 9:39Speaker 5: want to do is to let the man know she's hurt.
- 9:42Speaker 5: Once she lets a man know she's hurt, she's fine.
- 9:47Speaker 4: All right, 1-800-449-8686.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Dean Wheeler is with us here.
- 9:50Speaker 5: And I wanted to mention that I do prefer to
- 9:54Speaker 5: be addressed as Dr. Dean Wheeler.
- 9:57Speaker 2: But you said to me you're not really a.
- 9:58Speaker 4: Well, I am a.
- 10:00Speaker 5: doctor. And it doesn't matter. What difference does it make
- 10:02Speaker 5: to you?
- 10:04Speaker 7: Dr.
- 10:04Speaker 6: Dean Wheeler is with us. The book is called Healing Indiscretions.
- 10:07Speaker 6: How do you get a woman to forgive you after
- 10:10Speaker 6: you've cheated on her? Ladies, how do you forgive your man?
- 10:13Speaker 6: You tell him that you have been hurt and that
- 10:15Speaker 6: you want something in return. Our number is 1-800-449-8686. And
- 10:19Speaker 6: the workshop that you have here where you hire three
- 10:22Speaker 6: actors to demonstrate a situation, a black actress, a white actor,
- 10:28Speaker 6: and a white female actor, and he's having sex with
- 10:31Speaker 6: a cleaning woman?
- 10:32Speaker 4: Yes.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Played by the black actress.
- 10:35Speaker 5: Well, I suppose if you want, the cleaning woman can
- 10:37Speaker 5: be white, but we're trying to make it as realistic
- 10:40Speaker 5: as we possibly can.
- 10:42Speaker 6: And then when the women see this and they see
- 10:44Speaker 6: this actress forgiving her husband for having sex with the
- 10:47Speaker 6: cleaning woman, then what do the women in your workshop say?
- 10:50Speaker 5: Well, we've had a variety of responses, but 95% are
- 10:53Speaker 5: positive from women who say, I need to be more forgiving.
- 10:57Speaker 5: I need, and I'll tell you right now, if Tammy
- 11:00Speaker 5: Herzog can forgive her husband Bill for giving her a
- 11:03Speaker 5: venereal disease, anybody can do anything and love wins out.
- 11:08Speaker 5: Love conquers. And that's what we really are talking about
- 11:11Speaker 5: in our Healing Indiscretion Workshop, Phil.
- 11:13Speaker 2: All right, Dean. I'm sorry, Dr. Dean Wheeler.
- 11:17Speaker 4: Dr.
- 11:17Speaker 5: Dean Wheeler. Thank you, Phil.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Dr. Dean Wheeler is with us here.
- 11:20Speaker 3: 1-800-449-8686.
- 11:20Speaker 6: And let's go to a phone call.
- 11:24Speaker 2: This is Pam. Hi, you're on the Phil Henry Show
- 11:26Speaker 2: with Dr. Dean Wheeler.
- 11:27Speaker 7: Hi, how are you?
- 11:29Speaker 2: Fine, thanks.
- 11:30Speaker 4: Hello, Pam.
- 11:31Speaker 7: I have a comment. Hi, I have a comment in
- 11:33Speaker 7: reference to what you're speaking about this evening.
- 11:36Speaker 5: Uh-huh, okay.
- 11:37Speaker 7: First of all, 911 did nothing. for women, as far
- 11:43Speaker 7: as I'm concerned, to make us more forgiving for infidelity.
- 11:47Speaker 3: Are you sure?
- 11:49Speaker 5: Are you clear on that, Pam? Are you clear on
- 11:52Speaker 5: those feelings?
- 11:53Speaker 7: Crystal, absolutely.
- 11:56Speaker 5: I've had a different experience, but go ahead.
- 11:58Speaker 7: Okay, so be it. But you're not the woman, so
- 12:01Speaker 7: I don't know the experience, how you could have experienced it.
- 12:04Speaker 5: Well, I work with women every weekend in our workshops,
- 12:07Speaker 5: and they have.
- 12:08Speaker 2: Told me, Phil, This is as a result of them talking?
- 12:11Speaker 4: Yes.
- 12:11Speaker 5: They have said since 9-11 they're willing to forgive their
- 12:14Speaker 5: husbands a lot because they think, geez, just like the
- 12:20Speaker 5: lady who saw her husband having sex with a cleaning woman,
- 12:23Speaker 5: she was able to forgive by imagining him at the
- 12:25Speaker 5: other end of a sniper rifle.
- 12:28Speaker 7: The message that you are conveying is nothing but it's
- 12:32Speaker 7: okay for a man to have infidelity in the relationship
- 12:38Speaker 7: and to have someone walk in, do breathing exercises, walk
- 12:43Speaker 7: back out, and then ask for something? Make sure you
- 12:47Speaker 7: ask for something? I would ask for him to remove
- 12:50Speaker 7: himself from my house.
- 12:52Speaker 5: Well, Pam, I'm sorry you're getting that message. It's really
- 12:54Speaker 5: not allowing men to have indiscretion. It's helping women forgive
- 12:57Speaker 5: men once they have the indiscretion. It's helping women forgive
- 13:02Speaker 5: men no matter what happens.
- 13:05Speaker 7: I think that this will give, you'll have a lot
- 13:07Speaker 7: of women having to learn how to forgive themselves because
- 13:11Speaker 7: this could be continual behavior. And you're setting something up
- 13:15Speaker 7: for women to have to start forgiving themselves because of
- 13:18Speaker 7: accepting something that isn't okay for the relationship, unless they
- 13:23Speaker 7: went into the relationship with that agreement.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Can I ask a question in the brochure? His allow
- 13:27Speaker 2: him to finish, what does that mean?
- 13:29Speaker 5: Allow him to finish his mistake?
- 13:33Speaker 7: Allow him to finish his affair?
- 13:35Speaker 5: Yes, because that is closure. And stay with me on this, Pam.
- 13:39Speaker 5: That's closure.
- 13:41Speaker 2: So wait a minute. A woman walks into a room.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Her husband's having sex with a woman. Leave until they're done?
- 13:47Speaker 5: Yes, that's absolutely correct. And I can tell you, Pam,
- 13:52Speaker 5: you should come to our workshop. We have couples that
- 13:54Speaker 5: are absolutely ecstatic. That's great.
- 13:58Speaker 7: And there's also swingers that are absolutely ecstatic in the world,
- 14:01Speaker 7: I guess. And if that's the life that you choose
- 14:03Speaker 7: to live.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Yeah, is that a swinging thing, doctor?
- 14:05Speaker 5: No, these are committed couples. They are very committed to
- 14:08Speaker 5: each other. But he strays. He has sex with... I
- 14:12Speaker 5: can tell you some sad stories. There was a man
- 14:14Speaker 5: who had sex with a young lady he met. She
- 14:16Speaker 5: was working as a waitress in a bowling alley. And
- 14:19Speaker 5: the wife walked in on him.
- 14:21Speaker 7: You know, you can have a lot of stories. And
- 14:23Speaker 7: I guess that's really... I don't think that you should
- 14:25Speaker 7: be also conveying it yourself as a doctor because you
- 14:29Speaker 7: are not one. But anyway, I appreciate the conversation. I've
- 14:33Speaker 7: listened to the show a couple times, and this one
- 14:35Speaker 7: is almost as bad as the one with the Alzheimer book.
- 14:39Speaker 5: Well, ma'am, I am a doctor. I'm a doctor of love.
- 14:41Speaker 5: I'm a doctor of life. I'm a doctor of joy,
- 14:43Speaker 5: and I'm sorry you feel that way.
- 14:45Speaker 7: You have a good evening.
- 14:46Speaker 5: Okay.
- 14:47Speaker 7: And thank you for taking my call.
- 14:48Speaker 5: The Black Mates scenario isn't the only role-playing our actors perform.
- 14:53Speaker 5: This weekend we're displaying... a fellatio with a waitress from Denny's.
- 14:58Speaker 5: And what this does.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Okay, hold on for just a minute.
- 15:01Speaker 6: Yeah, hold on. 1-800-449-8686 is the number here on the
- 15:04Speaker 6: Phil Henry Show. This is a very controversial book. Maybe
- 15:07Speaker 6: you read about it. Healing and Discretion, which is a
- 15:09Speaker 6: way it teaches women how to forgive their husbands when
- 15:13Speaker 6: they catch them having sex with another woman. Because according
- 15:17Speaker 6: to Dean... And he insists on being called a doctor,
- 15:19Speaker 6: although I've not heard any credentials. According to him... Women
- 15:23Speaker 6: can save themselves years of physical health problems, such as
- 15:27Speaker 6: hysterectomies and mastectomies, if they can forgive their husbands their indiscretions.
- 15:33Speaker 2: Very controversial stuff. Very controversial stuff. Should you forgive.
- 15:38Speaker 6: Your husband for cheating on you if it saves you
- 15:40Speaker 6: the possibility of disease?
- 15:42Speaker 8: The Phil Hendry Show.
- 15:43Speaker 2: The Phil Hendry Show.
- 15:48Speaker 9: Is back.
- 15:50Speaker 10: 1-800-449-8686.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Get my pulse here. Were you jogging?
- 15:55Speaker 4: I was.
- 15:55Speaker 5: I just want to check my pulse here. Now, my
- 15:59Speaker 5: resting pulse is.
- 16:00Speaker 6: Well, we're back on the air here, and we're talking with...
- 16:04Speaker 6: And I know you insist on being called doctor.
- 16:06Speaker 5: Well, I don't think you need to point out, Phil.
- 16:08Speaker 2: Well, you don't.
- 16:09Speaker 6: Have any degree that I know of, sir, but I
- 16:11Speaker 6: will call you Dr. Wheeler, and I know you're training
- 16:14Speaker 6: for the New York Marathon. His book is called Healing Indiscretion,
- 16:17Speaker 6: How You Can Forgive Your... husband for cheating on you and.
- 16:22Speaker 5: The section of the book you're referring to Phil is
- 16:25Speaker 5: for men if you've had an affair and if you
- 16:28Speaker 5: have if you've betrayed your wife and you want her
- 16:32Speaker 5: forgiveness really the best thing to do when you come
- 16:36Speaker 5: home know that she could be very angry so talk
- 16:42Speaker 5: about 9-11 talk about how you might have been in
- 16:46Speaker 5: that building how you could have died this is going
- 16:48Speaker 5: to soften her Tell her, talk to her about the
- 16:51Speaker 5: sniper incident in Washington and how it could have been you.
- 16:54Speaker 5: This will soften her before you, you know, give her the.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Before you drop a bomb on her?
- 17:01Speaker 5: Well, we don't like to, but before, yes, before you
- 17:03Speaker 5: drop the news.
- 17:06Speaker 6: What if she walks in on you like you had
- 17:08Speaker 6: this thing?
- 17:09Speaker 5: Well, that's an incident where you should say to her...
- 17:12Speaker 5: Aren't you happy I'm alive? Tell her how fortunate she
- 17:15Speaker 5: is that you're alive. But wait a minute.
- 17:17Speaker 2: She's in bed. The husband's in bed with a cleaning woman.
- 17:22Speaker 2: The cleaning woman?
- 17:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:24Speaker 5: I understand, Phil.
- 17:26Speaker 2: And as soon as she walks in, she says, look it,
- 17:28Speaker 2: I'm alive. I wasn't in 9-11.
- 17:30Speaker 5: Well, not as clumsy as that, but something that will
- 17:33Speaker 5: remind her of how valuable his life is. Even if
- 17:36Speaker 5: he's in bed with a cleaning woman... you know, a
- 17:40Speaker 5: Mexican maid from Super 8 or whatever.
- 17:43Speaker 2: All right, let me talk to Trina. Hi, Trina, you're
- 17:47Speaker 2: on the Phil Henry Show with Dr. Dean Wheeler.
- 17:51Speaker 10: Hi, Mr.
- 17:51Speaker 9: Wheeler, I just had a call.
- 17:53Speaker 5: Trina, I prefer doctorate.
- 17:57Speaker 10: Doctorate?
- 17:58Speaker 9: Well, when you've gone to school for eight years and
- 17:59Speaker 9: you've earned your doctorate, then we can talk about Dr.
- 18:02Speaker 4: Wheeler.
- 18:02Speaker 5: But I do prefer doctorate.
- 18:06Speaker 2: She's going to call you a mister if you don't mind.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Go ahead, Trina.
- 18:09Speaker 10: Okay, Mr.
- 18:10Speaker 9: Wheeler, I think it's absolute lunacy that you would take
- 18:13Speaker 9: advantage of women after 9-11 thinking they're as desperate as
- 18:17Speaker 9: to serve men and forgive them for anything that they
- 18:20Speaker 9: may do.
- 18:22Speaker 5: Well, we've proven it with our workshops, though, Trina. Your
- 18:26Speaker 5: anger notwithstanding, we've proven that other women can forgive. And
- 18:30Speaker 5: I think you could, too.
- 18:31Speaker 7: Workshops?
- 18:32Speaker 10: What workshops might these be?
- 18:34Speaker 5: These are the workshops we're having in the Bay Area
- 18:35Speaker 5: and San Francisco.
- 18:36Speaker 4: Okay.
- 18:37Speaker 5: We'll be having them over the next several weeks up
- 18:39Speaker 5: until Thanksgiving. Couples come in.
- 18:43Speaker 4: We act out.
- 18:44Speaker 5: We do what is called psychodrama, if you've ever heard
- 18:47Speaker 5: of it, acting out. And we show a woman how
- 18:50Speaker 5: to deal with a man who they've caught in bed
- 18:52Speaker 5: with another woman.
- 18:54Speaker 7: Right.
- 18:55Speaker 9: And so, like I said, you're taking advantage of what
- 18:57Speaker 9: happened on 9-11.
- 18:59Speaker 4: Well, no.
- 19:00Speaker 11: To further your infidelity.
- 19:01Speaker 5: What I'm saying is after 9-11, women are more likely
- 19:04Speaker 5: to forgive.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Well, that's the thing that I... you know, have a
- 19:07Speaker 2: problem with.
- 19:08Speaker 5: Well, Trina is hostile, and that's all right.
- 19:11Speaker 10: Now, you're hoping that they'll be more forgiving.
- 19:13Speaker 9: Is that what you're saying?
- 19:14Speaker 3: It's not a proven fact.
- 19:16Speaker 8: You're hoping that they will be more forgiving.
- 19:18Speaker 5: Well, the odds are that they would be. Really? And, Trina,
- 19:23Speaker 5: who dumped you?
- 19:24Speaker 4: I mean.
- 19:26Speaker 2: What's that mean?
- 19:27Speaker 5: Well, she wants to call me mister, and she's up
- 19:29Speaker 5: in my face.
- 19:31Speaker 10: I'll tell you what.
- 19:32Speaker 3: You know, you should.
- 19:33Speaker 5: Loosen your love lips. What? Don't be so stupid. Stupid?
- 19:40Speaker 9: Let me tell you, if you were my husband or
- 19:42Speaker 9: my boyfriend, and you tried to cheat on me and
- 19:45Speaker 9: think that because of what happened on 9-11, I'm going
- 19:47Speaker 9: to buckle down to you, you've.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Got another thing coming.
- 19:49Speaker 5: Well, the odds that I would be your husband or
- 19:51Speaker 5: boyfriend are extreme at best.
- 19:56Speaker 9: Well, look, obviously, the women that you're dealing with are
- 19:59Speaker 9: that ignorant to become some blonde.
- 20:01Speaker 5: And there you go, talking down about other people.
- 20:03Speaker 3: Do whatever you say.
- 20:05Speaker 9: Some geisha.
- 20:07Speaker 3: What, are you kidding me?
- 20:08Speaker 5: When you walk in on your husband with your child's
- 20:10Speaker 5: math tutor, simply say, Oh, my God, honey, you didn't
- 20:13Speaker 5: die today. Can we talk about what you're doing later?
- 20:16Speaker 3: Look, 9-11 or not, people are.
- 20:19Speaker 10: Going to die when it's their time to die.
- 20:21Speaker 3: I don't think they deserve any special treatment because of what.
- 20:23Speaker 9: Happened on 9-11.
- 20:24Speaker 4: Oh, okay.
- 20:24Speaker 5: Well, thanks, whatever that means.
- 20:26Speaker 2: All right.
- 20:29Speaker 5: 1-800-449-8686.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Dean Wheeler was with us, and he is talking.
- 20:33Speaker 5: Oh, that's the doctor.
- 20:35Speaker 3: Dr.
- 20:35Speaker 6: Dean Wheeler is with us, and he's talking about his
- 20:37Speaker 6: program that helps women forgive their husbands after they cheat
- 20:40Speaker 6: on them.
- 20:41Speaker 2: 1-800-449-8686.
- 20:42Speaker 12: The Phil Henry Show is back.
- 20:46Speaker 6: The name of the book is Healing Indiscretions. It was
- 20:49Speaker 6: written by Dean Wheeler. He is a therapist from the
- 20:54Speaker 6: San Francisco Bay Area. And it's basically how women can
- 20:58Speaker 6: forgive their husbands even after their husbands have.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Been completely unfaithful to them. Let me take a sip
- 21:05Speaker 2: of water. Excuse me, folks. Let's see. Dean, are you
- 21:10Speaker 2: with us there?
- 21:11Speaker 5: I'm right here, Phil.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Before we go to another call, how did this philosophy develop?
- 21:17Speaker 5: Well, Phil, it's an interesting story. I was a young student.
- 21:21Speaker 5: I married my wife, Catherine. and we moved to the
- 21:24Speaker 5: San Francisco Bay Area. I was at a conference in Toronto, Canada,
- 21:28Speaker 5: and I decided that I wanted to drive across the country.
- 21:32Speaker 5: It was part of a matriculation that I was doing
- 21:36Speaker 5: for a class I was in. I stopped in Georgia,
- 21:40Speaker 5: and I met a young lady who was a waitress
- 21:42Speaker 5: there in a restaurant, and her name was Jody. And
- 21:48Speaker 5: I became very enamored of her. and I flew Jody
- 21:52Speaker 5: to San Francisco, and I did have an affair with her.
- 21:56Speaker 5: In one instance, my wife did catch us, and she
- 21:59Speaker 5: told me she was angry, and I asked her about
- 22:04Speaker 5: her anger, and she said she really wasn't angry so
- 22:06Speaker 5: much that I was cheating, but that Jody was a
- 22:09Speaker 5: much larger woman than her. Jody was very, I guess,
- 22:11Speaker 5: what you would call a big-figured or fat, if you want,
- 22:14Speaker 5: and that's what hurt my wife. My wife has a
- 22:17Speaker 5: great figure, but at that moment, When I had an
- 22:21Speaker 5: affair with Jody, it opened me up to a world
- 22:25Speaker 5: I had never known before. I was very much enamored
- 22:28Speaker 5: of this kind of fat woman. And I explained it
- 22:33Speaker 5: to my wife. And I bought her a Mercedes S500,
- 22:38Speaker 5: and I apologized.
- 22:40Speaker 6: So you're saying it opened you up to a world
- 22:44Speaker 6: of fat women or something?
- 22:45Speaker 5: Well, I realized that I could take great sexual pleasure...
- 22:49Speaker 5: out of women that most men would find repulsive.
- 22:56Speaker 2: And your wife understood that?
- 22:57Speaker 6: And my wife, Catherine, understood that, yes, after I apologized
- 23:00Speaker 6: to her. All right, let me talk here to Colette.
- 23:04Speaker 6: You're on the Phil Henry Show, Colette, with Dr.
- 23:06Speaker 2: Dean Wheeler.
- 23:06Speaker 9: Yes.
- 23:08Speaker 10: Dr. Wheeler, the reason I'm calling is basically if I
- 23:13Speaker 10: walked in on my husband and he was in bed
- 23:17Speaker 10: with another woman... they would both be out of the house.
- 23:20Speaker 10: I would not be a puppet for anyone, and that's
- 23:24Speaker 10: what a woman that would put up with something like
- 23:26Speaker 10: that would be a puppet, that her husband could pull
- 23:29Speaker 10: her strings and buy her. Nobody would be able to
- 23:33Speaker 10: buy me.
- 23:33Speaker 5: Well, I think you're wrong there, Collette. When my wife
- 23:36Speaker 5: discovered that I had this deep attraction for larger women,
- 23:44Speaker 5: she knew. that it would open up our relationship if
- 23:47Speaker 5: she let me indulge.
- 23:49Speaker 10: That's a real fine excuse for men to use. I
- 23:53Speaker 10: think it's pretty poor, and I think it's sad of
- 23:59Speaker 10: what you're promoting. for men to do for the sacrament
- 24:03Speaker 10: of marriage.
- 24:04Speaker 4: No, no, no.
- 24:04Speaker 10: You ought to be ashamed of yourself.
- 24:06Speaker 5: No, I'm saying this is how women forgive. I'm not
- 24:08Speaker 5: promoting men to do anything.
- 24:09Speaker 10: No, women shouldn't forgive. Any self-respecting woman would not forgive.
- 24:14Speaker 10: You let a man get by with it once, he's
- 24:17Speaker 10: going to do it again and again and again. All
- 24:20Speaker 10: he has to do is buy you some roses, buy
- 24:23Speaker 10: you a Mercedes. No, I can't be bought.
- 24:26Speaker 5: Well, Colette, you can't have a really good conversation with
- 24:29Speaker 5: a man while he is suffering. Would you at least
- 24:33Speaker 5: allow him to finish?
- 24:36Speaker 10: Allow him to finish?
- 24:38Speaker 4: Yes, ma'am.
- 24:38Speaker 10: You have got to be out of your mind. They
- 24:41Speaker 10: would both be out of the house, and my husband
- 24:44Speaker 10: would not buy me. I can't be bought. I have
- 24:47Speaker 10: more self-respect for myself. and it's sad that you're promoting
- 24:52Speaker 10: this for the sacrament of marriage, you should be ashamed
- 24:55Speaker 10: of yourself.
- 24:56Speaker 5: But if your husband later on was killed in the
- 24:58Speaker 5: World Trade Center, you see, then you would feel guilty.
- 25:03Speaker 4: No, I wouldn't. You would not?
- 25:05Speaker 10: If you used 9-11 as an excuse for a man
- 25:08Speaker 10: to say, I could have been killed on 9-11, I
- 25:11Speaker 10: would say, you're damn lucky I don't have a gun
- 25:15Speaker 10: right now because I would kill.
- 25:16Speaker 4: Both of you.
- 25:17Speaker 5: But you know you wouldn't do that, Colette, because you
- 25:19Speaker 5: sound like a sensible woman who's got some justifiably placed anger.
- 25:23Speaker 5: But again, consider my situation. I met a waitress at
- 25:26Speaker 5: a Waffle House in Georgia. I had sex with her.
- 25:30Speaker 5: It was enjoyable. And my wife understood my predilection for,
- 25:34Speaker 5: are you a large woman?
- 25:35Speaker 10: No, I am not.
- 25:36Speaker 5: All right. Do you understand what I'm saying?
- 25:38Speaker 4: Yes, I do.
- 25:39Speaker 5: I can't hear her, Phil.
- 25:41Speaker 2: I collected your phone, drift away.
- 25:42Speaker 4: There we go.
- 25:43Speaker 8: Oh, there you go.
- 25:44Speaker 10: Yeah, is that better?
- 25:44Speaker 5: Okay, so my wife said, all right, if you've got
- 25:47Speaker 5: a thing for fat women, go for it.
- 25:52Speaker 10: I would never do that. Like I said, the sacrament
- 25:54Speaker 10: of marriage means too much to me, and if I
- 25:58Speaker 10: walked in and I caught my husband with a woman,
- 26:00Speaker 10: they would both be gone, and my husband would not
- 26:03Speaker 10: be buying me anything aside from possibly paying for the
- 26:07Speaker 10: house in the divorce settlement.
- 26:08Speaker 5: What about an S500 Mercedes? I can't be bought. You'd
- 26:11Speaker 5: get down on your knees for that, wouldn't you?
- 26:13Speaker 10: No, I wouldn't. I can't be bought. I have more
- 26:16Speaker 10: self-respect than that.
- 26:17Speaker 5: How about a chinchilla stole?
- 26:20Speaker 3: I wouldn't care.
- 26:21Speaker 10: I cannot be bought. And I feel sorry for any
- 26:24Speaker 10: women that would allow themselves to be bought. They have
- 26:28Speaker 10: no self-respect for themselves. They have no self-esteem.
- 26:32Speaker 5: What about braces? Braces?
- 26:35Speaker 4: Yes.
- 26:35Speaker 10: For what?
- 26:37Speaker 4: Obviously for your teeth.
- 26:39Speaker 5: My teeth?
- 26:40Speaker 10: There's nothing wrong with my teeth.
- 26:41Speaker 2: I don't understand that. What do you mean?
- 26:42Speaker 5: Well, I'm just talking about I'm trying to be kind,
- 26:44Speaker 5: a physical enhancement.
- 26:47Speaker 10: I am a very attractive woman. I do not need anything,
- 26:53Speaker 10: and any man that would do that would be out.
- 26:56Speaker 10: I cannot be bought. I have more self-respect.
- 26:58Speaker 5: What about a breast enhancement or these kinds of cosmetic
- 27:01Speaker 5: things that you might enjoy?
- 27:03Speaker 4: No.
- 27:03Speaker 10: I am perfect the way I am, and thank God
- 27:07Speaker 10: I'm that way because no man would walk on me
- 27:09Speaker 10: and basically... That's what you're promoting is for a man
- 27:13Speaker 10: to walk on a woman and use 9-11 as a
- 27:16Speaker 10: sympathy ploy. How dare you?
- 27:18Speaker 5: I fail to see how it walks on a woman
- 27:20Speaker 5: to buy her a new large garage.
- 27:21Speaker 10: I can go through another woman and I'll get you
- 27:24Speaker 10: a boob job, honey.
- 27:25Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, how is that, Mr.
- 27:28Speaker 4: Wheeler?
- 27:29Speaker 5: It is doctor, please.
- 27:31Speaker 2: You don't have a doctor degree.
- 27:33Speaker 4: I'm a doctor.
- 27:35Speaker 5: I'm a doctor of life.
- 27:37Speaker 2: All right, listen.
- 27:38Speaker 5: Look, I paid over $ 30, 000 for a pair of breasts
- 27:42Speaker 5: for my wife, and she's ecstatic.
- 27:46Speaker 10: Boy, I'll tell you, she must be a very shallow person.
- 27:49Speaker 10: I don't mean to put down your wife.
- 27:51Speaker 4: And please don't take that.
- 27:52Speaker 2: All right, listen, thanks, Colette, for your call. Let's go
- 27:55Speaker 2: over to a gentleman here. Howard, go ahead. You're on
- 27:57Speaker 2: the Phil Henry Show, Howard.
- 27:59Speaker 4: Yeah, Dr. Weaver.
- 28:00Speaker 5: It's Wheeler, sir.
- 28:02Speaker 4: Dr. Wheeler.
- 28:03Speaker 5: Yes, sir.
- 28:04Speaker 8: You must be insane.
- 28:07Speaker 11: I mean, if I went to my wife and said, honey, look,
- 28:13Speaker 11: guess what? Just be glad that I'm alive today. You know,
- 28:17Speaker 11: I had sex with another woman. Just be glad that
- 28:19Speaker 11: I'm alive.
- 28:20Speaker 8: Thank God that I'm here. I wouldn't live very much longer.
- 28:24Speaker 5: No. Sir, I think you misunderstand me. What I'm trying
- 28:27Speaker 5: to say is this. Don't use it as an excuse.
- 28:29Speaker 5: But if you find yourself in that situation, there are
- 28:33Speaker 5: ways to find a woman who is more forgiving.
- 28:37Speaker 2: Well, are you saying to hide it from a woman
- 28:39Speaker 2: or what?
- 28:39Speaker 11: Yeah, I mean, you said there's ways to find a
- 28:42Speaker 11: woman that's more forgiving. So you're saying if my wife
- 28:45Speaker 11: won't let me cheat on her for any reason, unless
- 28:47Speaker 11: I buy her a diamond or unless I buy her
- 28:50Speaker 11: a new Mercedes or something like that, then I should
- 28:52Speaker 11: leave her and find a woman that is stupid enough
- 28:54Speaker 11: to let me cheat on her. You're insane, and you're
- 28:57Speaker 11: not a doctor.
- 29:00Speaker 5: I prefer to be called doctor, please.
- 29:01Speaker 2: Well, that's wonderful.
- 29:04Speaker 4: Right, exactly.
- 29:06Speaker 8: You're not even a mister.
- 29:08Speaker 5: Sir, if you, for whatever reason, let's say you were
- 29:12Speaker 5: in the Army.
- 29:14Speaker 4: I was in the Army. All right.
- 29:16Speaker 5: Were you married at the time?
- 29:17Speaker 4: Yeah, we were married at the time. All right.
- 29:19Speaker 5: What if you came home with venereal disease?
- 29:21Speaker 8: How are you going to explain that away? There would
- 29:25Speaker 8: be no explaining it.
- 29:27Speaker 5: I'm telling you that there is a way.
- 29:34Speaker 6: So you're actually saying this guy comes home with a
- 29:37Speaker 6: pantload of venereal disease.
- 29:40Speaker 2: He's going to... His wife.
- 29:41Speaker 5: You guys can laugh, but there is a way to
- 29:43Speaker 5: get forgiveness out of your wife. I know women who
- 29:46Speaker 5: will forgive cheating.
- 29:50Speaker 4: You know what?
- 29:51Speaker 8: You probably pay those women. Do you get paid for
- 29:54Speaker 8: this therapy you're offering or whatever it is?
- 29:56Speaker 5: Of course I do, but it works. It works.
- 29:59Speaker 8: More power to you. It's wonderful to live in a
- 30:01Speaker 8: capitalist country with ignorant people.
- 30:04Speaker 5: It works, okay?
- 30:05Speaker 4: I know women. Listen, you guys... I mean, you know what?
- 30:09Speaker 8: You should get down on your knees every day, literally.
- 30:12Speaker 8: And you should thank God that there are an abundance
- 30:15Speaker 8: of insane.
- 30:16Speaker 4: Women in this country.
- 30:16Speaker 5: All right, I'll tell you, there are women out there
- 30:18Speaker 5: that will forgive cheating for a short stack.
- 30:21Speaker 4: Oh, that's what I want, Phil.
- 30:24Speaker 5: That's what I want.
- 30:25Speaker 11: We're lining up for women that will forgive cheating for
- 30:29Speaker 11: a short stack of pancakes.
- 30:30Speaker 5: You know what?
- 30:31Speaker 4: Wonderful. Wonderful.
- 30:33Speaker 2: Where are they at, man?
- 30:34Speaker 7: What do they look like?
- 30:35Speaker 2: Absolutely ridiculous.
- 30:37Speaker 5: I'm saying, you're sitting here talking about your wife wouldn't have.
- 30:40Speaker 8: Sex with fat women. Well, I'm sure that those women
- 30:42Speaker 8: probably wouldn't forgive you for having sex with somebody for
- 30:45Speaker 8: a short.
- 30:45Speaker 4: Stack of pancakes, man.
- 30:47Speaker 8: Come on, give yourself a break. Give everybody else a break, Phil.
- 30:50Speaker 4: Howard, Howard.
- 30:51Speaker 8: This guy is an idiot. He's a complete idiot.
- 30:54Speaker 5: Howard, I'd like to say this, okay, that if you
- 30:57Speaker 5: come to our workshop, If you come to our workshop
- 31:00Speaker 5: with your wife.
- 31:01Speaker 4: You'll find out.
- 31:02Speaker 2: Why would anybody want to go to a workshop? I
- 31:04Speaker 2: got an idea.
- 31:05Speaker 6: How about just having a good marriage, be faithful to
- 31:07Speaker 6: your wife, and then we'll never need your freaking workshop.
- 31:10Speaker 4: Hey, there you go.
- 31:10Speaker 5: Yeah, there you go.
- 31:11Speaker 8: I'd like to go to his workshop.
- 31:14Speaker 10: No kidding.
- 31:14Speaker 8: But I'm going to tell you, I don't believe that
- 31:15Speaker 8: you could find a bigger collection of morons in one
- 31:19Speaker 8: room than you could in this guy's workshop.
- 31:23Speaker 4: I mean, I'm not putting you down. I'm not putting
- 31:24Speaker 4: you down.
- 31:25Speaker 5: Oh, no, no, you're not putting me down. No, no,
- 31:26Speaker 5: not at all.
- 31:27Speaker 4: No. No, I'm just saying.
- 31:29Speaker 8: You're dealing with morons and idiots.
- 31:31Speaker 5: You know, I'm trying to repair marriages. I'm trying to repair.
- 31:34Speaker 2: I agree with the other lady. You're encouraging cheating.
- 31:38Speaker 4: And what do you mean there's.
- 31:39Speaker 8: My wife would kill me. My wife would absolutely do
- 31:42Speaker 8: away with me.
- 31:42Speaker 5: Let go of your fear. Let go of your fear.
- 31:45Speaker 4: I'm telling you.
- 31:46Speaker 6: You're telling guys I got a surefire way for you
- 31:50Speaker 6: to cheat on your wife and still have your wife
- 31:52Speaker 6: stay home.
- 31:53Speaker 5: I kind of resent the way you put.
- 31:54Speaker 2: No, that's exactly the cheap, carny way that it is.
- 31:58Speaker 8: That's exactly what it is. That's exactly what it is.
- 32:02Speaker 5: What is wrong with knowing a woman who is so
- 32:05Speaker 5: loving that she will forgive your cheating on her If
- 32:08Speaker 5: you bought her breakfast at IHOP. Both of you guys
- 32:15Speaker 5: are insane.
- 32:17Speaker 11: I'm driving a truck right now across Louisiana. I've got
- 32:20Speaker 11: to get off the road here and go to the
- 32:21Speaker 11: way station. God bless you for having this moron on.
- 32:24Speaker 11: I appreciate your patience.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Thank you very much.
- 32:27Speaker 5: I'm a moron, huh?
- 32:29Speaker 2: I know women that will forgive you for a short stack.
- 32:32Speaker 4: Well, I do.
- 32:35Speaker 2: Thank you very much. And where are you?
- 32:37Speaker 5: I'm in a park right now. I'm at 80 beats
- 32:39Speaker 5: a minute.
- 32:40Speaker 6: I don't give a crap about your freaking training for
- 32:42Speaker 6: the New York Marathon either.
- 33:00Speaker 5: What freeway are you driving on?
- 33:03Speaker 3: You would not put your child in a helmet in
- 33:05Speaker 3: an automobile if you weren't on a stupid ride?
- 33:08Speaker 12: What freeway are you driving on where your car goes
- 33:11Speaker 12: up 45 degrees at a 20-story and then goes upside down?
- 33:15Speaker 4: Sure.
- 33:16Speaker 3: What does that have to do with anything? I'm talking
- 33:19Speaker 3: about head-on collisions. You're dead.
- 33:21Speaker 12: I've got to put my kid into a helmet in
- 33:23Speaker 12: a car. What car goes on a loop in Mickey
- 33:26Speaker 12: Mouse's head, man? I just went out on the.
- 33:28Speaker 5: It's California Screamin' Ride, and the thing goes upside down.
- 33:31Speaker 12: I ain't never been in a car, and I've been driving.
- 33:34Speaker 5: Since I was 16, where I go upside down three times.
- 33:38Speaker 4: Sorry, man.
- 33:38Speaker 3: Oh, okay. So you're in a head-on collision at 80
- 33:42Speaker 3: miles an hour, and you have no worth in going
- 33:44Speaker 3: upside down on a roller coaster that was designed by engineers?
- 33:47Speaker 4: What?
- 33:49Speaker 3: I mean, you're right.
- 33:51Speaker 4: What are you talking about?
- 33:52Speaker 3: What am I talking about? Roller coasters and rides are
- 33:55Speaker 3: designed by engineers. What? Okay, you take your life into
- 33:58Speaker 3: your own hands when you go out on the street
- 33:59Speaker 3: in an automobile.
- 34:01Speaker 4: In what way?
- 34:02Speaker 3: You won't put your child in a helmet in an automobile,
- 34:04Speaker 3: but you want them.
- 34:05Speaker 4: To put a.
- 34:06Speaker 3: What?
- 34:08Speaker 4: Hello?
- 34:09Speaker 3: Did you hear what I just said?
- 34:11Speaker 4: No, what?
- 34:12Speaker 3: Okay, you're telling me that you want to put your
- 34:15Speaker 3: child or whoever in a helmet and a flag jacket
- 34:19Speaker 3: on a ride. But you would not put them in
- 34:21Speaker 3: a helmet in an automobile on the streets of the
- 34:24Speaker 3: United States.
- 34:25Speaker 4: About what?
- 34:27Speaker 3: What?
- 34:27Speaker 4: What do you mean about what? What are you talking about?
- 34:31Speaker 3: What are you talking about? You're saying that rollercoaster is
- 34:36Speaker 3: so extreme because you can fly off the track. What
- 34:39Speaker 3: are the odds of flying off the track on a
- 34:42Speaker 3: rollercoaster designed by an engineer versus getting in a collision
- 34:47Speaker 3: in your car and dying? Do you have any idea
- 34:51Speaker 3: what the slim odds are of dying on a roller coaster?
- 34:54Speaker 4: What?
- 34:56Speaker 2: What are you talking? Are you hearing what the guy's saying?
- 34:58Speaker 4: What are you guys talking about, man? I'm saying.
- 35:01Speaker 2: No, he just said... Cars are built.
- 35:05Speaker 4: By engineers, too.
- 35:07Speaker 5: Yep.
- 35:08Speaker 7: See?
- 35:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:09Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, great.
- 35:11Speaker 4: Okay.
- 35:12Speaker 3: Yeah, so are gumball machines.
- 35:13Speaker 4: What's your point?
- 35:16Speaker 7: I mean.
- 35:16Speaker 3: Are you telling me the gumball machine... You tell me
- 35:19Speaker 3: the odds of getting in an accident on the highway
- 35:22Speaker 3: versus on a roller coaster. The odds? The odds are
- 35:27Speaker 3: of getting hurt on any type of ride at an
- 35:30Speaker 3: amusement park is like one in ten million.
- 35:33Speaker 4: Can you wait a second? You just did something I
- 35:35Speaker 4: think we've got to back up on. You tell me
- 35:37Speaker 4: that a gumball machine's not dangerous, okay? Okay.
- 35:40Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 35:41Speaker 4: Yeah, okay.
- 35:42Speaker 5: Maybe you're right and maybe you're wrong about it.
- 35:44Speaker 4: A gumball machine, what do you mean, oh, my God?
- 35:48Speaker 4: What's that supposed to mean?
- 35:49Speaker 3: What state do you live in?
- 35:51Speaker 4: I live in California.
- 35:53Speaker 3: Well, hell, that answers it right there.
- 35:56Speaker 4: What's that supposed to mean?
- 35:57Speaker 3: What's that supposed to mean? You make no sense.
- 35:59Speaker 4: Dude, I've been sitting here.
- 36:00Speaker 3: Can you do this just to hear yourself?
- 36:03Speaker 4: Dude, I've been sitting here, Mr.
- 36:05Speaker 5: Henry.
- 36:06Speaker 2: I agree with the gentleman. This is Tim. I don't
- 36:08Speaker 2: understand what it is you're saying.
- 36:10Speaker 5: What I'm trying to say is if you put a
- 36:12Speaker 5: kid on Mr. Tim, in the teacup ride at Disney,
- 36:16Speaker 5: people puked.
- 36:17Speaker 4: Okay.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Okay. Okay, so you're making no sense. You just like
- 36:47Speaker 3: to hear yourself talk.
- 36:48Speaker 4: No, I made sense. I made total sense when I
- 36:49Speaker 4: said put your kid in a black jacket on Mr.
- 36:51Speaker 4: Toad's Wild Ride. And you want your kid to... People
- 36:54Speaker 4: are dying on the Mr. Toad Wild Ride.
- 36:56Speaker 2: Nobody has died on Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.
- 36:59Speaker 3: Okay, did you pay to get into the amusement park?
- 37:03Speaker 4: What?
- 37:04Speaker 3: Did you pay to get into the amusement park?
- 37:06Speaker 2: What?
- 37:08Speaker 4: Okay.
- 37:09Speaker 3: Am I not speaking English?
- 37:10Speaker 4: What?
- 37:11Speaker 3: Did you pay money... To get into the amusement park.
- 37:14Speaker 4: I don't know what you mean.
- 37:16Speaker 3: Well, yes or no?
- 37:17Speaker 4: I don't know what you mean.
- 37:18Speaker 3: Okay, did you pay money to go on that ride?
- 37:20Speaker 4: What? Okay.
- 37:22Speaker 2: The guy's asking you a question about, never mind.
- 37:25Speaker 4: What?
- 37:26Speaker 2: About going on a ride at the amusement park. Did
- 37:29Speaker 2: you pay money?
- 37:30Speaker 4: I don't know what you mean. Money!
- 37:32Speaker 2: American money.
