Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_01: Hello everyone and welcome back to the Abundant and Aligned Podcast.
- 0:03SPEAKER_01: Today I am joined in the studio by Nicole Ingham, who is a self-made millionaire who has built a seven-figure investment portfolio.
- 0:12SPEAKER_01: Starting from just 300,000, that portfolio now has the potential to reach$19 million by the time she turns 65 after creating her own story in the investing world.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: Nicole now works with women through her rooted wealth method, helping them build true wealth that lasts.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: In this episode, in particular, you are going to learn why the perfect time to start investing is probably right now, and how even$100 is enough to begin building real wealth.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: Nicole also shares the first step you should take before you invest a single dollar, the exact moves she is making to potentially reach 19 million by 65 for her and her husband, and set up each of her children to reach$12 million each by their retirement age.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: We also look at stocks, real estate, crypto, which one is actually right for you.
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: And then finally the question to ask yourself before choosing where your money goes.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: This is the conversation that turns wealth from a someday goal into a decision you make today.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: I personally loved it and learned a lot, and I'm excited for you to do the same.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: Also, not to mention Nicole is currently in the collective.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: So this episode, this conversation, just highlights the caliber of women who move into the collective and the levels of wealth and success the women in the collective are moving to.
- 1:37SPEAKER_01: Like when I talk about an expander, this is exactly that.
- 1:42SPEAKER_01: So without further ado, let's get into the episode with Nicole.
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the Abundant and Aligned podcast, a place where you will come to realize anything that you desire is possible.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: I'm Jess, a mindset and business coach, and I'm on a mission to lead women to a life far from average.
- 1:59SPEAKER_01: In this show, you can expect conversations around manifestation, subconscious reprogramming, entrepreneurship, and the daily habits of a woman living a life that is both successful and fun.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: Imagine a TED talk, but over wine.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: My wish for you is that you experience an unlimited flow of money, a business that attracts your dream clients, and the freedom to spend your time how you choose.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: And if you stick with me, that will soon be your reality.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: I'm honored to be on the journey with you, so let's get into it.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: I'm so excited to be sitting down with a very special guest today because we've got her here for two reasons, I guess.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: One, to pick her brain about creating wealth as a woman who really does care about her financial future.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: But also, Nicole is in the collective with me.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: And so it's so cool to see her on the other side of this screen and just have her a part of the podcast because that's actually how we connected.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: Um, so you are you were in for a treat.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: Nicole, welcome to the Abundant and Align podcast.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: I'm so excited to be here.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: You are coming all the way from Jacksonville, correct?
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, which once again we are on complete opposite time in the day, but I love that we can make it work.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much for squeezing us into your day.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: Now, oh my gosh, where do we begin when it comes to you and your world creation?
- 3:25SPEAKER_01: You are a self-made millionaire with a seven-figure investment portfolio.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: You shared a stat the other day in the collective as you were preparing for a keynote engagement that you were doing.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: That I'm not sure if this is already set up or you were talking about possibility, but each of your kids will have 12.6 million by retirement, which is insane that you have set them up in that way.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: And you are known for your rooted wealth method, which what I love about your body of work is not only do you help women create true wealth, you bring in elements like human design and astrology to ensure their wealth creation is really in alignment with them, which is music to our ears around here.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: And then obviously you give them the strategy when it comes to investing.
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: So, holy moly, how does that feel hearing that back?
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: It's pretty cool.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: I feel like sometimes it's at least for me, I often forget.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm a mom with two little kids, so a lot of my days are pretty crazy.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: And then some so it's like, you know, you you wear multiple hats.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: I always joke that the most humbling job you can ever have is being a mom.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: Um, but then I'll like go into my business side and be like, oh yeah, you know, I'm I'm doing good.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: Well, as I mentioned before, Nicole is in the collective, and we've obviously been working together, and I'm like, tell me more about this because this is insane.
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: You wash over it so much, and I'm like, no, no, no, bring me back.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: Or do you mean you're a self-made millionaire?
- 4:55SPEAKER_01: Or do you mean you have seven figures in investments?
- 4:57SPEAKER_01: Like, holy moly, talk about this more.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: So, again, I wanted to bring Nicole on the podcast today to not only help you guys create wealth, but also to pump your ties up because we actually we we absolutely need to hear more about you.
- 5:11SPEAKER_01: So, anyways, I digress.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: Um, again, like I said, your mission I really relate to you help rich women become wealthy.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: And I know your clientele typically have leftover money, that leftover money either disappears or they just don't know what to do with it and it's sitting in a savings account.
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: And before we get into everything today, such as where do we start, what do we invest in, what does that all look like, I do want to say, and I pulled this from your social media, I love that you say if you have a big income month and your money disappears, it's because it has no assigned destination, not because you lack discipline.
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: And I thought that was such a powerful statement to make and assume about women because those who do have big income months and then watch it completely disappear probably are beating themselves up, assuming they just don't have what it takes to create true wealth, slapping that title of I'm not consistent, I'm not disciplined.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: But I just love that you've said that.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: You're like, you've got it in you.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: You just need the structure, you need the advice to know what to invest in and how to go about that.
- 6:21SPEAKER_01: So that's exactly what our episode here is today.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: Now, let me turn it over to you.
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: Give us a bit of a backstory on how you actually ended up creating a seven-figure investment portfolio.
- 6:33SPEAKER_01: What did that first step look like for you and what has that journey been?
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, oh my God, I love this.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: Um, so it was very um non-traditional.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: So I have my undergrad is in business, it's actually marketing and environmental science.
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: I hated every every accounting and finance class I had to take.
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: I was like, heck no, that is not something that I'm interested in at all.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: The call, the undergraduate college I actually went to um was known for our finance program.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: We had a top-rated invested investment program that people would go for the school, like to the school for.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: And I was just like, that's looks so like that's not for me at all.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: I will never get into that realm.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Um, and then my master's, I actually talked to the dean on multiple occasions and tried to get out of the finance and accounting classes because I was like, this doesn't make sense.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna do anything related to this.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Please just let me get like my cute little marketing degree.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't want to take these classes, they're tanking my GBA.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: Um, and then I once I graduated with my master's, I landed, I was looking for jobs.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: Jacksonville is not a hub of many things besides financial technology and healthcare.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: And I was like, all right, I've got two options here.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: And I had a friend that was working at one of the top-rated um fintech companies.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: And for everybody like the background on financial technology, the company that I ended up working for was a wealth reporting platform.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: So, what that means is people who work with a financial advisor, a lot of the times they have more than one account, right?
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: Like for you, you probably have your personal bank account in your personal bank account.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: You have your savings, your checkings, maybe a high yield savings account.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: Um, and then you've got like your credit cards, then you have your business stuff too, right?
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: And it's probably very similar savings, checking, um, high yield savings.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: Well, wealthy, the more wealthy the people are, the more accounts they have.
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: Because once you add investing into it for standard accounts, you've got your brokerage, your 401ks for the states, uh, your Roth IRAs.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: Every time you switch job, now you have a new brokerage.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: So instead of having a Fidelity 401k, now you have a Schwab 401k.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: And it gets complicated really fast.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: So the platform that I worked on was um, they pretty much were an aggregate.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: They would take all of the accounts that one person had and put them in one place so that a financial advisor could actually report, hey, this is what you made this year.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: Because otherwise it's super complicated.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: You're kind of in an Excel spreadsheet, like, well, this account's up 20,000.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: This account's up 50,000.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: Like, what does it all look like?
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: Um, so I faked my way into that job, was like, like, yep, I know the difference between a bond and a stock, which it was a question I literally studied for for that interview.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: Um, and then I was in a world that was so different than what I grew up around.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: Um, my parents were not big investors, they were really, really good and they gave me an amazing foundation with saving and being smart with money, like living below your means.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: But um, when it came to like investing in the stock market, they had seen a lot in 2008 and like and 2001 in the States or two market crashes.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: Um, and uh being in that environment though, I got interested.
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: I'm like, well, what are the rich doing?
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: Because these people have a lot more money than I've ever even seen.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: They're making more money in a day than is, you know, a lot of the times than I've ever seen.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: Um, and one of my friends, it was actually the guy that helped me get the job there, he was really into cryptocurrency, and everybody was giving him a really hard time.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: They were like, that's you know, you're not gonna do much with that.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: What are you doing?
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: Um, but I'm a very curious person.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: And so I was like, Oh, well, can you tell me more about it?
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: Like, what is it?
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: What's its function?
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: Like, what's the problem that it's solving?
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: And then um, after having a few conversations with him, I was like, you know what?
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna do it.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna invest in it.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: So the first thing I actually bought was Ethereum.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: I was gonna buy Bitcoin and I didn't.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: I would have bought Bitcoin at$2,000, but instead I bought Ethereum at$800.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: So now that Ethereum's worth like$2,000 when it would have bought me like$25,000 in Bitcoin current value.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, so that was my first investment mistake, but also my like introduction to investing.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: And then by being in the market, I started to watch the market of like, oh, is it up today?
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: Is it down today?
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: I remember getting lunch the next day and being like, my lunch is free because I'm up$50.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: Like just the way that your thought starts to change.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: Um, but it was another year, 2019, when I actually started investing in the stock market, um, in which that was a really unique time because 2020 happened shortly after.
- 11:31SPEAKER_00: Um, I had$5,000 sitting in my Roth IRA.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: And for the international listeners, the Roth IRA is like the best investment vehicle in the United States because you're capped at how much you can put in per year, it's 7,000 to 7,500.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: Um, but you own that money outright.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: So at 65, it can continue to grow.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: So that 5k could turn into 2 million and you don't have to pay taxes on it, which is great.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: That means I own the 2 million.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: Um, versus if it's in another type of account, you pay um taxes on the capital gains or the difference between what you paid and what you made.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: So I had some money sitting there and I was like, what do I want to do with this?
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: And I decided um when the market crashed, or actually right before the market crashed, I was on with one of um the advisors and they were like, Are you gonna invest in Tesla?
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: And I was like, you know, I was I've been thinking about it.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: Like I've been very back and forth with it.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure if I want to.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Um, and then in February, I invested that 5,000 in Tesla that changed our the trajectory of our entire life.
- 12:39SPEAKER_01: I love that you started with$800.
- 12:42SPEAKER_01: That's what you said, right?
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: That was your first investment.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: Which leads me to my first question.
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: When does a woman take her wealth creation seriously?
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: And that could be a very loaded question.
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: I guess let's take, let's actually take a step back now.
- 12:57SPEAKER_01: You've somewhat just painted your picture.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: You decided one day I'm gonna invest$800 was all you had, and it's grown to a seven-figure portfolio.
- 13:05SPEAKER_01: So, what I love about your story is we don't need to have heaps and heaps and heaps of money.
- 13:11SPEAKER_01: We need to start and it will grow when you've got the backing behind you, which is exactly what you do in your work.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: So, I guess let's take us back.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: Paint a picture of your typical client, like where they are when they come to you.
- 13:24SPEAKER_01: What does the financial landscape look like for them?
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: Just so the listeners can understand where on the timeline they are and understand that everything we are about to share with them is probably exactly like perfect for exactly where they are, and they don't need to wait any longer to get going.
- 13:41SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: I love this question because I'm gonna answer it twofold.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: So, in my opinion, anyone at any time can start investing.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: It does not matter if you carry student loans.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: A lot of the times I see um people who ask me, you know, I have debt.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: Am I able to invest?
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: And that's the um Dave Ramsey is like a very famous person in the United States that has created his name around like you, you're not allowed in the stock market unless you pay off all of your debt.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: And if I would have listened to that narrative, we would own our house and I would not have any money in the market.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: And so that would have cost me$1.1 million to listen to that.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: So instead of listening to any external narrative editor ever, what I always recommend to my clients and to anyone that follows follows me on Instagram, why I call it rooted wealth, is like you need to go internal first.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: And if something doesn't feel right, or if something does feel right, so if it feels internally like you're ready to start that next chapter where you're ready to switch from the masculine energy that our world is so um centered around and we're so rewarded for being in, to truly the feminine energy, which is investing, which is funny because investing is run by all men, but you're in a state of receivership, which can be kind of uncomfortable for some women and for some people in general, to that's where like the idea that it's a Ponzi scheme, or you know, it's like it sounds too good to be true because we've been conditioned by society very strategically to keep us as workers.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: And workers work hard, and the harder work that you do, the better that the company does.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: Investing, you get to benefit um all as an owner from that hard work, but you truly get to do the research once and then jump in and say, okay, I'm now gonna own instead of just shopping at like Aritzia, I'm gonna be an owner of Aritzia, and I'm gonna benefit from their genius and from what they're doing.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: Um, and I'm gonna continue to buy, you know, my clothes from them and support them as a consumer, but I'm also going to be an investor.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: Um, so I think anyone can be an investor at any time.
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: And this the smaller portions that you start with, the better that you'll be.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: I always um reference investing as like going to the gym.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: And the very first time or like the Pilates studio, I know the first time I went into Reformers Pilates, I was like, so humbling.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: It's like this could end very badly.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: Like we are going to check and see how this postpartum core is is doing.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: Um, but now when I go in, I know exactly, you know, I know when I'm switching from the blue blue band to the gray one, like I better use two hands because otherwise I'm not gonna be able to get it.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: Um, so the more familiar that you get though with the environment, so starting with$20, um, just to say, one, get into the routine, you're working that muscle, it doesn't feel as unfamiliar.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: But two, to be able to say, like, you're in the game, you start paying attention to the game.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: And you also are rewiring and creating those new neural pathways to say, oh yeah, I'm I have a seat at this table.
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: So now when I'm listening to like if the news comes on and somebody says the market's down and some people will be panicking and freaking out, you instead are thinking like an investor.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: And then how an investor thinks is this is Black Friday.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: I love a good deal.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna double down now.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: And now instead of the$20, I have$300 sitting in my bank account now.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna hop in.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: Um, and that having that mindset, having that awareness of what's going on, that's truly what changes your entire life.
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: You've just mentioned becoming familiar with the game.
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: Something is always the most hard when we don't know what we're doing, right?
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: It makes sense.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: Your brain just can't predict what it's gonna look like, how it's gonna feel, and how you even behave in that setting.
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: You've just got to start.
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: I use the analogy all the time.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: In order to learn how to swim, you've got to jump in the pool.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: So I love that.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: Just get into the pool.
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: And I just love, and honestly, this is news to me.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: $20,$100,$200, that's all you need to start investing and be an investor.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: So I think we can all find at least$20 to invest.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: Let's get going with this.
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: Um, okay, cool.
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: And so your clients typically come to you with like paint the picture in terms of like their situation.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: Like, are they just looking at money in their account saying, I need to do something about this, or are they noticing their money is just disappearing?
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: They know they should be living in overflow, but they're not for whatever reason.
- 18:20SPEAKER_01: So it's like we need to get smarter about where this overflow is actually going.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: So I I work with two primary um types of people.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: Um, I've worked with a lot of doctors and lawyers, and when they come to me, they're the people that are like, you know, we we hold debt, especially in the US, because going to law school, getting your doctor, that you're looking at a lot of schooling.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: So you have student loans to pay off.
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: Um, but they're also in higher paying jobs.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: So they're, you know, they've funded their 401ks, um, and now they're looking at it like I need a debt repayment strategy, but I also want to be forward thinking.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: So I want to know what's the game plan here?
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: What are my options?
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: And all of my clients, all types, are extremely intelligent people.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: And I think the financial industry has been packaged in such a way to where they want you to outsource your power.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: And so, my goal always for my clients is to remind them of their worth and how smart they are and what it took them to get to where they are right now, and then just show them what their options are.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: Hey, these are different strategies that you can do.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: Again, go back to you and your center.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: That's where we pull in human design a lot of like what's coming up for you in your gut, in your sacral, what is what is your body telling you?
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: And then we are able to design their strategy really curated for them.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: My other type of client is the one that is making a lot of money.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: So let's say, like a real estate agent or somebody who's in sales and they see massive um commission checks come in, you know,$50,000,$100,000 coming in in a month.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: And because there's not a strategy behind it, they'll look back and say, oh my goodness, where did that$40,000 go?
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: You know, and it's a very natural thing, especially in our society.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: We don't talk about a wealth container, um, which are you familiar with a wealth container?
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: Please, yeah.
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: So you can think of it as a glass.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: So for anybody just listening, I'm holding um a large mason glass that has my water in it.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: So this is what your nervous system, you can think of your nervous system is comfortable with a set wealth container.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: So when you're someone who has grown up really wealthy and in overflow, money's never even really been a thought.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: Um, your wealth container is a lot larger than somebody that let's say grew up in poverty.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: At each stage that you continue to grow, let's say you get um the um get a higher paying job.
- 20:50SPEAKER_00: So at one time during my um my career, I went from 56,000 to 120,000.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: And that jump overnight, it was like, oh wow, I'm making a lot more.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: Because I was really honed in on investing and had the right strategy in place, even though my wealth container had not yet grown to support and hold that, I the money was quote unquote safe.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: So another strategy that we do with my clients is okay, this is the wealth container that we have right now.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: Well, if you continue to pour water into this cup, it's gonna overflow.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: And that's where you know you're living in excess.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: Excess or having too much money sends you into an unregulated nervous system state, just like if my water continues to drop down, now I'm also in an unregulated nervous state, and the reaction is the same.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: So instead of being in that panic or a dysregulated state, we work on nervous system safety so that you can actually hold that money and keep it.
- 21:51SPEAKER_01: I love that analogy so much.
- 21:52SPEAKER_01: And I'm imagining that mice and jaw getting to the point where it's just level at the top, and I'm assuming that's when we feel most.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: regulator because our our our jar is big enough to hold the water but it's full enough that we aren't in lack and it's just like it's like that thermostat setting right and I'm assuming the pattern you see in your clients is they always return to that that full line always no matter what and again this is a lot of the work that I do as well it's like you may have a smaller month in September but by October it's back up to what it's always like or in December you may have a massive month but then the next month it's back to what it's always been.
- 22:35SPEAKER_01: It's like you're always returning to that baseline.
- 22:38SPEAKER_01: And again it's because of the size of your jar.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 22:41SPEAKER_01: Okay so before we move on to strategy let's talk more to that because your whole method is rooted wealth because there is no point following these incredible investment strategies if your jar isn't big enough.
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: So what are your go-to method strategies that you take your clients through when it comes to increasing their wealth capacity and nervous system regulation through this lens.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: Oh I love that.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: One of the first things is your capacity comes down to the operating system that you're currently using.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: And so my background before is tech in general.
- 23:17SPEAKER_00: So it was in robotic process automation to um UX prototyping software to databases as a service.
- 23:23SPEAKER_00: So any of the tech girlies out there, this might speak right to you but for anybody that's not technical just imagine your phone and if you kept telling Apple I don't want to update I don't want to update and then you're eventually your phone's going to slow down and it's not going to work to the level that you need it to.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: That is equivalent to your relationship with money.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: So if you have an outdated relationship to money and our money relationship is formed by the age of six and that so that's stories of like what your parents said.
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: So like for example my dad um my dad is um my uncle always calls him it's not cheap but he's like he's very specific on what he's willing to spend money on.
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: He will spend it but it's gonna be like you know for the reason for quality um so an example is I grew up in a fashion show family.
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: I don't know if you know what that is but it's like basically when you bought clothes you had to then try them on and then like show the family what the clothes were.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: And so it come out and my dad would be like the first question always how much did you spend on that?
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: And if it was like holy jeans were such a thing in high school for me.
- 24:32SPEAKER_00: And so I'd come out with like the holy Hollister jeans, you know what I mean?
- 24:36SPEAKER_01: And my dad's first thing would be I could have made those like this is the exact conversations I used to have with my dad.
- 24:44SPEAKER_01: He'd sit there on Christmas morning and we'd be opening up our presents the first thing he would ask my mom is how much did you spend on Christmas presents this year?
- 24:52SPEAKER_01: And then the gene story the amount of people would say did you pay half price for those jeans because they're missing when we all have the same childhood I know you and it's like all the dads just knew um they were on the same they were on the same system.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: And then you would I with my dad it was like okay well now I've got to sell sell him on that it was okay that we like spent the money.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: So it's like well dad you know full price these were a hundred dollars but I got them on sale for$45.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: So technically like this was a bargain you know and then it was so it's a very like by proxy like guilt associated with any time we spent money but it also made it into a game and I think that's why like I like investing and I've always looked at it as like a game.
- 25:39SPEAKER_00: So there's good and bad that we take from our childhood narratives.
- 25:43SPEAKER_00: So that's at like a microeconomic level what happened with your family in particular that's going to play into your your money stories.
- 25:51SPEAKER_00: But then there's the macroeconomic level too where somebody who grew up in the United States and their parents had a lot of money in the market and they were impacted by 2008 nobody really was unscathed after 2008 in the market.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: I remember in I in middle school one of my girlfriends she was in front of me and she was like my dad lost$400,000 last night and you're just like holy you can't even fathom that number as a kid you're gonna have a different perspective on that if that happened to your parents versus if it didn't happen to your parents same if if you grew up in the States versus if you grew up in Venezuela and you watched your entire country collapse.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: So a lot comes into play when it's our our money relationship and the stories that we have and even like the movies that you watched growing up or the songs that you learned like you know more money more problems like that those types of things it's stuff that's is programming your subconscious.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: So the first step really to like even looking at the wealth container is what is the operating system that we are using currently and then we look at okay well where do we want to be and then we start to reprogram those through um you know changing the stories out through catching ourselves and saying oh you know that's an old narrative I don't want to um support that anymore because it doesn't support who I am um which has made a really big difference in a lot of my clients and even the idea of a lot of times what comes in with real money is that money is just another relationship.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: But money is one of the most important relationships that is a mirror to how you see yourself.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: So a lot of the times if you and this is where a few of my clients have been able to increase their they have been able to increase their income by over six figures while working together and it all comes down to the wealth energetics and the the shift between I you know I feel guilt associated with money changed to no you know I know the I know my worth I know what I'm bringing to the table so I can ask for more even if it's more than I've ever seen before or even if it's more than anybody around me is making.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: Because who you're around is also really important around with your nervous system.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: That's who you're getting used to.
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: So you're just like they say you know you become the five people that you're around in general and they say that with your communication changes with the the people that you're around same thing with your wealth container.
- 28:24SPEAKER_00: It's impacted by who you surround yourself with.
- 28:27SPEAKER_00: So we also complete an audit not just of what are you listening to, who are you around but also like a financial audit to like look through what are the accounts that you're using and what containers are you putting everything in and what's the strategy behind that.
- 28:42SPEAKER_00: But yeah containers.
- 28:44SPEAKER_01: I I love this first step so much because I'm sure without this the strategy might the strategy might work for so long but then they'll just rubber band back into whatever has always been normal for them.
- 28:57SPEAKER_01: And again you're here to help clients create wealth which is a long-term thing.
- 29:02SPEAKER_01: So they need to be the person who can not only create the money but hold the money and we're gonna get into some figures in a moment I mean we shared one at the start 12.6 million each for your kids that's a lot of money to have to hold and this is where this part of the subconscious work can get a little bit confusing.
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: It's like what do you mean that's hard to hold?
- 29:25SPEAKER_01: Of course I want 12.6 million dollars that sounds amazing to the logical mind but the subconscious mind freaks out unless we do that first step in the system.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: Yes absolutely and with my kids um that's where so a few things um what the strategy that we're taking with our children is one that is accessible to anyone so they um the 12.6 million is based off of if they get I believe it's a 12% or 10% return um year over year until 65.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: That is if we do a$250 contribution that's the money that you're putting into the account um each year until they turn 18.
- 30:05SPEAKER_00: So in the States for a family of four that's going out to dinner twice.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: So you instead of doing that you say okay I'm gonna put this away for my kids because it's gonna set them up for the rest of their life.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: Imagine if your retirement was just taken care of that's so much more money that's just back into your pocket.
- 30:22SPEAKER_00: And especially I have a daughter and I know even though your net worth is should not be a reflection of your self-worth, when you have a net worth you also have more opportunities and more choices.
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: And I want my daughter to know that you know she she will know her worth through and through but she will also have that as her background where she will not you know be stuck in a relationship just because um and that's why I got in this work too because women and I specialize in working with women because when you own your financial life you own your choices and your life.
- 30:58SPEAKER_00: So you don't have to be the one that's actively investing but you do have to participate in it.
- 31:04SPEAKER_00: And there's two reasons why first because I like I hate being like gloom and doom where like something could happen to your partner.
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: But I would look at it as instead of that is you are so fucking smart.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: And it you are the person in your family most likely that's shopping right you're the one that's going and getting the groceries or making sure that everybody looks good with the right outfits, the right purses, the right shoes.
- 31:31SPEAKER_00: Everything that you are doing is market research but you have been conditioned to believe and stay in the guilty mindset that that's just shopping.
- 31:39SPEAKER_00: That's not that's driving the economy okay so you're if you only have your husband or your partner is the only active participant in your financial life you guys only have half the team or a third of the team in I want to give an example of this because I think it's powerful one of my girlfriends works in venture capital out in LA and um she had somebody that's very uh owns a hedge fund very successful person man come up to her and he was telling her he's like have you ever heard of TJ Maxx?
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: And she's like yeah he's like such a good investment right now you've got a like really good thing to think about and she's sitting there and she's like laughing and she's like yeah I think at that time it was like$150 a unit or a share and she's like I got in at eight 10 years ago because I've been shopping at TJ Maxx my whole life.
- 32:30SPEAKER_00: So changing that idea that like you're just a consumer into no you're doing active market research and it gives you an edge in the market and it gives you an edge in building out your portfolio and your wealth journey for your family.
- 32:45SPEAKER_01: That is such a good way to look at it because yeah as women we are out and about consuming, watching we know what's happening in the market shifting the perspective we have towards that is huge.
- 32:58SPEAKER_01: Okay let's get into the strategy because I do have a lot of questions and again I guess where I'm going today I'm thinking about the woman in business who she's got a bit of money she's ready to invest let's help her get into not just the stock market but also let's help her create some wealth.
- 33:16SPEAKER_01: So where the hell do we start first off we've established you don't need much$20$200$800 whatever you've got bring it to the table what would be the strategy for her to get going I love it.
- 33:30SPEAKER_00: So the first thing that you need to do when you want to start building out your wealth is understand what of what type of investor you are.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: So this is not just um what do you want to invest in?
- 33:43SPEAKER_00: So a lot of time people will just look at a risk profile take a risk task to see and what that test is going to do is it's gonna auto-allocate your portfolio.
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: So I want you to think of a pie and an allocation is how you're slicing the pie and then who's getting what parts of the pie.
- 34:02SPEAKER_00: So the risk task will tell you okay well because you're a moderate investor your pie is going to be divided in a certain way you're gonna put so much into stocks and then you're gonna put so much into bonds and then you're gonna keep some in cash.
- 34:18SPEAKER_00: So that's one aspect and that's something that I do do with my clients because you need to know what's your risk level.
- 34:25SPEAKER_00: Risk level is literally if you like going on roller coasters and you love the adrenaline rush and you're like let's go again you might be a more risky investor.
- 34:35SPEAKER_00: But if you go to a theme park and you are like the merry go round is too much for me, then okay, now we know a little bit about ourselves, right?
- 34:44SPEAKER_00: So it comes back to like that internal reflection because a good investment for you is one that you can sleep at night and know that it's it's not dysregulating your nervous system.
- 34:57SPEAKER_00: Because the main goal in my practice and anything that I'm teaching to anybody is to get you to a state of regulation.
- 35:03SPEAKER_00: So investing in the wrong thing automatically will will deregulate you.
- 35:07SPEAKER_01: And you have to receive it right like if you are out of whack you are not going to be in a receiving energy.
- 35:13SPEAKER_01: So that makes perfect sense.
- 35:15SPEAKER_00: Yes and so the second part of that though that is not talked about is um is a passive to active investor curve.
- 35:23SPEAKER_00: And so this is a passive investor is someone who let's say they're like me that you have kids you're like I have no time to micromanage this I need to literally set it up and I want it to be successful.
- 35:37SPEAKER_00: Yes I'll check in with it every so often but this is not something that I want to actively participate in on a regular basis.
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: An active investor is somebody that you can think of like day trading where they want to sit there they want to study the charts they want to constantly see what's going on they want to read the job reports every you know quarter when it comes out all of those things.
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: So understanding where you are on that curve for this chapter because each you know chapter of life it's gonna change it might come to a point I always joke with my husband that one day I want to be a day trader but today is not that day with two children that are two and four years old.
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: My two year old does not like to sleep shout out to any of the moms out there that are are operating on minimal sleep.
- 36:23SPEAKER_00: So this is not the chapter of my life to be an active investor.
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: And then there's a like the curve is there's every um place in between right it can also look at when you're looking at that curve of I want 80% of my portfolio to be passive and I want some more of it to be more active.
- 36:41SPEAKER_00: And based off of that curve that's also going to tell us what types of things you should invest in.
- 36:46SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna take your risk and then we're gonna take your investor type and we're gonna merge those together.
- 36:50SPEAKER_00: So if you're somebody that is you want to be a passive investor but you have a high risk tolerance okay then we can look at maybe sector base ETFs.
- 37:01SPEAKER_00: So an index fund is a really common terminology that's thrown around an index fund is basically how I like to think about it S P 500 is one that's talked about a lot.
- 37:12SPEAKER_00: So instead of thinking the S P 500 I want you to think about the Met Gala okay nobody not everybody gets to go to the Met Gala and there is someone on the back end the party planner that owns the guest list and if someone isn't cool enough they get kicked off the guest list and if they are really cool they're gonna get added on then the second part of the party planner's job is to decide who gets more time on the red carpet because due to how popular that person is what do the people want right so we want to see more Taylor Swift and we want to see less I'm so bad with celebrities but like other celebrity that's like falling down falling down the pipeline.
- 37:54SPEAKER_00: So an index fund is a more passive thing to invest in.
- 37:58SPEAKER_00: So if you're a passive investor and you're a moderate risk tolerance index funds are awesome.
- 38:04SPEAKER_00: Index funds are great for everybody because you're automatically diversified i.e're not putting all your eggs in one basket and if you have a higher risk tolerance then you could say instead of the S P 500 being the only um fund that I'm gonna invest in maybe you know I'm really into quantum computing so maybe I want to do a sector based which is going to hyper focus just on that one sector quantum computing um ETF hyper focused there because that's gonna increase it as a higher risk but there's also the higher reward for it.
- 38:36SPEAKER_00: So you you'll see more risk within that than you would in the S P 500.
- 38:39SPEAKER_00: And do you ever recommend real estate?
- 38:41SPEAKER_00: Where are you sitting with that?
- 38:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah yes and I love yes so I real estate is like my white whale yeah I've never invested you can't go wrong with it.
- 38:52SPEAKER_00: It's something that I've looked into so often but this is another reason why I use human design because based off of your human design I'm personally a manifest 46 manifestor my husband is a pure generator so I when I'm thinking about investing in real estate it's not a good option if I have to personally manage it.
- 39:15SPEAKER_00: As a manifestor I don't have the energy for that manifestors this is why we love the stock market because there's it's not the continued work but you do get the continued payout.
- 39:26SPEAKER_00: Whereas a generator investing in real estate where you're the one managing it is something that's going to be really um cohesive to their design as a person.
- 39:36SPEAKER_00: So yes um I think that real estate I'm I'm a I know ratios that you need to look into for real estate and stuff but there's also different ways like you can invest into real estate in the stock market.
- 39:49SPEAKER_00: It's called a REIT, R-E-I-T.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: And so that's a passive way to invest in real estate.
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: You don't actually own the toilet um but you you get paid from like with a dividend.
- 40:01SPEAKER_00: So there's yes there's different things and I teach my clients based off of their human design what they want to do what type of investor if they're more passive or active we start to build out the type of portfolio that could be cohesive in their life.
- 40:15SPEAKER_01: Wow I'm so sure that not many people go about investing like you do.
- 40:20SPEAKER_01: They would just say this is my favorite let's go well this is working at the moment let's go.
- 40:24SPEAKER_01: The fact that you understand your clients so deeply before you put this strategy together makes sense why you get the kind of results you do for your clients which we are circling back to in a moment.
- 40:37SPEAKER_01: So okay client comes to you you figure out what kind of investor they are are they passive are they active and then you recommend where they are putting their money.
- 40:47SPEAKER_01: Now I am not a numbers person.
- 40:49SPEAKER_01: So hiring someone like you is that just makes me so it's like a breath of fresh air because this is your area of expertise it is not my area of expertise.
- 40:58SPEAKER_01: I don't want to make it my area of expertise but I love to make more money.
- 41:02SPEAKER_01: However let's just take a little step to the side if someone isn't ready to invest in you yet what kind of research should they be doing or what do they even look at how do you figure out which stock is better than others so any I'm completely self-taught when it comes to investing in the stock market.
- 41:23SPEAKER_00: And just to preface too I don't I will not recommend individual stocks or this is exactly what you should invest into my clients.
- 41:32SPEAKER_00: Legally I'm not allowed to do that.
- 41:34SPEAKER_00: But what I can do and I focus on is the education portion.
- 41:38SPEAKER_00: And then that's where it goes back to them of okay here's what's in alignment and then we do I I teach them how to leverage AI so that you can build in an agent that can help you think like investors that are in alignment with what your now beliefs are with the system.
- 41:56SPEAKER_00: That's something absolutely anybody can do um I love I think we focus a lot with AI like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT of like look how cool it is it can save me time in like my business or I'll build an agent out so that it can help me in my job but it's like so quiet of like what you can do in the stock market and with the stock market.
- 42:19SPEAKER_00: So prior to um prior to like Claude coming out um the analysis that you would have to run like regular people did not have access to only Wall Street was able to do that.
- 42:32SPEAKER_00: And they had to build out systems and processes and like programs that could handle that amount of data to give them those results.
- 42:39SPEAKER_00: And so this year actually I ran an experiment on our portfolio and I um invested I think it was$100,000 and I was just like okay let me get to a state of play I want to rebalance my portfolio which all is rebalance means is that I'm gonna sell some things and I'll buy some new things.
- 43:00SPEAKER_00: And I want to I want to train my AI so that it will think like investors that I believe in.
- 43:05SPEAKER_00: So I trained it to think like Warren Buffett Ray Dalio Jim Kramer Leopold Auschenbrenger who 50-50 on him right now um but those those four and I was like for each of the things that I wanted to invest in because the baseline that I want you to take away anybody listening to this podcast is that you only invest in the best second best is out the door you know in your soul that you are you are number one we only invest in the best so I trained it I was like okay I want you to think like this investor I want you to analyze these stocks I want you to analyze my portfolio what am I maybe missing?
- 43:47SPEAKER_00: Where are there gaps?
- 43:48SPEAKER_00: What else can I add in?
- 43:50SPEAKER_00: Um and it I'm up 26% this year.
- 43:54SPEAKER_00: So it's I it's doing pretty well it's great.
- 43:57SPEAKER_00: It's not the highest I've ever been up but that is still Like a really good sound result.
- 44:01SPEAKER_00: I think this SP 500 is up 13%.
- 44:04SPEAKER_00: So you anybody can go in there and just start to play.
- 44:08SPEAKER_00: And even if you're playing, and that's how I look at investing in like your financial life, I think we just take it too seriously.
- 44:15SPEAKER_00: Get yourself into a state of play.
- 44:17SPEAKER_00: And by having fun doing it, by having fun understanding it, it's going to be a lot more easy for you to feel like, oh, I do have a seat at the table.
- 44:25SPEAKER_00: I do belong in this conversation.
- 44:28SPEAKER_00: And you do.
- 44:28SPEAKER_00: You belong a part of the wealth journey.
- 44:31SPEAKER_00: And what you have to think, say, and add into the wealth journey is just going to better your entire life, your family's life, everyone's.
- 44:40SPEAKER_00: So you can hop into Claude and just start asking it questions, like based off of my age, based off of like what I like, my interests, right?
- 44:48SPEAKER_00: Because you want to build a portfolio that you can actually recognize what's in it, right?
- 44:53SPEAKER_00: So if it's accounts, like I'm I am of the belief of like you don't invest in something that you don't know anything about, just because that's how it's a sure way to potentially lose money.
- 45:03SPEAKER_00: Sure, you can make money on it too, but like when you're just starting out, start to get to a point where you're like, okay, what are five places that I really like to shop?
- 45:14SPEAKER_00: Now I'm gonna hop into Claude and I'm gonna say, okay, you know, I really love to go to Target, I really love to go to um Aritzia, I really love to go to buy um this new brand that's all organic, whatever it is, throw those in there and say, could we build a portfolio that's$1,000 with these um different accounts?
- 45:37SPEAKER_00: And if that um company isn't public, provide to me a few different options that are public.
- 45:43SPEAKER_00: And then you can, everybody knows who Warren Buffett is, throw in there.
- 45:47SPEAKER_00: Now think like Warren Buffett and analyze this portfolio.
- 45:51SPEAKER_00: And it will put back for you, okay.
- 45:53SPEAKER_00: Well, Warren Buffett's number one foundation is moat, which means like it needs to generate cash.
- 45:58SPEAKER_00: They need to have enough cash on hand that they have a bad year that you know they're able to sustain as a business.
- 46:04SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna then it's gonna analyze it like Warren Buffett and say, oh, nope, this company doesn't have the moat.
- 46:10SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna take that, I would take that one out.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: I would replace it with something like this.
- 46:14SPEAKER_00: And just having those conversations with Claude or Chat, you're going to learn in a way that was literally unaccessible to us prior to AI coming out.
- 46:23SPEAKER_00: It's not insane.
- 46:26SPEAKER_01: That is insane.
- 46:26SPEAKER_01: And I've never thought to use AI like that.
- 46:29SPEAKER_01: I don't know if you already do this, but if you don't, you need to create some kind of PDF where you share your prompts for Claude.
- 46:39SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 46:39SPEAKER_00: I've been thinking about that.
- 46:40SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm in the process of building out a dashboard where like somebody can input like all of their um financial profile and then it builds out a dashboard for them.
- 46:50SPEAKER_00: And then yeah, that should be the next step of like these are the prompts.
- 46:53SPEAKER_00: I give it to my clients, but it is it's one of those where, like, yeah, I mean, anybody can come up with yeah.
- 47:00SPEAKER_01: And I just yeah, I just love the way that you were simplifying this, and it really is giving women permission to get going today.
- 47:07SPEAKER_01: Now, paint the picture of what the end result looks like for women who do take their wealth creation seriously.
- 47:15SPEAKER_01: You talk a lot about this on your social media, society focuses on titles promotion in the business world.
- 47:22SPEAKER_01: We see a lot of emphasis on revenue and cash.
- 47:26SPEAKER_01: It really means nothing in the scheme of things when we are talking about true wealth.
- 47:31SPEAKER_01: So paint a picture whether your clients are heading that way or what your future is gonna look like because you started taking your wealth creation seriously.
- 47:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 47:41SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that question.
- 47:43SPEAKER_00: Um, so yes, our I want you to start thinking of your title is not gonna retire you, your net worth will.
- 47:51SPEAKER_00: So for me personally, I'm 33 years old.
- 47:54SPEAKER_00: I started investing in 2017, was my or 2018 was the first when I bought Ethereum.
- 48:00SPEAKER_00: And by 2025, we had hit$1 million because I decided to start taking this seriously.
- 48:08SPEAKER_00: And I decided, okay, and I started asking myself, and this is the question I want to invite everybody in the audience to ask themselves you had you know other people that have done it.
- 48:16SPEAKER_00: I've just shown you and created evidence in your brain that it is possible.
- 48:19SPEAKER_00: Start asking, why not me?
- 48:21SPEAKER_00: Because that is a question that changed my life.
- 48:23SPEAKER_00: Other people have wealth, why not me?
- 48:26SPEAKER_00: Other people are able to do this.
- 48:27SPEAKER_00: They're all bros, that no, no, nobody really looks like me, but why not me?
- 48:32SPEAKER_00: I didn't go to school for this, and you know, why not me?
- 48:35SPEAKER_00: And by doing that, you're inviting in possibility that like you can also do this too, and it is very, very doable.
- 48:42SPEAKER_00: By being on that journey, by the age of 32, I was able to say I had a high-paying tech job, I was making a base salary of$150,000 a year.
- 48:52SPEAKER_00: Um, but I also was a mom of two kids, and I had a one-year-old and a three-year-old at the time, and looked at it.
- 48:59SPEAKER_00: And my daughter, some background, she was a NICU baby.
- 49:03SPEAKER_00: She almost died a few times in the NICU after we had her.
- 49:07SPEAKER_00: Um, and what that taught me as I was sitting with her, and she, her lungs were underdeveloped, she had premature apnea, um, was to never take a breath for granted.
- 49:20SPEAKER_00: And I switched from being this career-driven mom that was obsessed with, okay, I just want to make more money so I can invest it so I can make sure that our family is set up for success, into how can I be a more present mom.
- 49:32SPEAKER_00: And that is what investing has given to my family.
- 49:35SPEAKER_00: It's given me the ability to say, you know what?
- 49:38SPEAKER_00: Nobody else is gonna own my time and my schedule.
- 49:41SPEAKER_00: Nobody's gonna put a meeting on my calendar and tell me that I have to be there at 3 a.m., which would sometimes happen because my company was in Finland.
- 49:49SPEAKER_00: Um, and I've got to get up and perform.
- 49:53SPEAKER_00: Nobody is gonna tell me that like I need to start traveling when I'm a breastfeeding mom and I don't want to travel and I don't want to stop breastfeeding, and I sure as hell do not want to start pumping again.
- 50:03SPEAKER_00: I was able to buy my life back, and that is what investing does.
- 50:06SPEAKER_00: And by doing that, it gives you options.
- 50:08SPEAKER_00: And there is nothing better as a woman than having the ability to one, not just know your worth, because inherently we are born knowing our worth, but being able to back that up.
- 50:20SPEAKER_00: So when you want that raise or that promotion, if they're not going to give it to you, great, guess what?
- 50:25SPEAKER_00: I know my worth.
- 50:26SPEAKER_00: I'll go elsewhere.
- 50:27SPEAKER_00: You own your life, you own your cards, and you're able to operate from a completely different place than somebody who is living paycheck to paycheck, and you're just kind of like, well, fuck, I have to be here.
- 50:39SPEAKER_00: No, no, no.
- 50:40SPEAKER_00: You've taken your power back when you start to invest.
- 50:43SPEAKER_00: And for us personally, it has completely changed the directory of my entire life.
- 50:48SPEAKER_00: And that's why I'm in this work because I see the power and I'm living the benefits of that.
- 50:53SPEAKER_00: Where a Monday morning, if I want to go to the beach with my kids, we absolutely can versus it being an oh no way, my mornings are owned by someone else.
- 51:03SPEAKER_01: It's a level of freedom that changes people's lives, is exactly as you just said.
- 51:10SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, we really you shared one time, it's not cute to be financially illiterate anymore.
- 51:16SPEAKER_01: And it's so true.
- 51:18SPEAKER_01: It's like we can't sit around and say one day or that's not for me, or I'm not a numbers person, like I just said before.
- 51:27SPEAKER_01: You take it seriously and you do your research and you chat to Claude and you do this, or you come and work with someone like yourself.
- 51:33SPEAKER_01: But 12.6 million each for your children by the time they have retired.
- 51:39SPEAKER_01: That's not even including what you and your husband have also set up for yourself.
- 51:42SPEAKER_01: Like that is crazy.
- 51:45SPEAKER_01: That is crazy.
- 51:46SPEAKER_01: I actually want to touch on what I know you've worked with many clients, but one client story I've pulled in particular, I think this was in a matter of months.
- 51:54SPEAKER_01: You help them increase their income by$12,000 per month, I believe that was, increase their savings input by 30%, completely paid off their student loan, which was 40,000, and they have this portfolio going just in a matter of months.
- 52:09SPEAKER_01: And this is what I love about your work.
- 52:11SPEAKER_01: This, yes, wealth creation is a long-term gain game, but you have shown that you can still see results pretty quickly given the kind of game you are playing.
- 52:21SPEAKER_00: Oh, absolutely.
- 52:22SPEAKER_00: And that's where I think the magic of when you combined the numbers and combined the, you know, understanding the energetics behind it, that is where you see cataclysmic change in your life.
- 52:36SPEAKER_00: And that's where I actually had talked to that client the other day.
- 52:39SPEAKER_00: She got a divorce after we worked together.
- 52:43SPEAKER_00: And what she said to me really stuck with me.
- 52:45SPEAKER_00: She said she advocated for herself in a way during that divorce that she never would have prior.
- 52:50SPEAKER_00: And that's why I'm in this work because it all ties back to your self-worth.
- 52:55SPEAKER_00: And you don't know what you're going to experience in, you know, next day, next year, next month.
- 53:00SPEAKER_00: But imagine if you had a safety net.
- 53:02SPEAKER_00: And imagine if, like, you didn't just have a safety net, you knew that you deserved it.
- 53:05SPEAKER_00: And that's when you make that shift, it changes not just your life, it also changes your kids' lives and every generation afterwards.
- 53:14SPEAKER_00: Um, my kids will have 12.9 million.
- 53:17SPEAKER_00: Um, my husband and I, we technically are at Coast Fire.
- 53:21SPEAKER_00: The fire movement is financial independence, retire early.
- 53:24SPEAKER_00: Um, anybody that's interested in looking that up, that's what got us into this journey and got us really interested in.
- 53:30SPEAKER_00: So we have 1.1 million at this point.
- 53:33SPEAKER_00: Uh, if it hit average returns, I actually wrote it down because average, so 5% return, we'll have 5.24 million by the time I retire at 65.
- 53:43SPEAKER_00: A 7% return, which is technically in the market good, we would be at 9.58.
- 53:48SPEAKER_00: And if we hit a 10% return, which right now my portfolio is up at 26% for this year.
- 53:55SPEAKER_00: Last year it was up, I think 18%, we would at 19 million.
- 54:00SPEAKER_00: So um it's one of those things where it's like you do the work up front.
- 54:04SPEAKER_00: That's what I like about the fire movement, and then time in the market does the heavy lifting for you.
- 54:10SPEAKER_00: Because to get to that 19 million with the 1.1, we didn't put 1.1 million in the market to get to that.
- 54:17SPEAKER_00: We probably put, I haven't I've not actually ever calculated it, but it's probably close to like 3 million or 300,000.
- 54:24SPEAKER_00: Um so imagine 300,000 and then you get to 19 million.
- 54:28SPEAKER_01: Well, that was my next question.
- 54:30SPEAKER_01: To get to 19 million, are you adding to the bank?
- 54:32SPEAKER_01: But no, what you're saying is you've invested 300,000 roughly, and for it to just do its thing in the right places, 300,000 is going to turn into 19 million potentially.
- 54:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah, by 65.
- 54:46SPEAKER_00: If I hit 10% returns, I didn't calculate it if like I hit a 20% return year over year, or even like a 15%, but kept it more conservative.
- 54:54SPEAKER_01: You also know the world of manifestation, so no doubt you will see some illogical returns and illogical increases because you understand that money is just energy.
- 55:05SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 55:05SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I mean so it excites me too.
- 55:08SPEAKER_00: I feel like for anybody that's kind of lost in like the doom and gloom of the world, nothing has given me more hope or excitement than investing.
- 55:15SPEAKER_00: Because like Bitcoin, as an example, people will be like, oh, it's gonna like each coin is gonna get to like 1 million or 10 million or whatever.
- 55:24SPEAKER_00: There's like it goes all over, and I just get excited.
- 55:27SPEAKER_00: I'm like, cool, like I'm along for the ride.
- 55:29SPEAKER_00: We're up six or seven X at this point.
- 55:31SPEAKER_00: We're yeah, everything is good, but like if we can get to a hundred thousand, great.
- 55:35SPEAKER_00: We're back to a hundred thousand because I 112, I think, was the all-time high.
- 55:40SPEAKER_00: But if it gets to a million, amazing.
- 55:42SPEAKER_00: Like that's yeah.
- 55:43SPEAKER_00: So it gives you this sense of excitement for it.
- 55:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 55:47SPEAKER_00: Do you own some Bitcoin?
- 55:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 55:49unknown: Yeah.
- 55:50SPEAKER_00: So you got in there actually.
- 55:51SPEAKER_00: Yes, eventually.
- 55:52SPEAKER_00: I think we we average in around between 10 and 15 um K per coin.
- 55:59SPEAKER_00: So yes, it was at the time I was like kicking myself in the butt because I was like, oh, this was too it was 200, was the first time I ever heard about Bitcoin.
- 56:08SPEAKER_00: I was a senior in college.
- 56:09SPEAKER_00: My professor was like, Would you invest in this?
- 56:12SPEAKER_00: It's 200 bucks and it's like a complete, you know, conspiracy of like blah, blah, blah.
- 56:17SPEAKER_00: And I remember sitting there, you know how you get pings from your future self?
- 56:21SPEAKER_00: I was definitely pinging her because she I was sitting there and like, I don't know anything about investing.
- 56:27SPEAKER_00: I don't know anything about this world.
- 56:29SPEAKER_00: Definitely did not know anything about crypto at that time.
- 56:31SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I should put$2,000 in.
- 56:35SPEAKER_00: I didn't, but you know, my self, she's always pinging me.
- 56:41SPEAKER_00: She always, I know.
- 56:42SPEAKER_00: So now I'm always like, okay.
- 56:43SPEAKER_00: And that's why intuitive investing and like always making sure that it's in alignment.
- 56:47SPEAKER_00: That's why I teach that because the intuition, my intuition, has paid me back so much by like all of my investments that I have made above 2x on are all intuition-based.
- 57:00SPEAKER_00: I will run the numbers, I will look at the numbers.
- 57:02SPEAKER_00: But one of the assets I invested in, I think it was last May, um, I put more money than I had ever put in on one asset for the first time I purchased it.
- 57:13SPEAKER_00: And it's at Naibus,$10,000 in.
- 57:15SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh, this is a lot, but I really like feel good about this asset.
- 57:19SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna put it in.
- 57:20SPEAKER_00: And all of the like motley full.
- 57:23SPEAKER_00: And then I was like, I wouldn't invest in this.
- 57:25SPEAKER_00: It's like very, you know, wishy-washy, like um, very high risk.
- 57:29SPEAKER_00: And I was like, no, I feel good about this, and it's up six sex.
- 57:32SPEAKER_00: So it's like those where you can look at the numbers, but you also, that's why, especially with women, we are intuitive, we are creators of life, so you can also create your wealth.
- 57:42SPEAKER_00: Like, you have to listen to that inside.
- 57:45SPEAKER_00: I was just about to see the external narrative.
- 57:47SPEAKER_01: I was just about to say the woman's intuition is never ever wrong.
- 57:50SPEAKER_01: So I love that.
- 57:51SPEAKER_01: You look outward, run the numbers, do your research, and then bring it inward.
- 57:56SPEAKER_01: And that's your overall compass in terms of how you move.
- 57:59SPEAKER_01: And then you've got the receipts there to prove that it's never off and it never is when we think about it.
- 58:03SPEAKER_01: When we trust our intuition, it was always right.
- 58:06SPEAKER_01: Before we wrap this up, I do just want to bring your kids into the picture and I want to ask the question how do you talk about money with your children?
- 58:16SPEAKER_01: Because that's super important, right?
- 58:18SPEAKER_01: You're setting them up to be millionaires.
- 58:20SPEAKER_01: They obviously need to understand how to hold money and they need to have the identity that will allow them to feel safe with that amount of money.
- 58:28SPEAKER_01: So, what does that look like behind the scenes for your family?
- 58:31SPEAKER_01: Such an important question.
- 58:33SPEAKER_00: So, the first thing is we never tell them they can't afford anything.
- 58:36SPEAKER_00: It's always how can we afford it or how can uh how can we purchase that?
- 58:42SPEAKER_00: Um, I also, when I'm rebalancing my portfolio, I talk to my kids about stocks all the time.
- 58:48SPEAKER_00: I talk to them about what ownership is versus what consumerism is.
- 58:52SPEAKER_00: My son's four and a half, um, and he sat on my lap when I was doing our major rebalance.
- 58:57SPEAKER_00: I'm like, we're gonna press the button and you're gonna action the buy and you're gonna sell out of some stuff so that we can buy.
- 59:04SPEAKER_00: Um, but I I make money into a game at this age.
- 59:07SPEAKER_00: That's one of that's how they learn is through play.
- 59:10SPEAKER_00: So, you know, when we go to the um grocery store, I'll say, Okay, Ash, we're gonna, we're here to buy cheese, you know, and you always go in for one thing and it's like 30 different things you end up purchasing.
- 59:21SPEAKER_00: I'm like, we're getting cheese for the pizza that we're gonna make later.
- 59:24SPEAKER_00: So, how much money do you think we're gonna spend?
- 59:27SPEAKER_00: And he doesn't really like know numbers and like letters and stuff yet.
- 59:31SPEAKER_00: So he'll like, oh, this.
- 59:32SPEAKER_00: I'm like, okay, well, we're gonna try to set this for our budget.
- 59:35SPEAKER_00: And then as we're walking around, it's like, oh, well, there's a special for this.
- 59:38SPEAKER_00: So should we should we stock up on it?
- 59:41SPEAKER_00: Is it worth it to maybe go over budget?
- 59:43SPEAKER_00: Because that's the I don't want them to have a constrictive idea about a budget because budgets can be good and budgets are good, but I also think that budgets invite a lot of unnecessary shame into our financial life, especially for women that are making a lot of money or have a lot of money.
- 59:59SPEAKER_00: You don't need to sit there and look at what you spent on coffee or say, I spent too much on coffee.
- 1:00:05SPEAKER_00: All you need to use is your guiding light, is your net worth, is your net worth growing year over year?
- 1:00:10SPEAKER_00: And so for our kids, we budget is like flexible at this point.
- 1:00:14SPEAKER_00: We're like, okay, you know, there's there's reasons to go over, there's reasons to go under.
- 1:00:18SPEAKER_00: Um, so it's just a conversation.
- 1:00:20SPEAKER_00: And that's I think one of the most important things is we often forget as parents, and I can understand it with parenthood and how stressful it is and everything, but just to talk about money with your kids.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_00: And when you are talking about money with your kids, understand that your limiting beliefs, your relationship with bunny, whatever you have and whatever you have not worked through, you are subconsciously passing to them.
- 1:00:44SPEAKER_00: So pick and choose what you want to pass.
- 1:00:47SPEAKER_00: And I want my kids to be good with money at our core.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_00: We want them to be good with money, but I also want them to be kind.
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_00: That is the top priority for us.
- 1:00:56SPEAKER_00: So understanding when Christmas comes along, um, we don't do like a ton of gifts.
- 1:01:01SPEAKER_00: My kids have enough, um, but we do sponsor other children.
- 1:01:05SPEAKER_00: And that's really core of like you aren't just gonna have money, you're going to be a good steward of that money.
- 1:01:12SPEAKER_00: And what does a good steward do?
- 1:01:14SPEAKER_00: We help other people that are in need.
- 1:01:16SPEAKER_00: Um, so just looking at it and having fun and being able to not just be in a state of play, but being in that future state of who do I want them to be when they do one day have a trust fund, when they do one day have, you know, this.
- 1:01:31SPEAKER_01: I love that so much.
- 1:01:32SPEAKER_01: Even just having money conversations around your children.
- 1:01:35SPEAKER_01: I was speaking with a friend the other day about this.
- 1:01:38SPEAKER_01: My parents never spoke about money in front of us kids.
- 1:01:41SPEAKER_01: It was such a taboo topic.
- 1:01:43SPEAKER_01: And if money, if money ever was spoken about, it was from such a negative angle of that's so expensive.
- 1:01:50SPEAKER_01: How much do we spend?
- 1:01:52SPEAKER_01: A lot of guilt and shame around spending money, even though my dad had quite a successful business.
- 1:01:58SPEAKER_01: So I just love the act of talking about money through a positive lens and just having that be a part of your household and the energy of your home.
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_01: Um, I love all of this.
- 1:02:12SPEAKER_01: Now tell us what you have going on in your world.
- 1:02:16SPEAKER_01: Where can people come and plug into you?
- 1:02:19SPEAKER_01: What's open at the moment if they do want to work with you, which I highly recommend.
- 1:02:23SPEAKER_01: Awesome.
- 1:02:24SPEAKER_00: So I have um I there's two different ways to work with me.
- 1:02:27SPEAKER_00: The first is through one-on-one mentorship.
- 1:02:30SPEAKER_00: Um, this is within a three-month container, and I bring you through the rooted wealth um system.
- 1:02:35SPEAKER_00: So this is we look at everything from human design and astrology and getting really clear on who you are, what you want to create, what your goals are.
- 1:02:44SPEAKER_00: And then the month two is all we'll dive into your numbers.
- 1:02:48SPEAKER_00: We'll look at budgeting, we'll look at how to automate that, um, get those things set up, and but also understand what your goal is for your net worth because we're not going to obsess about your budgeting.
- 1:02:57SPEAKER_00: We're gonna look at net worth as our guiding light, um, creating just transparency into your financial life.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_00: And then the third month is all about growth.
- 1:03:06SPEAKER_00: So um building out that investor profile, building out your portfolio, consolidating your account so you actually know what your net worth is.
- 1:03:15SPEAKER_00: I was working within a client the other day, and after doing some account consolidation, we figured out that they have a quarter million.
- 1:03:22SPEAKER_00: They were like, we didn't know.
- 1:03:23SPEAKER_00: I'm like, yeah, that's like, you know, 40,000 in one account and another account, it seems small, but when you put it together, then you actually get to see, oh, okay, we are doing well, you know, this is good.
- 1:03:34SPEAKER_00: Um, so the applications for one-on-one work are open until September 30th for me to be able to go through the full system uh this year with you.
- 1:03:45SPEAKER_00: So then, you know, 2027, you're good to go.
- 1:03:48SPEAKER_00: You have your financial life figured out and a really solid foundation in place.
- 1:03:53SPEAKER_00: The second way to work with me is through the invested program, and this is a group program for women only, where I teach you how to invest based off of exactly what I've done.
- 1:04:04SPEAKER_00: So this is uh a 12-week program, and we take a deep dive from you don't have to know anything about investing, but um investor education, building out that profile for you, um, understanding what should fit into it, what doesn't.
- 1:04:19SPEAKER_00: I also bring in guest speakers.
- 1:04:20SPEAKER_00: So this round I'm bringing in a somatic healing coach to really do a deep dive internal on what does it feel like to be a receiver?
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_00: Because if you can't receive a compliment, that's a great way to understand the relationship you have with yourself.
- 1:04:35SPEAKER_00: Is if someone compliments you and you deflect that compliment, then most likely there's opportunities for wealth that want to come in, but you're also deflecting those.
- 1:04:45SPEAKER_00: Um, so getting the women into their bodies state of receivership working on that so that you can receive from the stock market too.
- 1:04:53SPEAKER_00: And then I brought in a mindset coach that did a deep dive under um, a deep dive on set goal setting, um, how you can energetically charge your goals so you're able to reach them faster, which is one of the biggest misses when people set goals, they don't charge it energetically, or you goal set with your partner and don't realize that like my energetic charge, why I want to reach that goal, might be different than why my husband wants to reach that goal.
- 1:05:21SPEAKER_00: And that independence is good.
- 1:05:22SPEAKER_00: We both need to use that as fuel to get to the goal, but while simultaneously working toward the same thing.
- 1:05:28SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 1:05:29SPEAKER_00: And when does the investing program start again?
- 1:05:31SPEAKER_00: Oh, so the next one, that's a good question.
- 1:05:33SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure when the next one is gonna be run.
- 1:05:36SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm gonna there is a wait list, so you can get added to the wait list.
- 1:05:40SPEAKER_00: You can email me directly if you are interested, and then uh I can get you added onto the wait list.
- 1:05:46SPEAKER_00: And when enough women have joined, we'll do that because I have something exciting.
- 1:05:52SPEAKER_00: I'm also starting next year.
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_00: So I'm like trying to, you know, mom life juggle it all.
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 1:05:58SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm gonna link all of this in the show notes.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_01: So your Instagram is down there, your application for private mentorship, and then I'll pop your email in there as well.
- 1:06:06SPEAKER_01: They then they can reach out about the invested program or just whatever else is coming up in 2027 because I know a lot of women are starting to think about their new year and wanting to plug their mentorship in.
- 1:06:19SPEAKER_01: So yeah, think about this kind of stuff and reach out to Nicole if this is feeling really good.
- 1:06:24SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, Nicole.
- 1:06:25SPEAKER_01: And so, okay, you guys, this is what I mean when I talk about the women in the collective, the caliber of the women in the collective.
- 1:06:32SPEAKER_01: The fact that I've just been able to bring you in and you have completely shifted our perspective when it comes to investing and wealth creation just speaks volumes about yeah, the the energy of that space.
- 1:06:44SPEAKER_01: So I am just so honored that we get to work together and I am learning so much from you.
- 1:06:49SPEAKER_01: So thank you for everything.
- 1:06:52SPEAKER_01: I I mean, I would not be able to finish the episode if I didn't plug the collective quickly.
- 1:06:56SPEAKER_01: How are we finding the collective?
- 1:06:58SPEAKER_01: What do people need to know about these space?
- 1:07:00SPEAKER_00: I need uh yeah, I need a second to talk about it because if you are somebody that you're in a growth state, you know that you you know the full potential of your life, but you don't know how to get there, then this is the room that you need to be in.
- 1:07:17SPEAKER_00: Because you will just like we talked about earlier with your nervous system, being able to expand around when you're around wealthy people, when you're around like that's your normal.
- 1:07:27SPEAKER_00: The woman, women in this room and the caliber of woman in this room is absolutely phenomenal.
- 1:07:33SPEAKER_00: Like I feel, I feel like I have to step up and do so much more and like become more so that I can like be in this room because the women are, I mean, they're shooting for income levels for a month where I'm like, oh my god, I love that they are so much further along than me because one day, like it's creating evidence in my head that that's possible too.
- 1:07:56SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be in the realm of possible for me.
- 1:07:58SPEAKER_00: So, like it has been absolutely life-changing as a coach, too.
- 1:08:02SPEAKER_00: I have to say, Jess's program and the curation and the thought behind it and the amount of resources that she has created for you.
- 1:08:12SPEAKER_00: It's you don't feel like you're in a group coaching program.
- 1:08:17SPEAKER_00: You are getting so much individual one-on-one attention.
- 1:08:20SPEAKER_00: Um, and the group of women that we're with, I've it's a really special group, this cohort, I feel like we're all always messaging each other and chatting and like going through the experience together.
- 1:08:32SPEAKER_00: And that's one of the beautiful things about having group is that you're getting you're getting to meet people.
- 1:08:37SPEAKER_00: And it's cool because I mean I'm in America, you're in Australia, the cohort's like half and half, so it's awesome that like truly like opposite sides of the world, but you're getting to experience something together.
- 1:08:50SPEAKER_00: So I could not recommend this program or definitely message Jess.
- 1:08:55SPEAKER_00: Um, it's it's life-changing.
- 1:08:57SPEAKER_01: Thank you for saying that.
- 1:08:58SPEAKER_01: And like I said to you the day, I really appreciate the feedback because as we know, when we are running businesses, it's nice to hear that things are working.
- 1:09:05SPEAKER_01: Um, and I just love that you plugged that about the group aspect because when I created the collective, it was so important that women got my one-on-one attention as if they were a one-on-one client.
- 1:09:15SPEAKER_01: Because when you are at the level in business that you are and you want to move to where you want to, that proximity is really, really important.
- 1:09:21SPEAKER_01: You need that depth and intimacy with your mentor.
- 1:09:25SPEAKER_01: But then, yeah, you can't beat being in a small group of other women who are expanding you and moving, and the momentum is just so infectious.
- 1:09:33SPEAKER_01: Um, on Fridays, we share wins and they were just popping off last Friday.
- 1:09:37SPEAKER_01: And I think it was Unicole.
- 1:09:39SPEAKER_01: You were like, holy shit, like, look at the progress we are all making.
- 1:09:42SPEAKER_01: And you just can't help but grow when you're in a group like that because again, the energy just creates so much momentum.
- 1:09:48SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, yes.
- 1:09:48SPEAKER_00: And the the speakers that you also bring in have been like absolutely game-changing.
- 1:09:55SPEAKER_00: I've known about human design for a year and a half now and astrology for my whole life, but like the we just had the um soul contracts read.
- 1:10:04SPEAKER_00: I had never heard about that before.
- 1:10:06SPEAKER_00: Like, just the amount of different resources and people and like network, it's like you have created something that is so special and so it's just it's so special.
- 1:10:18SPEAKER_00: So that for any of the women that are out there that you're listening to this and you're really just looking for that shift of like, I know who I can be.
- 1:10:26SPEAKER_00: I know, I know that exists for a reason.
- 1:10:28SPEAKER_00: Like your desires are there for a reason because in another timeline, that's pings being sent to you saying, Yeah, you can get there too.
- 1:10:35SPEAKER_00: Then this is the room to to get in and to get in there.
- 1:10:38SPEAKER_00: I think it is it January that it opens for everybody.
- 1:10:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:10:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:10:42SPEAKER_01: I'll probably see you there.
- 1:10:44SPEAKER_01: I was gonna say, I'm like, hopefully you're coming back and you get to rub shoulders with women like Nicole because truly it will change your life just by being in a group container with women like yourself, Nicole.
- 1:10:53SPEAKER_01: I truly mean that.
- 1:10:54SPEAKER_01: Um, okay, well, wow, that episode was incredible.
- 1:10:58SPEAKER_01: I am, I think I'm gonna become an investor now.
- 1:11:01SPEAKER_01: That's just really inspired me.
- 1:11:03SPEAKER_01: Um you should.
- 1:11:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:11:04SPEAKER_01: And so I have no doubt that there are so many women on the other side who have also just had that experience of it's go time.
- 1:11:11SPEAKER_01: Let's claim that title.
- 1:11:13SPEAKER_01: We are investors, we are ready to create true wealth.
- 1:11:18SPEAKER_01: Um, and yeah, like I said, go and plug into Nicole's world just to have that support.
- 1:11:21SPEAKER_01: It's really nice to have that support when anything is new to you.
- 1:11:25SPEAKER_01: Um, so Nicole, thank you so much, so, so much for sharing your time, your wisdom, your experience when it comes to world creation.
- 1:11:33SPEAKER_00: I'm very grateful, very, very grateful.
- 1:11:35SPEAKER_00: Thank you, and thank you guys so much for having me.
- 1:11:37SPEAKER_00: It was so much fun.
- 1:11:38SPEAKER_01: Thank you guys for listening, and I will speak to you in the next one.
- 1:11:41SPEAKER_01: Bye.
