- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama Darling, Drama Darling Drama Darling.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Hello, everybody, welcome into Drama Darling. It's December fifth, it's Thursday.
- 0:24Speaker 2: It's Salt Lake City Day. MS Derrez's is here. I Emily,
- 0:28Speaker 2: how are you hello?
- 0:29Speaker 3: I'm fine? Hi? How are you well?
- 0:32Speaker 2: I'm great. I'm excited to talk about Salt Lake City.
- 0:34Speaker 2: It's insane. Ahead of spinning.
- 0:36Speaker 3: For those of you that can see the video, Amy
- 0:39Speaker 3: accidentally wore a ruby slipper pin on her sweater hat
- 0:44Speaker 3: and she just didn't know that the ruby slippers were
- 0:47Speaker 3: the guest bartender last night on Watch What Happens Live.
- 0:51Speaker 2: I didn't know, officially, I did not. However, I think
- 0:54Speaker 2: it subconsciously got into my head because as I was
- 0:58Speaker 2: getting dressed, and I had this red plaid, you know,
- 1:02Speaker 2: shirt on, and I'm now start I'm like getting into
- 1:05Speaker 2: my brooch era. So and it's and it's like fall
- 1:09Speaker 2: even though it's gonna be like seventy here today, but whatever,
- 1:12Speaker 2: we pretend that's not gonna happen. And so you can
- 1:16Speaker 2: put you know, a lot of brooches on sweaters and
- 1:18Speaker 2: heavier shirts. So I'm like opened up all my brooches
- 1:22Speaker 2: and I was like, oh, the ruby slipper. That's so
- 1:24Speaker 2: perfect because, like you know, Wicked is out and and
- 1:28Speaker 2: so I think subconsciously I did that because I saw
- 1:32Speaker 2: one of my friends who works on Watch What Happens
- 1:34Speaker 2: Live post a picture with the slippers. But I did
- 1:36Speaker 2: not know that they were the official bartender, which is
- 1:40Speaker 2: so cool. So, and I was asking you earlier, was
- 1:44Speaker 2: that the original pair?
- 1:46Speaker 3: Well, Amy, there are five pairs of ruby slippers.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Wow, I didn't know that.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Well, they didn't. Andy did not mention that on Watch
- 2:00Speaker 3: What Happens? Uh, But but I know he knows, and
- 2:04Speaker 3: maybe he did and I just didn't stay on long
- 2:07Speaker 3: enough to see it. But there are five pairs. One
- 2:09Speaker 3: is in Kansas, one's in the Smithsonian one. The one
- 2:13Speaker 3: pair that's in Kansas was stolen, oh and I remember
- 2:17Speaker 3: that turned somebody returned them and then I don't know.
- 2:21Speaker 3: The other ones are owned by private holders. So this
- 2:24Speaker 3: is probably one of the private ones.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Okay, and maybe the touring pair.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Yeah, there is a touring pair.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Oh okay.
- 2:34Speaker 3: This and the and the the sequence level and is
- 2:38Speaker 3: better on some than others. There's a great podcast about
- 2:42Speaker 3: the Ruby slippers.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Are you serious?
- 2:45Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 2:45Speaker 2: They Kyle every day. Are you kidding me? Right now?
- 2:51Speaker 2: They record every day. I have an episode on the
- 2:54Speaker 2: slippers and where they are, what they're doing.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Yeah, two of them are private, they're behind the paywall,
- 2:59Speaker 3: but than the rest of them.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Are public only slippers.
- 3:06Speaker 4: It's called the Red Shoe Diaries.
- 3:07Speaker 2: And thank you, nice, nice, excellent work there.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Yeah, but uh yeah, and let me also add also
- 3:16Speaker 3: on watch What Happens Live last night was Bridget Everett
- 3:19Speaker 3: and Mary Cosby and I misspoke about Somebody Somewhere's last episode.
- 3:24Speaker 3: It is actually this coming week, which was a huge relief.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Well that's great, and you know, the point being is
- 3:30Speaker 2: that we were talking about, please go to change dot
- 3:32Speaker 2: orgon sign the petition to keep that show around because
- 3:35Speaker 2: they want to cancel it.
- 3:36Speaker 3: Please please, please please let me do that. Yeah. But
- 3:40Speaker 3: also yeah, well I was just saying it could happen,
- 3:43Speaker 3: we could keep this thing going. Oh, my gosh, I
- 3:46Speaker 3: didn't even think about it. It takes place in Kansas, the.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Show my gosh, well, hobba dah dah. I did not
- 3:56Speaker 2: know that. So, by the way, speaking of actually Happens Live,
- 4:01Speaker 2: and as we are going to get into our real
- 4:04Speaker 2: house west the Salt Lake City recap is it turns
- 4:06Speaker 2: out there is an update on Robert Junior that I
- 4:09Speaker 2: want to mention. So Mary Cosby obviously answered the question
- 4:14Speaker 2: that Andy asked, how is Robert Junior doing? Without giving
- 4:17Speaker 2: too much away, and Mary said that he is doing great.
- 4:21Speaker 2: He is out of rehab and he was there for
- 4:24Speaker 2: a month and he did so well, and his wife
- 4:27Speaker 2: is still in rehab. So that is an amazing update.
- 4:31Speaker 2: And Mary seemed so settled and happy and just supportive,
- 4:38Speaker 2: and it truly is incredible. So I was thrilled to
- 4:40Speaker 2: hear that. I was under the impression that he was
- 4:43Speaker 2: there for like four months, but it was really only
- 4:45Speaker 2: a month. So yeah, and that's so great that he
- 4:48Speaker 2: did so well.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:49Speaker 2: M hmmm. So well, why don't we uh head on
- 4:53Speaker 2: over right into this freaking recap because I mean, it's
- 4:57Speaker 2: so good. You guys want to know what happened, Well
- 4:59Speaker 2: I will, I'll tell you. This episode was so bonkers
- 5:04Speaker 2: and so by the end of it at the bot Mitzvah,
- 5:07Speaker 2: it really was like watching a very quick tennis match
- 5:10Speaker 2: of who pissed off who, what their history is and
- 5:14Speaker 2: what was that exactly about? Very difficult, much like that
- 5:17Speaker 2: camp day last week where I had to keep going
- 5:21Speaker 2: back to the facts and really going back to my notes,
- 5:23Speaker 2: being Okay, who was met at, who for what? And
- 5:25Speaker 2: where are we? And I did appreciate at the very end,
- 5:28Speaker 2: when when we know that we're going to be going
- 5:31Speaker 2: into a girl's trip, that Lisa Barlow planned that to
- 5:35Speaker 2: Puerto Rico, that she was like, you know, kind of
- 5:38Speaker 2: gave us a little synopsis about who's mad at who
- 5:41Speaker 2: or who hates who?
- 5:42Speaker 3: You know, Yes, and they're going to put with me?
- 5:46Speaker 2: Oh why Varta? What did I say, Puerto Rico? Yeah, yeah,
- 5:50Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, I wonder if they're going to swing
- 5:52Speaker 2: by one of Vicky's places. So, yeah, that's correct, easy,
- 6:00Speaker 2: and they're not in such a great place a lot
- 6:02Speaker 2: of them clearly, which was fascinating to watch. So but
- 6:07Speaker 2: let's you know, let's start at the beginning, which we
- 6:10Speaker 2: did get that scene with Mary and Angie and Angie
- 6:14Speaker 2: checking in on Mary at some point and she was like,
- 6:17Speaker 2: I'll share when I'm ready, but she didn't think she
- 6:19Speaker 2: was going to be at the bott mitzvah.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Right. I thought it was it was odd that they
- 6:23Speaker 3: did that as a flashback. Yeah, if we had to
- 6:25Speaker 3: watch that scene through the flashback filter, and I was like,
- 6:28Speaker 3: this scene really should stand on its own.
- 6:31Speaker 4: It shouldn't be through this like murky filter.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Yeah, it was very odd. Yeah, murky. It's called the
- 6:38Speaker 2: Murky filter if you all want to look it up.
- 6:40Speaker 2: It's officially the Murky filter. So I was also surprised
- 6:48Speaker 2: to see Reid Meredith's alnest son rain as. Yes, and
- 6:53Speaker 2: I mean he is so private. He was like, you
- 6:55Speaker 2: can't even give me a lower third. You will not
- 6:57Speaker 2: even name me and give my age or any thing
- 7:00Speaker 2: about me because he didn't have one. He didn't have
- 7:03Speaker 2: a title. Everybody else did, even Brooks and Chloe and
- 7:06Speaker 2: the mom Like.
- 7:07Speaker 4: Oh, I did not notice that.
- 7:08Speaker 3: I thought I thought that he I mean, in my mind,
- 7:11Speaker 3: I just assumed he did. I didn't even clock that.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Well, if he did, you guys, I missed it, and
- 7:15Speaker 2: I maybe it was earlier than I expected. But when
- 7:18Speaker 2: they showed him, eh, I have it. Yeah, but kudos
- 7:21Speaker 2: to him for just being a private person.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Yes, that absolutely rare. I know. It's like, uh, the
- 7:28Speaker 3: Osborne's daughter, remember they have one, Oh yeah, daughter that
- 7:32Speaker 3: would not go on the show, not Donnie, the other
- 7:35Speaker 3: Osmond's Osborne.
- 7:41Speaker 2: How could you only it's the old bones.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Brittany's in my head.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Yeah, well, you know, she's in all of our heads,
- 7:50Speaker 2: and so are her nails, and so is her body
- 7:54Speaker 2: count hair. So I saw the cheat, the seating, the
- 7:59Speaker 2: cheating shart, the seating chart for the Real Housewives of
- 8:03Speaker 2: Salt Lake City reunion, and Angie is like, to the
- 8:07Speaker 2: right side of Andy that is uncalled for, And so
- 8:11Speaker 2: I was like, what, how is this possible? And so
- 8:16Speaker 2: after that line, I thought, well, she might be in
- 8:20Speaker 2: for the arc of a lifetime because clearly she's got
- 8:24Speaker 2: some stuff up or sleep boy, she is a little unhinged,
- 8:27Speaker 2: more unhinged than I gave her credit for, because she
- 8:31Speaker 2: couldn't plan that. Emily. We were just yeah, no, I'm sorry.
- 8:35Speaker 2: I wasn't attacking you. What my point was is that
- 8:39Speaker 2: you and I had settled into her antics, her pre
- 8:42Speaker 2: planned let me kick this chair.
- 8:45Speaker 5: Out from under here, let me bring a scroll, let
- 8:48Speaker 5: me hit my mark. Are you getting this?
- 8:50Speaker 2: We were like, here for that, we were going to
- 8:53Speaker 2: embrace that and laugh along with it. But now we're
- 8:57Speaker 2: seeing a side of Angie that actually where she's thinking
- 9:01Speaker 2: on her heels and she is about as sassy as
- 9:04Speaker 2: they get.
- 9:05Speaker 3: She is good for one of those a season one. Oh,
- 9:09Speaker 3: she should not be sitting at the right hand of
- 9:11Speaker 3: the father.
- 9:11Speaker 2: But see, that's what I'm saying. Maybe there will be more.
- 9:15Speaker 4: We'll see.
- 9:16Speaker 2: I don't know how they could justify that. It just
- 9:18Speaker 2: doesn't make sense to me. So I'm just sitting here going,
- 9:21Speaker 2: what is it? You know?
- 9:23Speaker 3: And they justify she's in the middle holding the snowflake,
- 9:27Speaker 3: Like I don't.
- 9:28Speaker 4: I still don't get it.
- 9:29Speaker 2: What is she going to do?
- 9:32Speaker 3: Like could they just not give it to Bronwyn because
- 9:34Speaker 3: she's too new? I mean, keep in mind, we didn't
- 9:37Speaker 3: even let Angie out of the tower at the finale
- 9:41Speaker 3: last season. She did not make that big of an
- 9:44Speaker 3: impact this season. And to me, in the tower on
- 9:50Speaker 3: the beach with the Monica's situation, and she was not
- 9:52Speaker 3: you know what I mean, Oh on the.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Beach, she was up in the Yes, Okay, I'm sorry,
- 9:57Speaker 2: thank you. I needed to understand what you're like, Tower tower?
- 10:00Speaker 2: Where was the tower tower?
- 10:04Speaker 3: So the fact that like all of a sudden, she's
- 10:08Speaker 3: being literally positioned in key spots, I'm like, why are
- 10:13Speaker 3: you putting her here?
- 10:15Speaker 5: Well, it's a Greek mall for your Barrier. I pulled
- 10:18Speaker 5: some strings and I brought from people in sore overcursion.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Like I will say, yes, maybe there hasn't and Lisa
- 10:25Speaker 3: hasn't and different people haven't been as iconic as their
- 10:30Speaker 3: big moments last season. Yeah, however, I would much rather
- 10:35Speaker 3: watch their authentic moments. Sure then, and I'll give Angie
- 10:40Speaker 3: this was an authentic moment. But like, and I'm back
- 10:44Speaker 3: to taking my nap with Angie.
- 10:46Speaker 4: Like I just.
- 10:48Speaker 2: So, this whole episode took place at the bot mitzvah. Yeah,
- 10:54Speaker 2: that's amazing. That is Oh now I know why they
- 10:58Speaker 2: had that be a flashback. Oh, because that makes sense. Yeah, okay, okay,
- 11:03Speaker 2: I get it. So it rarely ever happens when an
- 11:07Speaker 2: episode takes place in one at one event or in
- 11:11Speaker 2: one situation. It's almost never. And typically those happen when
- 11:16Speaker 2: you're on a girl's trip because you can be in
- 11:21Speaker 2: different places, so it's like a girl's trip kind of
- 11:24Speaker 2: keeps you in one area and so that can happen.
- 11:27Speaker 2: But like, this was so rare, so for Housewives to
- 11:33Speaker 2: do something like this, to make one event so interesting
- 11:37Speaker 2: and compelling, because it had all the facets, It had emotion,
- 11:40Speaker 2: it had background, story, It had fights, it had comedy,
- 11:46Speaker 2: it had the events, it had the outfits. This is
- 11:49Speaker 2: like an award winning episode as far as I'm concerned
- 11:51Speaker 2: in terms of just the actual the way that it
- 11:55Speaker 2: all panned out at this one event. I would be
- 11:59Speaker 2: so curious if anyone has done the research on any
- 12:02Speaker 2: other episode where it took place in one way.
- 12:05Speaker 3: Has anybody done the research?
- 12:07Speaker 2: Well, that's what I want to know, darlings. But I
- 12:10Speaker 2: want to say that when I was on Radio Andy
- 12:13Speaker 2: series XM, we would when we did the Radio Andy Theater,
- 12:18Speaker 2: it would often be things that we chose were at
- 12:22Speaker 2: one place, you know, so was easy to follow the.
- 12:26Speaker 3: Narrative a mono scene if you will.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Yeah, so you know that lends itself to that so easily.
- 12:36Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:36Speaker 2: So I'm just I'm just blown away. I'm blown away,
- 12:39Speaker 2: you know. And this whole episode was called Mazl Marenith
- 12:42Speaker 2: and so other than that flashback scene, which now we
- 12:46Speaker 2: know why that went back in time because they didn't
- 12:48Speaker 2: want to get out of the bought mitzvah. When we started,
- 12:53Speaker 2: I was like, Oh, they're having the rehearsal, and I thought, okay,
- 12:56Speaker 2: so clearly they're going to go other places before we
- 12:59Speaker 2: get to it, and then I was like, no, we're
- 13:00Speaker 2: here and we're staying here.
- 13:01Speaker 3: This is wild right right? Yeah, so there was a
- 13:07Speaker 3: little bit ahead of time, right or was that part
- 13:09Speaker 3: of a flashback too, of Meredith getting ready.
- 13:11Speaker 4: I guess that was too, because she thought back to seth.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, mm hmmm mm hmm.
- 13:19Speaker 3: Well sorry, Mary, we're gonna get your uh your moment
- 13:24Speaker 3: in a flashback.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Yeah, that's okay. I think it was plenty enough, and
- 13:29Speaker 2: it threw us off because I didn't think that she
- 13:31Speaker 2: was going to be there. So the reveal of her
- 13:34Speaker 2: going yeah, yeah, you guys when she showed up, and
- 13:38Speaker 2: it was like she was doing mine on the window,
- 13:40Speaker 2: like what you know she had the gloves on.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Was the door?
- 13:46Speaker 2: The door had to have been locked in order for
- 13:49Speaker 2: her to do that, but we did not see her
- 13:51Speaker 2: try to go through the door.
- 13:53Speaker 3: I don't think she could even see what was a
- 13:55Speaker 3: door and what was a window?
- 13:57Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 13:58Speaker 3: I think everything's so reflective from the outside that like,
- 14:02Speaker 3: once it's closed, it just looks like another window. I
- 14:06Speaker 3: don't think she went.
- 14:07Speaker 2: In one door. Mary shows up in another window. The
- 14:14Speaker 2: shadow of her outside during this intense ceremony was comedy,
- 14:20Speaker 2: the comedy that we needed for this whole to end
- 14:23Speaker 2: this year.
- 14:24Speaker 3: Because she al said, she was kind of dressed like
- 14:28Speaker 3: the wicked Witch of the West as well, and so
- 14:31Speaker 3: that happening outside was not helping.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, those gloves were amazing. I was so
- 14:38Speaker 2: happy that those gloves got so much airtime because they
- 14:42Speaker 2: deserved it, you know, and she was really working them,
- 14:45Speaker 2: you know, like she was caught in a box. Yeah,
- 14:54Speaker 2: mine time with Mary. My gosh, I did.
- 15:00Speaker 3: I did watch the after show, and Meredith did say
- 15:03Speaker 3: she could see it all happening, because that was my question.
- 15:07Speaker 3: I knew that, like Heather and those guys could see it,
- 15:10Speaker 3: but like, yes, Meredith said that she was almost about
- 15:13Speaker 3: to stop and go try to help her.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Surprised that there weren't more reactions from the family and
- 15:28Speaker 2: friends in the audience, you know, like I mean, I
- 15:30Speaker 2: know they were making eyes, but I would be like,
- 15:33Speaker 2: my god, fucking fits. And I mean, but you know,
- 15:41Speaker 2: I was really glad that Mary showed up. I was
- 15:43Speaker 2: so happy, and I know we're kind of I just
- 15:46Speaker 2: want to tap in on the moment that she and
- 15:48Speaker 2: Meredith had there. I was really worried at first when
- 15:51Speaker 2: she came up to her and she's like, well, let's
- 15:52Speaker 2: just talk, let's just have it out. And I thought
- 15:54Speaker 2: you're gonna have it out or she didn't use those words,
- 15:56Speaker 2: but something along those lines, and she was like, I've
- 15:59Speaker 2: never had anyone my house, and I thought, oh my god,
- 16:01Speaker 2: this is like not the greatest start. So she did
- 16:05Speaker 2: not apologize first, and thank goodness, Meredith was like, I'm
- 16:09Speaker 2: sorry that I hurt you from leaving, because that really
- 16:14Speaker 2: like melted Mary ice sculpture, you know. And then she
- 16:18Speaker 2: just was like I love you. I love you so much,
- 16:19Speaker 2: and I just when you see that softness in Mary,
- 16:22Speaker 2: it is very shocking.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 16:25Speaker 3: And then I was in a good place with the
- 16:29Speaker 3: whole thing, and then I'll watch what happens. Mary kind
- 16:33Speaker 3: of alluded to like maybe things aren't so great. Hmm.
- 16:37Speaker 3: She gave one of her like shady Mary kind of
- 16:40Speaker 3: like like that was then kind of things and so,
- 16:44Speaker 3: and didn't elaborate.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Oh, I don't know, well, did you you said you
- 16:48Speaker 2: watched the after show? Did Mary say anything in the
- 16:51Speaker 2: after show about it?
- 16:52Speaker 3: I don't think she.
- 16:54Speaker 4: I don't remember if she did or not.
- 16:55Speaker 2: Okay, Well, yeah, well, see, maybe she's just trying to
- 16:59Speaker 2: be cute and you know, stay tuned for the reunion.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Yeah, or maybe something has happened between the after show
- 17:07Speaker 3: and now.
- 17:07Speaker 2: M hmm yeah, very possible. Yeah, well so when Oh, okay,
- 17:14Speaker 2: so we get a lot of we have some family
- 17:16Speaker 2: members there. We've got, as we mentioned read her oldest
- 17:19Speaker 2: son who lives in New York. He's very private. Heather
- 17:21Speaker 2: brought Georgia, her eighteen year old daughter, which was sweet
- 17:25Speaker 2: because we don't typically see her. And Heather has an
- 17:27Speaker 2: espresso Martini the last time she had those. She loved
- 17:31Speaker 2: that flashback of her and that hat taking them down.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Why, I mean the fact that also Heather keeps bringing
- 17:39Speaker 3: this up like like anybody's gonna remember, Like I don't
- 17:43Speaker 3: remember what she was drinking that night. I'm glad she
- 17:45Speaker 3: brought it up, but like I wouldn't have justin that,
- 17:47Speaker 3: like like we're all supposed to be like ha, she
- 17:50Speaker 3: puts Martini's.
- 17:51Speaker 2: On the map, right, I know, I know, right, That's
- 17:56Speaker 2: why they had to take us back, And frankly, I
- 17:59Speaker 2: was glad about it because that was a funny time.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Any time baby take us back, anytime it's it's good drama.
- 18:09Speaker 2: And then we know ahead of time that Bronwyn is
- 18:12Speaker 2: not in a good place with Whitney or Angie because
- 18:16Speaker 2: they were calling her a liar. So that's kind of
- 18:19Speaker 2: a bit of the headline there. So when everyone's you know,
- 18:23Speaker 2: entering in and they're welcome, they're welcome being themselves in which,
- 18:28Speaker 2: by the way, I loved Bronwin's outfit. Wow, those sequins
- 18:38Speaker 2: and those feather sleeves.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Yes, so good. Yeah, and I like, yeah, I liked
- 18:44Speaker 3: every risk that she took once again.
- 18:48Speaker 2: Once again. And interesting to find out that there was
- 18:52Speaker 2: a you know, I sort of a subtle dress theme
- 18:56Speaker 2: which was the diamonds or something, and Whitney seemed to
- 18:59Speaker 2: not know about it.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Yeah, Whitney was pretty checked out. I thought the whole episode, like,
- 19:06Speaker 3: I felt that the couple the last couple episodes. Uh,
- 19:11Speaker 3: I don't know if she's gotten any memos she getting
- 19:14Speaker 3: iced out.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Maybe she's getting ice sculptured out. I mean, easy to
- 19:17Speaker 2: do when you're cold clients.
- 19:22Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I actually loved she had one of
- 19:27Speaker 6: those moments where when Brittany Brittani arrived and she was
- 19:31Speaker 6: looking at her nails and Whitney's.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Like, oh, I didn't know you did this with your nails.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Do you always do this with your nails?
- 19:41Speaker 3: I know nells now Nells your Nell Carter's Yeah.
- 19:47Speaker 2: I was just gonna say, Nel Carter, I was like, oh,
- 19:49Speaker 2: too much break he wow. Hello, Now we are talking,
- 19:56Speaker 2: and you know, all the kids out there who were listening,
- 20:01Speaker 2: this is before their time. Emily, would you just a
- 20:03Speaker 2: quick explanation.
- 20:06Speaker 3: Now, there was an iconic show in the eighties called
- 20:08Speaker 3: Give Me a Break, starring Nel Carter and a young
- 20:11Speaker 3: Joey Lawrence, and.
- 20:14Speaker 4: They all lived together.
- 20:15Speaker 3: It was three kids in Nel Carter, I forget the
- 20:17Speaker 3: whole origin story and the song Gimme a Break?
- 20:21Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, why no one.
- 20:22Speaker 3: Egg tankes such.
- 20:24Speaker 2: A great theme song. Those were the days when they
- 20:26Speaker 2: had words and lyrics to theme songs.
- 20:29Speaker 3: Well, in fairness, we all skip over openings now and
- 20:34Speaker 3: theme songs.
- 20:35Speaker 2: So yes's true we did a by gone era. Yeah,
- 20:38Speaker 2: we we had it coming. In fact, I'd say we
- 20:40Speaker 2: asked for it quite frankly, thank you. Emily. Theresa's our
- 20:48Speaker 2: eighties correspondent is always gonna check in with us.
- 20:52Speaker 3: So there's also a vacuum in the fish tank. I
- 20:55Speaker 3: remember in the opening.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Number anyway, O, my god, amazing.
- 20:58Speaker 3: Up to her eyeballs chaos.
- 21:02Speaker 2: Eighties chaos, nothing like it. Yeah, so yeah, bron Win's
- 21:08Speaker 2: got the amazing two piece outfit. And oh, by the way,
- 21:11Speaker 2: you know how I said, oh, I didn't say this
- 21:13Speaker 2: to you. I think I was saying it to Stuart
- 21:15Speaker 2: on his podcast. But bron Win, she has this thing
- 21:20Speaker 2: that she does among others where I, you know, I
- 21:22Speaker 2: do my light impression of her is like kind of
- 21:25Speaker 2: laughing through things like no, well Todd said no. But
- 21:31Speaker 2: she does this thing where Heather was like, oh, yeah,
- 21:33Speaker 2: this is my second espresso martini and then bron was like, oh, oh,
- 21:38Speaker 2: you know, she's kind of like always taken it back
- 21:40Speaker 2: and shocked like oh my pearls. You know. So she
- 21:43Speaker 2: did that a couple times and it made me laugh
- 21:45Speaker 2: so hard.
- 21:47Speaker 3: Yes, look what I can see. Yes, I have a
- 21:50Speaker 3: confession to make.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Okay, we put it in front of the camera a
- 21:54Speaker 2: little closer. No to your right to your right, to
- 21:56Speaker 2: your right? What does it say? Starbucks? It's a Starbucks mug,
- 22:01Speaker 2: it's Todd's. It's Todd's star Hold on, you are way
- 22:05Speaker 2: off of the camera. You are like two.
- 22:08Speaker 3: More Starbucks mugs O the espresso, Starbucks espresso.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Oh my god, did you start collecting them after you
- 22:17Speaker 2: saw Todd's.
- 22:18Speaker 3: I want to say that I've been quietly knowing that
- 22:21Speaker 3: I also collect Starbucks.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Wow, here she comes. Wow you're gonna get some Potomac
- 22:29Speaker 2: music for that. Yes, wow, I had no idea.
- 22:34Speaker 3: I don't know. They're technically like Christmas ornament cups. Yeah,
- 22:41Speaker 3: I did a wrong part of the bin there series
- 22:45Speaker 3: with Todd. That's the series he collects the bin there
- 22:48Speaker 3: the cities.
- 22:49Speaker 4: But yeah, I gotta.
- 22:51Speaker 3: I can't deny that I've also been collected. And I
- 22:54Speaker 3: love a Starbucks Christmas mug.
- 22:58Speaker 4: Get those.
- 22:59Speaker 2: I am here for it. By the way, I did
- 23:02Speaker 2: not judge Todd for that.
- 23:04Speaker 3: I did, and then I was like, who the hell
- 23:06Speaker 3: are you?
- 23:06Speaker 2: You did and you had a sneaky little cupboard filled
- 23:11Speaker 2: with your little espresso cups. How dare you?
- 23:15Speaker 3: Yeah? I did? I did.
- 23:16Speaker 2: I'm gonna call Heather Gay and she's gonna put you
- 23:19Speaker 2: in her next book and she's gonna drag your ass. Oh,
- 23:21Speaker 2: she's at least gonna roll her eyes.
- 23:25Speaker 3: That's worse.
- 23:27Speaker 4: There's judgment.
- 23:28Speaker 3: I don't I don't.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Want it, and I know no, we don't.
- 23:32Speaker 3: But I can't live with a secret any longer.
- 23:34Speaker 2: So please, thank you so much for being transparent. These
- 23:36Speaker 2: are the times, you know what, we're all healing and thriving,
- 23:40Speaker 2: and so thank you. I thank you for setting the tone.

- 24:05Speaker 3: But that's also not that's not a secret that you
- 24:08Speaker 3: were shaming somebody for.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Just true, but I've never shared it.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Okay, well that's nice, thank you for sharing.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Also, I live in a cave. No, I'm kidding Eve

- 29:09Speaker 2: promo code drama fifteen. Let getting dressed be one less
- 29:13Speaker 2: thing to worry about. All right, guys, we are back
- 29:16Speaker 2: to the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, and now
- 29:19Speaker 2: let's really get into what happened here. So we we
- 29:25Speaker 2: are talking Whitney and we're talking at we're acknowledging at
- 29:30Speaker 2: camp day, Bronwyn spun her words to make it seem
- 29:34Speaker 2: like she was saying awful things about Heather. And so
- 29:36Speaker 2: now Whitney's like, I done, do not test her intentions.
- 29:40Speaker 2: And I was like, ooh, this could be the very
- 29:42Speaker 2: thing that really make Heather and Whitney bond, because clearly
- 29:47Speaker 2: when Heather and Whitney talked, Heather was like, I don't
- 29:50Speaker 2: believe it. I don't trust Bronwyn, So I'm going to
- 29:53Speaker 2: take your word for it. And so we're good, which
- 29:55Speaker 2: was pretty amazing. And so when they're having their one
- 29:59Speaker 2: on one and Lisa comes up and Whitney is trying
- 30:02Speaker 2: to explain this to Heather, Lisa just like runs in
- 30:07Speaker 2: and is like Whitney and She's like, can I fucking talk?
- 30:12Speaker 2: And it's like whoa. They just that escalated so fast.
- 30:17Speaker 3: Yes, it did what I know that I have to
- 30:21Speaker 3: actually I know, I said, Whitney's been a bit of
- 30:23Speaker 3: a sleeper.
- 30:23Speaker 4: Is she getting iced out?
- 30:24Speaker 3: But I'm glad that she's holding back because her former
- 30:28Speaker 3: tendency was to interject in weird spots like Angie does
- 30:33Speaker 3: with no like rhyme or raising yes to like hammer
- 30:38Speaker 3: in her agenda, and I like that she's not.
- 30:41Speaker 4: I like the breath she's giving things this year.
- 30:44Speaker 2: It's a breath. It's called prison Best. You can't get
- 30:49Speaker 2: it on prison but that the breath that's from Ali
- 30:51Speaker 2: Baba mocked up to prison crisis Alan gently right, Whitney's like,
- 30:59Speaker 2: I never said I was going to take down Heather,
- 31:02Speaker 2: and Lisa's like, you make things up and you lie.
- 31:06Speaker 2: I mean, it's like, holy shit, Lisa talk about just running,
- 31:11Speaker 2: just barging through. It's crazy. Lisa really has it out
- 31:14Speaker 2: for Whitney right now.
- 31:16Speaker 3: She does. I mean, she says at the end of
- 31:17Speaker 3: the episode.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I hate hate me, Yeah.
- 31:26Speaker 3: Which is so crazy Janey coming off of like last
- 31:29Speaker 3: season when they were like in the beginning of this season.
- 31:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, after Whitney did that thing to Lisa
- 31:36Speaker 2: about the jazz tickets that was really such a huge
- 31:41Speaker 2: takedown of Lisa. But then at the same time, after
- 31:45Speaker 2: what Lisa said about Meredith and that the fact that
- 31:47Speaker 2: they are in a good place now, anything as possible, Lisa,
- 31:51Speaker 2: Lisa should always give someone forgiveness, because Meredith forgave her,
- 31:56Speaker 2: you know, I mean.
- 31:57Speaker 3: Well, yeah, but there again, Lisa is a reverence for
- 31:59Speaker 3: Merredith that she does not have for Whitney.
- 32:02Speaker 2: That is true. Yeah, that is true, one hundred percent true.
- 32:05Speaker 2: Yeah boy, okay, so let me also just mention the ceremony.
- 32:11Speaker 2: Oh I'm sorry, I forgot to mention Meredith's grand entrance
- 32:15Speaker 2: on a horse and cornge slang. And she's right, she
- 32:21Speaker 2: doesn't make big entrances. Those are for like the housewives
- 32:25Speaker 2: that are really you know, they overdo it or they're
- 32:30Speaker 2: doing too much. But it's also great.
- 32:32Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, I didn't think it was.
- 32:34Speaker 3: I thought it was the perfect low key big entrance,
- 32:38Speaker 3: you know what I mean.
- 32:38Speaker 2: Yeah, it was low key for Salt Lake's No, I'm sorry.
- 32:43Speaker 2: It was big for Salt Lake City, way low key
- 32:46Speaker 2: for in comparison to Housewives World. So when she was like,
- 32:50Speaker 2: I don't make a big grand entrance, it's like, well,
- 32:53Speaker 2: it's not even that big. I mean, you deserve it.
- 32:55Speaker 3: But yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I thought it was nice.
- 32:57Speaker 2: It was lovely. It was nice to see the perspective
- 33:01Speaker 2: behind the horses, ears and Maine. I love seeing those
- 33:07Speaker 2: trotting in you know.
- 33:10Speaker 4: By the way, did you so?
- 33:11Speaker 3: I guess it was like right when they're coming in,
- 33:14Speaker 3: or maybe I forget when Whitney says it, but there's
- 33:18Speaker 3: it's not during this ceremony. It's at some point they
- 33:21Speaker 3: say Mazeltov and Whitney says, is that what you say?
- 33:26Speaker 3: What is that or something? I was like, girl, you
- 33:29Speaker 3: don't know Mazeltov, like at least from Watch What Happens Live.
- 33:33Speaker 2: But they just say muzzle. They don't say Mazeltav.
- 33:37Speaker 3: But Andy says it all the time.
- 33:39Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, she did say that, and I I'm not
- 33:42Speaker 2: exactly sure. I don't know why.
- 33:45Speaker 3: Maybe she thought that was just a funny thing that
- 33:48Speaker 3: they say on Watch What Happens.
- 33:50Speaker 2: Right Yeah, I mean she's like it's on a sweatshirt
- 33:52Speaker 2: that they got from Ali Baba. I was wondering about
- 33:57Speaker 2: those horses that Mereth came in on, because I was
- 33:59Speaker 2: wondering if they were gonna be those, you know, those
- 34:01Speaker 2: Budweiser horses Clyde I think Clyde's Clydesdale's. I was wondering,
- 34:06Speaker 2: and I don't think they were exactly Clydesdale's, but it
- 34:09Speaker 2: reminded me of Martha Stewart's Frisian horses because I think
- 34:14Speaker 2: it was two years ago, Martha got freaking four Freezian horses,
- 34:20Speaker 2: which are like the Clydesdale's but on another level. And
- 34:26Speaker 2: I remember her posting about it.
- 34:27Speaker 5: She's like, God, these beautiful, Beautifulsian horses that are taking
- 34:31Speaker 5: me around my property.
- 34:33Speaker 2: Oh, here we go. And it was like unbelievable, and
- 34:36Speaker 2: they were going through the snow and it's just remarkable.
- 34:40Speaker 3: An entrance would have been if Meredith came in with
- 34:44Speaker 3: Lisa vander Pump's miniatures dragging this way. That would have
- 34:49Speaker 3: been an entrance.
- 34:52Speaker 2: Those poor little ponies. Oh wait, we did lose one
- 34:55Speaker 2: of them. I think we lost Rose.
- 34:57Speaker 3: Oh I didn't realize that.
- 35:00Speaker 2: Hmm, well yeah, sorry, Oh yeah, it was a big deal.
- 35:06Speaker 3: Oh sorry, sorry, I mean I'm not a big enough
- 35:10Speaker 3: deal because I miss that totally.
- 35:12Speaker 4: So I feel terrible.
- 35:13Speaker 3: I feel awful. I need to send in an apology.
- 35:16Speaker 3: Who should I write?
- 35:18Speaker 2: Write Sannah, you know that's where they came from. Don't
- 35:25Speaker 2: worry about it, Lisa. It happened a while ago. Okay,
- 35:27Speaker 2: we've all moved on. So then we get to the ceremony,
- 35:32Speaker 2: and it really was so beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Now I'm
- 35:38Speaker 2: not sure about this, and so darlings, let me know.
- 35:40Speaker 2: But do yamicas typically have branding? Because the Meredith marks
- 35:44Speaker 2: Yamakas were killing me.
- 35:46Speaker 3: I mean I have seen them with somebody's name now, okay,
- 35:50Speaker 3: not corporate branding, but okay, so.
- 35:53Speaker 2: That's normal that I have their name. Okay, all right, Well,
- 35:57Speaker 2: because when you see her name on it, it's all
- 36:00Speaker 2: a brand. So I was like, well, this can't this
- 36:03Speaker 2: can't be branding. It's got to be just like personal
- 36:05Speaker 2: because this is actually her bot mitzvah. So that's what
- 36:07Speaker 2: it is, right, I just want to make sure. But
- 36:11Speaker 2: if there are, if they do brand them sometimes with companies,
- 36:15Speaker 2: I mean, I don't have a problem with it. I'm
- 36:17Speaker 2: just wondering if that's you know, sacrilege in a way.
- 36:20Speaker 2: But she got away with it because it's her name
- 36:22Speaker 2: and it's also her brand, so good on her. And
- 36:24Speaker 2: then SAT's was pink, which I was delighted about. And
- 36:29Speaker 2: Brooks had a problem. He's like, it's not your day, dad,
- 36:33Speaker 2: You're gonna upstage mom. So he also his his prayer cloth.
- 36:45Speaker 2: That tallet is what it's called, I think a tallet, Okay,
- 36:49Speaker 2: I'm not sure, but they both pronounced it differently, so
- 36:55Speaker 2: I can't go on Meredith, I don't know. So anyway,
- 36:58Speaker 2: I thought that was so lovely that she used Seth's Yeah, that.
- 37:02Speaker 3: Was really neat. I loved that cool. Yeah, and like
- 37:05Speaker 3: Meredith's mom and sister were there too.
- 37:08Speaker 2: Yes, sorry, I was just talking about read because it
- 37:10Speaker 2: was such a big deal. But yes, her family, her
- 37:12Speaker 2: sister and her mom, and I love seeing Lisa cry,
- 37:17Speaker 2: and you know, as the ceremony was going on, and
- 37:20Speaker 2: she also was saying, I feel closer to Meredith. Seth
- 37:22Speaker 2: was crying. Just lovely, so nice to be able to see,
- 37:26Speaker 2: and the pretty much the entire ceremony, not many cuts
- 37:30Speaker 2: we got to see. They slowed it down for us,
- 37:33Speaker 2: and I thought it was really poignant, and especially during
- 37:36Speaker 2: this time, like Meredith said in her speech that she
- 37:40Speaker 2: wanted to do this because of the rising situation of
- 37:43Speaker 2: anti Semitism, So I really felt I really felt that heavily,
- 37:47Speaker 2: and I was so glad to see so much reverence
- 37:52Speaker 2: towards it and time spent on it. Great way to
- 37:55Speaker 2: share that, and she was so emotional and I again
- 38:00Speaker 2: did not cry, because it takes a lot to get
- 38:02Speaker 2: cut through the lexpro but I was feeling very the
- 38:05Speaker 2: clemp if you will.
- 38:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I was I surprised. I surprise that she didn't
- 38:13Speaker 3: memorize it. She was reading it. And I know from
- 38:16Speaker 3: friends that there's a lot that you are supposed to
- 38:19Speaker 3: be memorized.
- 38:20Speaker 2: Oh the prayers and the songs. Yeah yeah, oh good point.
- 38:24Speaker 2: But she could have been nervous, you know.
- 38:27Speaker 3: Yeah, well so are my friends. So are my friends
- 38:29Speaker 3: when they were twelve and had to do it. But
- 38:31Speaker 3: you know, get it.
- 38:33Speaker 2: Marri of Shading, Oh my gosh, you a little bought
- 38:35Speaker 2: Mitzvah Shader. I totally recall in the past seeing a
- 38:40Speaker 2: lot of people who are preparing for this, and you
- 38:43Speaker 2: do see them memorizing and memorizing and memorizing. It seemed
- 38:47Speaker 2: like she did have it memorized because she did it
- 38:49Speaker 2: so fast.
- 38:51Speaker 3: She was looking down and reading it. I know, but
- 38:53Speaker 3: it seemed like because also on Howard they talked about
- 38:56Speaker 3: Howard talks about all the time you wasted memorizing the
- 39:00Speaker 3: so Mandy could have been like learning guitar or.
- 39:04Speaker 4: And yeah so And I just also know from my friends.
- 39:08Speaker 3: Like they would spend a year or whatever to like
- 39:13Speaker 3: memorize like Bukta yeah all that.
- 39:16Speaker 2: So, yeah, I hear you. I hear you. I agree.
- 39:19Speaker 2: I mean, I I see what you're saying, and I
- 39:21Speaker 2: just now I need some answers.
- 39:25Speaker 3: And now I'm I think you're still allowed if you
- 39:28Speaker 3: don't have it memorized. So I'm just saying, like, yeah, clear.
- 39:33Speaker 2: What happened? You know, we all want to know. Maybe
- 39:37Speaker 2: she struggles with memorization. Maybe she's got a difficult short
- 39:40Speaker 2: term memory. I mean, she's so my friends, alright, Emily's
- 39:45Speaker 2: got a bone depict. Can we talk about that fondue
- 39:48Speaker 2: slide that was in front of the fireplace?
- 39:49Speaker 3: My god, can we go find one? Can we ride one?
- 39:55Speaker 3: Can we ride a fondue slide straight into a flame.
- 39:59Speaker 2: That's how I want to die. Yes, that's why I
- 40:02Speaker 2: want to be cremated. Put my body on a fond
- 40:06Speaker 2: dude's slide, slide me right into that oven.
- 40:09Speaker 3: Oh, this is that's how hard to die and be cremated.
- 40:12Speaker 3: I want to die doing what I love, which is
- 40:15Speaker 3: sliding down a fond due slide. And then I'll then
- 40:18Speaker 3: just take my remains.
- 40:23Speaker 2: And leave the cheese on it, you know what I mean? Lease,
- 40:27Speaker 2: Can I just give you a very quick story about
- 40:30Speaker 2: a game that I found out my daughter and her
- 40:33Speaker 2: friends play at school and apparently have been playing for
- 40:35Speaker 2: at least two years now, and I had no idea.
- 40:38Speaker 2: It's called cheese touch, and apparently what you do?
- 40:43Speaker 4: Have you heard of this?
- 40:46Speaker 2: She literally I'm like hold on, hold on, and she goes, mom,
- 40:49Speaker 2: we've literally been playing it forever. You're old. I was like,
- 40:53Speaker 2: excuse me. I was like, that is top level sass,
- 40:57Speaker 2: and I will not have it. The front part of
- 40:59Speaker 2: that is fine. The second half you're gonna need to
- 41:03Speaker 2: edit that.
- 41:04Speaker 3: But anyway, and Monica, remember Monica used to always call them
- 41:08Speaker 3: all old.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's right. It's like her one comebag was
- 41:12Speaker 2: so cheap. Okay, So anyway, one of the kids will
- 41:17Speaker 2: touch cheese, whether it's in their lunch box or if
- 41:21Speaker 2: it's on the ground. Just if there's cheese and they're
- 41:25Speaker 2: so inclined, one person will touch the cheese. Then they'll
- 41:29Speaker 2: run around and try to tag somebody and be like
- 41:33Speaker 2: cheese touch. And then whoever gets touched, whoever gets the
- 41:37Speaker 2: cheese touch, then they have to pass it on. And
- 41:40Speaker 2: in order to block the cheese touch. Cheese touch, you
- 41:42Speaker 2: can do either this with your hand fingers which I'm
- 41:45Speaker 2: holding up to your fingers or cross your two fingers.
- 41:49Speaker 2: There's like two symbols that you can do in order
- 41:51Speaker 2: to be protected from the cheese touch.
- 41:53Speaker 3: Okay, yes, so going on for two years.
- 41:57Speaker 2: I mean in her mind, she says like it's been
- 42:00Speaker 2: going on forever. I would be surprised. I'd be surprised
- 42:03Speaker 2: if it started even this year.
- 42:04Speaker 3: I am going back to my earlier argument and underlining
- 42:08Speaker 3: it that Emily Simpson's kids probably didn't get the information
- 42:13Speaker 3: from Katie's seventeen year old daughter on a real housewise
- 42:17Speaker 3: of Orange County. They caught that shit at school. They're
- 42:21Speaker 3: playing cheese touch and talking about housewives at school.
- 42:24Speaker 2: Okay, good segue into that, and I'm not gonna lie
- 42:30Speaker 2: you return served.
- 42:32Speaker 3: I was returning served.
- 42:34Speaker 2: Okay. So it brings us back to the fondue slide
- 42:37Speaker 2: in front of the fire, you know, I the idea
- 42:40Speaker 2: of it's so great, and but the execution, like the
- 42:44Speaker 2: cheese dripping onto the plate, huh it was awesome.
- 42:49Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, me too.
- 42:51Speaker 2: I agree, it was awesome, but like I think it
- 42:55Speaker 2: needs to be tweaked a little bit. Something needs to
- 42:58Speaker 2: be ironed out. I'm not quite sure how, but did
- 43:00Speaker 2: you see how it was just like splat. And it
- 43:03Speaker 2: was like one splat and like, when is the next
- 43:05Speaker 2: splat coming along here? Waiting?
- 43:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I can't wait.
- 43:08Speaker 4: I love it?
- 43:10Speaker 2: Or can you just put a piece of bread right
- 43:12Speaker 2: under it and wait for it? You know, I need
- 43:14Speaker 2: to know the inner works workings of that, and I
- 43:16Speaker 2: want to make sure that it's being done right. It
- 43:19Speaker 2: seems like there might need to be another pass at
- 43:24Speaker 2: perfecting it. That's all I'm saying.
- 43:26Speaker 3: The only way to perfect it is to lay under
- 43:29Speaker 3: it like an I like a shot, like an ice
- 43:33Speaker 3: slide shot, Like I would love that. That would be
- 43:37Speaker 3: my spring break.
- 43:38Speaker 4: Let me go ahead and do those.
- 43:42Speaker 2: Oh, Emily said, so many fun do slide shots tonight.
- 43:46Speaker 2: She is wasted. You go from like the ice or whatever, Yeah,
- 43:55Speaker 2: the loose shots yea, to the fund that's like.
- 44:00Speaker 3: Between the hot tub and the pool, hot tub in
- 44:02Speaker 3: the pool. Yeah.
- 44:05Speaker 2: Oh my god, I'm so jazzed up right now. I
- 44:09Speaker 2: think we figured out our joint birthday party.
- 44:15Speaker 3: It's fire and ice.
- 44:19Speaker 2: Yeah, it's fire and nice baby. Okay, I'm liking where
- 44:24Speaker 2: this is going. So ceremony was fire wonderful. We got
- 44:29Speaker 2: that emotional part and then we get into some insane drama. Yeah,
- 44:35Speaker 2: and then we got married. Well we have married, Mary
- 44:37Speaker 2: and Mereth makeup. That's great. So Angie and Bronwin they.
- 44:41Speaker 3: Go, wait a second, we totally forgot Maylee was there.
- 44:45Speaker 2: Oh I have it.
- 44:46Speaker 4: Okay, I have it.
- 44:48Speaker 2: It wasn't worth mentioning yet, but okay.
- 44:51Speaker 3: Well, because she's outside and I thought, oh she's they're
- 44:54Speaker 3: actually really trying to bring her in.
- 44:56Speaker 2: Yeah, it was. It was impossible to her out, I
- 45:00Speaker 2: guess is a better way to put it.
- 45:02Speaker 3: Yeah, right, exactly, And then she almost gets a scene finally,
- 45:09Speaker 3: and Todd cuts her out.
- 45:11Speaker 4: Can I have a moment please?
- 45:12Speaker 2: Like so like I didn't even notice that.
- 45:14Speaker 3: Yeah, but yeah, go ahead, Oh this was that Todd.
- 45:19Speaker 2: Angie and Bronwin talk fight and they both want an
- 45:23Speaker 2: apology because bron Win's like, you know, I want you know,
- 45:27Speaker 2: you owe me an apology, and then Angie's like, well
- 45:30Speaker 2: I think you owe me. When she's like, oh are
- 45:33Speaker 2: you saying that I owe you an apology? And then
- 45:40Speaker 2: bron Win's like, you told me to shut the fuck
- 45:42Speaker 2: up like eighty times, and Angie's accusing her of making
- 45:46Speaker 2: things worse between her and Heather and Whitney and then
- 45:50Speaker 2: Bronwyn gets really activated and tries to walk away, which
- 45:55Speaker 2: I don't love. I don't like when a housewife tries
- 45:58Speaker 2: to leave that quickly, and Angie always calls them out,
- 46:02Speaker 2: why are you leaving? Because I remember Meredith last season,
- 46:09Speaker 2: Meredith and Angie were fighting so much, and Meredith would
- 46:13Speaker 2: never give her the time of day. Maybe it was
- 46:15Speaker 2: two seasons ago, I don't know. She would leave every
- 46:19Speaker 2: single time Angie would approach her. She would last season
- 46:23Speaker 2: it was oh, it was the funniest thing, and Angie'd
- 46:26Speaker 2: be like, oh, Mareth, I just want to try. I'm
- 46:29Speaker 2: la and was Merredith? Can I have a nah? Meredith?
- 46:34Speaker 2: Excuse me?
- 46:35Speaker 3: Could I no?
- 46:36Speaker 2: Every single time and it was killing me, and she
- 46:40Speaker 2: was calling her out. I'm like, don't leave, like, please,
- 46:43Speaker 2: don't leave. It's the worst, you know. And I agree
- 46:44Speaker 2: with that on some level. So I appreciate Angie sticking
- 46:46Speaker 2: in the game. But boy, bron was so activated.
- 46:49Speaker 3: But Angie I got why Bronman was walking away because
- 46:53Speaker 3: Angie was like aggressive in her apology in the worst way.
- 46:58Speaker 3: It was such a backhanded apology. Yeah, and then she's.
- 47:03Speaker 4: Like, Okay, here's your stupid apology.
- 47:05Speaker 3: And then right now, let me have mine, And Bron's like,
- 47:09Speaker 3: I don't want to play this game with you, like,
- 47:11Speaker 3: I'm not apologizing, and what you did was worse than apologizing.
- 47:15Speaker 2: M Yeah, I hate that. Do you think that Bronwyn
- 47:18Speaker 2: did anything to Angie though by making things worse?
- 47:21Speaker 3: I mean I don't. I think like this whole time,
- 47:26Speaker 3: all the shit that is said about Bronwyn, I like,
- 47:30Speaker 3: she's a liar.
- 47:31Speaker 4: She's you know, saying things back.
- 47:34Speaker 3: I feel the opposite, and watching it, I'm like, the
- 47:36Speaker 3: one person I trust in this thing is Bronwyn.
- 47:39Speaker 2: Yeah, she's gonna say it and not She's gonna say it,
- 47:43Speaker 2: forget it, right, regret it. She says too much, if anything,
- 47:48Speaker 2: And I suppose if that is what Angie's point is,
- 47:52Speaker 2: then you know, maybe that's what it is. But boy,
- 47:55Speaker 2: she Bronwin is not afraid to get messy. But she
- 47:57Speaker 2: says it. She says it out loud to me and
- 47:59Speaker 2: then ron when she tries to walk away, and then well,
- 48:02Speaker 2: oh yes, they're arguing about Angie's like, your language is
- 48:06Speaker 2: show Bard your language, and She's like you're the one
- 48:08Speaker 2: who says shut the fuck up. And then Angie's like, for.
- 48:12Speaker 5: You said dick, you said, writing you, I can't ride
- 48:14Speaker 5: your dicklesword.
- 48:15Speaker 2: Dick, dick. Jick bought mits for Dick, Dick dick. And
- 48:20Speaker 2: then Todd comes up and they're fighting and swearing and
- 48:24Speaker 2: it was just so inappropriate, and he tries to like
- 48:29Speaker 2: that was awkward. It's always going to be awkward when
- 48:31Speaker 2: the husband and the u husband walks up.
- 48:34Speaker 3: I know. And then Angie's weirdly aggressive liking Todd. Yeah,
- 48:39Speaker 3: she'd like get Todd on her side, which I hated.
- 48:43Speaker 2: I know, it was very awkward.
- 48:44Speaker 3: And the thing I think at the end of the day,
- 48:48Speaker 3: I don't like Angie's like schoolmarm kind style of shaming.
- 48:54Speaker 3: I just am not like the language like who gives
- 48:57Speaker 3: us shit?
- 48:58Speaker 2: Well, yeah, especially if you're also doing it too.
- 49:02Speaker 3: Yeah, And I mean they're gonna always live in hypocrisy,
- 49:08Speaker 3: but yes, always the shame, the slutshain like everything with Angie.
- 49:12Speaker 3: Oh god, old school like what are you doing? Yeah
- 49:16Speaker 3: what I'm find something else?
- 49:19Speaker 2: Well, bron was really upset, and she was upset at
- 49:21Speaker 2: Todd because I guess she kind of felt like maybe
- 49:25Speaker 2: Todd was trying to smooth things out with Angie and
- 49:27Speaker 2: she didn't want things to be smoothed out, and that
- 49:29Speaker 2: got weird, and Todd still doesn't know he's on camera,
- 49:32Speaker 2: so he's like, please cut it up. Stop it there
- 49:34Speaker 2: not appropriate. This is a.
- 49:38Speaker 3: Yeah, he was also by the way they're arguing about
- 49:41Speaker 3: the moment that Todd had scolded her for at the vacation.
- 49:46Speaker 3: That's the thing that he when she when uh, Bronwyn
- 49:49Speaker 3: said riding your dick, Like, yeah, that's the thing that
- 49:53Speaker 3: Todd was pissed about them fighting.
- 49:56Speaker 2: Yes, So for it to be brought up is like,
- 49:58Speaker 2: oh no, I don't want this to become up again though.
- 50:01Speaker 3: Oh and then on the after show, Angie said that
- 50:07Speaker 3: Todd and Bronwyn had looked at their house recently to
- 50:11Speaker 3: buy it because Todd does not like the renovations in
- 50:15Speaker 3: their current home and would like to live in Angie's home.
- 50:20Speaker 3: No way, Yeah, Angie and Sean are going to get
- 50:24Speaker 3: a rambler. They're looking to buy a ranch with a
- 50:26Speaker 3: rambler on it, like a one story like long ranch
- 50:31Speaker 3: that their daughter can have horses and they can.
- 50:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:36Speaker 3: But anyway, I thought that was interesting.
- 50:38Speaker 2: That's very interesting. I think like that feels like a
- 50:41Speaker 2: storyline for next season. You were you were in a
- 50:44Speaker 2: Barimore house, Angie, I was gonna buy your house. I
- 50:47Speaker 2: wasn't gonna buy That really feels like a storyline to me.
- 50:53Speaker 2: That's amazing, actually, thank you for that insight. Wow. Okay,
- 50:59Speaker 2: so then we kind of shift. We have the Whitney
- 51:02Speaker 2: Heather Lisa thing, which we we already talked about because
- 51:06Speaker 2: that was explosive, and Lisa's like, you make things up
- 51:08Speaker 2: and you lie. And then incomes Bronwyn and Brittani and like,
- 51:14Speaker 2: now they're sort of all together, and Whitney's there and
- 51:16Speaker 2: Angie's there, and now all I know is that Bronwyn
- 51:20Speaker 2: goes over to Angie and says, I'll be messy on
- 51:23Speaker 2: your behalf. Brittany told me you called her a slut
- 51:26Speaker 2: because she thinks you're you are one.
- 51:33Speaker 3: Bronwyn's and the only ally on the show is Bronwyn.
- 51:37Speaker 2: Yeah, and I love it. I can't get over it.
- 51:40Speaker 2: I can't believe.
- 51:40Speaker 3: That was next level.
- 51:43Speaker 2: It was next level. And her confessional was even leveled
- 51:47Speaker 2: up from that, because she's like, Brittany wanted to be
- 51:51Speaker 2: friends for five minutes. I gave her a solid five
- 51:52Speaker 2: that shit's over. I was like, excuse me, or who
- 51:58Speaker 2: are we? And and what Housewives school did you go to?
- 52:02Speaker 3: I know the way it was like choreographed, perfect and
- 52:07Speaker 3: it was authentic. Yeah, she's spun in. She is no
- 52:11Speaker 3: longer like on Angie's radar at all.
- 52:15Speaker 2: Yeah, they just she's they had a huge fight two
- 52:18Speaker 2: seconds ago.
- 52:19Speaker 3: Yeah, And the thing is like, no matter if Angie
- 52:22Speaker 3: said three people or ten people, whatever the number.
- 52:26Speaker 2: Was, Oh right, that's right, that's what it was.
- 52:28Speaker 4: It doesn't matter.
- 52:30Speaker 3: Like yeah, and also like, how can you not respect
- 52:34Speaker 3: Braunman and think that she's holding shit? She doesn't care. No,
- 52:38Speaker 3: she's gonna just throw it all out there.
- 52:40Speaker 2: And the two seconds ago she even insulted Brittany and
- 52:44Speaker 2: who else was over there? Oh? Melee, Melee? Who else
- 52:47Speaker 2: was over there?
- 52:49Speaker 3: Kids all the time?
- 52:50Speaker 2: Yeah, she's like, who thought that I defriends with YouTube?
- 52:53Speaker 2: Fucking loser as well. Anyway, let's go over here so
- 52:56Speaker 2: I can throw somebody overunder the bus and get out
- 52:58Speaker 2: of this situation. And then immediately, Yeah, like you said,
- 53:02Speaker 2: she is her own ally, that's it.
- 53:05Speaker 3: Good respect.
- 53:06Speaker 2: Yeah, except that's a problem if she isolates herself too much,
- 53:11Speaker 2: because then no one will want to shoot with her.
- 53:13Speaker 3: That's oh, I think that they will want to shoot
- 53:15Speaker 3: with her because she's.
- 53:17Speaker 2: Real Okay, by the way, on the after show, wait no,
- 53:21Speaker 2: I don't know where I saw this whatever, it was
- 53:23Speaker 2: an interview and Bronwyn said something along the lines of
- 53:27Speaker 2: what you've said from the jump when Heather and Bronwyn
- 53:30Speaker 2: were not getting along and you were like they're the
- 53:33Speaker 2: same person essentially, and Bronwyn said that she was like,
- 53:36Speaker 2: I feel like we're the same person and like we
- 53:38Speaker 2: could have. I thought we were going to get along immediately,
- 53:41Speaker 2: so it's really shocking that we didn't. So I thought
- 53:43Speaker 2: that was funny. She said who knows in the feature.
- 53:46Speaker 3: Yeah, And on the after show, Angie this one says
- 53:50Speaker 3: to she says, uh, yeah, well we know like Bronwin
- 53:54Speaker 3: lies about everything. She said that on the after show.
- 53:57Speaker 4: And I was like, no, she doesn't.
- 54:00Speaker 3: She's the only one, even when it's like her idea
- 54:04Speaker 3: of like the whole thing at the beginning of this
- 54:06Speaker 3: season about them talking about Whitney in the car and
- 54:09Speaker 3: then she tells Whitney pretty much exactly what she said,
- 54:13Speaker 3: which is what she said, like, I think Heather, I
- 54:17Speaker 3: think Lisa Meredith the ogs are going to watch this
- 54:21Speaker 3: season and be like, oh no, when we.
- 54:25Speaker 4: Get information from Bronwen. It's the real deal. So she's in.
- 54:30Speaker 2: I would call many other women on this show liars
- 54:32Speaker 2: before I would call bron Win a liar.
- 54:34Speaker 3: Yeah for sure.
- 54:35Speaker 2: Lisa just called Whitney a liar. Yeah, oh my gosh.
- 54:40Speaker 2: So then so Bronwin says, I'll be messing on your behalf.
- 54:42Speaker 2: She told me you called her a slut because she
- 54:45Speaker 2: thinks you're one. And that was just outside when she
- 54:48Speaker 2: said that, And that was just kind of like a
- 54:50Speaker 2: I thought it was a throwaway comment by Brittany because
- 54:53Speaker 2: she was just trying to defend herself and she was
- 54:55Speaker 2: just being shady for the sake of you.
- 54:58Speaker 3: Know again old school, Like I just just like.
- 55:02Speaker 2: She'd have a better comeback.
- 55:04Speaker 3: Yeah, she's just very It felt very like a very
- 55:07Speaker 3: sheltered idea. And I'm also like, slut it up, have
- 55:12Speaker 3: a great time.
- 55:13Speaker 2: Well, the fact that this was even a conversation is
- 55:15Speaker 2: so crazy, you know. And these are like, these are
- 55:17Speaker 2: older women who have lived their lives and have been
- 55:19Speaker 2: married and divorce, they've had kids. You know, it's just
- 55:22Speaker 2: it's just silly.
- 55:23Speaker 3: So like Sonamua and Lou would be like, I'm sorry,
- 55:27Speaker 3: what how many like more please, I know you know
- 55:31Speaker 3: what I mean, like it would be.
- 55:32Speaker 2: Yeah, but they're not living a Mormon life. I mean,
- 55:34Speaker 2: that's why it's so insulting. And we're in a different situation,
- 55:37Speaker 2: which I think I keep forgetting about. But yeah, that's
- 55:40Speaker 2: why I think. Uh, when Brittany and bron when we're
- 55:44Speaker 2: talking about this, bron Wan's like, doesn't she know how
- 55:48Speaker 2: how Mormon you are? And she's like, yes, she does know.
- 55:51Speaker 2: So I don't know why she would say I'm with
- 55:53Speaker 2: all these men, you know, and she's.
- 55:55Speaker 3: Not Mormon, and she's the one that's like calling her
- 55:58Speaker 3: these names.
- 55:59Speaker 2: No, I'm I'm saying Brittany, I'm just saying Brittany.
- 56:02Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah.
- 56:03Speaker 2: So Angie's like, she says, that's high body count hair
- 56:06Speaker 2: she starts to go for her hair.
- 56:08Speaker 3: Okay.
- 56:08Speaker 2: I did laugh at that, of course, I mean who
- 56:11Speaker 2: didn't laugh at that. I was shocked she came up
- 56:16Speaker 2: with something so creative as an insult.
- 56:18Speaker 3: I mean, look, I don't think she came up with that.
- 56:21Speaker 3: Oh you don't if I don't know, I don't think
- 56:24Speaker 3: that that. I think that that's something that's probably in
- 56:28Speaker 3: her wheelhouse or like, that's something that I would be like,
- 56:32Speaker 3: oh shit, yeah, we used to say that in middle school,
- 56:34Speaker 3: you know what I mean, Like, I think it's an
- 56:36Speaker 3: insult that might be regional that I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 56:39Speaker 3: look it up. I mean, it might not be something
- 56:42Speaker 3: that you can look up, but I don't know if
- 56:47Speaker 3: Angie came up with that.
- 56:48Speaker 2: I'm gonna I'm gonna bet that she did. So I'm
- 56:52Speaker 2: gonna look it up now, and I'm gonna all i'm
- 56:54Speaker 2: seeing huh okay.
- 56:56Speaker 4: Because you're just gonna see it from.
- 56:58Speaker 2: From last night. Yes, but I see some reddits and
- 57:03Speaker 2: I see like, what does high body count hair mean?
- 57:08Speaker 1: Oh?
- 57:08Speaker 2: No, actually that this is actually this isn't a condition.
- 57:14Speaker 2: It's it's like excess hair growth. So that's not the insult.
- 57:21Speaker 4: Darlings. Have you heard the term high body count?
- 57:23Speaker 3: We need to know prior to the events, Okay, whatever date.
- 57:29Speaker 2: Yeah, No, everything I'm seeing with high body count hair
- 57:33Speaker 2: says significant amount of body hair, often associated with high
- 57:36Speaker 2: testosterone levels. So that's what I'm seeing. I'm not seeing
- 57:40Speaker 2: the slang term anywhere except associated with Angie, so please,
- 57:45Speaker 2: it would.
- 57:45Speaker 3: Be like the Urban Dictionary or something that would be hair.
- 57:49Speaker 3: It would be she's got a high body they would
- 57:51Speaker 3: be like, oh, she has a high body count. That
- 57:54Speaker 3: would be the thing.
- 57:54Speaker 2: Oh high body count, Yeah, that's a thing.
- 57:57Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 57:57Speaker 3: So then Angie just like started saying it about everything.
- 58:00Speaker 3: Think she was wearing.
- 58:01Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's but that was the smart retort.
- 58:04Speaker 4: Yes, okay, so she came up with the whole like.
- 58:07Speaker 2: No, no, no, just just the hair. I'm sorry, So
- 58:10Speaker 2: I agree with you. Yeah, she came up Yeah, okay,
- 58:13Speaker 2: all right, so we're clear on that. I've never heard
- 58:16Speaker 2: it said like that, yeah, that's how high BodyCount here
- 58:18Speaker 2: in this high body count drawer broidery her own heels,
- 58:22Speaker 2: and like, I really did think it was funny, and
- 58:26Speaker 2: Lisa thought it was hilarious, yeah, because she knew it
- 58:31Speaker 2: was gonna catch fire with everybody right away. But then
- 58:35Speaker 2: Britney had left crying. And that's no fun. That's no
- 58:38Speaker 2: fun at all, you.
- 58:39Speaker 3: Know, I mean, it was so fun, it was kind
- 58:42Speaker 3: of fun.
- 58:43Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 58:47Speaker 3: Then our better Meredith has stepped up, so I well.
- 58:51Speaker 2: Whitney stepped up first. Whitney stepped up for She's like, no,
- 58:54Speaker 2: that was actually really really not nice. That was really
- 58:57Speaker 2: not that's she's cryking. She left crying and then, and
- 59:02Speaker 2: Angie actually was like, oh she did, Like I didn't.
- 59:05Speaker 2: I didn't expect her to cry over. I think she
- 59:07Speaker 2: was a little shockedpecked, Angie. I mean, honestly, I because
- 59:12Speaker 2: these women, I don't know, you got to have your
- 59:14Speaker 2: fighting gloves on. And I was surprised that she was
- 59:17Speaker 2: crying too, to be honest with you.
- 59:19Speaker 3: I mean, it was so low though I would have cried.
- 59:22Speaker 3: I mean it was like and I would be like
- 59:24Speaker 3: not even having a problem being called a slut. It's
- 59:27Speaker 3: more like the physical attacks.
- 59:29Speaker 2: You're just like, yeah, it's really mean. It's mean. And
- 59:33Speaker 2: then Angie's like, what didn't I wasn't slut shaming her,
- 59:36Speaker 2: I was hair shaming her. Shut up, Okay, but that
- 59:40Speaker 2: was funny to me too.
- 59:41Speaker 3: And then.
- 59:46Speaker 2: I'm sorry, you're terrible people, I know, but I'm really
- 59:52Speaker 2: glad that Meredith stepped up me too. That was very smart.
- 59:57Speaker 2: And she was like, you're calling her a slow you
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: can go securing. It's amazing.
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: I like that. And she's like, let me explain to
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: the security, like merit to the security.
- 1:00:09Speaker 5: Yeah, first of all, I'm a hundred pounds, I'm Greek,
- 1:00:14Speaker 5: and sometimes I say things that are just meant to
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: be funny.
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: Can I take the cheese fondue sloid with me?
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: They were in the hallway forever and there was something
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: in that hallway. Lisa was talking to her forever and ghost.
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: I wish it looked like they were standing in front
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: of a huge Jenga game.
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: Did you notice that after a while?
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: They were standing in front of it for so long?
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: And I'm like, oh, yeah, the Jewish Jenga game, the
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: popular Jewish but mitsvah bar metz the Jewish game. Yes,
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: it's part of the culture, it's part of the religion.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: It's that's what happens. You have to an everybody gather
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: around the Jewish Jenga game. It's now time for us
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: to play. This is a very important tradition. Sad oh yeah, yeah, okay,
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: So and then we get Lisa being like, see you
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: in Portavayara, which we didn't really even know was going
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: to happen. Did we know, because like.
- 1:01:12Speaker 4: Always this is the flashback too.
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: Yeah, we always see just like usually we see somebody
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: starting to plan the cast trip. We usually see a
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: lunch where they're like we're going on at cast trip.
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: Or a speaker from multi speaker face time facetimes.
- 1:01:31Speaker 4: Yeah, call Vicki's landline on speaker.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: Yeah, but we just saw Lisa and John and Lisa's
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: like I throve the best girls trips and that was it.
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: So good, so good? All right, Well, they just keep delivering.
