A masked terror is on the loose in Philadelphia — 22-year-old Zymire Hughes allegedly stalked city streets near City Hall, terrifying joggers and bystanders with chilling threats like “Are you ready to die?” Police say he wore a doll-like mask, possibly filming for social media, and fled when confronted by SEPTA officers.
