3:06
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's how Joe, that's
3:31
[SPEAKER_00]: And uh, and juicy happens.
3:32
[SPEAKER_00]: Also be one of the legendary killer bees from the dolphins.
3:35
[SPEAKER_00]: I caught it.
3:36
[SPEAKER_00]: Ninety-nighty's defense.
3:37
[SPEAKER_00]: Kim Boking up her.
3:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Where kind of a regular these days, I mean, nice to be on a fish tank with you guys now.
3:43
[SPEAKER_01]: It's been a long time for me.
3:44
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm kind of, you're kind of brushing the dust off me a little bit and getting me to work.
3:48
[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, you talk about all this other, like, um, whatever he has names and all this, what, what a great fucking do we got on here, bro?
3:57
[SPEAKER_04]: Man.
3:58
[SPEAKER_00]: Just the best.
3:59
[SPEAKER_04]: You know what I mean?
4:00
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, we'll talk, man.
4:01
[SPEAKER_04]: Like from day one, me down here, man, both been, both been great to me, man.
4:06
[SPEAKER_04]: And, you know, the thirty years I've been down here bone.
4:09
[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, I've been out here thirty seven years now.
4:11
[SPEAKER_04]: Do you believe that?
4:12
[SPEAKER_04]: Thirty two years, Bo.
4:13
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
4:14
[SPEAKER_04]: You've always been amazing, bro.
4:15
[SPEAKER_04]: And I'm, you know, it's awesome.
4:18
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I got to go credit to, you know, been we both been with this organization a long time.
4:23
[SPEAKER_01]: I got to give credit to the guys that I broke in with.
4:26
[SPEAKER_01]: that taught me how to, you know, taught me how to, you know, a good football player, taught me how to be a good guy and taught me to, you know, be good to other people.
4:33
[SPEAKER_01]: So I think from a good lineage of an organization.
4:38
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what's up.
4:39
[SPEAKER_00]: That's great stuff.
4:40
[SPEAKER_00]: And listen, I'm no math expert, but I will say if I take thirty two years off the top of both of you guys, neither of you were out to pasture when you guys first met.
4:49
[SPEAKER_00]: So it's not journey.
4:51
[SPEAKER_00]: No, no.
4:52
[SPEAKER_00]: Not even long journey.
4:54
[SPEAKER_00]: So Bo, we, you know, I know I'm out to pasture.
4:57
[SPEAKER_00]: You guys have been doing your training camp dates and juice and I have been doing some of the same.
5:03
[SPEAKER_00]: And we just come off a week
5:05
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I know you're on this this grand eleven day tour.
5:10
[SPEAKER_00]: We saw we saw glimpse of the view.
5:12
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't that didn't like the team hotel.
5:18
[SPEAKER_01]: I took a we took a security route to Detroit.
5:22
[SPEAKER_01]: I have a great friend John Hargrove and his wife Mary Cheryl and the invited us up to their house up in
5:27
[SPEAKER_01]: upper Michigan and it is spectacular right on I like it I could you know my arms not that good anymore do you so I knew you were a pitcher I could I could hoist a rock into Lake Michigan for more on sitting right now and it's just been nice been a nice couple day kind of a nice little respite in the two days for two days off before we get back at it and the joint practices uh there's a coming up soon
5:51
[SPEAKER_04]: That's awesome right there.
5:52
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, speaking of joint practices.
5:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Last week, there was one joint practice with Chicago where, you know, juicing I weren't there, you were a bow, but by all accounts, the bears really set the tone.
6:03
[SPEAKER_00]: They came out there with a certain level of intensity, a physicality.
6:07
[SPEAKER_00]: There was questions as to whether or not they were following the agreement that had been set up between the two head coaches.
6:14
[SPEAKER_00]: But then when it came to the game day to the dolphins credit, I think we all felt the answer, you know, they came back and answered.
6:22
[SPEAKER_00]: But here we are now preparing for joint work with the Detroit Lions.
6:27
[SPEAKER_00]: And Detroit linebacker Grant Stewart said the following.
6:31
[SPEAKER_00]: So we this was just posted today.
6:33
[SPEAKER_00]: I guess he was on a podcast.
6:34
[SPEAKER_00]: He said, I don't know if they're ready.
6:37
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to keep it a stack.
6:38
[SPEAKER_00]: I played it other places and played against that team last year and joint practices against them twice when I was in Tampa.
6:45
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if they practice how we practice now.
6:49
[SPEAKER_00]: First of all, I had to go back and look, you know, I don't know a lot about it.
6:52
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not taking a shot here.
6:54
[SPEAKER_00]: I just didn't know a lot about Grant Stewart.
6:56
[SPEAKER_00]: He's a former Mr. A relevant.
6:57
[SPEAKER_00]: So you know he's a scrappy guy if he's still playing in the league as a Mr. A relevant, right?
7:02
[SPEAKER_00]: You should be quite in right big Seth.
7:04
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying he should be quiet.
7:06
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm
7:07
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, we're going to see if that happens, right?
7:09
[SPEAKER_00]: But he was, so he was what Tampa was interesting is he was with Tampa in twenty one.
7:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
7:14
[SPEAKER_00]: And then in twenty two and right before they traded him.
7:17
[SPEAKER_00]: And, and so he was did a joint practice with the Brian Flores led dolphins.
7:23
[SPEAKER_00]: And then in twenty two with the first iteration of the Mike McDonald dolphin.
7:27
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know who which group he's talking about.
7:30
[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the question.
7:32
[SPEAKER_00]: really developed a bad habit juice of these long questions.
7:36
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll just call that an exposition is what we'll call that.
7:38
[SPEAKER_00]: But has the perception kind of become a reality to some respect with how the league views the Miami Dolphins and then what can they do to change?
7:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
7:47
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, so here's my thought.
7:50
[SPEAKER_01]: You go back to last year.
7:51
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go back a year ago right around this time.
7:55
[SPEAKER_01]: And they signed Jordan Poir.
7:58
[SPEAKER_01]: and joined poor during the first time he sticks to the microphone in front of the media says, hey, we knew how to beat the dolphins.
8:06
[SPEAKER_01]: You get them on their heels and basically they're going to lay down and you just run over them.
8:12
[SPEAKER_01]: And so this isn't the first time that people have spoken about that.
8:17
[SPEAKER_01]: And I would think last year some of the times where they played maybe it was true.
8:25
[SPEAKER_01]: But there's one thing I see this year.
8:26
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, the joint practice against the bears, you know, Ben Johnson, you know, he came from Detroit.
8:35
[SPEAKER_01]: And we know we know Detroit is.
8:37
[SPEAKER_01]: We know Dan Campbell.
8:38
[SPEAKER_01]: We know what that team's about.
8:39
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a physical team.
8:40
[SPEAKER_01]: And he works there too.
8:42
[SPEAKER_01]: They're players hard.
8:43
[SPEAKER_01]: And they're going to be very physical.
8:45
[SPEAKER_01]: So he, Ben Johnson's bringing that, I think he's bringing that to Chicago.
8:49
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think when the first,
8:53
[SPEAKER_01]: joint practice the only joint practice he want to flex that muscle.
8:57
[SPEAKER_01]: So instead of like just you know, instead of just bumping or bumping the guys that they call them these now.
9:02
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, they were throwing guys in the ground.
9:03
[SPEAKER_01]: I think, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh,
9:20
[SPEAKER_01]: and just watching practice through the course of this year.
9:24
[SPEAKER_01]: I think he's heard a lot of this, hey, the team is soft, you don't practice hard enough, you don't do this, you don't do that.
9:32
[SPEAKER_01]: And from what I've seen so far, both on practices and talking to Mike McDaniel, pretty much at length in these production, in the production meeting we had,
9:43
[SPEAKER_01]: is I think he knows that I think he's you know because you know Mike Mike Mike is going to Mike is going to try to turn over every stove during the off season and figure out what didn't work last year and see if you can make it work this year.
9:57
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I think you know and when I was talking I said Mike I you know I watch your practice is now they're CRISPR they're up tempo
10:04
[SPEAKER_01]: you know you're in there and they seem to be a little bit more physical and you know and he's in and he kind of said yeah that's kind of what we're looking at it.
10:14
[SPEAKER_01]: If you notice he's going around to every he'll go to every he'll go to the defense alignment he'll go to the linebackers he'll go to the offense like so he's he's this year he's going to all these units and and just pushing them a little bit and and so I think he
10:30
[SPEAKER_01]: He too realized that maybe they were, we're not as physical as they need to be.
10:35
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think when you saw the game, you know, I thought they tackled really well.
10:40
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought that front seven that we knew was going to be really good played really well.
10:44
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't see, I think it made me one missed tackle.
10:47
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's pretty unusual for the first preseason game.
10:50
[SPEAKER_01]: That's how I went.
10:52
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think the offense on the offensive side, I think that line probably didn't have the ability to play as physical as they would like, only because you had, you know, Patrick Paul, you know, it did play last year.
11:06
[SPEAKER_01]: And then you got Jonah Sonna, sonna, sonna, sonna.
11:09
[SPEAKER_01]: You got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him you got to tell him
11:39
[SPEAKER_01]: And so that offensive line, you know, that's the first time they're all together, although they didn't have Austin Jackson.
11:45
[SPEAKER_01]: So I think that may have been a little bit of the, you know, a problem for them.
11:50
[SPEAKER_01]: And especially when you looked at the goal line, you know, you know, if you noticed, when, whenever they got to the goal line, whenever they got inside the five yard line, they didn't throw any balls in the end zone.
12:02
[SPEAKER_01]: They were going to punch you in.
12:03
[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to punch you in.
12:04
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I think Mike's trying to drive that message that, hey, we're going to be a tough.
12:09
[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to be grinders or we're going to punch you in.
12:11
[SPEAKER_01]: He talked about it after the game.
12:13
[SPEAKER_01]: And so, you know, I can understand him saying that, but I think this is a completely different team.
12:20
[SPEAKER_01]: personal wise and attitude wise and everybody now wants to be a Lord look you don't you you automatically get a physical more physical when you get Kenneth Grant Jalen Phillips
12:35
[SPEAKER_01]: and then on the offensive line, you get Savannah and you get that, and you got Patrick Paul from last year, that automatically makes you a more physical football team.
12:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Now they've got to be, you know, it's going to take a while for them to gel, but when they gel, I think we're going to see a completely different team from a physicality standpoint.
12:54
[SPEAKER_04]: You know, but what's what's crazy to me is that I didn't realize this and I didn't know I don't know who else.
12:59
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, you guys probably are new vices that pretty much in the preseason these the teams get a chance to hand pick really the teams.
13:06
[SPEAKER_04]: They want to probably plan the preseason as well as what they want to obviously go and join practice with.
13:12
[SPEAKER_04]: So I think it's ironic or maybe on purpose that
13:16
[SPEAKER_04]: For going against the NFC North team like Chicago Bears and NFC North team like the Detroit Lions and of course Dan Campbell.
13:26
[SPEAKER_04]: test our physicality.
13:28
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
13:28
[SPEAKER_04]: I think that was a great move by us.
13:29
[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know, to see like, you know, we saw the physical last week, but I think they were sprouting the game.
13:35
[SPEAKER_04]: Now they're going, I think to a tougher opponent in that the same division.
13:39
[SPEAKER_04]: And I think that that's a great move by my Daniel might me Daniel to see like, Hey, who's who's about it?
13:45
[SPEAKER_04]: And when it comes to, you know, hitting somebody in the mouth or taking a hit in the mouth and they're responding to it.
13:50
[SPEAKER_01]: He said, you know, he said it the first the first time you met the media before the joint practice with both the bears.
14:00
[SPEAKER_01]: He said as soon as I got the as soon as we got the soon as I saw the schedule that we're going to play a preseason of bears the first thing I did was I got in the fall and set up a joint practice with the bears.
14:10
[SPEAKER_01]: And then and then move on because, you know, they, you know, let's coach us call around and see and then and you're right.
14:16
[SPEAKER_01]: And then you go for two with the lines and so it doesn't get more physical than that.
14:24
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know, I'm glad you also brought up some of the young guys that they brought in, you know, those three defensive tackles all look like they're doing.
14:32
[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
14:33
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, all the real of them, which, you know, Kudos to if that is the case and that carries beyond just, you know, a couple practices and preseason.
14:43
[SPEAKER_00]: To be able to get guys at all different spots throughout the round, I'm sorry, throughout the draft and guys that could come in and play and contribute and who are physical and and kind of check the boxes of those things you're trying to accomplish, you know, got to give the scout and Chris Greer and everybody a lot of credit for that.
15:01
[SPEAKER_00]: At what point, though, does that translate to changing the perception?
15:05
[SPEAKER_00]: Because I am under the impression, and I'm with you, I think that people are going to get caught off guard.
15:11
[SPEAKER_00]: I think, and not just because of those three players, certainly those three players, don't try and tell me that Zack Sealer isn't physical or that Zack Sealer is a tough guy.
15:19
[SPEAKER_01]: And look, you got Jordan Brooks.
15:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Another one.
15:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you got, you know, all these linebackers to you died.
15:28
[SPEAKER_01]: And those guys, yes.
15:30
[SPEAKER_01]: Jordan Brooks and and and give me on the other side of the other line backer.
15:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Harald Dodson, they got it on the sideline because one didn't think that the other one was living up to his job.
15:47
[SPEAKER_01]: So they're fighting for their guys to raise the level of their practices.
15:52
[SPEAKER_01]: And so as far as the physical thing going into this Detroit game, I'm not sure who this guy is.
15:57
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know him from the whole the wall, but I do know Hojay.
16:01
[SPEAKER_01]: And I know Hojay was on this dolphin team and he's a defensive back.
16:05
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, first or second play you get, you're going to kind of look for his number, and you're going to lower the boom on him and say, hey, take that for it for being not, not very physical.
16:15
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
16:15
[SPEAKER_01]: Don't be talking about us without expecting you a little payback.
16:17
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, you hope you, you know, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you,
16:30
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, that boat.
16:31
[SPEAKER_04]: That's bottom line right there.
16:33
[SPEAKER_04]: I love talking bottom line is that when they want to set that tempo, you bet your ass.
16:38
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to be a guy that's going to be out there doing things that probably weren't supposed to happen because you told us one thing.
16:45
[SPEAKER_04]: Now it's something else.
16:46
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I, I, I talk about it all the time.
16:48
[SPEAKER_04]: We were doing a joint practice.
16:50
[SPEAKER_04]: I think the red skins.
16:51
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and we're supposed to be kind of like a thud and they want to do some extra acrylic curricular and so hell.
16:57
[SPEAKER_04]: It's hard for us to do the same Sam Madison, so us getting blasted on the offices of physics field.
17:03
[SPEAKER_04]: So hell, whenever see what we're running
17:06
[SPEAKER_04]: But we're our DBs, lightener ass of two, man.
17:08
[SPEAKER_04]: I think that's, I love that, man, because honestly, but when you go against these other teams, the teams, the Miami Dolphins come together as a team, because all those other weeks, it was offense versus defense.
17:21
[SPEAKER_04]: And we didn't like the defense, defense in like us.
17:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Now a sudden, we got to have each other's back.
17:25
[SPEAKER_04]: Now we got to have each other's back.
17:27
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, you had run first play, you know, and you're just looking up.
17:30
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't care what you're blocking.
17:31
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't care what route you're supposed to run.
17:33
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't care what you're supposed to do.
17:35
[SPEAKER_01]: You're just going to forget it.
17:37
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just going to think of a B line.
17:38
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I would.
17:39
[SPEAKER_01]: You can probably get to get to you guys.
17:40
[SPEAKER_01]: Go ahead.
17:41
[SPEAKER_01]: You come from this side.
17:42
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll come from this side.
17:44
[SPEAKER_01]: And we'll get this started in a good way right now.
17:46
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
17:48
[SPEAKER_00]: That was a question for me.
17:49
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know, my version of a tough guy in training camp was Harvey made us wear long pants, right?
17:56
[SPEAKER_00]: That's when we knew we could stare down the other PR staff because we had to wear long pants and they were running around the shorts.
18:01
[SPEAKER_00]: But for you guys, if somebody questioned your character, what your toughness, whatever, do you actually have the, is it an unspoken rule or do you guys like to scut in the huddle or everything you were just talking about?
18:16
[SPEAKER_00]: Are those conversations had?
18:18
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I think with this group, I think this group talks about that stuff, maybe not last year, maybe not the year before, but I think this group, this whole different group, this whole different mentality.
18:33
[SPEAKER_01]: I can see it around the whole, to these guys are tight, OJ, they're all going, they're all going, they're going to dinner by themselves at night, and they truly,
18:45
[SPEAKER_01]: They truly like each other and they truly want to protect each other.
18:49
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I just think this is going to be a dear, and this is, you know, last week was the first phase of let's, let's tough it up a little bit.
18:55
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's start, let's start being some bullies ourselves.
18:58
[SPEAKER_01]: And, and I think this is the second phase of it.
19:01
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, you get that you get Jacksonville and that also and you get kick it off with any anapolis.
19:05
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think this team, the way it's going, um, look, they've had a lot of changing parts in here since from last year.
19:11
[SPEAKER_01]: That whole offensive line is other than Brewer is new.
19:16
[SPEAKER_01]: The defense of line, you'll those three guys in the middle are going to be a, you know, really, and they're going to have to find the secondary.
19:22
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's going to take them a while to gel.
19:24
[SPEAKER_01]: But the one thing I'm not concerned about with this team, as much as I might have been last year, is the toughness, because I've seen it with those guys.
19:31
[SPEAKER_01]: I've seen it in practice, certainly in the joint practice, and then in the game, like I said, one of the things you look at, especially in the defensive side, is the tackling, and the tackling in that game, which usually is pretty sloppy, was pretty good, pretty good on Sunday or Saturday.
19:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Whatever the help there.
19:53
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what that is.
19:55
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what that is.
19:57
[SPEAKER_00]: People are looking at that lake too long.
19:58
[SPEAKER_04]: It's one of the three season five days now.
20:01
[SPEAKER_04]: So you never know what's day at a week it is anyways.
20:03
[SPEAKER_04]: But just say, you know, the crazy thing.
20:05
[SPEAKER_04]: And I love that we talk about the defense and the physicality and, you know, some things that happen last week because I think Anthony Weaver is the mixed in mass and guys pretty well.
20:14
[SPEAKER_04]: Some guys only had a few snaps and I think that his scheme is going to lead to that.
20:18
[SPEAKER_04]: But I can only imagine that a, you know, a defense coordinator like Anthony Weaver
20:24
[SPEAKER_04]: They had to be a little upset.
20:26
[SPEAKER_04]: I would say pissed off, but upset about, you know, the, the verb is in, and what they think it.
20:31
[SPEAKER_04]: And the famous words, big set of Jason Taylor, who actually, you know, was on this podcast a couple times, you know, they got to change this narrative.
20:40
[SPEAKER_01]: There it is.
20:40
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
20:41
[SPEAKER_04]: Opportunity to change this narrative right now.
20:43
[SPEAKER_04]: You know,
20:45
[SPEAKER_04]: Chicago thought they beat us up.
20:47
[SPEAKER_04]: Now we got somebody in Detroit talking trash.
20:49
[SPEAKER_04]: They got another opportunity to go there and and and and you know and post their will.
20:54
[SPEAKER_04]: So excited to see where they go from here.
20:56
[SPEAKER_04]: I know that you know they might not talk about it in the press or in social media.
21:01
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure Anthony Weaver in that defense like we can't wait to get at some of these
21:04
[SPEAKER_01]: They, you know, that, you know, usually, yeah, guys, I knew, you know, cuz Monday is like an off kind of an off and then, and then, you know, your comes to comes Tuesday and, you know, and then now you move on and the first thing you heard is this guy talking trash.
21:18
[SPEAKER_01]: And so you know, everyone of those guys has heard it.
21:21
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, everyone else coaches have heard it and they're, you know, and they've got a little time to stew on it until they slap the pads on tomorrow.
21:30
[SPEAKER_01]: So, so this day is a day to stew a little bit and, you know, and it's going to, I'm going to be excited to see what happens that in the first or second snap of the first joint practice.
21:43
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but how many joint practices you guys have when you were playing?
21:48
[SPEAKER_04]: I know we had way more preseason games.
21:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
21:50
[SPEAKER_04]: You had an extra one to me.
21:52
[SPEAKER_04]: How often you guys get into joint practices?
21:55
[SPEAKER_01]: well so we didn't we had six we played six preseason games and so for I think for most of my career like the first seven or eight years we would all we would do we would do a intersquads crimage when we got you know the maybe the second week and the third week we would go up to Viro Beach where the the Sanctus to train a dodgit out in Viro Beach and so we would go we would go to
22:25
[SPEAKER_01]: We would go to Viral Beach and we would scrimmage against them and that was the only thing later in my career later in my career The last two years we would go up to Swanney and do joint practices with the Atlanta Falcons.
22:37
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, okay, so it's a late late late the joint practice start late.
22:41
[SPEAKER_01]: We always did the the the scrimmage with the Saints and in your one just a one day I gotta tell you they're so one of the we go up to the first time we went go up to scrimmage in and
22:53
[SPEAKER_01]: and swanning with the Falcons, you know, Dwight Stevens.
22:57
[SPEAKER_01]: So they, they, they, you remember they did, they drafted a Tony Cassius Tony Cassius.
23:02
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, he was the number one fifth in the draft.
23:04
[SPEAKER_01]: All American out like, and, and so he, so we're, we're going up there in the newspaper, we get into Atlanta, and he's like talking to a lot of Dwight Stevens at all, you know, I, you know, it's a
23:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Do I get, do I kind of, you know, do I, do I, do I, you know, do I didn't say anything?
23:21
[SPEAKER_01]: But say what, you talk about wearing a guy out there.
23:25
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, you know, as soon as soon as they got to one at no one on one past Russian girls, it's a done rigour.
23:31
[SPEAKER_01]: He got right right on Tony and Lady one.
23:34
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, do I not a way of, do I not a way of snapping the ball moving back a little bit and pushing the guy to the ground?
23:42
[SPEAKER_01]: He, he beat that guy up so bad that he started crying and walked off the field.
23:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go.
23:51
[SPEAKER_00]: We asked the white about that and you know, what's the white class?
23:57
[SPEAKER_00]: He's a good guy if he started saying the guy's a good guy means he kicked his ass
24:06
[SPEAKER_00]: usually what that means.
24:07
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, speaking of kicking ass bow, you are everywhere, man, between television, now taking over the podcast world, and the great thing about R-two shows is if you go on, you're on your podcast app, and it says based on your listening, you might also like, clearly, our listeners are getting recommended to each other because
24:27
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
24:27
[SPEAKER_00]: We target a certain demographic, you know, when we started, we started looking backwards, but excited to see the next.
24:35
[SPEAKER_00]: I call it a nostalgic demographic.
24:38
[SPEAKER_00]: There it is.
24:38
[SPEAKER_00]: I like that.
24:39
[SPEAKER_00]: I like that.
24:40
[SPEAKER_00]: You thought that one through.
24:41
[SPEAKER_00]: That's pretty good stuff.
24:43
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, make sure your list you're subscribed to out the pastor.
24:46

24:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Bo's got all that figured out.
24:55
[SPEAKER_00]: Got it.
24:58

25:00
[SPEAKER_00]: That's for sure.
25:04
[SPEAKER_00]: He definitely has his finger on the pulse of what's happening there.
25:08
[SPEAKER_00]: That's for sure.
25:10
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, he is Kim Bo Kamper.
25:12
[SPEAKER_00]: We can't wait to get your report after you watch his first practice and see if Mr. Relevant is still relevant.
25:18
[SPEAKER_04]: It's still relevant, right?
25:20
[SPEAKER_00]: If I can round up Joe, if not him, I have to use Goldie.
25:26
[SPEAKER_00]: The dinner next.
25:26
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you guys are on this boys trip here.
25:29

25:46
[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I had my tacos that are for love.
25:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
25:49
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that's what we do now here.
25:50
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I do make up there.
25:52
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, that's right.
25:53
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
25:54
[SPEAKER_04]: Hi, both.
25:54
[SPEAKER_04]: Thanks a lot.
25:55
[SPEAKER_01]: My pleasure.
26:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
