- 0:05Speaker 1: through the Alabama Show.
- 0:16Speaker 2: I'll be real honest, I think I'm still a little
- 0:18Speaker 2: hungover from hanging out with you this weekend.
- 0:21Speaker 3: That was on you. I was having a good time.
- 0:24Speaker 3: You could not.
- 0:25Speaker 4: Hang I can't I'm not a drinker.
- 0:28Speaker 3: Look, it's just it was fun, but you could not
- 0:31Speaker 3: hang or not.
- 0:32Speaker 2: We'll talk more at eight o'clock, we'll say no more.
- 0:35Speaker 3: Okay.
- 0:35Speaker 4: I've had people blowing up.
- 0:37Speaker 2: My phone all weekend asking how me and producer Blake
- 0:40Speaker 2: went to a birthday party.
- 0:41Speaker 4: That's all I'm gonna say.
- 0:42Speaker 5: We did that. That is probably the most we can
- 0:44Speaker 5: say right now at this moment.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Good times happened. You'll hear about it at eight o'clock.
- 0:47Speaker 2: I got a text this morning that said call me
- 0:49Speaker 2: on your right to work. I didn't call that person
- 0:51Speaker 2: because she wanted to ask if you had fun at
- 0:53Speaker 2: the party.
- 0:56Speaker 4: Dinner?
- 0:56Speaker 2: Respond good, Good, Keep that up till eight o'clock Anywayring,
- 1:00Speaker 2: how was your weekend if you went to Morgan Wallen,
- 1:02Speaker 2: are you still hungover from that? I saw people were
- 1:04Speaker 2: stuck in traffic at one thirty in the morning.
- 1:06Speaker 4: We're trying to drive.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Back is they're still stuck in trup.
- 1:11Speaker 4: I believe you made it home.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Call the show eight three three five A one and
- 1:15Speaker 2: Bama is the number.
- 1:16Speaker 4: That's eight three three five one two two sixty two.
- 1:18Speaker 4: But good morning, it's what the hell headlines? What the
- 1:22Speaker 4: hell are you talking about?
- 1:24Speaker 2: On the Alabama Show, a man stole a bunch of
- 1:28Speaker 2: Lego sets and replaced it with pasta. Why how does
- 1:33Speaker 2: he keep getting away with this?
- 1:34Speaker 4: Well he didn't. He got caught.
- 1:35Speaker 2: A twenty eight year old man in California was stealing
- 1:38Speaker 2: valuable Lego figurines from sets, and after he removed them,
- 1:41Speaker 2: he would replace the Lego pieces with bags of pasta
- 1:44Speaker 2: and then reseal the box and return.
- 1:46Speaker 4: It for cash.
- 1:47Speaker 2: So he would like, buy the set, open it, take
- 1:50Speaker 2: the expensive part out, and put pasta in there, and
- 1:53Speaker 2: then go return it.
- 1:55Speaker 4: Listen to this cop talk about it.
- 1:56Speaker 6: And instead of legos, they found bags of dried pasta.
- 2:00Speaker 6: And these were definitely the sets that were consistent with
- 2:03Speaker 6: what he was purchasing and then returning. These were Star
- 2:06Speaker 6: Wars sets and Marvel sets, which have a very high
- 2:09Speaker 6: value in the secondary market.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Why the super easy trivia with the Alabama Show eight

- 3:14Speaker 7: Te Gon?
- 3:16Speaker 3: Octagon?
- 3:17Speaker 4: Angela? I think you said octagon, didn't you?
- 3:20Speaker 8: Yes?
- 3:22Speaker 4: Whatever?
- 3:32Speaker 2: Congratulations, Angela, you just won super easy trivia.
- 3:36Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 3:37Speaker 1: It's three things you need to know with the Alabama Show.
- 3:40Speaker 2: If you miss Morgan Wallen this weekend. This is like
- 3:42Speaker 2: the biggest concert in Alabama. This was the kickoff to
- 3:45Speaker 2: the summer. Nick Saban joined Morgan Wallen for his walkout
- 3:48Speaker 2: at Bryant Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa. Also traffic crazy on
- 3:53Speaker 2: the way back. I had friends that went to the
- 3:55Speaker 2: concert and said they didn't get back home until two am.
- 3:58Speaker 4: So if you are are.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Still recovering from the Morgan wall and concert, we're thinking
- 4:03Speaker 2: about you today. Gatorade has rebranded their drink and they've
- 4:08Speaker 2: created gator Light, a longer lasting Gatorade without artificial dies.
- 4:13Speaker 2: They also have Gatorade lower sugar, and they're saying it's
- 4:16Speaker 2: not just for athletes anymore, it's for everyone, so you
- 4:19Speaker 2: can dry the new Gatorade. And Disneyland will now offer
- 4:22Speaker 2: Haunted Mansion weddings starting at forty thousand dollars.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Oh only forty thousand. I know.
- 4:28Speaker 2: If you decide to have the wedding, you cannot have
- 4:30Speaker 2: more than twenty five guests at lasts about an hour.
- 4:33Speaker 2: It comes with an efficient decort and photos, but you
- 4:37Speaker 2: have to do it before the park opens, So you've
- 4:39Speaker 2: got to get married at five am on the mansion
- 4:41Speaker 2: steps and pay forty thousand dollars to do it, the.
- 4:45Speaker 3: People are gonna do it.
- 4:46Speaker 4: I know they're gonna I know.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Anyway, if you do, send us pictures because we want
- 4:50Speaker 2: to see. That's the three things you need to know
- 4:52Speaker 2: more at the Alabama Show dot com.
- 4:56Speaker 1: You were listening to the Alabama Show on to man.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Good morning, Les. What's your issue for Ask Alabama?
- 5:02Speaker 9: My boyfriend is jealous of a necklace my ex got me.
- 5:05Speaker 4: Oh no, that's why we do Ask Alabama. Call the
- 5:08Speaker 4: show if you have an issue. Eight three three five
- 5:10Speaker 4: by one. Obama is the number. What's going on?
- 5:13Speaker 1: So?
- 5:13Speaker 9: I've been in a relationship with my boyfriend for about
- 5:15Speaker 9: a year now, and the other day he was looking
- 5:18Speaker 9: at my necklace that I was wearing and he told
- 5:21Speaker 9: me that it was pretty and asked me where I
- 5:23Speaker 9: got it.
- 5:23Speaker 4: So I just told him that my ex gave it
- 5:26Speaker 4: to me. So what did he do?
- 5:28Speaker 9: He just got like really upset all of a sudden
- 5:30Speaker 9: and told me I shouldn't be wearing jewelry from other men.
- 5:33Speaker 9: And he asked me to either sell.
- 5:36Speaker 4: It or throw it away. Oh, is this an expensive necklace? Yeah,
- 5:40Speaker 4: there's no way I'd be throwing it away. Okay, Like
- 5:43Speaker 4: I'm not going to do that.
- 5:45Speaker 9: It's like a beautiful necklace and I love it. I
- 5:47Speaker 9: wear it all the time and it has zero emotional
- 5:50Speaker 9: value for me, like it's it's just a pretty piece
- 5:53Speaker 9: of jewelry that I love so so it's my boyfriend
- 5:58Speaker 9: overreacting producer Blake.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Would you do I would want one hundred percent in
- 6:02Speaker 3: the guy's shoes. That's an excess thing. You don't wear
- 6:05Speaker 3: something your ex gave you when you're in a new relationship.
- 6:07Speaker 4: If it's an expensive necklace, it doesn't matter. Make her
- 6:10Speaker 4: sell it.
- 6:11Speaker 3: You should do something with it, get rid of it.
- 6:13Speaker 3: That should not be involved. It's your eggs. It just
- 6:16Speaker 3: keeps you tied to that person because you're always gonna
- 6:18Speaker 3: be like, now gave me this.
- 6:20Speaker 4: I have like for necklaces from a bunch of different exits.
- 6:23Speaker 4: One of those people like j Low and keep all
- 6:26Speaker 4: my engagement ring. No, no, tell you you can sell
- 6:30Speaker 4: it later and get your money if you want. If
- 6:32Speaker 4: you want, but if you like.
- 6:33Speaker 1: It, wear sell it.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Call the show. Eight three three five I one Bama
- 6:37Speaker 4: is the number. Do you still have jewelry that your
- 6:39Speaker 4: exes gave you? And do you wear it? And if
- 6:41Speaker 4: you're a guy, would you make your girlfriend get rid
- 6:43Speaker 4: of it.
- 6:44Speaker 1: You're listening to the Alabama Show on demand.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Eight three three five I one Bama is the number
- 6:49Speaker 2: to call the show. Leslie has a necklace from an
- 6:52Speaker 2: x and her boyfriend wants her to get rid of it.
- 6:54Speaker 4: If you want to weigh in, call in eight three
- 6:56Speaker 4: three five I one Bama. Good morning. Who's this?
- 6:59Speaker 1: Are you Andy?
- 7:01Speaker 4: I'm great? How are you today?
- 7:02Speaker 8: I'm great? I just heard her get radio station.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 7:06Speaker 4: What do you think about Leslie's necklace? Should she get
- 7:09Speaker 4: rid of it?
- 7:10Speaker 8: Just a two way street matter how you look at it.
- 7:12Speaker 8: If I've had an ex girl, friend, ex wife, I
- 7:15Speaker 8: don't want nothing to remind me of her, but something
- 7:18Speaker 8: you just can't get rid of.
- 7:19Speaker 4: Do you have anything from an ex wife?
- 7:21Speaker 8: Yeah, there was kind of like a gift between from
- 7:24Speaker 8: her and my boys. I'm kind of tied to it.
- 7:27Speaker 9: What is it?
- 7:28Speaker 8: Shot?
- 7:28Speaker 3: Gud Okay?
- 7:30Speaker 4: You know?
- 7:30Speaker 8: And now I go along with Now if if the
- 7:33Speaker 8: other person's cool with you keeping something up your exes'
- 7:38Speaker 8: two way street, like, if you got something of your
- 7:40Speaker 8: exes that you don't want to get rid of, you
- 7:42Speaker 8: gotta be okay with the other person, not.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Want to get rid of something absolutely.
- 7:46Speaker 8: So yeah, I just uh, I just like to weigh
- 7:49Speaker 8: you in every once in a while.
- 7:50Speaker 4: Well, thank you, Andy, I'm so glad that you called in.
- 7:53Speaker 4: I appreciate you.
- 7:54Speaker 8: Okay, thank you, y'all. Have a great day.
- 7:56Speaker 1: You're listening to the Alamma Show on demand?
- 7:59Speaker 4: Andrew, what do you have from your exes? You still
- 8:02Speaker 4: got something?
- 8:03Speaker 6: Oh?
- 8:03Speaker 5: Yes, I have something to put up.
- 8:06Speaker 1: What is it?
- 8:07Speaker 5: It is a piece of jewelry.
- 8:09Speaker 4: So you kept a piece of jewelry that X gave you?
- 8:13Speaker 7: I did, and I sure did. What is it?
- 8:15Speaker 4: Is it like a necklace?
- 8:17Speaker 3: It's it's a.
- 8:17Speaker 7: Very extensive chain.
- 8:19Speaker 4: Does your wife know that you still have it?
- 8:21Speaker 2: No.
- 8:22Speaker 7: I planned on scrapping it and getting rid of it
- 8:25Speaker 7: years ago, and I put it in a box. And
- 8:28Speaker 7: the more I think about it, the moment, Well, I'll
- 8:29Speaker 7: give it to one of my kids from that previous marriage.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Okay.
- 8:35Speaker 2: So do you think that Leslie should throw away her
- 8:38Speaker 2: necklace because her boyfriend's asking her to.
- 8:40Speaker 4: I wouldn't do.
- 8:41Speaker 7: It, honestly, just because I've got some kind of tie
- 8:45Speaker 7: to that myself. I wouldn't.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Okay. I love you, buddy, thanks for calling yourself.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Of course, I love you so much.
- 8:55Speaker 4: We love you too, buddy.

- 9:21Speaker 2: on Instagram from his hospital bed and said thank you
- 9:23Speaker 2: for your love and support. He's unexpectedly recovering. He didn't
- 9:27Speaker 2: say what he's in the hospital for. We don't know,
- 9:29Speaker 2: but this is the same time his new album was
- 9:31Speaker 2: supposed to be released and he had all these album
- 9:34Speaker 2: release events he was supposed to.
- 9:35Speaker 4: Go to and he had to cancel all of them.
- 9:37Speaker 4: So hopefully he'll recover better.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Because it's always scary when your favorite stars in the
- 9:42Speaker 2: hospital and your girl Sabrina Carpenter producer Blake I'm Listening
- 9:47Speaker 2: performed her second weekend at Coachella.
- 9:49Speaker 4: She brought Madonna on stage.
- 9:51Speaker 3: Madonna, that's a I didn't expect it. But it makes sense.
- 9:54Speaker 4: It was a great collaboration. They did vogue and like
- 9:57Speaker 4: a prayer. Here's part of that.
- 10:06Speaker 2: I feel like Sabrina Carpenter is like a younger Madonna.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Yeah, I think that's pretty accurate.
- 10:13Speaker 4: I could see there. I could see their careers kind of.
- 10:16Speaker 5: I think signing she's a love baby between Dolly Parton
- 10:19Speaker 5: and Madonna.
- 10:20Speaker 3: That literally is the two.
- 10:21Speaker 2: She's willow A's freakingly it was cool. The audience went wild.
- 10:25Speaker 2: I think that was a great idea for Sabrina today.

- 12:54Speaker 5: that I didn't have to get done.
- 12:56Speaker 2: So what happened, By the way, we ended up at

- 13:38Speaker 4: Then I sang and I missed it?
- 13:40Speaker 3: You missed it?
- 13:40Speaker 4: You or I don't know where you were, probably the
- 13:42Speaker 4: bathroom and probably.
- 13:44Speaker 5: But then I don't know what's going on, and I
- 13:47Speaker 5: look around. I'm like, okay, and these people come to
- 13:50Speaker 5: me and go, what's your next?
- 13:51Speaker 3: One? That was the best we've had here. I was like,
- 13:54Speaker 3: what did I sing? I was kind of confused.
- 13:58Speaker 4: What did you sing?
- 14:00Speaker 3: You will be Loved by Maroon five?
