  logistics and supply chain trade shows, conferences, and expos taking place in twenty

  twenty three. So there are a ton of shows out there, a ton

  of conferences available, and they are all wonderful. They all have benefits,

  and they all have lots of information sharing and programs to keep everyone prized of
• 1:07
  some of the most recent trends and what's going on in the industry. I'm
• 1:11
  going to talk about a few of them. It's certainly not going to be
• 1:14
  an exhaustive list I could not possibly cover all of the events. I'm going
• 1:19
  to cover the big ones in the US and Canada, a few in Mexico,
• 1:25
  a few in Amaya, a few in Asia. But if you know

  the first one coming up in just a few weeks, a few days

  here soon, from January thirty first to February second, and that is Manifest

  that's going to take place at the Paris in Las Vegas, Nevada. And

  actually I take that back, I don't think it's the Paris this year.

  I think it's actually at Caesar's Forum, still in Las Vegas. Though.

  Manifest it's built as a showcase of cutting edge logistics and supply chain trends.

  It brings together industry leaders, innovators and investors and anyone interested in the new
• 2:20
  developments in supply chain. Now, that's actually one that Mebak is going to
• 2:23
  be present at. If you want to come see us, We will be

  at Manifest. Another one coming up in February, and that is Link and

  RelA is the Retail Industry Leaders Association and their Link Supply Chain Conference is where
• 2:40
  they get their industry supply chain leaders in the retail industry together. That takes

  place towards the end of February February nineteenth through twenty second in Orlando at the
• 2:51
  gay Lord. Link helps retail teams shape their supply chains to be stronger,
• 2:57
  smarter, and more sustainable. That is their their topic this year. With
• 3:01
  over two thousand retail supply chain leaders that attend this conference, it's the perfect
• 3:06
  place to connect with carriers, vendors, other key partners that retail industry supply
• 3:12
  chain leaders would be interested in meeting up with. There's over a hundred extra
• 3:16
  speakers and presentations at the event and over fifty breakout sessions and discussions, plus
• 3:23
  the expo hall with all the solution providers and partners. Me Buck will also
• 3:27
  be participating in RELEA this year. Now the big one. This one is
• 3:32
  one of the biggest industry trade shows of the year and that is PROMAT.
• 3:38
  So Promat is put on by MHI material handling industry. I believe I should
• 3:46
  probably know that. Sorry, MHI, but PROMAT is put on in the
• 3:51
  odd years it's in Chicago and on the even years it's Modex in Atlanta.
• 3:55
  This year, obviously, twenty twenty three is an odd year, so we
• 3:59
  will be in the Windy City. This is the leading trade show for the
• 4:01
  manufacturing and supply chain industry. It's where manufacturing supply chain professionals meet to discuss
• 4:08
  and learn about new trends and technologies in the industry. The event showcases some
• 4:13
  of the latest innovations and they're going to be more than one thousand solution providers
• 4:18
  this year at the show. The hall, it's not even just one trade
• 4:21
  show hall anymore, it's two different halls, three different floors. We take
• 4:27
  over McCormick Place up in Chicago. It is huge and this is the place
• 4:32
  to be. There are practical demonstrations of the latest technologies and innovations material handling
• 4:41
  equipment, and more than a hundred different educational seminars on the floor. Now,
• 4:46
  the best thing about this particular show is it's free to attend, so
• 4:50
  there is no cost, there's no buy in. You just have to get
• 4:54
  yourself there. It's just your travel cost, but it is free to attend
• 4:57
  promat Mebak will also be at I'm at this year, so I look forward
• 5:01
  to seeing all of you there. There is in April the SCOPE Supply Chain
• 5:09
  Summit. Now. SCOPE is an industry event that is a little different than
• 5:14
  a lot of these other conferences. So the way that SCOPE works for the
• 5:17
  participants is you set up one on one meetings with vendors that you were interested
• 5:23
  in interviewing and finding out more about. So obviously there's the conference portion where
• 5:29
  you will be going to different sessions. There's over forty five sessions, thirty
• 5:33
  speakers, networking events. But then on the show floor, instead of only
• 5:40
  having you know, different booths that you could go to if you want to,
• 5:43
  the event really works hard to match you up with exactly who you're looking
• 5:46
  to find, so that you're not just wandering the floor hoping that what you're
• 5:50
  looking for is going to be there. So it's all preset meetings that takes
• 5:55
  place April twenty fourth through twenty six and in San Diego. I believe they
• 6:00
  do have a fall event as well, but I don't have the dates on
• 6:03
  that yet. Then in May. This is another big one, especially for
• 6:10
  the larger enterprise level clients, So the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium. This takes
• 6:16
  place in May in Orlando, Florida, May eight through the tenth and tons
• 6:23
  tons tons of very high level executive level decision makers, insights, strategies,
• 6:31
  chief supply chain officers, and this is where Gartner, the industry leader in
• 6:40
  market intelligence, delivers supply chain information to these companies. And this is another
• 6:46
  event that mebach will be participating in, not only in the US, but
• 6:50
  also in EMA. So Gartner Amaya is in Barcelona and that takes place June
• 6:57
  fifth through the seventh. So regardless of which side the pond you're on,
• 7:00
  Mebak will be at the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium. Also in May, we
• 7:05
  have the American Supply Chain Summit and this takes place from May sixteenth to seventeenth
• 7:11
  in Dallas, and the summit serves as their annual platform to exchange ideas,
• 7:15
  collaborate on the impact of market dynamics and new technologies for current and future supply
• 7:23
  chain operations. Leaders with some key themes. They've got cost optimization as one
• 7:29
  of their themes this year, Workforce management, technology profitability and risk management.
• 7:34
  This summit provides a valuable experience for every logistics leader. There are some in
• 7:40
  depth discussions on fostering innovation, maximizing supply chain profitability, and increasing visibility and
• 7:46
  flexibility to mitigate risk. So if you're looking for something mid May, a
• 7:50
  little bit later in Q two, this would be a great summit for you
• 7:55
  in Dallas. There is also in June. We have June thirteenth and fourteenth

  backup in Chicago, the Supply Chain Execution USA, and this event is sponsored

  by Reuters. The conferences build is the only event that covers end to end
• 8:09
  logistics from inbound to warehouse to last mile. It's your chance to hear a
• 8:16
  broad array of speakers from some of the world's most successful Fortune five hundred companies
• 8:22
  and you can redesign your supply chain the right way using insights from logistics leaders
• 8:26
  that are modernizing the way the global supply chain functions. So that sounds like
• 8:31
  a great event too. We have in September, so we've got a little
• 8:37
  break over the summer while everyone's on their holidays, but starting back in September
• 8:41
  eleventh through the thirteenth in Louisville, Kentucky is the ASCM Connect annual conference.

  So this is the largest nonprofit association for supply chain companies, the Association for
• 8:54
  Supply Chain Management. It's an unbiased partner connecting companies around the world to thought
• 8:58
  leaders in all aspects of supply chain management. This conference is held both in
• 9:03
  person and virtually, so if you're not able to make it to Kentucky in
• 9:07
  September, you could attend the virtual conference. It lets attendees network with industry
• 9:11
  leaders, gain valuable insights on trending supply chain topics, and sit in on
• 9:16
  educational sessions presented by prominent logistics leaders. So that is a great educational conference
• 9:24
  for some supply chain leaders that are still looking to develop their own capabilities.

  Another one at the same time in September eleventh through thirteenth, but this one
• 9:35
  is in Las Vegas. I don't know, Louisville, Las Vegas, Louisville,
• 9:37
  Las Vegas. Which one do you want to go to is pack Expo.

  Pack XPO is an international conference and it's primarily for stakeholders in any industry
• 9:48
  that uses packaging for shipping, retail purposes, or distribution. So this is
• 9:52
  all about packaging and you can do some networking. Some educational opportunities are there
• 9:58
  as well as hands on experience with the newest technologies in the packing space.

  And we know, especially with all of the e commerce going on, packaging
• 10:07
  is a big deal. So pack Expo has been growing significantly in the past
• 10:11
  couple of years. Into October. October first through the fourth in Orlando.

  What a great time to be in Orlando. That's a great time of year
• 10:20
  to be There is the CSCMP Edge Supply Chain Conference. So this brings together
• 10:26
  global supply chain leaders where it's a three day exhibition, valuable insights, emerging
• 10:33
  logistics trends, networking. Again, this is an educational association, so this
• 10:39
  conference offers more than one hundred informational sessions covering all aspects of the end to
• 10:46
  end supply chain. Speakers include renowned experts and industry leaders from Fortune five hundred
• 10:52
  companies. No matter which industry you work in as a logistics professional, the
• 10:56
  CSCMP Edge Conference will leave you with actionable takeaway. I've been to this conference.

  It is fantastic. Again, it's another educational conference that is wonderful for
• 11:05
  supply chain leaders who are looking to broaden their horizons get a little bit of
• 11:09
  additional information some other global shows going on around the world. So that was
• 11:13
  mainly our US shows, with a little note out there for Gartner in EMEA.

  But we do have Logimat which is taking place April twenty fifth through twenty
• 11:24
  eighth, and this is Europe and the Middle East, so it takes place
• 11:31
  in Stuttgart, Germany. It has the same dates in China, and I
• 11:37
  will butcher this name. I apologize to all of my Asian listeners out there.

  Shenjin, China. I'm sure I got that wrong, but that's where
• 11:46
  it is. But Logimat takes place in both cities concurrently at the same time
• 11:52
  April twenty fifth through twenty eight and it's very similar to the PROMAT and MODEC
• 11:58
  show is here in the US, where it's mainly material handling and logistics.

  In May, we have May Night through the twelfth. In Toronto we have
• 12:09
  pack X and this is an all in one industry wide event lets you explore
• 12:13
  the latest trends and technologies shaping the future in advanced design and manufacturing across automation,
• 12:20
  robotics, energy efficiency, packaging, plastics processing, and more. So
• 12:28
  that sounds like a fantastic show as well, very similar to Pack Expo in
• 12:31
  Chicago in September, So if you are in the Toronto area in May,
• 12:37
  that would be a great show to go to. Also in April, we
• 12:41
  have in France in lyon April twenty fifth or twenty seventh, we have Logi
• 12:46
  Pharmat. Now this is specifically for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. This
• 12:52
  is the world's largest supply chain events specifically for that industry, and only at
• 12:58
  Logi Pharmat can you bench mark with the world's leaders in supply chain operations,

  logistics, distribution and digital transformation. We have Mebak has participated in this show

  previously. We always attend. It is a great, great conference for the
• 13:16
  healthcare, pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. The Logistics World Summit will be taking
• 13:22
  place in Mexico City April twenty sixth and twenty seventh, So this is the
• 13:26
  largest logistics expo in Latin America. You'll find leading providers in logistics, foreign
• 13:33
  trade and cargo. You will be able to educate yourself free of charge with

  more than forty five different conference sessions. Educational sessions connect with thousands of high

  profile executives and other leaders in that sector, learn more about innovations and trends
