- 0:04Speaker 2: Welcome christ Souls to the almost famous OG podcast.
- 0:08Speaker 1: I'm already live.
- 0:09Speaker 2: We are live. That's what happened. Yeah, you know you're
- 0:15Speaker 2: an od when you're like, wait, is this scene working?
- 0:20Speaker 1: I have the camera facing front words or outwards.
- 0:23Speaker 2: No, you're great, You're great. It really truly has been
- 0:26Speaker 2: so long. I feel like it was when Lauren and
- 0:29Speaker 2: Ben were together and all three of you came. I
- 0:33Speaker 2: don't think anyone else was with you, but the three
- 0:35Speaker 2: of you came to the house, and Blakesley, my daughter,
- 0:38Speaker 2: was like just in awe of Lauren showing her all
- 0:42Speaker 2: her stuffed animals. I don't know if you remember that,
- 0:46Speaker 2: Yes I do. So how is life good?
- 0:52Speaker 1: Good? Yeah, just busy. We're in harvest season, so yeah,
- 0:58Speaker 1: I've got a lot of irons in the fire, but
- 1:00Speaker 1: doing well.
- 1:01Speaker 2: I bet are you in is it Iowa?
- 1:04Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:05Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, so you just went back to farming like.
- 1:09Speaker 2: I love that. Have they ever asked you to be
- 1:11Speaker 2: on that farmer show?
- 1:13Speaker 1: Yeah? I think they have. I mean they were sort
- 1:16Speaker 1: of reached out, I think, and I noticed it in
- 1:21Speaker 1: my DMS. They reached out just to have me go
- 1:24Speaker 1: through casting or something. But no, I not exactly, but
- 1:28Speaker 1: I've been Yeah.
- 1:30Speaker 2: No more of that, no more reality shows.
- 1:32Speaker 1: No, I don't. I'm not super motivated to. You know,
- 1:36Speaker 1: it's all right, I'm doing good. Real life is all right.
- 1:39Speaker 1: It's tough enough.
- 1:40Speaker 2: So I mean, like stuff, you're so right, Yeah, agreed.
- 1:45Speaker 2: I think we're the same, you know, like we've been
- 1:48Speaker 2: asked over the years, you know, to do reality shows,
- 1:51Speaker 2: and we're like, yeah, you know, we're good, We're good.
- 1:53Speaker 2: We're just gonna yeah, we'll do a podcast every now
- 1:57Speaker 2: and then.
- 1:57Speaker 1: But right, it's a little more palatable. Yeah, I mean
- 2:02Speaker 1: it's yeah, No, I'm my life is like a reality
- 2:05Speaker 1: television show in itself, I think some days so I
- 2:09Speaker 1: have I'm yeah, but keeping the wheels on the bus
- 2:14Speaker 1: with everything that I've got going on is yeah, it's great.
- 2:18Speaker 2: So okay, so the big question are you dating? Are
- 2:21Speaker 2: you single?
- 2:22Speaker 1: I am single?
- 2:24Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely single.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm definitely single. You know, of course, I'm always
- 2:35Speaker 1: looking to not be single in due time. You know.
- 2:39Speaker 1: I think it's a God's plan, you know. Yeah, yeah,
- 2:44Speaker 1: I'm I've been going through a lot of transitional things
- 2:48Speaker 1: that with with work and with business and I've been
- 2:52Speaker 1: focusing a lot on that, you know currently, and but yeah,
- 2:56Speaker 1: I'm always the goal is not to be single for
- 2:59Speaker 1: the rest of my life, so hopefully what can make
- 3:03Speaker 1: that happen sooner.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Than you're Oh? I mean, like you said, God's plan,
- 3:07Speaker 2: and I believe everything happens for a reason. It'll happen
- 3:10Speaker 2: when it's supposed to, right.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Yeah, that's kind of where I'm at.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Good. I love hearing that. Okay, So we share something
- 3:17Speaker 2: else besides The Bachelor in common Dancing with the Stars,
- 3:21Speaker 2: And have you been watching this season, because we've been
- 3:26Speaker 2: recapping every week, so I'd love to get your thoughts
- 3:28Speaker 2: on that if you're up for it.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I was able to watch last night. I'm a
- 3:31Speaker 1: little behind, but I was able to watch last night.
- 3:34Speaker 1: And yeah, boy, I'm impressed. Right, so many good dancers,
- 3:41Speaker 1: and Joey and Jen are just like Joey, We're in
- 3:45Speaker 1: the hell. I mean, that's pretty impressive.
- 3:48Speaker 2: So, yes, I love it this season. I have taken
- 3:53Speaker 2: breaks here and there, off and on, and I have
- 3:57Speaker 2: to say, I really, true, really believe this is such
- 4:01Speaker 2: a talented cast. I don't know how they're gonna cut
- 4:05Speaker 2: it down. I mean, obviously they have, like, yeah, like
- 4:09Speaker 2: the boats and that's very black and white, you know,
- 4:11Speaker 2: but I would hate to be a judge.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I I agree, it's fun to It was
- 4:18Speaker 1: fun to watch. I'm excited to continue watching. It's some
- 4:22Speaker 1: real talent out there.
- 4:23Speaker 2: So are you still in touch with Whitney?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Yeah? You know, I mean we we stay in touch
- 4:29Speaker 1: via social media and I mean, and I hope you know,
- 4:33Speaker 1: I like to try to get out there once in
- 4:34Speaker 1: a while and see everybody. I mean, as you know,
- 4:37Speaker 1: it kind of becomes a little small family out there.
- 4:39Speaker 1: So love her to death. We don't we don't talk
- 4:43Speaker 1: a ton obviously, we don't have it. She doesn't. You know,
- 4:46Speaker 1: it's not a lot to talk about. I'm not much
- 4:49Speaker 1: of a dancer anymore, and she's not much of a farmer.
- 4:51Speaker 1: So oh, we don't have a ton of things in common.
- 4:55Speaker 1: But I'd love her to death like a little sister.
- 4:57Speaker 1: But yeah, I try to say it.
- 4:59Speaker 2: That I love her. I think she is. She's one
- 5:04Speaker 2: of my all time like favorite pros. Her and Jenna
- 5:09Speaker 2: who's with Joey. I just they are just so much
- 5:13Speaker 2: fun to watch, and she is looking so breaking hot
- 5:20Speaker 2: right now. It is like the body after baby. Oh
- 5:26Speaker 2: my gosh, like it is amazing to me. She she
- 5:30Speaker 2: definitely is. I just love watching her. Would you go
- 5:37Speaker 2: back on the show if they asked you to do
- 5:39Speaker 2: like an all star season?
- 5:41Speaker 1: Yeah, you would. My mind would do it in the heartbeat.
- 5:44Speaker 1: I don't know what my body would say about it,
- 5:48Speaker 1: but I would be in might answer and the corner
- 5:53Speaker 1: zone on standby, but I would definitely do my best.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I'd be looking more like oh probably with looking like
- 6:04Speaker 1: a different version of myself, but I've got old football
- 6:08Speaker 1: player injuries. They're starting to creep up on me. But
- 6:11Speaker 1: believing things. But yeah, now I would. That was one
- 6:15Speaker 1: of the greatest experiences I've ever had being on that.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Oh oh, I love that.
- 6:19Speaker 1: What did you do?
- 6:20Speaker 2: Where did you finish?
- 6:22Speaker 1: I think sixth or fifth? Fifth? I was above five hundred.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I remember because it was twelve and I was. I
- 6:28Speaker 1: was the fifth. Robert Herszebk finished right behind me.
- 6:32Speaker 2: I have always said that I finished sixth because on
- 6:36Speaker 2: our show there were only six people and I was
- 6:38Speaker 2: the first voted off.
- 6:41Speaker 1: There were only six on your there.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Were only six of us.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Wow, it was the first season, so you know, they
- 6:48Speaker 2: they didn't know if it was going to be something
- 6:50Speaker 2: that people would be interested in watching in America. You know,
- 6:54Speaker 2: it was overseas it was very popular, which is where
- 6:57Speaker 2: it came from. But but yeah, they only had people.
- 7:00Speaker 2: So I almost tied you.
- 7:03Speaker 1: He did you basically? You did? That's I had no
- 7:06Speaker 1: idea that you were the first in the first season.
- 7:09Speaker 1: That's amazing, such an icon.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Oh yeah, no, thank you, You're very sweet. I feel
- 7:20Speaker 2: like I got a call from Andrea Wong, who was
- 7:25Speaker 2: an ABC exec for like their unscripted And when you
- 7:30Speaker 2: get a call from Andrea Wong, you listen and you
- 7:33Speaker 2: say yes, ma'am, you know I mean, and so I
- 7:38Speaker 2: felt like she was like, Okay, we're going to do
- 7:41Speaker 2: this show. And I was like, okay, I have no
- 7:45Speaker 2: idea what I'm getting in there, just like you're going
- 7:48Speaker 2: to know. Of course, she explained it, yes, but I
- 7:51Speaker 2: was just kind of like, okay, whatever. Like at that point,
- 7:55Speaker 2: the ballroom was not very popular, at least in my
- 7:59Speaker 2: circles in the United States. I knew I knew so
- 8:04Speaker 2: little about ballroom dancing, and I just thought, okay, wow,
- 8:09Speaker 2: I mean I love to dance, but let's see how
- 8:12Speaker 2: this goes. So I'm just glad they are still on
- 8:16Speaker 2: the air. It's just crazy to me that it has
- 8:19Speaker 2: evolved like this.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean it's doing really well still. I mean
- 8:23Speaker 1: like it's gonna it's like the all time most watched
- 8:27Speaker 1: reality show ever, isn't it at this point? Is it?
- 8:30Speaker 2: I did not know that.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Well, don't take don't quote me on that, but it's
- 8:35Speaker 1: very one of the longest running. I think it's the
- 8:37Speaker 1: longest running reality television show. Should google that one where
- 8:43Speaker 1: I say it out loud?
- 8:44Speaker 2: Yeah, Hannah, can you google that? Is it the longest running?
- 8:47Speaker 2: I don't think it's the longest running because The Bachelor
- 8:49Speaker 2: was longer than it.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Or maybe the most part I don't know.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Oh, but you're right, Like, if it's international, then yes,
- 8:56Speaker 2: you very well. Like I think they called it, what
- 9:01Speaker 2: was it called in the UK? Simply gone something dancing,
- 9:07Speaker 2: simply ballroom maybe or oh Hannah, Hannah is good at
- 9:11Speaker 2: this stuff. When I asked her a question, she's like, oh, okay,
- 9:18Speaker 2: So if they do have an all star season and
- 9:21Speaker 2: they ask you who would you want to be partnered with, well, that.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Would be have to be Whitney if if she was
- 9:30Speaker 1: an option, I mean, that would be my request, but.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Okay, good, Yes, yeah I love that. But yeah, I
- 9:36Speaker 2: don't know if you felt this way when I was
- 9:38Speaker 2: on Dancing with the Stars, and yes, it was brand news,
- 9:41Speaker 2: so it had never been done before. I didn't know
- 9:43Speaker 2: what to expect. But it was hard for me to
- 9:47Speaker 2: get into like feeling comfortable with like being like ex
- 9:53Speaker 2: sensual with someone I didn't know. Did you have like
- 9:57Speaker 2: as a guy, do you guys have like that, like
- 10:01Speaker 2: this is uncomfortable or you're like, yeah, I'm here for it.
- 10:05Speaker 1: You know, it's a great question. I honestly, it was
- 10:09Speaker 1: so hard, you know, for me physically and like mentally,
- 10:12Speaker 1: I couldn't think about being anything. But you know what
- 10:16Speaker 1: my next step was what how to count into the music?
- 10:21Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, I had so much other stuff on
- 10:23Speaker 1: my mind to worry about. Let it. Sensuality was like
- 10:27Speaker 1: the whatever, I'm like, I'm just frightened. I was literally
- 10:33Speaker 1: like horrified the entire time. Just it was super stressful.
- 10:37Speaker 1: So there was nothing sensual about the way I was
- 10:40Speaker 1: out When I was it was it was like, just
- 10:43Speaker 1: don't look like an idiot.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Oh right, oh yeah, I think all of us have that. Sorry,
- 10:50Speaker 2: my daughter's trying to call all of us have that
- 10:52Speaker 2: thought like, just don't look like an idiot.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Please don't forget your step, don't forget your music, and
- 10:59Speaker 1: try not to count to the music while I mean,
- 11:02Speaker 1: I my biggest struggle was I've never really done anything
- 11:06Speaker 1: with musicality. You know, I've never organized musicality or with
- 11:10Speaker 1: like I've never I took one class, a band class,
- 11:14Speaker 1: and I walked. You know, that was it for me.
- 11:16Speaker 1: I couldn't had no interest and it just never had
- 11:19Speaker 1: had any of that to count music, so it was super,
- 11:22Speaker 1: super tough. So and then let alone doing the steps
- 11:25Speaker 1: and at the same time as trying to stay with
- 11:27Speaker 1: the music. I mean, I can under I can have
- 11:30Speaker 1: enough rhythm to follow music naturally, but counting it is
- 11:34Speaker 1: a whole different learning curve for a person with a
- 11:38Speaker 1: very low IQ. Yeah.
- 11:40Speaker 2: No, I totally understand that. It's like it's like a
- 11:43Speaker 2: job for these professionals. You know, they have spent their
- 11:47Speaker 2: life training for it. So I totally understand that if
- 11:50Speaker 2: you had never had to count music or remember choreography,
- 11:54Speaker 2: it's it's not easy. It is not easy. And then
- 11:58Speaker 2: you throw in the live, live show of it all,
- 12:01Speaker 2: and the people who are in the audience like staring
- 12:04Speaker 2: you down, you know, it's hard, and then the judges
- 12:09Speaker 2: and all of it. Who who is your favorite right now?
- 12:13Speaker 2: I know you watched last night, but maybe you were
- 12:15Speaker 2: playing catch up. Who do you if you had to
- 12:19Speaker 2: pick a final three right now? Who would be your
- 12:21Speaker 2: final grade?
- 12:22Speaker 1: You know? I huh, Joey was pretty impressive.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Yeah he was. He crushed it last night and he
- 12:32Speaker 2: has been crushing it every week.
- 12:35Speaker 1: The guy can move and yeah, you know, and he's
- 12:38Speaker 1: got a great following.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:40Speaker 1: So, and I think Jen was awesome too. I think
- 12:43Speaker 1: she'll go far and then I'm not gonna the blonde gal.
- 12:50Speaker 1: She was really good too. I mean it's just that
- 12:52Speaker 1: there's a handful. I mean, I don't know, I just
- 12:55Speaker 1: I haven't watched enough, but that those would be you
- 12:58Speaker 1: know that off the top of my head, Jen and
- 13:01Speaker 1: I think Jen and Joe will be the part of
- 13:03Speaker 1: the top three. I would say, I love it.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Okay, So have you talked to anyone from Bachelor Nation lately?
- 13:18Speaker 2: Do you stay in touch with anybody?
- 13:21Speaker 1: You know, stay in touch? Just kind of nothing. I've
- 13:25Speaker 1: been super busy, so it's been you know, with Harvest
- 13:28Speaker 1: coming on, we've been uh, just drowning and getting a
- 13:34Speaker 1: lot of doing a lot of restructuring internally. So I
- 13:38Speaker 1: know my Bluke pel who just recently got engaged.
- 13:42Speaker 2: Okay, cool, I didn't know that. Yeah yeah, so was
- 13:48Speaker 2: he on your the season of Like how do you
- 13:53Speaker 2: know him from your seasons or from just meeting him?
- 13:57Speaker 1: We just crossed paths through through doing actually through amy honestly,
- 14:04Speaker 1: that was Yeah, that's how we I met him. But yeah,
- 14:10Speaker 1: we know, we were not on any shows together at all,
- 14:13Speaker 1: so we just literally cross paths. I think the first
- 14:15Speaker 1: time we met might have been in Lake Tahoe.
- 14:18Speaker 2: Oh yeah, are so fun?
- 14:21Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, No, him and I share a lot in common,
- 14:25Speaker 1: just he kind of was a country boy from Texas
- 14:28Speaker 1: and sad. A lot of similarities on on you know,
- 14:32Speaker 1: our upbringing. So yeah, but no, I mean I try
- 14:36Speaker 1: to stay in touch, but just haven't not on a
- 14:40Speaker 1: huge regular basis, and just yeah, different directions.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Life is busy. What about Ben Higgins? Have you talked
- 14:47Speaker 2: to him lately? I haven't.
- 14:50Speaker 1: I haven't. I mean the last I feel like we've
- 14:52Speaker 1: talked it was at Next Wedding. All the guys were
- 14:54Speaker 1: there this last summer at Next Wedding so, yeah, I
- 14:58Speaker 1: saw a bunch of bunch of people there, and I
- 15:01Speaker 1: don't know. Again, my memory is so bad trist that
- 15:04Speaker 1: it's like I feel like we talk, but we just
- 15:08Speaker 1: you know, it's like everything passes by. But I think
- 15:12Speaker 1: that was the last time I saw a bunch of
- 15:14Speaker 1: people saw I kind of reached out to Nick here
- 15:18Speaker 1: not too long ago. It was in Chicago, and reached
- 15:21Speaker 1: out to him, and so, yeah, just here and there
- 15:25Speaker 1: they're all in my heart, you know, in my mind.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Yeah, of course. So are you going to keep watching
- 15:34Speaker 2: Dancing with the Stars?
- 15:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I might have to. I might. I'm gonna have
- 15:37Speaker 1: to DVR it or something. I recorded it last night
- 15:41Speaker 1: so I could. I got a recording, so now I
- 15:43Speaker 1: can if I get home late, I can tune in.
- 15:47Speaker 2: You can have something to do other than Harvest.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Are you an avid fan? Do you stay on top
- 15:53Speaker 1: of it?
- 15:54Speaker 2: I have not been, but but this season I am.
- 15:59Speaker 2: I mean, we're recapping it every week, so I, you know,
- 16:02Speaker 2: have a reason other than just wanting to like escape
- 16:05Speaker 2: my own life and watch something fun on television. But yeah,
- 16:10Speaker 2: I will be watching. It has totally drawn me in.
- 16:13Speaker 2: I feel like there is such talent, you know, Bob
- 16:17Speaker 2: and I will talk, so we'll recap the episodes and
- 16:20Speaker 2: we talk about like who who we think is the top?
- 16:23Speaker 2: You know, who we think is maybe the bottom. But
- 16:26Speaker 2: I feel like there's so many people in the middle,
- 16:29Speaker 2: like Stephen and Phedra and Alona and Brooks and like
- 16:36Speaker 2: all these people who are so great. Their partnerships are incredible.
- 16:42Speaker 2: They are being vulnerable, like Alona last night about how
- 16:46Speaker 2: she was, you know, she had a hard time with
- 16:50Speaker 2: how she made, you know, some mistakes in her routine,
- 16:53Speaker 2: and like, I love how vulnerable she was. Like, there
- 16:56Speaker 2: are so many people in like that middle range where
- 16:59Speaker 2: you're not saying, oh, they're definitely going to the finale,
- 17:02Speaker 2: you know that I want to root for because they're
- 17:06Speaker 2: they all, they all are bringing so much to the table,
- 17:11Speaker 2: whether it's danceability or or chemistry or vulnerability or just
- 17:16Speaker 2: like getting to know them, you know, Like I don't know,
- 17:19Speaker 2: I'm loving the season.
- 17:21Speaker 1: It is great. You know, the show just in general
- 17:23Speaker 1: is great. I mean it brings out such I mean
- 17:27Speaker 1: after they eliminated, the emotion, I mean I felt such
- 17:29Speaker 1: emotion when I was eliminated, Like it just changes you.
- 17:34Speaker 1: You know, It's really a great experience, and then just
- 17:39Speaker 1: it's such a foreign experience to even celebrities have been
- 17:43Speaker 1: acting and all that stuff, and just to see people
- 17:46Speaker 1: really work hard that really aren't that good, like I
- 17:49Speaker 1: wasn't that good. And and but you get out there
- 17:52Speaker 1: and you freaking do it. You know, it's you just
- 17:55Speaker 1: do it. It's cool. You know, it's just a neat,
- 17:57Speaker 1: neat show. It's makes me mess being out there. Do
- 18:02Speaker 1: you ever get do you get back?
- 18:03Speaker 2: I have only I went back for I feel like
- 18:07Speaker 2: it was before any other people from the Bachelor went
- 18:10Speaker 2: on the show. So it was like one hundredth episode
- 18:13Speaker 2: that I went back for, and it was forever ago,
- 18:17Speaker 2: so I haven't in so long. My daughter is actually
- 18:21Speaker 2: so we went to the Golden Wedding with Gary and Teresa.
- 18:26Speaker 2: I took my whole family there and we met or
- 18:30Speaker 2: I introduced her to Robert Mills Millsy who's an ABC
- 18:34Speaker 2: Zech and we were started talking about Dancing with the Stars,
- 18:37Speaker 2: and I'm like, you know, I've got a dancer right
- 18:40Speaker 2: here that you know she would love to be on
- 18:43Speaker 2: Dancing with the Stars Juniors if you ever do it again?
- 18:47Speaker 2: I mean, how much as a mom like it would
- 18:49Speaker 2: be such a full circle, fun moment for me to
- 18:52Speaker 2: have my daughter be on the show.
- 18:56Speaker 1: But yeah, I.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Love it. I love I love the experienial things in life.
- 19:03Speaker 2: You know that we've both been very lucky. I feel
- 19:06Speaker 2: like that we've gotten to do some pretty cool things
- 19:09Speaker 2: in terms of like once in a lifetime like that
- 19:12Speaker 2: not everyone gets to do, and it does not fall
- 19:15Speaker 2: short on me. I'm very grateful for The Bachelor, you know,
- 19:20Speaker 2: casting me originally, and then the Bachelorette and then Dancing
- 19:23Speaker 2: with the Stars and you know, lots of other fun stuff,
- 19:26Speaker 2: but definitely feel very grateful.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Yeah. No, it was just such a great experience. I
- 19:32Speaker 1: mean that it was like going from The Bachelor to
- 19:35Speaker 1: Dancing with the Stars was like, you know, such a
- 19:38Speaker 1: reverse of like it's such a different experience in so
- 19:43Speaker 1: many ways. Just it was kind of a refreshing experience
- 19:47Speaker 1: for me just being able to you know, the competitiveness
- 19:50Speaker 1: of it and it's emotional and competitive at the same time.
- 19:52Speaker 1: It's like, you know, as an athlete, I embraced the
- 19:55Speaker 1: competitive side. But then going out, I've never been in
- 19:58Speaker 1: front of a live audience like that. That was your
- 20:03Speaker 1: first performance. I mean, that's was like, oh.
- 20:08Speaker 2: I know, yeah, you're so, do you feel like that
- 20:11Speaker 2: was the hardest part of the show, the live audience for.
- 20:15Speaker 1: You, it really kind of uh, you know, because you rehearse.
- 20:19Speaker 1: For me, it was one of the hardest parts my
- 20:22Speaker 1: first performance, especially first and second, I still didn't I
- 20:26Speaker 1: couldn't get accustomed to it. I mean, it was all hard.
- 20:28Speaker 1: I mean, the dancing is super hard, and then you
- 20:32Speaker 1: layer in, you know, you perform in a quiet space
- 20:34Speaker 1: for for you know, for two for a week at
- 20:37Speaker 1: a time, and then you have to jump in and
- 20:39Speaker 1: throw you into it a little tiny room with how
- 20:44Speaker 1: you know, three levels of people that are screaming on
- 20:46Speaker 1: the other You can't you know, like you could. I
- 20:49Speaker 1: couldn't even hear the music sometimes, you know, it was
- 20:53Speaker 1: just so much going on in my head. But yeah,
- 20:54Speaker 1: that it was all super hard, and then that that
- 20:58Speaker 1: was just like another nail in the coffin for me.
- 21:00Speaker 1: That but towards the end you started to get accustomed
- 21:05Speaker 1: to it. But but just fun to put yourself out there.
- 21:08Speaker 2: And yeah, yeah, you're right. It is part of like
- 21:13Speaker 2: the hardest part of it and kind of the most
- 21:15Speaker 2: fun part of it is just doing something out of
- 21:17Speaker 2: your comfort zone, you know, doing something that you never
- 21:21Speaker 2: thought you would be doing. So you know, kudos. Hopefully
- 21:25Speaker 2: they'll don't. I don't think I'll be being asked to
- 21:28Speaker 2: be All Stars if they ever do an All Stars
- 21:31Speaker 2: just because gosh. I mean, like you were talking about injuries.
- 21:37Speaker 2: I remember being on the show and complaining about my back,
- 21:40Speaker 2: like we had this big dip and I was like, oh,
- 21:44Speaker 2: I can't do that, And about ten years later, I
- 21:47Speaker 2: ended up having a fusion in my back because so bad.
- 21:51Speaker 2: But yeah, just as you get older, I mean, it's
- 21:55Speaker 2: just what happens. We all kind of fall apart. I
- 22:02Speaker 2: just don't know if I could keep up. But I
- 22:05Speaker 2: do give kudos to the people like Eric and Reggie
- 22:08Speaker 2: who Reginald who got out there and tried their best
- 22:12Speaker 2: and you know, their best wasn't as good as Chandler's
- 22:15Speaker 2: or Joey's, but I love that they just gave it
- 22:20Speaker 2: a shot. You know.
- 22:22Speaker 1: No, it's super cool to to, uh, to see people
- 22:25Speaker 1: and then you know, just really give their all and
- 22:28Speaker 1: their physically just can't quite do it. But man, it's uh,
- 22:32Speaker 1: it's hard to like you know, without having done it,
- 22:35Speaker 1: like if you know, after doing it and then watching
- 22:38Speaker 1: them out there, I mean, it sort of still looks
- 22:40Speaker 1: They still make it look so easy, you know, if
- 22:43Speaker 1: you don't people have done it before. Yeah, it's like
- 22:46Speaker 1: a whole you know that all that stuff. For me,
- 22:49Speaker 1: it was super hard and I was you know, but yeah,
- 22:53Speaker 1: just remembering all that stuff, regardless of your athletic ability,
- 22:56Speaker 1: it's just uh, just tough, but such a mental and
- 23:00Speaker 1: emotional challenge.
- 23:02Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a lot. I Yeah, I feel like they,
- 23:07Speaker 2: like you said, they make it look easy, and it's
- 23:09Speaker 2: because they've been practicing, you know, for hours and hours
- 23:13Speaker 2: and hours, but they do make it look easy. I
- 23:16Speaker 2: love watching and I'm so glad this has kind of
- 23:19Speaker 2: brought me back to it because I hadn't watched like
- 23:23Speaker 2: a couple of years. So since Caitlin's season, I tuned
- 23:27Speaker 2: in for that of course. But yeah, it's it's a
- 23:31Speaker 2: great show. I love that it's getting me to be
- 23:34Speaker 2: able to talk to you again.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, absolutely, absolutely no, it was a pleasant
- 23:40Speaker 1: surprise when they asked me to come on. It's great
- 23:43Speaker 1: to I'm grateful for the opportunity. So nice to see
- 23:46Speaker 1: and hear from you.
- 23:48Speaker 2: Well, I know that Bob would have loved to be here,
- 23:51Speaker 2: and so he says hello, but thank you so much
- 23:55Speaker 2: for coming on the almost Famous OG podcast, and I'm
- 23:58Speaker 2: sure we'll be calling you again, so all right, I
- 24:01Speaker 2: want to chat again.
- 24:03Speaker 1: All right, well you take care of Tobabo said hi
- 24:05Speaker 1: and God bless.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Thank you, good luck with harvest. Yes, thank you if
- 24:11Speaker 2: that's what you say, is that what you say? Like,
- 24:13Speaker 2: what do you say that is that works?

- 24:18Speaker 1: all the luck we can get. Thank you.
