A deadly brawl erupted in Phoenix over a rental car, leaving one man dead and another facing murder charges. Josiah Mahape, 28, is accused of choking George Fuentes, 40, to death in a heated argument that spiraled after a drinking session gone wrong. Mahape, who had the car keys and admitted he knew the chokehold could kill, allegedly held Fuentes until he stopped moving.
