- 0:19Hello and welcome to episode 78 of the All Systems Go sports
- 0:25Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:28I'm your host, Josh Applebaum. What's going on everyone?
- 0:35Happy Wednesday. We are halfway through our work
- 0:38week. We are halfway through Sports
- 0:40Betters vacation. That's right, the slowest week
- 0:43of the year. But we're finding a way to make
- 0:45a little bit of money. Last night, guys, we went two
- 0:47and 1 + 0.82 units. Couldn't get our Major League
- 0:52Baseball under All Star. Game 7 1/2 landed eight.
- 0:55I had mixed emotions about that. I love seeing my guy Jaron Duran
- 0:59as a Red Sox fan hit the game-winning Homer, but also
- 1:02that made it land on 8 with A2 run shot.
- 1:05I wish it was a solo shot. So couldn't get the under seven
- 1:07half. But we did have a lean on the
- 1:09American League. So if you played the AL, you had
- 1:11a winner there. But really, we had a good night
- 1:13because of WNBA. That's right.
- 1:16Am I converting any of you guys or gals to WNBA betters?
- 1:19I hope so with the help of our friends at Rhythm, but we had a
- 1:22nice two and O night in the WNBA.
- 1:24We had the sky aces over. Remember that line ticked up and
- 1:27we had a great rhythm edge on that game.
- 1:30And then also we had the storm sparks over another great market
- 1:33move that lined up with rhythm. If you remember on the storm
- 1:36game, we had a community model 95% to the over.
- 1:40We had projections around 170. I think it landed 172.
- 1:44And then Sky aces. We had a good angle there with
- 1:47the low bets, higher dollars bet split that contrarian over and
- 1:51couple rhythm and community models that were 61% to the over
- 1:55and final scores in the 170. So it's a nice little two and O
- 1:58in the WNBA. So overall, making the most of
- 2:01the slowest week of the year in the sports betting calendar, 2
- 2:04and 1 + 0.82 units. So this week I've had to get a
- 2:09little bit creative because with so few sweats to choose from,
- 2:13remember we're trying to make the most of this kind of
- 2:16gambling. Keep calling it the the sports
- 2:19bettors vacation or the gamblers vacation 'cause this is usually
- 2:21when a lot of bettors, you know, go on vacation, you know,
- 2:24literally and figuratively, whether you're going to the
- 2:27beach or just spending time away from betting.
- 2:29I don't think there's anything wrong with taking a breather and
- 2:32kind of recharging your batteries.
- 2:33Because on the one hand, I remember when I went to Africa,
- 2:36I couldn't bet for, you know, 1214 days and it really made me
- 2:40miss betting at the beginning. I was like, oh, this is great.
- 2:42You know I don't have to worry about my sweats winning or
- 2:44losing the stress of having a winning night or bouncing back
- 2:48or keeping a winning streak going, but I ended up missing
- 2:51betting, which kind of got me re energized when I returned.
- 2:54Now same thing can be said for this little break here.
- 2:56Whether you are listening to my voice or not, I hope you're
- 3:00making the most of this break with not a ton of action.
- 3:03But with that being said, I got to get creative on the pod
- 3:06because I'm here. I want to sweat.
- 3:08I want to make the most of this downtime, and we're talking
- 3:11about different topics each day. Luckily we had Home Run Derby,
- 3:14All Star game, WNBA. We hit on some NFL win totals
- 3:17the other day. But I'm thinking myself, OK,
- 3:19what should we talk about today? On the one hand, there's no
- 3:22Major League Baseball, there's no MLB today or tomorrow.
- 3:25It comes back on Friday. And there were two WNBA games
- 3:29but didn't have a an angle on either.
- 3:31There were no rhythm system matches and one was an early
- 3:34game at 1:00 second game at a conflicting system match, so no
- 3:38WNBA. So I'm thinking myself, what
- 3:40should we talk about today? And I figured, you know what,
- 3:43today is the best day or the the opportunity that I've been
- 3:46waiting for to talk golf. That's right, golf clap.
- 3:51We're going to talk some golf on today's all systems go sports
- 3:54betting pod. Because the beauty that I think
- 3:57about when I'm when I'm kind of thinking about myself as a
- 3:59data-driven better is that we can bet on anything as long as
- 4:03we have accurate, reliable data. We have our foundational
- 4:05philosophy, contrarian sharp action and then we lean on, you
- 4:10know, advanced analytics like rhythm, like juice reel, our two
- 4:13favorite apps here across the sports betting market.
- 4:16What I love is doesn't matter if it's NFLWNBA, Little League
- 4:20World Series hot dog eating contest.
- 4:23Again, does not matter as long as we get accurate liable data
- 4:27and we can find an edge we can get down.
- 4:29Doesn't mean we have to know all the names of the players.
- 4:31Again, I used to my dad was an avid golfer.
- 4:34I'll give perfect example to me is golf, because I'm not a huge
- 4:37golf better one. I don't particularly love the
- 4:42sport. I bet I used to golf with my dad
- 4:44when I was younger. He's an avid golfer.
- 4:46Now he's getting older and he doesn't like to golf anymore
- 4:49because he has bad feet. But you know, to me, golf is a
- 4:53market that we don't talk about too much, you know, because one,
- 4:57it's not that interesting to me. Now a lot of you guys may
- 4:59disagree, but it's interesting if you have action and also with
- 5:03golf, it's a kind of a different way to bet.
- 5:06You're looking at often times who's going to win the
- 5:08tournament. But I'm going to tell you in a
- 5:09second why you should bypass who's going to win it and focus
- 5:12on a specific prop bet here. So I've been meaning to talk
- 5:16golf because rhythm does a great job with their AI backed
- 5:20predictions and models. And right now for the, you know,
- 5:23for the summer, they don't have MLB yet.
- 5:25Looking at MLB for next year, which will be a huge, huge
- 5:28advantage for us. I can't wait for Brian and
- 5:31Meegan and the team and my guy James Santora to unveil MLB.
- 5:35And again, they're working on adding other sports.
- 5:37At some point they'll have all the sports, but for now, the
- 5:41summer it's just WNBA and golf. But with golf, kind of it's not
- 5:45just that. I don't find it that interesting
- 5:47because I think there is a great money to be made betting golf,
- 5:50trying to maximize our edge. But also it's kind of the timing
- 5:53of it. Like a lot of tournaments are on
- 5:54the weekends. We don't have a pod during the
- 5:56weekends. A lot of things change, tee
- 5:59times, It's sometimes hard to track.
- 6:01So I'm saying to myself, if there's ever going to be a
- 6:03podcast day where I focus completely and specifically on
- 6:07golf, today's the day. One, we got nothing else to talk
- 6:10about, and two, we have starting tomorrow, the British Open, also
- 6:14known as the Open Championship. So I think today's a perfect day
- 6:18to introduce you guys to betting on golf.
- 6:21And then I'm going to actually give you a bet here, a best bet
- 6:23that I'm used, that I'm just placed before the pod started
- 6:26thanks to our friends at Rhythm again, who don't do a great job.
- 6:30Like to me, golf with Rhythm is just a completely untapped
- 6:33market and really a gem here because I see a lot of people
- 6:36taking advantage and cashing with Rhythm with both, you know,
- 6:41top ten, top 20 bets, but also with the AI caddy hole to hole.
- 6:44So hold off with the AI caddy. I'll get to that in a second.
- 6:47That's going to blow your mind when we talk about it, but I
- 6:49want to talk about how to use rhythm to your advantage when
- 6:52betting on golf with the perfect example of the British Open or
- 6:55the Open Championship starting tomorrow.
- 6:58Now I'll tell you right now, obviously it's across the pond.
- 7:01The the the time zone is a little bit different.
- 7:03I want to say the championship, it definitely starts tomorrow
- 7:06the 18th, but I think it might be at like 1:00 AM or 4:00 AM.
- 7:10So if you're going to play it with me, you got to get it in
- 7:12today. Don't wake up tomorrow and and
- 7:14hopefully the guy I talked about in a second here will already be
- 7:17be playing very well, but just remember timing in the time
- 7:20zones are very important when you're betting golf.
- 7:23Anyway, first thing I want to mention about golf, and this is
- 7:26not just what I've learned from rhythm, but I remember during
- 7:29the pandemic, there wasn't a ton to bet on.
- 7:31I got a little bit into golf. I would bet a little bit of
- 7:34Tiger. You know, I'm kind of a public
- 7:35better with interested when Tiger plays.
- 7:38But anyway, some golf betters that I respect and I've learned
- 7:42from over the years, they would always mention to me, hey, you
- 7:45know, if you're going to play a winner for the tournament, good
- 7:48luck. They're very difficult to win.
- 7:50Now, of course, Scotty Scheffler, guy's incredible
- 7:52right now. So going into the Open
- 7:53Championship, he's the favorite at +500 Rory plus 850, Xander
- 7:59Shoffley plus 1200, Colin Morakawa plus 1400.
- 8:03Then you got a couple guys at +2000, Bryson and Ludwig, Ludwig
- 8:07Auberg. So you want to bet that one of
- 8:10those guys to win. I hope you win, but also you're
- 8:12often times going to get people you never heard of.
- 8:14Like I was looking at last year's champion championship
- 8:17results. Brian Harmon.
- 8:19You ever heard of this guy? I never heard of this guy.
- 8:21He ended up winning it last year.
- 8:23He was a -, 13 guy came in second Straka.
- 8:25I know Jason Day, he was tied second as well.
- 8:28But anyway, it's kind of like betting NASCAR in terms of like
- 8:31you're going to get your favorites, but it's difficult to
- 8:33win the overall winner. Some people would then say, hey,
- 8:36take a few quarter unit shots on long shots, guys that are 25 to
- 8:41150 to one. Again, maybe you can get a big
- 8:43payout that way. What I'm going to focus on is a
- 8:46prop bet that someone, one of my golf mentors I will say, told me
- 8:50a long time ago, he told me, hey, don't bet the winner, just
- 8:53bet top 20. Very simple.
- 8:55Top 20. All that means is the guy
- 8:57doesn't have to win the tournament.
- 8:58If he does, you're great. But he can finish first, second,
- 9:01third, 4th, 5th up to 20th. As long as he's top 20.
- 9:05You cash your bet. Now are you going to get rich
- 9:07off these top 20s? No, but I look at it almost like
- 9:10just grinder place, you know, betting, you know, betting spots
- 9:15where maybe each tournament you pick one or two, you grind out a
- 9:18unit or a unit and 1/2 that sort of thing.
- 9:20So in order to decide who I want to play with my top 20s.
- 9:23And the reason for that is you're more likely to cash a guy
- 9:26in the top 20 than winning the whole thing.
- 9:28Like what if you bet a guy to win the whole thing?
- 9:29He comes in second. It's like, Jesus, you know what
- 9:32a what a bad break that is. What if I just took a top ten, a
- 9:35top five? Those are also available to you,
- 9:37but 20 to me is just kind of a round Number.
- 9:39It gives you some wiggle room and you can get some decent
- 9:41odds. So with that in mind, I'm
- 9:44looking for a top 20 bet. I open up my rhythm app now.
- 9:48If you are listening right now, pop open rhythm app and you can
- 9:51follow along. If you haven't done it yet, go
- 9:54download the Rhythm app by clicking the custom link located
- 9:57in the bio description of this pod.
- 10:00Or once you download it, you know, basically pause the pod
- 10:03right now, download the app and then replay the pod now that you
- 10:07have the app in your hands and again, click that custom link so
- 10:10that Rhythm knows I refer to you.
- 10:11That is very important. I want Rhythm to know that I'm
- 10:13doing my best to to promote rhythm.
- 10:16But anyway, what we're doing here, popping open the Rhythm
- 10:19app. Once you do that, you're going
- 10:20to go to the home page and Rhythm's home page has been
- 10:23completely redesigned. So it's really crisp and clean
- 10:26and a really interesting, fun layout.
- 10:28But the best part is the data. You know, your, your layout can
- 10:30look great, but if your data isn't good, that doesn't matter.
- 10:33That's window dressing anyway, Pop open the Rhythm app.
- 10:36I click golf at the very top. Once I click golf, it's then
- 10:40going to take me to the Open Championship or the the British
- 10:45Open. They call it the Open
- 10:46Championship. But first thing I'm going to do
- 10:48when I'm at the tourney, predictions for the Open
- 10:50Championship is click top 20. Now Rhythm is going to give you
- 10:55some options. They'll give you who they
- 10:56recommend to play as the winner, Top 20, top ten, top five.
- 11:00So let's click top 20. That is right in the middle of
- 11:04the page here. Now Rhythm is going to spit out
- 11:06to you who they recommend to bet as a top 20 finish and who do I
- 11:10see right there in front of me? Tony Fenow.
- 11:13That's going to be my bet. Tony Fenow top 25 at plus 175.
- 11:19So if I click that, it's going to pop open basically a betting
- 11:22card for Tony Fenow and it's going to give me some
- 11:24information. So top 20, he's listed plus 175.
- 11:29That's the number that I got another book I had to use at
- 11:31plus 1:15. So again, shop around, get the
- 11:33best number, but top 20 + 175, Here's the important thing.
- 11:38They're going to give you the rhythm predicted model, the
- 11:41models player rank. So that's almost like when we're
- 11:45betting WNBA where it gives us, hey, play the over and we're
- 11:48predicting 170 when the total is 162.
- 11:51So when you click that and it's going to give you the rhythm, it
- 11:54says rhythm predicts models player rank.
- 11:56And guess what? Rhythm is predicting Tony Fenow
- 11:59to finish 4th, 4. That's right, 41234.
- 12:04So that gets me excited because if we're betting on him to
- 12:08finish a top 20 and Rhythm is predicting A4, that's pretty
- 12:12darn good. That's telling us that the way
- 12:14Rhythm has broken down Tony Fenow's prediction or projection
- 12:18based upon a number of different factors, they're expecting him
- 12:22to have a really good tournament to to finish 4th.
- 12:24So if he finishes 4th, we cash our top 20.
- 12:26Now you may say to yourself, Josh, hey, if they got him 4th,
- 12:30let's bet him as a top five. Now if you want to do that, I
- 12:33totally get it Fee. Now as a let me see if I have
- 12:36this as a top ten, he's +400 and do I have a top five here?
- 12:42Let me see as top five, I guess I don't have it listed right
- 12:45now, but as a top ten, obviously you're going to get a better
- 12:48payout. Now, if you want to go plus 400
- 12:50top ten because Rhythm is telling you he's finishing
- 12:52fourth, hey, you're going to get a a much better number.
- 12:55I'm going to stick with my top 20 because I'm going to try to
- 12:57grind out this plus 175 S Rhythm is telling me that Tony Fenow is
- 13:02a play. Now, here's another little angle
- 13:04that I learned back in the day when I was kind of decently
- 13:07heavily into golf betting or at at a certain point.
- 13:11But there's a website, there's a website calledowgr.com.
- 13:16It's the official World Golf Ranking, so it's pretty cool.
- 13:19I almost liken this website to Ken Palm.
- 13:22Remember betting Ken Palm for college basketball.
- 13:25It's kind of an analytics based site where it ranks all the
- 13:28golfers. And again, there's like, let me
- 13:30Scroll down, there's got to be over 100.
- 13:33I think it says there's 8000 golfers listed.
- 13:36It's got everybody. So what I like about OWGR is
- 13:39that one, it's analytics based and it's also weighted not just
- 13:43based on your, your overall performance, but your recent
- 13:46performance. It puts a lot of stock into how
- 13:49are you playing recently? Because golf is a game of
- 13:51momentum. When you're on, you're on.
- 13:52When you're struggling, you're struggling.
- 13:54So it not only weights your yearly performance, but how
- 13:57you've done last few weeks. So OWGR, World Golf Ranking and
- 14:01the buddy, my friend who was my mentor said OWGR is really,
- 14:04really good. They're really, really spot on.
- 14:07Anyway, you go to theowgr.com, you click the rankings.
- 14:10Scotty Scheffler, the guy who got arrested the what was it a
- 14:13couple months ago? He's your #1 rated golfer in the
- 14:17world. Now some of this stuff doesn't
- 14:19make much sense. There's like average points
- 14:2117.8. Last week he was one, this week
- 14:24he's one. All it tells you is hey, he's
- 14:27really good. Now.
- 14:27The second ranked golfer is Rory McIlroy, 3 is Ander Shoffley, 4
- 14:31is Ludwig Odberg. So what I'm interested in is
- 14:35where does our guy Tony Fenow rank?
- 14:37Again, Fenow is FINAU, so I do control F.
- 14:42For those of you don't know, if you're on a laptop or a
- 14:44computer, control F is your search button.
- 14:46And I type in Finau, FINAU and what do I see?
- 14:50I see Tony Finau is ranked 18th in the world.
- 14:54So hey, that's top 20. I'd be nervous if he was ranked
- 14:5750th. 18th, not bad. So I click his name.
- 15:00It's going to pull up Tony Finau's card with a lot of
- 15:03different information, events played, total points, average
- 15:08points, OWGR rank, yada yada yada.
- 15:11It also gives a breakdown of his performance and all of the
- 15:14tournaments that he's played this year specifically we're
- 15:17focusing on is the last few. So if you look at where he has
- 15:22done so far this year, ranking 18th, the first thing I noticed
- 15:26is that he's playing really well.
- 15:28In his last tournament, the Travellers Championship, he
- 15:31finished fifth. At the US Open, he finished
- 15:33third. At the Memorial Tournament
- 15:35presented by Work Day, he finished 8th.
- 15:38Charles Schwab, he was 17th. PGA Championship, he was 18th.
- 15:43So what does that mean? That means that 12345 in all of
- 15:46his five last tournaments he's finished in the top 20.
- 15:50So you see what we're doing here, guys.
- 15:52We're building a case to backup Rhythm's projection on Tony
- 15:55Fino. So he said five straight top
- 15:5820s. He is the 18th ranked golfer in
- 16:01the world and the Rhythm Model rank is number 4.
- 16:05So we add it all up. And again, to me, OWGR is just
- 16:08like, I don't know, golf the way other people do.
- 16:11I fully admit I'm not a, a huge golf guy.
- 16:14So I want at least have a reference point of, hey, I, I
- 16:16know these names. I've heard all these names
- 16:18before, but give me a little bit more information on these, on
- 16:20these golfers. So I feel as though we created
- 16:24an opportunity to bet Tony Fenow.
- 16:26Now if you just want to blindly follow rhythm and play Fenow
- 16:29plus 175, hey, that's the that's the play top 20.
- 16:32But at least with owgr.com, we get a little more information,
- 16:36recent performance and get maybe a little bit more confidence in
- 16:39terms of of betting this specific player.
- 16:42So that's my bet. I mean, I just spent, I don't
- 16:45know, 10 minutes, 15 minutes talking about this.
- 16:47But hopefully it's helped you to at least introduce you to golf.
- 16:51The thing when you're data-driven better is that the
- 16:53more sports you can at least be aware of and take advantage of,
- 16:58the more chances you have to maximize your edge.
- 17:00So the better we can be at different sports, just the
- 17:02better we're going to be overall.
- 17:03Remember, we're getting creative in the summer, but once football
- 17:06returns, it's going to be NFL college football, NBA will be
- 17:10back. College hoops NHLI mean
- 17:12everything will be going on. You have baseball winding down
- 17:15and going to the post season. But for now, maybe we maybe we
- 17:19get people excited about golf and you become a golf better and
- 17:22hopefully rhythm helps you cash some tickets.
- 17:24So that's my bet Tony Phenau, a recommended bet by rhythm to
- 17:27finish in the top 20 for the Open Championship at plus 175.
- 17:32Now the other thing I wanted to mention to you with rhythm is
- 17:34the AI caddy. Now this is like revolutionary
- 17:38and I'm not just saying this because I I love my guy James
- 17:41Santor and I'm a big believer in rhythm, but it's the first time
- 17:44I've ever seen something like this where we just talked about,
- 17:47you know, the basically the pre flop odds before the tournament
- 17:50begins. The AI caddy is really cool
- 17:52'cause you can live bet throughout the entire
- 17:54tournament. So each hole gives you a
- 17:57different opportunity to make money.
- 17:59So I'm going to give you a perfect example.
- 18:01When you go to rhythm and you're in your app, you can click AI
- 18:04Caddy at the very bottom. Let's just type in Rory McIlroy,
- 18:08put in Rory, he's now going to get pulled up.
- 18:11So in terms of the AI Caddy, what we're looking at is betting
- 18:15on specific holes. So all that matters is the one
- 18:18hole you bet on. It can be the first, second,
- 18:20third, all the way up to 18. But I'm looking at hole one for
- 18:24Rory McIlroy. And what we're looking at here,
- 18:26there's going to pull up a page that gives a breakdown and then
- 18:29gives you basically what Rory's simulated result will be versus
- 18:34what the field average is simulated.
- 18:37So it's basically Rory versus the field and hole number one at
- 18:41the Old course for the Championship here you're looking
- 18:44at then there's going to be two bars for eagle, birdie, Parr,
- 18:48bogey, double bogey. The two bars, one and orange is
- 18:52going to be the the player simulated specific ranking.
- 18:55So Rory McIlroy simulated the the Gray bar is going to be the
- 18:59field average. And it's very simple.
- 19:01And I'm telling you this just, you know, I'm, I'm talking to
- 19:05you audibly or audio. Remember visually on the app,
- 19:08it's going to explain this all to you.
- 19:09But anyway, at the very top it says look for where the orange
- 19:13bar is higher than the Gray bar. We see an advantage where
- 19:16rhythms AI predicts the golfer would will differ from the
- 19:19field. So I'll give you a perfect
- 19:20example, Rory McIlroy for hole number one.
- 19:23It's a, excuse me, it's a par 4. It's 370 yards.
- 19:28Now, the thing I noticed here is that for birdie, again, we're
- 19:33looking for the, the bar to be far more orange than Gray.
- 19:37The orange for birdie is 47%. So basically, you know, Rhythm's
- 19:42prediction is basically 47% that Rory will birdie hole number
- 19:47one. And you'll notice each hole is
- 19:48going to be different. The holes are different in terms
- 19:50of how long they are, how tough they are, how the field
- 19:53performs, all that stuff. 47% chance he'll birdie.
- 19:57The field average is 26%. So following the directions
- 20:03here, the orange bar is much higher than the Gray.
- 20:05So in order to take advantage of what rhythm is telling us is
- 20:08that if you want to play hold a hole number one, you probably
- 20:11want to bet Rory to birdie because he's far more likely to
- 20:14do it against the field. Now you have to go to your
- 20:17sports book. This is kind of a new prop bet.
- 20:20You might have to search and find the tab for you know each
- 20:22whole result. But I've been noticing a lot of
- 20:24people take advantage of this because you might have like, and
- 20:27I don't, I don't have this in front of me, but maybe Rory is,
- 20:29I don't know, Plus 300 to birdie the 1st hole.
- 20:32That's a pretty good payout. These are all going to be, you
- 20:34know, big plus numbers. I saw my guy James Santori had
- 20:36like a + 1200 that a guy would birdie or maybe you bet him to
- 20:40bogey or par or whatever the case may be.
- 20:42The whole point is you're following the directions that
- 20:45rhythm is telling you. So this is this is how we're
- 20:48going to take advantage guys. My goal is to talk a little bit
- 20:51more golf again, I think it's an untapped market for us that we
- 20:56can take advantage of. But whether it's betting again,
- 20:58two ways to bet it pre flop betting on a winner, a top ten,
- 21:02top 15, top 20 or hole to hole. And in order to bet hold a hole,
- 21:07I mean, you got to be watching the the tournament.
- 21:09It's got to be on your TVII would not recommend trying to do
- 21:12this if you're you know at a BBQ or or not watching the
- 21:15tournament 'cause you got to kind of have a feel for it and
- 21:17know who's up next and the timing is very short like you're
- 21:20only going to have like a couple minute 2 minute window to place
- 21:23these so it is a little arduous, but there's a great money making
- 21:25opportunity. So boom we did it on a sleepy
- 21:29Wednesday with really nothing going on.
- 21:31We took advantage and talked some golf betting.
- 21:33So let's go fee now plus 175 top 20 for the championship.
- 21:37That is my bet anyway guys that about does it for episode 78 of
- 21:41the all systems go sports betting pod.
- 21:43Did you expect me to talk golf today?
- 21:45I would guess probably not, but I think we had a little bit of
- 21:48fun and hopefully it was informational and hopefully can
- 21:50help us cash some tickets. Anyway, guys, this is the part
- 21:53of the pod where I ask a favor of you.
- 21:55Can you please make my day and give this podcast a 5 star
- 21:59review? That's right.

- 22:22also really, really be awesome. Secondly, I told you about

- 23:12attention, Now I'm interested. I forget what he said, but

- 23:23You want to learn more about how to be a data-driven better than
- 23:26guess what? I wrote a book.
- 23:28It's called the everything guide to sports betting.
- 23:30If you just go to Amazon.com, type in the everything guide to
- 23:33sports betting. It's got everything I've learned
- 23:35in the industry, how lines are set, how and why they move, how
- 23:38to read line movement, how to locate sharp action, how to
- 23:41place a bet in person or online, how to shop for the best line,
- 23:44how to set up a bankroll management plan, all included in
- 23:47the everything guide to sports betting.

- 24:00Twin River in Rhode Island, the Brook in New Hampshire, Foxwoods
- 24:03or Mohegan Sun down in Connecticut at the Encore in
- 24:06Boston, or Plain Ridge Park casino R.E.M.
- 24:09GM Springfield in my neck of the woods in Massachusetts.
- 24:11Or of course, out in the desert where the true grinders get
- 24:14down, where Billy Walters sends his number runners, where the
- 24:17lowest use possible has found the South Point, or sweating
- 24:20sharp contrarian plays jumping in the stadium swim pool.
- 24:22When you cash a big ticket at Circa, wherever it may be,
- 24:26you're going to walk up to me. You're going to show me a couple
- 24:28good winning tickets from last night.
- 24:29A winning night, guys. 2 and 1 + 0.82 units.
- 24:32Show me a sky Aces over show me a storm sparks over.
- 24:37You love it when you got a good system match, a good market move
- 24:41and the both plays come through for you.
- 24:42There's nothing better in my opinion.
- 24:44But guess what first one's on me, next one's on you.
- 24:46We're going to post about the book sweat sharp contrarian
- 24:48plays all night long. So wish you the best of luck,
- 24:51everyone. Again, gamblers vacation.
- 24:54Maybe you're loving it. Maybe you're bored as hell and
- 24:57can't wait for the action or return.
- 24:58But either way guys again, we're halfway through it.
- 25:01Pretty soon we'll be back to the grind.
- 25:02But as always, thank you for tuning in and remember my
- 25:05parting words. As always, stay sharp, stay
- 25:08contrarian, bet against the public, place yourself in the
- 25:10side of the house. Always be with the smart money,
- 25:12never against it. Will smart money one every time?
- 25:15Of course not. But here's the thing, sports
- 25:17betting is difficult, unpredictable business that
- 25:20we're that we are a part of. But if we can consistently bet
- 25:23games with our head and not our heart against the public, with
- 25:26the house, with the pros, flat bet, avoid parlays, get that
- 25:30closing line value. If we can do that, we're going
- 25:32to be successful long term. So enjoy the sweats.
- 25:34Everyone. Have a great Wednesday.
- 25:37We'll be back at it tomorrow for episode 79 of the All Systems Go
- 25:41Sports Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 25:43Good luck everybody, have a great day.
