- 0:24Speaker 1: superable it is. And I'm like what And I said
- 0:28Speaker 1: to Tyler, who said and I said, hey, where'd this
- 0:29Speaker 1: come from?
- 0:30Speaker 3: Where'd that coming?
- 0:31Speaker 1: He's like I don't know. I'm like, okay, cool. So
- 0:35Speaker 1: I sat it there. I figured like, oh, I'll eventually
- 0:37Speaker 1: figure it out. Well, long story short, Menace saw it,
- 0:44Speaker 1: bought it, and left it for me on my desk,
- 0:47Speaker 1: and I'm like, what do you would like this all?
- 0:48Speaker 4: Babe?
- 0:49Speaker 1: That's not because Menace is always looking for legos, and
- 0:52Speaker 1: he eastaw this and thought, you know what, there's a
- 0:54Speaker 1: guy I know that would love this Dolorean lego set.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Are you going to put it together? So?
- 0:58Speaker 2: Thank you?
- 0:59Speaker 1: Thank you? Yes I will nice. So this this is
- 1:01Speaker 1: sitting there and then goes, oh, hold on, there was
- 1:03Speaker 1: a do you get your piece of mail? There was
- 1:05Speaker 1: an Amazon package there, so I picked that up. I
- 1:08Speaker 1: opened up the Amazon package. What's inside of it tell
- 1:11Speaker 1: us back to the future, Dolorean. I go, this is
- 1:19Speaker 1: at this point, I didn't know that Menace had bought
- 1:21Speaker 1: this other one. This was just sitting on the desk,
- 1:23Speaker 1: open like you know, like yeah like that. And then
- 1:26Speaker 1: there was this Amazon package sitting there addressed to me,
- 1:30Speaker 1: and I opened it and it's another one obed. I'm like,
- 1:36Speaker 1: so yeah, so now there's two the exact same thing,
- 1:39Speaker 1: but one is still a mystery. The Amazon one. There
- 1:42Speaker 1: was a note inside and it said a gift for you,
- 1:45Speaker 1: just something fun for the desk. Maybe Menace will build
- 1:48Speaker 1: it for you. Love the show. And that's from Kaylan.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Our listener. Kaylen saw this thought of me and sent
- 1:57Speaker 1: this is so crazy. That is so on the same day.
- 2:01Speaker 1: It's not even like that's nice. It's not even like
- 2:04Speaker 1: this arrived. And then Menace you know, you know, a
- 2:07Speaker 1: couple of not realizing that I already had. You know,
- 2:10Speaker 1: that's bizarre, isn't that weird?
- 2:12Speaker 5: Yes, you have one for home and one for office.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Yeah, well no, I told Medicin. I said, here, you know, like,
- 2:18Speaker 1: we're not gonna I don't. I don't wouldn't even know

- 2:24Speaker 1: I just thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed the show.
- 2:27Speaker 2: That's so sweet.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Yeah, that is really nice.
- 2:29Speaker 6: Wow, that's so straight.
- 2:33Speaker 7: Yes, all started because Menji got me some layout legos. Yeah,
- 2:40Speaker 7: and it's for a different F one set, and I'm like,
- 2:43Speaker 7: thanks Menji. Now I have to get the whole set.
- 2:47Speaker 7: So I went to go buy the to go look
- 2:50Speaker 7: for the other part of the set, and then I
- 2:52Speaker 7: saw that one chain reaction where Morgan is I know,
- 2:58Speaker 7: thanks dude, Morgan.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Come on in. I'm not sure we're Morgan.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Other ship is Yeah, I want you to be here

- 3:09Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, it's really cool, right set And
- 3:17Speaker 1: then he goes he breaks out his computer and he
- 3:20Speaker 1: shows me the lego said that he's gonna build and
- 3:22Speaker 1: I said, you got to put that in a really
- 3:24Speaker 1: prominent spot of the because you know, Morgan, Morgan and
- 3:29Speaker 1: uh and and domb Tyler their roommates now. And so
- 3:33Speaker 1: he said, he's gonna where'd you say.
- 3:34Speaker 4: You were gonna put it. I might put it in
- 3:36Speaker 4: the living room living.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what it is.
- 3:39Speaker 6: Yeah, you have your own room and your own you
- 3:45Speaker 6: haven't heard.
- 3:47Speaker 1: What if it's a UFC octagon Lego said, it's not.
- 3:50Speaker 6: It's like I think legos just look gross. Anyways, if
- 3:53Speaker 6: it's five years old.
- 3:55Speaker 1: What if it's something you think is cool? What if
- 3:57Speaker 1: it's something what could that possibly be?
- 3:59Speaker 6: No offense? Anything that's Lego I don't think is cool.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, what is it? Okay, Well, let's say
- 4:04Speaker 1: there was a Lego UFC thing. You would probably think
- 4:06Speaker 1: that's cool.
- 4:07Speaker 6: I'd keep it in the closet. I wouldn't set it out.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Okay, Well, coming soon to an apartment near you is
- 4:15Speaker 1: a Lego.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Jaws.
- 4:18Speaker 1: You remember Quint's boat.
- 4:20Speaker 6: That's one of the first things you put in the
- 4:22Speaker 6: house when we moved in.
- 4:24Speaker 1: The boat. And it's got like a Lego shark that
- 4:27Speaker 1: comes off the back of the boat. Yeah, pretty cool.
- 4:32Speaker 1: What did you say? Your brother is getting it or
- 4:34Speaker 1: now my brother got it from me for Christmas.
- 4:36Speaker 4: I just haven't had a time to build it yet.
- 4:38Speaker 1: So he's gonna build it, and it's gonna be like this,
- 4:41Speaker 1: It's gonna be conversation.
- 4:44Speaker 6: Conversation piece for who.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Well for everybody. When you guys have company and dinner.
- 4:51Speaker 6: We don't have company dinner. We have company now because

- 5:35Speaker 8: because anybody, for people deep in a coma, know the
- 5:38Speaker 8: answer to these questions. It's whether the drunk person will know.
- 5:42Speaker 8: If you can guess whether that drunk person knows, two
- 5:44Speaker 8: times out of three, you win the d.
- 5:46Speaker 3: U i Q.

- 6:08Speaker 1: you want to do it, you can make a guest
- 6:10Speaker 1: for Sammy and Menace and will they know it. But
- 6:13Speaker 1: before we get into the questions that actually count towards
- 6:15Speaker 1: you winning a prize or not, we're gonna get to
- 6:17Speaker 1: know the drunk a little bit better, just kind of get.
- 6:18Speaker 8: A better idea just how with it or not with
- 6:20Speaker 8: it they are? And who is this person? Sebast This

- 9:20Speaker 8: fair enough, yeah, said with the right accent.
- 9:26Speaker 1: All right, well, Hugo said that Jonah would know the

- 10:22Speaker 2: All right, no for Jonah.
- 10:26Speaker 6: I am so betrayed from the last one that I'm
- 10:31Speaker 6: going to say triple no.

- 14:15Speaker 1: We all got something out of that. Here. Remind Jonah,
- 14:18Speaker 1: reminds me of somebody and I can't Yeah, I can't
- 14:21Speaker 1: put my finger on it. There's like a there's like
- 14:24Speaker 1: a TV character that yes.
- 14:25Speaker 4: This, and then it's just like that.
- 14:28Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Maybe it's your favorite NASCAR driver get in yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 14:35Speaker 1: my favorite UFC fighter.
- 14:40Speaker 7: Okay, okay, I think I know what that is.
- 14:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:44Speaker 1: This is the Woodie Show dumb lawsuit of the day.
- 14:48Speaker 1: This woman sued her employer. Her boss wouldn't stop calling
- 14:53Speaker 1: her a potato. Now my daughter, she calls her best
- 14:59Speaker 1: friend Sophie. They have an name for They call her potato,
- 15:01Speaker 1: and it's like it's like this cute little like you know,
- 15:04Speaker 1: it's an endearing thing. Yeah, it's like it's not insulting.
- 15:07Speaker 1: I'll say, oh, so are you and Sophie, who.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Who are you in?
- 15:14Speaker 1: Potato potatoo? Like she's yeah, because she's thirteen year old girl. Anyway,
- 15:20Speaker 1: this woman is suing her employer. The boss wouldn't stop
- 15:23Speaker 1: calling her a potato. She's Irish, she's English. Oh, she
- 15:27Speaker 1: said that calling her that quote totally eroded my self
- 15:32Speaker 1: respect and my self esteem. It made me feel small, insecure, violated,
- 15:39Speaker 1: and extremely anxious.
- 15:41Speaker 5: Got here, dude, I almost I almost was ready to
- 15:45Speaker 5: maybe support her, but the anxiety and the violation. Now,
- 15:49Speaker 5: all I know is that I know people of Irish
- 15:51Speaker 5: descent that are still very mad at the British. So
- 15:54Speaker 5: I know this is a thing if she's calling a
- 15:56Speaker 5: potato from the potato famine.
- 15:57Speaker 1: But do okay, so I'm part I, but you know,
- 16:01Speaker 1: I don't go as hardcore as you know. There were
- 16:03Speaker 1: so many people that go, like, man, they want to
- 16:05Speaker 1: make sure we get it. You're like same with the Italians,
- 16:09Speaker 1: like we get it. But is that insulting or did
- 16:14Speaker 1: they embrace the potato like you know, I don't know
- 16:18Speaker 1: what do you mean? Because Irish like this woman did
- 16:21Speaker 1: not in the well because it wasn't one thing.
- 16:23Speaker 5: About the Potato family.
- 16:24Speaker 1: The family, right, and then the British.
- 16:27Speaker 5: I think if I went to a good school, I
- 16:29Speaker 5: don't remember, basically starved all the Irish people and and
- 16:32Speaker 5: made it so there wasn't anything left.
- 16:34Speaker 1: But they had potato, right, It was a potato fan.
- 16:38Speaker 5: There was no but there was no food coming into Ireland. Oh,
- 16:41Speaker 5: I see they usually grow potatoes, but they couldn't even
- 16:44Speaker 5: grow potato.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Got it?
- 16:45Speaker 5: So I could see It's a little noxious. But to
- 16:48Speaker 5: be violated, well, for it to.
- 16:50Speaker 9: Be your boss though, too, and constantly calling you that
- 16:53Speaker 9: a lot of people don't like nicknames and stuff like
- 16:55Speaker 9: that because it, I mean, some people feel it takes
- 16:57Speaker 9: away their identity of who they are and I wish
- 17:00Speaker 9: I had a name.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Maybe they're just annoyed.
- 17:03Speaker 1: The judge constantly annoyed by it, blunt, secure, violating, extremely anxious.
- 17:10Speaker 1: The judge added that it was reasonable for an individual
- 17:13Speaker 1: of Irish heritage to find the repeated use of the
- 17:15Speaker 1: word potato and other racist terms offensive and humiliating, and
- 17:20Speaker 1: the judge warded her thirty thousand dollars. Somebody called me
- 17:24Speaker 1: a bagel right now and the company fired the manager
- 17:28Speaker 1: who called her a potato.
- 17:30Speaker 7: Damn Yeah, I mean, I mean at the tone of
- 17:33Speaker 7: like the manager maybe thought they were funny so they
- 17:37Speaker 7: constantly said it.
- 17:38Speaker 5: Man, but sounds more like a Michael Scott, like, Okay,
- 17:41Speaker 5: you think you're hilarious, but super annoying.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Yeah, but can you imagine filing a lawsuit over like
- 17:48Speaker 1: over somebody calling you a potato.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Especially at work, any lawsuit.
- 17:52Speaker 6: That would literally be so awkward, and that would be
- 17:54Speaker 6: the nicest thing any of.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Us have ever called each other. I'm saying that, I'm
- 17:59Speaker 1: thinking about some of the the people that I worked
- 18:01Speaker 1: for earlier in my career, and dude, there was yelling
- 18:05Speaker 1: and screaming and throwing of stuff, and it's weird looking
- 18:09Speaker 1: back on it. It's like I feel, I feel like
- 18:12Speaker 1: it made me better, Like I didn't feel violated or whatever.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Like I felt like whether it was not wanting to
- 18:18Speaker 1: be in the crosshairs of that or not wanting to
- 18:21Speaker 1: disappoint the program director of the radio station. And I'm
- 18:25Speaker 1: thinking you're doing a good job, like it made it
- 18:27Speaker 1: made me really focus and do a better job. Yeah,
- 18:32Speaker 1: I know it's different now, right, it's different now. You
- 18:36Speaker 1: can't do that, right, I know you can't manage that way.
- 18:38Speaker 7: A lot of people will like disagree with you, but
- 18:41Speaker 7: I don't know. It kind of trained me not to
- 18:43Speaker 7: sweat to small stuff. I care about stuff, stuff that
- 18:46Speaker 7: actually matters.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Like that would been like, oh that's it called the potato. Okay,
- 18:51Speaker 1: it's a good day. That's pretty good.
- 18:55Speaker 4: Oh.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Man, Like dude, this one guy, he he was crazy,
- 18:59Speaker 1: like I would like he had to have like some
- 19:02Speaker 1: kind of chemical and bounce like he was that nuts.
- 19:04Speaker 1: But I think that was more. It was that drill
- 19:05Speaker 1: sergeant kind of.
- 19:06Speaker 2: That's the thing. The drill sergeant thing scared me less
- 19:11Speaker 2: than this one program director I would had that would
- 19:14Speaker 2: walk into the studio during a shift and look at
- 19:16Speaker 2: me very deadpan and just say, do you want to
- 19:19Speaker 2: explain what the f you just did? And it was
- 19:22Speaker 2: more scary that he was mellow about.
- 19:24Speaker 1: My blood, whereas if they're yelling and what you like, well,
- 19:28Speaker 1: what what with missed? What kind of mistake?
- 19:30Speaker 2: Was it? Like a song that had to swear that
- 19:32Speaker 2: I played the wrong edit of something like that, something that's.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Justified, Yeah, what were you playing?
- 19:42Speaker 7: Atologist him?
- 19:46Speaker 1: Its seasonology? What he show
