- 0:04Speaker 1: John j Rich, what's crack a leg?
- 0:07Speaker 2: And this is the big bulls dove snoopy deegle, double.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Gigsel dang boom.
- 0:10Speaker 3: What you don't do?
- 0:13Speaker 1: We're not talking about Rich Jant and we're not talking
- 0:15Speaker 1: about last week. It's the one and only dog, the
- 0:17Speaker 1: last last big smooth eagle, double gibble in your face
- 0:20Speaker 1: to be and in the place to be. And you're
- 0:22Speaker 1: listening to John.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Jay and Rich John Jene Rich. Text us about anything.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Any time. You can text jj R and whatever you
- 0:32Speaker 2: want to say to the number nine six eight ninety three.
- 0:35Speaker 2: You can call us at eight seven seven nine three
- 0:37Speaker 2: seven one oh four seven. Couple of text messages here,
- 0:41Speaker 2: John j and Rich. My expensive mistake. I got to
- 0:44Speaker 2: spray to make dogs not want to pee. I've seen
- 0:46Speaker 2: the spray before, right, she says. I sprayed it all
- 0:49Speaker 2: over the basement and the couch of our old rental place.
- 0:52Speaker 2: The only problem is they kept paying. I couldn't figure
- 0:54Speaker 2: out why. It turns out when you spray it, you
- 0:56Speaker 2: spray it where you want them to peek. We lost
- 1:01Speaker 2: our deposit on that place. Ha ha.
- 1:05Speaker 1: That's where you really need to read the direction.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I've seen those phrase, because like, if dogs aren't
- 1:09Speaker 3: peeing on peepads, you can spray that and so that
- 1:12Speaker 3: they learn that the peepad is where to go.
- 1:14Speaker 2: I have this horrible feeling that that's what we've been doing,
- 1:16Speaker 2: but we've done in the past. I can't. I got
- 1:18Speaker 2: to go back and read this stuff because I tell
- 1:20Speaker 2: you another text John J. And Rich to bounce off
- 1:24Speaker 2: of riches two things can be true phrase that he
- 1:27Speaker 2: cannot stand. Yes, I cannot stand the phrase my truth.
- 1:31Speaker 2: It irritates me to know him. There is no ownership
- 1:33Speaker 2: of the truth. It's just your side, their side, and
- 1:37Speaker 2: the truth. You may be telling the truth or your side,
- 1:40Speaker 2: but saying it's mine makes it hard to debate or
- 1:43Speaker 2: reach an understanding. Anyways, rant over love you guys.
- 1:46Speaker 3: Yeah, that's the point, though, Is logically that that's correct?
- 1:49Speaker 1: Is that written by my wife? Stacy goes up on
- 1:51Speaker 1: the here's my truth thing all the time, hates that,
- 1:54Speaker 1: which is like, there's just the truth? Does she have
- 1:57Speaker 1: a seven one nine number? I mean maybe a sticking
- 2:02Speaker 1: the phones.
- 2:03Speaker 2: I went camping about two weeks ago for four days,
- 2:07Speaker 2: no cell phone, no computers, nothing. I detached from the world,
- 2:11Speaker 2: and I knew it was happening, so I prepared people
- 2:13Speaker 2: around me and it was great. A week before that,
- 2:17Speaker 2: I think I told you guys, I was riding my
- 2:18Speaker 2: bike near the ocean. I fell in the ocean and
- 2:20Speaker 2: broke my phone. It didn't work for three days. I
- 2:23Speaker 2: had to get a new phone. And not having a
- 2:25Speaker 2: cell phone I thought was such an interesting study. And
- 2:29Speaker 2: I think someone on the show has recently gone through that.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Yes, yes, but unlike willingly, like as that's what I
- 2:35Speaker 3: mean when I said if I almost dropped it into
- 2:37Speaker 3: the ocean, but I didn't drop it into the ocean.
- 2:40Speaker 3: It just died, and it died when I was out
- 2:43Speaker 3: and about. I actually took my kids to the place
- 2:45Speaker 3: that back to the place that Peyton and I dropped
- 2:47Speaker 3: her try it Tuesday last year. The Yeah, it's Toroco Sports.
- 2:50Speaker 3: It's a cool batting cage with arcade and so like.
- 2:53Speaker 3: While I was there, I was like, probably not a
- 2:56Speaker 3: big deal if my phone dies right now, Like I'm
- 2:59Speaker 3: in the batting case just with them. I'm busy, like
- 3:01Speaker 3: playing with them, so I don't really need my phone anyways.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Should I take some videos? I would like to take
- 3:05Speaker 3: some pictures and videos, but I already have the pictures
- 3:08Speaker 3: and videos from when Peyton and I took our kids
- 3:10Speaker 3: to there a week go for a try Tuesday. Then
- 3:14Speaker 3: I realize, like I'm looking at my phone a lot,
- 3:19Speaker 3: like a lot, Like I'm checking it, like is anyone called?
- 3:23Speaker 3: Or what am I missing? Or do I need to
- 3:25Speaker 3: take a picture? And every time I pick it up,
- 3:27Speaker 3: I'm like, oh my god, it's dead.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Not a big deal.
- 3:29Speaker 3: And like on the way home at the stoplights, it's
- 3:32Speaker 3: just the habit to look at my phone, I'm.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Like, if, oh it's dead, put it away.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Eight hundred times later, I'm like, I had thought I
- 3:38Speaker 3: didn't have a phone addiction, but apparently I do.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Apparently I do.
- 3:42Speaker 2: Yeah, it's amazing.
- 3:43Speaker 3: And it was just like I was disappointed in.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Myself, That's what I'm telling you. Like, like knowing that
- 3:48Speaker 2: I wasn't going to have my phone for four days,
- 3:50Speaker 2: it was easy to deal with because it was put away.
- 3:52Speaker 2: I was allowed to have it because you get kicked
- 3:53Speaker 2: out of the camp, did you have it? But when
- 3:55Speaker 2: my phone broke in the ocean, it didn't work, and
- 3:59Speaker 2: I still held it and I still looked at it
- 4:02Speaker 2: and I would touch it and I would be like okay,
- 4:04Speaker 2: and I'm like, oh my god, what's wrong.
- 4:06Speaker 1: It's psycho's like, you really only have that issue when
- 4:09Speaker 1: you like involuntarily don't have your phone, like I guess
- 4:13Speaker 1: size or.
- 4:13Speaker 2: You break it. But it might be something in the
- 4:15Speaker 2: in the Tarocco sports because my phone was dead too
- 4:17Speaker 2: when I was no, I.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Was just like, I knew I needed to charge it
- 4:20Speaker 3: before I left.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Charging you do like a self what do you call it?
- 4:25Speaker 3: Look?
- 4:26Speaker 2: Can you go inside yourself and you look? You're like,
- 4:27Speaker 2: oh my god, this is a problem. So that's why
- 4:30Speaker 2: now I'm trying to get away from my phone when
- 4:32Speaker 2: I get home, like I'm trying.
- 4:34Speaker 3: To The test I wanted to do on myself was
- 4:37Speaker 3: more like, I want to have my phone around and
- 4:40Speaker 3: not look at it. Because at home I'll leave my
- 4:42Speaker 3: phone in the other room and walk around and it's
- 4:44Speaker 3: no big deal. I don't go find my phone and
- 4:46Speaker 3: check it. But I noticed when I have it on
- 4:48Speaker 3: my person, I'm looking at it all the time, and that,
- 4:50Speaker 3: to me is unhealthy. I don't need to do that.
- 4:52Speaker 1: The test I try to do is like when Stacey
- 4:54Speaker 1: and I go to dinner, of course we leave it
- 4:56Speaker 1: our phones away, but let's say she gets up to
- 4:59Speaker 1: go to the bathroom. I don't even check it then.
- 5:01Speaker 1: I just stare and look around the restaurant and try
- 5:03Speaker 1: to not look at my phone. But you really have
- 5:06Speaker 1: to try because you want to go to that.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Well, I take it once it further. When my wife
- 5:10Speaker 2: and I go somewhere, I don't take my phone. Oh,
- 5:12Speaker 2: you don't even bring it in. Don't even bring it. No,
- 5:13Speaker 2: I don't even bring it with me and leave that
- 5:15Speaker 2: at my house. Why do we go eat dinner somewhere?
- 5:17Speaker 2: We go somewhere, I don't take it with me. Where
- 5:19Speaker 2: if something happens, well, she has her phone eight seven
- 5:22Speaker 2: seven ninety three seven one o four seven. I wonder
- 5:24Speaker 2: who's who's got the longest without a cell phone, like,
- 5:27Speaker 2: either on purpose or not on purpose.
- 5:29Speaker 3: I think you did it for four days.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Nobody can be four days, nobody, nobody can be four days.
- 5:35Speaker 2: I challenge you call me right now eight seven seven
- 5:37Speaker 2: nine three seven one a four seven
