- 0:11Speaker 1: are invading Spain and we're just supposed to sit back

- 0:17Speaker 1: think so. I think there's a massive warning sign in
- 0:19Speaker 1: this about the collapse of borders and sovereignty and the
- 0:23Speaker 1: fact that we need to stop it in its tracks.
- 0:26Speaker 1: There's a lot to get to with that subject. We'll
- 0:27Speaker 1: do it coming up here in just a moment. Also,
- 0:30Speaker 1: will we get Todd Blanche as the fully Senate-confirmed attorney general?
- 0:34Speaker 1: John Cornyn and Thom Tillis continue to stand in the way,
- 0:37Speaker 1: but the president of the United States is throwing down
- 0:41Speaker 1: on that subject. And we'll get some expert legal analysis
- 0:44Speaker 1: and nonstop hilarity from our friend Kurt Schlichter, who joins
- 0:47Speaker 1: us today on the program. Glad Kurt is stopping by.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Can't wait to chat with him. It's all ahead on

- 1:57Speaker 1: of your daily routine. Kaboom. Yeah, remember when Spain had borders?
- 2:07Speaker 1: Turns out they are evaporating. We're watching as Moroccans are
- 2:12Speaker 1: pouring in by the tens of thousands over the course
- 2:17Speaker 1: of just 24 hours into a Spanish enclave known as
- 2:21Speaker 1: Ceuta right there at the northern tip of Morocco before
- 2:24Speaker 1: you cross the Strait of Gibraltar into mainland Spain. There
- 2:28Speaker 1: you have a Spanish territory that's being invaded by tens
- 2:33Speaker 1: of thousands of Moroccans in a world where there's not
- 2:35Speaker 1: that many Spanish people there to begin with. Well, relatively speaking.
- 2:39Speaker 1: This is a Spanish city of 83,567 people, to be specific.
- 2:45Speaker 1: This is according to Spanish census records from 2025. So
- 2:49Speaker 1: about 84,000 people. You know how many Moroccans just poured
- 2:52Speaker 1: in there in an invasion? 49,000 in 24 hours. That's
- 3:00Speaker 1: according to the BBC official estimates right now.
- 3:03Speaker 2: 49,000 invaders.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Pouring into a region of 84,000 Spaniards. Now, I don't
- 3:14Speaker 1: know how into math you are, but just to be clear,
- 3:17Speaker 1: that's more than half the population. Suddenly Ceuta ain't Ceuta anymore.
- 3:24Speaker 1: It's Morocco. The hell just happened? Let me show you
- 3:28Speaker 1: some of these crazy images. And note, of course, that
- 3:31Speaker 1: these are military-aged males. Are there women and children? Yeah,
- 3:35Speaker 1: like occasionally. But have you seen the footage of this?
- 3:38Speaker 1: It's all dudes. It's all young men absolutely storming a
- 3:43Speaker 1: country that they don't belong to. Cut one.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Watch.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Take a look at some of this imagery. Look, people
- 3:52Speaker 1: coming by water. They're walking, kind of, they're swimming around
- 3:59Speaker 1: a border barrier, pouring in, storming gates. Absolutely gloating about
- 4:11Speaker 1: the fact that they've invaded another country. No, not by force.
- 4:15Speaker 1: They're not, I mean, other than, like, they're forcing their
- 4:17Speaker 1: way through gates and stuff, but They're not carrying arms,
- 4:20Speaker 1: not shooting anybody. It's just a free-for-all invasion. And Spain
- 4:24Speaker 1: was just rolling over yesterday and allowing it to happen? Yeah,
- 4:26Speaker 1: that's what happened yesterday over the course of 24 hours.
- 4:29Speaker 1: So for those of us back in the United States
- 4:31Speaker 1: of America watching all of this, of course, the images
- 4:34Speaker 1: are horrific. And you're thinking, this is insane. I can't
- 4:37Speaker 1: believe this is even happening. I've got more. Here's Moroccan
- 4:41Speaker 1: men leaving all sorts of garbage in their wake. These
- 4:44Speaker 1: are not people coming to.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Look at this.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Trash everywhere. Some of them carried bicycles in. They brought
- 4:52Speaker 1: their own modes of transportation. Look at this. Just coming in,
- 4:59Speaker 1: wearing soccer jerseys, shorts, barefoot, storming an entire country, no
- 5:04Speaker 1: consequences whatsoever.
- 5:06Speaker 4: Hmm.
- 5:08Speaker 1: And as they come, it's not just trash. It's also
- 5:10Speaker 1: physical street fights. We've got, look at this, cut three.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Here's a fight straight in the middle of the streets
- 5:15Speaker 1: of Ceuta. There's fights going on. And now that the
- 5:18Speaker 1: Moroccans are the majority population, the invaders, I expect we'll
- 5:23Speaker 1: see a lot more of this.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Watch.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Here, cut three. Incredible. Absolutely incredible.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Incredible.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Fighting in the streets, people just sprinting to the streets,
- 5:37Speaker 1: kicking each other. We've seen images of people trying to
- 5:41Speaker 1: break into apartments, Moroccans trying to break into Spanish apartments,
- 5:45Speaker 1: climbing up the sides of these walls. It's like a
- 5:48Speaker 1: zombie invasion. What the hell's going on?
- 5:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:54Speaker 1: So one more for you, one more of the invasion,
- 5:57Speaker 1: and then we'll get to some of the predicates here.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Why did this happen? Here is some of the imagery
- 6:03Speaker 1: of the overrun beach line as people walk just straight
- 6:07Speaker 1: down the beach, kind of wrap around the barrier from
- 6:09Speaker 1: Morocco directly into Spanish territory. Take a look. Here's cut four.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Look at that. Just look at the mass of humanity.
- 6:19Speaker 1: For those of you on the audio podcast right now,
- 6:21Speaker 1: the images really are unbelievable. I'm just watching as tens
- 6:26Speaker 1: of thousands of Moroccan men are walking around this measly
- 6:31Speaker 1: barrier into Spanish territory. Nobody there to stop them, no
- 6:35Speaker 1: efforts whatsoever to barricade them. Eventually, the Spanish military has
- 6:40Speaker 1: been mobilized, but that's a pretty late process, isn't it?
- 6:45Speaker 1: as you've already got tens of thousands of invaders, and
- 6:47Speaker 1: are they going to be sent back? Well, this is interesting.
- 6:50Speaker 1: This is a very interesting quandary because Spain has done
- 6:54Speaker 1: something completely suicidal. In fact, there was a recent Supreme
- 6:57Speaker 1: Court's decision in Spain that ruled that migrants who come
- 7:03Speaker 1: by sea can't be easily and rapidly deported, unlike migrants
- 7:08Speaker 1: who come by land. Now, if that's insane to you,
- 7:12Speaker 1: That's because it's insane. It's totally insane. So you can
- 7:16Speaker 1: rapidly deport somebody who stays on terra firma, but you
- 7:20Speaker 1: can't rapidly deport someone who dips their toes in the water,
- 7:24Speaker 1: which you just witnessed to the tune of tens of
- 7:27Speaker 1: thousands of people dipping their toes in the water and
- 7:30Speaker 1: then walking into Ceuta. That's what Spain has going on.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Here's the New York Times overnight as they describe some
- 7:37Speaker 1: of this. Spain mobilizes the military as thousands of migrants
- 7:40Speaker 1: cross into Ceuta. The arrivals in Ceuta, a six-mile-long peninsula
- 7:45Speaker 1: on Morocco's northern coast that Spain has governed for centuries,
- 7:49Speaker 1: have fueled political tensions. Well, no kidding. What do you
- 7:52Speaker 1: mean they've fueled political tensions? This is societal chaos. I
- 7:57Speaker 1: love the understatement here. This could create some political tension.
- 8:02Speaker 1: This could create the collapse of an entire country, you morons.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Thousands of migrants crossing into Spain's North African territory. Now,
- 8:14Speaker 1: on the Supreme Court decision, this is what the New
- 8:17Speaker 1: York Times says, Spain's interior ministry said human smuggling networks
- 8:20Speaker 1: were seizing on a recent Supreme Court decision to encourage
- 8:24Speaker 1: migrants to try to enter Europe through Spain. That decision
- 8:29Speaker 1: barred the summary return of migrants intercepted at sea while
- 8:33Speaker 1: attempting to reach the Spanish territories. The summary return, summary
- 8:38Speaker 1: return would be We grab you by the oversized basketball
- 8:43Speaker 1: shorts and we throw you out of the country the
- 8:45Speaker 1: second you walk in. That would be summary deportation. That's
- 8:49Speaker 1: not what's happening here. Instead, they're rolling over for invasion.
- 8:54Speaker 1: They're rolling over in Spain for invasion right now. Well,
- 8:56Speaker 1: the Supreme Court told us to roll over. So they're
- 8:58Speaker 1: rolling over. And you've got Moroccan invaders who are taking
- 9:03Speaker 1: advantage of this weakness. And, you know, the prime minister
- 9:09Speaker 1: of Spain, is a guy called Pedro Sanchez. Pedro Sanchez.
- 9:15Speaker 1: And this guy, Pedro Sanchez, is a moron. I listened
- 9:18Speaker 1: to him earlier this year talking about how Spain is
- 9:22Speaker 1: very welcoming and generous. This is Spain's weak-ass prime minister
- 9:25Speaker 1: creating the conditions where the country can be invaded. Cut five, watch.
- 9:29Speaker 3: Some say we've gone too far, that we're going against
- 9:33Speaker 3: the current. But I would like to ask you, when
- 9:36Speaker 3: did recognizing rights become something radical? When did empathy become
- 9:41Speaker 3: something exceptional? Spain is above all a welcoming country, and
- 9:47Speaker 3: this is the path we choose. Dignity, community, and justice.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Dignity, community, justice. Well, not for Spaniards. No dignity for you.
- 9:58Speaker 1: No dignity for you. the people who live here. Dignity
- 10:02Speaker 1: for invaders. Now, there's a lot of warning signs built
- 10:05Speaker 1: into this. The reason this is an American story as
- 10:08Speaker 1: we talk about it is because of what it warns
- 10:12Speaker 1: us about happening to our own country. And And if yes,
- 10:17Speaker 1: of course, we've had a lot of this happen to
- 10:19Speaker 1: our own countries. I'll get to that in a moment.
- 10:20Speaker 1: But first, this Pedro Sanchez, do you know what he is?
- 10:25Speaker 1: In addition to being weak, in addition to betraying his
- 10:28Speaker 1: own people, do you know what he is? He's a socialist.
- 10:33Speaker 1: He is a member of the Spanish Socialist Workers Party.
- 10:38Speaker 1: He's one of these commies who don't believe in borders,
- 10:42Speaker 1: who believe that borders are somehow an evil, He's an
- 10:46Speaker 1: agent of chaos running his country into the dirt. Any
- 10:52Speaker 1: warning signs here for the rest of us? Should we
- 10:55Speaker 1: empower socialists in the United States to take over our affairs?
- 10:59Speaker 1: They're already promising to do precisely what Pedro Sanchez is
- 11:03Speaker 1: doing to his own country. They're promising to kick our
- 11:07Speaker 1: borders wide open again. They want people to pour in.
- 11:10Speaker 1: They don't think Americans deserve a nice country. that there's
- 11:15Speaker 1: anything laudable about the 250 years of American history that
- 11:20Speaker 1: our ancestors built. They're agents of chaos, like Pedro Sanchez.
- 11:24Speaker 1: They're socialists, just like that guy. How about no? How
- 11:29Speaker 1: about we reject that outright? Meanwhile, the socialists, of course,
- 11:31Speaker 1: are taking over the Democrat Party. I started this week,
- 11:33Speaker 1: if you go back, I believe it was to the
- 11:35Speaker 1: Monday podcast, we talked about the rise of the Democrat
- 11:39Speaker 1: Socialists of America. And the long game that they've been
- 11:42Speaker 1: undertaking to take over the Democrat Party here in the
- 11:44Speaker 1: United States of America, unfortunately, it's working. They've been doing
- 11:48Speaker 1: that with a lot of success. And now it's created
- 11:51Speaker 1: a full-blown civil war in the Democrat Party. The best
- 11:54Speaker 1: case scenario is that leads to that party's collapse and
- 11:57Speaker 1: obscurity and just disappearance into the political wilderness. But that's
- 12:03Speaker 1: hoping for a lot. The concern should definitely be that
- 12:06Speaker 1: the socialists are on the rise. And these are the
- 12:08Speaker 1: kinds of plans they have in store for us. this
- 12:11Speaker 1: kind of chaos. In fact, we've seen this chaos at
- 12:15Speaker 1: the hands of these Democrats here in the United States.
- 12:18Speaker 1: You'd be forgiven for suppressing the memory of what our
- 12:24Speaker 1: country looked like while Joe Biden was being kept in
- 12:28Speaker 1: the Oval Office and fed a steady dose of soft foods.
- 12:33Speaker 1: This is what it looked like. Remember this? Western lensmen
- 12:35Speaker 1: pulling these clips. Here he is, Alejandro Mayorkas, the awful,
- 12:42Speaker 1: evil former DHS secretary and our U.S.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Border.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Take a look at what it used to look like.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Cut sticks. The challenges of the border are very complex
- 12:50Speaker 1: and dynamic. All right, well, I'm going to take from
- 12:52Speaker 1: that that if you can't answer yes, then the answer
- 12:56Speaker 1: is no. That is not true.
- 12:57Speaker 5: All right, so then you're saying all nine are secure.
- 13:00Speaker 1: It is my testimony that the border is secure. We
- 13:04Speaker 1: are working every day, day and night, to increase its security. Yeah, right.
- 13:12Speaker 1: So the reality is, as much as we're hardified by
- 13:16Speaker 1: the images of what we're seeing in a small Spanish territory.
- 13:21Speaker 1: We had this happen on our border. Our border has
- 13:24Speaker 1: been wide open for years. Tens of millions of military-aged
- 13:28Speaker 1: males from every country on planet Earth were pouring into
- 13:31Speaker 1: the United States at the invitation of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris,
- 13:36Speaker 1: Alejandro Mayorkas, and all of these agents of chaos who've
- 13:39Speaker 1: been running the Democrat Party and leading us down a
- 13:43Speaker 1: path of destruction. Now, President Trump keeps getting elected in
- 13:47Speaker 1: an attempt to reverse all of that misfortune. And it's
- 13:51Speaker 1: had some positive effect. President Trump has locked down the border.
- 13:53Speaker 1: He's deported a lot of people. That mission continues to
- 13:55Speaker 1: be underway. Restoring order is essential. But it only lasts
- 14:01Speaker 1: insofar as we have leaders who are actually going to
- 14:03Speaker 1: protect us. Right now, we do. And those leaders have
- 14:08Speaker 1: been warning Europe about the disaster that awaits them if
- 14:11Speaker 1: they continue down the road that they are clearly on.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Among them, people like J.D. Vance, the vice president of
- 14:17Speaker 1: the United States. who has issued warnings to Europe over
- 14:20Speaker 1: and over and over again about how they are headed
- 14:24Speaker 1: down the path of destruction of their once great cultures
- 14:27Speaker 1: and societies. Watch, here's J.D. Vance back in, I believe
- 14:31Speaker 1: this was at CPAC 2025, cut seven, talking about Europe's collapse. Watch.
- 14:36Speaker 6: The greatest threat in Europe is that you've had the
- 14:39Speaker 6: leaders of the West decide that they should send millions
- 14:45Speaker 6: and millions of unvetted foreign migrants into their countries.
- 14:49Speaker 1: That is the biggest threat to Europe.
- 14:51Speaker 6: And frankly, it remains, by the way, the biggest threat
- 14:54Speaker 6: to the United States because, yes, we've got four years
- 14:57Speaker 6: of President Trump's leadership. But I guarantee you, if the
- 15:00Speaker 6: Democrats ever get power again, they're going to try to
- 15:03Speaker 6: do it again.
- 15:05Speaker 1: He's right. He's totally right. We've got Trump right now. Remember,
- 15:10Speaker 1: it didn't take any new laws. All it took was
- 15:12Speaker 1: a new president. But the same is true of border
- 15:15Speaker 1: disaster for the United States. Restarting the invasion of the
- 15:20Speaker 1: planet into the United States of America wouldn't take a
- 15:22Speaker 1: new law. It would just take a new president, which
- 15:26Speaker 1: is why we have to work so hard to prevent
- 15:29Speaker 1: the left from seizing power again in the United States.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Of course, that goes back to the Save America Act, which,
- 15:35Speaker 1: of course, is a preeminent concern. We have to get
- 15:37Speaker 1: that passed. We'll get to that coming up. But J.D.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Vance's warning is correct. We have another warning from J.D.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Vance.
- 15:44Speaker 1: He's talked about this a lot. Take a look.
- 15:46Speaker 6: I really believe that we have a great deal in
- 15:48Speaker 6: common with Europe. And I'm not, you know, yes, the
- 15:51Speaker 6: Europeans annoy me sometimes. And yes, I disagree with them
- 15:54Speaker 6: on certain issues. But we have to remember that is
- 15:56Speaker 6: the cradle of Western civilization. The entire idea of Christian
- 16:00Speaker 6: civilization that led to the founding of the United States
- 16:03Speaker 6: of America, that was formed in Europe.
- 16:05Speaker 1: The cultural bonds, the religious.
- 16:07Speaker 6: Bonds, these things are going to last beyond political disagreements.
- 16:11Speaker 6: But I think that Europe, and frankly, I would have
- 16:14Speaker 6: said this about America a year ago, But America, Europe
- 16:17Speaker 6: is at risk, I think, of creating, of engaging in
- 16:20Speaker 6: civilizational suicide. They are unable to, or unwilling, too many
- 16:25Speaker 6: countries to control their borders. You see them starting to
- 16:27Speaker 6: push back against that, and good, that's a good thing.
- 16:30Speaker 6: You see them starting to limit the free speech of
- 16:32Speaker 6: their own citizens. even as those citizens are protesting against
- 16:36Speaker 6: things like the border invasion that got Donald Trump and
- 16:40Speaker 6: a number of European leaders elected. So look, I want
- 16:43Speaker 6: Europe to thrive. I want them to be an important ally.
- 16:46Speaker 6: Part of that is going to be Europe respecting its
- 16:49Speaker 6: own people, respecting its own sovereignty, and America.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Can't do that job for them.
- 16:54Speaker 6: If you have a country like Germany, where you have
- 16:56Speaker 6: another few million immigrants come in from countries that.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Are totally culturally.
- 17:01Speaker 6: Incompatible with Germany, then it doesn't matter what I think
- 17:04Speaker 6: about Europe. Germany will have killed itself. And I hope
- 17:08Speaker 6: they don't do that because I love Germany and I
- 17:09Speaker 6: want Germany to thrive.
- 17:11Speaker 1: You know, the deepest elements of your culture are in
- 17:14Speaker 1: fact religious, by the way. The deepest elements, the most
- 17:18Speaker 1: sincere elements of who you are and how you relate
- 17:21Speaker 1: to people are often found in your religion. Christianity, in
- 17:26Speaker 1: this case, Christianity in Europe's case, Because you just heard
- 17:30Speaker 1: him use the word Christianity, and it makes me think
- 17:32Speaker 1: a lot about what we just saw in Spain, which
- 17:34Speaker 1: is the following, that remember Ceuta, this small Spanish territory
- 17:40Speaker 1: right at the northern tip of Africa there, that predominantly
- 17:45Speaker 1: is Catholic. Predominantly. Now, are there Muslim populations?
- 17:48Speaker 7: Yes.
- 17:48Speaker 1: There's a minority Muslim population there. There are Jewish populations
- 17:53Speaker 1: inside of Ceuta. But it's predominantly Christians. And now it's
- 17:58Speaker 1: just been overwhelmed by Muslim invaders who, if Spain allows it,
- 18:04Speaker 1: will become, and I don't even know how much they
- 18:06Speaker 1: can turn it back, given the number of people, it's
- 18:09Speaker 1: now majority Muslim. So overnight, we went from a small
- 18:12Speaker 1: area that was majority Christian to now dominantly Muslim because
- 18:17Speaker 1: of the invasion. Does that have an effect on a culture?
- 18:21Speaker 1: Does that have an effect on a country? Does that
- 18:24Speaker 1: create destabilization? You damn... well are right about that. You're
- 18:30Speaker 1: totally right about that. It destroys it. Ceuta is no more,
- 18:35Speaker 1: if this is allowed to stand.
- 18:38Speaker 5: No more.
- 18:39Speaker 1: And we're witnessing it right now. You know, the other
- 18:44Speaker 1: piece of this is it's not just J.D. Vance who
- 18:47Speaker 1: has issued these warnings to Europe. Need I remind you,
- 18:50Speaker 1: Marco Rubio, the great Secretary of State, man, I love
- 18:54Speaker 1: these guys, They've both been so completely candid, honest, and
- 18:59Speaker 1: aggressive on this issue. Here's Marco Rubio, not that long ago,
- 19:04Speaker 1: Munich Security Conference, talking about this issue, saying that Europe
- 19:09Speaker 1: just opened up its damn borders, and it has been
- 19:12Speaker 1: a nightmare. And they're not alone. The United States did
- 19:14Speaker 1: it too, with Joe Biden and the globalist class all
- 19:17Speaker 1: trying to basically destroy any notion of borders whatsoever. when
- 19:21Speaker 1: we have a Western civilization to protect. Here's Marco Rubio
- 19:24Speaker 1: on that subject.
- 19:25Speaker 4: But to use as leverage against our own. And in
- 19:28Speaker 4: a pursuit of a world without borders, we opened our
- 19:31Speaker 4: doors to an unprecedented wave of mass migration that threatens
- 19:35Speaker 4: the cohesion of our societies, the continuity of.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Our culture, and the future of our people.
- 19:43Speaker 4: We made these mistakes together, and now together we owe
- 19:48Speaker 4: it to our people to face those facts and to
- 19:51Speaker 4: move forward to rebuild.
- 19:54Speaker 1: We owe it to our people. We have to face this.
- 19:58Speaker 1: We have to move forward. We have to rebuild. And
- 20:00Speaker 1: what should we rebuild? We should rebuild our borders. We
- 20:03Speaker 1: should rebuild our sovereignty. We should rebuild our commitment to
- 20:06Speaker 1: the people who make up this country. This is why,
- 20:11Speaker 1: you know, when we talk, when we hear these people
- 20:12Speaker 1: say that, oh, America is a nation of immigrants. We've
- 20:16Speaker 1: talked about this before, but the whole concept of telling
- 20:19Speaker 1: people that America is a nation of immigrants is designed
- 20:23Speaker 1: to try and rob you of any sort of mental
- 20:26Speaker 1: understanding that this country belongs to you and your family.
- 20:30Speaker 1: It's to diminish the thought process that you have inherited
- 20:35Speaker 1: something of value. Anybody can pour in here. No, America
- 20:39Speaker 1: is not a nation of immigrants. America is a nation
- 20:41Speaker 1: of Americans. And we would do well to remember that.
- 20:46Speaker 1: And Europe would do well to remember the great legacy
- 20:49Speaker 1: that it has, that it has gifted us as a country.
- 20:53Speaker 1: We're marking 250 years of this wonderful country. There are
- 20:57Speaker 1: buildings in Europe that are older than this country, many
- 21:00Speaker 1: of them. But we're watching Europe in collapse. And that
- 21:05Speaker 1: breaks our hearts because we are the inheritors of some
- 21:09Speaker 1: of the greatest gifts humanity has ever given us. And
- 21:11Speaker 1: they come through Europe. They do. So a warning sign,
- 21:15Speaker 1: a warning sign in what's happening right now in Spain
- 21:18Speaker 1: as we're witnessing all of this. It's tragic. The president
- 21:23Speaker 1: and the White House reacting to this yesterday, saying that
- 21:30Speaker 1: we warned you. We warned you about this. Bill Malusian
- 21:33Speaker 1: has this up from the White House. This is what
- 21:35Speaker 1: he said. White House statement on African migrants overrunning the
- 21:39Speaker 1: Spanish border in Ceuta. President Trump has long warned Europe
- 21:42Speaker 1: what would happen if they continued to implement far-left globalist policies,
- 21:46Speaker 1: including enabling mass migration. Spain and other countries who have
- 21:49Speaker 1: adopted this destructive philosophy should immediately reverse course or risk
- 21:54Speaker 1: their own demise. He's got the hat. Trump was right
- 22:01Speaker 1: about everything. He's right about this too. Yes, he is.
- 22:07Speaker 6: Yes, he is.
- 22:08Speaker 1: All right. So much more ahead on the program. I
- 22:10Speaker 1: have to talk to you about what's happening domestically here
- 22:13Speaker 1: as we try and prevent the socialists from seizing power
- 22:16Speaker 1: in the United States. We've seen how that's gone for Spain.
- 22:19Speaker 1: We'd like not to duplicate that here. There's a lot
- 22:21Speaker 1: more to get to all ahead on this edition of Vince,
- 22:23Speaker 1: including our great guest, Kurt Schlichter, is coming up just
- 22:25Speaker 1: moments away. We'll chat with him. But first, everybody's talking
- 22:28Speaker 1: about weight loss injections because the results are very dramatic.
- 22:32Speaker 1: They work by helping to lower your blood sugar, reduce
- 22:34Speaker 1: your appetite. But what if you want to lose the
- 22:36Speaker 1: weight and you don't want the painful weekly injections, especially
- 22:39Speaker 1: when you hear about some of those side effects? Well,
- 22:40Speaker 1: that's precisely why doctors at Brickhouse Nutrition created an amazing
- 22:44Speaker 1: weight loss supplement called Lean. And the results really are remarkable.
- 22:47Speaker 1: The studied ingredients in Lean have been shown to help
- 22:49Speaker 1: lower your blood sugar, help you burn fat by converting

- 23:13Speaker 1: These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This
- 23:15Speaker 1: product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent
- 23:18Speaker 1: any disease, and it's not a substitute or alternative for
- 23:21Speaker 1: care from a healthcare provider. All right, we move on
- 23:24Speaker 1: to the battle to get Todd Blanche to become the
- 23:29Speaker 1: full-time Attorney General of the United States. Now, right now,
- 23:34Speaker 1: he is being considered by the United States Senate for
- 23:36Speaker 1: full confirmation. But you have a couple of jackasses who
- 23:39Speaker 1: are standing in his way. That would include Thom Tillis
- 23:42Speaker 1: and John Cornyn, both of whom are destined for the
- 23:47Speaker 1: exits right now and in their bitter final months against
- 23:49Speaker 1: President Trump and his voters. are trying to throw up
- 23:52Speaker 1: as many roadblocks as they can to our success as
- 23:55Speaker 1: a country. And that would include blocking Todd Blanche from
- 23:57Speaker 1: becoming the attorney general. It's a super, super annoying story.
- 24:02Speaker 1: But the good news is that fundamentally, they actually can't
- 24:06Speaker 1: really stop him from being useful to the country. I'll
- 24:09Speaker 1: get to that in a moment, but first on where
- 24:11Speaker 1: we are right now. So Tillis and Cornyn have been
- 24:15Speaker 1: trying to blockade President Trump. So President Trump is throwing
- 24:19Speaker 1: down and announced this week on Truth Social, you know what?
- 24:22Speaker 1: I may actually just withdraw the nomination entirely and just
- 24:25Speaker 1: wait until these two idiots are gone in January, and
- 24:28Speaker 1: then I'll bring it back. How about I do that?
- 24:30Speaker 1: He announced that on Truth Social, which is funny. I
- 24:34Speaker 1: really like that. I think it's hilarious. Now, having said that,
- 24:38Speaker 1: you know, why are John Cornyn and Tom Tillis nominally,
- 24:41Speaker 1: excuse me, Tham, why are Tham and Cornyn blocking Blanche
- 24:47Speaker 1: right now? And this is the most sinister reasoning. It's
- 24:51Speaker 1: because President Trump's administration saw it fitting to create a
- 24:58Speaker 1: settlement fund that would pay out American citizens who were
- 25:01Speaker 1: tyrannized by the federal government. That's it. That's the whole thing.
- 25:04Speaker 1: I mean, I could get into why they created the
- 25:06Speaker 1: settlement fund. It was the product of them leaking Trump's
- 25:08Speaker 1: tax returns. I can point out that Trump would not
- 25:11Speaker 1: collect a single dime from the settlement fund, nor anybody
- 25:13Speaker 1: in his family, that the fund would be set up
- 25:15Speaker 1: entirely to make Americans whole who've been actually hurt by
- 25:18Speaker 1: the government, which really did happen. That's all of it.
- 25:22Speaker 1: And Tillis and... Cornyn are both so angry that this
- 25:27Speaker 1: fund was ever contemplated that they're demanding Todd Blanche in
- 25:32Speaker 1: writing swear that it will never come to pass, that
- 25:37Speaker 1: no American will ever derive a benefit from a federal
- 25:40Speaker 1: government that hurt them. That's really what they're upset about,
- 25:45Speaker 1: which is a way of saying that they're just being
- 25:47Speaker 1: petty bitches, honestly. That really is what this is about.
- 25:51Speaker 1: And And it's driving— the president is just annoyed by it. Yesterday,
- 25:56Speaker 1: John Cornyn talked to the press because he loves talking
- 26:00Speaker 1: to the press. And here he is doing a little
- 26:01Speaker 1: bit of whining about the president of the United States.
- 26:03Speaker 1: Cut nine.
- 26:04Speaker 2: Watch.
- 26:06Speaker 7: What do you think that it signals that the president
- 26:07Speaker 7: is willing to withhold land rather than cede to.
- 26:12Speaker 2: What he wants to cede?
- 26:13Speaker 5: I don't know if it's just a negotiating technique on
- 26:16Speaker 5: his part, but it doesn't really solve any problems because
- 26:19Speaker 5: there's no guarantee— He's going to have enough Republican votes
- 26:22Speaker 5: in January to confirm him if he withdraws the nomination now.
- 26:28Speaker 5: I think we just ought to sit down and try
- 26:30Speaker 5: to solve the problem, much what we've been trying to
- 26:32Speaker 5: do at DOJ. And we thought we were really close
- 26:36Speaker 5: until now the president has basically blown that up.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Just in terms of the president's post earlier today, I mean,
- 26:44Speaker 1: do you think this is personal?
- 26:47Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
- 26:49Speaker 5: I mean, the president was treated badly when an IRS
- 26:53Speaker 5: contractor released his personal tax returns. I mean, and the
- 26:57Speaker 5: contractor's now in prison. So there was definitely a basis
- 27:01Speaker 5: for the original lawsuit. But the problem is this settlement
- 27:06Speaker 5: goes far beyond that and purports to provide future immunity
- 27:10Speaker 5: from tax audits for all of the affiliated organizations for
- 27:16Speaker 5: the president and his family, which I think... understand could
- 27:20Speaker 5: go and range into the hundreds. And they weren't parties
- 27:24Speaker 5: to the lawsuit, so they shouldn't be parties to the deal. Okay,
- 27:30Speaker 5: enough of this.
- 27:31Speaker 1: I mean, look, I want to remind people, the constitutional
- 27:33Speaker 1: role of the United States Senate when it comes to
- 27:35Speaker 1: these confirmations is not to run the executive branch of
- 27:38Speaker 1: the government. It's advice and consent over whether or not
- 27:41Speaker 1: the nominee is well-qualified. The obvious answer to that question
- 27:44Speaker 1: with Todd Blanch is he's more than well-qualified. He's been proven,
- 27:48Speaker 1: not just as an attorney standing alongside President Trump and
- 27:52Speaker 1: defending him from this kind of tyranny, but as the
- 27:54Speaker 1: acting Attorney General of the United States. Both of these
- 27:57Speaker 1: guys should be confirming him immediately And yet they're raising
- 28:02Speaker 1: a stink because they want to run the Justice Department. Well,
- 28:05Speaker 1: if you do, why don't you get your guy elected
- 28:07Speaker 1: and then you get nominated to become the attorney general?
- 28:09Speaker 1: In the meantime, stop being a jackass and just get
- 28:11Speaker 1: this guy through. It's pretty obvious. Now, the president has
- 28:15Speaker 1: jumped in today, as of this morning, just as we're
- 28:19Speaker 1: starting today. as always, is breaking news on Truth Social.
- 28:23Speaker 1: And he offers this detail about John Cornyn. He said,
- 28:26Speaker 1: John Cornyn never had a problem with the so-called fund,
- 28:29Speaker 1: which will not benefit me, but rather the great American
- 28:31Speaker 1: patriots who were hunted down like dogs and whose lives
- 28:34Speaker 1: were unfairly and illegally destroyed by the crooked Joe Biden
- 28:37Speaker 1: administration until after I decided to endorse and support his
- 28:41Speaker 1: Republican primary opponent in Texas. In other words, it's not
- 28:44Speaker 1: personal on Trump's part. It's personal on Cornyn's part. He says,
- 28:50Speaker 1: Paxton easily won the nomination for United States Senate. Perhaps
- 28:53Speaker 1: there's never been a group of people treated so badly
- 28:55Speaker 1: in our nation's history. They're suffering still, many ruined, and
- 28:59Speaker 1: I felt that they should be given compensation for what
- 29:01Speaker 1: has been done to them. I gave up any payments
- 29:03Speaker 1: for myself, which would have been substantial, including for the
- 29:06Speaker 1: illegal and unprecedented raid on Mar-a-Lago, my home in Florida.
- 29:09Speaker 1: Even though many legal experts and others, including John Cornyn,
- 29:12Speaker 1: said it was a shocking and disgusting display of weaponization
- 29:15Speaker 1: against me. Such an event has never happened before and
- 29:18Speaker 1: hopefully will never happen again. I will always feel that
- 29:21Speaker 1: these victims of government abuse should be paid back for
- 29:23Speaker 1: what they were forced to endure. Their lives have been ruined.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Millions of people agree with me, as was proven in
- 29:29Speaker 1: my landslide presidential win, where this was a major subject
- 29:32Speaker 1: of debate. And so did John Cornyn, until he lost
- 29:34Speaker 1: his election to an opponent that I endorsed. Todd Blanch,
- 29:38Speaker 1: a good man, should be immediately approved as U.S. Attorney General.
- 29:41Speaker 1: Thank you for your attention to this matter, President Donald J.
- 29:45Speaker 2: Trump.
- 29:46Speaker 1: The president saying, just confirm him. This is so stupid. Now,
- 29:52Speaker 1: the good news here, the good news here. Oh, and
- 29:55Speaker 1: by the way, John Cornyn enthusiastically endorsed Merrick Garland, to
- 29:58Speaker 1: be clear. John Cornyn said Merrick Garland is very well qualified.
- 30:03Speaker 1: He should become the attorney general of the United States,
- 30:05Speaker 1: who would then go on to tyrannize the United States,
- 30:07Speaker 1: just in case you're wondering what his standards are. But
- 30:09Speaker 1: the good news here is Todd Blanche, as the acting
- 30:13Speaker 1: attorney general right now, here's a fun fact about him.
- 30:16Speaker 1: He was already Senate confirmed as the deputy attorney general,
- 30:20Speaker 1: which means it doesn't really matter what John Cornyn wants.
- 30:24Speaker 1: He can stay acting attorney general for the rest of
- 30:26Speaker 1: Trump's term. The only thing that would change if he
- 30:29Speaker 1: gets Senate confirmed is the title. That's the good news today.
- 30:33Speaker 1: All right, more in a moment as we bring in
- 30:35Speaker 1: Kurt Schlichter. We'll chat with him about all of this
- 30:38Speaker 1: and find out what's going on with him in just
- 30:40Speaker 1: a moment here on The Vince Show. Well, technically, this
- 30:43Speaker 1: is Vince, the podcast. The Vince Show is the radio show.
- 30:45Speaker 1: Sometimes I forget. Hey, the Bone Charge Infrared Sauna Blanket

- 31:04Speaker 1: heat work its magic. It's created a huge difference in
- 31:07Speaker 1: how I relax and how rejuvenated I feel afterward. The
- 31:09Speaker 1: red light face mask, very impressive. I've been using, my
- 31:12Speaker 1: wife uses it rather. Allison uses it each day. She
- 31:15Speaker 1: charges it up and then it holds its charge forever.
- 31:18Speaker 1: She uses it each day because it improves her skin's texture,
- 31:21Speaker 1: reduces inflammation. She has seen fantastic results. It's like having

- 32:55Speaker 1: a town hall senior columnist, a retired infantry army colonel,
- 32:58Speaker 1: and he joins us now. Hello, sir. Good to see you,
- 33:00Speaker 1: as always.
- 33:01Speaker 2: How's it going, man?
- 33:03Speaker 1: It's going very well. It's going very well. And thank you,
- 33:05Speaker 1: by the way, early riser. This is your military background.
- 33:09Speaker 1: You're in California, and you're joining us so very early.
- 33:11Speaker 1: Appreciate you for that, sir.
- 33:12Speaker 2: It's like 2 a.m. or something.
- 33:14Speaker 1: I don't know. Whatever. I'm glad you're up. You played through.
- 33:18Speaker 1: You just stayed up all night. Hey, Kurt, what do
- 33:20Speaker 1: you make of this battle over whether or not Todd
- 33:23Speaker 1: Bland should be the attorney general? Is this as stupid
- 33:25Speaker 1: as it looks to me?
- 33:27Speaker 2: Well, look, I think the key question that we have
- 33:29Speaker 2: to face here, Vince, is whether the podcast version of
- 33:33Speaker 2: The Vince Show is FCC compliant so that I can—
- 33:39Speaker 2: Use the proper verbiage to describe.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Please use your expansive vocabulary to describe this.
- 33:46Speaker 2: I'm going to try and keep control, but it's a
- 33:49Speaker 2: bunch of crap. John Cornyn is human garbage. Now, I
- 33:55Speaker 2: split my time between California and Texas. And when I
- 33:58Speaker 2: was living in Texas during the primary, we were bombarded.
- 34:03Speaker 2: with John Cornyn is Trump's bestest buddy ads. You know,
- 34:08Speaker 2: John Cornyn helping Donald Trump, following Trump's agenda, being the
- 34:12Speaker 2: most Trumpy guy ever, whoever, Trump to Trump. He's Trumpy.
- 34:17Speaker 2: And it was, I mean, it was pathetic. And, you know,
- 34:20Speaker 2: the Texans saw through it like they're going to see
- 34:23Speaker 2: through that blasphemous imp running against the guy, Ken Paxton,
- 34:27Speaker 2: who beat the living snot out of Cornyn. But it's
- 34:31Speaker 2: hilarious that Cornyn turns out to be exactly the doofus
- 34:35Speaker 2: we all knew he was. A pompous, overinflated mediocrity with
- 34:42Speaker 2: delusions of adequacy, walking around trying to channel a statesman
- 34:50Speaker 2: when he's just really like, you know, he's the Ted
- 34:56Speaker 2: Baxter of the U.S. Senate. For those of you who
- 35:00Speaker 2: grew up watching the Mary Tyler Moore show, except Ted
- 35:04Speaker 2: Knight was an amusing guy who went on to be
- 35:07Speaker 2: on Caddyshack. And John Cornyn is going to be the
- 35:10Speaker 2: loser who gets sent home in shame in January because
- 35:14Speaker 2: his own state. completely and totally rejected him.
- 35:18Speaker 7: Yes.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Because of his track record of failure.
- 35:20Speaker 1: And he's defined by a particular form of sort of
- 35:25Speaker 1: conventional Washington deceit, which is like just straight up lie
- 35:28Speaker 1: as much as possible in the run-up to an election.
- 35:31Speaker 1: and then betray the people who sent you into office
- 35:33Speaker 1: in the first place. Because like, for instance, as he
- 35:36Speaker 1: was trying to get President Trump's endorsement, he kept insisting
- 35:39Speaker 1: that he was some great backer of the Save America Act.
- 35:42Speaker 1: He's like, I'm for by any means necessary, whatever it takes,
- 35:45Speaker 1: get rid of the filibuster. I've got to get this
- 35:47Speaker 1: thing through. He wrote it, of course, in the New
- 35:49Speaker 1: York Post. They put it in a New York newspaper
- 35:52Speaker 1: to try and convince Donald Trump that he had this position.
- 35:55Speaker 1: It wasn't about convincing Texas voters. He wasn't bothering with them.
- 35:58Speaker 1: He didn't give a crap about it. But now that
- 36:01Speaker 1: he's lost, he's totally useless on this subject. He's not
- 36:04Speaker 1: fighting to get the Save America Act passed. He's upset
- 36:07Speaker 1: that his vacation may be upended.
- 36:09Speaker 2: You know, the criticism of these guys is they're a
- 36:11Speaker 2: bunch of... posturing dorks who have nothing but contempt for
- 36:16Speaker 2: the base and a boundless regard, self-regard, even though they're
- 36:21Speaker 2: utterly unaccomplished. I mean, you know, go through history and
- 36:24Speaker 2: find something that John Cornyn achieved. And you, you will
- 36:30Speaker 2: come up empty. And I mean, he's, he's like this
- 36:33Speaker 2: stereotype of the kind of guys we've been trying to
- 36:37Speaker 2: boot out of office for the last 20 years. And it's,
- 36:41Speaker 2: And it's just, it's amazing when somebody is exactly like
- 36:46Speaker 2: you think he is. Right. You know, he's, it's, it's
- 36:53Speaker 2: almost impossible to be such a perfect example of everything
- 36:59Speaker 2: we hate. And, and, and he, and the thing is
- 37:03Speaker 2: the beauty of it is he's now screwing his buddies.
- 37:07Speaker 2: Him and Tom Tillis is another of these gibos. Right. Um,
- 37:12Speaker 2: Next year, we're going to have John Thune, Jiminy Langford,
- 37:17Speaker 2: Barbara Murkowski, and some other of these dorks come up
- 37:21Speaker 2: and face primaries. And the challenger is going to say, well,
- 37:25Speaker 2: you saw what Cornyn did. You saw how Cornyn lied
- 37:29Speaker 2: to everybody. Thune's doing the same thing. Langford's doing the
- 37:35Speaker 2: same thing when he's not busy cohabitating with the Democrats
- 37:39Speaker 2: about giving amnesty. I mean, these guys are just ridiculous.
- 37:45Speaker 2: And they're so... It's a combination between being stupid and
- 37:51Speaker 2: surrounding by these, you know, toe-licking supplicants. Oh, you're so great.
- 38:00Speaker 2: You're such a statesman. You're such an important man. Look
- 38:04Speaker 2: at you. And you've got the thing on your... You've
- 38:06Speaker 2: got a special elevator. And we can't leave the room alone. Uh-huh.
- 38:12Speaker 1: Yeah, they got their Wonka Vader. They're Charlie. They got
- 38:15Speaker 1: the Chocolate Factory, and they're keeping it to themselves.
- 38:18Speaker 2: And they got the Oompa Loompas. You know, I worked
- 38:22Speaker 2: on the Hill for a short time, 40 years ago
- 38:25Speaker 2: when I was a kid, but I never forgot it.
- 38:28Speaker 2: I remember Ted Kennedy, who's kind of the quintessential one
- 38:30Speaker 2: of these, staggering out of an elevator, you know, his
- 38:35Speaker 2: face looking like it's on fire, smelling like a frat
- 38:39Speaker 2: house on New Year's Day. I mean, these people, these
- 38:44Speaker 2: kind of guys are a joke. They're a dinosaur breed
- 38:47Speaker 2: who don't understand it. It's like the giant comet has
- 38:53Speaker 2: struck the earth.
- 38:54Speaker 7: Yes.
- 38:55Speaker 2: The giant wall of flame is expanding out from the crater.
- 39:01Speaker 2: They're just going on, you know. They're going, I'm the
- 39:04Speaker 2: king of everything.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's right. Now they're dancing on the rooftop
- 39:08Speaker 1: as the alien invasion is coming in and blowing up
- 39:11Speaker 1: the building. And what was that, Independence Day? Yeah, no,
- 39:14Speaker 1: that's right.
- 39:15Speaker 2: Exactly. The building I worked next to when I was
- 39:17Speaker 2: a lawyer then.
- 39:18Speaker 1: So the joke was the lights.
- 39:20Speaker 2: Are still on because the lawyers are still working.
- 39:23Speaker 1: That's funny. So these guys, so let's so let's bring
- 39:26Speaker 1: it back to like, you know, the attorney general thing.
- 39:28Speaker 1: You've got Todd Blanche, who I think is eminently qualified
- 39:32Speaker 1: to be considered the full attorney general of the United
- 39:35Speaker 1: States Senate confirmed. And then at the same time, John
- 39:38Speaker 1: Cornyn enthusiastically, alongside a bunch of other Republicans, said, oh,
- 39:41Speaker 1: Merrick Garland's great, too. Garland is the one who straight
- 39:45Speaker 1: up led an attack on the republic. And Todd Blanch
- 39:48Speaker 1: is being put in this position to redress that grievance.
- 39:52Speaker 2: This is so quintessentially the gentlemanly decline republican. The— The,
- 40:01Speaker 2: you know, getting passed around for cigarettes on the cell
- 40:04Speaker 2: block by the Democrats. I mean, it's almost, you look
- 40:08Speaker 2: at it and you go, it's almost too on the nose.
- 40:11Speaker 2: It's almost like, you know, John Lithgow is the as
- 40:16Speaker 2: the preacher and footloose. It's just too much. Give us
- 40:21Speaker 2: a little subtlety, but he can't because he really is
- 40:25Speaker 2: that bad. He really is that ridiculous. He really is
- 40:29Speaker 2: that goofy. And he really does despise the voters that much.
- 40:34Speaker 2: And that's the thing. That's the common element with these guys.
- 40:39Speaker 2: Even guys like Mitch McConnell, who has actually achieved some things,
- 40:45Speaker 2: And he was a very cunning warrior. But at the
- 40:48Speaker 2: end of the day, he looks at guys like you
- 40:49Speaker 2: and me and your audience and says, you should shut
- 40:52Speaker 2: up and obey. And I don't know if they've ever
- 40:56Speaker 2: met any actual Americans, except the little guys, you know,
- 41:00Speaker 2: the little goofs in the $ 200 JCPenney suits they have
- 41:04Speaker 2: in their offices. But Americans aren't, okay, I'll shut up
- 41:10Speaker 2: and obey kind of people, as John Cornyn found out.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Yeah, no, that's true. What do you make of this
- 41:16Speaker 1: development that the base, I would say, the MAGA base,
- 41:20Speaker 1: is more attentive to the affairs of Washington than ever before,
- 41:23Speaker 1: and we're kind of hovering over them like we're their
- 41:25Speaker 1: parole officers now? To the point that I would say
- 41:28Speaker 1: this audience has a better understanding of how the United
- 41:32Speaker 1: States Senate operates than some senators do. They're not even
- 41:36Speaker 1: aware of, and I mean this, I think there are
- 41:38Speaker 1: senators who don't really understand the filibuster, its intent, how
- 41:43Speaker 1: it works. They've never spent any time thinking about it.
- 41:45Speaker 1: They've just been on a glide path. Meanwhile, the rest
- 41:47Speaker 1: of us are thinking sincerely about how we get answers
- 41:50Speaker 1: to our questions.
- 41:51Speaker 2: Well, it's self-defense. See, 20-some years ago, 25 years ago,
- 41:56Speaker 2: we didn't want to have to do this. We thought, oh,
- 41:59Speaker 2: we'll elect a good guy. He'll go there and take
- 42:01Speaker 2: care of things, and I can focus on my job
- 42:05Speaker 2: and get my kid to soccer practice.
- 42:07Speaker 5: Right.
- 42:08Speaker 2: And, you know, saving up so I can go on vacation.
- 42:11Speaker 2: And then we realized that they weren't looking out for us.
- 42:14Speaker 2: And if we are going to look out for ourselves,
- 42:17Speaker 2: nobody's going to do it. That was a message of
- 42:19Speaker 2: the Tea Party. Democracy is a participation sport. And that's
- 42:24Speaker 2: why the Republicans especially were so outraged by the whole
- 42:27Speaker 2: Tea Party. I mean, I was there. My gosh, I'm old.
- 42:31Speaker 2: They were like, well, wait a minute. Why do you,
- 42:35Speaker 2: what are you doing?
- 42:36Speaker 1: Who do you think you are? Yeah, who the hell
- 42:39Speaker 1: do you think you are?
- 42:41Speaker 2: American citizens?
- 42:42Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 42:42Speaker 2: And they were offended. And guys like John Cornyn are
- 42:46Speaker 2: still offended that we refused to say, well, John, just
- 42:50Speaker 2: tell us what to do and we'll vote for you.
- 42:53Speaker 2: I love every six years you put on a cowboy hat.
- 42:56Speaker 2: That's convincing.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Yeah, cowboy hat candidacy. That's funny. No, that's true. That's
- 43:01Speaker 1: definitely true. Let me let me tap into some of
- 43:04Speaker 1: your legal wisdom now on Anthony Fauci this week, if
- 43:07Speaker 1: you don't mind, Kurt. Anthony Fauci testified before the United
- 43:10Speaker 1: States Senate. He pled the fifth, allegedly invoking it to
- 43:15Speaker 1: cover for a time period that he already has a
- 43:17Speaker 1: presidential pardon. So I'm not really quite sure how he
- 43:20Speaker 1: could incriminate himself by just explaining all of the crimes
- 43:23Speaker 1: he committed. because he has a pardon, allegedly, although it
- 43:27Speaker 1: was given by an auto pen. I still would love
- 43:29Speaker 1: to see that tested. What did you make of his
- 43:32Speaker 1: decision to invoke the Fifth Amendment 111 times in that hearing?
- 43:38Speaker 2: Let me make everybody really mad because I'll put on
- 43:40Speaker 2: my defense attorney hat.
- 43:42Speaker 1: Please.
- 43:43Speaker 2: Anthony Fauci did exactly the right thing, and I would
- 43:46Speaker 2: have advised him to do exactly the same thing, and
- 43:50Speaker 2: he will get away with it. Let's start with the pardon.
- 43:52Speaker 2: The pardon, the auto pen thing, It would be fun
- 43:54Speaker 2: to challenge it. That will lose. He will he will
- 43:57Speaker 2: win on the pardon. The pardon will be valid. The
- 43:59Speaker 2: pardon covers federal crimes up to the date of the pardon. Yes,
- 44:05Speaker 2: there is federal law that says there's there's good case
- 44:08Speaker 2: authority that says you can't invoke the Fifth Amendment, the
- 44:13Speaker 2: right against self-incrimination against a crime for which you've been pardoned. OK.
- 44:20Speaker 2: All right. Fair enough. He's been pardoned for federal crimes.
- 44:23Speaker 2: He hasn't been pardoned for state crimes. And a bunch
- 44:25Speaker 2: of state AGs, including Florida AG, who I like and
- 44:30Speaker 2: whose job is not to ensure, whose job is to
- 44:34Speaker 2: enforce Florida law, not to ensure that the federal government
- 44:39Speaker 2: can force Anthony Fauci to testify, went on right away
- 44:44Speaker 2: after Fauci did his 110, you know, what's your name?
- 44:48Speaker 2: I invoke the fifth. What day is it? I invoke
- 44:50Speaker 2: the fifth. And said, well, I'm opening a Florida investigation.
- 44:56Speaker 2: I'm investigating violations of Florida law. Therefore, Fauci potentially could
- 45:02Speaker 2: incriminate himself under Florida law or Texas law or some
- 45:07Speaker 2: other red patriotic state's law. And therefore, the Fifth Amendment applies.
- 45:14Speaker 2: He's not only legally entitled to do it, it's the
- 45:16Speaker 2: smart legal strategy. And I know there are people out
- 45:19Speaker 2: there pounding on the table going, Kurt, I hate hearing that. Well,
- 45:23Speaker 2: I'm not John Cornyn. And I'm not going to tell
- 45:26Speaker 2: you what I think you want to hear. I'm going
- 45:28Speaker 2: to tell you what I think you have to hear.
- 45:30Speaker 1: Well, and of course, you know, that's just one legal opinion,
- 45:35Speaker 1: although I do really trust.
- 45:36Speaker 2: Yes, it is.
- 45:36Speaker 1: I do trust Kurt. But let me raise this element, though.
- 45:39Speaker 1: I am pleased to see, regardless, that it looks like
- 45:44Speaker 1: you've got Rand Paul and his committee is going to
- 45:46Speaker 1: make a contempt of Congress proceeding out of all of
- 45:48Speaker 1: this and say that he was obstructing Congress through a
- 45:52Speaker 1: false invocation of the Fifth Amendment. and then send this
- 45:55Speaker 1: off to the United States Justice Department, and they can
- 45:57Speaker 1: handle it the way they want to. And then lawyers
- 45:59Speaker 1: can battle this out in court. But, you know, the
- 46:02Speaker 1: reality is, I don't know, I mean, just let me
- 46:04Speaker 1: ask you just as a normative matter, Kurt, doesn't it
- 46:07Speaker 1: seem obvious to you that nobody deserves more criminal scrutiny
- 46:11Speaker 1: right now than Anthony Fauci, of all people?
- 46:13Speaker 2: Oh, absolutely. I mean, it's been six years, so the
- 46:16Speaker 2: statute of limitations is going to bar a bunch of
- 46:18Speaker 2: things anyway. But yeah, but here's a tough fact. And
- 46:25Speaker 2: as those of us who've had teenagers here, it's not fair. Well,
- 46:32Speaker 2: life's not fair. The answer to Anthony Fauci, I'm afraid,
- 46:37Speaker 2: is not going to be found in the legal system.
- 46:39Speaker 1: Well, the federal government did indict his top lieutenant. I mean,
- 46:43Speaker 1: I think people forget this. There are elements of this
- 46:45Speaker 1: story that have already made some real progress in terms
- 46:47Speaker 1: of consequences.
- 46:48Speaker 2: And properly so. And I'd be interested in hearing what
- 46:54Speaker 2: proposed charges people would have against Fauci. I think they're
- 46:58Speaker 2: probably there. I'm just not sure which sections of the
- 47:01Speaker 2: United States Code he actually violated. being a general lying
- 47:06Speaker 2: dirtbag jerk isn't an indictable offense. Otherwise, John Cornyn would
- 47:11Speaker 2: be sitting in the dock with a bunch of other people.
- 47:14Speaker 2: But look, I just think, you know, Americans are very
- 47:21Speaker 2: litigious people. People are always saying, Kurt, can I sue?
- 47:24Speaker 2: Can we do this? Can we prosecute? And, you know,
- 47:27Speaker 2: I just got to say, the answer is not always
- 47:29Speaker 2: going to be found in the legal proceedings. It just isn't,
- 47:34Speaker 2: and I don't think we're going to get satisfaction from
- 47:37Speaker 2: Fauci that way. If it can be done without destroying
- 47:43Speaker 2: our Constitution, because I think the Fifth Amendment is very,
- 47:45Speaker 2: very important, and I think the pardon power is hugely
- 47:49Speaker 2: important to protect innocent people, I'm all for it. I'm
- 47:54Speaker 2: not willing to sacrifice the Constitution for that little creepy
- 48:01Speaker 2: gremlin dirt bag.
- 48:02Speaker 1: No, that's fair, but there's a huge element here of
- 48:05Speaker 1: the stability of the republic, because this is about the
- 48:09Speaker 1: rule of law, not the rule of loopholes, and when
- 48:12Speaker 1: you have a situation where the country was betrayed at
- 48:15Speaker 1: this level, you can see, of course, and I know
- 48:18Speaker 1: you know this, but why we have such a societal
- 48:20Speaker 1: appetite for justice, which is like, wait a second, there's
- 48:22Speaker 1: massive injustices that have happened here, and not just from COVID-19,
- 48:26Speaker 1: certainly people like John Brennan and James Comey and James
- 48:30Speaker 1: Clapper and all these other deep state idiots who, who
- 48:33Speaker 1: abused their power in order to undermine the duly elected
- 48:37Speaker 1: American president. These are the kinds of things that demand
- 48:41Speaker 1: consequences because otherwise the country can collapse without any trust
- 48:46Speaker 1: in our system.
- 48:47Speaker 2: I think you're absolutely correct. And Joe Biden and his
- 48:51Speaker 2: administration with Merrick Garland, who, who, who was supported by
- 48:54Speaker 2: John or by, uh, John Cornyn, incidentally, betrayed his office
- 49:01Speaker 2: by not pursuing it. That was the guy who should
- 49:05Speaker 2: have done it. He shouldn't have issued the pardon. He
- 49:08Speaker 2: should have had Merrick Garland focusing him instead of on
- 49:11Speaker 2: moms who were concerned about perverts walking in, waving the
- 49:14Speaker 2: whole sausage factory around their daughter's locker room. And he
- 49:19Speaker 2: did So has the United States government failed? Yes. Under
- 49:25Speaker 2: Joe Biden, it failed. I'm not sure what Donald Trump's
- 49:29Speaker 2: options are. I think it is important to have these hearings.
- 49:33Speaker 2: Although I... I find it weird that the senators don't
- 49:39Speaker 2: seem to learn from past mistakes. You put these Senate
- 49:44Speaker 2: hearings on the road. You don't do them in Washington, D.C.,
- 49:48Speaker 2: with all leftist judges and 95% Democrats on jury. So
- 49:53Speaker 2: if these guys do testify and lie, you do it
- 49:57Speaker 2: in a venue where they might actually get convicted. Wait, wait, wait.
- 50:01Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I didn't realize that that was a consideration. Oh, yeah, huge.
- 50:05Speaker 1: If the congressional hearing is held outside of Washington, D.C.,
- 50:09Speaker 1: and a perjury offense occurs in the course of the hearing,
- 50:13Speaker 1: the jurisdiction is where the hearing took place?
- 50:16Speaker 2: Yeah, you go to Dallas, you have the hearing in
- 50:19Speaker 2: the Northern District of Texas, and the venues in the
- 50:21Speaker 2: Northern District of Texas, where they have, you know, I
- 50:24Speaker 2: practiced there. They have much fairer judges and a much
- 50:28Speaker 2: fairer jury pool. But you don't do it in D.C.,
- 50:31Speaker 2: and I know it's very nice to have the big
- 50:34Speaker 2: Senate conference room where the, uh, you know, perverts like
- 50:38Speaker 2: to go and have sex with each other, uh, in
- 50:41Speaker 2: the off hours.
- 50:42Speaker 1: Democrats.
- 50:45Speaker 2: Are you sure? Um, but, uh, you know, it's, uh, uh, but, but,
- 50:53Speaker 2: you know, if you're serious about these things, you act seriously. Um,
- 50:58Speaker 2: doing the thing in Washington, hoping he'll lie. Maybe they
- 51:01Speaker 2: expect him to take the death.
- 51:03Speaker 1: I just didn't realize. I thought that the venue consideration
- 51:07Speaker 1: was for theatrics. I kind of agreed with it because
- 51:10Speaker 1: I just like getting things out of Washington. The closer
- 51:12Speaker 1: you are to the people, the better. But I didn't realize.
- 51:14Speaker 1: I hadn't contemplated that there are actual legal consequences in
- 51:17Speaker 1: terms of which jurisdiction it occurs in. I love that idea.
- 51:21Speaker 1: And in fact, these Republicans, anytime they've got these hostile witnesses,
- 51:25Speaker 1: they should do every single one of these hearings outside
- 51:27Speaker 1: of Washington.
- 51:28Speaker 2: We'll take them on the road to the American people.
- 51:31Speaker 2: I mean, I think the people of Nebraska, for instance,
- 51:34Speaker 2: deserve to see it up close and personal, right?
- 51:37Speaker 7: Yes.
- 51:38Speaker 2: You know, this isn't the Hunger Games, you know, it's...
- 51:42Speaker 2: Go out to the districts.
- 51:45Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 51:45Speaker 2: To the district. I'm not exactly, it's not exactly my
- 51:49Speaker 2: young adult model.
- 51:49Speaker 1: You know, it's funny. We just watched it. My 12-year-old's
- 51:52Speaker 1: reading the books and we just watched the movie this
- 51:53Speaker 1: past week. So I'm totally dialed in. Excellent. They're from
- 51:57Speaker 1: District 12. Just to brag a little bit. But yeah, no,
- 52:00Speaker 1: this is, no, you're right. Go get out into the districts.
- 52:02Speaker 1: Get out into the United States of America, especially if
- 52:05Speaker 1: you can impose more legal consequences on the bad guys.
- 52:08Speaker 2: Exactly. Why do you set yourself up to fail?
- 52:12Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 52:13Speaker 2: I mean, haven't we learned these things yet? And, you know, admittedly,
- 52:19Speaker 2: the collective IQ of the United States Senate is hovering
- 52:23Speaker 2: at about room temperature.
- 52:24Speaker 1: And that's just Mike Lee carrying all the weight, which
- 52:27Speaker 1: is amazing. It's just amazing. All right.
- 52:31Speaker 2: There's a few good ones. Jim Banks is a good one.
- 52:33Speaker 1: I agree. I really like it. Tommy Tuberville is a hero.
- 52:37Speaker 2: Oh, he's hilarious.
- 52:38Speaker 1: He's the best. Kurt Schlichter, you're the best. Thank you
- 52:41Speaker 1: very much. And by the way, Kurt is going to
- 52:42Speaker 1: be filling for me on the big national radio show
- 52:44Speaker 1: next week, Wednesday. So if you love his wit and witticisms,
- 52:48Speaker 1: you're going to love the big Vince show coming up
- 52:50Speaker 1: next week. Wednesday is the great Kurt Schlichter fills it
- 52:53Speaker 1: for me. And Kurt, thank you for doing that. I
- 52:54Speaker 1: appreciate it.
- 52:54Speaker 2: Thanks for having me.
- 52:55Speaker 1: Yeah, always brother.
- 52:56Speaker 3: All right.
- 52:57Speaker 1: More from Kurt coming up next Wednesday on the big
- 52:59Speaker 1: national radio show. There he is. Kurt Schlichter. A great American,
- 53:02Speaker 1: serves his country in so many capacities, including in the
- 53:05Speaker 1: United States military, our thanks to him. That was great.
- 53:09Speaker 1: He's super funny. Okay, so let me finish today on
- 53:14Speaker 1: the issue that I obsess over. This is, by the way,
- 53:16Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, on the Save America Act, if you
- 53:19Speaker 1: don't mind, I got a hilarious email yesterday. Let me
- 53:22Speaker 1: find it in my inbox. It cracked me up. I
- 53:25Speaker 1: don't know if I can find it rapidly. I'll just
- 53:27Speaker 1: summarize it for you. I'll just tell you. So I
- 53:29Speaker 1: showed my daughter this yesterday. I was like, when did
- 53:30Speaker 1: you leave this email? I got an email yesterday from
- 53:32Speaker 1: a guy, a great listener of the program, but I
- 53:35Speaker 1: don't know how closely he's been listening because he said
- 53:38Speaker 1: to me yesterday, he goes, Vince, could you please spend
- 53:42Speaker 1: more time on the Save America Act? He said, you know,
- 53:45Speaker 1: the Anthony Fauci stuff, it's important, but you know, that's
- 53:48Speaker 1: kind of behind us now. We have to get the
- 53:50Speaker 1: Save America Act passed. Can you please spend more time
- 53:53Speaker 1: on it? I look at his email and I'm like, I,
- 53:57Speaker 1: Is the contention that I haven't been spending time on
- 54:03Speaker 1: the Save America Act. The Save America Act. We have
- 54:08Speaker 1: a gavel sound effect. I'm gaveling every day on the
- 54:12Speaker 1: Save America Act. But sure, I could spend more time
- 54:16Speaker 1: on it if you'd like. I'm not sure how much
- 54:19Speaker 1: more I could do. But I'm going to do it.
- 54:23Speaker 1: The Save America Act. Oh, we it's fun. This is
- 54:31Speaker 1: all fun. The Save America Act. Let's talk about it.
- 54:35Speaker 1: We have a list that's growing of the United States,
- 54:40Speaker 1: of the United States senators who are willing to forego vacation.
- 54:43Speaker 1: Here's another sound effect. Giving up vacation for the Save
- 54:47Speaker 1: America Act. Can you believe it? The list is growing.
- 54:51Speaker 1: Daniel Baldwin over at One America is doing a really
- 54:54Speaker 1: nice job tracking all of this for sure. Also, Nicole
- 54:57Speaker 1: Saverio at The Daily Caller has been doing a wonderful
- 54:59Speaker 1: job of tracking this too. But I have Daniel's list
- 55:01Speaker 1: up right here. Let me see. Daniel Baldwin. It appears
- 55:05Speaker 1: Republican senators willing to stay in D.C. during the August
- 55:08Speaker 1: recess to fight for the Save America Act has grown
- 55:11Speaker 1: to 16%. to 16. Mike Lee, Rick Scott, Ashley Moody,
- 55:16Speaker 1: Jim Banks, Tommy Tuberville, Darlene Graham, Bill Haggerty, Marsha Blackburn,
- 55:20Speaker 1: Katie Britt, John Kennedy, Todd Young, Eric Schmidt, Dave McCormick,
- 55:23Speaker 1: Roger Marshall, James Risch, and Ted Cruz. Thank you, Ted Cruz,
- 55:28Speaker 1: for finally joining the list. Appreciate you for being there.
- 55:31Speaker 1: I was feeling bad for producer Jim. He's a Texas guy,
- 55:33Speaker 1: and he was thinking to himself, I got giant corn
- 55:35Speaker 1: in it. That's a guarantee that we won't have somebody
- 55:39Speaker 1: on my side for the Save America Act, maybe Ted Cruz.
- 55:41Speaker 1: So Producer Jim did the work. He reached out to
- 55:44Speaker 1: Ted Cruz. I think he sent them an email. And
- 55:47Speaker 1: he said, Senator, please, as a Texas voter, I beg
- 55:51Speaker 1: of you, I need you on that wall. I need
- 55:54Speaker 1: you to say you're going to give up that fancy
- 55:57Speaker 1: vacation and pass the Save America Act. Ted Cruz coming through,
- 56:00Speaker 1: no doubt at the behest of Producer Jim, which we're
- 56:04Speaker 1: very grateful for. In fact, Ted Cruz was on the
- 56:06Speaker 1: TV yesterday saying, we should skip recess. Let's pass the
- 56:10Speaker 1: Save America Act. Here's what that sounded like. Cut 11.
- 56:12Speaker 1: Do you think you can get the Save America Act
- 56:14Speaker 1: over the finish line before the recess or before the
- 56:17Speaker 1: midterms even?
- 56:18Speaker 7: Look, we have to do everything humanly possible to pass
- 56:22Speaker 7: the Save America Act. I'm an original sponsor of the
- 56:24Speaker 7: Save America Act. For months, I've been making the argument
- 56:27Speaker 7: to my colleagues, we need to get this passed to
- 56:30Speaker 7: preserve election integrity, to stop rampant voter fraud.
- 56:34Speaker 2: As you noted, over.
- 56:34Speaker 7: 6,000 illegal voters registered in New Jersey. The Democrats, that's
- 56:40Speaker 7: how they stay in power. You look at the debacle
- 56:42Speaker 7: in California, they may still be counting votes in California.
- 56:45Speaker 7: Democrats want illegal aliens to vote. That's why they oppose
- 56:50Speaker 7: the Save America Act. We need to do everything humanly possible.
- 56:53Speaker 7: What I've been arguing to my colleagues is we need
- 56:56Speaker 7: to force the Democrats to do a talking filibuster, not
- 56:59Speaker 7: just raise a finger and say, I filibuster, but stand
- 57:02Speaker 7: up and talk and talk and talk. Think Jimmy Stewart.
- 57:06Speaker 3: And Mr.
- 57:06Speaker 1: Smith goes to Washington.
- 57:07Speaker 7: Or remember back to the 21 hours that I filibustered
- 57:10Speaker 7: on the Senate floor against the disaster that was Obamacare.
- 57:15Speaker 7: We need to make the Democrats do that until they
- 57:17Speaker 7: can talk no longer. And then we should pass the
- 57:20Speaker 7: Save America Act. absolutely we should stay here through August.
- 57:24Speaker 7: We should keep going until we get it done. And look,
- 57:28Speaker 7: it's a real press. Do we get 50 Republicans to
- 57:31Speaker 7: stand together? I am fighting tooth and nail to make
- 57:34Speaker 7: that happen. I'm grateful for the president fighting. We need
- 57:37Speaker 7: to get this done.
- 57:40Speaker 1: Perfect.
- 57:41Speaker 7: Perfect.
- 57:42Speaker 1: No notes. John Thune should sound like that. Imagine if
- 57:46Speaker 1: we had a leader who sounded like that. Ted Cruz
- 57:49Speaker 1: got it right there. He definitely got it right. And
- 57:51Speaker 1: now you may be thinking to yourself, Ted Cruz is
- 57:53Speaker 1: just trying to impress me because he wants to run
- 57:54Speaker 1: for president in 2028. Well, fine. I don't, whatever, whatever
- 57:58Speaker 1: his motivation is here. In fact, trying to impress voters
- 58:01Speaker 1: that you're on their side as a predicate to get
- 58:04Speaker 1: you to vote for them is kind of what you
- 58:06Speaker 1: expect out of lawmakers. You should, you should be working
- 58:09Speaker 1: to impress voters by doing what they've asked you to
- 58:12Speaker 1: do in the first place. You should do that. Ted
- 58:16Speaker 1: Cruz is doing that right now. And so he deserves
- 58:18Speaker 1: credit for that. But why doesn't John Thune sound like that?
- 58:22Speaker 1: Why isn't Thune saying we can pass this, stand on
- 58:24Speaker 1: your own two feet, exhaust debate, then have the vote
- 58:26Speaker 1: at 51? He's not saying that because he's lying to you.
- 58:30Speaker 1: He's lying by omission or he's lying explicitly when he
- 58:33Speaker 1: talks about the Civil Rights Act. He's just been lying.
- 58:36Speaker 1: It's a way of making excuses for failing you.
- 58:40Speaker 3: Deceit.
- 58:43Speaker 1: I don't like reporting that to you. I hate that
- 58:44Speaker 1: that's the case. but I'm always going to tell you
- 58:46Speaker 1: the truth. He's just been lying about it. Ted Cruz
- 58:48Speaker 1: was telling the truth there. It is achievable. Just have
- 58:51Speaker 1: the debate. Have the debate. Pass it at 51. Have
- 58:55Speaker 1: the debate. No vacation for you. Meanwhile, the rest of us,
- 59:00Speaker 1: if we so choose, might be able to get a
- 59:02Speaker 1: vacation in. And in fact, that's the segue, because I
- 59:07Speaker 1: am taking a break next week. I'm taking the family
- 59:09Speaker 1: on vacation. I'll report details back to you when we
- 59:11Speaker 1: get back. I promise it's going to be great. But
- 59:13Speaker 1: we're going to take a break for a week. I'll
- 59:15Speaker 1: be off a week plus a day just because of
- 59:17Speaker 1: the travel requirements as we come back. So I'll be
- 59:20Speaker 1: back the following Tuesday. That'll be, what are we dealing
- 59:23Speaker 1: with here? I don't know, whatever that is. But the
- 59:26Speaker 1: point is six days off. in terms of broadcast time.
- 59:30Speaker 1: Thank you for your patience with me. I appreciate it.
- 59:32Speaker 1: I always feel kind of tortured by taking off. I
- 59:34Speaker 1: don't really want to because I feel like we've got
- 59:37Speaker 1: a great situation. And so many of you have made
- 59:40Speaker 1: me a part of your life. And like, especially like
- 59:42Speaker 1: with the live audience, I just, I feel so, I
- 59:45Speaker 1: feel obligated to you. So I really do. And so
- 59:48Speaker 1: even just the contemplation of like, do we take a break?
- 59:50Speaker 1: I just, once I started thinking about it, I often
- 59:53Speaker 1: say no. I just like, this is a lot of work.
- 59:56Speaker 1: I don't want to betray people. I don't want to
- 59:57Speaker 1: walk away from them. But we're going to do it
- 59:59Speaker 1: this week. My wife's been asking me, can we please
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: do this? I was like, okay, fine. We're in. So
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: we're taking a break, doing that for a week. Next week, Josh,
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: do you, I don't know if you have a calendar
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: in front of you, if anybody's sitting in studio with
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: you can share this. I believe filling in for me
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: next week on the podcast, it's all about a guarantee,
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: is we've got Haley Karania is going to step in.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: She's going to do a show for us. We've got
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: Sean Farish stepping in. He'll do, I think, a show
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: or two for us. We've got a couple shows for you,
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: all built in for the next week. It won't be
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: every day of the week, but we do have a
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: bunch of programs coming up in the next week for you.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: That's all set up. And then on the big national
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: radio show, producer Jim has a whole suite of great
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: guest hosts lined up for you, including the aforementioned Kurt
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: Schlichter will be hosting the program on Wednesday. So we're
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: not leaving you with nothing. We're leaving you with a
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: whole bunch of great patriots who are going to. do
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: the work of continuing to communicate with you and tell
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: you about what's going on in America and hopefully develop
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: some great developments over the course of the next week.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: Wouldn't it be nice if I came back and I
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: didn't have to every single day about the Save America Act?
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: Wouldn't that be nice? Wouldn't it be nice to have
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: nice things again? That would be nice. That'd be nice.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: You guys are the absolute best as always. Great to
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: be with you. God bless you for being here with me.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: And I'll have the big national radio show today. We've
