Awarded by the Governor to recognize service and leadership, the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels (HOKC) is a nonprofit powerhouse driving philanthropy and community impact across the state and beyond. Born in 1932 from a movie censorship chat, HOKC evolved into a non-political brotherhood focused on giving back.
