  SPEAKER_00: Marsimate Everything, everything.
• 0:08
SPEAKER_00: March Simateva, Xiv Simateva first.
• 0:11
SPEAKER_00: And we are starting six lines from the top of the Amud.
• 0:16
SPEAKER_00: Kufla M al Khasimaral, the Kaman nois and the machulas.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: We're in the middle of the Parak of Raishis Haghez, which we're finishing in a couple of minutes, ma'am.
• 0:23
SPEAKER_00: And Raisha Sagez, of course, deals with the mitzvah of Raisha Sagez, the first shearings that you have to give to the Khain.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: So the Mishnah discussed how much do you have to have that you're gonna be high of in what's the minimum shear to give to the kain, etc.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_00: So ton of Loishi Labnana.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: So we said that you have to give to the Kain, and you have to be, it sounds like you have to be Milabana, you have to whiten the wool.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: But the Gemara now just clarifies that it's not the it's not you that have to whiten the wool before you give it to the kain.
• 0:52
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to whiten it before you give it to the kayin.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_00: The mission said it needs a shear of five slim.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_00: But all the mission was trying to tell you was the shear, but really it's the kayan's job to mimalab in it.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_00: It's the coin's job to whiten it.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: After you whiten it, after the coin specifically whitens it, it shrinks because he's combing it, he's taking out rocks, he's washing it, and therefore it's not the original size that you gave him before it's cleaned out.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: Once it's cleaned out and whitened and everything, it's missing a little bit.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, all the mission is trying to tell you that once the coin, it's not your job to whiten it, it's the coin's job.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_00: But once the client whitens it, he should still have five slimes worth.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: So basically, the mission is telling you you should give a little bit more.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: So by the time the client does all the whitening and all the everything, and it shrinks a little bit, it's still gonna be five slimes.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: And that is what the mission is trying to tell you.
• 1:35
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gimar Baitek.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: They last the bagged cotton.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: So how much is the shear?
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: What you what do you have to give it to the coin?
• 1:39
SPEAKER_00: Enough last this bagged cotton.
• 1:41
SPEAKER_00: The client should be able to use this to make a small baggage.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that?
• 1:46
SPEAKER_00: Oh, my Resham Lambiamarkovi because the pask says lamoid le shareis, and which teaches me dovar shoroi lecheris.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_00: You have to give him something that's roui le sharus that he could use for sharus.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: Sheris in the base of Migdus for uh for doing the avoida.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: So something you can use for the avoida.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: What does it mean use for the avoid?
• 2:01
SPEAKER_00: So it's talking about the big day kahuna.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_00: So you have to give him enough wool to make one of the big day kahuna because that's considered dovar haro'i lecherus.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: Okay, mind you, what would be something that you can make what's a begged kahuna that you can make out of it?
• 2:13
  SPEAKER_00: Avnate.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_00: The smallest one would be the avnate, the gartel, and that is if you give him enough to make the garltel, to make the avnate, that's already uh uh Kedeilas' begged khuton.
• 2:22
  SPEAKER_00: That's the begged katan.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: The smallest begged he could possibly make from uh that he would be able to use this part of the big day kahuna, that would be enough to make an avnate.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: So it's like Mara, why avnate?
• 2:30
SPEAKER_00: Aim a me'il, maybe the me''il, which is a much longer cloak that he was wearing.
• 2:33
  SPEAKER_00: Why avnate?
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: Why are you choosing an avnate?
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: You should give him a lot more well enough to make a me''il.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_00: Says Gamara, tafasta muruba latafasta, tafasta muit tafasta.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: As we know the alocha, tofasta mi ruba latafasta.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: So if you you can only pick the smallest one, and therefore that's why I'm gonna tell you avnate, you should start telling me me''il, as the other kashas had you know not avnate, I'll see you soaking not that way, and therefore, tafasta muit tofasta.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_00: So you take the smallest one and the shear it's gonna be is Kede Lasis Avnate, which is obviously a much small smaller shear of wool.
• 2:58
  SPEAKER_00: Says Gemara, okay.
• 2:59
SPEAKER_00: But I found the smaller one if you're gonna tell me tafasta muit tofasta.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_00: What's smaller than an avnate?
• 3:03
  SPEAKER_00: We don't know anything.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, the aim of kiposhaltzemer, maybe the keep a saltzemer, the woolen keeper that the koindala used to wear.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_00: The tanya, we have a braisa.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: Keepa shaltzemer, heiselaimachas the Raj Kaingado.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: There was a keep a saltzemer that was on the head of the King Gado, but sits nicely.
• 3:19
  SPEAKER_00: Nothing.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: And on that he would put the tits.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_00: So interesting, is this one of the big degunats?
• 3:23
SPEAKER_00: Not one of the not one of the schmuin of gunan, right?
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: But still, it's uh to a certain extent.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: The kipa shaltzemer was something that the uh wore.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_00: And on the keeper saltzemer, on this mulla keeper, he put on a he put the tits on it.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_00: Like an emer, with some to say the sits was supposed to be put on a ptil tchele, so that's the keepershalt sammer he was wearing that he had the sits on it.
• 3:43
  SPEAKER_00: So, what's the question?
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: The question is, again, without getting into the big the ghuna aspect of it, question is this is even smaller than the avnate.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: So if you're gonna tell me the fast move with the fast, what's the biggest cotton this year that we need?
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: Kid last begged cotton that you have to give to the guy in.
• 3:55
  SPEAKER_00: It is the avnate.
• 3:57
  SPEAKER_00: I found a smaller one.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: The keepersheld sammer is smaller than the avnate.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, the yeah, the keep and sheld sammer is smaller than the avnate, says the gimmara amrak, hu van a huvanov.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_00: The pasik says huvanov, which teaches me uh sorry.
• 4:10
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Amakra, huvanov.
• 4:12
  SPEAKER_00: Where am I?
• 4:13
  SPEAKER_00: Missing something.
• 4:13
  SPEAKER_00: Dovarashava la aaronubana.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, this is throwing me off in the middle of the page.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_00: Dovara shove la aran of anov.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: What is gonna be the shear?
• 4:23
SPEAKER_00: The shear of something that you're gonna have to give for racious, I guess, has to be Kelasis Bagat Kutan.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: But only a bagat cut and that's shove the arunobanov, because it says hubonov.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: Teaches me that you can't pick something that's a bagged kutan that's only shy after the kind of the kind godal Shmana Bagudam that is wearing this keeper shot semer that the regular kayanim had wear.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, teaches me Dobra Shav Aaron Ubanov, and what would be that?
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: That would be the avnit.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: Avnit is Dobra Shovel Aranubav.
• 4:48
  SPEAKER_00: So Gamar, really?
• 4:50
  SPEAKER_00: Avnite amil is shave.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: Avnit is also not shav between the coin godl and the rest of the coinim.
• 4:57
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 4:57
  SPEAKER_00: And the Gamar explains.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: So it's not like it's what exactly the avnate of the coin godl onum kipper was.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: So Hanni Khleman number that says that the avnate of the coin godl specifically wore onyam kippur, loizhavnito shokin hadit.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: That was not the avnate of the coin had that he wore, that the regular coin hadith wore.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: Meaning the regular coin had to wear the avnate that was a mixture of wool and linen, it was shaknit, as we know.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: And the coin goddl onyum kippur would wear one that was only linen.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: That was one sheet though.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: That the coin goddle, it's uhnito shall coin had it.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: That was not the same as the avnate of the coin gadel shapir, then it makes sense.
• 5:33
  SPEAKER_00: Because why?
• 5:34
SPEAKER_00: Because then it is why does it make sense?
• 5:36
  SPEAKER_00: So it's a little bit counterintuitive.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_00: The reason is because ash explains over here, shapir.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_00: Because Mishka Shovin Aru Nabah by Avnate Shot Semer, Kiko and Sharia Mah Sashana, because it comes out of the avnate that the Khan Goddow wore, and if you hold that li is the o avnate the shot of beom kipper, so what did the kind godd wear sharia my sashana?
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: Not the big day love one.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: What did he wear shari masshana?
• 5:56
SPEAKER_00: So it comes out he we were the same avnate as the Khan Hadith, and they were both shatnas.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_00: He was wearing shanas, they were wearing shatnas, and they are shovid avnates.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: So don't ask me a question because the bagged khat is the avnate, and it works very well with the Pasik.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: Who bana of Kalaya Yamim, who banned Shabbat, the Aaron Aban of something that's shoved between them all.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: If you hold that the one he wore on Yim Kippur was different, that means the one he wore Yuma Sashana is the same, and therefore the avnate is Davarashaba and the Ana K very be what we're talking about.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: And the Madama, but according to the Madama that's Zoo Avnate is still coin headyat, that the one that he wore on Yim Kippur was the same avnate of the coin headyat.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: And according to this sheet of the coin had only wore linen and it wasn't wool biklal.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: Maikalame, what are you gonna tell me?
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: Because it comes out that the only avnate that had wool in it bikl was the avnate of the coin goddamn Bishari Masashano.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_00: The avnate of the coin god was different.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: The avnate of the coin goddanium kippur was the same as the avnate of the coin hadith uh during uh regular coin hadith, right?
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: Which only had linen according to the Sheita.
• 6:54
  SPEAKER_00: It wasn't shatter, it wasn't a special khadish.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_00: Whereas uh and and what was he what was the same?
• 7:00
SPEAKER_00: The only begid with wool, again, the only begal that had Semer Bichlao, the only avnate that had Semer Bihl was the one that uh wore on Sharimas Hashanah, which was different, and therefore the avnate is not biklaw the same thing across the bird, and it didn't even have wool that we're talking about, the mouth to make an avnate.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: The only one in the heol was the Kaingadal's bihlaw on Sharima Sashana, and therefore it's not a Davarashavala Arubam, and you can't tell me the avnate is the one that we're talking about.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: Smaikalam, what are you gonna tell me?
• 7:24
  SPEAKER_00: It says avnate.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: Even according to that sheeta that the avnate is a little bit different from the Kain Gaddo Khanette, it's still it's they're both called an avnate.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: If they're both called an avnate, even if they're made up of different different things, if they're both called an avnate, in the end of the day, it is considered dovar a shavel aru na bottom because they both wear an avnate.
• 7:39
SPEAKER_00: Ah, you want to start see what it's made up of, I hear.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: But they're both called an avnate, it's shame avnate be oilam, and therefore it's good enough to be akima the posik that of uh of who Banav call a yamam dovr a shovel arunubanov, and that's why that's gonna be the shear that you're gonna need to give.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_00: Whereas the kipa is something totally different that doesn't apply to the current head biklal, and that's why we're not gonna say that even though it's a smaller shear.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_00: And again, we picked avn because to faster mut faster, but the avni is something that is considered in the day, dovrashov the arun abandon.
• 8:06
  SPEAKER_00: Says the gimmara vaiter.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: Itmar, or lay speak litnahulu.
• 8:10
  SPEAKER_00: So itmar.
• 8:11
  SPEAKER_00: Quoting the Mishnah again.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_00: We said that the shear, the shear of uh of how many you're gonna be high, how many uh you know, sheep that you have to have to be high versions of kids, you need five according to the sheeta.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: So what if the following Itmar Gaza Azum Machar, Rishaina?
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: What if one at a time you sheared the animal and then you sold the animal.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: So you sheared it, you sold it.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: You sheared it, you sold it, and you did that five times.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: So what's gonna be the aloha?
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: Meaning you could understand that at the end of the day, I shared five, so you should uh you should definitely be high ratio again.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: Or you could say that no, I sheared it, then I sold it.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: So by the time I got to the next one, that was only one, and I sold the animal.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: So by the time I got to the next one, it's totally different thing.
• 8:54
SPEAKER_00: It's not five animals together.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: So are you gonna be hive?
• 8:56
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna be hive, and that's the machine because of it.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: It's my God's machine, no, Rukhizamarch says Haiiv, you're gonna be hive.
• 9:03
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 9:03
SPEAKER_00: So Rhizda Amar Potter, Rabchizdah, sorry, Rukhizda Amar Chaiyev to Hog Gaza.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: Rukhizda says another day you did five total, so you're gonna be high, racial guys.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: Remnass marasha amar potter, why?
• 9:13
SPEAKER_00: But idna decom Maleshiura, beinan seincha, the lakha.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_00: At the time that you had the full shear five, you need it to be seincha.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: You need these five time to be soincha yours.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_00: You need it to be yours, and since at the time that you sold that you had the full shear of five, it wasn't yours, since Ghazas and Machar, Gaza Zumacha, you sold it off in between, so it's not soincha.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: You don't have that on here, and therefore you're not gonna be hive according to Ramnas Mary.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_00: So, I'll try to bring you knives.
• 9:36
  SPEAKER_00: Come on.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: Wait a minute, gaze soinai, so i would come.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_00: Someone who buys the wool, just the shearings, not the whole animal, just the shearings of a guy's animal.
• 9:47
  SPEAKER_00: Pot of Miracious Agaze.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be pot of maraishes of gaze.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: What does that sound like though?
• 9:51
  SPEAKER_00: What's the deuk?
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: The deuk is hot soinai ligt zo is haiv.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: If you bought the wool itself, if you bought the shearings, your potter from raisins of gaze, what's the deal?
• 9:59
SPEAKER_00: That if you bought the animal to shear, even if you didn't buy the whole animal sound, you bought the animal from him to shear yourself, then you're gonna be hive in racial gaze.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara according to that, why?
• 10:09
  SPEAKER_00: Again, what's the deal?
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: The deal c is in the case where I only bought the wool, you're putter.
• 10:13
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so if I bought the animal to shear, it sounds like you're gonna be hive.
• 10:17
  SPEAKER_00: Even though what?
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: Even though the animal's gonna revert back to the guy as soon as you shear it.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: Because you only bought the animal for its shearings.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: You only bought the animal for your shearing.
• 10:23
  SPEAKER_00: Where are you, putter?
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: When you didn't even buy the animal to shear, you bought the shearings itself that the guy took off.
• 10:28
SPEAKER_00: But where you buy the animal to for yourself to do the shearings, it sounds like in that case you're gonna be hive.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_00: It says Gamar, why are you gonna be hive over there?
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: Potter Myrhish is a case, right?
• 10:37
  SPEAKER_00: Hot sorry.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_00: Why are you gonna be hive in that case?
• 10:44
SPEAKER_00: Kochad, vehad, basar giza, nafkalemir shuse.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_00: Every single animal, as soon as you did the shearing, it's nafkalemir shuse.
• 10:51
SPEAKER_00: It pops out of his or shush, goes straight back to the guy.
• 10:53
SPEAKER_00: Because again, you only bought the animal for its uh giza, for its shearing.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_00: So as soon as you do the shearings, the animal pops back to the guy, now the guy owns it.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_00: By the time you get to the next animal to shear it, you don't have the you don't have been shear, right?
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: You don't have the five at a time that you need to be five.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_00: It says the Gmar Turghum Rahizdra Alibada Rab Nasan.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: Rabchizra was the other Sheetah.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_00: Answered up this Mishnah for Ibn Nasan Barashia.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_00: He didn't want it to be a question, he was looking out for the other side.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: And he answered that kigun shahiknun loi She Shehiknunloi koshimy'.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: The case was where the guy was machining him over these animals, not just until you shear it, and then it pops back to me.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: Then you're right, you would have a big question on ibn nasal bareshia, because in that case, uh you don't have a shear.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_00: Why are you gonna be high in Reshia's against according to the deal we made?
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: If I never had five together, as soon as I sheared one of them, I popped back to the guy.
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: The answer is that that wasn't the case.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: The case was Shaykh and Coshim Yoim that the guy was machine him over the animals for the shearings, but for 30 days.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: So for 30 days, he's the binding on these animals, he sheared one, he sheared the next one, even if he did it days apart.
• 11:48
SPEAKER_00: And then the day when he had five, he had five.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: He did them, and it didn't go straight back to the guy because it only goes back to the guy after 30 days.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: He had the shear at the proper time, he had five altogether, and that's why, and that's why it's not gonna be a kasha and says the Gemara.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: So we said someone who buys the shearings from his friend.
• 12:08
SPEAKER_00: So we said it's Tole on whether he left, meaning who's gonna be Hymen Rashis again.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: We said it's going to be it's Tali on whether he left some for himself or he sold all of it.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_00: He didn't leave anything for himself.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: So it says the game, hecha de ikushura, gabe maikher, baser maikha razlina.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_00: And who is the tanna that holds with this sheeta?
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: That wherever he left some of it for himself, so he's gonna be high in everything.
• 12:32
SPEAKER_00: Basar maicher as later, we go off to the maikha, the seller, and he's gonna be high in all the races again.
• 12:35
  SPEAKER_00: Who is this tan?
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: So Abu Khizdr Khali explains it's sheetas are but where do we have the sheetas rebuild?
• 12:40
SPEAKER_00: We have a Mishnah, ha maikher, kilche ilan mesh sadeu.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: So this is in the context of peya.
• 12:45
SPEAKER_00: So someone who has a field and he has a bunch of trees scattered throughout his fields, fruit trees.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: So he sells, he's not selling the field, but he's selling individual trees.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_00: So he has a field and he's selling off individual trees to different people.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_00: The buyer of each tree is chaiev to give a separate payah on each tree.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_00: So the Ruven bought the first tree, Shimon bought the second tree.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_00: Ruven's gonna be hired to give payoff from the individual tree that he bought.
• 13:12
  SPEAKER_00: And so is Shimon.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: Uh because we treat each each tree that we treat each tree that he bought, right?
• 13:18
  SPEAKER_00: Like a field itself.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_00: And that's why he's gonna be chaired to give payoff from each one, the buyer over here.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna be the interview to say on that.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_00: And this is the sheet's rebut that we need.
• 13:25
SPEAKER_00: And we say, when is that true that the buyer is gonna be hired to pay payout uh to give payoff from his individual tree?
• 13:29
  SPEAKER_00: Bizman shaw shirba sada.
• 13:31
SPEAKER_00: When the Baal Sada didn't leave over any trees for himself, Alba Shir Balasadeh, but if the Bala Sada, the owner of the field, left some trees over for himself, then nice and pay alcohol.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_00: Then the Mikhar, the Balasada is gonna be high to pay pay on everything.
• 13:43
SPEAKER_00: So this is clearly the Sheita's Rebuda that holds this by payah applied over here to Rashis I guess.
• 13:47
SPEAKER_00: Now when he left over some for himself, then the micr is gonna be high on anything.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_00: So to answer the Gemara's question of Mantana de Heikh the Iko Shirugabi Mikher, Basura Maichazlinan, that seems to very much line up with the Sheita Rabiuda.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_00: We just quoted it says back to Rab Chizda, who just tried to say that it's a riuda.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: The Amaru Damar, didn't you tell us that Vihu Shaisha Bala Sade Likzar?
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: Didn't you tell us that that sheet's only true when the Bala Sadah started doing the Xira?
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: So the Balas Sadah started harvesting the trees and that then he sold off the individual trees.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: That's when we say that if he left some for himself, he clearly started the whole Gansa thing over here.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: So he's gonna be high in the gun in the in the whole peya.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: But but uh but don't ask, don't tell that has nothing to do with the shear, right?
• 14:28
SPEAKER_00: It's nothing to do with our case.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: So what are you gonna tell me over here?
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: Uh you're gonna try to say the same thing that he started the giza on all the animals, and the gamar suggests that, right?
• 14:38
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're gonna tell me it's the same case, right?
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: In our case, where is the microne gonna be high for everything where he left some for himself?
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: That's where he started the giza on all the animals.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Vikitma okanamichzaz.
• 14:48
  SPEAKER_00: You can't compare.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_00: I have to stand over there by Peya, Uvikutzurachemeth Kitziarzchem Ksim.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_00: It says, when you start doing the kzirah, which teaches me, me idna the athil lixur machaiva kulisada.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_00: That when you hive in the entire field of paya, when you start the kzira, right?
• 15:01
SPEAKER_00: The Pasik Mahpaya says, Uvikutzukhem is kitziatskhem when you right, don't uh don't cut the payoff, leave the payoff.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_00: So when you do the kzira, you're now hive on the entire field.
• 15:11
  SPEAKER_00: So very good.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: It makes sense why it's Allah by payah that if you started the ksira, now you're gonna be hive in the entire field.
• 15:16
SPEAKER_00: I don't care what you did later on, sold off trees.
• 15:18
SPEAKER_00: You are were already haiv as soon as you started the ksira, you were already hive on the whole field.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_00: At the time that you started the giza on one animal, that didn't make you hive in the entire flock, right?
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: It goes uh goes according to the shia that you're doing.
• 15:35
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, as soon as you started the giza on one animal, you weren't chiving the entire flock, so you can't compare the two cases, and therefore, don't tell me just because we have the sheet's remuda over there, you could apply the same case over here.
• 15:44
  SPEAKER_00: There's no shaykhis.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: You want to know who the tana is again.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: We ask the question Who is the Tanah that says we go after the Maikhair?
• 15:52
SPEAKER_00: As long as he left some for himself.
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: Who is Who is the Tana?
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: Rab Khizda tried suggesting Remuda.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: Rabbah knocked off and knocked that off.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_00: The case of pain is different.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: So Allah Ummar Rabbah that's what Rabba says, you want to know which Tanahid Tana, who it's the founding Tana.
• 16:08
  SPEAKER_00: Um allah told him.
• 16:10
  SPEAKER_00: Right, we had this.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: Sell me the insides of the animal, sell me the b'name'ain of the para, the innards of this uh parah, the parazu.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: And then we're in the matanas kahuna as part of this uh animal.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: So he was gonna have to, he's a Yastral buying it.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_00: Now he's gonna have to give it to the Khan.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: He just paid good money for this.
• 16:27
SPEAKER_00: So listen, the kind is give it to the coin.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_00: Does he have a taina to subtract that amount that he gave to the kind off what he paid the seller?
• 16:34
SPEAKER_00: Listen, I had to take a lot of it and give it to the kind.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_00: So I'm subtracting that amount and giving you the difference.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_00: So in the menakulaminadam, he cannot, why?
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: Because again, if you're buying the benemi'aim, it's very understood that the part of the benign aim, you're gonna have the cable there, and therefore you're gonna have matanas kahuna that you're gonna have to give.
• 16:47
  SPEAKER_00: We're all Jewish.
• 16:48
SPEAKER_00: Okay, what about what about Lokah Minabishka?
• 16:52
SPEAKER_00: What if he bought not just the Bene Aim, the Shame Bene'im?
• 16:55
SPEAKER_00: He bought Bemishkal, he bought a certain amount of weight, right?
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: About five five pounds of of the animal.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_00: Then, Nois and Lakhain Minakulaminadam, then he if he has Bene'im, if he has Matanas kahuna as part of what he bought, he has to give it to the kind, but minakulaminadam.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: If he can subtract it from what he gives to the kind from what he gives to the maikhair.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: And the reason is if you're buying bemishkal, you don't have to assume that he's giving you matanas kauna.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: If you're buying the Mishko a certain five pounds, then you want five pounds, Abbas, you're gonna be able to eat five pounds of it.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_00: Not half of it is gonna be Matanaskuna, you're gonna have to give to the guy, and that's why if you fell matanaskuna in there, you do have to give it to the kind, but you could be Ninakaleman.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_00: What do we see from here?
• 17:31
  SPEAKER_00: Al Mamatanaskun Lamizaman imish.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: It's not the normal way for someone to sell matanaskuna.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: That's why you're able to subtract it if you ended up with it.
• 17:41
SPEAKER_00: Also, over here we're gonna say that the matanaskayun, the matanas de kayan, meaning the racist hages in our sugya, a person wouldn't sell.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_00: And hilkach, and therefore, when you when you're going through uh when you bought wool, therefore when you bought wool, shira maikhair maikhaib.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: If the maikher left over for himself some, then the micr is gonna be hive across the board.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_00: Damalai, because the lakh could tell him, Matana de Kayan Kabachi.
• 18:04
SPEAKER_00: It's not normal to sell the matanas kauna.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: And I saw that you just left some of the wool by you.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: So since it's not normal and you have some wool, so that's the matanas kain, the the kauna.
• 18:12
  SPEAKER_00: Matana the kayin kabahi.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_00: The seller has a very the the buyer is a very good taino, then you have the matanas kunah.
• 18:17
  SPEAKER_00: Loy shir lakah.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_00: But if the lake didn't leave anything over, you gave him all the wool, then obviously all the wool includes the racius of gas.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_00: You gave him all the wool, some of that belongs to the kayin.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_00: And Chayev, the Kaina, the the the buyer is Chayev, the Amalaib Maikher, because the Maikh is gonna tell him the Matana de Kayan Loi Zamnilah.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: The Matana the Kain I didn't sell you, of course I sold you.
• 18:35
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, uh sorry, Matana the Kayan Lai zamilah, I didn't sell you, meaning you bought what you bought.
• 18:45
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
• 18:45
SPEAKER_00: Loishir Lakeah, the omar lah, the omalimaicher, matana the kain, loi zamnilah.
• 18:52
  SPEAKER_00: I think it's bitmiya, no?
• 18:55
SPEAKER_00: Matana the kayak and loi zamilah.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: I sold you everything, and therefore you're the one that's gonna be hai, and with that, Hajrna Loch, Raishis Hageh.
• 19:02
SPEAKER_00: We have ten minutes, so we'll make a skal over here on the next parak, the last parak in Mesachis Kulan.
• 19:07
  SPEAKER_00: Shiluh Haken.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_00: So we're going through the different prakim over here.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: Raish hage, rail chhaim, short prakim, and they all start the same way.
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: And the Gemar is gonna address in the beginning of the Gemar over here.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: Shlach Haken, and the same way we said about the last few Prakim, all these things, noing but arts of chutzlarat, shilokha khan, which is of course the mitzvah, one of the two mitzvahs in the Tara that it says on Immatan Skarabit Sida, Lamania Ruchin mecha, right?
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, uh we know the Allah.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: So as it relates to when and where this uh mitzvah applies, Shilulah Hakan, Naikba Eret, Bhikhzlar, it doesn't matter where.
• 19:46
  SPEAKER_00: You don't.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: It only applies to Bahulin, but not by uh let's say a bird that's hektish.
• 19:53
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you some khumras that Kisuihadam has over Shidoah Hakan.
• 19:57
SPEAKER_00: Why Shah Kisaham Nay Bhayba'if, Bi Mizuman and Shaiman Mizumun.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: Kisihadam applies by both Khayun Oif.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_00: Also Bimizumun, whether it was prepared over there and set up specifically, you still have to do Kiseihadam.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: Or Sha'in Mizuman, or you just happened upon it.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: That would still be Haiman Kisehadam Bishlach Akan, Ainay Elaba'if, it's only by o'if elab shainamizumin.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: And the only time you have the mitzvah shiloh khan, that's only when it's e noimizum, when it's not prepared, meaning when you stumble upon it, like the Pasik says, when you happen upon a kansipur, not when you set up everything and it's in your house, etc.
• 20:27
SPEAKER_00: So is the U Shainamizum, and what is considered Shaina Mizum, can a vazinha tarnagalam, like a vazin geese and tarnagalam chickens, even though these are domesticated animals.
• 20:35
SPEAKER_00: Still, when they have uh shekunabi pardeis, if they make a nest somewhere in a pardeis, which is like an orchard, which is somewhere where you wouldn't necessarily set it up, it's not domestic, that's where you have the myth of shilochan.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: Ah, well, in cones, but if they made their nest in your house, which is very normal, it's a setup thing, domesticated place to do it.
• 20:51
SPEAKER_00: Vikhein, yoine, had hard, certain type of pigeons, these things are much more domesticated, it's normal, it's always there in your house, and therefore potter mishiloch is gonna be potter from shilochakan.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: Oif tameh, potter mishl ishale, oif tame, if it's not kosher bird, it's also potter from shlochakan.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: What if you have a non-kosher bird that's uh sitting on kosher eggs?
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: Or you have the opposite, a kosher bird sitting on non-kosher eggs.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_00: The law in both these cases are tomme potter mishless.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be potter from shilochan over here.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_00: Khire zachar is a certain type of bird.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: So if you have a male koire, the male of the chiris used to be the ones that would sit on the eggs.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: So if you have a male kireh, that's the machine we're gonna have.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna explain the gemara, but lezher, mechail, machum, potter, and lead, says, you're gonna be potter from Shiloh Kakan, and with that, Zok the Gemara, re Avin Ramiyasha.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: They both said the following one said one, one said the other, and then they both said one thing together.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: We're about to see all of that.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_00: So the Gemara Khan, one of them said, Koli khitn, be erat of the chutzar, shlatar.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: Everywhere we said the erret of the chutzarts, what's everywhere we said?
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: So that's all the last uh the the past few prakhims started the same way.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: Shiluwachan, knowing the erratic of the chutzarts, right?
• 21:58
SPEAKER_00: We had uh Zuranda Pan, knowing the errors.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: We had the arbar uh not arbar item.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: We had the but what the ginanasha, yeah.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_00: No the arts of the kutzar.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: So all of the above things that we said that it's not in the arts of the kutzarts, that is all sheleilitzarch.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: It's all sheleilitzarch at all.
• 22:14
  SPEAKER_00: Obvious.
• 22:14
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 22:14
SPEAKER_00: Because it's not a mitzvahis barat, right?
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: What what what about racial what about uh uh shilwahakan raish agays, or rather we just said levad me, raisus age, but what about Shilwahakan or Zuraam?
• 22:26
SPEAKER_00: What about these things are mitzvah to bars?
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: There's nothing to do with that so and therefore there's no Havamina to say that it would only be Noig and Eritz is all.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, when I said that in the Mishnah that it's Noig the Ertz of the Hutz, Shilatar, it's all Shalitar, Abius, Levad me raishes agays, except for raisus age, which we need to say.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: Why did we need to say that by raishes of gaze?
• 22:46
SPEAKER_00: Something Rabila said that we saw Dhammar who said Rachis Agaze in a naig alabah.
• 22:54
SPEAKER_00: So it's a gazer shah that he made from Truma, and therefore, La Fuke me the Rabilah.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_00: That's why that's the one we needed to say.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: But all the other ones, it's obvious and it's why did we say it?
• 23:03
SPEAKER_00: I did it tonazer, type of thing.
• 23:05
SPEAKER_00: So it's gummar, Vahadamar, and the other one said, so this is again Rib Avin and R Miyosha.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: One of them said the aforementioned, and the other one said, anywhere in the these Mishnahis that we had, the next thing in the Mishnah, that it's Nayik, whether there's a basinh or not, Bifnabais was shlaibnehabai, shlot itsurf.
• 23:23
SPEAKER_00: That's shalom it's herf, because it's obvious by all these things, they're not totally in a basin, just like titsis and thillin is not.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: Levad, may Ois Basbinay, except for the haloch of Ois Benoit, Vesbinoi that we had this Mishnah as well.
• 23:35
SPEAKER_00: Why would that be different?
• 23:36
SPEAKER_00: Why did I need to say that's not shalom itself?
• 23:38
  SPEAKER_00: That's Lutzari.
• 23:39
SPEAKER_00: I need to tell you that it's Noig Bifneabais, and Shalai Bifnabis.
• 23:43
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 23:44
SPEAKER_00: So that means, because if since Isa Binay is written, so Bizmanika Kocham Ninoig, Bizmad like a Kotcham Loy Ninoig.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_00: So I would think maybe to tell you, since it's written in the context of Kotchim, maybe the Allah of Kotchim applies.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_00: Only when Kotchim applies, which is Bifneabais.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: So that's where you should have the Allah of Isabanay.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_00: But if not, not, Kamash Malun.
• 24:03
SPEAKER_00: That's why I needed to tell you that Isaanay applies eek across the board.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: And that's where it was said Litzaich.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gmaravayu Amri, and they both say, so again, Rev Avin and Rav Miyasha.
• 24:19
SPEAKER_00: And they both say the following.
• 24:25
  SPEAKER_00: Whether it's chulin or it's kutchim, that's Litzairich.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_00: Everywhere is Litzairich, and everywhere was needed, it wasn't obvious.
• 24:32
  SPEAKER_00: Levad Migidanasha.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: Except for Gidanash, because that is posh.
• 24:36
  SPEAKER_00: Why is it posha?
• 24:37
  SPEAKER_00: Because Pshita.
• 24:41
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 24:41
SPEAKER_00: This animal is chulin, right?
• 24:42
SPEAKER_00: If it was chulin, it had a isar gidanash.
• 24:44
  SPEAKER_00: It's a pasag in the tire.
• 24:45
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 24:45
SPEAKER_00: So just because you were makesh it, all of a sudden pokal is or not gidanash mine, just because you were makish in this animal and now it's codchim, all of a sudden it's uh it doesn't have uh uh isr of uh giddanash anymore, it doesn't make any sense, and therefore it's posh, and that's where everywhere we said that it's not chimbain mehulin, it's needed except for Giddanash, because it's posh it.
• 25:06
SPEAKER_00: Didn't we explain that we're talking about a case of Vladis Kachim?
• 25:10
  SPEAKER_00: What's Vladis Kotchim?
• 25:11
SPEAKER_00: The the animals that were born from Kotchim, meaning they were born into Kachim.
• 25:15
SPEAKER_00: So what happens was what the the way we learnt it then was the Isr Gidanashe and the Isr Kotchim happened bevasachas.
• 25:21
SPEAKER_00: As soon as they were born, there was an Isr Gidanasha, and there was an Isrkochim.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: So it's not to think that uh it's not uh to say that what it became Hekdish, so what?
• 25:29
  SPEAKER_00: Isir Gedanasha flies off?
• 25:30
  SPEAKER_00: No, it's a totally different case.
• 25:31
SPEAKER_00: It's Vladis Kachim where it happens at the same time.
• 25:33
SPEAKER_00: So maybe you do need to tell me.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you do need to tell me that the Isr Gedanasha applies, because it was never Khun that just became Kachim, it was Kachim Kachim from the time from the second it was born.
• 25:41
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, didn't we explain already that's Vladis Kotchum and maybe you didn't need to say this?
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: It says my time ukimna.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_00: But why did I explain that we're talking about uh Vladis Kotchim?
• 25:48
SPEAKER_00: Love Misham the Kashlan, Lin Listen, isn't it?
• 25:50
SPEAKER_00: Because we had a Nachmun in the Gemara.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_00: We had this exact question.
• 25:53
SPEAKER_00: Why do you have to tell me?
• 25:54
  SPEAKER_00: And it's obvious.
• 25:57
SPEAKER_00: So that's why we asked this question, and that's why we answered this.
• 26:00
SPEAKER_00: Ukim no, ukim to weh that is talking about Vladis Kotcham.
• 26:03
SPEAKER_00: Says a grammar may care namelight takes.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_00: On that note, I'll just tell you, don't ask it in the first place, and I'll just tell you I did Tana Litzarich, Tananamila, Shalai Tsach, even if it's obvious.
• 26:10
SPEAKER_00: The same way I said the other things that were needed to be said, I said a shule tzarh as well, and I can answer that here as well.
• 26:16
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemarah.
• 26:18
  SPEAKER_00: We'll do a tiny bit more.
• 26:21
  SPEAKER_00: All these things apply.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_00: Or rather, specifically Shiluakan applies only by Khulin, it doesn't apply by Kh'sim.
• 26:26
  SPEAKER_00: It says Gemara Mai.
• 26:26
  SPEAKER_00: Why doesn't Amai Loi?
• 26:28
SPEAKER_00: Why doesn't Shalua Hakan apply by Khanchim?
• 26:32
SPEAKER_00: Because the Basik says Shaleh to Shalakhesah.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: Aimisha Mitsub in the Shah.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_00: Where do you have the mitsub shalik to shalakhsaim?
• 26:38
SPEAKER_00: That's only someone who does uh by a bird that you could send it away, which excludes kachim.
• 26:43
  SPEAKER_00: Shiata mitsubilhai de gizbar.
• 26:45
SPEAKER_00: That you're not mitsubulash, you're mitsuvid to where to bring it bring it to the gizbar as khim, to bring it to the base of English, and that's why it's not included in this possibility.
• 26:51
  SPEAKER_00: I'm a Ravina.
• 26:52
  SPEAKER_00: Ravina said, Hilkah.
• 26:53
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, If Tar Shahaganfish, based on this idea that anything that you're mitsuvat to do something else with this bird and not just send it away, Shiluakan is not gonna apply, Bikhal.
• 27:01
SPEAKER_00: Based on this idea, I'm gonna tell you a khidish.
• 27:03
SPEAKER_00: If tara, oiftar, regular iftar that there would be a uh shiluakan, it's not khajim, it's regular food.
• 27:07
SPEAKER_00: But iftar sharagasan if it killed someone, maybe it plucked at someone's brain, uh child's brain until it died, something like that, where we know that Allah you have to kill the animal.
• 27:26
SPEAKER_00: What do you have to do with it?
• 27:27
SPEAKER_00: You have to bring it to Bezdin to be killed.
• 27:31
SPEAKER_00: What exactly is the case here?
• 27:32
SPEAKER_00: Let's try to make sense of it.
• 27:33
SPEAKER_00: If this bird was already brought to Bezdin, we know there's a psac din on the animal, the animal should be killed if it killed a person.
• 27:39
SPEAKER_00: So if already had a gamardin, then bark talah.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_00: This bird is a barkatalah, and Rashi seems to say that the problem is the Hihanimlat.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_00: How did it get away?
• 27:47
SPEAKER_00: Meaning you found it in a field somewhere.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: How did it get away if it's a bark talah and he was supposed to be killed?
• 27:51
SPEAKER_00: So Allah Gamardina, obviously it didn't have a Gamardin yet.
• 27:54
SPEAKER_00: Uba Sulabina, you have to bring it to Besdin.
• 27:59
SPEAKER_00: You have to be Mikhail the Posak, Vyarta Ramikebecha, and that's why you have Allah, you have to bring it back to Bazdin, but you're not gonna be able to do Shlokhan with it, and that was all mehusas on the drusha we had.
• 28:09
SPEAKER_00: The reason it's the same, based on the same posak, the reason that Shiloh Hakan doesn't apply by Khajchim, because again, only something that you're Mitsuvid to send away.
• 28:16
SPEAKER_00: Something that you're Mitsuvah not to send away, either to bring it to the Gizbar, Kh'chim, or to bring it to Bazdin, uh Har against the Nefesh, that there wouldn't be the myth of Shiloh Hakan.
• 28:24
  SPEAKER_00: With that git.
