- 1:10excited. We've got a lot of news to catch up on. We have
- 1:12below deck med to talk about, and my God, just to let you
- 1:18know, on Thursday, we are going to be doing Love Island. Eight
- 1:22hundred episodes have dropped since we've last discussed it. Emily desis is here.
- 1:27Emma, don't give me any spoilers, please, I could sky Darlings.
- 1:34I'm one thousand percent on this show. Oh, I didn't expect we'd be
- 1:38here, but we are. Are you nine hundred episodes before? Then I'd
- 1:45be that Yeah. I need to know what's happening every second of the day
- 1:49on this show. You want it to be like Big Brother where they have
- 1:52where you can watch it streaming. You know what I mean? With the
- 1:55camera, Why can't we Maybe we'll get there. I have gotten messages from
- 2:00several people saying like, well, actually is one goal. This one Darling
- 2:06was like, hey, I'm trying to watch Love Island. I don't know.
- 2:09This is not that great. And then the follow up message was when
- 2:14I finally got back to her, I was like, I felt the same
- 2:16way until episode seven and eight and then it becomes fire and she got back
- 2:22to me, was like, I hung in there, and by god,
- 2:24I'm glad. I did you know? I mean, I keep getting messages
- 2:28about like this is a surprisingly and it's weird too, because these people are
- 2:32so annoying with the chewing on their babas, you know. I mean it's
- 2:36basically they're chewing on their bottles, the oh the mouth thing. They're just
- 2:40so horny they need to chew on something like these are just horny people.
- 2:45And then they are constantly swearing and look, I'm not afraid of dropping an
- 2:50F bomb, you guys know, but every other word out of their mouth
- 2:53is like or an or a swear or a curse word. And now I'm
- 2:58turning into my parents. Yeah, the cursing doesn't bother me, Grammy,
- 3:01but the uh, the forming of sentences does. But then they can't,
- 3:09yes, they can't, and that's okay, but they work out, you
- 3:12know, they work out. They can't have everything. I can't wait till
- 3:15you catch up because I just turned into full on just you know, calisthenics.
- 3:24That's it's klistenics island. Like it's just constant and there's walking on hands.
- 3:35Okay, yeah, it's just like they're they're like enjoying watching each other's
- 3:40muscles work, like literally flexing as they work out. But they're like,
- 3:47this is the first time Hannah's ever worked out since she's been here. You
- 3:51know, when she goes over there, oh ri Ip Hannah, Yes,
- 3:58but that's where I'm at. So I like, I opened up my Instagram
- 4:02and I immediately saw, you know, all the Love Island contestants, like
- 4:06a screenshot of them with their mouths being covered by their hands and this expression
- 4:11like oh, and I quickly scrolled. I was like, I don't want
- 4:14to know. So oh that was smart because what I did was realized that
- 4:18I had missed an episode that aired, and then at one fifteen in the
- 4:23morning watched it. So that was smart of you. You have no control.
- 4:28This has I handle on you. Emily, Theresa's wow, Deanna and
- 4:32you and me were texting, We just like you guys. It was It's
- 4:36been a slow burn where we've been all kind of saying I can't live without
- 4:42this show, and it's all taken us by surprise. You know why,
- 4:47because I didn't love Love is Blind my fright, right, you know,
- 4:53And I thought this is giving me similar vibes. At least it doesn't feel
- 4:57as claustrophobic. And the next thing I know, find a couple up next
- 5:00you know, you're in love Ties just trying to make it work. Soul
- 5:03Ties Amy. Oh god, today. This is what happens when you miss
- 5:10a day. But you've given me an idea. Maybe what I'll do is
- 5:13I'll set up a webcam in my home so people can tune in and watch
- 5:16me go about my day waiting for Love Island just starting. Only fans for
- 5:25Love Island fans who need to, you know, waste their time until the
- 5:29next episode comes on. Yeah, this is me on my island, waiting
- 5:32for Love Island. And I can't imagine in your crazy life when you're going
- 5:39to ever watch season one of Traders? What Aaron is so erin. I
- 5:46know that you. I know this. One thing I know about you is
- 5:48you don't want to watch the greatest series ever first season? Like that?
- 5:54I didn't. Okay, so it is the greatest, Okay, so the
- 5:57season one of Traders UK? Is that what you're talking about? Yes,
- 6:00all right, I might guess if you say it's the best that I think
- 6:03I might have to get to it. Maybe I'll do it, darling.
- 6:05Sound off is Traders Season one UK? The volume up? Oh my god,
- 6:12I was scrolling, I mean, and like Kim zulsiek Beerman had on
- 6:16her page an ultrasound, another ultrasound of babies and it was twins and the
- 6:23thing was like, oh no, twins. It's like kim stop stop,
- 6:28you know with the clickbab Yeah, it's intense. But before we get into
- 6:32below deck meatic, I just want to let everybody to know, let everybody
- 6:35no, no, no, no, that where we ended up being Evering
- 6:39Love Island on Thursday here on the public. Tomorrow will be Dubai on Patreon,
- 6:46and Friday we're gonna be doing the Brats the Brat, the Brat Pack.
- 6:56We're gonna be talking about different brats dolls that we love and the brat's
- 7:00diet, which is bananas, rice, apple, sauce and uh wow,
- 7:08what is it? I don't know this tea brat? No wait, what's
- 7:12the tea? Oh no, oh no, oh mother, oh mother,
- 7:16what's the brat diet? Brat diet, Brat diet? Oh gosh, what
- 7:23is it? Okay, it's easily digestible foods. It stands for bananas.
- 7:31Oh toast, toast. Okay, that was too much for me right now?
- 7:38Good. I didn't need that kind of jump scare. It's okay.
- 7:42I'm with you. I have your back anyway you needed it. Thank you
- 7:46so we're gonna be talking about the brat Pack documentary that we're all obsessed with.
- 7:50And uh, what else was I going to tell you? Uh?
- 7:54Oh yeah, Caroline Stanbury's going to be on the show soon. I'm going
- 7:58to interview her for Dubai, which is exciting. Yay, I love her
- 8:03now. I love Caroline stor Marie. I don't know where she is in
- 8:07the world, but she's somewhere with the du Oh is Sergia going to come
- 8:13on? I mean, I'm sure he'll probably be right there, wouldn't you
- 8:16think he dips in, Santoval dips out, Sergio dips in. Oh he's
- 8:20a dipper, you know he's a dipper. All right, Well, we've
- 8:24got some news. Let's dish up Jill's Errand's new face. So this is
- 8:30actually on page six. She is being completely transparent. She is being just
- 8:35putting it all out there about revealing her full facial rejuvenation, my new faces.
- 8:41He has surprise. She went under the knife in search of a more
- 8:50youthful look. Page six says, and she had doctor uh plastic search in
- 8:56doctor Ira Savetsky. The husband, Oh my god, gosh, the husband
- 9:01of ex Real Housewives of New York City cast member Lizzie Savetsky. She's the
- 9:05one that didn't end up making the cut. She was cut out, Yes,
- 9:09right, how about right? That is right? Wow? Wow wow
- 9:20wow. So she got a facelift, a chin implant that was unexpected,
- 9:28unexpected, a fat transfer to address her jowling, sagging net scan, stop
- 9:39talking dirty to me doctor, and other superficial issues. To address these concerned
- 9:48he says to page six exclusively that he designed a personalized facial rejuvenation plan,
- 9:56and there is a before and after here. Right now, she's in the
- 10:01healing process. If you've been following her videos, she's been, you know,
- 10:07definitely sharing everything that she has done and what it's like. The procedure
- 10:11included a dual plane lower facelift and necklift, which involved repositioning both the skin
- 10:18and underlying muscles to that sounds like painful to achieve a more youthful look,
- 10:22to enhance her profile. I placed a small chin implant, now I do.
- 10:28So that's not a facelift, that's a lower facelift, said full Oh
- 10:33well this, I thought it said a full facelift earlier, and then just
- 10:39now they're saying that they're talking about the lower facelift. Low. Okay,
- 10:46say listen, dual plane lower facelift and necklift. So that's two things,
- 10:56because thank you for letting me figure that out. I don't know. Oh
- 11:03no, no. Doctor Sebeski explained that he performed the fat transfer to restore
- 11:07volume to her midface, temples, ear loaves, and hands, so it
- 11:11looks like he did stuff to upper as well. Yeah, but he didn't
- 11:16pull it back, pull it forehead. Yeah. I feel like we've we've
- 11:20we've touched on it before, but I do feel like pulling it from the
- 11:22forehead back like maybe they don't do that as much these days. They kind
- 11:28of go into parts of it. M m oh my god. She's quoted.
- 11:33She goes, surprise, look I have a chin. Well she didn't
- 11:37say surprise. But why do we stay? I mean like I don't know.
- 11:43I don't know about little chin of course, yes, I mean I
- 11:46didn't see anything that she needed there either, So I mean, look,
- 11:50I've got egg on my face. I want to show a picture here for
- 11:56those of you who are watching this and the here too, you can see
- 12:01see her. This is the picture that they have on page six. The
- 12:05iPad has a picture of her before and her sitting there is the picture she's
- 12:11still in the woods on this. You give this thing six months, The
- 12:16before looks way better, you know, like I mean clearly, so I
- 12:22mean she's healing. So yeah, yeah, yeah, her face is obviously
- 12:24incredibly swollen. Mm hmm. And there's just a lot going in. There's
- 12:31a lot going in. So okay. So she also I remember seeing the
- 12:39first video of her posting and she's like, I'm here. I'm at the
- 12:43Ritsk, I'm at the Rents. I don't know where she was, but
- 12:46she's like, I'm convalescing. No, she didn't say that, but she
- 12:50was just like, I'm here. It's the best place to be to heal.
- 12:54And she was living her best life. So and she says in quotes,
- 13:00I'm not like some of my sister wives who denied doing anything, and
- 13:03yet they look better now than they did twenty years ago. So, you
- 13:05know, Emily, you and I talk about this a lot. We really
- 13:09appreciate them telling us yes, you know what they've done, yes, because
- 13:16it's like, you know, there are parts of the show that are still
- 13:20aspirational, and these ladies look amazing, So I want to that isn't that
- 13:26part is still aspirational. So not that I want to go do everything,
- 13:31but like you know, I want to know what the hell Maramona is doing
- 13:35because like like that's amazing. Yeah, like so yeah, and I I
- 13:43in watching these shows, I've also seen some things that I don't want to
- 13:46do. But I'm I'm also not about like publicly. You know, I
- 13:52get why they are reluctant because they they've made this decision, they put this
- 13:58money into it. Now they've got to put it to us, and now
- 14:03we are going to judge. And I get I get why you wouldn't want
- 14:05to absolutely, I mean, but we're gonna know, like you said,
- 14:09and if it is this something this extreme like a lower facelift, the implants,
- 14:16the chin implant, the neck thing you're gonna And I also think it's
- 14:20a service to I will say just women in particular, men obviously, but
- 14:26women, because you will look at them and say, but why does why
- 14:31don't I look like that? You know, is at the expensive creams they're
- 14:33using, Like how come I'm not looking as well as they are? And
- 14:37so it takes away the mystery of that where you know they're getting that.
- 14:43Yeah, as a culture, maybe we could get around the idea that like
- 14:48that's somehow cheating if you've had work done or you're taking some kind of medication
- 14:54to lose weight. Like I think we have to get around if we're going
- 14:58to have these crazy standards and when somebody can figure out how to meet them,
- 15:03we can't then then make them feel bad about meeting them. You know.
- 15:07I have to say I have really come a long way with the whole
- 15:11ozempic thing, in particular because I listened to this podcast a friend sent me
- 15:16about it just about there's this man. Oh, I'm so sorry that I
- 15:20don't know his name, because he wrote this book he was extremely overweight,
- 15:28he considered himself obese. Oh actually it's still up on my Spotify right now.
- 15:33Okay, Diary of CEO with Stephen Bartlett, and he had this guest
- 15:41on who is talking about ozempic and he wrote a book on it about the
- 15:52benefits of whether or not it's a benefit or if it's actually harmful. And
- 16:00there's a whole podcast of him talking about his journey with ozembic and his studies
- 16:07and he's been studying it for a very very very long time. So that
- 16:11being said, I'll give you the bullet points so that you understand why this
- 16:15kind of changed my mind about it. And it's essentially what he's saying is
- 16:22the risks that you are are under that you're undertaking if you are obese,
- 16:27meaning if you say you have you have diabetes, you've got high blood pressure,
- 16:33you have all the things that go with what happens when you're overweight.
- 16:37So taking a drug to help you get this under control, you're saving your
- 16:42life more so than you are putting your life at risk while not knowing what
- 16:48the long term effects of these weight loss drugs will do to you in the
- 16:52future. It's better of a risk, it's more of a risk. It's
- 16:57a good risk to take, rather than then to continue to stay with too
- 17:04much weight and having diabetes and being Yeah, and I will add to that
- 17:12controversial is that I think that especially the standards that we hold women under that
- 17:18are in the spotlight, like let's go Erica Jane. You know, the
- 17:23mental breakdown that she must have just to put on an outfit and go and
- 17:27stand under a spotlight on a red carpet to get her picture taken. In
- 17:32terms of like how she's feeling that day, if she has found a doctor
- 17:37supported treatment so that she doesn't have to go through the mental stress of that.
- 17:44Then I support that too, because that stress wears you down too.
- 17:48I just can't imagine times a thousand what that would feel like. Well,
- 17:52he does say, now, let me mention this book is called Magic Pill
- 17:56by Johann harri He he does mention in the book that, like, if
- 18:02you are not one of these people that have that that are like incredibly,
- 18:08your BMI is out of control, you have diabetes, you your heart,
- 18:12you know, you're wearing your heart down. You know this isn't you shouldn't
- 18:17take this risk. He's saying that, you know, he's saying, like,
- 18:19because we still don't know what these drugs will do to you in the
- 18:23future. So he is saying that if you are in a situation where you
- 18:29know, you everything that I just explained, then you should take the risk.
- 18:34He would recommend that if you're not and you're one of these people like
- 18:40for example, let's say Erica Jane, and I'm not saying she took ozembic,
- 18:44but let's just say she did. He's saying, like, don't do
- 18:47that, you know what I mean. So he's actually saying, but I
- 18:51hear what you're saying. I also see the risks of it being incredibly difficult
- 18:56for people who have eating disorders that you know, But it also is one
- 19:00of those things where if you do you know. It's hard to speak on
- 19:04this because I think it's very triggering for a lot of people. But I'll
- 19:07just say, from what I understand about it, people talk about food noise,
- 19:12Okay, I don't have the food noise in my life. I've not
- 19:18experienced that, okay, in the sense that it's an extreme like an eating
- 19:22disorder or something like that. But from what I understand, this magic pill,
- 19:27as they say, stops that. So in many ways, I could
- 19:33see how it could be beneficial for some people, but then it could also
- 19:37it's a slippery slope because then you've got people who might be doing it for
- 19:41the wrong reasons. But also maybe it could help people because it's actually handling
- 19:47the mental aspect of it, the mental health aspect of eating. I don't
- 19:52want to offend anybody by speaking out a turn because I'm so ignorant to this
- 19:57drug and what it does. I do all of it, but Emily,
- 20:00I'm just kidding. But Emily will, so we won't go too much further
- 20:04than that, but I will say was a really interesting podcast that that that
- 20:10this guy was interviewed on and the book is called Magic Pill and in one
- 20:15of the things that he said in this book and a friend of mine actually
- 20:19told me about this podcast and told me, and I was like, WHOA.
- 20:23When he went to the publisher to write this book or his whoever he
- 20:29was selling this idea to to write a book about ozembic and this craze,
- 20:33he said, I can't believe that no one's written a book about this before,
- 20:37like you know a lot of women. I'm surprised that no women have
- 20:41talked about this because it seems like something And I think it was his publisher
- 20:45or someone who said, like because a woman couldn't because no one would listen
- 20:51to a woman talk about a weight loss drug and take them seriously. And
- 20:56what a really Well, they're saying that it's such a misogynistic world that that
- 21:03women it would just be it would be considered like women they're doing. They're
- 21:07talking about it for the cosmeticity exactly, and that it would be better accepted
- 21:15if a man did it. And you know what, I think that they
- 21:18have a point, and I think it's disgusting that the world would see it
- 21:22that way. I'm not saying across the board, but that everyone would feel
- 21:26that way. But I could see that being the case. Hmmm. I
- 21:30don't know. I could see it going either way. But I get the
- 21:33point. I get the you get the yeah, you get the point.
- 21:36It's but you know what I'm in my mind, I'm like, it would
- 21:38have to be in terms of I'm thinking of a publisher and that I don't
- 21:44think this, but I can see the publisher being like the right woman or
- 21:48any guy there you go, that's exactly right. Yeah, yeah, the
- 21:53right woman or just any man. Yeah. Well that was a little jaunt
- 22:00into into that. I don't know how we got there. Oh yeah,
- 22:03well transparency about what the housewives do and and things like that. So you
- 22:10know, there's that, okay, Uh. I want to mention. Reality
- 22:15T had an article that La La Kent rejected Traders because she was She was
- 22:22asked, I guess she almost had the opportunity to do season two, but
- 22:29she said timing, Yeah, she said, unfortunately it wasn't meant to be
- 22:33because you know, yeah, yeah, So I just thought that was really
- 22:37cool that she was asked to do it, which I thought was really interesting.
- 22:42What do you think that it's I mean, again, not who I
- 22:47would want. I didn't want stand of all on there, But I get
- 22:49I understand the logic. I think I think it's a weird choice given what
- 22:53he's dealing with right now in terms of a court case. But yeah,
- 22:57I I there are other people. Honestly, I'd rather, Like I've said
- 23:03it a hundred times, James Kennedy would be my number one from yeah you
- 23:06love your James Ye, I'm I mean you would love him, You're you're
- 23:11loving him as potentially on the Traders. Yes, but you know who I
- 23:18would like to see. You know, it's hard because Katie would be quiet,
- 23:23Shina would be weird. I do think Laala would would lean in in
- 23:30a good way. Yeah, yeah, yeah, she would stir things up.
- 23:33I think she'd be great. Actually, yeah, did you know that
- 23:38apparently Kathy Wakilli is building a house across the street from Melissa Gorga. Yes,
- 23:45that is crazy. Well, now here's the thing. I did you
- 23:51did you hear that whole story? No? What? So Apparently it's this
- 23:55lake house that the Wakillies have had their eyes on for decades. They befriended
- 23:59the owner, like it predates all the Gorga house. Okay, so this
- 24:03is before this is Jersey Shore. We're talking like a lake house. Yeah,
- 24:07okay, a lake a lake. This is like right right right,
- 24:12and so it'd be like, you know, like a lake in the community,
- 24:15and this house has been there forever and ever. And Melissa called it
- 24:22a teardown, which I'm like, let me live in that teardown, Like,
- 24:26what are you? I'm sure it's gorgeous, right, And she was
- 24:30nice about it, I guess as nice as you can be with calling someone's
- 24:34home a teardown. But anyway, apparently the Wakilles befriended this owner and and
- 24:42it was always in the cards that they were going or maybe it was they
- 24:47like got in, got the bid accepted before like anybody else really came in,
- 24:51and even Joe Gorga went in, but they were like, yeah,
- 24:53it's done, it's already settled. So the Wakilles like had that house on
- 24:59their radar are forever. Wow. Okay. And so when you say lake
- 25:02house, it's not like another area of Jersey where there's a lake. It's
- 25:07it's where Melissa and Melissa and gorgo. It's where Melissa and Joe live right
- 25:11now. It's just near there. They just happen to live near like a
- 25:14man made lake in Yeah, I think in their neighborhood or in that area.
- 25:18There's a lake and their property is not on the way. Don't look
- 25:26in that lake. Don't look at Louis. They're looking in that lake.
- 25:32Kathy. Now, Kathy's by that light. She's gonna dig up to the
- 25:36bodies. Louis. All right, let's play. Come to the house.
- 25:41It's a it's a living place. We have a good time. Oh my
- 25:45god. Yeah. I think also, I mean Jeff was really Jeff Lewis
- 25:52was really trying to get Melissa to like open up her arms to them,
- 25:56and then I kind of forgot like the whole fallout, like what happened there,
- 26:02because I do remember that Rosie was like so tight with everybody. She
- 26:07was kind of like Dolores. She was like the one that could be on
- 26:10everyone's side and then not anymore. Mm hmm. Okay, Well, I'm
- 26:18just thinking back, and I think that, like Joe, I thought Joe
- 26:22was trying to be loyal to Teresa and stay away from the Wakilles. Oh
- 26:27you know what happened recently? It was I was just trying to go back
- 26:30into my memory and I found it. It's that the Wakhill's son said something
- 26:40nasty about the Gorga, about the Gorgas. Yeah, like, yeah about
- 26:44it. Something happened before that. I'm sure it did, but they were
- 26:48it wasn't that bad. And then ye, he said something nasty and then
- 26:52that got back to them. So you know, what are you gonna doing
- 26:55else? I'll tell you what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna order some of
- 26:57those Jakili paste. You remember that little company. Oh, Kathy had her
- 27:03mail of well you know what, she's got a great dessert book. Look,
- 27:10I'm a waki lee wacky. Peely, you're a waki You're a wakily
- 27:15wacky. That's funny. I loved them. I was bummed when they were
- 27:21not anymore. But that's just me, that's just you. All right,
- 27:23let's let's move on. All right. I got something to tell you.
- 27:26This is wild. Did you see on Queen's of Bravo spotted and this is
- 27:32I saw some murmurings of this making it in Manhattan and this Riley Riley Burris
- 27:38Brooks marks Arianna Beerman filming and is Gia in the mix somehow? Probably I
- 27:47think she is. Oh sorry, I hit my microphone. Yeah I am.
- 27:53I think it's smart that they're kind of leak like making sure this footage
- 27:59gets out there because now we're all talking about it. But uh, I
- 28:04don't know how excited I am about I wasn't when I heard about this.
- 28:11You know, it feels like Descendants, if like that Disney franchise was like
- 28:15if only well, yeah, Emily, I mean, if only some of
- 28:19those songs are sick Dance? Isn't that one of them? Oh? I
- 28:26don't know about that one. I I know you do. Well, Maddy
- 28:33hasn't totally gotten into it yet, but there is one real banger. But
- 28:37I would love it if they could sing and dance. That would save it.
- 28:41But I am now we're talking a little soft shoe. Well that's what
- 28:45I thought. That's why I thought we were going. I mean, but
- 28:48honestly, like, there's a lot of sleepers in this. You know,
- 28:52a lot of sleepers, So it's just going to be a lot of like,
- 28:56So, are you going to go to the event? I mean,
- 29:02I guess I will because you know, it's just gonna be really rough.
- 29:07It's gonna be rough, and I hope that they proved it wrong, just
- 29:11like the Valley did. Yeah, the energy of all of them is at
- 29:15a three, and that is when they are very excited at their sweet sixteen
- 29:19birthdays. Yes, so maybe they've now that they're in their twenties. Maybe
- 29:26I don't know, but yeah, we'll see, Yeah we will, all
- 29:30right. And then in other news, Danielle Olivera exits Summerhouse after seven seasons.
- 29:38I'm seeing this on page six, so it says that she's leaving.
- 29:44She says, I wanted to share that I've come to the heartbreaking decision to
- 29:48not return as a full time cast member on the upcoming season of Summerhouse,
- 29:52she said on Instagram on Tuesday, adding that her choice didn't come without a
- 29:57tremendous amount of thought. But wow, this is really this is really something
- 30:03else you should know so much like Kyle. Just then, can you do
- 30:07the rest of this story as Kyle? Yeah, she says, if I
- 30:11can put one hundred percent of myself into filming genuinely and off, I really
- 30:17it doesn't feel I can't. It really doesn't feel right. Doing it in
- 30:22a full time capacity, she shared, noting that the network production in her
- 30:26cast, especially all the viewers, deserve that. Right now. I need
- 30:30to protect and prioritize, prioritize the things that mattered most to me, my
- 30:34company. Well, she's a CEO, my people and of course myself.
- 30:41Wow, and that Bravo and Truly Original and NBC Universal are supporting her decision.
- 30:48Do you think this was her decision? I never know, and especially
- 30:53like I don't want to go out on limb because I do not know summer
- 30:56House currently. So it's all he's up for grabs one day when we die
- 31:03and we go up to that reunion in the sky. Yeah, I will
- 31:07ask these questions. I will be like, was dr in the fire?
- 31:11Was she put on pause? Wesley Sarna let go? Was that her choice?
- 31:15Like? I have my questions? Yeah? Yeah, Well I can't
- 31:22imagine she would want to be off of this show, So I'm gonna say
- 31:26it wasn't her choice. But then again, she says that Bravo and all
- 31:30those things support her decision, but I it's it's very well. Of course
- 31:34they would support her decision if they let her go exactly, But you know
- 31:38what I think happened. I think they were like, we're going to have
- 31:41you just pop up, pop in, you know, as a friend,
- 31:45kind of like Andrea and some of the other ones. Yep uh. Also,
- 31:52Jesse from Summerhouse was seen out with Brynn Whitfield from the Real Housewives of
- 31:57New York. I don't know if he's too Yes, I did, Yes,
- 32:01I did. How about that? Yeah? All right, Well we'll
- 32:08see what happens there. Yeah. I think that might be all the news
- 32:15I have. Is there anything you'd like to share, Emily? No,
- 32:19I mean, let's get out to those seven seas. Okay, before we
- 32:23get into below deck med, let's talk about hair. And the reason why
- 32:29I want to bring this up is because it is summer. We are talking

- 38:24time now. Now let's get back to our below deck med recap. Hobb
- 38:30duh. So guys, we are in Athens, we are in Greece,
- 38:35we are in the oldest Europeans today, and wow, everyone's just fighting over
- 38:40Joe. I mean, what can't Joe do? What? What can't he
- 38:45not do handle the situation? It seems that's show. What's so weird to
- 38:57me is that we finally got Ellie and Brie in the laundry room, and
- 39:00now they're both acting like they're not going to go for him, or they
- 39:05haven't been talking about going for him outside of each other and talking about how
- 39:10the other person looks interested, and you know, it was so weird.
- 39:14Why didn't they both just be forthcoming about it? They both were like,
- 39:19Oh, I don't know, I mean, are you, I don't know,
- 39:21not me? I don't was that. Yeah, maybe you're right,
- 39:23because in my mind I thought that Ellie had kind of done that. But
- 39:27maybe you're right. Maybe it was more vague than I thought, But I
- 39:32don't know. I think, like to me, it was clear that Ellie
- 39:37was doing that, but maybe she was also leaning into her position as supervisor
- 39:42to be like no that I'll be vague, but you understand how right.
- 39:47I'm not gonna say it, but you know I will get him because I'm
- 39:52the supervisor. Y. But it was weird because if she is going to
- 39:57be utilizing and leaning in to her authority over Bree, she shouldn't be,
- 40:04you know, like trying to win over her a guy. I think that's
- 40:09unprofessional if she's going to start talking about it that way. Fucking your coworker
- 40:15is unprofessional. Like the whole thing is unprofessional. So like, don't even
- 40:19That's what's also weird when we're talking about like, well, I'm her supervisor
- 40:23and she should know how this works, and like I doesn't, like,
- 40:29is this a brothel? Like you're a supervisor, so she should know that
- 40:32the elder stateswoman gets the guy first, gets her pick of the guy.
- 40:37By the way, did you know that Ellie has an only fans no good
- 40:43for her? Yeah? So, and apparently I saw this on Watcher Happens
- 40:45Live and she was like, yeah, I make way more money doing that,
- 40:50So I bet she can utilize all those costumes that she loves. Oh,
- 40:54that's why she packed all those costumes, because was she also doing the
- 41:00only fans. I think she was doing pictures for OnlyFans because she was Yeah,
- 41:06okay, that's why she has the costumes. Yes, I thought that
- 41:09it came like after the season wrapped and then she started it. But I
- 41:14could be wrong, so I don't know. She wasn't specific. Yeah,
- 41:17I mean, I don't know, but good for her. Yeah. By
- 41:22the way, real quick, did you notice at the top of the episode,
- 41:25we're already now thoroughly into this episode in Sandy is talking to jonah uh
- 41:34and Johno the chef, and he's talking to Bono love that song Sunday Sunday
- 41:44takes Me way back. They tie it all up with them bow and then
- 41:50they put the credits on the screen as he's walking out, and real fast,
- 41:53there was title credit. There was like a bunch of like editing credits
- 41:58and everything. I was like, they fucked up. They were gonna end.
- 42:01They were going to edit this to be the end of this episode,
- 42:07and then they forgot it made it into this episode. Oh my god,
- 42:12I did not catch that. I watched the Bravo I watched it on like
- 42:19cable. Oh okay, Peacock. I watched it on Peacock. Oh that's
- 42:22wild. Whoa. Yeah, it did seem like more of a cliffhanger,
- 42:27but because the episode was so snoozy, maybe that's why they moved it.
- 42:30Yeah, I don't know. That's hilarious. Oh we love finding mistakes.
- 42:36Yeah, oh okay. So yeah, Sandy talks to Bono about all of
- 42:43his hits. You know, is it I'm gonna be like, it is
- 42:47Jona, it's john Oh because his name is Jonathan Jhonoh yeah, Johno,
- 42:57Bono thin, it's Bono fin. Yeah. So she's like, eggs should
- 43:04be made to order. Yeah, yeah, all right, get the hell
- 43:06out of here. You know what what that now you're talk about jump scares.
- 43:12The fact that he just threw a towel on those eggs for an hour
- 43:15and then you served them disgusting. I was mortified also just from a like
- 43:22disease, like bacteria dies a disease standpoint. Yes, I know, it
- 43:30was like food poisoning waiting any maybe not food poisoning, but a sickness well,
- 43:37especially like those over easy eggs. Yeah yeah, I was like,
- 43:40you can't leave a you cannot leave things out that long. You just can't.
- 43:46You have after a certain amount of time, you've got to put it
- 43:49in the refrigerator period dot or the bacteria will grow, like it's going to
- 43:53happen. And the fact that, like he said, they want to breakfast
- 43:58at eight thirty, I understand that, but if they're not up, you
- 44:00should not start cooking. You can prep everything, but like the over easy,
- 44:07you can over easy eggs don't take a long time to make, even
- 44:09if you're baking them. So you're making the waybos rancheros and you can set
- 44:16that all up, then crack the eggs and the things and then put it
- 44:19in the oven and boom. Yeah. The fact that they even hired a
- 44:22chef that was self taught is so concerning to me because like, how does
- 44:28that even happen? I read this online somewhere somebody had a theory that maybe
- 44:37because the other Below Decks season was they had to scrap it basically remember because
- 44:44of the essay or some kind of uh or maybe it was harassment. It
- 44:50was with Gary. Gary from Sailing Yacht. He's the one that really messed
- 44:53up on what allegedly with whatever this season that's lost at the bottom of the
- 45:00ocean is looks like Emily, you are right? How does that feel?
- 45:05Feel? Does it feel? This is not my theory. I did read
- 45:09this in the trades. No, not even in the trades. I read
- 45:14this on something I don't even know. I does not remember at all,
- 45:17But now I am remembering as I'm reading this this theory. I don't know
- 45:23if it's a theory or that's just a theory that maybe that like this thing
- 45:28happened way fast, and that's why, like Bree doesn't know how to fold
- 45:31a towel and Jonah doesn't why they had to rush into Below Deck met to
- 45:36get this going to to make up for Blowdeck Sailing Yet Yacht Season four being
- 45:40canceled while being filmed because because of the alleged essay by Gary and the second
- 45:50stew her name is Lucy Edmonds. That's who on the parse of Fall three.
- 45:54That's what these allegations are about. So it says that Blowdeck Meta Jane
- 46:00and Mediterranean season nine aired immediately after Below Deck Season nine, and there's been
- 46:05no word on the new season of Below Decks Sailing Yacht for a while.
- 46:08So that being said, yeah, there's there's we've heard nothing about sailing yacht
- 46:14and you're right, it's because of Gary and all of that. Wow,
- 46:17isn't that wild? Like I haven't given any thought to it. ACA guy's
- 46:22here and Al's not here. Let me can you? So all right,
- 46:25Emily's ACA guy is taking care of business and we will get back into Johno's
- 46:30eggs. All right. So that that was just gross. But meanwhile,
- 46:35let's talk about how one of the guests said at breakfast, perms are out
- 46:40and Asha's like a bunch of my friends have bums. It's just good for
- 46:50like some stunning remark that. It just makes me love her even more every
- 46:54episode, the last episode, I have not I could give two shits about
- 47:00Pokemon, but the fact that that she's so passionate about it, I was
- 47:04like, I just love her even more. Oh was she the one that
- 47:07made the Pokemon comments? Yeah? She was like comparing people to like,
- 47:12you know, deep cuts on Yeah. Yeah. Like I was like,
- 47:15Wow, my daughter might get this, but I don't. I don't know
- 47:19who. Yeah. Well, I mean there are full adults that understand absolutely
- 47:23wants sure that I am not one, but respect yes, absolutely. Uh
- 47:30So, now this is where Bosa and Ian just from here on out,
- 47:36you know, is just the worst Boson. He seems like extremely not great
- 47:42at his job. He's also rude. It really broke my heart when they
- 47:45were setting up for this beach picnic and the Boson when when he was talking
- 47:52with Asia and he were talking and they were talking about the beach picnic and
- 47:57they're talking about games, and he's like, the Primary tell us, the
- 48:00Primary is gonna tell us. Oh my god, sorry, keep going it.
- 48:06No, I know that I'm still I right, And she's like,
- 48:09well, that needs to tell us all of the cool booy games. Oh
- 48:13just a gase right, And then Gail, even Gail was like, I
- 48:17was doing some research, like she was a don't well. He first he
- 48:22was like, oh you guys do this and then be creative. So then
- 48:27I thought he was actually telling them to think of games because he was like,
- 48:29be creative. Then she was like, oh, yeah, I've been
- 48:31doing some you know, I was thinking, like these great games. What
- 48:35a great idea, right, because they wanted Olympic games. That's what they
- 48:37said on their on their preference sheet. So she comes out phone in hand,
- 48:42taking initiative. He said to be creative. He shuts her down,
- 48:45and she's like, just didn't want to be underprepared. I mean I felt
- 48:51like he was just he was so demeaning to her, and it really made
- 48:57me feel it in my gut, just how you feel when you're a little
- 49:00girl, how someone makes you feel so you feel so underminded. Yeah,
- 49:04he I'm not. I don't want to totally say this is who he is,
- 49:08but he feels very controlling, which is why he has to micromanage everything,
- 49:13and it has the idea has to come from him or he will micro
- 49:16manage you out of your good idea until it can be his good idea.
- 49:22And you messed up. But meanwhile you were paralyzed because you were trying to
- 49:28accommodate his bullshit and not sure what he wanted right, and you like,
- 49:35the whole thing we know about a super yacht is that you have to anticipate
- 49:38a guest's need, even if they tell you, oh, I'll let you
- 49:42know what games you want. They could have been drunk when they said that
- 49:45you need to be prepared, go with the preference sheet, you know,
- 49:49and that beach picnic was such a disaster for him to not give them a
- 49:53heads up, for him to all of a sudden at the very end of
- 49:58him delivering the guests to make another trip back and come and finally give them
- 50:02these wagon dollies to bring the stuff on that looked atrocious. I wrote beach
- 50:08wagons four times in my reference sheet for this episode. But it makes Jack
- 50:17a dull boy all work, and that's what Emily has written down to straight
- 50:22out of the shining. It made us go crazy. It's that just the
- 50:28shining, but the rest is beach wagon. The rast is beach wagons.
- 50:31Beach wagons, mother, it is. So it made me so irate they
- 50:36were dying of thirst that you could see their hustle. You could see they
- 50:38kept their attitude up. I mean they were great, Gail and Joe were
- 50:42great, but he is awful and uh, the guests arrived to the beach,
- 50:47thank goodness, they were able to keep them occupied with games, but
- 50:51still terrible. You know what also makes him worse. He's the chill party
- 50:58guy gross, and so he's constantly like engaging them on in a personal way
- 51:06and being like dude, So I guarantee you he's going to also be gas
- 51:12lighty in terms of like, why don't you calm down, We're just having
- 51:15fun like I have his number a mile away, absolutely, and I want
- 51:22him miles away. Yes, the guests surprisingly loved the food. It looks
- 51:27like JOHNO did a good job. Oh yeah, well that's the god.
- 51:32Like if I I will say, he seems to know what he's doing for
- 51:37having no training. Getting back to that, it's very strange to me.
- 51:42It seems like it would be you'd be breaking a health code to not have
- 51:45someone professionally trained on a because, like you're thinking about food preparation. That's
- 51:50a perfect example him covering those eggs. If you're going to culinary school,
- 51:53you're going to know exactly when an egg times out and it's gonna go bad.
- 51:59You know. These are the types of things that make me very nervous.
- 52:02Yeah, but they love the food. That's good. And when Sandy
- 52:07says to Ian back on the boat when they're still at the beach, She's
- 52:09like, come on, let's put those runners in, all right, put
- 52:14those wave runners in. Let's make it look like a resort. I love
- 52:16this part, big surprise. I love her passion for water. I was
- 52:21gonna say, like, whenever it was years ago that you called Sandy on
- 52:25water toys, the fact that she delivers every episode on that bit is free
- 52:31consistency. It goes along with the white pants. I mean that is her
- 52:37brand. That is Yeah, it's her brand. She's like, yeah,
- 52:43they're gonna want to go in those, They're gonna want to ride those hard,
- 52:45real hard. All right. Well, so then we go to dinner
- 52:52and what is that spice? I mean, what the hell is that spice?
- 52:55The fact that he won't cop to it is very concerning. I don't
- 53:02know if he even understands. I think he's like, it's a spice blend.
- 53:07I don't know, figure it out like that is. His face is
- 53:10telling me that, and he probably is like, well, I did put
- 53:15separately ginger in, so it must be ginger. And it's right, no,
- 53:20because remember when he was making that first thing and the tacos, and
- 53:24he put they had all the spice ingredients there, and they were checking it
- 53:30off with a little green check mark, and I could have sworn he put
- 53:34like cardiment in there. Oh, everything she asked him was in that spice.
- 53:38And he's saying no, right, and he's saying no. It's driving
- 53:43me crazy. If I were that guess, I'd be like, you're not
- 53:45leaving here until you tell me what the fuck the spicos, because in his
- 53:50mind he's like, I put in all those things equally. It's a blend.
- 53:53Not one thing should stand up the lens. The Jonah. Yeah,
- 54:00I didn't say, is this a Jono blend. You asked me what the
- 54:02specific spice was. I added more of a Jeno. I asked you if
- 54:07it was a john O blend, not a Jono blend. Shit, It's
- 54:12like, no, you don't. I don't know what you're talking about,
- 54:15because this is a john O Blend, not a jon Yeah, exactly,
- 54:16Yeah, gotta get it exactly. You gotta name it to claim it,
- 54:21sho. But her to be like spice again, you could say she was
- 54:27haunted by this spice and she doesn't like it. Well, the spice aside.
- 54:34It could be forgivable if that pasta didn't look like shit. And that
- 54:37deconstructed sponge cake that was last week. No no, no, no,
- 54:44that was this week. No, this was the lava cake. This one
- 54:47was a lava cake, melted ice cream. Oh that's what it was.
- 54:52You saw Salu was scooping in it. It was same disgust, the same
- 54:59guest, same disgust. He saw we saw as viewers. He was scooping
- 55:04out that ice cream. It was melted while scooping it. Just call it
- 55:08a sauce. Call it already, yeah, just call it a cream sauce
- 55:15for the lobby, Like, don't I'm sorry. He was like, oh,
- 55:19the freezer's broken. I'm sorry. No, you took that ice cream
- 55:22out to thaw. Guaranteed you left it outside the freezer, forgot it was
- 55:27there. You meant to bring it into the into the galley, didn't point
- 55:30because he screwed up that. That is absolutely right, Because until you said
- 55:37that, I was like, why did he wait until this meeting with Sandy
- 55:42at the after the charter to say the freezers broke? That's also what a
- 55:46liar? Your liar's face bato and they're all so melted, like to take
- 55:54out this piece of shit on again and be the vice of it. Also,
- 56:01I'm not opposed to a coffee ice cream because he's like, oh,
- 56:06I have vanilla in the freezer. No you didn't, You're a liar.
- 56:09You didn't you accellentally took out the coffee everything. I can't trust him,
- 56:14but coffee ice cream is delicious. If you've never had Hoggin DAWs coffee ice
- 56:17cream. Oh yeah, that's a I know a couple of people that's their
- 56:22fave. Oh it's my fave. Yeah. Yeah. So there's that Asha
- 56:27drops the glass and cuts her finger, poor thing, and a guest helps
- 56:30her out, which was very nice. Yeah, and then we're smashing plates
- 56:36that again. What are we doing? Now? What are we doing?
- 56:42I didn't understand that well, and not that you don't understand the Greek tradition.
- 56:47Oh, here we go. Emily's gonna talk footwear on the boat shoes
- 56:53on this episode. Okay, Emily, Emily, tell us give us the
- 56:59no. I did not. Sha Asha was wearing sneakers, ok, straight
- 57:01up sneakers, thank you. Okay, Ellie had some kind of most had
- 57:09footwear. Ian did not. Wow, that's for footwear. That is for
- 57:15footwear. Okay wow. And they take the plates and he just in it
- 57:21right in his head. Just yeah, disturbing the Greek guy the musician you
- 57:29mean too, yeah he yeah. I thought they're not going to like this,
- 57:37either of the musicians, but I guess they loved it. So I
- 57:40felt I was like, oh man, this is this is also not working.
- 57:45Oh they did have a good time and they loved the beach picnic sports.
- 57:50Like those ladies, I have to hand it to him. They can
- 57:52get it. They are sporty, they are they are fit, and I
- 57:58loved it. I love seeing every bit of it. I just thought it
- 58:00was awesome. I think those ladies rock. And then they they dock.
- 58:07No issues there. The primary says the food was hit or miss and they
- 58:10get an incredible tip, which was two thousand dollars each, which is a
- 58:15great tip. I think they were always gonna get that tip. Yeah.
- 58:21I think Sandy was just like, you know, you gotta say what you
- 58:23gotta say. Please say whatever you want to say. Mm hmm. And
- 58:28I'm glad because they need to improve. Now here's where I get concerned about
- 58:31Sandy. I love that she likes to give people chances. But his food
- 58:37was so hit or miss that I would let him go immediately if I had
- 58:40another chef like after this charter, Yeah, I agree, I mean she
- 58:47is, yeah she has one on deck. She has to call Norma and
- 58:52be like Norma, yeah, eat a chef on deck. Well, like
- 58:58I get that. I think what it is is that she's like not sure
- 59:01she can get somebody else, so might as well burd in hand. But
- 59:05he's still gone. I can't imagine God here, Yeah he's gonna go.
- 59:08Maybe. I mean, if they can get rid of him in the first
- 59:13night of charter of the next one and just tender him out and tender the
- 59:16new one back in, that'd be great. I did love Asha complimenting her
- 59:22team and just giving them all the flowers. She's just a great chans to.
- 59:28So yeah, she's awesome. Yeah, yeah, she is great.
- 59:30I mean I love this season, the seasons. The season's fun, the
- 59:34season's great. Yeah, And it's also a good reminder that you don't need
- 59:38insane tension among the cast. I still have a great entertaining season. Like,
- 59:45you know, it's not like I mean, yeah, they're like to
- 59:50me and and what's her head? That was like so tense, Yeah,
- 59:53and Kyle and we're not having any of that. And I love this and
- 1:00:00it's still good. Yeah. I just love watching Captain Sandy, So I
- 1:00:02mean there's that. Yeah. I mean she was on the other one too,
- 1:00:07the last one with too Me and those guys. But yeah, it
- 1:00:12just felt like that season it has kind of felt like, are we always
- 1:00:15going to have to have these inner fighting like true wars going on, right,
- 1:00:22No, we don't need them. Yeah, what a difference between last
- 1:00:24season and this season? You know. Yeah. Well, guys, that's
