Sandra Birchmore's Autopsy Began With Paperwork Saying What?
In April 2026 Sandra Birchmore's medical examiner changed her ruling on the manner of death from suicide to undetermined, and on October 26, 2026 she took the stand at the Farwell trial. Prosecutors say she ruled too soon, relying on misinformation, while Farwell's attorneys accuse federal prosecutors of pressuring her.
Dr. María del Mar Capó-Martínez testified that before the autopsy began, the police paperwork delivered with the body treated Sandra's death as a suicide and said foul play wasn't involved.
