Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The following podcast has been condensed from trial transcripts.
- 0:05[SPEAKER_00]: The story is a recreation of an actual criminal case.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_00]: And this is at that bug podcast and may not be suited for those of a sensitive nature.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_01]: So please proceed with caution.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_00]: What makes murder so intriguing?
- 0:35[SPEAKER_00]: Visit the fact that out of all that we encounter as sentient beings, it is the one thing that we have no control over, and it will always come with our warning.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_00]: Even death is something we may often know as imminent.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_00]: But murder on the other hand, hits like a sledgehammer, while we sleep, and yet still we are drawn to it, like flies to a windscreen.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_00]: And yes, sure, it isn't fair that we could randomly be taken at any time, not given us a chance to wrap up loose ends, kiss loved ones goodbye, and sometimes it comes viciously without mercy.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: Such as the case, a funeral home director, Dan O'Connell, and his student intern, James Ellison.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: Both men were brutally murdered and cut down at a day of work at the funeral home.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: Don't whatever, man, I don't know.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_00]: Interns of funeral directors do at a funeral home.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_00]: What made a bizarre was that neither men seemed to have an enemy in the world, and the killing seemed to so random, and the way the bodies were positioned, like they didn't see it coming.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_00]: And investigate is a great that whoever took the duo down was that I aim and the killing was clean.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: That was around 140pm.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_00]: When local police received the phone call from Marty Shanklin, a fat, balding man when his mid-30s, who works for the St. Croix County Medical Examiner, who seems to sweat no matter how cold it is, and prefers looking to whip cream off the donuts, then sticking his tongue between the legs any woman he's had, or ever gonna have, with money and the small town speculating.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_00]: The only way he'd get intimate with his wife is if she'd dress up as a donut, but when he stumbled across the bodies, one of those being his best friend.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, fat boy finally lost his appetite.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_00]: As with the other citizens of Hudson, St. Croix, when they would find out what happened to two of their popular towns people.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_00]: There wasn't a glass of water poured around the water cooler.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_00]: That didn't say it was some sort of sick, fag-homal thing.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_00]: All the bars, young in turn, guiding hand, you know the score.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_00]: But at times out, the both of their decks were shit free.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_00]: And there was clean as a soul on a cripples boot.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: And besides, investigators chased it up, even steaked at the local home of bars, and nothing came of it.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_00]: With the FBI now involved, they investigated several leads, including a cult.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: There was against the bombing and stuff in the steps, and they'd sent several threatened and led us to all the funeral homes in the Twin Cities.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: But it was a lead that went nowhere.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_00]: Hudson, St. Croix, was a town in mourning, and they certainly had to thank their local priest for getting them all through it.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_00]: me.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_00]: I'd say that's the fucking job and just shut up and do it and let's stop laying praise on them.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: When I guess I'm a glass is half full type of guy and the priest was doing a good job.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you know, he's all right.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's probably a tough job.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: Now, Father Ryan Erickson, although still young, 31 years old, he was a fire and brimstone type of preacher, cast it on about hell and pre-marital sex and everything that was fun.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_00]: But regardless, people liked them, and he pulled them through the tragedy.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_00]: He was almost two years later, that investigators almost given up, and they were in the office, watch a ball game.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_00]: When someone walked in and blew the case, wide open.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: This episode of Murder Ink is brought to you by Bee-Free Tampons.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_00]: Remember, not all bleeding has to do with murder.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_00]: So ladies, scoop them up, and there's a two-for-one deal if you mentioned my podcast.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just messing with you.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: Trying to relieve the tension of the podcast.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_00]: Now let's get into part two.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_00]: On a Tuesday night where detective knobs and petty were in their office cooling the heels watching the ball came.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: On a young man entered into their office.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_00]: He had something to tell him or report.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_00]: I guess it was up to them how they'd want to take it.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_00]: But he had a tail to tell him about one priest.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_00]: Name Father Ericsson.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: The 20-year-old told the cops that in his teens, he spent a lot of time with Father Ryan.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_00]: And he was a real swell guy.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_00]: And always invite him and his friends over to the primary, where he lived with a few of the other priests.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_00]: And he'd like to give him and his teenage friends booze.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_00]: Let them listen to music and his apartment.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_00]: And one time, he got real drunk, when he woke up, he was naked, and he was laying in pet next to father Ryan, without going into too much detail, apparently the room smelled like shit and he had a sore ass, but as I sat this family podcast and I don't want to go into too much detail if you don't mind, and I ain't asking.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: And he told the cops that this happened no more than one occasion.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_00]: And it also happened to his friends, and that they lovingly called Father Erickson for the shit stick.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_00]: The 20-year-old said he'd complain to the parish, and that they transferred Erickson out of town for a bit.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_00]: But he was back again, and that the reason he was complaining to the cops because he was worried it'd happen again.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_00]: Cause shit stick was back in town.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_00]: Now that they're investigators were time on their hands because if you don't want murders, it hit a brick wall.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_00]: Figure they check out the kid's claims and look into Father Erickson's background.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_00]: When they did, they were shocked with what they found.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: There were numerous cases of reports against them, sticking his dick and young boys.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_00]: As early as 1994,
- 7:00[SPEAKER_00]: And instead of the judge doing anything about it, they just kept moving Ericsson around to a brand new hunt and ground.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_00]: Ericsson was still in pre-school.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: One of the other students complained that he'd woken up with Ericsson hanging out of his ass.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: And when the victims tried to have Father Axe and charged, the district attorney investigated it and after four months, they concluded that the one enough evidence to prove the Father Axe was sticking his holy love stick up teenage boy's eyes.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: The district attorney made his statement saying that the priest's actions did not seem to be sexually predatory and that in an overall study, it did not affect his good character and the good that he had done within the community.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: and concluded by saying that he wasn't a high risk within the community in church.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: The prosecutor's also ordered a psychological examination that concluded that believe it or not, Father Ericsson was heterosexual, and they concluded their investigation by saying the wannabe priest was good to go back to preschool.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_00]: Makes you wonder what it takes for a priest to get kicked out of school.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_00]: I got expelled from high school for fucking a girl in the change rooms.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_00]: Ericsson went on to be ordained as a Catholic priest.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_00]: It was from there that it was assigned to St. Patrick's Church in Hudson's St. Roy.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_00]: And it was now 2004 and he'd become a beloved spiritual leader.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: One detective's contacted Father Aaxon.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_00]: He seems surprised that they wanted to meet him, but he agreed to come into the station.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_00]: was December of 2004 when the priest entered the station to talk to the detectives, detectives, knobs and paddy, stuck at the conversation, offering the priest a chair and a cup of Java.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: Then moved right into it, asking about seven underage teens alcohol, and to be more specific, the teen who made the complaint.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_00]: But Father Erickson,
- 8:57[SPEAKER_00]: Well, he seemed unshaken.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, he had made it given the young teen a couple of peers, because he himself remembered like in a drink when he was that age, before he found the good Lord.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_00]: And then he went on to say, that although he may not have made the best decision, he'd done nothing wrong in the eyes of the Lord.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_00]: And that the teen's mother knew about it, and she was okay with it.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_00]: And at least that they'd shake it up a bit.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_00]: And as the priest, if the boy had ever got so drunk that he passed out, an Ericsson sat there leaning back in his chair, nursing his cup of Java, and said, you know, some people don't like instant coffee.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_00]: They think it's the lazy man's drink, but little to they know that his maid with some of the world's finest coffee beans for me.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's Mother's Melk, and then, Ericsson, like he's reading off a scrap answer the investigator's question, you recall the time when the young teen got drunk and passed out, and then he puked on himself, to which the priest had to want to rest the teen, and shower him, and put him the bat, and then smiled and told the detectives that it's a little known fact that Jesus regularly bathed his apostles.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_00]: Both Detectors felt, although the priest was relaxed, he was clearly given the law I had, and he was hiding something.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: And when he asked the detectives if they had any Danishes, he was pushing that button, so they decided to shake things up.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_00]: That's when they asked them what he knew about the O'Connell funeral home murders.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: Laraxon was cool as a cucumber and said that he'd counseled the families through that grief, and he'd also spoken at the funeral, and that the two men were now most certainly,
- 10:42[SPEAKER_00]: In the fields of glory, the witch petty replied, I'm sure they are, but I bet you they wish they were down here with the rest of us, heathens for a little longer, the witch erics and replied, the Lord works in mysterious ways, the witch detective knobs interject that it was a hell of a way to go, wasn't it?
- 11:00[SPEAKER_00]: Then the priest went on to describe the positions of the bodies.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_00]: He also mentioned the book Manipun shot in the head, and there were three shots fired, and all of them hit that target.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: that the taktors paused, and then they looked at each other.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_00]: Because they knew the information had never been released, even to the families.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_00]: When they questioned the carfy love and priest on where he got his information, priest said he must have heard it around the parish, or the gossip, or when he was talking to some of the other offices, these sort of things travel.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_00]: Many smiled and answered the taktors for a refill on his carfy.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_00]: as they topped up the god love as cop.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: They then asked them where he was between 1230 and 230 on the day of the murders.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: That, the priest couldn't remember, as they concluded the interview, and talked a bit about baseball, and walked the priest to the door.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: It was then the detective nob's asked, if he did commit the crime and murdered these two men, would you tell us, which confess,
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: the priest smiled and he said, it's human nature to lie.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: But me being a man of God, of course, I would have to confess.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: If I wanted to get in the heaven, the priest walked out the door, he got into his car, and he drove away.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: The detectives knew that something didn't smell right, and it weren't the fancy ass prey that the priest used to keep his ass so tidy.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_00]: So they went start doing a little poking around, and talked to the family of the victims, and employees of the funeral home and friends, asking if they'd accidentally leaked the details of the crime to the priest or in fact anyone else, and they else wore their lips it been tighter than a nun's pussy.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: After this, the detectives started going and talking to Father Erickson's close friends and people who worked with.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_00]: One of those friends was Russell Lundgren, a digger at the church, and by the accounts, the priest's best friend, and he told the detectives about an incident that pricked their curiosity.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_00]: He said the one evening that him and Erickson had been washing the ballgame, having a few beers, and that Erickson out of the blue said he did it,
- 13:25[SPEAKER_00]: When he asked Ericsden to explain himself, Ericsden said it was only joking, and the forget about it.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_00]: Lungren said that he prayed for his friend and figured that it was some kind of guilt because he'd heard about the accusations that he'd been fucking teenage boys.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_00]: But he told his wife about it and a few of the parishioners in the church.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_00]: And they all prayed for the father.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_00]: On Detective's travel to the next county, and started talking to a few of the members of the priest parish, and some of the teenage boys that had made the accusations against the priest.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_00]: One of them told a tale about how the priest had been heavily drinking in his apartment, and got drunk, and pulled out his gun, and was aiming at the church, pointing it and pretending to fire at members of the parish that he disliked.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_00]: When the Detective's contacted Father Aaxon, an asked if he'd be willing to take a polygraph test.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_00]: Father agreed, but it was the next day.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_00]: A lawyer phoned represent in the Catholic Church, and he said the priest wouldn't be attending.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_00]: It was three days later that Hudson Police served a search warrant to search the church and the rectory where Ericsson lived, the surprise surprised when they arrived.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_00]: The priest won in.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_00]: They took his computers, some video tapes, documents, and his clothing, and in those documents, they found a last will and testament.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_00]: And a letter that he wrote, saying that he didn't commit the murders, and that there was no DNA tying him to the scene, and that his guns could not be linked either.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_00]: We seemed like an odd thing for an innocent man to say, posed the being angry and saying I didn't do it.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_00]: They also subpoenaed Erickson's personnel file from the church.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_00]: The attackers now began re-interviewing everyone they had in the weeks following the murders.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: And behind closed doors, they admitted to each other that it just may have been some sick fuckfag thing that caused the two men's death.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_00]: It was on a Sunday morning, the 19th of December, almost three weeks after the detectives had first questioned father Ericsson, depiritioners, arriving for Sunday service, were met by the horrific site of a naked body hanging off of fire escape, twitching, located between Ericsson's apartment and the church that he preached.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_00]: The god-man had hanged himself and his room they found a suicide note in it.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_00]: He said that he'd lived the heart but excite life and he learned and he thought, I loved people, I hurt them, but I never killed anyone, my ego, my lust, my envy, I've always stopped me from being the man that I could have been, and now I'm tired.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_00]: Oddly enough the note didn't mention about him as fucking any kids, but I guess you wouldn't expect it to For the two detectives, they took this letter as an admission a guilt But there was still loose ends.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_00]: They had to tie up Why did kill him?
- 16:22[SPEAKER_00]: Was it a sick fuck-fag thing?
- 16:24[SPEAKER_00]: Were they all getting busy, jealousy, were him and Dan fighting over James?
- 16:30[SPEAKER_00]: That part was still unsolved, and they intended to solve it.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: When the detective subpoenaed the diocese to get further information, they found out that Erickson had made it being sexually abused when it was only four years old.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_00]: And in turn, had abused other children.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_00]: And when he was 14 years old, he was cautioned by police for ask fuckin' a five-year-old.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_00]: He'd also been known to have an explosive temper and a problem with alcohol.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_00]: And the diocese said he'd had a history of abuse and animals blowing up fish and squirrels at church camp.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_00]: He even burnt out his own dog's eye with a lit cigarette.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_00]: My detective's new had had something to do with ice-fucking, and all they had to do was follow the shit trail to the priest's motive.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_00]: They also found more damning evidence on the dead priest computer.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_00]: There was a file called Holy Lord's prayers when they opened it.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_00]: It was full of child porn, teenage boys fucking and whatnot.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_00]: And although his guns didn't match the gun used for the murder, what they had was a pedophile priest, with a hair-trick-a-temper, who liked us pussy.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_00]: but they'd like it enough to kill for it.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_00]: So why would he kill Dan O'Connell and James Ellison?
- 17:52[SPEAKER_00]: Everything seemed to point to some sort of homo love triangle.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_00]: With Ellison being the pointy bed if you get my drift and maybe Dan wanted to get involved.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_00]: Some sort of creepy threesome that got into an argument and then the priest introduced them to God early.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_00]: But by all accounts, when the question Daniel Connell and James Ellison's friends, they were both as straight as a retard's boner, neither of them like Dars' pussy, so the pieces just didn't fit, and they couldn't link the horny priest to the murders.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_00]: But it was in February of 2005 that a bus driver came forward with information that would blow the case wide open.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_00]: After the priest hanged himself, story started going around town, that he was the killer.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_00]: And that it had been a love triangle that had gone bad.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_00]: Mary Pagnol, who'd known Dan since it was kids, in fact he was the one who popped her cherry.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_00]: While she came forward, and she said that she'd remember the conversation that she'd had with Dan, on the morning that he was murdered.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_00]: She attended the same church as Father Aaxon and Dan O'Connell, and what she ran into, O'Connell, it came out.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_00]: She could see something was heavy on his mind, and he asked Mary, in her capacity, for the church as their bus driver.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_00]: If she'd ever seen anything odd, anything strange about father-axon, and if he'd ever out that inappropriately with the children, she said that she'd never seen the priest doing anything out of sorts or anything that would raise us as bishops, but it was quite obvious that Ericsson favored the boys over the girls, and then she advised Dan to stay out of it and if he had a problem to go to the police first.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_00]: But then I'll call on one at the type of man to tread lightly and he told her that he was going to handle it in his own way and confront the horny priest later that afternoon about his concerns and suspicions.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_00]: It was 11.15 that day, the Mary says she saw Father Erickson leaving the diocese and he won't wear on his priest outfit and wear on his street clothing.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_00]: My police gave her a polygraph test.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_00]: She passed with flying colors.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_00]: This now gave police a motive.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_00]: Father Ericsson had gone to the funeral home to shut O'Connell up from exposing him from being the filthy pedophile that he was.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_00]: And James, the kid, he worn his lover.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_00]: He worn his eyes pussy.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_00]: He wore collateral damage.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_00]: He just happened to be there, and he took a bullet for it.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_00]: Two, if he wanted to be precise, nine nitpick.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_00]: The detectives now constructed a timeline to link the hony priest to the funeral home murders.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_00]: Daniel Connell will well hooked up into the community.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_00]: He was a member of the choir, the ball and club, a scout leader, he even volunteered at the YMCA.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_00]: At the Arumagone round about a priest fucking kids, he would have heard about it.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: And if a young man needed to confide with someone about a priest who fucked asses,
- 20:58[SPEAKER_00]: Then, O'Connell, again, would have been a man.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_00]: By all accounts, who's a good man, who helped others?
- 21:05[SPEAKER_00]: Anyone that they can lightly to priest, helping themselves to the cookie jar.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_00]: When they checked police records, a clearly shows that O'Connell had fallen to Father Axon.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_00]: If O'Connell knew that Axon was still ice-fucking, if it was devised, it would be a secret
- 21:28[SPEAKER_00]: Investigators now believe the Dan O'Connell phoned the honey father and summoned them for a talk over the funeral home but didn't say what that talk was about but father acts in one of the fucking idiot he knew what it were about and he came home
- 21:45[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm guessing he went to that funeral home, no one would he had to do.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_00]: And he walked into Daniel Connell's office, where he was sitting in his chair at his desk, and he put a bullet through his head, killing him instantly.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_00]: And as Ericsson was leaving, James entered the office.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_00]: And he saw his mentor, laying on the floor, bleeding, and he ran to help him.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_00]: And this is when Ericsson put a bullet in his head with his nine millimeter semi-automatic.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_00]: And with James' body still quivering, he put another bullet in him just to make sure.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_00]: A truck driver who was eating at the local McDonald's, remembered seeing someone leaving the funeral home around this time wearing a pink t-shirt, which is unusual in Wisconsin.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_00]: Later, the truck driver said he couldn't be 100% sure, but he figured there were good chance the man in the pink shirt could have been father-axon.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_00]: And although his parishioners said that father-axon had a history, a wearing fruity shirts, no pink shirt were ever found.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_00]: A janitor and one of the parishioners of the church said that father-axon came to the church about 2pm.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_00]: and said that something tragic had happened at the funeral home.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_00]: Even though at this time, the police would have just been arriving at the crime scene, so no one would have had a clue what had happened inside.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_00]: But he also told them that Daniel Connell and his assistant have been shot, information that was not leaked at that time.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_00]: So unless this priest were crescan, there will no fucking way he'd have access to this information.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_00]: And oddly enough, it was a three o'clock when he was at the die of sea, and there were some people talking about the murders.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_00]: He acted surprised like he had no heard of the crime yet.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_00]: It was only hours after the murders that the father put on his priest-out fit and went to the victim's families, to comfort them, in the time of need, part of their most inner-trusted circle, someone who provided comfort in the time of grief, but was either killer.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_00]: And in fact, he even read the scripture at Dan's funeral, which is the ultimate betrayal
- 23:52[SPEAKER_00]: It was ten months later that a hearing was held at St. Croix Court to decide whether the father had killed the two men in the funeral home.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_00]: Father Erickson's family refused to attend the hearing saying there was no way that the priest killed the two men.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_00]: But there were fifteen other men who showed up, all said that there were ten ages to priest and ask for them.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_00]: The presiding judge, Eric Mandel, said that he believed between one and ten, time being the most likely the murder will commit it.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_00]: One being the least likely.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_00]: He said he believed there was ten out of ten, but that the only fucking priest had murdered the two men.
- 24:35[SPEAKER_00]: But to this day, there are many people who still championed Father Eric's and his cause and say that there's no way he would have murdered anybody.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_00]: But either way, the judge found the priest guilty, a killing dandelion, and James Ellison.
