Trask Eyes Panthers QB Role | Tampa Bay Buccaneers News
Kyle Trask, the former Buccaneers QB and 2021 second-round pick, is on the move—recently working out for the Panthers, hoping to carve out a new role in the NFL. Despite limited snaps in Tampa Bay and modest stats (36% completion, 28 yards, zero TDs), his experience could be a valuable asset. With the Panthers already stocked with Bryce Young, Kenny Pickett, and rookie Hayes King, Trask’s veteran presence might offer depth, insurance, and a developmental safety net for the young QBs—potentially landing him a roster or practice squad spot.
