- 0:00SPEAKER_02: You might be heading out of the house and uh might be stepping outside for the first time today.
- 0:03SPEAKER_02: You're gonna be like, whoa my God, it's foggy.
- 0:06SPEAKER_01: Oh, very foggy.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: Please be careful.
- 0:08SPEAKER_01: This is like prime time when kids are going to school.
- 0:11SPEAKER_02: Speaking of on the road, we can also get you on the road to the big game.
- 0:14SPEAKER_02: And every 24 hours you can enter into this.
- 0:16SPEAKER_02: And when we say on the road to the big game, yeah, we're literally giving away a pair of tickets, airfare hotel, and everything to that big football game that happens in uh February that we're not allowed to say the technical title of.
- 0:28SPEAKER_01: It's the one that happens.
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: It's the one that happens on Valentine's Day that we don't have a halftime show for yet.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that one.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: That'll come.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: So every 24 hours you can sign up, which increases your chances to win.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: Get on the app, sign up, and you can even interact with our little question of the week if you would like.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: I mean, that doesn't really do anything.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: There's nothing, there's no problem.
- 0:50SPEAKER_02: That's just a fun way to have, you know, to uh get into and as the season goes on, you're gonna get more and more passionate.
- 0:55SPEAKER_02: So the more times you're in, the smarter you are.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: Uh the question this week which celebrity will make a comeback during the big game commercial?
- 1:03SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's a great question.
- 1:05SPEAKER_02: Because we've seen some people make well, uh, some comeback, some have you're like, oh, they're now endorsing that?
- 1:12SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: It definitely won't be Lionel Richie.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: He just had heart surgery.
- 1:15SPEAKER_02: Oh, did they give him heart surgery?
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he had it two days ago or something.
- 1:19SPEAKER_02: Okay, so I knew he had to put he had to postpone shows and he was back in the hospital, and uh it was a heart thing, so he's he's had surgery now.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it was like an aorta.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: Hold on a second.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: Let me let me pull up the actual Lionel Richie's surgery.
- 1:32SPEAKER_02: I heard they did the surgery yet.
- 1:34SPEAKER_02: That's interesting.
- 1:34SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 1:36SPEAKER_02: I mean, I know when he got to the hospital, you know what he said.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Um it says he is recovering and taking time off from a successful routine procedure for procedure for atrial fibrillation.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: Oh, all right.
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: And um, yeah, 19 hours ago, Lionel Ritchie underwent heart surgery following his health issues.
- 1:55SPEAKER_02: Oh, I just I missed that last night.
- 1:57SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 1:57SPEAKER_02: Because when he got to the hospital, of course, he looked at everybody and said, Hello.
- 2:00SPEAKER_02: You got it.
- 2:01SPEAKER_02: Uh all right.
- 2:02SPEAKER_02: I'm very lucky about something.
- 2:04SPEAKER_02: So we don't have a ton of people that stay at our house, uh, whether we're there or not.
- 2:09SPEAKER_02: Uh, but like I will use Or not.
- 2:12SPEAKER_02: Well, I'll give you a great example.
- 2:14SPEAKER_02: So uh before Tiffany's mom passed away, we would have been out of town today, tomorrow, uh, and the weekend, and probably Monday, we would have been in Ocean City for Ocean's Calling.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, then somebody would have stayed at your house.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 2:26SPEAKER_02: Well, it was gonna be planned out that uh uh Heather and Dan were coming up for Ham Fest, which we learned about last year.
- 2:34SPEAKER_02: If you uh have been with us for a while, I got all excited thinking over at the Shimon County Fairgrounds, they were having m just mass amounts of pork, ham, right?
- 2:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah no, it's ham radios.
- 2:44SPEAKER_02: And um I got so disappointed after I heard that.
- 2:47SPEAKER_02: I'm like, how did I miss this?
- 2:48SPEAKER_02: Like we could go to the bacon booth, we could I mean this was great.
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: Vendor after vendor of ham salad.
- 2:53SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh.
- 2:54SPEAKER_02: But like there were so many options, and then I find out it's just like transistors.
- 2:59SPEAKER_02: So anyway, uh they were gonna stay at the house and their daughter was gonna come in and watch the dogs while uh it was Abby that was gonna come in and watch the dogs while we were all at Ocean City.
- 3:09SPEAKER_02: Well, two things happened.
- 3:10SPEAKER_02: One, as we know, Tiffany's mom unexpectedly passed uh a few weeks back now, so that whole trip got stylist.
- 3:18SPEAKER_02: No, it just doesn't.
- 3:20SPEAKER_02: Uh maybe next year, but not now.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: Especially when you're supposed to go with your mom.
- 3:23SPEAKER_02: But then also a typhoon is ripping up the east coast.
- 3:26SPEAKER_02: So we're we don't even know if that show is gonna continue.
- 3:28SPEAKER_02: Like there, there was speculation that that might get canceled.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: I was looking at the comments online, a lot of people thought it was gonna get canceled, which is great for you because then you get a refund.
- 3:38SPEAKER_02: The refund.
- 3:38SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 3:39SPEAKER_02: But the reason I say this is so whenever Heather and Dan have stayed, Heather meticulously cleans up the apartment downstairs.
- 3:47SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's very nice.
- 3:48SPEAKER_02: You barely would know anybody stayed there.
- 3:51SPEAKER_02: Uh when I mean she is like the person, if she gets an Airbnb somewhere, you want her as a client, you know.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: I'm sure she has her five-star reviews.
- 3:58SPEAKER_02: Garbage is taken out, the place is all picked up, it looks good.
- 4:01SPEAKER_02: I really highly compliment that because it you get spoiled when you get someone that's, you know, doing you either you're doing them a favor, but at the same time they're appreciating it, or if they're doing you a favor in general, you you get spoiled when they're good, I I will say temporary tenants.
- 4:19SPEAKER_02: You know, you didn't have that.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: So I got a vent about my younger sister for a minute.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Um, so I went out of town for 10 days for work, and I gave my sister a key so she could water my plants, feed my fish, and get my mail.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: Well, I ended up coming home a day early at like 11 at night, and I walk in, and my sister and her boyfriend are basically living in my apartment.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: He's shirtless on the couch, there's food everywhere, my bed's messed up, and I was just completely shocked.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: Like I was furious, not gonna lie.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: Um, she admitted they've been staying there pretty much the whole week, and I just lost it and screamed at both of them until they left.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: And I thought that was the end of it, but then the next day she sends me this huge text saying she knows what she did was wrong, but somehow the bigger issue was the fact that I humiliated her in front of her boyfriend.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: Um, you were living in my apartment doing God knows what in my bed without permission for a week.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: I didn't invite him over, I didn't invite you to live there, and now somehow I'm the bad guy.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: I was just like, what the heck?
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: And sure, maybe I didn't have to scream like I did.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: But I was ticked, you know?
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: Like I was just caught completely off guard because at 24, she still lives with my parents.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: It's not like she had nowhere to go, but she just decided my apartment was hers for the taking.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I'm definitely never giving her my keys again.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: But I'm wondering if people think I went too far by screaming at them or if if she basically brought it on herself.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: Because yeah, I just think it's ridiculous.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: She's trying to like gaslight me into thinking this was somehow my fault.
- 5:55SPEAKER_02: There's two parts to this I have to reference.
- 5:57SPEAKER_02: Number one is you obviously know why they stayed there, even though she lives with her parents.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
- 6:02SPEAKER_02: I mean, come on, really?
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: And that's also why I would freak out.
- 6:07SPEAKER_01: My bed is my little safe haven.
- 6:10SPEAKER_01: This is if somebody somebody's gonna come watch my dogs in a few weeks, and he's not sleeping in my bed.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: I have a guest bedroom, I have a couch.
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: There is just it's the untouchable area.
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I get it.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: I think I would freak too because I don't mind, and I sometimes when somebody comes to my house, I expect there's a little cleanup.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: Oh, of course.
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: But I don't need cleanup there.
- 6:37SPEAKER_02: No.
- 6:38SPEAKER_02: That that's a big one.
- 6:40SPEAKER_02: You were not wrong to flip out.
- 6:42SPEAKER_02: You had every right because it's your stuff, your property.
- 6:45SPEAKER_02: But the other piece to this, somehow the sister's making it where the bigger problem is that she was embarrassed.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: Oh that's somebody who has never had consequences for doing wrong.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: And nobody's ever put her in her place.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: Well, somebody has to, and today is your day.
- 7:05SPEAKER_02: Today is your day, and you know what?
- 7:07SPEAKER_02: You weren't wrong.
