⭐ ALERT ⭐ You Best Prepare for THIS!... (Silver Price and Gold Price, Recession) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:01
A $100 price crash in gold, Silver, $26.50 per oz.
0:08
We're going to talk about all this gloom and doom in the
0:11
precious metals market right now.
0:13
But of course, we'll talk about the good news as well because
0:17
there's plenty of that for us to cover.
0:19
And if you own one of these, you might have something that's
0:24
worth 500,000, yes, 500,000 US paper Unicorn Bartest dollars.
0:31
We'll talk about that as well. But let's dig right into all
0:34
this speculation that we might have a big downturn in the price
0:40
of the precious metals. In September.
0:43
My friend Roger from over at Bald Guy Money sent over a
0:47
couple great charts that I want to go over with you guys on your
0:52
screen right there. What you see is September is
0:55
gold's worst month, OK, And thank you to Bald Guy Money for
1:00
sending these over. I was mentioning to him, or we
1:02
were, we were actually chatting electronically and he sent this
1:07
over and I was like, wow, I'd heard a lot of people talking
1:10
about this, but guys, look at that.
1:13
That's every month. That's the average change in
1:15
gold, OK per month for a 7 year period between 2017 and 2024.
1:23
As you can see, September looks like June and February are down
1:28
on average a little bit, but look at September down almost
1:32
3%. And if we go to the next slide,
1:37
it breaks it down for us by year.
1:39
This is September. During each of these years, how
1:43
much gold went down? As you can see, right, 2017, 3%,
1:49
2019 probably 3 percent, 2020 looks like 4 percent, 3%.
1:55
And then last year looks like gold went down by almost 5%.
2:01
So on average, you know, we have had a not that's six years in a
2:05
row. Let's let's point that out.
2:07
What number one, Number two, on average, what we're learning
2:12
from this is that September is actually a challenging month for
2:17
the precious metals. And it's not just Bloomberg and
2:21
the statistics that are showing us this.
2:23
We also have these wall top Wall Street analysts.
2:26
Let's run out quickly and and review 'cause we did look at
2:30
this yesterday. What the Wall Street analyst?
2:35
This was a Kitco article that said Wall Street experts turned
2:38
bearish on gold. We're not going to cover the
2:42
whole article again. We you can watch yesterday's
2:44
live stream, but down, said Darren Newsome, senior market
2:48
analyst at barchart.com. Phil Streibel, who we love,
2:54
right, the head of of market strategy, blue line futures is
2:58
short term bearish on gold as well.
3:00
Adrian Day did say up. So we let we always love Adrian
3:03
and his optimism. It says long term, he's a bull,
3:08
that this is Mr. Mark Leibowitz. Getting a 200 to $300.00
3:14
correction is not out of the realm of possibilities.
3:18
OK, They're talking about the Fed.
3:20
There's a lot going on right now.
3:22
But this does not mean, guys, this does not definitively mean
3:26
that September has to be a bad month.
3:28
Now, look, I was dead wrong about all this back in May and
3:31
June. I was, we were talking about how
3:34
I was hoping that we would make it through the summer with gold
3:37
staying above 2350 per oz And then as we hit September and
3:43
October that we could get a really big bounce.
3:46
Well, look, we did really well over the summer with the gold
3:49
and the silver price for that matter.
3:52
So now we're heading into this what could be challenging month,
3:55
but it's not guys. This is all of these analysts
3:58
are remaining very optimistic on the long term.
4:02
That's key for us to remember. And I don't hear any of these
4:06
Wall Street analyst experts saying, oh, I think gold's going
4:10
to 1800. I think gold's going to 1600.
4:13
Remember those calls like two years ago all these people said,
4:16
oh, gold's going to go to 1400. Well, they've been proven wrong.
4:20
Said this week, 14 analysts participated in the Kitco Excuse
4:26
Me News gold survey and the results showed a definitive
4:29
shift in sentiment to the downside.
4:32
Only four experts, 29%, expect to see gold prices rise this
4:36
week, while seven analysts, a full 50% of the total, believe
4:41
gold will trade lower. And there was one more little
4:44
thing at new thing I wanted to add for this one.
4:48
This guy said, I think gold continues to shine, but we're
4:50
going to see some trepidation seasonally.
4:54
He warned this is when they back off.
4:56
So the, the, the risk here guys, the fear is that September,
5:03
September, hello, hello basement dwellers.
5:06
Hey, let's talk more about September.
5:08
Let's talk about what this could mean price wise.
5:11
But before we do that, let's talk about you.
5:13
Thank you for being here. It's a big honor.
5:16
I appreciate your time. What we want to do here is
5:20
develop our community of gold and silver basement dwellers.
5:23
Some of us, you're welcome to call yourself a basement
5:26
dweller. I'd be honored if you do.
5:28
We love to talk about silver and gold.
5:30
We got a great community of people.
5:32
Please leave comments in the comments section.
5:35
Every live stream I go through one of the comments.
5:38
We read all the comments, but you could be featured in a live
5:40
stream. I know big deal, right?
5:42
Well, hey, I really, I just wanted to say thank you for
5:46
being here. Thanks for your time, and I want
5:48
you to feel like you belong because you do.
5:51
Let's go back here quickly one more time and take a look at
5:57
this, right? This is what's happened what the
6:00
last 123-4567 years in a row. That doesn't mean absolutely
6:06
that it's going to fall again, guys.
6:08
It does not mean that we are absolutely doomed when it comes
6:13
right as we make our way through September.
6:17
So what does this mean number wise, numbers wise?
6:19
Let's go back quickly, OK? When we look at this, I'd say on
6:24
average gold's fall falling like three and a half, 3% in
6:27
September over the last 3% of $2500.
6:33
Let's go take a look. Let's do our update, our
6:35
morning, our morning gold and silver price update.
6:40
But let's get the right screen up for you moving you guys all
6:44
over the Internet this morning. Hope you're enjoying your trip.
6:47
Let's go to pin backs here and let's check on the gold price
6:52
and let's talk about what this number up here gold could look
6:56
like if we do have a September correction.
7:00
Oh my gosh, are we going to be OK?
7:02
Right? I don't know.
7:03
You guys know I've shared with you, I'm kind of a nervous
7:06
person to begin with. Makes us a little more nervous
7:10
to think about gold and silver. What would silver go down?
7:14
We'll look at that as well, but let's do an update here.
7:16
Press the pembex button. All right, gold is now down, but
7:20
still hovering right at $2497.00.
7:24
Still in that $2500 range. Doesn't it feel like we're
7:29
building a base at $2500 in gold?
7:33
Silver, $28.00 per oz. I want to say thank you to
7:36
channel sponsor Pimbex Pi MB EX. That's where we are right now,
7:41
guys. Without them, without their
7:44
support, these are communities not possible.
7:47
So please support them and give them a shot when you're gonna
7:51
when you're out there shopping for gold, silver or platinum
7:55
group metals. I've personally have worked with
7:58
them for over a year. I personally worked with them
8:01
before they sponsored my channel.
8:05
I was so happy when they did because I was super impressed
8:09
with the company and I'm a very, very much, let's call myself a
8:14
value shopper, right? With PMBEX, I always felt like I
8:17
was getting and feel like we're getting and our community is
8:20
getting ultra competitive pricing, great selection and
8:24
really almost most important, a company that we can trust.
8:29
They also can help with IRA conversions.
8:31
Please do yourself a favor if you ever decide to do that, take
8:35
your time and consider PMBEX as well.
8:38
So when we look at this gold price of 2500, when we look at
8:41
the fact that September's going to crash, right?
8:46
We're going to have the September pull back in gold.
8:49
Well, how much will silver, Let's say silver goes down by
8:52
6%. OK, guys, it's not the end of
8:56
the world, right? It 3% on the gold price.
8:59
Let's say we have a 3% correction in gold.
9:03
We're talking $75 per oz. We would be talking about gold
9:07
still being above $2400. Now you listen up basement
9:14
dwellers butter cups if one year ago right now, right?
9:19
We had told each other one year ago, we were all a year younger,
9:23
still, still friends, all that good stuff.
9:26
But we had told each other that the gold price would be 2400,
9:30
which is not. It's still 2500 now, but let's
9:33
say at the end of September, gold is at 2400.
9:37
We would we have been jumping for joy.
9:39
Let's go find out. Let's go on a quick trip again,
9:42
back out to the Internet and let's just go to Yahoo Finance
9:58
and go to the excuse me, not silver, gold.
10:03
I already had it. I was waiting for something that
10:06
let's go back and look. So right now, the futures on
10:08
gold 2527, where was the gold price one year ago right now?
10:15
Oh boy, oh boy. OK, so when we had $1800 gold on
10:21
at the end of September last year, $1800 gold, and I told you
10:28
that we were going to have $2400 gold again, that's if we get a
10:32
3% correction from where we are right now.
10:35
How do you think we would have reacted?
10:37
Guys? You know what, hold on, let's go
10:39
back. Let's just look at where silver
10:41
was one year ago. Since we're having so much fun
10:44
with Yahoo Finance, we would have been jumping for joy.
10:53
We have a lot to be grateful for.
10:54
There's our friend Silver, Silver strong.
10:57
Wow, the future's up 35 cents. 2853 looks like.
11:04
I think that's the December contract says somewhere.
11:08
All right, here we go. One year ago, So one year ago,
11:13
at the end of September, we had $21.00 silver.
11:18
So I come to you and say that in one year later, right now, we'll
11:23
have $28.00 silver. Guys, we would have been jumping
11:27
for joy. OK, So let's just take a deep
11:29
breath. I know I don't like when things
11:32
go red. I'm not saying they have to go
11:34
red. That's the up.
11:35
So that's one positive thing. In one year we have come so far
11:39
#2 both of these metals, gold and silver.
11:43
Do you feel it? Yeah.
11:44
I mean, does it feel like they're like they've gone up,
11:46
they've gone up, they've gone up steady.
11:48
Not a rocket. A rocket goes up and a rocket
11:51
comes down. No.
11:52
Gold and silver have made steady price increases over the last
11:57
year. OK, that's the fact.
12:01
OK, that's number one. Also, they're building bases as
12:05
they go up, building support, building strength.
12:09
Remember, something goes straight up, Go straight down.
12:12
What you want is a healthy right?
12:15
It may go like this, but it's going up.
12:18
That's so, so critical. Let's remember that, OK?
12:21
That is so critical. The other thing is just because
12:25
gold has struggled 7 of the last years in a row, that that's no
12:28
guarantee that this is even going to happen at the end of
12:32
September. We could be talking about $2800
12:35
gold. We really could.
12:37
We could be talking about $33 silver.
12:40
So let's not let's not eliminate that out of the realm of
12:44
possibilities either. All right?
12:46
Make sure I covered all the prices, all the, all the
12:49
pertinent points on this. Everybody's still.
12:52
And that's the other thing to remember, these big analyst on
12:55
Wall Street are also long term very positive, very bullish on
13:01
the price of the metals as well. OK, let's go check.
13:06
It's been a while. Let's go check and see how the
13:09
silver price is doing in China. Here's our friend Oriental Ghost
13:17
China Shanghai Gold Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange.
13:22
Look at this guy's right, silver AG, that's the what?
13:26
Atomic symbol or whatever chemical symbol.
13:28
I forget I had chemistry class, but none the less that's what
13:32
that stands for. AG is silver, the Shanghai and I
13:36
emphasize the high because the price is always higher in
13:39
Shanghai Gold Exchange, silver price in U.S. dollars, this is a
13:44
physical market, $30.44. So what's still about $2.00 or
13:51
change higher? It's not quite the, the, the,
13:56
the, the difference between the Shanghai and the COMEX is not as
14:01
dramatic as it was maybe 6-7 weeks ago, but still
14:05
significant, still 8-9 percent higher.
14:08
OK, Shanghai Futures Exchange, same thing, man.
14:10
We continue. These are the vaults, OK, the
14:14
Shanghai futures Exchange vaults continue to get drained that's
14:18
pretty big Down 19,000 kilograms.
14:21
Wow wow. Did he make a comment on that?
14:25
No. Let's see what else he's got not
14:28
commenting on on much else. We had a great subscriber
14:36
comment yesterday regarding we talked about guys how silver is
14:42
near breaking out to all time highs in Australia.
14:47
Let me go back here. Hold on, let's look at this real
14:50
quickly because it is some fascinating information.
14:55
Do I have it up still? Here it is.
14:58
OK. This is the silver price in
15:01
Australian dollars. Look at this.
15:03
I mean, you talk about a cup and handle.
15:05
It's like a tilted cup and handle.
15:09
But guys, this is the silver price on the far right side.
15:12
As you can see, I think it was like $4243.00 per oz.
15:18
The silver price is breaking out in Australian dollars.
15:22
Tomorrow we're going to talk about what's going on in Canada
15:25
and we're going to pull all this together because there's some
15:28
crazy things going on worldwide in the silver market.
15:33
Again, we'll cover that more tomorrow, but let's see what our
15:36
friend in Australia, OK, Russell Harding says greetings,
15:41
greeting. Can I do an Australian accent?
15:43
Susie and I went to Australia. I don't know if I can do an
15:45
Australian accent. Greetings from Australia.
15:49
I was just checking my favorite bullion shops price list.
15:53
One ounce of silver in Australia is roughly 49 to 50 Australian
15:59
dollars, which is nothing extraordinary.
16:02
He says it was higher a few months ago.
16:05
So if $4950, now he's saying it was higher, maybe $55.
16:11
Guys, the silver market is acting very peculiar on a
16:15
worldwide basis. Again, tomorrow I'm going to
16:18
share with you some some unbelievable insights into what
16:23
that can be telling us about the future silver price.
16:27
Do you think right? Do you, do you feel it?
16:30
I feel it. I'm feeling it.
16:32
Maybe we're feeling it right. We're feely people that one year
16:37
from now I'm going to be sitting here and we're going to have our
16:40
$44.00 silver. Absolutely.
16:43
I believe that. Now, I could be dead wrong.
16:45
Don't make any financial decisions based on anything I'm
16:48
saying, right? And trust me, I got a lot of
16:51
skin in the game. I got a lot of, a lot of pizza
16:53
in the oven, OK, But I think we're going to get some boots on
16:57
the warehouse floor when it comes to precious metals when it
17:01
comes to silver over this next year.
17:05
I, I do believe that we could, that we could right even see
17:12
silver price as high as $44.00 by Christmas.
17:15
We'll see how it all plays out. We'll see how it, how it works
17:18
out. OK, What about 2650?
17:20
Why is $2628.00 for silver is critical, right?
17:26
And we're holding there. Let's go look.
17:29
Let's go look, let's head out and check on the price again,
17:35
OK, All right, yes, we are holding, right.
17:39
I mean we're at 2823 in the silver price critical.
17:44
Another critical level that we need to keep an eye on is 2650
17:50
for silver and I'm going to tell you why.
17:52
Let's go out to here we go, our friends at FX Empire Silver
17:59
Weekly price forecast. Silver continues to see buyers
18:04
on the dips. So we got, we have this talk
18:07
about 2650 silver, We've got to talk about September and the
18:12
potential for it being a difficult month for the precious
18:15
metals. But there is still some very,
18:17
very, very constructive good news when it comes to the silver
18:23
price. All right, let's skip down here.
18:26
Silver Markets weekly technical analysis The silver market
18:30
initially plunged during the week.
18:32
This was last week, breaking well below the 2850 level before
18:37
turning around and showing signs of life by doing so.
18:41
This is a market that looks as if it is trying to bounce enough
18:46
to continue the March higher. Yes, yes, yes, right, right.
18:51
Bang your desk with me. Basement dwellers, do you hear
18:54
that? Is my camera moving?
18:56
I'm banging the desk. But it gets even more
18:59
interesting because he says if we do break down below 2650 per
19:04
oz, then I think the uptrend might be over.
19:08
We don't like that. I think I just Did you just feel
19:11
your blood pressure go up? But it certainly looks like
19:14
we're trying to pressure to the upside and try to get back to
19:18
the $30 level. OK.
19:20
If we do and we and we clear that $30 level, that opens up
19:27
more of a buy and hold scenario. Ah, we like that, don't we?
19:33
More of a buy and hold scenario, but silver is going to remain
19:37
volatile. It is almost always volatile.
19:44
Yeah. I don't know about you, my
19:46
fellow basement dwellers, but I know I can vouch for that and I
19:49
think you can too. Silver is volatile.
19:52
Silver is is a schizophrenic and bipolar.
19:57
It is a dual diagnosis right as multiple personalities and it's
20:00
prone to erratic behavior. I coined that phrase, darn it.
20:07
Right? It's a dual diagnosis,
20:08
schizophrenia and bipolar. It's almost always dangerous to
20:14
get too big into a position in silver warning, so make sure
20:20
your position size is reasonable.
20:24
Well, I for one, I could admit my position size is not
20:28
reasonable. I'm over allocated to silver.
20:31
I'm over allocated to precious metal mining stocks.
20:34
But Oh well, you know, so that's what we're looking at with
20:38
silver. Remember how everybody,
20:43
everybody, everybody likes to beat up on our little friends
20:45
silver, don't they? Everybody likes to beat up on
20:48
silver. Silver's been abused, right?
20:51
Silver, we'll add something. Silver is the abused child like,
20:56
like the stepchild of the family, right?
20:59
That unfortunately has bipolar and schizophrenia, but but is
21:04
also at the same time brilliant and ready to shine.
21:08
And we know that that will happen here before we know what
21:11
about a recession? That's all.
21:13
I have a sip of coffee and we're going to come back.
21:14
And guys, absolutely, we are in a recession.
21:19
Could we be heading to a depression?
21:21
What does that mean for the silver price and the gold price?
21:25
We're going to talk about that next.
21:26
Join me for a sip of cop a recession.
21:34
Wait a minute. I hear something shaking over
21:36
here. Do you guys hear that?
21:37
Something shaking? What?
21:39
Hold on, wait one second. I'll be right back.
21:41
I got to investigate here. They're shaking.
21:51
They don't like this talk. They don't like reality.
21:54
Everybody quickly say hi to Jerome.
21:59
We haven't had her out in a while.
22:01
Hello, everyone. Everything's wonderful in the US
22:04
economy. They're shaking.
22:07
Why are they shaking? You guys be quiet because we're
22:11
heading into a recession. Wait till you get a load of
22:15
this, guys. Wait till you get a load of this
22:19
because this comes. Hello.
22:22
Oh, she looks sad. Zero Hedge key recession
22:28
indicator gives stronger recession signal in August Now
22:32
this is a recession signal that has never been wrong.
22:36
OK, The modified Mckelvey recession indicator with no
22:41
false positives or false negatives since 1953 suggests we
22:48
are in a recession now. That means this indicator has a
22:54
100% accuracy track record since 1953.
23:01
Do you think we might want to pay attention to that?
23:03
Do you think let's, let's, let's investigate.
23:07
It's the Mckelvey PMS combined recession indicator.
23:13
Papa, there's the current reading .54.
23:16
This is interesting. 100% of the time, no false positive or
23:20
negative under any conditions. The economy's been in a
23:23
recession, so we're in a recession.
23:25
OK, but what is it? It's some measurement.
23:30
It doesn't really matter. But takes the three month
23:32
unemployment rate average subtract 12 month low and if the
23:36
difference is .3, then a recession has started.
23:39
Edward Mckelvey, a senior economist at Goldman Sachs,
23:43
created the indicator. That one was wrong.
23:46
So then somebody, somebody updated it.
23:49
Cloudy Sam, a former Fed economist, revised the rule,
23:53
claiming it as her own without credit to Mckelvey, and set the
23:56
indicator to 50. And once she changed it and set
24:00
it to .5, you can see that it has absolutely been 100% correct
24:08
at predicting recessions. So we are in a recession.
24:14
I mean, don't you feel it again? You know, I was, I was, I spent
24:17
some time with one of my great friends.
24:19
I've been known him since I was born.
24:21
He's my cousin. Sponge Bob Ivy, OK owns a
24:24
business. His real name is Tim owns a
24:27
business where he travels around the country, all over the
24:30
country and it's a very successful big business and
24:33
takes pictures at these high end dance competitions, you know,
24:36
where the Dance Moms go, all that stuff.
24:38
Nothing against that. That's great, it's wonderful,
24:40
blah, blah, blah. Anyway, he's told me right he
24:44
was. He was kind of like sharing
24:46
with, he's like sales are down and his costs are up.
24:50
He's like people aren't spending as much on like pictures.
24:54
They don't have the money, right.
24:56
But his cost of running the business, all the fuel to drive
24:59
his F450 around the country with his big trailer and his all the
25:04
hotel rooms, he's like hotel rooms are double the price.
25:07
His costs are going up. That's what's going on in our
25:10
economy right now. He's like, I don't know what I'm
25:12
going to do, right? Right.
25:14
Revenues are going down, Costs are going up.
25:17
And it's not just a, a SpongeBob, right, that's
25:21
experiencing this with his business.
25:23
It's all business. It's all those businesses that
25:26
are in the S&P 500. Revenues are going to be coming
25:29
down while expenses are going up.
25:32
That is called stagflation. That's a stagnant economy with
25:37
inflation, because when the Fed lowers rates, inflation's going
25:40
to go up. The economy already stinks,
25:43
guys. They've already cooked our
25:44
goose. Revenues will be going down.
25:46
The stock market will be going down.
25:48
Bonds aren't going to look good. The only thing that's going to
25:52
look good to a lot of people. What do you think when all this
25:56
happens, when all this unfolds are gold and silver, that's all
26:00
the people are. I mean, well, it's going to look
26:03
much more attractive to a greater number of people.
26:07
And that will be good days for those of us that are ahead of
26:11
the curve, that already have a, you know, moved part or some of
26:14
our wealth into precious metals. No doubt about it.
26:19
On top of that, shocking. This is shocking.
26:23
Did, did, did you see this data about job creation?
26:26
Unbelievable what is going on in our country.
26:30
OK, let's go out and take a look.
26:34
This one graph is just absolutely shocking.
26:39
We'll get to the graph, but here it is right here, the great
26:42
replacement job shock. 1.3 million native born Americans
26:47
just lost their jobs and they were replaced by 635,000
26:52
immigrants. This this dug in to the jobs
26:57
number. What's been going on since
26:58
October 2019? Hold on there we go.
27:05
Native born US workers have lost 1.4 million jobs over the same
27:11
period. Foreign born workers have gained
27:13
3 million jobs. Look at this chart down here.
27:18
OK, let me see if I can pull that up.
27:21
That's on X, aren't it? All right, that shows it on a on
27:27
a line graph, Right, But we'll look at this one.
27:31
There it is. Well, there it is down on the
27:33
bottom. Shoot.
27:36
Hold on here. I got a better picture of this
27:38
guys. Let's go over here.
27:42
Hold on. Stay with me.
27:44
Here we go. Here we go.
27:48
So that shows the number of jobs, OK by origin, OK, foreign
27:55
born workers are gaining jobs, Native born American workers are
28:00
losing jobs. That is what's going on in our
28:04
country right now in our economy.
28:06
Let me go back out to the the Zero Hedge article.
28:12
There we go. So 0 Hedge really championed
28:21
this cause and pointing this out, OK, but now the Wall Street
28:24
Journal is saying right here we go right here.
28:26
Without immigrants, the US working age population would
28:29
shrink. How how immigration remade for
28:34
the US labor force. Mainstream media is catching up
28:37
on this good jobs. Here's what's going on.
28:40
A lot of good jobs behind the scenes are going away like high
28:45
paying white collar professional jobs.
28:48
A lot of IT jobs from what I understand, right when IT is
28:51
like the future, blah, blah, blah, they're going bye bye,
28:55
right. And in the jobs that have been
28:57
created over these last four years, a lot of like service
29:01
oriented jobs, right? Cleaning people, you know, I
29:04
know where I, I have a little job I do at night and when I
29:08
leave and they're wonderful people, wonderful people.
29:12
But there's a group that comes in to clean the building.
29:15
It's Mama, the mom and then the son and his wife.
29:18
Mama's like 80 years old. They're from Venezuela.
29:21
And by the way, they love silver and gold and they're good
29:24
friends of mine. I love these people.
29:26
They're hard working, but that's those are the jobs that are
29:30
being created. That's the economy.
29:32
Did you see Macy's now? I think I read this morning
29:35
they're going to close 55 more stores.
29:38
That's what's happening right now in our country, in our
29:42
economy. It's really being eroded from
29:45
the bottom because the middle class has been absolutely
29:49
decimated, decimated. I talk to my neighbors all the
29:53
time. We all have kids and you know,
29:55
and a lot, most of these households have a have a dual
29:58
income and they all say the same thing like, Oh my gosh, it's you
30:02
can't afford. Especially then it's like you
30:04
want to get your kid into like a select sport or something.
30:08
People can't afford to make, to make ends meet right now.
30:12
It's just the reality of what's going on.
30:14
Did we get a super chat that I missed with Cliff Clifton
30:17
Moberg? Ron, start of a nice week.
30:20
Yeah, let's have a good week. Look, I didn't mean to be.
30:23
I apologize, guys. Thank you, Cliff.
30:24
I didn't mean to be so negative when I started this this video
30:28
live stream. OK, But I just wanted to I had
30:31
to point out right that that September data, we could still
30:35
have a good September, right? For both gold and silver.
30:38
Let's not forget that absolutely could have a good September.
30:41
OK. Are you sitting on a half
30:43
million dollar coin right now? If you are and you discover it
30:49
today, maybe you can give me 10 bucks or something like Cliff
30:53
did. Thank you again, Cliff, for the
30:55
Super chat. Super chats are so super
30:58
appreciated. Never expected, but thank you,
31:01
thank you, thank you. And guys, please don't forget,
31:03
leave some comments, please, OK? That's how we that's how we get
31:07
to be. You can get engaged with this
31:08
community and we can learn from you, learn from each other.
31:11
This is a 1976 proof set OK, I had another one around here
31:17
somewhere from 1970, but but there's a proof set out there
31:23
that has a dime in it that is worth a half million dollars.
31:28
Let's explore this interesting story here.
31:34
It is hold on OK, huge payout expected.
31:41
Let's see if I can get Oh, here we go.
31:45
Huge payout expected for a rare coin and Ohio farm family bought
31:50
and hid for decades. This extraordinarily rare coin
31:55
by the made by the San Francisco Mint in 1975 could bring more
31:59
than $500,000. OK, this is from Toledo, OH,
32:04
where three sisters inherited a dime kept in a bank vault for
32:09
more than 40 years. They knew it had some value, but
32:12
they had no idea just how much until a few years ago.
32:16
The extraordinarily rare corn coin, not corn coin struck by
32:22
the US Mint in San Francisco in 1975, could bring more than
32:28
$500,000. Which special?
32:31
It's a company. That's Ian Russell, who's going
32:34
to be auctioning it, and that'll be at the end of October.
32:38
So here it is. But I'm going to tell you where
32:40
you can find it. And what's so special about this
32:43
coin. What makes the the dime
32:46
depicting President Franklin D Roosevelt so valuable is a
32:51
missing S mint mark for the San Francisco Mint, one of just two
32:56
without the mark known to exist. But there might be more.
33:00
OK, The other one sold in 2019 for $456,000 a dime.
33:08
Oh my God. And then again months later to a
33:11
private collector. Don't do what I did and spend
33:14
your whole weekend going through all your spare change looking
33:17
for this because these are only going to be in proof sets like
33:21
the one I showed you earlier. OK OK.
33:24
The Mint in San Francisco made more than 2.8 million special
33:28
uncirculated proof sets in 1975 that featured 6 coins and were
33:34
sold for $7.00 each. Collectors a few years later
33:38
discovered that two Dimes from the set were missing the mint
33:41
mark. So while there's a chance more
33:45
examples of the rare dime are out there, they would only be
33:49
found amongst the 1975 proof sets and not in anyone's pocket
33:53
change. So if you have a 1975, again,
33:58
this is a 1976, right? Yeah, wrong.
34:03
Hold on. Excuse me?
34:07
If you have a 19761975 proof set, you need to do one of two
34:14
things right? You need to check the dime down
34:17
there and see if it's missing the S proof set.
34:20
If you do find that, you need to immediately wrap that up and
34:24
mail it to me, OK? No, you need to immediately.
34:31
I don't know what you would do. Go somewhere you trust, OK?
34:34
If yours doesn't have, if yours does have the mint mark on it,
34:37
don't try to be a funny guy and get a file out and file it down.
34:41
They'll know that you did that. OK, but very interesting story
34:44
about what's going on. You know, the other biggest
34:47
story that could really reshape the precious metals market here
34:52
in the next 7 weeks, right, is A2 prong story.
34:58
But the biggest one, that would be the election number one,
35:01
right? And tomorrow's the big debate.
35:03
That's gonna be interesting. I'll leave it at that.
35:08
Join me for a quick sip of coffee.
35:16
But guys, the feathers are going to fly.
35:20
You know what I mean? Like you ever see a bird get
35:23
disturbed and the feathers, you know, fly, the feathers are
35:27
going to fly over the next 8 weeks, the election.
35:30
But the big, big, big sleeper story that we we really got to
35:35
pay attention to because they aren't going to talk about it on
35:38
the mainstream media is what's going on with the BRICS
35:41
countries. We talked yesterday about the
35:44
fact that now the Russian news agency TASS, TASS put out an
35:50
article over the weekend where it explicitly said that this new
35:57
trade settlement currency that they're going to be talking
35:59
about, excuse me, Will definitely right.
36:06
Or when I say definitely, but they talk about a 40% gold
36:09
backing. Do you know how big that's going
36:12
to be? OK, we'll be keeping an eye on
36:15
that and a lot more stories. I want to thank you guys for
36:21
joining me. Allergies are horrible, so I
36:23
apologize for having to mute the microphone from time to time,
36:26
but please support our channel sponsors first mining gold and
36:31
Fortuna mining. You can learn more about them at
36:33
their respective websites, to which there's a link in the
36:36
description of this and every video and of course our friends
36:40
at Pi MB EX pimbex. If you want to get your hands on
36:45
some silver and gold at the best prices from a company you can
36:51
trust. So as we go through right the
36:57
the end of October and guys, what are we, we're in early
37:00
September right now. This is like truly right now,
37:06
right, critical time because we're seven weeks ahead of this
37:10
massive election, massive meeting with the BRICS countries
37:15
in Russia. It could be, it could be
37:18
absolutely cataclysmic for the precious metals prices.
37:26
And maybe that's a bad word, a catalyst for the precious metals
37:30
prices. I mean, the world could go
37:32
through massive amounts of change.
37:36
Not to mention, on top of that, we know what's going on
37:39
geopolitically in the Middle East and in Europe with major
37:44
conflicts going on right now. I'll be here for you through it
37:47
all. Thanks again for being here.
37:49
Please subscribe to the channel. We want you to come back.
37:52
It's so important you understand that.
37:54
You're welcome here. You're part of the club.
37:57
Basement dwellers. Have a great day.
37:59
Thanks again Cliff for that awesome super chat.
