Mid Thought Chris: that the the long form variety, especially on on YouTube, I think that one, yeah, it was fifty people that it's probably Producer Mike: No Yeah. Midthought Eric: FIFTY Dollar! Mid Thought Chris: yeah, I think I think what Eric did is that he c I think Eric created fifty different accounts and watched it over again, but I d I don't wanna Mid Thought Jason: There you go, you gotta Producer Mike: Yeah. Midthought Eric: Hey, you do what you gotta do. Mid Thought Jason: do what you Producer Mike: He have Mid Thought Jason: gotta do. Producer Mike: he had fifty screens set up in his room and just like He's so funny. Like Jason Mid Thought Chris: Yeah, he's like, I gotta watch this nonsense. It's so funny. Mid Thought Jason: Like the end of the matrix with all those screens. Producer Mike: But you are you are funny. Mid Thought Chris: Yes. He we talked about poop for thirty minutes. Midthought Eric: It was a lot Producer Mike: Yeah. Midthought Eric: of poop talk. Mid Thought Jason: We, it was extensive. think we Producer Mike: There was quite a lot of Mid Thought Jason: hit all the bullet, the major bullet points that one could hit about poop. yeah. Mid Thought Chris: Yeah. Midthought Eric: And and a lot more. Mid Thought Chris: we might we then I I don't know. We might have more. We we primarily Midthought Eric: Look, there are these bullet points. Mid Thought Jason: Well. Mid Thought Chris: we we focused on I don't know. I mean Mid Thought Jason: Alright, are we talking about a part two right now? Are we talking that there will be a part two? Mid Thought Chris: I don't know. We we focused on does does producer Midthought Eric: The Poop Part two Producer Mike has a story to tell, I'm sure. He's just waiting. He's a truck driver. He probably did all sorts of nasty stuff. Producer Mike: Absolutely. Who doesn't have who does not have a poop story? Mid Thought Jason: Delis! Mid Thought Chris: producer Mike, do you what was the question last week? The question last week was Midthought Eric: Hey truck driver, Mike. Mid Thought Chris: What was your what is your most embarrassing poop story? Because the three of us on here somehow managed to poop our pants at one point or another. Or most embarrassing poop story. And we Midthought Eric: And we laid it bare. We laid it bare. Mid Thought Chris: laid it bare, no pun intended for Eric Mid Thought Jason: Yep. Yep. Mid Thought Chris: pooping on the top floor of a parking garage and leaving it there, but Producer Mike: Did that that Midthought Eric: It was bear. Beat that beat that Git them. Producer Mike: definitely takes the cake. If the hot cake. Mid Thought Chris: I I think it'd be that. Alright, Mid Thought Jason: Ha Mid Thought Chris: so pretty Ken, I mean producer Mike, that's that's that's Ken right there. I get confused sometimes. yeah. So Midthought Eric: Let's let's see Ken. There we go. Mid Thought Chris: producer Mike, what is your most embarrassing poop story? Jason, you good? I heard that one Producer Mike: so so I so I'm a tr on my part Mid Thought Jason: Yeah. Midthought Eric: Touche. Producer Mike: time job when I'm not producer on this vastly global show I'm a truck driver so Mid Thought Chris: Who you see my part-time job? What was that that Midthought Eric: Yes. We did hire you full time, so that makes sense. Mid Thought Chris: cough didn't seem genuine. I feel like that cough was like Producer Mike: A s a slight. A little bit of slight. Mid Thought Chris: Continue, continue. Sorry, I interrupted Midthought Eric: It was a test it was a test cough. Mid Thought Chris: I interrupted you. Producer Mike: No, you're fine. That that is that is our show, Mid Thought Chris: I interrupted you. Continue. Producer Mike: so I'm a truck driver and it's not always Mid Thought Chris: Mm-hmm. Producer Mike: easy, especially when I first started, I drove night shift, so like nothing's open. So I can't just pull over and take a crap somewhere. So I could. Well I did. So the So I so I made it the whole Midthought Eric: Well you could. Just not in a public bathroom. Mid Thought Chris: I mean you could if you're Eric. I didn't Midthought Eric: do tell. Talkin' my language. Producer Mike: I made it the whole way back to my office. I got on my truck and and danger hit. you get out of the truck and you're suddenly Ugh, I can't move 'cause if I if I move, I'm going to crap my pants. Yeah. Midthought Eric: The clinching is gonna loosen. Mid Thought Chris: Right. The you get out of your truck and you're either I don't I'm I'm way over analyzing this, but you get out of your truck and you're either like relief or you're like you almost gotta time it right because yeah, yeah, yeah, Producer Mike: Open the flu it's like a dam opening up. Mid Thought Chris: yeah. It's a or and then it constricts a little bit and then you've got some leeway to make your way. But it sounds like from what I'm hearing from you, it was open up the floodgates. Yeah. Producer Mike: Yeah. So I tried to do the whole, clench, push cheeks together, waddle, Mid Thought Chris: Yeah. Producer Mike: tried it all. And I was like, I'm Midthought Eric: Ha ha. Producer Mike: not gonna make it. it's it's a solid 150 feet to my office from where my truck is to to a toilet. And so I'm like, I gotta yeah, that Midthought Eric: That muddy turtle head was well passed out. Mid Thought Chris: Woh. Producer Mike: thing and and it it didn't feel it didn't feel solid, It it felt like Mid Thought Chris: Ugh. Mid Thought Jason: Ha ha ha! Producer Mike: the floodgates were about to open and it was about to be messy. So Midthought Eric: It was slush. Producer Mike: I backed it and thankfully it was nighttime. Thankfully it was nighttime. So not as embarrassed. Daytime. Mid Thought Chris: Night time. Producer Mike: But so I I literally dropped my drawers and it felt like a shotgun. Like straight out. Mid Thought Chris: So pay set the scene for me. Are you're in you're in your company parking lot. Producer Mike: A company parking lot, which is like so it's the parking lot of a like a wreck yard. So not uncommon to see bodily fluids of all of all various Mid Thought Chris: Sure, sure. Of all kinds. Mid Thought Jason: of all kinds. Yeah, true. Producer Mike: natures. Midthought Eric: And empty peanut butter jars. Mid Thought Chris: What Producer Mike: yes. Mid Thought Jason: and dead bodies next to those bodily fluids. Mid Thought Chris: Whoa. Producer Mike: peanut butter jars with a little hole in them, but what are they doing to this peanut butter? It tastes old. Mid Thought Chris: Pro producer Mike, I I I I wanna I wanna dive in a little bit more to that. so Midthought Eric: Ha. Mid Thought Jason: You're just scooping like this. Mid Thought Chris: help me understand what happened. So did and you did you like get everything? Did everything escape or did some go in, you know, your pants and then like some get out? Like what happened? Producer Mike: Once once the flow started, there was no holding back. That thing was it was Midthought Eric: Amen, brother. Amen. Producer Mike: just straight out Mid Thought Chris: So is it all in your p did you get any on your pants at all, you think, or no? Producer Mike: I don't think. I threw away the pants. I didn't look at out of embarrassment. But No, I Yeah, I it I went to the bathroom. Mid Thought Jason: Wow, can we hit the applause or something? Because that's not me. Mid Thought Chris: So you threw away your pants? What so you got in your car with boxers, maybe or nothing? Midthought Eric: That's dedication right there. It's dedication. Producer Mike: So after I evacuated my bowels Mid Thought Chris: Right. In the parking lot, for the record. Producer Mike: in the parking lot. It's dark. I can't see anything. I can't wipe with anything. So I just straight pull up. Walk Mid Thought Chris: Right. Right. Pull back up, walk inside, Midthought Eric: Yep, there they go. Mid Thought Jason: Yeah, that's all I got. Yeah. Producer Mike: inside. Go into the bathroom just to make sure, you know, everything's out. A look. Mid Thought Chris: It's c yeah. Producer Mike: I'm I'm clean down there. Midthought Eric: Well, at least I had toilet paper, I will just say I was more civilized, okay. At least I had napkins, if you will. Producer Mike: Well, I don't I don't walk around with the thought that I might crab myself. Mid Thought Chris: No, that is not a very that is not a very Midthought Eric: That's something you learn over time, my young Paddy Wan. Producer Mike: Yeah. Mid Thought Jason: Yeah. Producer Mike: As as as you age you get wiser and you bring wet wipes. Wet wet wipes. Mid Thought Chris: As you age. Yeah. So so l pants get thrown out in the bathroom or you bring them home? Producer Mike: So I I did go home with my pants on worn in my car. Yeah. And so it's Mid Thought Chris: Okay. On worn in your car? Okay, that's good. You didn't have your how bad did your car smell the next day? Midthought Eric: Nice and crusty. Producer Mike: i it was fine. So I don't think I got anything on it. but I did I did throw Midthought Eric: Not like your car that one time, Chris. Mid Thought Chris: Do that's Producer Mike: it away just in case. You know. Could never be too too too Mid Thought Chris: that was the other end, buddy. wait, no, that's the one you're talking about. Okay. I thought the one I thought you were talking about something else. Never mind. but yes, this is not really an embarrassing story. This is more of a He Midthought Eric: I got you good, Chris. I got you good. Mid Thought Chris: did. so Eric, I don't know if I don't know if we talked about this too much in the show, but I l I pseudo lived geobatched with Eric at Eric's house for how many months was that? Is that like two months? Midthought Eric: He was the weird uncle in the basement. Mid Thought Chris: I was a weird uncle in the basement. What was that, two months? Ish? I don't know why I did that, but I didn't mean to do that. Midthought Eric: it felt like two days is all I know. It felt like two days. Producer Mike: Dad, what are those weird noises coming from the basement? Mid Thought Jason: It's okay, I'll babysit him. I'll babysit him, it's alright. Mid Thought Chris: What did you Eric, what did you say? How long was that? Producer Mike: Ha ha ha. Don't you worry about me, I've done this before. Midthought Eric: It it only felt like two days. Mid Thought Chris: It only felt like two days, but it was probably two months, right? So Midthought Eric: It was at least two months. Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: but on the on the front end of that, I had I I was at your house for a couple days and then I packed up all my crap and put it in my car. Midthought Eric: Literally crap. Mid Thought Chris: Literally crap. And so Eric has a newborn at this time and Midthought Eric: And the new puppy. Mid Thought Chris: and a new puppy, which I'm so glad I recommended that you keep and get. actually get, not keep. because they were they Producer Mike: Did you have to talk him into not killing it? Mid Thought Chris: Eric it no, Eric and Courtney Mid Thought Jason: baby or the puppy. Mid Thought Chris: were on the fence about yes, Eric and Courtney were on the fence about he was on the fence. Midthought Eric: I was on the fence. She was well over the fence. Mid Thought Chris: He was on the fence about getting a puppy and I was like, hey, you gotta make sure you Producer Mike: Where was the child? Mid Thought Chris: gotta get the puppy. I did not say get the puppy, but it's a running joke between between the three Midthought Eric: He was a problem player at that time. Producer Mike: Mm-hmm. Mid Thought Chris: of us. And so but anyway, I I'm loading up my car and going back down here to Florida, bringing some of the the heavier crap down here and then I'm I'm back and forth for a couple couple months. But I get down there or I get I drive it, I'm halfway down, I'm like, man, my car smells so Midthought Eric: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: bad. What is going on? It smells musty. It Producer Mike: I I I heard the story. Mid Thought Chris: smells it it smells awful Midthought Eric: Like eggs. Mid Thought Chris: and it smells like eggs. And I mean it's newborn stuff. So I mean it's not really like heinous, right? Like I think a couple more months Midthought Eric: Mm. Pretty bad. Mid Thought Chris: and that would probably have been, you know, Midthought Eric: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: the most abhorrent trip ever. But being that Midthought Eric: It was still milk. Mid Thought Chris: being that the the being that he was just a little guy, you know, it was it's musty, it smelled really bad, and I get down here and I'm unloading my car and I pick up this plastic bag and I'm like, that's son of a b this is a this is a dirty diaper that homeboy, you're you're Fred right there. Producer Mike: Ha ha ha. Mid Thought Jason: Yeah! Mid Thought Chris: The guy that I chose to start a podcast with, Midthought Eric: Got you good. Mid Thought Chris: ch trucked a child's diaper in my car and sent it on on on my way. For a nice little drive. It was one of your better ones. He's he's got a couple. Midthought Eric: Yes. That was one of my better ones. I have done I have done I try to Mid Thought Jason: have Midthought Eric: I try to get him with something every time I see him. Mid Thought Chris: Eric, should we talk about the other two? I I think I can talk in code. I think I can talk in code. You've got at least two. Midthought Eric: Other two, there were a lot. There were a lot, more than two. Mid Thought Chris: You got at least two more. At least two more. Two more. so Midthought Eric: Ha ha ha. Mid Thought Chris: So do you want me to I'll I'll go. You want me to go? Jason, producer Midthought Eric: You you talk. Mid Thought Chris: mic? What do you think? Should I go? Or what you think? Producer Mike: Absolutely. Mid Thought Chris: I'll go. All right. So Midthought Eric: Keep going. Don't stop now. Don't stop. Mid Thought Jason: do you. Mid Thought Chris: the other one, Producer Mike: Don't stop me now. Mid Thought Chris: this is not a criticism of anybody or any sort of Midthought Eric: We love everybody. Mid Thought Chris: we love everyone here, right? This is not Mid Thought Jason: Everybody love everybody. Midthought Eric: Except the problem players. Mid Thought Chris: this is this is not a political show whatsoever. But my friend Eric thought it would be a really funny thing to put a magnet on the side of my car. Again, not a dig on anybody, but he thought that it would be a really funny thing to put a magnet on the side of my car that said really bright, flowery, all sorts of things. And it says, follow me to the gay bar. And he that Producer Mike: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: was that was that was but he was ready for that. It's like Midthought Eric: They were ready for that. Mid Thought Chris: can't producer Mike knew what was about to happen. So Midthought Eric: I was like, Hmm, how long will this stay on there? Mid Thought Chris: and so I made it all the way to work. And so Midthought Eric: I spent eight dollars on that. Mid Thought Chris: eight eight dollars Producer Mike: Eight fifty dollar. Mid Thought Jason: Well spent. Well spent. Mid Thought Chris: eight dollars? How much was shipping? Midthought Eric: It was Amazon, man. Mid Thought Chris: That's that's that's fair. Exactry Exactly. let's Midthought Eric: Yeah. Just for that magnet. Producer Mike: So is eleven dollars a month. Mid Thought Jason: Yeah, yeah, well worth it. Producer Mike: Is that correct? Mid Thought Chris: see. You've got actually you've got do you have two more or just one? No, you got two more, don't you? you sent me a ad for reservation. Midthought Eric: It wasn't an ad, it was it was an official invite in the mail, confirmation. Mid Thought Chris: To it's you have a thread, you're very predictable. but you it was an invitation to a gay cruise. again, we love everyone. Midthought Eric: No, no, it was a confirmation package. Mid Thought Chris: A confirmation confirmation Producer Mike: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: package. Mid Thought Jason: Let's go sailing! Producer Mike: Yeah. Midthought Eric: Come sail away. Mid Thought Chris: That's a good song. the other one I won't get into too much detail with, but he left a certain So where you're where I'm sitting right now, there's a shelf down here on the bottom of this shelf that you're seeing right here. he left a certain Midthought Eric: Object. Mid Thought Chris: object. maybe a toy, maybe something Mid Thought Jason: toy of sorts. Midthought Eric: For experienced users only. Mid Thought Chris: a a toy of sorts. Producer Mike: Does it resemble a banana? Mid Thought Chris: toy of sorts about Ye Long. Mid Thought Jason: or extracurricular activities. Producer Mike: D What? Mid Thought Chris: right on the bottom of this shelf. And I won't tell Midthought Eric: That I just Mid Thought Chris: you. Producer Mike: That long? Mid Thought Chris: That that might be an exaggeration, but maybe Midthought Eric: Hm. Not not not not. Producer Mike: Is that what you're telling Leanne? Mid Thought Jason: Go! Mid Thought Chris: maybe maybe it certainly wasn't the Mid Thought Jason: long. Mid Thought Chris: Hawaii variety, I will tell you that much. Midthought Eric: Ha ha ha! Mid Thought Chris: so Producer Mike: What I don't understand. Mid Thought Chris: so you Midthought Eric: Producer Mike, you gotta change that smoke detector, man. It's Mid Thought Chris: s still not good. Producer Mike: I I gotta get rid of Mid Thought Jason: Change the battery! Producer Mike: I don't even see one around me. Midthought Eric: been four months and it's still beeping. Mid Thought Chris: They they sell them everywhere, bud. You can get them anywhere you want. Midthought Eric: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: but yeah, this thing was down here on this on this shelf. And I'll give you Producer Mike: That's simply where they use it. Mid Thought Chris: I'll give you a couple guesses as to who the first person to find that thing was, and it wasn't me. so I'm in Producer Mike: no no. Mid Thought Chris: here with another member of my family, and some so Bonnie, my dog, was not the first one to find it. Midthought Eric: My goal was Bonnie, definitely. A chew toy, a chew toy. She drops it at your feet. Please throw it. Mid Thought Chris: She came out with a bad maze. She just runs out with that thing in her mouth. Let's play fat. She's watching. Mid Thought Jason: Take it on the walk with you. Yeah, that's in the park. Producer Mike: Mm-hmm. Midthought Eric: That was the goal. Mid Thought Chris: so and it wasn't really I don't I don't think it was quite as bad as I thought it was. I think it was more like I was in here having a conversation with a member of my family. And they kind of like Did one of these. Producer Mike: Ha ha ha. Mid Thought Chris: And I was like, what the heck? And I went, my gosh. And I I like Midthought Eric: God, what are you doing? What are you doing in your office? Producer Mike: What is that? Mid Thought Jason: horror. Mid Thought Chris: How'd that get in there? anyway, all right. So Midthought Eric: As you were. Mid Thought Chris: Jason, what are we talking about today? Mid Thought Jason: Yes, sir. I got a few topics here. Midthought Eric: Mr. Improv guy. Mid Thought Jason: Yeah, are you guys morning or night shower people? Midthought Eric: good one. Mid Thought Jason: heated debate, morning or night shower. I personally Mid Thought Chris: Who first? Who first? Mid Thought Jason: am night shower because I don't want to sleep in my filth. Midthought Eric: Same bro, hundred percent same. I got Producer Mike: Yeah. Same here. Mid Thought Jason: Found it. Midthought Eric: you, I got you, hundred percent. Mid Thought Chris: Is that is that a everyday thing or is that every day? You gotta be kidding me. Everything you just said are my favorite things Midthought Eric: Every day. I'm I'm hustling. Mid Thought Jason: Yep, yep, yes. Midthought Eric: Nighttime. Producer Mike: You gotta be kidding me. Mid Thought Chris: to do every day. Mid Thought Jason: Day... Midthought Eric: Nighttime only. I Mid Thought Jason: Play 44! Midthought Eric: don't want to go to bed dirty. Mid Thought Jason: No. No. Mid Thought Chris: Eric, I know that's not true. Midthought Eric: Well Producer Mike: Dirty sheets are not good. Mid Thought Jason: No, dirty is bad. Mid Thought Chris: Eric, I know that's not true. Midthought Eric: Dirty with actual dirt and grime, not sweat or other things. Producer Mike: Mm-hmm. Mid Thought Chris: Mm. I know what you're saying. Producer Mike: Yeah, get your head out of the gutter, Chris. Mid Thought Chris: I don't know what you're talking about, producer Mike. Midthought Eric: Mid thought Chris is on fire tonight. Mid Thought Jason: Yeah, Chris, so what about you? Alright, you're- you're- you're dogging on the night shower, people. Let's have it. No, no. I know it when I see it. I know it when I see it, just- Mid Thought Chris: No no no I'm not jogging on anybody. I'm not jogging on anybody, Jason. I'm Producer Mike: Power. Midthought Eric: He's calling you out. He's calling you out. He's triggered. He's triggered. Mid Thought Chris: not dogging on anybody, okay? Okay. Mid Thought Jason: I feel so triggered. Midthought Eric: Find your safe space, Jason, get to your safe space. Mid Thought Jason: Hold on, I gotta breathe. I can do this, I can do this. Idiot, do it! Okay. Mid Thought Chris: I will say that I I I will say that I prefer a morning shower. but time to log off. But I am I I do Mid Thought Jason: I think we've had enough from Chris tonight. Producer Mike: Yeah. It's been a great podcast. this has been Mid Thought Chris: I like show on stream. Producer Mike: Men. Mid Thought Chris: mouse. hide Midthought Eric: Ha ha. Mid Thought Chris: geez. no, I do enjoy I like a morning shower. mainly because this lettuce, it is not I mean you gotta you gotta kinda get a fresh start and then put some pomade in there. So so how do you guys Midthought Eric: Takes a lot of work to look that good. Producer Mike: To have to rub it in, don't ya? Mid Thought Chris: how do you guys do evening showers? It's back up a little bit. I like both to be honest. I like a morning and a night shower. So yeah Mid Thought Jason: Safe answer, safe political answer, we get it. Midthought Eric: So he's wasting all the water and and he's Producer Mike: I like both sides. I like China. I like Mid Thought Jason: Election, yeah, yeah. Mid Thought Chris: I like both sides. There's great people Producer Mike: China. Mid Thought Jason: I like China showers, China. Mid Thought Chris: on both sides. There's great people on both sides. never said that, I don't think. Allegedly. Jason, what were you gonna say? I'm sorry. Mid Thought Jason: Nothing. Please go. Please explain yourself with your political answer. Midthought Eric: Ha ha ha. Mid Thought Chris: Shoot. Producer Mike: Quap. T take me out of Mid Thought Jason: I'd love to hear it. Mid Thought Chris: no, 'cause Producer Mike: this hole, please! Mid Thought Chris: I I see the validity in showering both morning and evening, depending on the activities that I have partaken in throughout the day. AKA Midthought Eric: Mm. Mid Thought Chris: if I had the type of what how do you say lifestyle that Eric would, I might, you know, take an e I might take both. you know. Although if he's showering at night, then he's he's Midthought Eric: I don't know what that means. Is that 'cause I work out so much and I sweat a lot? Hmm. Mid Thought Chris: Precisely. Mid Thought Jason: You play in a lot of sandboxes. Not invited. Not invited. Yeah. Producer Mike: And people play in a lot of your sandboxes. Midthought Eric: Definitely. For real. For real. One thousand percent. Mid Thought Chris: but yeah, I depending on what happened during the day, I I do like an evening shower as well. Producer Mike, how about you? Mid Thought Jason: Okay, that leaves us with you. Producer Mike: I'm at evening shower all the way. Midthought Eric: Mm-hmm. Mid Thought Jason: Evening Mid Thought Chris: All the way. Mid Thought Jason: shower. Mid Thought Chris: So Producer Mike: Occasionally occasional morning shower. Midthought Eric: That's why we all get along so well. Mid Thought Chris: Mm. Producer Mike: I shower before church in the morning. On Sundays. Yeah. Midthought Eric: Mm. Mid Thought Chris: Producer Mike, follow up question. Mid Thought Jason: Gotta stay clean Producer Mike: Yes. Mid Thought Jason: for Jesus. Mid Thought Chris: Do you feel do you think the actually this question is more for Jason and Eric. Do you think what do you do about your Producer Mike: But cause I don't have hair. Mid Thought Chris: I that that might be where I'm going, Midthought Eric: I feel attacked, Jason. I feel attacked. Mid Thought Chris: producer Mike. but Producer Mike: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: the morning the Midthought Eric: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: You look like that dude from Star Trek that can't see where he's got the he's got the visor thing. There it is! Reading Rainbow Mid Thought Jason: Lefar Burton! Reading Rainbow Guy! Reading Rainbow Guy! Mid Thought Chris: So the the evening showers, what do you do about your hair in the morning? 'Cause I wake up and my hair is like this. It was it wasn't a dig, it was just a thing. Producer Mike: I knew it! It was a dig on me! Mid Thought Jason: See, I find that it's easier to tame this mane when it's not Mid Thought Chris: Foo. Mid Thought Jason: really, really wet. And so waking up the next day, it accepts the pomade and all Midthought Eric: Hm. Hm. Producer Mike: That's what she said. Mid Thought Jason: the product that I put in there. I mean, I'm all for getting wet, but not Midthought Eric: Sorry, s say that again. Mid Thought Jason: when it comes to my hair. Hello! I think I'm done. Nope. Producer Mike: Not my hair. Hello. Mid Thought Chris: Family show, Jason. Producer Mike: Hello. What family's watching? Mid Thought Chris: What? Producer Mike: Get your kids away from screens, kids. Mid Thought Jason: Water parks. What are we talking about? I love water parks. Mid Thought Chris: we have let me tell you something. Maybe parental units, maybe. I know. There might be a parental unit or two, I don't know. Midthought Eric: Ellen, Ellen, Ellen, Ellen, Ellen, Ellen, Ellen. Producer Mike: wait Steve, Steve, Steve, Steve. Mid Thought Chris: okay, so Jason, you bring up a really good point. Midthought Eric: Good job, Jason. Mid Thought Chris: And so Mid Thought Jason: Thank you. Mid Thought Chris: I might be experiencing this because I leave the pomade in the hair and it just stays there. Mid Thought Jason: something about Mary's style. I like what you're going for. Producer Mike: think that's a good I think that's a good look for you, Chris. Midthought Eric: Huh! Producer Mike: I think you need to keep that. Mid Thought Chris: So do we think Midthought Eric: Brett Favre. Mid Thought Chris: d Jason, do you think that it it does this because I leave the pomade in? Mid Thought Jason: Yes. Mid Thought Chris: Do you think it does yours sit down nicely this if you don't have any anything in there? Because you sh Because I feel like Midthought Eric: says set, set, set. Mid Thought Jason: I'll kindly refer to you Mid Thought Chris: I feel like if I shower it goes even worse. It's like all over the place. Mid Thought Jason: I'll kindly refer to you to our last episode, the poop episode. I had showered and that's how it just was dry. So, I mean, great. Midthought Eric: It's just a natural Mid Thought Chris: No one likes it no one likes a Midthought Eric: name. Mid Thought Chris: dry hole though. so like what Midthought Eric: Touche. Point. Counterpoint. Mid Thought Chris: so Jason So Mid Thought Jason: Survey says, yeah. Mid Thought Chris: Jason I'm still super confused like what what do you mean? It just like you took a shower and then it just sat like this. Is that what you're saying? But then you woke Mid Thought Jason: Yeah, it just. Mid Thought Chris: up in the morning and you're probably like all over the place, right? Wait a minute. Midthought Eric: No, he's saying the opposite. Mid Thought Jason: I'm saying the opposite. Chris never listens Mid Thought Chris: Wait a minute, wait a minute. Mid Thought Jason: to me. Midthought Eric: You're not following Squint your eyes and follow along. Mid Thought Chris: I do. I do. I'm just a bit of a I'm just a bit of a Rain Man, exactly. So dry hair. Dr no no no Midthought Eric: Ray Man. Mid Thought Jason: So dry hair in the morning to do the hair for work works a lot better for me rather than fresh out of the shower, I got to do my hair. It's too wet, it's too thick, so it just sits down and I look like an idiot. Okay, there you Mid Thought Chris: I know what you're saying. Jason. Mid Thought Jason: go. Mid Thought Chris: Jason. Mid Thought Jason: Yes. Mid Thought Chris: I think my issue all along. Midthought Eric: Deep thoughts, Mid Thought Jason: Yes, by Jack Midthought Eric: deep thoughts, deep thoughts. Mid Thought Jason: Handy. Midthought Eric: Lean in. Lean in. Mid Thought Chris: Lean into this guys. Lean in. Lean in. Lean in. I think what's been happening Is that anytime I take a night shower I've gone to bed with wet hair and I haven't taken the time to dry it. If I Midthought Eric: Mm. Can't do that. We're not doing that. Mid Thought Chris: had taken the time to dry it, I think it would have been less crazy and I think I would have been able to wake up and it probably would have sat nicely. Midthought Eric: I think we have found the the the path for your life, Chris. Mid Thought Jason: Yes, yes, yes, Producer Mike: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: Ken, do you do you think this do you think that's the case? Or I mean I'm sorry. Mid Thought Jason: my son, do this and you shall receive eternal happiness. Producer Mike: You're you're acting the you're asking the wrong person, how long it's been since I've had hair that I can st that I can style? Mid Thought Chris: I'm sorry, Ken. Ken, do you Ken, what do you think? Ken, what do you think? Midthought Eric: How do you get how do you massage that beard of yours? Producer Mike: Does does Ken look a awful lot like the thing on the bottom shelf, just a lot shorter? Midthought Eric: Yes. Mid Thought Chris: What do mean? This is Ken right here. Midthought Eric: Pres presumably. Mid Thought Chris: What do you mean bottom shelf? that's it, that's perfect. let's see here. the books are going down because that happens every time. Just just yeah, get out of here. so this Producer Mike: Have we shown our just destroy your just destroy it. Just get it off of the Mid Thought Chris: is Ken. no, bottom shelf was like here. Exactly, more like Producer Mike: So more like Ken. Got it. Got it. Got it. Got it. Midthought Eric: Yes. Mid Thought Jason: Got it. Got it. Mid Thought Chris: Ding Producer Mike: Mm-hmm. Mid Thought Jason: sip sip Midthought Eric: Point. Mid Thought Chris: Point counterpoint. All right, so Producer Mike: If if only Midthought Eric: It's so much worse with four of us. Mid Thought Chris: This is it's so much better, Producer Mike: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: Eric. What are you talking Mid Thought Jason: You Mid Thought Chris: about? This is great. Mid Thought Jason: Ha! Midthought Eric: Talk about mid thought, we're not even beginning thought crisis. Mid Thought Chris: No, we I already asked Jason what were we talking about today? And he he brought up he brought up the question Producer Mike: We went from poop stories to Mid Thought Chris: of the century, the nighttime, daytime showering. That is a massive question. That is that is just I came to Producer Mike: men's styling men's styling hours. Midthought Eric: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: like a I I had a real like amazing come to Jesus moment where I I started to question Midthought Eric: Hm. Mid Thought Chris: anything and everything I've ever known as far as it as far as showers go. so I mean I yeah, I mean I I think we've Midthought Eric: You gotta dry that you can't go to bed wet. You gotta dry it up. Mid Thought Chris: No one likes a dry hole though, Ken. So er can Eric Morning or night Producer Mike: Huh making me work today. Mid Thought Chris: time shower. Let's throw it out in the group for all the people watching. We did No, they left around poop, thank you. Midthought Eric: Have all the have all the viewers. Mid Thought Jason: Ha ha! Midthought Eric: crap, where am I? Accidentally on this thing again. Mid Thought Jason: Yeah. Producer Mike: wait. My wife's coming. Mid Thought Chris: anyway Midthought Eric: To all the viewers out there, we appreciate your time. Mid Thought Chris: We do. They'll sign in eventually. Producer Mike: Yes. Mid Thought Chris: let's see. Jason, you brought up like one of the best questions that I think we've ever had here in the mid thought crisis that got really to the heart of you know, what plagues most modern day Americans. what what else are we gonna talk about today? Do you have any other topics that Midthought Eric: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: you'd like to bring up for for the edification of the group? Mid Thought Jason: Well, on the same vein as embarrassing, the... Mid Thought Chris: Are we talking about the bottom shelf vein or that's too much, I didn't want that. Nope. Mid Thought Jason: You're not that far off. Midthought Eric: There were no Yeah. Mid Thought Jason: Most embarrassing time where you were dumped Mid Thought Chris: yeah. Mid Thought Jason: or rejected. Mid Thought Chris: Too more. Midthought Eric: Mm. Mid Thought Jason: trying to court a lady or maintain the... No, it's Midthought Eric: Does it have to be a lady? Mid Thought Chris: P just Mid Thought Jason: 2026. Speak your truth, son, speak it. Producer Mike: Hey, twenty twenty dollars is twenty dollars. Midthought Eric: Ha ha ha. Mid Thought Jason: Yes. I could have said something, so I'm gonna have to mute myself. Mid Thought Chris: So good family show Midthought Eric: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: for all the families watching. Who's going first? Don't everybody jump at what W What was his name? Sorry, too much. Mid Thought Jason: So I can go first if that'll kinda... So Mike and I were getting hot and heavy. No. Producer Mike: Ha ha. What not not me? Mid Thought Chris: Whoa! How long have you known Midthought Eric: Mike for you two. Mid Thought Chris: each other? Producer Mike: So this is why we brought you on here today. Mid Thought Jason: I'm still a little pissed about this, but it's okay that he's on. I have forgiven him. I have moved on. Mid Thought Chris: Is this an intervention? It's a little new. Is this a little ni is it's a little fresh. Producer Mike: we lost Jason He'll be back in a a flash. Mid Thought Chris: Alright, and there he goes. Mid story. He'll be back up he'll be back on. Midthought Eric: It was too much. It was it was too much for him to handle. Mid Thought Chris: Eric, you're up next. Go ahead, buddy. Midthought Eric: I've never been rejected. Everybody has said yes. Easy. Easy peasy. Mid Thought Chris: lame. He's he's back. Producer Mike: Welcome back. Mid Thought Jason: Okay. Mid Thought Chris: Eric just Eric just Producer Mike: Wait, ch do we need to buy Jason Midthought Eric: Next question. Producer Mike: an extender? It worked for Eric. Mid Thought Chris: He Midthought Eric: Hey, it works for me. It works for me. Mid Thought Jason: Maybe. Probably. Probably. Mid Thought Chris: Jason, it's for your internet. I'm Mid Thought Jason: Yeah. I'm using the neighbors. I'm using the neighbors Wi Fi. Producer Mike: Well that too, yeah. Midthought Eric: I haven't been Producer Mike: What? Mid Thought Chris: on the neighbors internet Mid Thought Jason: No. so I was with this lady. we were dating for a couple of months. We decide, Mid Thought Chris: Mm. Mid Thought Jason: hey, let's go get some snow cones because that's fun to do. It's a nice summer day. Why not? Mid Thought Chris: How old were you? Mid Thought Jason: This was during college, before meeting Gina, not after. No, okay. this would be before. Before. we go there. Mid Thought Chris: College, okay. Is this before we met or after? Ooh, okay, okay. So BC got it. Mid Thought Jason: BC, yeah. And I pay Producer Mike: For Chris. For you listeners. Mid Thought Jason: for them. We Mid Thought Chris: Yeah. Mid Thought Jason: go off to the side. We're eating them and enjoying them. And the Mid Thought Chris: Whoa, timeout. What do you mean? Pay for them? Go off Midthought Eric: Go off to the side. Mid Thought Chris: to the side of what? Mid Thought Jason: So we're not in the way of the next people that that Midthought Eric: Around the outside. Mid Thought Jason: that want to order. Round the outside, round the outside. Yes. we finish Mid Thought Chris: okay, okay, okay. I gotcha. I'm just trying to visuali I'm trying to visualize. not what Eric said. just like stepping aside. Mid Thought Jason: we finish our snow cones. Midthought Eric: No, he went around the outside. Mid Thought Jason: It's great. And Mid Thought Chris: Okay, the snow cone. Mid Thought Jason: drops the bomb on me right there. So she strategically waited for me to buy the snow cones. We finish them. Mid Thought Chris: Did you buy the snow cones or did she? You bought the snow cones. Mid Thought Jason: And then you ax me after that. So what am I supposed? Mid Thought Chris: Why couldn't she have said, No, I got this one? Producer Mike: Gold digger. Sheesh. Mid Thought Jason: At the least. Midthought Eric: Hey, you was you dodged a bullet, man. You dodged a bullet. Producer Mike: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: So I I mean Mid Thought Jason: I think so. I think so. Midthought Eric: Couldn't have been too soon. Mid Thought Chris: if Okay, so she waited for you to buy the snow cones, you ate the snow cones, and then you know what Jason It's not you, it's me, but this blue raspberry was freaking delicious. Mid Thought Jason: I don't think this is working out. I think yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Producer Mike: It's not you. Thanks for Midthought Eric: As I as I choke on the snow cone. Producer Mike: the snow cones. Mid Thought Jason: As as she's talking to me with, you know, blue raspberry on her on her lips. I think you know Producer Mike: A blue tongue. Mid Thought Jason: ha so yeah. So Mid Thought Chris: all right. How long were you involved, as you would say? Mid Thought Jason: only a couple months, so this is not years and years. but enough Mid Thought Chris: Okay. Okay. So that's good. That's good. Midthought Eric: Yeah. Again, you dodged a bullet. Mid Thought Jason: to have it hurt, you know. Enough for me to look at snow cones and have a single tear come down my face. Not a snow cone, son of a Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: Yeah, yeah. Every time you see a snow cone now. Well, it could've been Midthought Eric: Blue raspberry. No s no blue raspberry for him Producer Mike: Air. Midthought Eric: ever again. Mid Thought Chris: Ever aga okay, do you remember the flavor that you were eating at the time? Producer Mike: Can you still taste it? Mid Thought Chris: Can you still taste the snow cone? That's Mid Thought Jason: I can s I can still taste it. It was rainbow! It was tropical punch! Midthought Eric: Hundred bucks. Yes. Producer Mike: Rainbow Unicorn. Midthought Eric: He he can only taste the tears. Mid Thought Chris: a great bang flavor actually. Anybody Mid Thought Jason: Yeah, yeah. Mid Thought Chris: drink those bang energy drinks? No? Midthought Eric: Bang is I th that's something else. Producer Mike: The only thing I bang is never mind. Mid Thought Chris: Crickets Crickets from from the audience here. they're Mid Thought Jason: I that might be meth. You might be drinking meth. Midthought Eric: Chris Myth. Chris wastes all of his bangs on snow cones or energy drinks. Mid Thought Chris: an energy drink there, clown, thank you. Producer Mike: I have had bang Midthought Eric: Fine. Producer Mike: before. Mid Thought Jason: I have had bang. Z Midthought Eric: But not in the energy drink version. Producer Mike: I bin I bang bang. Bang I bin. Midthought Eric: Y you went bang outside of the truck. Mid Thought Jason: I fought bang! I fight bang, Mid Thought Chris: Twice. Mid Thought Jason: yes, I fight bang. Me like bang. Bang good. Bang very good. Very very very good. Bang very very good. Producer Mike: Get bang bang. Bang bang. Bang bang. Bang good. Bang bang good. Bang good. Midthought Eric: Things that go bang. Mid Thought Chris: is out of control. I love it. this is this is exactly when I when Eric and Mid Thought Jason: S Bang bang bang the bang the bang is very good, bang. Mid Thought Chris: I got together and we said hey we want to start talking nonsense every week I this is kind of what I envisioned. Eric, I don't know about you, what you think? What did you envision, Midthought Eric: I it wasn't even this good as what I envisioned. This is way it exceeded my expectations. Mid Thought Chris: Eric? Midthought Eric: just you and me talking like idiots. And we we are talking like idiots, but there's four of us talking like idiots. Mid Thought Chris: This is this is still happening. This Mid Thought Jason: There's just more idiots now. More idiots, yes. Mid Thought Chris: is perfect. And we're live. Producer Mike: And relax. Midthought Eric: We were it was just me, I was the lone wolf, and then it was you and me, Phil. And now their f our whoop pack is increased to five. Mid Thought Chris: Perfect. who's up? producer Mike or Eric? What are you? Midthought Eric: I already shared my truth. I told my truth. Nobody's Well, that's neither here nor there. Producer Mike: He said he's never been rejected, but he forgot about our story. Just kidding. Or anywhere. Under there. Under where? Dang Midthought Eric: Ha ha Mid Thought Chris: Eric, I don't know if I believe Producer Mike: it. Mid Thought Chris: you, but producer Mike, you're up. Mmm. You street youths. Producer Mike: yeah, I have a story. When I was a street youth. Midthought Eric: You're still in your youth. Producer Mike: So I I had so I had my girlfriend at that time, which was Meg, my now wife, she had dumped me. She had dumped me for Mid Thought Chris: Mm Midthought Eric: Ooh. Mid Thought Jason: Ooh the plot thickens. Midthought Eric: She wanted to see if he'd come Producer Mike: a winter. Midthought Eric: back. W will he crawl back to me? It was a dark winter. Mid Thought Chris: A winter? Is she sitting right is Producer Mike: Yeah. For the winter. Yeah. It was like literally the winter. Mid Thought Chris: she sitting right in front of you right now? Okay, okay, okay. So you're you you're Jason. I mean you can say that you're all the way you're all the way in Kansas. I think you'd be a little bit Producer Mike: No, she is now upstairs. Sh so and she's not a listener. No, the kitchen is right there, so Midthought Eric: It was a dark winter. Mid Thought Jason: Where she belongs. A ha ha yes. Mid Thought Chris: more scared, like anyway, sorry, continue. Mid Thought Jason: Yeah. Producer Mike: You can tell a abused animal by how it it reacts to a hand raised. Mid Thought Chris: Yes, it's a great video. Midthought Eric: I I give you permission to speak. Mid Thought Chris: All right, continue. Producer Mike: Ca are you sure I can I can let me call Meg real quick and ask her Midthought Eric: In your native tongue. Producer Mike: if I can this is so unhinged. So the story. Mid Thought Chris: here for it. Continuum. Producer Mike: so I was trying to, you know, get back out there. You know, I had been dating after I Mid Thought Chris: After you got dumped. Producer Mike: got canned by my now wife, then girlfriend. Mid Thought Chris: No wife. Producer Mike: And so, you know, the the story is it ends well. But so I th I had met this girl Mid Thought Chris: Grateful. Midthought Eric: That's one of those is the juice really Producer Mike: at a summer camp. Midthought Eric: worth the squeeze? Producer Mike: What? Midthought Eric: Proceed. Mid Thought Chris: Ignore, ignore, ignore. Can we mute? There's a mute button here, right? Producer Mike: That was a juicy one. I can feel it running down my leg. So I had met this girl at a summer camp I volunteered at. I was in college at the time. And Mid Thought Chris: Ooh. College, okay. Producer Mike: s I thought we hit it off. I was like, this girl's into me. Like we talked a lot. Mid Thought Chris: She looked at you and smiled. That was it. Producer Mike: Yeah. And then she was like, I used Midthought Eric: The awkward smile. Producer Mike: to be a cheerleader and and she like did a backhand I was like, Can you do something? And she did like a backhand spring for me. Like, who does that? Midthought Eric: You're sold. Producer Mike: She was an enemy. But so then I'm like hardcore trying to, you know, go on a date with her. And so like Mid Thought Chris: What do you mean hardcore trying? Tell me more about that. Producer Mike: trying to f figure out how I can run into her outside of the kit Mid Thought Chris: Are you like you're out of the basketball court dribbling like you're like look at this, no look like what are you doing? What are you doing hardcore trying? Producer Mike: No, I I was I was showing off my tetherball skills like no other. Mid Thought Chris: I did not I Mid Thought Jason: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: I did not know where you were going when you initially started that. I Midthought Eric: He said showing off ball skills. Mid Thought Chris: I heard tet and I was like and it it ended it it ended well. Continue, sorry. Continue Producer Mike: Third ball. They both have balls. So, you know, after Midthought Eric: That's neither here nor there. Producer Mike: after camp ended, I was like, I got I I saw I got like got her number or I friended her on Facebook, naturally. So she was Mid Thought Chris: Ooh, naturally. Producer Mike: hosting a benefit concert for I think it was compassion. my internet's getting weird. For Compassion International. Mid Thought Chris: Mm. It's all good. Producer Mike: She was hosting a small indie rock concert and was asking for volunteers. Mid Thought Chris: Do you remember who was playing? Producer Mike: so this was back years ago. This was this was no, it was not. It was not Mid Thought Chris: Is it disciple? This is you and Eric a disciple and not knowing it? Midthought Eric: It it wasn't at five forks. Producer Mike: at Five Forks. This was at Otter Bine United Methodist Church in Greencastle. So they had Mid Thought Chris: Ooh, okay. Okay. Producer Mike: a am I still on? It's saying reconnect. Okay. Mid Thought Chris: You're still on, buddy, we got ya. Producer Mike: so Mid Thought Chris: You're a little blurry is fine. Producer Mike: There was a Midthought Eric: You need an extender. Producer Mike: I need an extender, I do. I thanks for reminding me. Carry on carry on my way. Mid Thought Chris: Carry on I would have one but Midthought Eric: Carry Mid Thought Chris: I threw it out. I threw it out. Midthought Eric: on, carry on. Producer Mike: I think I actually do have one in the closet. I just gotta put it in. we'll let that for an interpretation. So any anywho story. So Midthought Eric: As if nothing really matters. Mid Thought Chris: The extender from the bottom shelf or for the internet We'll leave that one to the imagination. At church. Midthought Eric: Either will work. Either will work. Mid Thought Jason: Mm-hmm. Producer Mike: it was it was a small band from Greencastle, Pennsylvania called Mid Thought Chris: Hmm. Producer Mike: Skyhawk Drive. That's a blast from the past. Anyone that was in Greencastle doesn't Midthought Eric: Mm. Producer Mike: Anybody not in Greencastle has no idea who they are, but I do. Mid Thought Chris: No clue. But it sounds like every other nineties, two thousands Christian band though, to be honest. A thousand percent. I could have told you that, yeah. Skyhawk. Producer Mike: It was like a punk rock Christian band, yeah. Yep. And y yeah. And so she was asking for volunteers Mid Thought Jason: Yep, yep. Midthought Eric: thousand foot crutch, basically. Producer Mike: Skyhawk Drive. Mid Thought Chris: Parkway Producer Mike: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: dri no, Parkway it wasn't Christian Moon. They're still around. Actually, continue. Producer Mike: Well now actually the lead singer does the music videos, the compositions for what is it, twenty one pilots? Something like that or whatever. Mid Thought Chris: Skyhawk Drive? Producer Mike: The lead singer of that band. Mid Thought Chris: Does what? Producer Mike: He does the music videos and compositions for I think it's Twenty One Pilots or no. He doesn't. Mid Thought Chris: Holy. The two guys that the Midthought Eric: So he doesn't sing. Mid Thought Chris: the one guy that sings and the other guy that plays the drums and then they hit loops the entire time. Sorry, that was too far. Midthought Eric: Ha ha ha. But Producer Mike: I might Midthought Eric: their videos are great. Producer Mike: I might be getting I Mid Thought Jason: Mm. Producer Mike: might be getting the band wrong, but anyway. Mid Thought Chris: No, I I I don't wanna hate 'cause they're Midthought Eric: And now I'm stressed out. Mid Thought Chris: Yeah, yeah. they're they're good. Like, don't get me wrong, they're good. I don't hate I'm not I'm not hating. Right, they're pretty big, yeah. Producer Mike: Yeah, they're great. Yeah, it's a it's a it's a pretty big band, but I don't think I'm getting Midthought Eric: Very catchy, catchy songs. Catchy songs. Producer Mike: the name the name right. I don't listen to them often. But anyhow anywho, so Mid Thought Chris: Yeah. They're good. They're not bad. Producer Mike: she's hosting this concert and she's asking for volunteers to help set up and tear down. And she's Mid Thought Chris: I know who the first one is. Producer Mike: and so I'm like, I'll come help you. I'm the knight in shining armor. So I can lift Mid Thought Chris: Sign me up, producer I am producer Mike. Look how s I can set up Midthought Eric: Look how strong I am. Mid Thought Jason: I'm strong, look at me. Producer Mike: Five chairs Midthought Eric: I picked things up and put them down. Producer Mike: I picked things up and bottomed down. I'll do it now for you. You date me So I I get there super early. It's like her, me, and like her mom. And I'm like, I'm here to help. Mid Thought Chris: Mm-hmm. Mid Thought Jason: The ideal situation the ideal situation. Producer Mike: And then so I Midthought Eric: Where are all these chairs? Producer Mike: don't want to get into too much of a story 'cause I've been going on for a while now, but and I want to hear your guys' stories. Mid Thought Chris: Here for it, bud. Midthought Eric: we've we've slowed you down a lot. Producer Mike: That's alright. Mid Thought Chris: Eric apparently doesn't have a story because he's perfect. So continue. You can take up his slot. You can take up Producer Mike: Yeah. He's only ever dated his wife. Saint Mid Thought Chris: Anyway, so you you're at this thing, it's just her and her mom. Producer Mike: Yeah. Yep. And so it's incredibly awkward and I'm Mid Thought Chris: Mm. Producer Mike: incredibly awkward because I'm not realizing how awkward it is. So it goes through, Mid Thought Chris: You're just oblivious. Producer Mike: I end up she's asking for well is there any other person that will sponsor a child tonight? I'm like, I'll sponsor a child and Midthought Eric: Fiddy dollar not doing that. Producer Mike: all all just to get her to go on a date with me and it ends up the night She sends me a the number of another girl says she thought you were cute. Sorry. Mid Thought Chris: No okay Mid Thought Jason: wow! What a plot twist! Dang! Producer Mike: Oof. Midthought Eric: That's a s that's a secondary hookup right there. Mid Thought Chris: I I would ask a follow up question and it would go a certain way if I didn't Midthought Eric: We're not doing that. Mid Thought Chris: I don't know if I will I'm not sure if I'm going to I won't do it Maurice I'm not going to do it Maurice Mid Thought Jason: Don't do that. Don't do it. Don't do not do it. Producer Mike: I ended up going I ended up going on a date with that girl. Mid Thought Chris: Shut up Mart What'd you say Midthought Eric: If there's doubt in your mind, you definitely should not do it. Mid Thought Chris: Eric or not Eric producer Mike Producer Mike: Yeah, if Chris is doubting it. Mid Thought Chris: producer yeah, producer Mike. Midthought Eric: He doesn't doubt much. Mid Thought Chris: Did you entertain that train of Ooh Producer Mike: So I did, but it was it was one of the most awkward dates of my entire life. She didn't lit literally said like two words, hi and bye. The Midthought Eric: Hi and bye. Producer Mike: entire the entire date. I was like, Mid Thought Chris: No. Producer Mike: But apparently she thought I was amazing and wanted to go on the second date. Yeah, I thought she Mid Thought Chris: She thought the date was amazing or you were amazing? Midthought Eric: You took your breath. Producer Mike: I thought she wasn't into me, you know, afterwards. Yeah. A pa apparently Midthought Eric: You took her breath away. She couldn't she couldn't talk. She sh couldn't breathe. Mid Thought Chris: So apparently Mid Thought Jason: That happens when you have both of your hands on their on Producer Mike: Yeah. Mid Thought Jason: their throat like this the whole time. Mid Thought Chris: What? Mid Thought Jason: It's hard for them to get a word in edgewise. Mid Thought Chris: Producer Mike. Midthought Eric: You should have said, I give you permission to speak. Sometimes Mid Thought Chris: Producer Mike, so Producer Mike: Yeah. Midthought Eric: that's all it takes. Mid Thought Chris: this was after you started Producer Mike: You can talk now. We're out of the kitchen. Mid Thought Chris: this was a so Meg had broken up with you once at this point or no? Producer Mike: So yeah, this was during the break. It was like from yeah. We were on a break! Mid Thought Chris: You were on a break. You were on a break. Midthought Eric: Broke up and then ha tried to have him hook up with somebody else. Mid Thought Chris: Eric, do you know what show that's from? Midthought Eric: Hm. Producer Mike: See, this is what I was talking about earlier. Mid Thought Chris: no. no. Midthought Eric: Mm. Mid Thought Chris: We were on a break, you don't know what that's from? Midthought Eric: yeah, friends. Producer Mike: Yeah, thank God. I was I was about to go to the closet again. Mid Thought Chris: thank God. Alright. jeez. I was about ready to I was about ready to like tear up our Midthought Eric: Sorry, I didn't know I had to be paying attention for a trivia question out of nowhere. Mid Thought Chris: it's not a trivia question. That's a pretty standard and you He's got Midthought Eric: And I got it, so move on. Producer Mike: Stop talking about it, guys. I know. Mid Thought Chris: a point. This is not Emperor's new groove. He he actually got it. Midthought Eric: That movie wasn't even that good. Producer Mike: I'm also good at Tetherball. Mid Thought Chris: Did what did you just say? Midthought Eric: That movie wasn't that good. I don't I don't get it. Producer Mike: Wait w wa, Emperors in the Groove? I Mid Thought Jason: Where do we go from here? where do we go from here? Yeah. Midthought Eric: We should have just watched Tropic Thunder. Mid Thought Chris: And that's all the time we have, I'm out of brain cells. Screw that guy. Producer Mike: s that's that's why he never had Midthought Eric: Wait, why did I get disconnected? Why is why is this screen black? Hello? Is anybody here? He's gone. Mid Thought Jason: Ha ha Producer Mike: Wait we hey guys, guys, quiet quiet Mid Thought Chris: Why why am I alone? Producer Mike: quiet. We don't want to scare away the listener. Midthought Eric: He's gone. Mid Thought Chris: No they're gone. Producer Mike: We got one. We got one. Mid Thought Chris: No they're gone. Don't get come back here. Producer Mike: Don't you get outta here dang it Mid Thought Jason: Real man. Producer Mike: Now you get back here, hell? Mid Thought Chris: Eric, you have no stories apparently, right? 'Cause you're perfect, right? Midthought Eric: Well I I I I did start dating Courtney in high school. Mid Thought Chris: Okay, tell me more. Midthought Eric: So there wasn't much Producer Mike: You high school sweethearts. Midthought Eric: there wasn't much before that. But what there was before that Mid Thought Chris: Do you have any embarrassing moments, Midthought Eric: what there was before that, yeah, I was hm nobody wanted to once they got a hold of me, they didn't want to me go. Midthought Eric: The almost secret wish. Mid Thought Jason: Lord keep me pure keep me pure today it's hard out here Midthought Eric: Yes. And then yes. And then Courtney Yep. Courtney got me and corrupted me and I never turned back since. Mid Thought Chris: Ding Mid Thought Jason: Yeah. Producer Mike: I gotcha. I missed it. Mid Thought Chris: I'm sure that's how that went. Mid Thought Jason: yeah Woo! Midthought Eric: I said, Well if you insist Producer Mike: He ri she ruined me for all other Midthought Eric: Yeah. Mid Thought Chris: I've been I've been Producer Mike: ruined me. Mid Thought Chris: delaying my story. I don't know really I could I could go a thousand different I could go a thousand Midthought Eric: Speak your truth. Speak your truth. Producer Mike: Yes. Yes, Queen. Yes. Mid Thought Chris: different directions and I don't know which one I'm gonna go. Mid Thought Jason: No braids, so braids. Midthought Eric: Believe believe all Chris's Producer Mike: Brave and beautiful. Mid Thought Chris: I don't know which direction I'm gonna go to be honest in this one. There's quite a few to choose from. No no no no no that's not what I meant. That's not what I'm Midthought Eric: you've had quite a checkered past. Wow. Producer Mike: We're not talking about positions. Midthought Eric: Whew. Mid Thought Chris: That's not what I meant. I meant the so it's similar to which one of you it JC, were you talking about like a two month kind of you know, prior to is Mid Thought Jason: Very brief. Yes. Mid Thought Chris: that was that the trajectory of most of your experiences prior to Gina? Like two months ish? Mid Thought Jason: well I did date I started dating somebody in high school and we Mid Thought Chris: Okay, okay. Mid Thought Jason: dated for a good three years actually and then once yeah Midthought Eric: Whoa. Mid Thought Chris: Holy, okay. Producer Mike: In high school. Mid Thought Jason: then once once college came you know it's kind of said let's kind of branch Mid Thought Chris: Poof. Mid Thought Jason: out try Producer Mike: Did you pass notes? That's also a good one. combine the two Mid Thought Jason: I always crap in the shower. Both things done at once. okay. Producer Mike: But that was not the question. Mid Thought Chris: So yeah, longest relationship prior to Lianne was probably about two months or so. and it was more often than not myself expressing interest. And then as soon as, you know, whoever they were figured out who I really was, they were like, all right, thanks, but no thanks, you're a nice guy, but that's kind of about it. So I think that's yeah, I don't really have too many exciting stories you know to share. It's kind of just the trajectory and then Midthought Eric: I know what you're saying. Mid Thought Chris: For some reason or another, Leanne felt bad enough. and she was like, You know what? I'll stick with ya. Midthought Eric: Hey, sometimes they get desperate too. Mid Thought Chris: And apparently she was, 'cause she stuck around. Midthought Eric: I just can't find anything better. Mid Thought Chris: Yeah. Midthought Eric: I keep waiting by the phone. Mid Thought Jason: She confided in me for a long Mid Thought Chris: I sh she could have she Mid Thought Jason: time.
