  And I'm flying solo this evening and I am obviously recording

  this show as opposed to live streaming it, you know.

  So pretty standard Thursday show in terms of format.

  However, I want to take this episode of the podcast to

  address some things about the show itself.

  And more specifically, I would like to address the possible

  future of the show. so, as many of you probably know by now, if

  Rumble or Odyssey, you know that the field reports YouTube

  YouTube channel received a second strike just one day after
• 1:51
  we got reinstated. On YouTube.

  Now if you recall the first strike I got was a bogus strike

  and it was for an interview that I did back in March of this
• 2:13
  year. With my good friend, Luke

  I've linked to that before. Correction not only is he a good

  friend? He is my best friend from

  childhood, I loved him dearly, I love Mike a brother and as I,

  you know, tldr on that strike basically, six months ago, I
• 2:47
  interviewed Luke. And he is a congressional
• 2:51
  staffer. He is a Communications Not a
• 2:58
  director but like an assistant to the communications director
• 3:02
  for a congressman. And so he does that and he's
• 3:08
  been there for about three years now.

  And so he was on the scene I believe when January 6 happened
• 3:23
  or and so I asked him his opinion on January 6, and Long
• 3:36
  story short. Just a fact I asked him about
• 3:39
  his opinion on January 6. that got him a, a Well know that it
• 3:48
  didn't affect him. It got my channel, a strike.

  Right, and it was a strike for election misinformation.

  The kicker of it is is I did that, I did that podcast back in
• 4:07
  March of this year, I pre-recorded it uploaded into
• 4:12
  YouTube and no problem whatsoever back in March when I
• 4:24
  uploaded it. It did Farrell well, as far as
• 4:29
  years ago, it didn't do great, but it did you?

  No did decent numbers. But, you know, it It didn't get
• 4:41
  much traction Beyond when it premiered, which is kind of how,
• 4:46
  you know, podcasts work. Not a lot of people unless
• 4:51
  they're looking for maybe a specific guest or something.

  Not a lot of people tend to, you know, go back and listen to
• 4:59
  super old episodes Beyond a few weeks, you know, of when they
• 5:05
  were posted or when they are, So that episode had been sitting
• 5:13
  there for a while and then on Thanksgiving day of this year,

  six months later, I am notified that.

  The video got a strike on it. Due to election information.

  Now, again. I only asked Luke his opinion
• 5:40
  about, you know, what happened with the 2012 election and not
• 5:47
  even that I I asked more about January 6 and we had a
• 5:52
  discussion about that in no way, did I?

  try to force upon him that I believe that the election was
• 6:03
  stolen or that I believe that was fraud and yet YouTube still
• 6:09
  struck down, The podcast but they didn't do it right away.

  When I uploaded it, they did it recently.

  They did it on Thanksgiving of this year even though that pod
• 6:24
  has been had been up for six months.

  Okay. So they struck the down the
• 6:31
  interview and we were taking off YouTube for a week. and, If

  you're subscribed on Odyssey, you know, we did a few shows
• 6:46
  exclusively here on I'd assume we're going to keep doing that

  because I received a second strike the day after my last

  broadcast, right? A cabana, and I asked about Ash

  and I talked about Twitter gate, that was my first show back on

  YouTube. tube this past Saturday the day after I got a strike a

  second strike on my. YouTube channel, but it wasn't
• 7:26
  for the Twitter gate video. And it wasn't for, you know, the
• 7:32
  Kanye West thing or anything like that.

  No no no it wasn't for any of that.

  Always enjoying them. The video that got me a, you
• 7:45
  know, a community guidelines strike was let me pull this up
• 7:52
  and you know, show you so this is my crater dashboard.

  For those of you watching, you can see this is my YouTube

  Creator dashboard. I have approximately 137
• 8:12
  subscribers on the channel. I have to community guidelines,
• 8:20
  strike active. And as you can see, there's a
• 8:24
  notification saying that my appeal Has been denied.

  Well again, let me go and show you guys what exactly it was
• 8:41
  that got me, you know, that strikes.
• 8:45
  So let's click on community guidelines strike here.

  So okay, so the first strike I got that didn't like how it was

  for, you know, my interview with Jack Jack Pierce.

  That was, that was a while ago, but didn't really do anything

  except, you know, they gave me a warning.

  However, you know, the strike they gave me on November 24th.

  That was for the conversation with Luke Nicholas.

  As I mentioned, you know, I just went into that the video that

  they struck. On December 4th.

  So just a few days ago was for a livestream.

  For the annual Independence Day livestream that I did, right?

  so, so that that video got struck.

  Now live stream. Got struck on December 4th.

  Now, keep in mind. What is a gentleman?

  That this video that got a strike or of this live stream

  rather. Was not from this year's Fourth
• 10:27
  of July special. it was for, The livestream special from 2021.

  That I did. So not this year's Fourth of
• 10:46
  July special, but last year's Fourth of July special.

  Think about that. Right?

  This live stream the 2021 Fourth of July live stream.

  Was up for. Over a over a year.

  Right. Again it did great in 2021 as
• 11:20
  far as views go. But you know, after 2022.

  It never like God any views, right?

  And yet they decided to issue the strike on December 4th.

  And I peeled it, I peeled on December.

  I appealed at the same day and it got a strike, it got
• 11:55
  repealed, my appeal got rejected on December 5th.

  Now, what's interesting about the Fourth of July, Of July live

  stream. And Technically, I actually did
• 12:12
  the show on December 3rd because that was a Saturday, so that was
• 12:18
  when I did the show and I went back and listened to that
• 12:22
  episode and no point. In the episode, did I ever bring
• 12:32
  up the notion of election fraud or something?

  With the exception of, I believe, looking wasn't in Back
• 12:45
  to the audio evil Eric who is a regular, you know, chat member,
• 12:54
  he participates in the chat in the chat so often he made a
• 13:00
  comment about the election being stolen.

  And I made a sarcastic comment saying, oh no evil.

  Eric, you know, the election clearly wasn't stolen, you know?

  We know that there was lots of Integrity, right?

  So in the video I you know, I didn't I had the notion of

  election fraud, you know, on the YouTube stream, right?
• 13:35
  And yeah, I might have been being sarcastic.

  Right, but that's kind my whole point.
• 13:45
  If If YouTube's algorithm can somehow detect like sarcasm.

  Which I don't think it's smart enough to do, but if it is, then

  a lot of channels are fucked. If sarcasm is now against
• 14:09
  Community guidelines on YouTube. So, why am I bringing this up?

  Well, because we won't be able to live stream on the YouTube
• 14:25
  channel for the next two weeks. Which means that which means
• 14:34
  more specifically that lots of my, you know, YouTube
• 14:40
  subscribers are going to be missing out on, you know,
• 14:45
  content. And if you're not following me
• 14:47
  on alternative channels like Odyssey or rumble or Spotify,
• 14:54
  right? Spotify is the big one.

  I push because you can get both Big Audio and Video on there and

  that's where I mostly. Monetized.

  You know, there's a reason why push Spotify a lot and In
• 15:13
  addition to monetization this is one of the reasons why yeah it's
• 15:18
  not interactive like you know YouTube is it's a you know it's
• 15:25
  where my mostly archive is I would say that's also why take
• 15:29
  the time to upload so many shows to Spotify I'm going to do that
• 15:34
  for rumble to and continue to do that for Odyssey. but judging
• 15:43
  the way YouTube's nacked in with striking one video after
• 15:49
  another, I am hoping to God, of course, that once this, you
• 15:56
  know, once I get back on YouTube, which should be more
• 16:00
  towards the end of You know, December, it'll be close to
• 16:05
  Christmas when I get the, you know, YouTube channel back
• 16:09
  right? But they could pull an apex can
• 16:15
  on me and do what they did to his channel, and give me another
• 16:19
  strike well and suspension it. And if I get, if I get three
• 16:23
  strikes within 90 days Then. The channel is fucked.

  Right? The way fieldsports channel is
• 16:39
  done. At least this one and yeah, I
• 16:44
  know, I could start another one. but, Why?

  Because I would have to start over from scratch.

  And it would be really, you know, for all, I know they're

  going to lock my YouTube account from creating another Channel or

  something like that. I don't know.

  Quite how that goes because prior to, like, I've never been

  in danger of actually losing a channel before.

  That's the crazy thing, I'm a little Surprised.

  It's taken them this long to come after me, but at the same

  time, you know, I don't know why having a completely banned

  channels. Like so I don't know if I'll be

  able to create another YouTube channel or not, So, you know,

  that's really why I'm pushing Odyssey and Spotify especially

  and you know, Rumble to if you guys can support me over there.

  and, you know, this isn't a woe is me type show, you know, the

  show itself is still Good. It's still solid.

  I'm still enjoying the you know the conversation we're having as

  far as content goes like I'm really enjoying the show, we had

  great guess this year it's been a blast.

  Having a coma on as a third co-host in addition to Apex and

  I it's great having a shazz a guest co-host.

  And it's been great having, you know, guests on this year, like

  mr. Vickers and like Max sand and,

  you know, like Luke to you know, even though his Chow.

  Unfortunately got bad band off of YouTube.

  It's still up there on Rumble if you want to watch it.

  So is the Fourth of July stream from 2021 if you want to watch

  that, I believe that. So on the off chance that we get

  three strikes I don't know if I'm going to story uh you know

  another YouTube channel honestly.

  I'm You know, I'm tempted to say, if if this gets a third

  strike. Well then I'll just abandon

  posting content on YouTube all together, and I'll probably

  cancel my YouTube premium subscription as well because You
• 19:45
  know, why bother then YouTube doesn't want me around.

  So, you know, if they, if they take down the channel then why
• 19:55
  am I going to go back to a platform that hates me.

  That's kind of my perspective on it.

  Yeah, I know the all, I know the alternative platforms, take a
• 20:07
  lot longer to, you know, build an audience on because we're all
• 20:12
  so used to, you know, going on to YouTube for Angers me include
• 20:16
  it, right? I'm not like faulting anyone for
• 20:20
  going on YouTube by default. We've all been trained to do it.

  But you know, at that point I'll probably just say fuck.

  I mean, let's be honest, I've been having the channel for
• 20:35
  like, you know, I've had this channel for like four years
• 20:41
  almost And I'm not talking at the podcast, I'm talking about
• 20:48
  that, you know, the YouTube channel specifically I've had
• 20:51
  the the YouTube channel for four years, it's taken me forever to
• 20:57
  get to 830 subscriber fibers. I'm not eligible for
• 21:05
  monetization and given the fact that they've give me two
• 21:11
  communities strikes, I'm not even going to be eligible, you
• 21:14
  know, to apply until those strikes go away.
• 21:18
  Even if I were to get like a thousand subscribers overnight,
• 21:23
  let's say I couldn't do anything, you know, with with
• 21:29
  that for a while. So you know I'm eligible to
• 21:33
  monetize on Odyssey. I'm eligible to monetize on
• 21:40
  Rumble to however I don't know how that works and I'm already
• 21:44
  partially monetized on Rumble as well.
• 21:51
  And so, you know, I'm going to focus on the platforms where I,
• 21:56
  where I already have an audience and building those up.

  Yeah. It's going to take, you know, a

  longer time for me to do that, but at least I'll be good to go

  on those and the other thing and I'll go into more detail on this

  towards the end of the year. But I am going to be.

  I am going to be posting more content regularly in 2023.

  Trying to do, regular shows on Tuesdays and Thursdays. even if
