- 4:12Speaker 5: It's a great name.
- 4:12Speaker 8: It is.
- 4:15Speaker 3: The first time you've heard it, Yeah, like out loud,
- 4:17Speaker 3: I think you've heard the name Richard.
- 4:22Speaker 7: It sounds like somebody who Matt would get trolled by
- 4:25Speaker 7: on the internet, like he would believe the.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Oh for sure, Richard Johnson is the guy that Yeah,
- 4:32Speaker 3: I always get for.
- 4:33Speaker 8: Richard Johnson every single time. This tweet and this is real.
- 4:39Speaker 4: No last time I caught myself, but like after I
- 4:42Speaker 4: hit the sin button, the screenshot of tweets like is
- 4:45Speaker 4: this real? And I was like, oh, shoot, I've missed up.
- 4:47Speaker 8: That's Richard Johnson.
- 4:49Speaker 3: I didn't look at the name, not bad caught it
- 4:51Speaker 3: credits myself.
- 4:53Speaker 5: Huh are you arguing on Twitter?
- 4:55Speaker 3: I don't argue.
- 4:56Speaker 8: He just gets got.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Where do you think I get my material?
- 4:59Speaker 6: Rich Johnson, the Tennessee guy. It's like making up news
- 5:03Speaker 6: and stuff. Yeah, yeah, okay, I'm pretty sure Sts put
- 5:08Speaker 6: up multiple articles like that were.
- 5:09Speaker 5: Like freaking news.
- 5:10Speaker 8: It was Richard Johnson's Richard.
- 5:12Speaker 6: Johnson Stone cold see Boston coaching, Tennessee's defense Stone.
- 5:17Speaker 5: That's not real.
- 5:18Speaker 7: Well, I mean the rock Matt one time got on
- 5:21Speaker 7: here and said that Drew Brees said that Spencer Rattler
- 5:24Speaker 7: was the heart.
- 5:25Speaker 8: Of New Orleans.
- 5:30Speaker 3: And he was for a moment in time at the time,
- 5:35Speaker 3: That's how I was feeling.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Yeah, somebody else said it, and that was how I felt,
- 5:41Speaker 4: and I confirmed it with nobody been there, brother.
- 5:47Speaker 6: That happened me a couple of times in like the
- 5:49Speaker 6: LISN chat, And that's the worst place to do that
- 5:51Speaker 6: at Like you'll see this, like, please don't ever say
- 5:54Speaker 6: anything in this chat again.
- 5:57Speaker 4: But honestly, how do you tell a lot of times well,
- 6:00Speaker 4: unless it's Richard Johnson outside.
- 6:02Speaker 6: Of that, yeah, I think you have to put on
- 6:04Speaker 6: Twitter night. It's a parody account. Somebody that's lost multiple accounts.
- 6:09Speaker 5: I think that is what you have to do.
- 6:12Speaker 6: Tell us why that first one is not I thought
- 6:14Speaker 6: it was so funny at the time, and and now
- 6:16Speaker 6: I'm like forty and I'm like, that is I mean
- 6:17Speaker 6: I was thirty seven then, so it wasn't really like
- 6:19Speaker 6: I was less. I should have been more mature. I
- 6:22Speaker 6: made an April joke about, uh, Kirby smart sex tape.
- 6:30Speaker 3: It was gone.
- 6:32Speaker 6: I just thought it'd be really and I sizer on
- 6:35Speaker 6: or off, okay, that the details were not thought through yet.
- 6:38Speaker 5: That was gonna be for my second post, but I
- 6:40Speaker 5: never got a chance to. It's a lot of you.
- 6:42Speaker 4: So you set it into the microphone, but you said
- 6:44Speaker 4: it softer like you Maybe just don't say to the
- 6:47Speaker 4: microphone if you don't want people to hear you. What happened,
- 6:51Speaker 4: Kirby Smart sex tape?
- 6:53Speaker 3: Just hand clip it? Clip it?
- 6:56Speaker 5: Yeah, it was really dumb, really dumb.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Oh nice little screen, Yeah, you getting fancy with it?
- 7:02Speaker 5: That's nice. Luke's head.
- 7:07Speaker 3: There you go, there is that's the team.
- 7:10Speaker 8: Can you see mine?
- 7:12Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 7:12Speaker 8: Yeah, but I look it doesn't look like.
- 7:16Speaker 3: I think happy birthdays in order.
- 7:18Speaker 5: Oh oh, this is waterfall.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Just I threw that to you. Oh yeah, sure, we

- 7:28Speaker 8: She's birthday, Pepper.
- 7:30Speaker 5: No, no, don't you your dog? What's his name?
- 7:34Speaker 6: Bruce Tuffing Centerson's. It's it's like a nineteen seventies porn
- 7:38Speaker 6: star name Steel Steele, Steel Dickinson is he's invited to.
- 7:47Speaker 6: It's Pepper's birthday.
- 7:48Speaker 3: She is six.
- 7:50Speaker 5: So yeah, pretty big day for the house.
- 7:52Speaker 3: What kind of dog is Pepper?
- 7:53Speaker 6: She's a quirky so oh yeah, yeah. We fought them dogs.
- 7:58Speaker 6: You know, think the size of the five dogs we
- 8:02Speaker 6: fought our dogs. Ought to make a little money on
- 8:05Speaker 6: the side. I took this picture yesterday, the throwing the
- 8:08Speaker 6: baseballs around for him.
- 8:09Speaker 3: That dog would is that? Oh my god?
- 8:12Speaker 5: Yeah's huge.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Got a lot of slobbery there.
- 8:14Speaker 5: It was hot outside, blood glood. I don't that's a
- 8:20Speaker 5: big dog.
- 8:21Speaker 3: They know you are on one.
- 8:24Speaker 6: I did. I should go to the gym every morning.
- 8:27Speaker 6: It's not helping my body, but the mental is like,
- 8:30Speaker 6: I I mean, I feel great.
- 8:32Speaker 3: You don't even need the cafe. I tried to tell
- 8:33Speaker 3: you know, I did.
- 8:35Speaker 5: Everyone dies. I was like, it's energy in It's great.
- 8:37Speaker 6: Yeah, not tire gave ct you think so, thanks Brexton,
- 8:42Speaker 6: I hope I appreciate you saying that.
- 8:44Speaker 3: He just he just basically said you got brain damage.
- 8:46Speaker 8: Yeah he did.
- 8:47Speaker 5: It's really messed up.
- 8:49Speaker 8: But you don't. You're normally like that.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Yeah, this is just who I am, right, So that's
- 8:53Speaker 3: how God made me mysterious.
- 8:55Speaker 5: Mysterious. Yeah, I don't. I don't think there's a lot
- 8:57Speaker 5: of mistress tell.
- 8:58Speaker 8: Everything actually, but also I knew less about you.
- 9:04Speaker 5: I think most people do. I wish I did. That's
- 9:07Speaker 5: part about losing that Twitter account. Way too many things.
- 9:10Speaker 3: I said, Well, at least you have good footwear today.
- 9:12Speaker 3: You got white crocs on. That sucks. That is tough,
- 9:16Speaker 3: but you put them on, like yeah, and then you
- 9:18Speaker 3: got the shows.
- 9:20Speaker 5: Okay, everyone has those rights. Weigh in on us. Yeah,
- 9:25Speaker 5: what are you doing with the crocs? What's a croc game?
- 9:26Speaker 5: Like at the house?
- 9:27Speaker 3: But you got white crocs?
- 9:29Speaker 5: Yeah for a formal wear. It's casual Friday. But let's
- 9:32Speaker 5: not kid ourselves.
- 9:33Speaker 3: Guys.
- 9:34Speaker 6: If I'm going to a wedding, I'm wearing my white crocs.
- 9:36Speaker 6: Did you work out on the crocs? No?
- 9:38Speaker 4: You texted Launch this morning at like six point thirty
- 9:41Speaker 4: and you said I forgot to change my crocs.
- 9:44Speaker 5: Yeah, I was.
- 9:44Speaker 6: Now, to be very clear, I do have multiple pairs
- 9:47Speaker 6: of crocs, but I was going to change out of
- 9:49Speaker 6: the crocs, not into another pair of crocs, but into
- 9:53Speaker 6: a pair of normal shoes like YESTERD.
- 9:54Speaker 3: Do you think that's proper footwear for the workplace?
- 9:56Speaker 5: Not at all.
- 9:57Speaker 6: And I really wish you didn't bring it up. I'm
- 10:00Speaker 6: pretty sure there's one person that's gonna be really mad
- 10:02Speaker 6: about it.
- 10:02Speaker 5: Cassie.
- 10:04Speaker 3: She hates tough.
- 10:06Speaker 5: She's tough.
- 10:06Speaker 3: She's tough on the dress code she is. She's an enforcer.
- 10:11Speaker 3: That's what they call her, Cassie.
- 10:13Speaker 5: Enforcer.
- 10:16Speaker 6: Cassie is planning a wedding much like me, and her
- 10:21Speaker 6: wedding is in May of twenty twenty seven. She's almost
- 10:23Speaker 6: done with everything, almost everything. I haven't picked out a tux,
- 10:28Speaker 6: I haven't picked out which crocs I want to wear.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Is less than a year aware.
- 10:31Speaker 8: We don't have a tux.
- 10:32Speaker 5: No, I haven't figured it out yet.
- 10:35Speaker 8: You know it's almost right?
- 10:38Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 10:38Speaker 8: That are you waiting?
- 10:40Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 10:40Speaker 5: I'm gonna lose the rest.
- 10:41Speaker 8: Yeah, I mean.
- 10:45Speaker 3: I don't want to.
- 10:47Speaker 6: I really wanted to give myself at least eight months
- 10:50Speaker 6: to see where we'd be at. It turns out it's
- 10:52Speaker 6: the exact same as January.
- 10:53Speaker 3: So hey, I just want you to know, well, I
- 10:57Speaker 3: know that we are you confident? Ris? Yeah, there is
- 11:03Speaker 3: somebody in the chat that just said I'm going to
- 11:07Speaker 3: say it. I like Marler, Oh is it?
- 11:09Speaker 8: The mean said a lot? He even said a lot.
- 11:12Speaker 5: Oh why did why did you leave that part out? Jerk?
- 11:15Speaker 3: Well, I didn't want to get I didn't want you
- 11:16Speaker 3: to get too yeah confident.
- 11:19Speaker 5: You imagine if I was confident.
- 11:20Speaker 3: I don't want you to be over confident. Chris.
- 11:22Speaker 5: I'm sure somebody would ruin that for me immediately after.
- 11:25Speaker 8: But talk about the pimple.
- 11:27Speaker 3: It's so big a blemish it is.
- 11:31Speaker 5: It's actually Ai.
- 11:34Speaker 8: Can we talk about the minute before the show when
- 11:36Speaker 8: you were.
- 11:36Speaker 4: Like this thing and we were both like, it's okay
- 11:42Speaker 4: because like there's not bright lights in the studio, that
- 11:45Speaker 4: no shine right on the forehead.
- 11:47Speaker 5: Yeah, it's not good.
- 11:48Speaker 4: You put the hat on five different times in the
- 11:51Speaker 4: last two minutes before the show.
- 11:53Speaker 6: It made my face look even less proportionate to my body.
- 11:56Speaker 6: This is already an issue.
- 11:57Speaker 3: I thought it kind of made you look cool.
- 11:59Speaker 6: Shut up, I'll put on the helmet here in a minute.
- 12:02Speaker 6: I'm doing the whole show with a helmet on.
- 12:05Speaker 4: Well, right now, there's a lot of people with helmets on,
- 12:07Speaker 4: you know what. And there's one guy with a helmet
- 12:13Speaker 4: that got paid a lot of money. Yeah, and we're
- 12:15Speaker 4: gonna talk about that today. We got a big show
- 12:17Speaker 4: for you. It's Friday. I would assume that today's show,
- 12:20Speaker 4: just like the opener here, is gonna get a little
- 12:23Speaker 4: bit weird, gonna get a little bit crazy. We're still
- 12:26Speaker 4: in talking season, but there's a lot of deals going on,
- 12:29Speaker 4: uh in the NFL, A lot of people signing contracts,
- 12:31Speaker 4: a lot of people getting paid big bucks, including one
- 12:35Speaker 4: individual player for your New Orleans Saints. There's also a
- 12:39Speaker 4: pretty big time player in the NFL. It's not getting
- 12:41Speaker 4: paid the big bucks, and he's a little bit te
- 12:44Speaker 4: oed about it.
- 12:46Speaker 6: Can I tell you something that's gonna brighten your day.
- 12:48Speaker 6: It's gonna brighten everyone's say, except Braxton because he was
- 12:50Speaker 6: a jerk earlier.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Thanks, you're welcome. That was good. Thanks.
- 12:59Speaker 6: Today is July thirty first, guys, Yeah, a July thirty first.
- 13:05Speaker 6: It is the last month without football until March of
- 13:10Speaker 6: twenty twenty seven. Tomorrow we're gonna wake up in a
- 13:13Speaker 6: world and we're gonna have football on the horizon. Hallelujah, hollylujah.
- 13:20Speaker 5: Yeah all right, yeah sure.
- 13:22Speaker 3: I think is this the week that you can say
- 13:25Speaker 3: this is the last like Monday that will go with.
- 13:29Speaker 5: I fired off one of those weekday in Boston.
- 13:31Speaker 6: I was like, oh, it's the last Sunday without football
- 13:35Speaker 6: under her blue moon. And within seconds people were like,
- 13:39Speaker 6: uh no, it's not idiot, it's there's plentytty Sure.
- 13:43Speaker 3: People did that last year too, and they're like, no, no,
- 13:46Speaker 3: there's gonna be plenty more.
- 13:47Speaker 8: Maybe we should every year rage bait people so we
- 13:49Speaker 8: get the engagement. Anyway, I do like the.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Gold ye yeah, yep, yeah, this is the last Monday.
- 13:58Speaker 8: This is the last Monday that.
- 14:01Speaker 3: We're gonna go without seeing football forever. Yeah. It's exciting
- 14:07Speaker 3: that we are.
- 14:08Speaker 4: I mean, we are in full blown football season now,
- 14:11Speaker 4: so there are people that are actually playing football on
- 14:13Speaker 4: a field. We got Tyler Shuck throwing touchdowns to first
- 14:17Speaker 4: round draft picks for the Saints.
- 14:20Speaker 3: It's not a big deal.
- 14:22Speaker 4: So we got a lot to talk about today, a
- 14:24Speaker 4: lot of NFL news I mean, I guess we got
- 14:26Speaker 4: some college news. We're gonna we're gonna skirt around the
- 14:29Speaker 4: sec a little bit. We're gonna talk about top impact
- 14:33Speaker 4: players today that aren't quarterbacks, which obviously quarterback by far
- 14:38Speaker 4: the most impactful and coolest and most handsome for sure. Athletics. Haircuts,
- 14:43Speaker 4: best haircuts. So we've got a great show for you today.
- 14:46Speaker 4: So stick with us all morning long on this beautiful,
- 14:50Speaker 4: beautiful Friday. So stick with us right here and not
- 14:52Speaker 4: off the match, off the bench.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Are gonna Golf Coast office products. Golf Coast office products.
- 14:59Speaker 3: You know it's g yeah, you know me, that's what
- 15:03Speaker 3: I'm talking about.
- 15:04Speaker 4: Louisiana's leader when it comes to that office technology and
- 15:06Speaker 4: what technology, well, we're talking about copiers, scanners, printers, you
- 15:11Speaker 4: name it. They got the best technology around. They're sending technology,
- 15:14Speaker 4: are sending all these copiers of scanners. They're sending them
- 15:16Speaker 4: all over the country, left coast to the right, coast,
- 15:19Speaker 4: top to bottom.
- 15:20Speaker 3: But guess what they are Louisiana Borne Company.
- 15:21Speaker 4: Trade Bill started this company many years ago and they
- 15:24Speaker 4: got four offices in Louisiana and they were the proud partners.
- 15:29Speaker 3: With the Saints. The Tigers, Staccaguans, Repelicans.
- 15:34Speaker 4: They are proud parties with all of them because they
- 15:36Speaker 4: do things the right way. They do things that Louisiana way,
- 15:39Speaker 4: So go check them out. We know, in this world
- 15:41Speaker 4: of digital, when you got PDFs, you got word documents
- 15:44Speaker 4: flying around, paper trail is still the thing that matter,
- 15:47Speaker 4: that is the lifeline of your business. So when that
- 15:49Speaker 4: technology does go down, you want an award winning service
- 15:52Speaker 4: team that they have over there to get you back
- 15:53Speaker 4: up running fastest, gcopnet, dot.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Com, Tiger's turn Talkers. This is off the bench.
- 16:17Speaker 4: Clash clash clash, all right, welcome back here too, off
- 16:34Speaker 4: the bench, laugh and the raising Canes Studio.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Why are you okay?
- 16:43Speaker 4: All right, I'm listening to I'm listening to the song,
- 16:47Speaker 4: and I said, I was gonna try to guess what
- 16:49Speaker 4: the theme is based on one song.
- 16:50Speaker 8: Okay, I don't know if I have one.
- 16:53Speaker 3: Yeah, So based on this, I don't know.
- 16:58Speaker 8: Yeah, I guess we get like Friday.
- 17:00Speaker 3: Friday, fancy Friday.
- 17:02Speaker 8: Guys, I don't know it.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Friday, Freaky Friday.
- 17:05Speaker 6: I like Freaky Friday, not the vibe I got you
- 17:08Speaker 6: playing Kanye, But I mean, did you see the low
- 17:12Speaker 6: board in town.
- 17:13Speaker 8: Yeah, stop the hate.
- 17:14Speaker 5: No yay concert?
- 17:18Speaker 3: Where what concert?
- 17:19Speaker 5: Like there's a black and white billboards, it's like, yay.
- 17:22Speaker 8: Is he going to be in New Orleans?
- 17:23Speaker 5: Yeah, like August twenty eight or something super Dome.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Do you pronounce it yay or yee?
- 17:29Speaker 8: I think it's yay.
- 17:31Speaker 5: Is it Kanye or Kanye?
- 17:33Speaker 3: Well, I mean you could say that for a lot
- 17:35Speaker 3: of abbreviated.
- 17:35Speaker 5: It's Kanye Jameson.
- 17:41Speaker 3: Is it it's Yayakers and Richard? You know what I mean?
- 17:47Speaker 3: It's yay. It's yeah, that's how spelled yay.
- 17:52Speaker 5: I saw him at Bonnaru two thousand and eight.
- 17:54Speaker 7: It was I.
- 17:56Speaker 8: Events just decided that I'm buying tickets to go see
- 17:59Speaker 8: him in this. Yeah.
- 18:00Speaker 4: I saw that yesterday and I thought about you because
- 18:02Speaker 4: it was very very plain billboard on purpose obviously, Yeah,
- 18:06Speaker 4: just says.
- 18:07Speaker 3: Yea, why.
- 18:10Speaker 5: Uh tickets only one percent? That it's Portugal?
- 18:15Speaker 3: Why is he in Portugal?
- 18:18Speaker 6: But he's in Portugal right now or next? I don't
- 18:21Speaker 6: know the world because kickets aren't even that upper deck
- 18:26Speaker 6: one not that bad, that lower lower bowl four hundred
- 18:30Speaker 6: dollars for Kanye.
- 18:32Speaker 4: That's I recently looked at tickets to take my family
- 18:37Speaker 4: to see Forrest Frank.
- 18:39Speaker 8: Huh, yeah, because loves him, loves Yeah, we're gonna yeah.
- 18:44Speaker 3: Yeah, he's awesome, It's incredible. We love his music.
- 18:47Speaker 4: He's very frequent on the Flynn family dance parties. Yeah,
- 18:53Speaker 4: they were more expensive than that.
- 18:54Speaker 5: Way more Really, you were saying that six hundred piece right.
- 18:58Speaker 6: Now?
- 18:58Speaker 3: Maybe we were.
- 18:59Speaker 4: And I looked at like like five or six different
- 19:01Speaker 4: cities because we were just gonna, like we were trying
- 19:02Speaker 4: to play a summer trip.
- 19:03Speaker 3: We were like, we'll just go base it around a
- 19:05Speaker 3: concert and we want to take him there. But anyway,
- 19:08Speaker 3: I hope they're not listening. We didn't go. They're a
- 19:12Speaker 3: little expensive.
- 19:13Speaker 6: I feel like Kanye came to Atlanta not long ago,
- 19:16Speaker 6: and the tickets for like one thousand dollars. Like I thought,
- 19:18Speaker 6: I was like, I'm not maybe not Beyonce prices, but
- 19:21Speaker 6: like not far off.
- 19:21Speaker 8: I'm texting my brother and sister right now, like, so.
- 19:25Speaker 4: Are we we're good now with Kanye? Like he's well,
- 19:29Speaker 4: he's off the he's good though. Huh, he's off the
- 19:33Speaker 4: crazy trade.
- 19:33Speaker 5: Though I don't think that. I think he's still very
- 19:35Speaker 5: much on the crazy I think he so.
- 19:37Speaker 8: He had like rented or not rented. He bought out
- 19:41Speaker 8: like a full page ad in what magazine was it?
- 19:45Speaker 2: He bought out a magazine, like an ad on a
- 19:47Speaker 2: magazine and wrote an apology to everybody and was saying, like,
- 19:51Speaker 2: I know that I was messed up, blah blah blah,
- 19:53Speaker 2: but I truly believe like he had a traumatic brain injury,
- 19:56Speaker 2: like he was in a really bad remember.
- 19:58Speaker 8: Through the Wire, like No two thousand and two though, Yeah,
- 20:00Speaker 8: but that changes you forever.
- 20:02Speaker 3: That's fair.
- 20:03Speaker 5: I mean we were talking about saying it was pretty
- 20:07Speaker 5: pretty bad.
- 20:07Speaker 8: It's pretty crazy.
- 20:08Speaker 4: Yeah, pretty convenient that it it all happened after the
- 20:13Speaker 4: car accident that he told us about twenty years later.
- 20:16Speaker 6: I mean, it was very significantly like after that, like
- 20:18Speaker 6: like when he had the car accident, he did through
- 20:20Speaker 6: the Wire, and that's like when he like kind of peeked,
- 20:22Speaker 6: not peaked, but like I think he peaked in probably
- 20:26Speaker 6: two thousand and seven when this album came out Graduation.
- 20:32Speaker 3: No Idea.
- 20:32Speaker 8: I would say, like gold Digger that.
- 20:34Speaker 6: Was before, Yeah, that was the album before and then
- 20:36Speaker 6: I think, I mean he had the one with jay
- 20:39Speaker 6: Z that came out in twenty eleven, twenty ten, that
- 20:42Speaker 6: was pretty pretty massive as well. But after that, I
- 20:45Speaker 6: mean he's had like banger after banger after banger. But
- 20:49Speaker 6: the last couple of years when he started well dating
- 20:51Speaker 6: the Kardashian.
- 20:52Speaker 3: Yeah, he's going to be in the Superdown.
- 20:54Speaker 4: Yeah, and there's somebody else that's going to be in
- 20:55Speaker 4: the Superdown this year, and somebody else is going to
- 20:57Speaker 4: be making a lot of money.
- 20:58Speaker 3: Love it. It was, mister Crystal. That's a lot of it.
- 21:01Speaker 3: We did it. We finally did it.
- 21:03Speaker 4: Months and months and months of speculation questioning when's it
- 21:06Speaker 4: gonna get done. I don't know if anybody was ever
- 21:08Speaker 4: really nervous about the contract getting done between the Saints
- 21:11Speaker 4: and Chrystal Laveae. But finally we can put it to
- 21:14Speaker 4: rest now because he got paid, paid, paid, paid, four years,
- 21:19Speaker 4: one hundred and thirty two million dollar contract, ninety million
- 21:23Speaker 4: of that completely guaranteed. That's so pretty much no matter
- 21:28Speaker 4: what happens out. I know, I was texting with Nick
- 21:30Speaker 4: Underhill a little bit. He's trying to find like all
- 21:32Speaker 4: the minute details of the contract because you know, it'd
- 21:35Speaker 4: be like pre existing. I know he's had a little
- 21:38Speaker 4: bit of his history of everybody knows about the Blood
- 21:40Speaker 4: clots and different soft tissue and concussions. So is there
- 21:44Speaker 4: any language in there that protects the organization from that.
- 21:47Speaker 4: I doubt it. That's probably where a lot of the
- 21:49Speaker 4: hangup was or why this took so long. But he
- 21:53Speaker 4: gets his contract, He gets the number that I think
- 21:55Speaker 4: that everybody can be happy with, thirty three million per year,
- 22:00Speaker 4: which is going to make him the sixth highest paid
- 22:03Speaker 4: wide receiver in the NFL per year. Wide receivers in
- 22:09Speaker 4: front of him, C. D. Lamb will be making thirty
- 22:12Speaker 4: four million dollars, justin Jefferson thirty five, Drake London a
- 22:16Speaker 4: little bit over thirty five, Jamar Chase forty million, and
- 22:20Speaker 4: Jackson Smith Dijigma is making forty two million just over.
- 22:25Speaker 4: So he is the sixth highest paid wide receiver in
- 22:27Speaker 4: the NFL right now, and certainly statistics this past year
- 22:30Speaker 4: he had his best season of the year.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Statistics is past year justified this.
- 22:36Speaker 4: They really did under receptions eleven hundred and sixty three yards,
- 22:39Speaker 4: nine touchdowns, second team All Pro selection.
- 22:42Speaker 6: He was top eight in all three of those touchdowns,
- 22:44Speaker 6: receiving yards and receptions. So getting paid the sixth highest
- 22:49Speaker 6: salary it feels pretty justified.
- 22:51Speaker 4: Yeah, and it sounds like a pretty reason why Nick
- 22:53Speaker 4: was on our show on Tuesday and was talking about
- 22:56Speaker 4: he thinks he's going to fall in that Garrett Wilson
- 22:58Speaker 4: type range, which was right at thirty two, and he
- 23:02Speaker 4: didn't think he'd get to Drake London's number, which was
- 23:05Speaker 4: thirty five or yeah, just over thirty five, so fell
- 23:08Speaker 4: right in between those two. And I do have to say, like,
- 23:13Speaker 4: based on we've had a lot of conversation about Chris
- 23:15Speaker 4: lave on this show, like is he a true number one?
- 23:17Speaker 3: We ranked it.
- 23:18Speaker 4: We did a tier list of all the team's number
- 23:20Speaker 4: one wide receivers and we ranked him where we thought.
- 23:24Speaker 4: I don't even remember where he fell. He was like
- 23:25Speaker 4: third tier when it comes to he was B so whatever. Yeah,
- 23:31Speaker 4: not receiver in the NFL. But we took one receiver
- 23:35Speaker 4: from each team and ranked him. So he's not the
- 23:38Speaker 4: typical number one wide receiver. But I can tell you
- 23:42Speaker 4: he is a team first guy. Yeah, And what all
- 23:45Speaker 4: this is a This is an example of a team
- 23:50Speaker 4: and a player doing things the right way when it
- 23:53Speaker 4: comes to contract negotiation. Both have a mutual respect for
- 23:56Speaker 4: each other, both doing it the right way with a
- 24:00Speaker 4: you know, Chris starting training camp as a hold in
- 24:02Speaker 4: and not a holdout. Yeah, wanting to show he's there,
- 24:05Speaker 4: the team being okay with him, and scheduling the practice
- 24:09Speaker 4: round where he doesn't have to do the team repetitions,
- 24:11Speaker 4: do the individuals, keep your body right, stay in shape,
- 24:13Speaker 4: get ready, because this thing's going to get This deal
- 24:15Speaker 4: is going to get done. You see the work that
- 24:17Speaker 4: Chris is still doing in the community all off season.
- 24:20Speaker 4: The verbiage he uses, the way he speaks about normal
- 24:23Speaker 4: is the way he speaks about wanting to be there
- 24:24Speaker 4: and be a team first guy. Is all things done,
- 24:29Speaker 4: you know what I believe is the right way. So
- 24:32Speaker 4: to give everybody a little bit more details and on
- 24:35Speaker 4: the on his salary has got a thirty five million
- 24:40Speaker 4: dollars signing bonus, so just to sign his name thirty
- 24:43Speaker 4: five million dollars, sign a bonus and his base salary
- 24:45Speaker 4: for this season is one point two nine million, because
- 24:48Speaker 4: it's you know, he's getting paid from that's house that's
- 24:51Speaker 4: signing bonus in twenty twenty seven to thirteen point six
- 24:53Speaker 4: million in twenty twenty eight, twenty three million, twenty twenty
- 24:57Speaker 4: nine to twenty seven, and twenty thirty twenty nine points
- 25:00Speaker 4: seven six, But of course there are different escalators in
- 25:03Speaker 4: there that can get him to that thirty three million dollars.
- 25:06Speaker 4: He gets, uh, four hundred thousand if he's first team
- 25:09Speaker 4: All Pro, four hundred thousand, if he's a Pro Bowl,
- 25:12Speaker 4: four hundred thousand, if he twelve hundred yards, four hundred thousand,
- 25:15Speaker 4: one hundred and one plus receptions. Oh, that's interesting, four
- 25:19Speaker 4: hundred thousand for ten plus touchdowns. So it's very interesting
- 25:24Speaker 4: that a lot of his statistical escalators were one more
- 25:29Speaker 4: than what he did this past season. So he had
- 25:31Speaker 4: one hundred receptions this year, he gets four hundred thousand
- 25:33Speaker 4: if he gets one hundred and one receptions. He had
- 25:35Speaker 4: nine touchdowns last year, he gets four hundred thousand if
- 25:38Speaker 4: he gets ten touchdowns.
- 25:40Speaker 3: Had eleven hundred and what I say, eleven hundred and
- 25:43Speaker 3: sixty three yards last year.
- 25:44Speaker 5: Those were signically higher than his previous years.
- 25:47Speaker 3: Yeah, and it has to been healthy.
- 25:49Speaker 6: Yeah, the yard of well, his first years he was healthy,
- 25:52Speaker 6: played in at least fifteen games in the first years,
- 25:56Speaker 6: but he had nine touchdowns combined in those first years.
- 25:58Speaker 5: He had nine last year.
- 25:59Speaker 6: But he did have a or a thousand yards each
- 26:01Speaker 6: of those first two seasons receptions not as close seventy
- 26:04Speaker 6: two and eighty seven, But I just wonder how they're
- 26:08Speaker 6: gonna div that up with Jordan Tyson. And I honestly
- 26:11Speaker 6: I like the Saints receiver room a little bit like
- 26:13Speaker 6: I like that to Von Vele like from a size
- 26:16Speaker 6: and mismatch standpoint. You know, he's a big body. I
- 26:18Speaker 6: think he's like six or five. And but now you
- 26:21Speaker 6: have another first round receiver, So how are you going
- 26:23Speaker 6: to balance getting both of them touches? Is there an
- 26:28Speaker 6: example like that in the in the NFL that I'm
- 26:30Speaker 6: forgetting where it's like to give me something because.
- 26:33Speaker 4: I don't watch and DeVante Adams, I mean there's not
- 26:36Speaker 4: a real name. There's plenty. Don't don't do this.
- 26:41Speaker 5: Okay, He's good.
- 26:42Speaker 4: Yeah, he's the best receiver in the NFL. The best, Yeah, Okay,
- 26:48Speaker 4: I mean is he the most talented? No, you can
- 26:51Speaker 4: get that to probably Jamar. I mean you could argue
- 26:53Speaker 4: Jamar or Puka, but yeah, Puka is the best. Okay,
- 26:57Speaker 4: first from doing everything. Don't think you heard of Pook.
- 27:00Speaker 3: I know he was.
- 27:01Speaker 5: I think he was hollering at Sydney Sweeney on Twitter
- 27:03Speaker 5: at one point.
- 27:03Speaker 8: So and also really something that did he bite his girlfriend?
- 27:11Speaker 6: Or yeah?
- 27:11Speaker 3: He didn't have the best off season.
- 27:15Speaker 8: Then the picture came out and it was like it
- 27:17Speaker 8: was in there he like bit her?
- 27:19Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, you know, like Crystal Love is not
- 27:22Speaker 5: doing that.
- 27:22Speaker 8: But how mad do you have to be to bite somebody?
- 27:25Speaker 7: Oh?
- 27:25Speaker 3: Not that mad? Why why do you ask?
- 27:28Speaker 8: See you no? Anyway?
- 27:32Speaker 3: You bite in a moment of anger?
- 27:35Speaker 6: Wild sometimes? Both asked Mike Tyson, you know that is
- 27:45Speaker 6: that is? I mean being in the news for a
- 27:47Speaker 6: bite and you're not a shark tough. That's a tough scene.
- 27:50Speaker 6: But yeah, sorry, Derail that uh it sounds good that
- 27:53Speaker 6: they could be like the Rams, sounds Goodson, don't bite anyone.
- 28:01Speaker 5: I'm not gonna say this again.
- 28:05Speaker 3: I'm not a.
- 28:10Speaker 5: Lover, not a that's my bad for sure.
- 28:16Speaker 8: I brought you did I brought it the bite that's
- 28:19Speaker 8: on me.
- 28:20Speaker 6: I asked you a serious question about who are other
- 28:22Speaker 6: good receiving tandems? And we were miraculously able to turn that.
- 28:25Speaker 4: Into Yeah, and I don't think it's miraculous at all
- 28:28Speaker 4: that stuff. Bengles have done pretty nice job with it.
- 28:32Speaker 5: Who's the other one besides Chase T.
- 28:34Speaker 3: Higgins?
- 28:35Speaker 5: Google?
- 28:35Speaker 3: Yeah, thanks.
- 28:37Speaker 6: You're really good at this. And I think I'm pretty
- 28:40Speaker 6: sure they're not biting anyone either there.
- 28:42Speaker 4: Well, I mean it's a it's a good tanna, but
- 28:44Speaker 4: we're talking about a rookie first round draft pick number
- 28:46Speaker 4: eight overall who a lot of question marks. But the
- 28:50Speaker 4: clips I'm seeing out of China Camp, yeah look pretty
- 28:53Speaker 4: darn good.
- 28:53Speaker 6: Well, it's also again, Mickey Loomis is not somebody that
- 28:56Speaker 6: deserves a lot of credit for most things. From what
- 28:59Speaker 6: I've heard, I don't don't really, I don't know him
- 29:01Speaker 6: that way.
- 29:01Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 29:01Speaker 5: I know Matter's kind of hates him, and so I
- 29:04Speaker 5: kind of decided with that.
- 29:05Speaker 3: But like.
- 29:07Speaker 5: I mean, I trust Matt on most things, Mickey Loomis,
- 29:10Speaker 5: And but it's.
- 29:11Speaker 6: Another first round pick, a twenty twenty two first run
- 29:13Speaker 6: pick that you I feel like you've kind of nailed
- 29:15Speaker 6: again like that they have.
- 29:16Speaker 5: They have done a pretty good job in the draft.
- 29:18Speaker 6: Yes, over the last of a year. You brought Drake
- 29:20Speaker 6: London as a don't no one get mad? Okay, I'm
- 29:24Speaker 6: from Atlanta as someone that cheers for the Falcons on
- 29:27Speaker 6: Sundays but doesn't really care because they're the Falcons. Like
- 29:32Speaker 6: you're like we didn't get Drake London money, like, thank god,
- 29:35Speaker 6: they don't ever follow suit with what the Falcons are
- 29:38Speaker 6: doing financially too was already.
- 29:39Speaker 3: So you're saying Drake Lennon is not a good wide receiver.
- 29:41Speaker 6: I'm not saying he's a bad wide receiver. I'm saying
- 29:44Speaker 6: thirty five million, for all the issues that that franchise has,
- 29:48Speaker 6: is not something I'm super bought into.
- 29:51Speaker 5: Almost look at.
- 29:51Speaker 4: The number that's fair. And I will say this about
- 29:55Speaker 4: the Chrysalovia contract. We had a lot of discussion about
- 29:57Speaker 4: the off season. I thought what he based on his
- 30:01Speaker 4: physical talents is just what he brings to the table
- 30:05Speaker 4: from an offensive perspective, I thought twenty seven to twenty eight,
- 30:10Speaker 4: twenty nine million something like that. So at thirty three million,
- 30:14Speaker 4: I do think he is probably overpaid, but I.
- 30:21Speaker 3: Agree with it. I agree with the signing, I agree
- 30:24Speaker 3: with the contract.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Now.
- 30:25Speaker 4: I think it's still an overpayment, like from a dollar standpoint,
- 30:28Speaker 4: but I but on the other hand, I also agree
- 30:31Speaker 4: with that they needed to get it done whatever it took.
- 30:33Speaker 4: Even if it did even if they having to pay
- 30:35Speaker 4: three or four million dollars more than what he might
- 30:38Speaker 4: you would think like he'd be the best number two
- 30:40Speaker 4: wide receiver in the NFL if he was number two,
- 30:43Speaker 4: But he is a number one, has number one stats.
- 30:45Speaker 4: But the thing that we've kind of used all year
- 30:48Speaker 4: is like he's not at Monday morning, Like he's not.
- 30:51Speaker 4: He doesn't the defensive coordinator doesn't have to plan around him.
- 30:54Speaker 4: They're not shading safeties over him.
- 30:57Speaker 3: That's why.
- 30:58Speaker 5: And London is a different body type of Yes, he
- 31:01Speaker 5: went ahead of them.
- 31:02Speaker 3: I agree with paying that man his money.
- 31:04Speaker 4: So as Saints fans get excited, Yeah, you have a
- 31:09Speaker 4: team first, number one wide receiver that was not trying
- 31:12Speaker 4: to hold your organization hostage.
- 31:15Speaker 3: And you see that a lot with players for the Saints.
- 31:17Speaker 4: So as as from the outside and from a national
- 31:22Speaker 4: perspective on the Saints, as bad as it looks sometimes
- 31:25Speaker 4: from a wins lost perspective from like sometimes other Saints
- 31:28Speaker 4: orn shambles, blah blah blah. The people within the building
- 31:32Speaker 4: they're pretty darn loyal to the Saints, and you don't
- 31:36Speaker 4: see that with an organization that's in shambles. So good
- 31:40Speaker 4: on them and good on him. So it's so excited
- 31:43Speaker 4: to get it put to bed. Now they can worry
- 31:46Speaker 4: about football and making this scene because if those two
- 31:49Speaker 4: wide receivers can be healthy all year and what I
- 31:52Speaker 4: believe will happen to Tyler Shuck this season, as far
- 31:55Speaker 4: as a year one to year two jump, the offense
- 31:58Speaker 4: at least could be very exciting. Now, maybe not for
- 32:01Speaker 4: seventeen total games, but I think they can make some
- 32:03Speaker 4: noise this year.
- 32:04Speaker 6: So and drink London does not have Tyler Schuck throwing
- 32:07Speaker 6: to him. I don't know if he has anyone throwing
- 32:09Speaker 6: to him right now?
- 32:10Speaker 3: He does. What's that guy's name, Richard? The question? Was
- 32:14Speaker 3: it Richard Stein? Yeah? I for real.
- 32:16Speaker 5: It's like an undrafted free agent they had to get
- 32:18Speaker 5: from Baltimore.
- 32:19Speaker 3: Yeah they were. Anyway, Go Saints, Go Sts, who go
- 32:26Speaker 3: Chris Lave make that money? All right? Stick with us
- 32:28Speaker 3: right here, off the bench, off the bench, stretch your
- 32:33Speaker 3: leg up.
- 32:34Speaker 4: First American Bank of Trust, First American Bank and Trust

- 36:13Speaker 3: By you automotive dot com.
- 36:16Speaker 4: All right, well, last segment, we were talking about the
- 36:20Speaker 4: right way to do things from an organization that has
- 36:25Speaker 4: mutual respect, going back and forth between player and team,
- 36:30Speaker 4: and they got the deal done. They both wanted a deal,
- 36:32Speaker 4: they got a deal done that was fair on both sides.
- 36:36Speaker 4: Recognized the Saints recognized quality play, they recognized good leadership,
- 36:42Speaker 4: they recognize loyalty, they recognized being a good person in
- 36:45Speaker 4: the community and being a good teammate, and they paid
- 36:48Speaker 4: it off. They paid it off, and I think the
- 36:50Speaker 4: respect went both ways. Well, you can stay in the
- 36:53Speaker 4: same division, the NFC South, and look around at a
- 36:58Speaker 4: team that's not doing pest division of football. You can
- 37:01Speaker 4: look at a team that is absolutely one not doing
- 37:04Speaker 4: it the right way. Tampa Bay, Tampa Bay Buccaneers are
- 37:09Speaker 4: my gosh, it is a wild situation happening here. I
- 37:14Speaker 4: don't know if I've ever seen as strong of feelings
- 37:20Speaker 4: being shown from the quarterback position. For sure, Now you
- 37:27Speaker 4: know wide receivers get a little crazy sometimes, but from
- 37:30Speaker 4: a quarter from a quarterback perspective, some very strong words
- 37:34Speaker 4: yesterday from from Baker Mayfield. They Yeah, as we've been
- 37:38Speaker 4: telling you and as you've heard that he is entering
- 37:42Speaker 4: the last year of his deal. He had a three year,
- 37:45Speaker 4: one hundred million dollar contract that he got brought there,
- 37:48Speaker 4: got an opportunity to go there. His he's this is
- 37:50Speaker 4: his fourth NFL team, So he bounced around and had
- 37:53Speaker 4: a hard time finding a home after Cleveland, but he
- 37:55Speaker 4: found a home in Tampa and it was a It
- 37:57Speaker 4: has been a great relationship. Tampa Bay was great for him.
- 38:02Speaker 4: He was great for Tampa Bay. He's getting paid thirty
- 38:04Speaker 4: three point three three million dollars per year.
- 38:07Speaker 3: All's good.
- 38:07Speaker 4: He has vastly outperformed that contract and he's headed into
- 38:10Speaker 4: the last year of it. So makes sense right that
- 38:13Speaker 4: you as an organization, you'd want to go ahead and
- 38:16Speaker 4: lock him up and pay him like he has performed. Yes,
- 38:20Speaker 4: you did him, A did him. I'm not gonna say
- 38:23Speaker 4: a favor, but like you helped him and he has
- 38:25Speaker 4: helped you. Now, so it's time for that relationship. But
- 38:28Speaker 4: so Baker Mayfield set a deadline, and you hear deadlines
- 38:31Speaker 4: a lot, right, You hear these, Well, we're gonna get it.
- 38:33Speaker 4: We got to get a deal done by this time
- 38:35Speaker 4: or else. Well, a lot of times it goes to
- 38:38Speaker 4: that or else portion. I when Baker says something, I
- 38:42Speaker 4: kind of believe it. He set the deadline and he's
- 38:46Speaker 4: sticking by the deadline as of right now. Now we'll see.
- 38:49Speaker 4: I'm sure I'm assuming that the teams can still talk
- 38:51Speaker 4: to his agent. It's gonna be Baker's decision if he
- 38:54Speaker 4: wants to listen or not. But he has drawn the
- 38:57Speaker 4: deadline and said that he will go. He will bet
- 38:59Speaker 4: on himself.
- 38:59Speaker 3: It is over.
- 39:00Speaker 4: They missed the window and he is feels some very
- 39:05Speaker 4: strong words coming from him yesterday, disrespected, hurt.
- 39:10Speaker 6: He said that the windows closed, right, I mean like
- 39:12Speaker 6: he's like, the time is coming gone and it's only
- 39:14Speaker 6: going to get worse.
- 39:15Speaker 4: That was the exactly said, It's only going to get
- 39:18Speaker 4: worse because I'm about to go have a year.
- 39:21Speaker 3: So he's basically what he said.
- 39:22Speaker 5: Here's the thing too, well, they seemed dysfunctional as as
- 39:27Speaker 5: can be.
- 39:28Speaker 3: Well, you got Vita Veya. Now I was asking for
- 39:30Speaker 3: a trade. Yeah, is it not right?
- 39:33Speaker 6: But said I say his name, Okay, mister v Dubbs,
- 39:37Speaker 6: that guy he's asking for a trade because they couldn't negotiate.
- 39:42Speaker 3: Mike.
- 39:42Speaker 6: Mike Evans is gone, which is like, I mean, he's
- 39:45Speaker 6: been there for twenty eight years. So yeah, but like
- 39:49Speaker 6: what I would what I would be concerned with, And
- 39:51Speaker 6: I'm not trying to be funny. Here is him doing
- 39:54Speaker 6: something just in spite of like, I mean, the Falcons
- 39:57Speaker 6: need a quarterback. The Falcons desperately need a quarterback, Like
- 40:00Speaker 6: I could see Baker being like, I'll go Atlanta right
- 40:02Speaker 6: now and I'll go beat you twice a year.
- 40:04Speaker 3: Yep. And because he's like he's got that personality type.
- 40:06Speaker 6: You know, you know what number he is in terms
- 40:09Speaker 6: of highest paid quarterbacks in the league. What number quarterback
- 40:12Speaker 6: do you think he is? Because I remember him being
- 40:13Speaker 6: in your top ten. I had it a lot last year.
- 40:16Speaker 6: I had it pulled up earlier. He's like twenty range.
- 40:20Speaker 5: I think sixteen sixteen.
- 40:22Speaker 3: He's behind.
- 40:23Speaker 6: I mean there's some names he should be behind. You
- 40:25Speaker 6: probably shouldn't count to Sean Watson because okay, sucks. He's
- 40:30Speaker 6: behind Sam Darnold, which fine, like he just won a
- 40:32Speaker 6: Super Bowl. Daniel Jones. He makes eleven million dollars less
- 40:36Speaker 6: per year than Daniel Jones. I mean some of these
- 40:41Speaker 6: names brock Purty, Uh yeah.
- 40:43Speaker 5: That's a tough one. I mean some of the names
- 40:45Speaker 5: that you could justify, yep.
- 40:47Speaker 6: But like the drop off and how much less he's
- 40:50Speaker 6: being paid for those guys, yep, it's shocking.
- 40:52Speaker 4: And he made in his comments yesterday said I wasn't
- 40:55Speaker 4: trying to set the market. I'm realistic. I know where
- 40:58Speaker 4: I fit in the NFL higher of quarterbacks, but he
- 41:01Speaker 4: certainly wants the number that starts with a five. And
- 41:04Speaker 4: he was asked follow up question how close were they
- 41:06Speaker 4: and he said, not close. We were not close in
- 41:09Speaker 4: that And look, he set the deadline and it was
- 41:11Speaker 4: a public deadline and he last out, And you don't
- 41:13Speaker 4: hear quarterbacks talking like that about organizations very often. Now,
- 41:17Speaker 4: he did it in a respectful way, in a very
- 41:18Speaker 4: calm way, in a confident way. But to get to
- 41:22Speaker 4: that point, like you know that he was probably embarrassed
- 41:25Speaker 4: by them because he set a deadline and they didn't
- 41:27Speaker 4: meet it, and according to his words, they weren't even close.
- 41:30Speaker 3: So we'll see how it plays out. This could go
- 41:32Speaker 3: one or two ways.
- 41:33Speaker 4: The Bucks could be absolutely awful this year, or they
- 41:35Speaker 4: could go seventeen to no, like Baker might have a
- 41:39Speaker 4: career like the MVP type season this year just because
- 41:42Speaker 4: he's pissed off.
- 41:43Speaker 6: There's few players and it's just dating back to college,
- 41:47Speaker 6: that have been better when people have doubted them, like
- 41:50Speaker 6: I look, listen, this is going to sound really messed
- 41:53Speaker 6: up from a moral standpoint, but it's Friday. So the
- 41:57Speaker 6: moment that kid decided that he was going to try
- 42:01Speaker 6: and run from the cops. That that video where he
- 42:05Speaker 6: got he got arrested. That's the kind of cop. Don't
- 42:08Speaker 6: I'm not trying to be funny. And it is the
- 42:10Speaker 6: kind of confidence I want out of my quarterback. You
- 42:13Speaker 6: think you can get away from two cops? Absolutely, Now
- 42:15Speaker 6: should you don't do that? That's really bad. Don't bite people,
- 42:18Speaker 6: don't run from the cops. But also it was pretty impressive.
- 42:22Speaker 6: And and and that kid is a former walk on,
- 42:24Speaker 6: that was a Texas Tech.
- 42:25Speaker 3: That's a confidence Chris. And his name is Confident Chris.
- 42:28Speaker 5: Yeah, confident Baker.
- 42:29Speaker 3: And we'll be back talking a little bit more.
- 42:32Speaker 4: Baker Mayfield right here, off the bench, off the bench. Yeah,
- 42:37Speaker 4: there you got time management, buddy. Go to Pelican reopelicanroof

- 43:33Speaker 3: Dot com.
- 43:37Speaker 1: From the locker room to the airwaves. Gets off the
- 43:39Speaker 1: Bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 43:58Speaker 4: All right, welcome back here off the Bench Friday, my
- 44:01Speaker 4: own and closing out hour number one. We just were
- 44:03Speaker 4: talking about Baker Mayfield in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers situation,
- 44:08Speaker 4: how they are not wanting to pay that man his
- 44:10Speaker 4: money and uh and he has earned his money, but
- 44:14Speaker 4: he has said, you know what, I'm gonna bet on
- 44:15Speaker 4: Baker Mayfield this year.
- 44:17Speaker 3: I'm gonna bet on him.
- 44:18Speaker 8: Tell him bring me my money, bring me.
- 44:20Speaker 5: My money video and his money.
- 44:23Speaker 8: That video what the guy is like, tell him bring
- 44:25Speaker 8: me my money?
- 44:26Speaker 3: Mm which pull up.
- 44:32Speaker 4: I did here at the I heard Matt Damon give
- 44:34Speaker 4: an interview about Rounders talking about that. Uhh chan uh Malkovich. Okay,
- 44:43Speaker 4: So how they never rehearsed that scene and they never
- 44:49Speaker 4: saw him. He came in for like one day of
- 44:51Speaker 4: filming and he walked in and he started talking like
- 44:55Speaker 4: that paid dish managed money or whatever. And it was
- 44:59Speaker 4: like the first time he had seen him in that accent,
- 45:03Speaker 4: in that voice, and he was like, oh my gosh.
- 45:05Speaker 5: That was also still pretty early in Damon's career, right
- 45:07Speaker 5: with it.
- 45:08Speaker 3: It was pretty early and.
- 45:11Speaker 4: And like I think when they cut the first scene,
- 45:13Speaker 4: he said something like what was that and he looked
- 45:16Speaker 4: at it. He's like, yeah, I'm not.
- 45:18Speaker 3: A very good actor. Obviously, pretty sarcastic, yea. So it
- 45:23Speaker 3: was pretty great story.
- 45:25Speaker 4: So there is a little bit of turmoil for the Buccaneers,
- 45:29Speaker 4: but let's stay in the vision. And you were talking
- 45:32Speaker 4: about your favorite Atlanta Falcons, big, biggest, probably biggest Falcons
- 45:36Speaker 4: fan in Louisiana.
- 45:38Speaker 3: They have some quarterback problems as well. Tua has a
- 45:40Speaker 3: small injury. He's not really practicing, No he doesn't.
- 45:43Speaker 5: He has a big injury.
- 45:44Speaker 4: Always Michael Pennick Junior, he's limited. So I guess who
- 45:47Speaker 4: their starting quarterback is? Dick Dickinson, Jack Strand QB one
- 45:52Speaker 4: Atlanta Falcons. You know where he's from, nineteen sixties IBM professor,
- 45:58Speaker 4: Minnesota State University in Morehead.
- 46:03Speaker 3: Well, all right, you got something on that. You got
- 46:08Speaker 3: plenty on that I just wish.
- 46:09Speaker 4: So you're QB one for the Falcons. Yeah, Minnesota State
- 46:12Speaker 4: University in Morehead.
- 46:14Speaker 5: Yeah, great man.
- 46:15Speaker 3: So it's looking pretty good school for sure. And so sayings, hey,
- 46:19Speaker 3: look things are looking pretty good.
- 46:21Speaker 5: Yeah, this is a big year. They can they can
- 46:23Speaker 5: really do.
- 46:25Speaker 3: All right, Brad, still love again, stick on this right
- 46:28Speaker 3: here and off the bench.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Off the bench.
- 46:30Speaker 4: It's Friday, and you might be thinking, man, I know
- 46:34Speaker 4: it's hot outside, but I'm gonna be grilling and chilling
