Revisiting the FDLE Investigation Into Jeffrey Epstein (Part 2) (10/15/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
• 0:06
Speaker 1: where we left off, talking about the FDLE investigation and
• 0:09
Speaker 1: what a sham it was. The handling of survivor allegations
• 0:14
Speaker 1: demonstrated the same passive philosophy. FDLE focused heavily on civil
• 0:19
Speaker 1: complaints filed for women identified as Priscilla Doe and Katlyn Doe.
• 0:24
Speaker 1: Investigators attempted through counsel to obtain sworn interviews from the
• 0:28
Speaker 1: two women, and their attorneys ultimately informed FDLE that they
• 0:32
Speaker 1: would not provide those statements. Their attorneys also told investigators
• 0:36
Speaker 1: that the women were not alleging criminal wrongdoing by the
• 0:38
Speaker 1: deputies themselves. That was relevant information, but it did not
• 0:42
Speaker 1: resolve the larger question. A victim declining another law enforcement
• 0:46
Speaker 1: interview does not magically erase documentary evidence, travel records, emails,
• 0:51
Speaker 1: telephone records, employment paperwork, visitor information, security records, financial transactions,
• 0:58
Speaker 1: or testimony from other people who might have witnessed the
• 1:01
Speaker 1: surrounding events. Nor did the absence of an allegation that
• 1:05
Speaker 1: a particular deputy personally committed sexual abuse establish that no
• 1:09
Speaker 1: public employee knowingly facilitated, ignored, concealed, or negligently enabled violations
• 1:15
Speaker 1: of work release restriction. FTLE instead repeatedly emphasized the inability
• 1:20
Speaker 1: to establish exact dates or obtain additional sworn information from
• 1:24
Speaker 1: the women. The investigation turned the understandable reluctance of Epstein's
• 1:28
Speaker 1: survivors to subject themselves to another government interview into an
• 1:32
Speaker 1: evidentiary wall rather than treating it as a reason to
• 1:35
Speaker 1: build the case through independent corroboration. Now, the visitor logs
• 1:40
Speaker 1: should have also been another flashing red light. Deputies assigned
• 1:43
Speaker 1: to Epstein's work release office were required to document visitors
• 1:47
Speaker 1: and confirm their identities. Those records therefore represented one of
• 1:51
Speaker 1: the most obvious ways to determine who entered the Florida
• 1:54
Speaker 1: Science Foundation while Epstein was supposedly being supervised. By the
• 1:59
Speaker 1: time FDLE conducted its review, however, the visitor log had
• 2:03
Speaker 1: been destroyed pursuant to the Sheriff Office records retention practices.
• 2:08
Speaker 1: That fact should have triggered an exhaustive effort to reconstruct
• 2:11
Speaker 1: the visitor history through every available alternate source. Investigators should
• 2:16
Speaker 1: have pursued building access records Employment documents, telephone metadata, calendars, emails,
• 2:22
Speaker 1: transportation records, financial transactions, contemporaneous correspondence, testimony from employees, and
• 2:29
Speaker 1: the files of Epstein's own organization. Instead, the publicly released
• 2:34
Speaker 1: investigative findings provided no indication of an operation remotely approaching
• 2:38
Speaker 1: that scale. The disappearance of a critical record became another
• 2:43
Speaker 1: limitation of the investigation rather than the beginning of a
• 2:46
Speaker 1: more aggressive effort to replace what had been lost. For
• 2:50
Speaker 1: a man whose criminal empire and operation depended upon moving women, employees, assistants,
• 2:56
Speaker 1: and recruiters between properties, reconstructing who entered his supposed workplace
• 3:01
Speaker 1: should have been investigative priority number one. A government that
• 3:05
Speaker 1: genuinely wanted to know who visited Epstein should have treated
• 3:09
Speaker 1: the destruction of visitor logs as an obstacle to overcome,
• 3:13
Speaker 1: not an excuse to accept darkness. The Florida Science Foundation
• 3:17
Speaker 1: itself demanded far greater scrutiny than the state investigation appears
• 3:21
Speaker 1: to have given it. Epstein applied for work release on
• 3:24
Speaker 1: October 1, 2008, and began participating on October 10. His
• 3:29
Speaker 1: listed employment involved serving as president of the Florida Science
• 3:33
Speaker 1: Foundation at 250 South Australian Avenue in West Palm Beach.
• 3:38
Speaker 1: FDLE records show that the Florida Science Foundation name had
• 3:41
Speaker 1: been registered only months earlier as a fictitious name associated
• 3:45
Speaker 1: with the COUQ Foundation. Epstein was therefore not going back
• 3:50
Speaker 1: to some ordinary long-standing employer with independent management, normal co-workers,
• 3:56
Speaker 1: and a supervisor capable of controlling him. He was going
• 3:59
Speaker 1: to an operation embedded in his own organizational structure. His lawyer,
• 4:03
Speaker 1: Darren Indyke, was listed in later reporting based on released
• 4:07
Speaker 1: records as his official work supervisor. The very institution supposedly
• 4:12
Speaker 1: justifying Epstein's daily freedom was therefore connected to Epstein and
• 4:16
Speaker 1: his business apparatus. If authorities intended work release to place
• 4:21
Speaker 1: inmates into legitimate employment subject to meaningful outside supervision, Epstein
• 4:26
Speaker 1: had effectively been allowed to construct his own environment and
• 4:29
Speaker 1: then call it a workplace. that arrangement should have been
• 4:33
Speaker 1: investigated as potential architecture for evading incarceration, particularly once women
• 4:39
Speaker 1: alleged that the office became a location for continued sexual activity.
• 4:44
Speaker 1: And then there was the astounding arrangement involving the deputies themselves.
• 4:49
Speaker 1: Epstein's attorneys requested permission to hire off-duty Palm Beach County
• 4:52
Speaker 1: Sheriff's deputies to provide him personal security while he was
• 4:56
Speaker 1: outside the stockade. Epstein's organization ultimately paid more than $ 128, 000
• 5:01
Speaker 1: to PBSO for those details involving scores of deputies. FDLE
• 5:07
Speaker 1: found that deputies were paid through the sheriff's office rather
• 5:11
Speaker 1: than directly by Epstein, an important distinction when evaluating whether
• 5:14
Speaker 1: any individual officer had been personally bribed. But the arrangement
• 5:19
Speaker 1: still created the bizarre spectacle of a convicted sex offender
• 5:22
Speaker 1: financing the law enforcement presence surrounding his own work release.
• 5:27
Speaker 1: FDLE even identified a sheriff's policy stating that employees or
• 5:31
Speaker 1: their families were not supposed to have business transactions with
• 5:34
Speaker 1: inmates or their families during custody for a period afterward.
• 5:39
Speaker 1: According to an investigative summary, the policy had not been
• 5:42
Speaker 1: considered or reviewed. Before permit, deputies were approved to provide
• 5:47
Speaker 1: Epstein's personal security. FDLE then determined that the possible policy
• 5:52
Speaker 1: issue was not criminal and therefore fell outside the scope
• 5:56
Speaker 1: of its prelim inquiry. Once again, the investigative frame performed
• 6:00
Speaker 1: the disappearing act. When something looked troubling but did not
• 6:03
Speaker 1: immediately fit a criminal statute, it was pushed outside the
• 6:07
Speaker 1: investigation rather than examined as part of the broader system
• 6:10
Speaker 1: that produced Epstein's extraordinary privileges. Michael Goger, then Palm Beach
• 6:16
Speaker 1: County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy, was identified by the FDLE
• 6:20
Speaker 1: as the highest-ranking officer in the chain of command, involved
• 6:24
Speaker 1: in approvals concerning Epstein's housing, work-release, and permit deputy arrangement.
• 6:31
Speaker 1: Gauger told investigators that officials had made the correct decision
• 6:35
Speaker 1: concerning Epstein's housing because they were responsible for protecting inmates
• 6:39
Speaker 1: in their custody. PBSO officials said Epstein had kept separately
• 6:43
Speaker 1: because authorities feared he could be extorted, could extort other
• 6:47
Speaker 1: prisoners himself, or could encounter inmates connected to his victims
• 6:51
Speaker 1: who might harm him. Those were explanations, but an investigation
• 6:55
Speaker 1: into preferential treatment should not end simply because the people
• 6:59
Speaker 1: granting the preference can articulate a reason for it. Epstein
• 7:03
Speaker 1: received an unlocked cell, individualized housing, television access, extensive work release,
• 7:09
Speaker 1: changing work schedules, private transportation, privately funded deputies, and eventually
• 7:14
Speaker 1: authorized trips to his residence. Each privilege could perhaps be
• 7:18
Speaker 1: rationalized in isolation, put together, they created a detention experience
• 7:23
Speaker 1: bearing little resemblance to what most people understand as incarceration. FDLE, nevertheless,
• 7:30
Speaker 1: repeatedly accepted PBSO explanations and then concluded that the resulting
• 7:35
Speaker 1: differential treatment did not amount to a criminal matter. The
• 7:38
Speaker 1: investigation became less about testing official explanations and more about
• 7:43
Speaker 1: cataloging them. And in my opinion, the phrase differential treatment
• 7:49
Speaker 1: may be the most revealing language anywhere in the FDLE findings.
• 7:53
Speaker 1: Florida investigators did not conclude that Epstein had been treated
• 7:56
Speaker 1: exactly like everyone else. They expressly acknowledged that he had
• 8:00
Speaker 1: been treated differently. Yet the report framed some of the
• 8:03
Speaker 1: differences treatment designed to equalize Epstein's rights with those enjoyed
• 8:07
Speaker 1: by other inmates. That bureaucratic description managed to sanitize an
• 8:12
Speaker 1: extraordinary reality. Ordinary prisoners do not generally have their work
• 8:16
Speaker 1: schedules repeatedly modified while retaining a private access to a
• 8:20
Speaker 1: workplace where they may meet approved visitors behind closed doors.
• 8:24
Speaker 1: Ordinary convicted sex offenders do not generally emerge years later
• 8:28
Speaker 1: as a subject of multiple accounts from women describing sexual
• 8:32
Speaker 1: encounters occurring during the supposed period of government supervision. Calling
• 8:37
Speaker 1: this merely differential treatment reduced the entire scandal to administrative
• 8:41
Speaker 1: classification dispute. The language was technically cautious and institutionally convenient
• 8:47
Speaker 1: at exactly the same time. It acknowledged what could no
• 8:50
Speaker 1: longer be denied, while avoiding the harder question of how
• 8:54
Speaker 1: that treatment became possible and who should answer for the consequences.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: The investigation also examined the Palm Beach State Attorney's Office
• 9:02
Speaker 1: and the decisions made by former State Attorney Barry Krischer
• 9:06
Speaker 1: and Assistant State Attorney Lana Belahovlich during the original Epstein case.
• 9:10
Speaker 1: Palm Beach Police had developed a much broader case against
• 9:13
Speaker 1: Epstein and wanted serious felony charges pursued. Prosecutors disagreed. about
• 9:19
Speaker 1: whether the available evidence could sustain those charges and eventually
• 9:22
Speaker 1: took a more narrow route through the grand jury. Years later,
• 9:27
Speaker 1: FDLE found no evidence that Krischer or Bohovelik had committed crimes,
• 9:32
Speaker 1: accepted bribes or gifts, or acted improperly. That finding was
• 9:36
Speaker 1: repeatedly presented as a vindication of the officials involved. Yet,
• 9:41
Speaker 1: determining that investigators could not prove bribery is fundamentally different
• 9:45
Speaker 1: from demonstrating that the prosecution... was handled aggressively, competently, or appropriately.
• 9:52
Speaker 1: The later release of the Palm Beach Grand Jury record
• 9:55
Speaker 1: only intensified public criticism of how teenage witnesses had been
• 9:59
Speaker 1: treated and how the case had been presented. Nothing in
• 10:03
Speaker 1: the FDLE conclusion explained the way the enormous gulf between
• 10:07
Speaker 1: the case Palm Beach police believed they had built and
• 10:09
Speaker 1: the result Epstein ultimately received. The state investigation effectively answered
• 10:15
Speaker 1: the narrowest possible question whether investigators can prove criminal corruption
• 10:20
Speaker 1: offense against prosecutors, while leaving the much larger institutional failure
• 10:25
Speaker 1: standing untouched. That is the recurring pattern throughout the Epstein story.
• 10:30
Speaker 1: Officials answer a question smaller than the one the public
• 10:33
Speaker 1: is actually asking, and then behave as though the entire
• 10:36
Speaker 1: controversy has been resolved. And look, the weakness of that
• 10:39
Speaker 1: approach became impossible to ignore once additional federal records were
• 10:43
Speaker 1: released years later. In June of 2026, NBC News reported
• 10:48
Speaker 1: from newly available Justice Department records that at least five
• 10:52
Speaker 1: women had described sexual encounters with Epstein while he participated
• 10:56
Speaker 1: in the Palm Beach work release program. According to the
• 11:00
Speaker 1: records reviewed by NBC, the encounters were described as occurring
• 11:04
Speaker 1: at his West Palm Beach office and in a vehicle
• 11:06
Speaker 1: parked outside the county jail. Newly released material also showed
• 11:11
Speaker 1: Epstein using email during his incarceration to communicate with women
• 11:15
Speaker 1: send money, pay expenses, request photographs, manage properties, communicate with
• 11:20
Speaker 1: powerful acquaintances, and strategize against his accusers. This was not
• 11:25
Speaker 1: the picture of a prisoner whose activities had been tightly
• 11:28
Speaker 1: controlled by a vigilant correction system. It was the picture
• 11:32
Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein continuing to operate Jeffrey Epstein's world while
• 11:36
Speaker 1: technically serving a jail sentence. The GPS monitor did not
• 11:40
Speaker 1: prevent that because geographical confinement was never the only danger
• 11:44
Speaker 1: Epstein presented. The deputy sitting outside the office did not
• 11:48
Speaker 1: prevent it because physical presence was meaningless if nobody was
• 11:51
Speaker 1: watching what happened behind the door. The restrictions against unauthorized
• 11:56
Speaker 1: visitors were useless if enforcement consisted largely of paperwork and assumptions.
• 12:02
Speaker 1: By 2026, the public record contained evidence demonstrating just how
• 12:06
Speaker 1: badly Florida's system of supervision had failed. Regardless of whether
• 12:10
Speaker 1: FDLE had been able to attach a prosecutable crime to
• 12:14
Speaker 1: a particular deputy, five years earlier. Sarah Kellen's 2026 congressional
• 12:20
Speaker 1: testimony opened another avenue that made the old FDLE conclusion
• 12:24
Speaker 1: look even less satisfactory. Kellen, Epstein's longtime assistant, told House
• 12:28
Speaker 1: investigators that Epstein had provided money or benefits connected to
• 12:32
Speaker 1: Palm Beach County law enforcement personnel in exchange for preferential treatment.
• 12:37
Speaker 1: According to subsequent reporting, reporting on her account included allegations
• 12:42
Speaker 1: involving cash and Disneyland tickets being taken to a jail officer.
• 12:46
Speaker 1: Those allegations had not been established in court and should
• 12:49
Speaker 1: not be presented as proven bribery. They are, nevertheless, precisely
• 12:54
Speaker 1: the type of allegation a genuinely exhaustive corruption investigation would
• 12:59
Speaker 1: need to test aggressively. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office
• 13:03
Speaker 1: responded by pointing back to the 2021 FDLE investigation and
• 13:07
Speaker 1: emphasizing that FDLE had found no inappropriate criminal activity by
• 13:12
Speaker 1: PBSO personnel. The Sheriff's Office also said the newer allegations
• 13:17
Speaker 1: had not been uncovered in the earlier Epstein investigation. Its
• 13:21
Speaker 1: position was that the investigation was complete. And that response
• 13:26
Speaker 1: perfectly illustrates the institutional problem, because evidence unknown to the
• 13:30
Speaker 1: earlier investigation should logically create a reason to reassess the
• 13:34
Speaker 1: earlier conclusion rather than transform that conclusion into a shield
• 13:38
Speaker 1: against a further investigation. An inquiry cannot credibly be declared
• 13:43
Speaker 1: exhaustive when significant allegations and witnesses continue surfacing years after
• 13:48
Speaker 1: investigators close the file. And I think that Ashley Moody
• 13:52
Speaker 1: deserves scrutiny in this history because she publicly attached herself
• 13:55
Speaker 1: to the effort to explain the work-released debacle while serving
• 13:59
Speaker 1: as Florida's Attorney General. The actual FDLE investigation was ordered
• 14:04
Speaker 1: by Governor DeSantis and conducted by FDLE investigators. So pretending
• 14:10
Speaker 1: Moody personally carried the case file or directed every interview
• 14:13
Speaker 1: would be inaccurate. But Moody publicly raised the authorization problem.
• 14:18
Speaker 1: Her statewide prosecutor, Nick Cox, participated in examining whether judicial
• 14:22
Speaker 1: approval existed, and she presented the state as actively trying
• 14:26
Speaker 1: to determine how Epstein obtained work release. Nearly two years
• 14:30
Speaker 1: passed before FDLE announced findings clearing sheriff's personnel and state
• 14:35
Speaker 1: prosecutors from criminal wrongdoing. The investigation produced no indictment, it
• 14:40
Speaker 1: produced no grand jury prosecution, it produced no public corruption charge,
• 14:44
Speaker 1: it produced no finding that anyone had knowingly enabled Epstein's
• 14:48
Speaker 1: continued access to women, it produced a finding of differential
• 14:52
Speaker 1: treatment wrapped inside a broader conclusion that criminal misconduct could
• 14:56
Speaker 1: not be substantiated. For an investigation born from promises of
• 15:01
Speaker 1: a full accounting, that was an extraordinarily convenient destination for
• 15:05
Speaker 1: virtually every institution an official whose conduct had been placed
• 15:10
Speaker 1: under scrutiny. And I think calling the investigation a whitewash
• 15:14
Speaker 1: doesn't require claiming that the FDLE investigators secretly conspired with
• 15:18
Speaker 1: Palm Beach officials or fabricated evidence. I think that the
• 15:22
Speaker 1: stronger criticism is sitting directly inside the investigative record. The
• 15:26
Speaker 1: investigation was structured narrowly around identifying provable violations of Florida
• 15:31
Speaker 1: criminal statutes by specific public employees. Evidence of preferential treatment
• 15:37
Speaker 1: could therefore be acknowledged without producing accountability if investigators could
• 15:41
Speaker 1: not establish criminal intent. Policy violations could be pushed aside
• 15:46
Speaker 1: as non-criminal. Missing records could become historical limitations. Survivor reluctance
• 15:51
Speaker 1: could become an evidentiary obstacle. Explanations supplied by officials could
• 15:55
Speaker 1: be accepted unless contradictory evidence disproved them. Lost opportunities to
• 16:01
Speaker 1: gather contemporaneous evidence could be treated as unfortunate facts. rather
• 16:05
Speaker 1: than failure deserving their own scrutiny. By narrowing the exercise
• 16:09
Speaker 1: this way, Florida created an investigation capable of documenting an
• 16:14
Speaker 1: outrageous system while simultaneously absolving everyone who operated it. The
• 16:19
Speaker 1: machinery did not need to discover that nothing went wrong,
• 16:22
Speaker 1: it only needed to conclude that the investigators could not
• 16:25
Speaker 1: prove beyond the available evidence that a particular official committed
• 16:28
Speaker 1: a particular crime. And that distinction becomes even uglier when
• 16:33
Speaker 1: one remembers what happened during the period Florida was supposedly
• 16:36
Speaker 1: supervising Epstein. This was not an accounting irregularity discovered years
• 16:41
Speaker 1: later in some forgotten government ledger. Women have said they
• 16:44
Speaker 1: were sexually exploited while Epstein remained under state control. The
• 16:49
Speaker 1: work release restriction themselves prohibited the sort of personnel access
• 16:53
Speaker 1: necessary for those encounters. The people of Florida were told
• 16:57
Speaker 1: that Epstein was serving punishment for a sex offense involving
• 17:00
Speaker 1: a minor. In reality, he was spending much of his
• 17:03
Speaker 1: sentence at a workplace connected to his own organization with
• 17:07
Speaker 1: extraordinary freedom to communicate with the outside world. Deputies sat nearby,
• 17:12
Speaker 1: but were not required to watch what occurred inside his
• 17:14
Speaker 1: private office. His GPS monitor could establish his location without
• 17:18
Speaker 1: establishing his conduct. His ability to manipulate the structure around
• 17:23
Speaker 1: him remained almost completely intact. When authorities eventually investigated the arrangement,
• 17:28
Speaker 1: they concentrated heavily on whether individual government employees could be
• 17:31
Speaker 1: charged rather than reconstructing from the ground up how Epstein
• 17:35
Speaker 1: had managed to continue operating. A system that permits the
• 17:39
Speaker 1: underlying abuse and then designs its accountability process around reasons
• 17:43
Speaker 1: nobody can be prosecuted has failed twice. And I don't
• 17:47
Speaker 1: think I'm telling you folks anything you don't know when
• 17:50
Speaker 1: I say that a legitimate reinvestigation would look nothing like
• 17:53
Speaker 1: the process Florida completed in 2021. Investigators would begin with
• 17:58
Speaker 1: compulsory process instead of voluntary recollections. They would subpoena surviving financial, employment, travel, communications, payroll, banking, security,
• 18:08
Speaker 1: and corporate records connected to Florida's Science Foundation and every
• 18:11
Speaker 1: person involved in maintaining the work-release operation. They would reconstruct
• 18:15
Speaker 1: the destroyed visitor logs through outside sources rather than accepting
• 18:19
Speaker 1: their destruction as the end of the trail. Every surviving
• 18:23
Speaker 1: deputy who worked with Epstein's detail would be questioned under
• 18:26
Speaker 1: oath about visitors, instructions, deviations from policy, conversations with supervisors, gifts, payments,
• 18:34
Speaker 1: and anything they observed inside or around the office. Supervisors
• 18:38
Speaker 1: responsible for approving schedule changes, home visits, private transportation, security arrangements,
• 18:44
Speaker 1: and unusual housing accommodations would be required to explain each
• 18:48
Speaker 1: decision against the policies existing at the time. The women
• 18:52
Speaker 1: now identified in federal records would be approached, through trauma-informed
• 18:56
Speaker 1: investigators with independent documentary corroboration pursued whether or not every
• 19:01
Speaker 1: survivor wanted to participate personally. Kellen's allegations concerning benefits to
• 19:06
Speaker 1: law enforcement personnel would be tested against financial records and
• 19:10
Speaker 1: testimony rather than dismissed by pointing backward to an investigation
• 19:14
Speaker 1: conducted before those allegations were known. The Florida Science Foundation
• 19:19
Speaker 1: would be examined not merely as the address listed on
• 19:22
Speaker 1: Epstein's work-release application, but as a potential operational vehicle through
• 19:26
Speaker 1: which he maintained access to women while incarcerated. Only after
• 19:31
Speaker 1: doing all of that would the state possess anything resembling
• 19:34
Speaker 1: a credible basis for declaring that nobody responsible for supervising
• 19:38
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein had committed criminal misconduct. Look, Florida had its
• 19:42
Speaker 1: chance to conduct that kind of investigation beginning in 2019. Instead,
• 19:47
Speaker 1: the state spent nearly two years examining a scandal in
• 19:50
Speaker 1: which Jeffrey Epstein received admitted deferential treatment, operated from his
• 19:54
Speaker 1: own organizational environment, paid more than $ 128, 000 for deputy details,
• 20:00
Speaker 1: received private transportation and home visits, and continued sexual activity
• 20:05
Speaker 1: while under government supervision. At the end of that process,
• 20:09
Speaker 1: everybody who mattered walked away cleared. Then additional records emerged
• 20:13
Speaker 1: showing that at least five women had described sexual encounters
• 20:17
Speaker 1: with Epstein during the work release period. Additional testimony raised
• 20:21
Speaker 1: allegations about benefits provided to law enforcement personnel that the
• 20:25
Speaker 1: original inquiry had never uncovered. The response from Palm Beach
• 20:29
Speaker 1: authorities was not to announce a new investigation, but to
• 20:32
Speaker 1: point to the old one and declare the matter finished.
• 20:36
Speaker 1: That's why the 2021 investigation deserves a renewed examination now.
• 20:41
Speaker 1: The scandal was never merely that Jeffrey Epstein received a
• 20:43
Speaker 1: sweetheart work-release arrangement. The scandal was that after the public
• 20:48
Speaker 1: discovered what had happened, Florida created the accountability process too
• 20:52
Speaker 1: weak to explain how it happened, and then used the
• 20:55
Speaker 1: weakness of that process to clear the people who were responsible.
• 20:59
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein did not abuse the privilege of work-release somewhere
