- 0:01It's Wednesday morning at eight thirty nine, and take you your calls to keep
- 0:05you smiling with the healthy Place bits too. Good morning, mister Sean Preeble,
- 0:15Happy foggy Madison day. How are you? I'm doing well. From
- 0:18what I can see, it is about as thick as it can get.
- 0:21How is your drive in this morning? I know you head into the office.
- 0:24You're an early riser as well. How did it go? You know,
- 0:28there's so much fog. I had to follow the GPS. I just
- 0:30stared at that modern technology. My friend. Hey, by the way,
- 0:35is and before we get roll, this quick question about that is I know,
- 0:38and I'll speak for myself, and I've been talking with a lot of
- 0:41folks that have been into the optometrist recently. And you know, eyes,
- 0:45as we age, they start to change and our vision isn't quite as sharp.
- 0:49Are there things that folks can do? I mean, I know night
- 0:52vision becomes an issue for people. Are there things that people can do and
- 0:57actions that they can take to kind of help preserve or at least help them
- 1:00with overall viasion? Yeah, dude, that is such a good question.
- 1:07And I've actually had I just started wearing glasses myself, so I became personally
- 1:11much more interested in the topic. And over the years, there's a number
- 1:15of studies and a good science around nutrients like lutine or xax anthen as tax
- 1:22anthen anthocyanins that's from like a black current fruit extract. Some really cool science.
- 1:27There's a product by doctor Macola called ice Support that you know, you
- 1:33take one or two capsules a day, kind of depending where you're at.
- 1:36And over the years, I've seen things like floaters consistently disappearing with the right
- 1:41supplements, Like where you have floaters kind of floating around, and these folks
- 1:45have had it for years and years and years, and after maybe six to
- 1:48twelve weeks of supplementing with some of these antioxidants that have those clinicals behind them,
- 1:53the floaters will often disappear. And I've had a number of cases.
- 1:57You know, I've been at this maybe twenty years now, twenty one.
- 2:00I think I just hit and people's like macular degeneration, Like there's no cure
- 2:04for that right now, but very good reason to believe that it slows or
- 2:07even stops the progression. So that's kind of exciting recent science and something I've
- 2:12observed even with the customers that I've talked to you about that. So yeah,
- 2:15I mean it's fascinating to me how regardless of what is going on in
- 2:20the human body, there is nutrition or nutrients that have some science behind them,
- 2:27and we get to see those results all day long, and it just
- 2:29never gets old to me how successful the natural route can be and natural remedies
- 2:35can be. And that's what kind of brings me back to even why I
- 2:38do this show why I work as hard as I do, is I getting
- 2:42the education out because once somebody has just that basic knowledge, I mean,
- 2:46think about something like that, like floaters. You know, it's like not
- 2:50like it's going to paralyze you, but floaters can get really annoying. It
- 2:53it can bug you, it can disrupt reading. And if there's nutrients out
- 2:57like natural ingredients that strengthen your and your core and boost your immune system and
- 3:01also helping to help to get rid of the floaters, it's something that single
- 3:07individual would be very interested in knowing. And part of the struggle is just
- 3:10getting the education out, you know. That's something that we've been working with
- 3:14at the Healthy Place since we opened up in twenty ten, helping people get
- 3:17rid of floaters, but most of the public have no idea about what I
- 3:22just said. You know, one of the things I love in getting a
- 3:23chance to talk with you and hang out with you on the show each and
- 3:27every week is I know, if there's something I can throw at you and
- 3:30just completely off the cup, you'll have something. And that's like that experience
- 3:34as we talk about the Healthy Place and whether you're going in and meeting with
- 3:38the wellness consultant westside Fitchburgers on Prairie Location or online at find your Healthy Place
- 3:43dot com. Seen it all, hurt it all, and I know one
- 3:46of the big things that you guys work on is sharing that information each and
- 3:50every week. So everybody that you're meeting with when you're chatting with the wellness
- 3:53consultant, not only are they are they knowledgeable, and they've they've been giving
- 3:59a great education, and they're regularly sharing information with each other to make sure
- 4:02that that for anything that folks are encountering, there is a solution, there
- 4:06is a conversation we had and speaking of having an opportunity, yeah, which
- 4:11I got to just interrupt you there, because we get as wellness consultants,
- 4:14you know, I like to call them the wellness consultant army because they're just
- 4:17ready to help, you know, at serve and you know, we get
- 4:19to cheat a little bit. It's like the community. You know, there's
- 4:23maybe two hundred main conditions issues problems that maybe represent you know, ninety nine
- 4:30point nine percent of the customers and the questions that come in like iehealth,
- 4:34and it's just there's nothing new demand sort of thing where where our wellness consultants
- 4:41have had these questions asked dozens and sometimes hundreds and hundreds of times. So
- 4:46you multiply that by our army of wellness consultants, and I like to joke
- 4:49that we're like a hive that we share this information like what's working. Okay,
- 4:53this didn't quite work as well for duty, so how can we help,
- 4:56you know, make this a little bit better. And you these incremental
- 5:00you make these discoveries over the years and are what's the natural kind of experts
- 5:04on the earth saying that are working for this or that, and then you
- 5:08try that out with a customer and you're like, oh my goodness, this
- 5:11worked so well. And so we just become this like army, this hive
- 5:15of knowledgeable consultants, and I like to say, you know, we're not
- 5:18doctors, we're not pharmacists, and what our expertise is is nutrients, natural
- 5:25ingredients, supplements, brands, good, better, best, and forms,
- 5:29knowing like what forms of ingredients are good, better best, Some won't absorb.
- 5:33You know, I was just listening to a talk on the way to
- 5:36work this morning, and I was talking about b vitamins. How most b
- 5:39vitamins, like there's something like fifty percent of the population cannot convert typical synthetic
- 5:46b vitamins that are in most of the supplements out there, and so you
- 5:49want bioactive b vitamins so your body can readily absorb it. And it's just
- 5:55incredible to me how we get to serve the community and the testimonies you know
- 5:59that we receive and then sharing that information because there's for every one that we
- 6:02help, there's twenty that has no idea that that solution could work for them.
- 6:06Pretty amazing stuff. And we talk about finding solutions and we talk about
- 6:11that high and and kind of that experience working with a wellness consultant. You
- 6:14get an opportunity right now as listening to the program, you want to ask
- 6:17a question, get you on the air. We'll have you on there with
- 6:19Tim O'Brien. Love to have you joined us this morning. I'll get just

- 8:31three two one thirteen ten. That's six oh eight three two one thirteen ten.
- 8:35Had a caller that didn't have a chance to stay on the line,
- 8:37but I had had a question about some advice for tonightas and that, uh
- 8:43anyone that I look at all the people wearing earbuds and headphones and that type
- 8:46of stuff, it's becoming a very common problem. Tim, what advice do
- 8:50you have for our caller? Yeah, tonight, this is no fun.
- 8:54You know. It's the perception of sound that does does have does not have
- 8:56like an external source, So other people hear it, and you're hearing these
- 9:01like noises and it's it's like ringing sounds. Some people it's like even roaring
- 9:07or like buzzing, and it can be absolutely disabilitating and depressing to live with.
- 9:13So I just want to like send out my heart till you listening right
- 9:16now. That is like super intense. Sorry, you're battling that, and
- 9:18you know there is that's one of the really tough ones to battle. So
- 9:22coq ten nano kinase helps work with your blood flow because one of the primary
- 9:28again we don't know exactly what causes it, and it's not always the same
- 9:33with everyone. So what we like to approach because we do have some knowledge
- 9:37on, is the inflammation topic and the blood flow topic. So both of
- 9:41those can cause that ringing in the ears, buzzing, roaring, and COQ
- 9:46ten and the systemic enzyme nano kinase are two of your most therapeutic nutrients for
- 9:54cleaning up the blood, which is a side benefit, but helping with circulation
- 9:58and blood flow so would help with a variety of other issues, you know,
- 10:01like cold hands for example. Just strengthening circulation is a really good idea
- 10:07for tonight's. And then the second thing is inflammation. So if you can
- 10:11reduce inflammation throughout the body, it's fascinating to me, even after all these
- 10:16years of learning about inflammation that it's a part of almost every human condition known
- 10:22to mankind. It's like inflammation is almost always present with all types of pain,
- 10:28all diseases, all degenerative diseases, and just a plethora of issues,
- 10:35including this one. So to reduce the inflammation, b CM ninety five Kurkuman
- 10:39BCM ninety five Kurkcuman sourced from turmeric, the Indian spice. But turmeric in
- 10:45itself doesn't absorb well, so it takes something like two to five hundred capsules
- 10:50of straight turmeric to equal one soft gel of a seven hundred and fifty milligram
- 10:56b CM ninety five kirkcuman, which is just a fancy way of saying the
- 11:01title of kurcuminoids, which is extracted from turmeric blended with phospholipids from sunflower less
- 11:11thin and turmeric essential oils. Those three together create something called BCM ninety five
- 11:16curcumin, and it's been working so well it's been picked up around the earth
- 11:20as a top nutrient to study chronic pain with and cancer with. In fact,
- 11:24one of my heroes is doctor ajaelgoul Down in Texas Baylor University. He's
- 11:31been studying BCM ninety five kurcumen specifically for treating cancer, depression, chronic pain
- 11:37and has some very cool results. I got to sit under his teaching at
- 11:41a few lectures, and you know he'll get on the big screen there and
- 11:45show like the cancer battle across X amount of weeks and the results with BCM
- 11:48ninety five curcumen. So I would take that. I would take fifteen hundred
- 11:54milligrams of that twice a day. That's what's known as a therapeutic dose.
- 11:58And if you're suffering with Tonight's boy, you know it's worth a try.
- 12:03Great question this morning, and you can email me too at tim at find
- 12:07your Healthy Place dot com. I know, I like there was a mouthful
- 12:09there, so I could shoot you back a couple links if you or say
- 12:13you're listening you have a loved one that's battling tonightis you can shoot me an
- 12:16email tim at find your Healthy Place dot com and I'll shoot back a couple
- 12:20of links to just get you started. And it's not a promise, you
- 12:22know, It's like I'd say, that's like a half half success rate where
- 12:26they notice the issues going down, which is worth a try in my opinion.
- 12:30By the way, as we talk with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place
- 12:31online find your Healthy Place dot com three locations west oid of Madison, Fitchburg
- 12:37and Son Prayer and again the website find your Healthy Place dot com. Email
- 12:39Tim at find your Healthy Place dot com. Of course, phone lines are
- 12:43up in six oh eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six oh eight
- 12:46three two one thirteen ten. Something that I caught to as you were as
- 12:50you were helping out our caller there you mentioned circulation and obviously a question about
- 12:56ringing in the air and tonight's and hearing problems, but you all so mentioned
- 13:00things like better circulation, and you know people who have like cold hands and
- 13:05feet and those type of things do we often see because of how beneficial these
- 13:09supplements are, secondary benefits that people may be like I didn't even realize that
- 13:13I really had that, Like I think about like cold feet, Like I'm
- 13:18going to my wife on this one. I think this is probably universal.
- 13:22Toes are always cold, and then going in saying I've got ringing in my
- 13:26ear, let's try this and saying, not only is my hearing better and
- 13:30under my ears better, but I'm feeling better. My toes are feeling toasty
- 13:33again too. Do we see that often? Absolutely? Man, It's like
- 13:37that's one of my favorite parts because I think in the medical system sometimes we
- 13:43focus just on the one organ, you know, the liver, Say there's
- 13:46a problem with the liver, Like, we don't ask the question what other
- 13:50systems in the body could be affecting this system in the body that's going wrong,
- 13:54And so then we just sort of like isolate and target each system in
- 13:58the body separately, as if the body's not interconnected. And we all know,
- 14:03like eating healthy is good for you, right, And it's like that's
- 14:05because there's nutrition in food, and when that nutrition from the food is digested
- 14:11and absorbed and spread out through the body, there's tens of thousands of actions
- 14:18and reactions and benefits from those healthy nutrients. So you bring up a question
- 14:22like you know, tonitis where there's inflammation involved, and then a customer gets
- 14:28on something as simple as BCM ninety five Curkcuman say they take one soft jell
- 14:31a day and they don't even think about And if our consultants were on the
- 14:35track of mind of just talking about tonight's maybe they didn't even bring up that
- 14:39it's going to clean and cleanse inflammation throughout your whole body. So now you're
- 14:45more flexible, your elasticity, your range of motion, of all of that
- 14:48season improvement. You know, the consultant might not have even brought up that
- 14:52BCM ninety five. Curcuman is the top first most important nutrient when you're talking
- 14:58about like digestive disord orders, because inflammation is such a huge issue when it
- 15:03comes to all forms of like IBS, divertickulitis, colitis, these are all
- 15:09inflammation diseases and issues and problems you know, heart health. When you look
- 15:13at dementia heart disease, inflammation plays such a powerful role in those diseases and
- 15:20when you look at the studies. You know, there's a book we give
- 15:24out for free at our store that lists all the benefits of kurcuman, and
- 15:28the science behind prevention of degenerative disease is like skyrocketing on the earth right now,
- 15:33you know, they and kurcuman happens to be one of the top nutrients
- 15:37for heart disease and dementia. You know, Australia had some huge breakthrough for
- 15:43dementia a few years back with kurcuman and what's flipped on the Earth a little
- 15:48bit and is gaining a lot of momentum. Is epigenetics and so like genetics.
- 15:52You know, fifty years ago they'd say, hey, all your diseases,
- 15:56it's from your genetics. There's nothing you can do, doesn't matter what
- 15:58you eat, what you do in your life. And you know, something
- 16:02like twenty percent might be epigenetics, which means above genetics, and that's what
- 16:07you consume nutrition supplements that can make or break your health in different ways.
- 16:12And so now what's happened in what's happening is that's flipping the switch is getting
- 16:17flipped on that where something like eighty percent of disease is preventable, degenerative disease,
- 16:22preventable, treatable, and nutrition supplements make that difference. Genetics might be
- 16:29something closer to twenty percent. And we're still learning a lot with all of
- 16:33that. But your stem cells in your body, you know, when you're
- 16:37born, you have a plethora, and a little kid can can have their
- 16:41tip of their finger nipped off like an infant, and it can actually grow
- 16:45back because just like a starfish or something, because you have so much stem
- 16:49cells in the body, and as that starts to go down, you know,
- 16:52your body starts to break down in different ways and nutrition and natural like
- 16:56supplements, there's natural alternatives that can can strengthen the loss of nutrition in the
- 17:02body because most everyone is nutritionally deficient in one way or another, and that's
- 17:07something that you can take care of. So it's pretty cool how interconnected.
- 17:11And when you do one thing, all of a sudden, you feel better
- 17:14all around, and then you had a second thing, and then you feel
- 17:17even a little bit better, and they play off each other. And I
- 17:18love fanning that flame of someone's health. And that's where it's like if you
- 17:22can get breakthrough. You know, if you're listening right now, you're like,
- 17:25I have this problem, or this loved one has this problem. Like
- 17:27I would encourage you to give a call in hit our chat feature on our
- 17:32site. If you don't want to come in the stores or come in our
- 17:33stores, talk to a wellness consultant. Just get an idea of what the
- 17:37natural remedy would be for that specific problem for you or a loved one.
- 17:41And it's like a spark off and sean where that works, that supplement works,
- 17:45and people are like, you're kidding me, I thought this stuff didn't
- 17:48work. You know, and it's like, oh no, you never really
- 17:49tried the good stuff or something, and that's that's what makes it breaks it.
- 17:52I may be biased. I love going in, but I understand some
- 17:56folks, like you know, for convenience online, having that consultan right online
- 18:00of course find your Healthy Place dot com. It's always a great day to
- 18:03stop on in though. They'd love to see you, whether it's the West
- 18:06side of Madison, Fitchburg, or sun Prairie location of the Healthy Place again
- 18:10wellness consultants there as well as online for you at find your Healthy Place dot
- 18:14com. Tim, it's always great chatting and with you, my friend.
- 18:15You enjoy this beautiful day and we'll do it all again real soon. I
- 18:19love it. Sean, thanks man. Take Care News is next right here
