Transcript
- 0:00Dayna Roselli: It's episode 217 of Vegas Revealed, our sit-down with the new owner of the Rio Hotel and Casino.
- 0:06SPEAKER_01: People need to know there's new ownership.
- 0:08SPEAKER_01: People need to know that$350 million is being put into this property.
- 0:13SPEAKER_01: People need to know that the best hotel talent in town is here and leading the charge.
- 0:20SPEAKER_01: And with that is going to come a great product.
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: So people just have to have to forget what once was and focus on what is.
- 0:28Sean McAllister: We talked with Eric Bernbaum about his plans for the property, our more Vegas developments in the works, and why he says the Rios Rewards program can't be beat.
- 0:39Dayna Roselli: We have a lot of questions and got the answers.
- 1:01Sean McAllister: Yeah, I think for uh fans of Las Vegas, people who've visited here or lived here for a long time.
- 1:08Sean McAllister: You know, back in the day, like the late 90s, early 2000s, the Rio Hotel and Casino was the place to be.
- 1:16Sean McAllister: I mean, they have the rooftop nightclub and steakhouse, the inside had so much going on.
- 1:22Sean McAllister: The Bevertainers were working the floor, singing, dancing, and delivering drinks to your gambling machine.
- 1:29Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and there was a time there when you know the shintas performed.
- 1:32Dayna Roselli: There was a time when Prince performed, the Chippendales and Penn and Teller are still there.
- 1:38Dayna Roselli: And they're upgrading the entire property.
- 1:41Dayna Roselli: We've told you about that before, but now we had a chance to sit down one-on-one with the CEO and founder of Dreamscape.
- 1:48Dayna Roselli: And Dreamscape owns the Rio now.
- 1:51Sean McAllister: Yeah, Eric Bernbaum is his name.
- 1:53Sean McAllister: And we had a lot of questions about how he plans to kind of restore some of the luster that the Rio used to enjoy.
- 2:03Sean McAllister: I mean, we cover a lot.
- 2:05Sean McAllister: We talk about the changes we'll see, why customer value is a top priority for him, and what entertainment is going to look like moving forward at the property.
- 2:15Dayna Roselli: Yeah, just uh a couple months ago we covered the Rio, their food hall, and we got inside the rooms, and you probably heard that episode.
- 2:21Dayna Roselli: If you're a dedicated listener to Vegas Revealed, if you're new, you might not have, but you might want to go back.
- 2:26Dayna Roselli: But since then, we also posted some social media posts like of what the rooms look like, the food, that kind of thing.
- 2:32Dayna Roselli: And we probably had one of and we we go by this because another one was old red that we got a lot of interaction, um, new place on the strip, but Rio right up there with the amount of questions that we have received.
- 2:44Dayna Roselli: And so we listen to what people want more of, and we thought, let's try and get an interview with Eric.
- 2:51Sean McAllister: Yeah, so we went straight to the top to get some answers for you.
- 2:54Sean McAllister: Uh so without further ado, here is our interview with Eric Burnbaum, the CEO and founder of Dreamscape, which is the company that now owns the Rio.
- 3:05Dayna Roselli: There's been so much talk about the future of the Rio for years and years.
- 3:10Dayna Roselli: And I'm just curious what you like, what did you see in the Rio?
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: I saw a lot in the Rio, um and still do.
- 3:17SPEAKER_01: Look, I think from our perspective, this was an iconic asset.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: And when you go back to the early 90s and really all through like the early 2000s, this was, you know, this was the spot.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: It's hard to bump into somebody who used to frequent or went to Vegas back during those times and didn't have an experience here in one way, shape, or form, whether they stayed here, whether they went to Voodoo Lounge or Club Rio, or saw Prince, um, what have you.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: There were so many um unique moments and um iconic times that people had here.
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: And I think for us, we saw an asset that still had that potential and still had that ability to be brought back to life.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: Uh, so for us, it really was just how can we take this asset or take this project that I guess for lack of a better word, was a bit neglected and a bit overlooked by previous ownership and bring it back to its effective glory days.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: So we know we felt like we were starting from a very good place to begin with.
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: Um, and I think in addition to that, having its brand recognition and having its awareness within people's minds uh, you know, it was a very good place to start.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: Sadly, over the past, let's call it decade or so, I think the perception of the asset uh was not what it once was.
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: So we've been working very hard to try and let people know, hey, things have changed, things are different now, and things are moving, you know, closer to where they used to be versus to where they have been.
- 5:01Sean McAllister: Yeah, and I know you talk about people having memories.
- 5:04Sean McAllister: I'm one of those people.
- 5:05Sean McAllister: I have memories of days, nights, the the whole nine at this property.
- 5:11Sean McAllister: So it is exciting to see that there is a commitment to bring the Rio back.
- 5:17Sean McAllister: And you are doing a top-to-bottom renovation on the property.
- 5:21Sean McAllister: Kind of walk us through the timeline.
- 5:23Sean McAllister: What's been done, what still needs to be done, and when you expect those to hit those milestones.
- 5:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, we are still very much of um a work in progress, and we're still, you know, very much renovating, but we've done a lot already to date.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: We have done 1,500 rooms already from top to bottom, so completely remodeled 1,500 rooms in what we call the Impanema Tower.
- 5:50SPEAKER_01: We have uh just reopened our pool deck, uh, so that has been completely remodeled and refreshed.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: We recently opened up our new food hall.
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: Um that's called Canteen, so that's now open and happening.
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: We are in the middle of, as you may have seen when you came in here, the casino floor is uh in the midst of being remodeled completely from top to bottom.
- 6:13SPEAKER_01: Um we are opening up our new sort of marquee, I guess, uh circle bar, if you will, that's gonna be called Lapa Lounge.
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: We have a new food and beverage venue that's gonna be opening up in about a month or so called Luckley's, which is gonna be an American um tavern and grill.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: Uh let's see.
- 6:33SPEAKER_01: Um I don't know if any of you have seen the new facade that we did.
- 6:36SPEAKER_01: So the facade got remodeled, repainted, refreshed, and in addition to that, all new lighting, a whole new LED display.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: I don't know if there are fish fans that are out there.
- 6:48SPEAKER_01: Uh, they're gonna actually be playing at the sphere on April 18th.
- 6:52SPEAKER_01: So the designer um that did all the or there does all the lighting for fish actually programmed and did all of our designing for our facade.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: His name is Chris Caruda.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: Um, so that's been pretty exciting.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: And we refreshed and remodeled our convention facility.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: Um and the list goes on.
- 7:11SPEAKER_01: I mean, there just opened up a new Starbucks, uh and and and we're continuing and continuing.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: So we are effectively taking down portions of the asset, refreshing them, bringing them online, and sort of working our way through um through that process.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: And it should, knock on wood, all be done uh, I would say, very much by the end of this summer, um, and then completely done by you know, I would say January of 25.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you're that would be just to be clear, that's considered phase one.
- 7:48SPEAKER_01: Then there's a phase two, which will be the masquerade village, which is another thousand keys, and there'll be that will all be reconceptualized and revitalized ultimately.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: And then in addition to that, um, we have 22 acres of excess land that at some point can be something.
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: So we are we are walking before we run, and we're just going incrementally and trying to be like as thoughtful as as we possibly can.
- 8:17Dayna Roselli: And when you say masquerade village, we were curious are you gonna keep the Rio name?
- 8:21Dayna Roselli: Is it like the theme of the masquerade?
- 8:24Dayna Roselli: I mean, obviously, we've been here a long time, so we know the show in the sky was so popular.
- 8:28Dayna Roselli: I mean, would that ever come back?
- 8:29Dayna Roselli: I mean, are you gonna keep things the same, make changes to names, bring back anything?
- 8:34SPEAKER_01: Well, I mean, certainly the name Rio is staying, so that you know we have uh that is an obvious as far as the masquerade, the masquerade village and the show in the sky, it's really we have a big whiteboard and we have lots of different ideas.
- 8:49SPEAKER_01: That is one of the ideas, and but nothing has been has ultimately been decided yet on that.
- 8:56Dayna Roselli: Well, put our check on the whiteboard.
- 8:57Dayna Roselli: We love the show in the sky.
- 9:00Sean McAllister: Done.
- 9:00Sean McAllister: Noted, noted.
- 9:01Dayna Roselli: Noted.
- 9:02Sean McAllister: There are there are only I would say three attractions in Las Vegas that stop people in their tracks, and I think show in the sky was one of them.
- 9:12Sean McAllister: Okay.
- 9:19Dayna Roselli: And it's interesting.
- 9:20Dayna Roselli: A lot of uh performers in Las Vegas got their start at the in the show of the Show in the Sky, yeah, which is so interesting because they're all gone off and doing their own things and super successful.
- 9:30Dayna Roselli: So anyway, it was a lot of fun.
- 9:32Dayna Roselli: But when you walk into the Rio, um, what do you want people to think?
- 9:36Dayna Roselli: What do you want people to imagine?
- 9:37Dayna Roselli: What do you want people to feel?
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: That's a good question.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: Uh I think at the end of the day, you want when you go away, and when you go, whether it's a vacation or even if it's work or when you leave home, you're coming into somebody else's home.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: And so this is effectively like our home becomes their home for however long you know an individual is staying.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: And when you have 2,500 rooms, and let's say that you average two people like in a room, that's 5,000 people that have a different that want something different.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: So the question is is how do you how do you um connect with 5,000 people and how do you appease 5,000 people?
- 10:29SPEAKER_01: I think the obvious things that one always wants to do is you want to give them, be courteous, you want them to feel good, you want them to feel that they're welcomed into this home of theirs for the next however many days that they're ultimately staying.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: And then you want to give them an experience that feels good and fun.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: You're taking them, you know, many people are coming here for a convention.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: So sometimes conventions aren't the most fun things in the world.
- 10:56SPEAKER_01: It's effective, it's it's work.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: So, um, how can you sprinkle in a little bit of fun and a little bit of an enjoyment while they're working?
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: And so, whatever that may be, whether that's a good meal, whether that's a courteous staff, whether that is playing, you know, some games on the floor and and entertaining themselves, you want every interaction to be enjoyable.
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: And I think our job is to try and make the each individual has a thousand interactions between when they walk in to when they leave.
- 11:32SPEAKER_01: And each of those interactions like gives an imprint on somebody.
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: So whether that is the person that greets you at the at the reception desk to when you press the elevator button, to what you're looking at, to how you're being um, you know, greeted by somebody, whatever that interaction is, you want that to be like a pleasurable experience, and you want people just to feel good.
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: Um but you know that is not an easy thing to do.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: And really, like our job is to try and look at each one of those individual experiences and make sure that we're that that we're giving somebody um good value and and at the same time a good experience.
- 12:11Sean McAllister: And speaking of value, we were just talking uh a few weeks ago on the show about how when you look at the room that you can get here at the Rio, this is one of the best values in all of Las Vegas.
- 12:27Sean McAllister: Do you plan on on keeping it that way?
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: That that is certainly where we see the opportunity in Vegas.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: Um, I don't want to slight any of our competitors or say anything ill will.
- 12:41SPEAKER_01: Um, but I think unfortunately, you know, if you go to many of our competitors and you simply want to just have a bottle of water, it costs$14.
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: And I don't know how if you take that to, okay, now I want to go have a dinner for two at one of their restaurants, it's really hard to get out of there without spending 200 bucks a person or or you know, or sometimes like even more.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: Um, so I think that unfortunately the market, and I don't know what we want to call it, whether it's the middle market or accessible luxury, approachable luxury, there's many different names for it, but um there is a market that has been very much overlooked, and I think the value proposition, unfortunately, um in this town has has gone away.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: So, you know, whether or not we are uh we never consider ourselves to be cheap.
- 13:43SPEAKER_01: That's not how we're looking at the market.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: We just consider ourselves to hopefully be good value, and that people feel like that they got a great experience.
- 13:51SPEAKER_01: If you can be in a 600 square foot room that's beautiful, that and then simultaneously go down and have a uh you know, a good meal at Hash House, or go to Luckley's and have a good, you know, meal, go to Lapa Lounge and have a great drink, uh, all by having courteous staff and a smile and not have to take a mortgage against it.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: That's that's that that's the goal, and that's that's all we're trying to do.
- 14:20Sean McAllister: And I mean, I think the the rising prices across the board in Las Vegas has been because, well, one property's doing it, so we're gonna do it too.
- 14:30Sean McAllister: Are you trying to buck the the economic trend that we've seen here in the city for the past several years?
- 14:38SPEAKER_01: Um I don't think we're trying to necessarily buck the trend, but I think what what we're focused on is us, and what we're focused on is our customer and our guest, and all we care about is that, and if we can have our guests have an experience here that they leave and feel good about, then like we have done our job, because then that guest is apt to come back, and it is much easier to maintain the guest that you already have and have them be a repeat guest and you know and and go from there.
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: So that that's our focus.
- 15:16Sean McAllister: We'll have more with Eric in just a few moments.
- 15:20Dayna Roselli: And you know, Sean, I want to remind everyone Vegas Reveal is presented by Level Up Law.
- 15:25Dayna Roselli: You don't have to live in Nevada to get help from Level Up.
- 15:27Sean McAllister: Yeah, maybe you're in a situation where there's been a wrongful death case or been in a motor vehicle accident, even harmed in a ride chair.
- 15:36Sean McAllister: Call Level Up Law now at 855 Level Up.
- 15:41Dayna Roselli: If you've experienced a slip and fall, maybe injured in a place of business or on a construction site, call Level Up Law.
- 15:48Dayna Roselli: They can help.
- 15:48Sean McAllister: Even if you have property damage, wind resulting in down trees, wildfires, water damage, the experienced team over at Level Up can help you.
- 15:59Dayna Roselli: Go to leveluplaw.com for more information or call them at 855 Level Up.
- 16:05Dayna Roselli: That's 855 Level Up.
- 16:10Dayna Roselli: A lot of our listeners, a lot of our viewers, people online always uh ask questions about the rewards program.
- 16:17Dayna Roselli: You know, what kind of and it's interesting because, you know, we have a lot of you know big companies, and you know, MGM owns a lot of properties, Caesars owns a lot of properties, and and people seem to know the reward program.
- 16:28Dayna Roselli: What are you gonna offer anything that's different?
- 16:30Dayna Roselli: Or are there any is there a vision there?
- 16:33SPEAKER_01: We certainly have a vision.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: I mean, right now, um, right now I would say that we have the most competitive and most attractive rewards program, if not the most competitive and attractive rewards program in the market, hands down.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: So we have been I don't want to know if the right word is aggressive, um, but I guess aggressive, and we have the best rewards program like Bar Nunn in the market, period.
- 16:56Sean McAllister: In terms of entertainment, obviously uh Penn and Teller, Chippendales, they have been longtime staples here at the property.
- 17:06Sean McAllister: Um what do you plan on your entertainment portfolio looking like over the next few years?
- 17:14Sean McAllister: Are you adding to it?
- 17:15Sean McAllister: Are you keeping keeping things as is?
- 17:17SPEAKER_01: I look right now we have those staples.
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: So I mean we have a comedy cellar, we have the Wow Theater, we have Penn and Teller, and we have Chip and Dale's.
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: Those four establishments do well and um and hit a certain market.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: And from our perspective, we're not looking to replace things that work simply for the sake of replacing them.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: And not only that, they have endured candidly uh a very long history of neglect at this property.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: And they're they're you know, they're due for some payback and for having stuck with this place and sticking with us.
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: We want them to be the beneficiaries of that.
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: So we're we're very much committed to them.
- 18:08Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 18:10Dayna Roselli: Don't fix it.
- 18:11Dayna Roselli: So yeah, it's it's good good entertainment here, you know, definitely for sure.
- 18:17Dayna Roselli: Um, what about any other do is it I know your focus is the Rio.
- 18:21Dayna Roselli: Do you ever, when you think long term, think about buying up other properties in Las Vegas, or just right now we're just focused on the Rio?
- 18:27Dayna Roselli: I mean, because you are new to the Las Vegas area, and I think a lot of people find that really interesting.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: Look, I think that you gotta walk before you run.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: Um, and then, you know, once you run, then you can, you know, sprint.
- 18:43SPEAKER_01: And I think that we need to execute here and perform, do our job and get this right.
- 18:52SPEAKER_01: And I think that the lessons, look, we're not perfect, and we're gonna make mistakes, and we're we've already made plenty, and we're gonna continue to, but for us, our you know, our job is to look at those mistakes, fix the mistakes, and like move on and continue to refine and get better.
- 19:11SPEAKER_01: So for us, I think if we can execute over the next you know year or two and things are moving in the right direction and we're happy, sure, we will like lift our head up and say, okay, is there anything else like that we should be doing, should that we should be considering?
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: Um, of course, the long-term vision is to uh you know to build a platform and to have uh a more robust um business here because we really love the market and we think that there's a lot of opportunity.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: But there but but we got to do this first, we gotta land this plane.
- 19:47Sean McAllister: And I know this is probably putting the the cart in front of the horse a little bit, but you mentioned the 22 acres of of space that you have on this this chunk of real estate here off of Flamingo.
- 19:59Sean McAllister: Um I know for a long time in the lead up to the the A's talking about coming here that this property was talked about as a potential site for a sporting venue.
- 20:12Sean McAllister: Is that something that is that something that you would still entertain?
- 20:18Sean McAllister: Not necessarily with with baseball, but just sports in general, given the trajectory of sports in the city.
- 20:27SPEAKER_01: Yes, for sure.
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: I mean, I don't know at the end of the day, the 22 acres of excess land that we have is really our ace in the hole and will ultimately differentiate us like relative to many other properties that are out there.
- 20:45SPEAKER_01: We have uh been more, I guess, reactive versus proactive in thinking about our excess land because we have so much work to do currently here within what we within the 77 acres that this that the Rio proper like sits on.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: Uh so but that is not to say that we're not thinking about it, and we're in various different conversations with lots of different parties, and we're running many parallel paths.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: The the A's was a was obviously like a fairly public um conversation that was out there, and you know they obviously opted to do something else, but I think what it did do is it forced us to really understand the land that we have and the value that it that that it that it that inherently is there.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: And candidly, I can't think of a better place to ultimately house something.
- 21:45SPEAKER_01: Um and why I say that and why I think it's so interesting is that many locals you don't really there's a lot of traffic on the strip.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: And so to go to an event, it's a real commitment, and signing up to sitting in traffic is Not something that many local individuals want to do.
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: The benefit of the Rio is that we abut the strip, but you don't have to go on it.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: And in addition to that, we are abutting the strip, so we also get the benefit of all that transient travel that comes here.
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: So there is no site that has 2,500 keys that have been completely renovated, that have four entertainment venues, that have 14 food and beverage venues, that have everything that we have to offer, where somebody that has whether it's an arena, a stadium, or some other ancillary use, shouldn't be, you know, all over.
- 22:41SPEAKER_01: And that's just the truth.
- 22:44Dayna Roselli: Well, before we wrap up, we're sitting in the wine cellar now.
- 22:47Dayna Roselli: I mean, you just revived this area, this space, and it's awesome.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, look, this was um back in its day, a real spot and a place that people sought out and really came to and celebrated and and and loved.
- 23:05SPEAKER_01: And you know, we spoke to many different architects and came up, you know, had all different sorts of ideas.
- 23:13SPEAKER_01: And what we came back to is look around, it's great.
- 23:16SPEAKER_01: Like, why would you change anything?
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, it needed to be refreshed and and revitalized and brought up, you know, to the modern day.
- 23:24SPEAKER_01: But it's an amazing, unique space to have a cocktail, to have a drink, to relax, um, and to just sort of like take you out of like your your your your you know your daily life.
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: Um so yeah, we're super excited.
- 23:37SPEAKER_01: The wine cellar, we recently, I guess the official opening of the wine cellar was about two weeks ago.
- 23:43SPEAKER_01: So the word is starting to get out.
- 23:45SPEAKER_01: We're happy to host this here.
- 23:47SPEAKER_01: So tell your friends.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: Um, and and and we're excited about it.
- 23:51unknown: Yeah.
- 23:51Sean McAllister: Well, uh, we're excited about the commitment that you have to this property and you know to keeping the legacy of the Rio alive, but bringing it to a new generation, and we appreciate the the time to sit down and speak with us.
- 24:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, I appreciate it.
- 24:07SPEAKER_01: Look, I think the final thing that I would say, which is palpable to us and certainly appreciated, is the I guess the public sentiment and uh the the sort of the rooting for us to like bring this place back to like what it once was and for people to appreciate that and to really like buy into what we're doing makes us feel great and like gets us up every day because it's this is hard work.
- 24:34SPEAKER_01: We have a team here that is second to none that are you know grinding and grinding and grinding because this is a big ship to turn.
- 24:43SPEAKER_01: Um, but when we hear from the public like that they're noticing and starting to see and appreciate what we're doing, that makes it all worthwhile.
- 24:52SPEAKER_01: So we thank you for taking the time as well.
- 24:56Dayna Roselli: We really enjoyed being able to ask Eric such a variety of questions, and he was just up for answering anything, and we love that.
- 25:04Sean McAllister: Yeah, he gave some really thoughtful responses, which um which I was excited to hear everything that the answers to everything we were asking.
- 25:14Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and we wondered when we asked about, you know, is the name gonna change the Rio?
- 25:19Dayna Roselli: And he was like, no, absolutely.
- 25:20Dayna Roselli: And we're like, okay, phew, you know?
- 25:22Sean McAllister: Yeah, because you never know.
- 25:23Sean McAllister: Yeah, you know, with redevelopment, with rebranding, is there going to be the possibility of that?
- 25:28Sean McAllister: But nope, Rio, it always will be.
- 25:32Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and and interesting to hear him talk about the land next door, too, or on the property, but right next to the buildings, you know, and I feel like he's his wheels are turning on that.
- 25:40Sean McAllister: Well, and you could tell from his response where he was like, I mean, there are so many uses that that would be great for this parcel of of property.
- 25:50Sean McAllister: So it'll be interesting in the years to come to see uh, you know, which idea tops the list.
- 25:56Dayna Roselli: I know, and I I think a lot of our listeners are now gonna head over there to check out that rewards program and look into it.

- 26:02Dayna Roselli: Because he says it's one of the best or the best, didn't he say?
- 26:05Dayna Roselli: So absolutely.
- 26:06Sean McAllister: And that center bar, the Lapa Lounge, is I mean, we're told that that is going to be really nice.
- 26:13Sean McAllister: Yeah, a great spot to, you know, go grab a cocktail if you're going up to Voodoo Steakhouse for dinner or, you know, whatever it may be, but a great place to pop into.
- 26:23Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 26:23Dayna Roselli: We'll keep you updated on the Rio.
- 26:25Dayna Roselli: And I also want everyone to know that was pretty much the raw interview.
- 26:28Dayna Roselli: Uh there were really no cuts made on that interview.
- 26:31Dayna Roselli: I think I took out a section at the end when we were just having a casual conversation.
- 26:34Dayna Roselli: We kind of wrapped up the interview and maybe took out a long space in between some of the questions or you know, a long pause so you didn't have to sit there and wait.
- 26:44Dayna Roselli: But other than that, that was our interview.
- 26:46Sean McAllister: Yeah, that was our conversation.
