- 0:11Speaker 1: It's nice.
- 0:12Speaker 2: It's time, Lou, Lou, welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show.
- 0:17Speaker 2: I'm your host, Rob Shooter, and it is Thursday. Thursday's
- 0:22Speaker 2: my favorite day of the week. I know because I
- 0:23Speaker 2: can go out on a Thursday night and have a
- 0:25Speaker 2: few drinks and sort of get through a Friday with
- 0:27Speaker 2: a hangover. I try not to go out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
- 0:30Speaker 2: but Thursday it's the best night to go out, at
- 0:33Speaker 2: least for me. But on Thursdays an added little special
- 0:37Speaker 2: bonus since we get to talk to our dear friend
- 0:39Speaker 2: Mark Lupoh, hey, Loopy, are you there?
- 0:42Speaker 1: He Loopy Lou is here on this lovely Thursday morning.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Hey Loopy, do you like a Thursday? Not just because
- 0:47Speaker 2: we do the show together, Thursday is a great night.
- 0:50Speaker 1: It's the best night of the week in New York.
- 0:52Speaker 1: That's not just so much fun. The energy is there.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Everyone's excited for the weekend. But also, you know, I
- 0:57Speaker 1: love coming off doing the show and then going into
- 0:59Speaker 1: the weekend and they can have fun, not to worry
- 1:01Speaker 1: about anything. It's yeah, yeah, it's nice.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Yeah, I feel as if my weekend starts on a thirst. Yes,
- 1:07Speaker 2: if my bosses are listening don't tell Eddie, Eddie body. Okay,
- 1:12Speaker 2: let's jump into the show. What time is it, my friends?
- 1:16Speaker 2: It is tea time. So we have a story at
- 1:18Speaker 2: the top of the show that is so delightful and
- 1:20Speaker 2: so exciting that I hope, hope, hope this happens. Beyonce
- 1:25Speaker 2: and Taylor Swift might break the internet with the rumored
- 1:30Speaker 2: country duet. You heard that right, So two of the
- 1:32Speaker 2: biggest stars in the world right now, we've got to
- 1:35Speaker 2: admit that might be getting together for a collaboration, as
- 1:40Speaker 2: rumors have started that Beyonce and Taylor Swift could potentially
- 1:45Speaker 2: be releasing a song together. Now, let me explain how
- 1:48Speaker 2: all this has come about, why these rumors are blowing up. So,
- 1:52Speaker 2: according to producer Callum b he's the creator of several
- 1:56Speaker 2: of Beyonce's tracks on her new country album, So Beyond
- 2:00Speaker 2: has a new country album coming guy. She has a
- 2:01Speaker 2: single out called Texas Hold Them It's Fabulous. So, according
- 2:06Speaker 2: to him, she's about to do something. Beyonce is about
- 2:10Speaker 2: to do something that shocks the world. Now, during an interview,
- 2:14Speaker 2: he was confronted and said, are you hinting at a
- 2:17Speaker 2: duet Beyonce and maybe Taylor Swift and he said, you
- 2:20Speaker 2: guys are going to have to wait and see. So
- 2:23Speaker 2: playing coy, not saying too much, not saying too little.
- 2:27Speaker 2: But certainly this is how rumors start. Mark just the
- 2:30Speaker 2: clever sentence. People are good at this, people that we interview.
- 2:34Speaker 2: We've been in the celebrity business for a long time.
- 2:36Speaker 2: J Lo's the best at this. She just drops a
- 2:38Speaker 2: little hint. Kim Kardashian is really good at this. And
- 2:40Speaker 2: I don't even know if this is going to happen,
- 2:42Speaker 2: but for the next two days, I'm going to be
- 2:44Speaker 2: on heaven. I'm going to be in heaven thinking about it.
- 2:46Speaker 2: What do you think? Do you think it will happen?
- 2:48Speaker 2: And do you like these sort of rumors?
- 2:50Speaker 1: You know, I've always loved in respect of the way
- 2:52Speaker 1: that Beyonce publicizes her work, right, It's very subtle. Sometimes
- 2:57Speaker 1: there's no you know, pr behind it. It just kind
- 2:59Speaker 1: of and so, you know, there's been so much buzz
- 3:02Speaker 1: about Beyonce in the last few years and Taylor Swift too,
- 3:05Speaker 1: they've been they were on tour at the same time.
- 3:08Speaker 1: You know, they they literally changed economies in the country
- 3:11Speaker 1: by people going out in the masses to go see them.
- 3:14Speaker 1: But I love the idea of them working together because
- 3:17Speaker 1: some people were pitting them against each other, right, and
- 3:19Speaker 1: it's like, no, we loved and respect both of them,
- 3:23Speaker 1: and we love their music. And to see Beyonce try
- 3:26Speaker 1: something different to go into country is so exciting.
- 3:29Speaker 2: I'm interview Beyonce's a Texas gill too. I was having
- 3:32Speaker 2: a debate with some of my friends and some of
- 3:33Speaker 2: them were like, all, stick to what you know, and
- 3:35Speaker 2: they were like, she knows country. She grew up listening
- 3:37Speaker 2: to countries. She's from Texas wearing a cowboy hat. It's
- 3:40Speaker 2: not something that she just discovered. And of course Taylor
- 3:43Speaker 2: Swift started in the country music scene and then went
- 3:46Speaker 2: over into the pop scene. And it sort of reminds
- 3:49Speaker 2: me many years ago, maybe over a decade ago, when
- 3:51Speaker 2: Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey were pitted against each other
- 3:55Speaker 2: and then they came out having the ward show together
- 3:57Speaker 2: wearing the same dress, and then they recorded a song together.
- 4:00Speaker 2: I think this is the best way to get rid
- 4:02Speaker 2: of all the rumors that you don't like each other
- 4:05Speaker 2: and in the process give us all what has to
- 4:07Speaker 2: be an incredible song. That song has to be good.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Do you think the two of them will write it together.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Can you imagine Taylor and Beyonce in a studio? Oh,
- 4:17Speaker 2: I just want I want the footage of all of it. Yeah.
- 4:19Speaker 1: I mean I think back to maybe ten years ago
- 4:21Speaker 1: now and Beyonce and Lady Gaga wrote a song together
- 4:25Speaker 1: and it kind of blew the internet then too, Yes,
- 4:27Speaker 1: and so it's gonna be a similar moment. I think
- 4:29Speaker 1: even more so because the world has changed so much
- 4:32Speaker 1: since then and this is there. These are the two
- 4:34Speaker 1: biggest stars in the world.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Literally, it's never bigger now. I was thinking, like, who
- 4:39Speaker 2: else could we add to the mix? And we don't
- 4:41Speaker 2: need to. This is as big as pop music gets now.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I'm a real fantasy here and I'm pushing my luck.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Is the single absolutely Thank you very much, sign me up.
- 4:50Speaker 2: I'd love them to go on tour together.
- 4:53Speaker 1: I don't think the world could be ready for that.
- 4:55Speaker 1: That's gonna be. That would be really crazy.
- 4:58Speaker 2: We'd have to build new colus for them, Like there's
- 5:01Speaker 2: no venue Biggler to hold these two together. I just
- 5:06Speaker 2: love it, which brings us to our whole question of
- 5:08Speaker 2: the day. Taylor Swift and Beyonce might break the Internet
- 5:12Speaker 2: with a rumored country duet. I mean, if beyond S
- 5:16Speaker 2: wants credibility in the country world, there's nothing better than
- 5:20Speaker 2: teaming up with Taylor. I mean, that would be such
- 5:22Speaker 2: a smart move. So I think it could happen. But
- 5:25Speaker 2: our question is do you want it to happen? Now?
- 5:28Speaker 2: Some people are saying no, they're too big, they don't
- 5:31Speaker 2: need each other. Maybe they don't need each other, but
- 5:33Speaker 2: that's what makes it so delicious. When one person needs
- 5:36Speaker 2: another never quite as exciting. But when both of them
- 5:39Speaker 2: are equals, both of them are in this together, no
- 5:42Speaker 2: one's going to overshadow them. This is not justin Timberlake,
- 5:45Speaker 2: going back to en Sync, which is really the justin
- 5:48Speaker 2: Timberlake show. These are two ladies at the peak of
- 5:53Speaker 2: their professional success. Maybe they'll get even bigger and they
- 5:57Speaker 2: might join together. What do you think? Do you want
- 6:00Speaker 2: this to happen? They go vote on at Twitter page
- 6:04Speaker 2: at Naughty Knights Rob at Facebook page is Naughty Gossip
- 6:07Speaker 2: and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Hey Loopy, where do you work it up? HM?
- 6:14Speaker 1: I have a Teresa Judas update for you, Rob. I
- 6:18Speaker 1: know our favorite so her husband is being sued over
- 6:21Speaker 1: alleged hacking for harassment and abuse. Let me explain what's
- 6:25Speaker 1: going on here. It's a complicated story. So Teresa Judas's
- 6:28Speaker 1: husband Luis Louis Roulas and private investigator both Dietel are
- 6:33Speaker 1: facing a lawsuit for allegedly hacking into computers to engage
- 6:36Speaker 1: in harassment and abuse against Vanessa Reiser, who is Rulas's
- 6:40Speaker 1: ex fiance now. According to court documents, Rules and Dietel
- 6:45Speaker 1: are accused of unlawfully accessing sensitive information in their system
- 6:49Speaker 1: to gather incriminating evidence on one of Judas's previous lovers,
- 6:53Speaker 1: whose identity remains undisclosed in the lawsuit, and the plaintiffs
- 6:58Speaker 1: claim that last till and their legal team carried out
- 7:01Speaker 1: these actions with criminal, reckless, malice and fraudulent intent in
- 7:05Speaker 1: that defrauding them and consialing their own misconduct, and the
- 7:09Speaker 1: last suit of ledges they attempted to hire a private
- 7:12Speaker 1: investigator to unlawfully obtain personal information about Riser rab This
- 7:17Speaker 1: seems very, very messy.
- 7:19Speaker 2: I don't think, oh it's so sloppy, but this is
- 7:21Speaker 2: what my dilemma is with the housewives, pretty much all
- 7:24Speaker 2: of them. Let's be clear here, they're good TV because
- 7:28Speaker 2: they're so sloppy, and everything they do on the show
- 7:31Speaker 2: I thoroughly enjoy and I laugh and I giggle. But
- 7:33Speaker 2: then this obviously has to trans over transfer over into
- 7:38Speaker 2: their private lives. So the Housewives by definition are quite
- 7:41Speaker 2: sloppy people, so we shouldn't be surprised when they're arrested
- 7:44Speaker 2: when they get in trouble. Remember Teresa went to jail, Yes,
- 7:48Speaker 2: and she'll she went to jail. I don't know people
- 7:51Speaker 2: many people who went to prison. Teresa went to prison,
- 7:55Speaker 2: and so this is behavior that now I think I expect.
- 8:00Speaker 2: But something has changed for me. Mark. What I used
- 8:03Speaker 2: to think was sort of funny and campy ten years ago,
- 8:06Speaker 2: now I think it's not quite right because people do
- 8:08Speaker 2: get hurt, and it's not a TV show, it's real life.
- 8:13Speaker 2: I've turned a little bit on the Housewives. I know
- 8:15Speaker 2: you naught ease, I know you still love them. Some
- 8:17Speaker 2: of you love the show is still I've soured on
- 8:20Speaker 2: it a little bit, and I think it's because of
- 8:22Speaker 2: all this behavior off camera. I just don't want to
- 8:25Speaker 2: support people that are this shady. Where do you fall
- 8:29Speaker 2: on the housewife's scale?
- 8:30Speaker 1: You know? I feel the same way, because this is
- 8:32Speaker 1: real life and people. You know, Teresa's children lost their father.
- 8:36Speaker 1: He was deported, you know, out of the country for
- 8:39Speaker 1: his crimes, and they both were in jail at different points.
- 8:42Speaker 1: You know, it's sad and I don't support it either,
- 8:44Speaker 1: because again, these are real crimes and people suffer because
- 8:49Speaker 1: of it.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, it's easy to forget the victim here. This
- 8:52Speaker 2: is bad news. And if these allegations are true, this
- 8:56Speaker 2: poor ex fiance had a private investigator digging up dirt
- 9:01Speaker 2: on her. Can't we all just be happy It's not
- 9:05Speaker 2: a reality show, it's real life, You're right, Mark, I
- 9:09Speaker 2: think for the housewives that we know, and we live
- 9:11Speaker 2: in New York City, so most of them are New
- 9:13Speaker 2: York housewives, although New York being the media capital of
- 9:16Speaker 2: the world, all the housewives come into New York to
- 9:18Speaker 2: do publicity. So we've met pretty much somebody I guess
- 9:21Speaker 2: from each of the franchise I know I have. They're
- 9:24Speaker 2: rewarded for bad behavior, and this is the dilemma Bravo has.
- 9:28Speaker 2: The naughtier they are, the more they are rewarded in followers,
- 9:31Speaker 2: in pey in ratings. But then that's a terrible lesson
- 9:36Speaker 2: to teach anybody. Because it does translate into your private life.
- 9:40Speaker 2: If you're constantly rewarded at work for being a nightmare,
- 9:45Speaker 2: I will predict you will become a nightmare in your
- 9:47Speaker 2: private life. And now it's interesting because these ladies are
- 9:50Speaker 2: starting to bite the hand that feeds them. And now
- 9:53Speaker 2: instead of just fighting each other and exes, now they're
- 9:56Speaker 2: turning on Bravo. We know Niini leaks accused Andy of awful,
- 10:00Speaker 2: we know Bethany has turned arm Bravo, and I think
- 10:03Speaker 2: we're going to see more and more of this. It's
- 10:06Speaker 2: really complicated. When you get down in the door, sooner
- 10:12Speaker 2: or later, probably sooner than later, you're going to start
- 10:14Speaker 2: to smell too. Just the little cautionary tale. Okay, moving along,
- 10:19Speaker 2: Kanye West is denying that Taylor Swift got him kicked
- 10:22Speaker 2: out of the Super Bowl. So this blew up after
- 10:25Speaker 2: an NFL player called Brandon Marshall. I don't know him,
- 10:29Speaker 2: but he suggested that Taylor got Kanye kicked out. He
- 10:33Speaker 2: said that Kanye bought tickets in front of Taylor's VIP
- 10:37Speaker 2: suite because he wanted to be on camera. Kanye knew
- 10:40Speaker 2: Taylor was going to be on camera a lot, so
- 10:42Speaker 2: he got tickets in front of her, hoping to get
- 10:45Speaker 2: into her shot. Then he implied that Taylor found out
- 10:50Speaker 2: about this and got him removed, kicked out of the stadium.
- 10:55Speaker 2: This doesn't appear to be true because there were shots
- 10:58Speaker 2: of Kanye and his wife Bianca inside the stadium, nowhere
- 11:01Speaker 2: near Taylor. Plus plus Kanye now is saying it's not true.
- 11:06Speaker 2: I hit the phones here to clear this one up.
- 11:09Speaker 2: My Taylor sources say she didn't even think about him.
- 11:12Speaker 2: She's not getting him removed. He has zero interest to her.
- 11:16Speaker 2: She's so in love, she's doing so great. The last
- 11:20Speaker 2: thing she even cares about, which is probably even more insulting,
- 11:24Speaker 2: good for you, Taylor, is Kanye West. She never talks
- 11:27Speaker 2: about him. He talks about her a lot. I think
- 11:29Speaker 2: she's on his new album. He makes a dig at
- 11:31Speaker 2: her or a reference to her on this new music
- 11:33Speaker 2: he has coming out. She doesn't care. She just doesn't care,
- 11:36Speaker 2: which is the real ultimate revenge.
- 11:40Speaker 1: It truly is, And let's not forget Taylor is one
- 11:43Speaker 1: of the reasons why many of us watched the Super
- 11:44Speaker 1: Bowl like, we were not watching two of us, we
- 11:47Speaker 1: had not two of us. We were not watching for Kanye.
- 11:51Speaker 2: I wasn't watching for the players. I was watching for Travis.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Oh.
- 11:54Speaker 2: I enjoyed it. The first time I watched the whole
- 11:56Speaker 2: Super Bowl, Mark, I really got into it. I like
- 11:59Speaker 2: the costume, had the tight shorts. They're also handsome muscly devils,
- 12:03Speaker 2: aren't they. Some of them are a little heavy too.
- 12:05Speaker 2: I didn't understand that, but Bruce, my husband, told me.
- 12:08Speaker 2: They have to stop people from from running back the
- 12:11Speaker 2: field or something, so you need to be really sturdy.
- 12:13Speaker 2: I love the quarterback. He's the skinny one that throws it.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Oh.
- 12:16Speaker 2: I've learned all about football and might even get myself
- 12:19Speaker 2: a jumper with Travis Kelcey. I'd really rather a jumper
- 12:23Speaker 2: with Taylor Swift on. That's what the NFL should be doing. No,
- 12:25Speaker 2: I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's the most watched Super Boon
- 12:28Speaker 2: of all time, Mark, and I think it's the most
- 12:30Speaker 2: watched television event in the history of America, more than
- 12:35Speaker 2: when we landed on the Moon.
- 12:37Speaker 1: And I believe Taylor had a big part in that.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Truly, it's Taylor. It's Taylor Swift. It's all about Taylor Swift.
- 12:44Speaker 2: She busy, Kanye, I tried not to do Kanye stories
- 12:47Speaker 2: on this podcast. But this just made me laugh. I
- 12:51Speaker 2: know Taylor got him removed. Girl, she don't even know
- 12:54Speaker 2: you there, don't even know you get a Okay, we
- 12:56Speaker 2: have a new report about a celebrity who's moving on
- 13:01Speaker 2: very quickly after getting divorced. What am I talking about?
- 13:04Speaker 1: Joe Meganillo, Sophia mcgara's ex. He's moving in with his
- 13:08Speaker 1: new girlfriend. Okay, So, Joe Maganello and Catelyn O'Connor have
- 13:12Speaker 1: taken their relationships to the next level by moving in together,
- 13:15Speaker 1: and the couple apparently is excited about reaching the smile
- 13:17Speaker 1: zone and it's said to be very much in love now.
- 13:21Speaker 1: They have bonded over their shared roots in Pittsburgh and
- 13:24Speaker 1: their love for travel, and Maganello's dog, Bubbles has given
- 13:28Speaker 1: his silver approval to O'Connor, which has made the transition
- 13:31Speaker 1: to living together smooth. However, a source claim to page
- 13:35Speaker 1: six that O'Connor still maintains her own place, which I
- 13:38Speaker 1: think is a smart en.
- 13:39Speaker 2: I don't think there's a timeline on love here. It's
- 13:41Speaker 2: easy to judge in sales too soon. He's just got divorced. Now,
- 13:44Speaker 2: if you meet somebody here like them, you know, go
- 13:47Speaker 2: and be happy. Sophia theagara shaite worried about him. She's
- 13:49Speaker 2: moving on with her life, he's moving on with his.
- 13:52Speaker 2: I don't think I'm as quiet as interested in his
- 13:54Speaker 2: life as I was when he was with her. He
- 13:55Speaker 2: got me in trouble once was on a morning TV show,
- 13:58Speaker 2: and I imply that he threw her a birthday party.
- 14:02Speaker 2: But she probably had to pick up the because she's
- 14:05Speaker 2: his people called the show to complain. They cared that
- 14:09Speaker 2: much he had trouble being mister, Sophia Vagara. I mean,
- 14:12Speaker 2: if your people are calling into a TV show to
- 14:15Speaker 2: complain about me, what who cares about what this idiot say?
- 14:19Speaker 2: Nobody cares, but they did care. Okay, quickly, before we
- 14:21Speaker 2: get a break, I have a little explaining to do.
- 14:24Speaker 2: The reason why Megan Markle's coat of arms was used
- 14:27Speaker 2: on the Sussex website instead of a joint crest. So
- 14:32Speaker 2: it takes a long time to get a joint crest.
- 14:35Speaker 2: It took William and Kate about two years. The Royals
- 14:37Speaker 2: don't rush. The Royals when they issue something, they do
- 14:40Speaker 2: it right, has to be designed, has to be approved,
- 14:43Speaker 2: can't offend anybody, So Harry and Meghan never got a
- 14:47Speaker 2: joint crest. He had a crest because he was a prince.
- 14:50Speaker 2: She didn't really have a crest. I think she saw
- 14:52Speaker 2: a photoshopped her own one. She just need her own crest. Well,
- 14:54Speaker 2: this is the one that they're using because they don't
- 14:57Speaker 2: have a joint crest. So I don't think it's any
- 15:00Speaker 2: more than that. If it would be suspicious if they
- 15:03Speaker 2: had a crest, If you and me Mark shared a
- 15:04Speaker 2: crest and I didn't use it, but I used mine,
- 15:07Speaker 2: that would be a snub. But if we didn't have
- 15:10Speaker 2: a crest, it's a logo. If we didn't have a logo,
- 15:12Speaker 2: they're just using hers. And let's remember Meghan de boss
- 15:16Speaker 2: don't much give Megan Harry. Okay, we're going to take
- 15:19Speaker 2: a quick break and we will be right back. Welcome.
- 15:22Speaker 2: That is a naughty B ninety one intruder with my
- 15:24Speaker 2: new friend Mark Lupo. Hey loopy, let's get to the polls.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Thank you very much. So listen. On the last show,
- 15:30Speaker 2: we talked about Harry and Meghan's new website. It's getting
- 15:33Speaker 2: slammed because they're using their royal title Sussex and her
- 15:37Speaker 2: coat of arms. Is this wrong? Let's have a look.
- 15:41Speaker 2: Sixty percent said no, it's not wrong. That's their last name.
- 15:44Speaker 2: The Queen gave them that title. She gave them the
- 15:47Speaker 2: name Sussex, and it's theirs to use, and so you
- 15:51Speaker 2: think nothing wrong, although forty percent do have a bit
- 15:54Speaker 2: of a problem with this. Where are you Mark? I
- 15:57Speaker 2: don't care.
- 15:57Speaker 1: I think it's fine. Yeah, it doesn't matter.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Call yourself whatever you want. I call yourself Eliza, min Ellie.
- 16:02Speaker 2: What do I care? Be happy, It's all fine. And
- 16:04Speaker 2: if you want to sell me a tea towel, if
- 16:06Speaker 2: you want to sell me a little mug with the
- 16:08Speaker 2: Duchess of Sussex Ony, I'd buy that.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Well.
- 16:10Speaker 2: I think it's a cute tom a coffee table Harry
- 16:13Speaker 2: and mega little mugs. Oh, I think it'd be adorable.
- 16:15Speaker 2: And you know, eventually they're going to sell towels and fragrances. Oh,
- 16:18Speaker 2: it's going to be fab It's gonna be like Amazon
- 16:20Speaker 2: on that website. Okay, don't forget to vote on today's poul.
- 16:24Speaker 2: Go to our Twitter page at Naughty Knights. Well about
- 16:26Speaker 2: facebook page Naughty. I'm sure to check back tomorrow to
- 16:31Speaker 2: hear your results. Okay, my favorite part of the show.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Let's do the nicest of the day.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Oh, the nicest of the day is Adele, and she
- 16:43Speaker 1: has four simple words for anyone who is sick of
- 16:46Speaker 1: seeing Taylor Swift at NFL games.
- 16:48Speaker 2: So Adele.
- 16:49Speaker 1: She expressed her support for Hylor Swift and her boyfriend
- 16:52Speaker 1: Travis Kelsey. During a performance at her last Vegas residency,
- 16:56Speaker 1: Adele mentioned that she wanted the Kansas City Chiefs to
- 16:58Speaker 1: win because of Taylor swiss connection to Travis kelce and
- 17:02Speaker 1: in addition, Adele said, in addition, Adele addressed the criticism
- 17:06Speaker 1: that Swift has received for attending the game, telling the
- 17:09Speaker 1: crowd to get a effing wafe. I love it.
- 17:15Speaker 2: She just cuts to the chase away that only Adele
- 17:19Speaker 2: could get away with. That nice is the day, and
- 17:21Speaker 2: now I noticed the day. Naughty, naughty. You're gonna see
- 17:24Speaker 2: this all over the news today. The shooting in Kansas
- 17:27Speaker 2: City just heartbreaking, just heartbreaking. Travis Kelcey is heartbroken about it.
- 17:35Speaker 2: It looks as if as many as fifteen twenty people
- 17:39Speaker 2: have been injured. Oh, Mark, I was watching this parade
- 17:43Speaker 2: and it was full of joy and children. A lot
- 17:45Speaker 2: of Taylor fans were there, a lot of young people
- 17:47Speaker 2: came out hoping to get a glimpse of Taylor. She's
- 17:50Speaker 2: in Australia. She had to leave to get to Australia.
- 17:53Speaker 2: So Travis is there with his teammates and hundreds of
- 17:56Speaker 2: thousands of people just out for a fantasantastic day celebrating,
- 18:02Speaker 2: and this insanity, Mark, this insanity happened.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Super sad. And the person who lost their life she
- 18:08Speaker 1: was a radio jockey for some local station. And it
- 18:11Speaker 1: reminds us too, you know, people out there just doing
- 18:13Speaker 1: their job and celebration and it's just a tragedy, truly.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Just tragedy, just tragedy. We debated last night Mark and
- 18:21Speaker 2: I whether or not we should lead the show with this.
- 18:24Speaker 2: And I know that you come to this show to
- 18:25Speaker 2: giggle and to laugh and the tone of the show
- 18:28Speaker 2: is so important to us. But it didn't feel right
- 18:30Speaker 2: Mark to do a show and at least not acknowledge this. Okay,
- 18:34Speaker 2: let's end with a moment of rob. You get a rob,
- 18:38Speaker 2: You get a rob, You get a rob, you get
- 18:39Speaker 2: a rob. I believe happiness is just around the corner.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Take a little walk, turn left, turn right, and you
- 18:48Speaker 2: might find happiness. I think it's important for us all
- 18:51Speaker 2: to acknowledge that our best friend. Think of your best friend,
- 18:54Speaker 2: you got them in your mind. Who's that person? Your
- 18:56Speaker 2: best friend? Could be somebody you're married to, could be
- 18:59Speaker 2: a relative, could be a friend you met at school.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Your best friend. They used to be a stranger. There
- 19:05Speaker 2: was a time when that person was not your best friend.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Opportunities are out there all the time, we just have
- 19:13Speaker 2: to be willing to really grab them. For me personally,
- 19:17Speaker 2: About two years ago, I had a dinner party and
- 19:19Speaker 2: I sat next to this really fantastic person called Alex,
- 19:23Speaker 2: and it was really fun. But at my age, I assumed, Oh,
- 19:26Speaker 2: it was just a great night, and we'll never see
- 19:27Speaker 2: each other really ever again. No, we now have become
- 19:31Speaker 2: really close and I text and I talk with Alex
- 19:33Speaker 2: maybe once a week, so we can all make a
- 19:37Speaker 2: new best friend because they really are just around the corner. Hey,
- 19:43Speaker 2: that is it today. Thank you so much for listening
- 19:46Speaker 2: to They're Not Even Nice with Rob and Mark show,
