Brett Bateman Shines in Blue Jays Debut | Toronto Blue Jays News
Brett Bateman, a newly acquired Blue Jays prospect, made an instant impact with a clutch two-hit performance, driving in two runs to help Toronto rally past Boston 5-3. Called up after a trade sent Dalton Varsho to Houston, Bateman seized his center field spot, tying the game twice and showing poise against tough lefties.
