  Speaker 1: invite you to join along with me in prayer. I

  Speaker 1: just want to pray. You know, so many people are

  Speaker 1: dealing with trauma, pat and recent trauma, and I want
• 0:20
  Speaker 1: to pray that God would just heal us wherever we're
• 0:22
  Speaker 1: still hurting. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ,

  Speaker 1: we come before you today with hearts that are just tired,
• 0:30
  Speaker 1: hearts that are wounded and longing to be free. Some
• 0:34
  Speaker 1: of us are smiling on the outside, but inside we're
• 0:36
  Speaker 1: carrying years of damage, years of hurt, years of disappointment,
• 0:43
  Speaker 1: years of rejection, years of pain. We tried to move forward,

  Speaker 1: we tried to pray it away and pretend it didn't happen,
• 0:52
  Speaker 1: but the weight of yesterday keeps pulling us back. So Lord,

  Speaker 1: today we ask you to heal what still hurts. Heal

  Speaker 1: the places in us the time could not fix. Heal

  Speaker 1: the memories we try to forget but cannot escape. Heal

  Speaker 1: the wounds that nobody ever acknowledged. Heal the pain calls

  Speaker 1: by betrayal. Heal the pain calls by abandonment. Heal the

  Speaker 1: pain calls by neglect. Heal God, the pain calls by

  Speaker 1: abuse and broken promises. Father, you see what nobody else sees.

  Speaker 1: You know the tears we cried in silence, You know

  Speaker 1: the prayers we whispered in the dark, the fear that

  Speaker 1: we learned how to hide. And you even know the

  Speaker 1: walls we built just to survive. But today, God, we

  Speaker 1: asked you to gently tear down every wall that is

  Speaker 1: keeping us from living the life that you created us

  Speaker 1: to live. Lord, Release us from the trauma that's been

  Speaker 1: shaping our thinking. Break the cycle of fear, the insecurity, anger, God,

  Speaker 1: even the shame. Free us from the voices of the

  Speaker 1: past that keep reminding us of what went wrong instead

  Speaker 1: of what You're doing now in our lives. Teach us

  Speaker 1: how to forgive, not because God, they deserve it, but

  Speaker 1: because we deserve peace. Help us to let go of

  Speaker 1: what we cannot change and trust you with what we
• 2:24
  Speaker 1: cannot control. Oh Father, breathe a new life unto our

  Speaker 1: we were receiving. God, restore it you or renew our minds.

  Speaker 1: Replace the sorrow with hope in heaven is God. With

  Speaker 1: praise God, Replace fear with faith, remind us that our

  Speaker 1: past does not define us, that your love defines who

  Speaker 1: we are. God, we declare that we are no longer

  Speaker 1: prisoners of yesterday. We are healed, we are made whole.
