- 1:32Speaker 5: TV and watched ted Lasso, and it was the best
- 1:35Speaker 5: show I've seen in years and years, Like it's that
- 1:38Speaker 5: there were friends of top two shows ever, and so
- 1:41Speaker 5: I just want to know what else should I watch
- 1:43Speaker 5: on Apple TV and what should I avoid.
- 1:48Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a good question because I've never really heard
- 1:50Speaker 3: Peyton talk about Apple TV.
- 1:51Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm not on that Apple TV. And I didn't
- 1:54Speaker 7: get your guys's hype.
- 1:54Speaker 10: With Ted Lassett.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Well it's not for everybody.
- 1:59Speaker 7: I watched one of my brother has an Apple TV
- 2:01Speaker 7: And when you guys were watching it all those years
- 2:02Speaker 7: ago and we dressed up as the Ted Lasso cast
- 2:05Speaker 7: for Halloween, I was like, I feel like I got
- 2:06Speaker 7: to watch one episode and I just I wasn't in.
- 2:09Speaker 11: I don't think you could get into it in one episode.
- 2:11Speaker 11: I feel like it's more of like an arc, like
- 2:13Speaker 11: the whole thing. Yeah, I do feel like Christep if
- 2:16Speaker 11: you want in on some of like the shows that
- 2:18Speaker 11: have created a lot hype, it's gonna feel weird and
- 2:21Speaker 11: you're gonna not want to watch it, probably every episode
- 2:24Speaker 11: until you're done with the whole series.
- 2:26Speaker 12: That's severance. Oh yeah, that was a big one.
- 2:29Speaker 3: I almost feel like you have to be intermediate to
- 2:31Speaker 3: get to severance, like you know what.
- 2:33Speaker 2: I mean, because I know.
- 2:34Speaker 10: But it was so huge.
- 2:36Speaker 12: It's like we were the only ones. It's like you're
- 2:37Speaker 12: watching and you go, why am I watching this? What
- 2:39Speaker 12: is a show about? And then you can't stop watching it?
- 2:41Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true. What about Shrinking? Great? So the people
- 2:46Speaker 2: that made ted Lasso made Shrinking.
- 2:48Speaker 12: That's a good one to go to.
- 2:49Speaker 13: Next.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Season one is season three?
- 2:51Speaker 12: Was that you just get like really connected to the characters.

- 3:49Speaker 4: Yes?
- 3:50Speaker 2: Okay, have you watched Rooster?
- 3:52Speaker 16: No.
- 3:52Speaker 3: Rooster is made by the same people that made Ted Lasso,

- 4:13Speaker 3: I thought I was in. It's weird roles that actors
- 4:15Speaker 3: took early in their careers. And it's interesting to me
- 4:18Speaker 3: because I'm having this conversation with my kids right now
- 4:21Speaker 3: that are looking like my son Camp for example, like what's.
- 4:24Speaker 2: He gonna do with his life? He's deciding if.
- 4:26Speaker 3: He's gonna go get his master's, if he's gonna go
- 4:27Speaker 3: get a job, if he's gonna go do whatever. So
- 4:29Speaker 3: it's like and I'm like, you need if he wants
- 4:31Speaker 3: to be in sports, you gotta hit your foot in
- 4:32Speaker 3: the door.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Take any job to get to the next level. Any job.
- 4:36Speaker 3: And when you look at these famous actors, the jobs
- 4:39Speaker 3: that they took early on because.
- 4:40Speaker 2: You have to do I think you'd be surprised.
- 4:44Speaker 3: Even Mendez and Scarlett Johansson, they play best friends in
- 4:48Speaker 3: My Brother the Pig.
- 4:50Speaker 12: What is that movie? Is it animated?
- 4:53Speaker 3: They have to figure out what to do when Scarlett's
- 4:55Speaker 3: brother turns into a pig. H Jack Black, he was
- 5:00Speaker 3: a stoner with dreadlocks. And I still know what you
- 5:02Speaker 3: did last summer? Oh really, I don't remember that. That's great.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Zoe Krevitz played a goss babysitter in No Reservations. How
- 5:11Speaker 3: about Benicio del Toro Academy Award winner Benicio Tiltro, Do
- 5:14Speaker 3: you guys know what he did? Was in No And
- 5:16Speaker 3: I think I think you'll know the movie, but I
- 5:18Speaker 3: can't recall the role he was Duke, the dogface boy in.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Big Top Peewee. Really amazing.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Emma Stone Academy Award winner Emma Stone, Who's from here.
- 5:30Speaker 3: She was the voice of Brenda Song's Pomeranian in the
- 5:33Speaker 3: Sweet Life of Zach and Cody.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Wow. Nicole Kidman, remember her, great actor, She's in everything.
- 5:42Speaker 3: In nineteen eighty three, she was in a movie called
- 5:44Speaker 3: BMX Bandits Soweet. Glenn Powell, We've actually talked about this.
- 5:51Speaker 3: He was long figured boy in Spy Kids three D
- 5:53Speaker 3: Game Over and now he's like in every movie being made.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Oh my gosh.
- 5:57Speaker 7: Yeah, And I remember because everyone was like, he is
- 5:59Speaker 7: so hot, and then it ended up being Glen Pale.
- 6:03Speaker 3: If you want to jump on the air, calls at
- 6:04Speaker 3: eight seven seven, nine three, seven, one oh four seven

- 6:17Speaker 3: Peyton's got the predictions today? Peyton, what's the horoscopes?
- 6:20Speaker 7: I'm gonna let you know what your energy is going
- 6:23Speaker 7: into the weekend. Also, if it's your birthday today, you
- 6:25Speaker 7: are a cancer and you share a birthday with a
- 6:28Speaker 7: ton of celebrities.
- 6:29Speaker 10: Are on a grande.
- 6:31Speaker 7: You have Jacob Lordie, Jeannette McCurdy, Aubrey Plaza. Like, seriously,
- 6:36Speaker 7: if it's your birthday, today. You are probably super cool
- 6:38Speaker 7: and really hot.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Okay, and you are a cancer.
- 6:41Speaker 7: Yeah, you would be a cancer, So cancers, we do know.
- 6:44Speaker 7: It's your birthday season right now. So you guys are
- 6:46Speaker 7: gonna be celebrating this weekend by crying into a luxury
- 6:49Speaker 7: beach town. You're gonna spend the weekend probably dipping your
- 6:52Speaker 7: toes into the pool, pretending you're in some kind of
- 6:54Speaker 7: cool chic music video. But you are spiraling because you
- 6:57Speaker 7: don't exactly know what to do for your birthday pay
- 7:00Speaker 7: or who to invite.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Let's say hello to Nicole. Hi, Nicole, what's your sign?
- 7:05Speaker 9: Good morning?
- 7:05Speaker 19: I'm a Gemini.
- 7:07Speaker 7: Hi, okay, geminis this morning, and for your weekend, you
- 7:10Speaker 7: are already kind of double booked yourself for like five
- 7:13Speaker 7: different functions and pool parties over the weekend. You are
- 7:16Speaker 7: vibrating with this main character energy and you are ready
- 7:19Speaker 7: to start your three separate weekend fleeings and forget all
- 7:22Speaker 7: of their names by Sunday brunch.
- 7:25Speaker 19: Yeah sounds about ray. I'm always on my toes with
- 7:29Speaker 19: my plans for the weekend.
- 7:30Speaker 10: I love it perfect.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Thanks the call, Yeah, thank you, guys. Have a nice
- 7:37Speaker 2: good morning.
- 7:38Speaker 9: Good morning, I'm libra libras.
- 7:42Speaker 7: You guys are kind of in this weird little crisis
- 7:45Speaker 7: right now trying to figure out what you want your
- 7:47Speaker 7: summer and your weekend aesthetic to be. So you're gonna
- 7:49Speaker 7: spend the next couple of hours probably staring at your
- 7:52Speaker 7: closet trying to figure out what you think people will like,
- 7:55Speaker 7: what you think is trendy, what you don't think is trendy,
- 7:57Speaker 7: And you're gonna go completely drained without even time the pool.
- 8:00Speaker 10: Over the weekend.
- 8:03Speaker 20: So true, true than.
- 8:07Speaker 10: Stressing yourself out.
- 8:08Speaker 2: You know, it's funny.
- 8:09Speaker 3: It's interesting because sometimes I think about you guys randomly
- 8:11Speaker 3: throughout the day different things, And I know, like I
- 8:15Speaker 3: think of videos that Kyle's family has posted, and maybe
- 8:19Speaker 3: you're like sitting in a chair with your feet in
- 8:21Speaker 3: the water, Kyle, do you ever go in the Because
- 8:25Speaker 3: I've been going to my pool every day and I
- 8:26Speaker 3: was curious, have you gone in your pool yet?
- 8:28Speaker 5: No?
- 8:28Speaker 11: I have not, and I probably won't until like August
- 8:31Speaker 11: when it feels like bathwater.
- 8:32Speaker 12: And also a day where I need to wash my hair.
- 8:35Speaker 12: All of the things have to fall in line.
- 8:37Speaker 3: That's funny, Like I literally jumped into the pool yesterday
- 8:39Speaker 3: and I was like, what if Kyle's been in the
- 8:40Speaker 3: pool I've been in every day.
- 8:43Speaker 2: It's cold.
- 8:43Speaker 12: Water is still too cold for it's a hundred and cold.
- 8:47Speaker 2: It's nice. I think, how about what it is?
- 8:50Speaker 7: Leo's Yeah, I'm a Leo Leo's. Over the weekend, we
- 8:54Speaker 7: are going to be kind of treating the sun like
- 8:57Speaker 7: it's our whole vibe. We are going out, we're the
- 9:00Speaker 7: cutest outfits. We're having the best time. But we have
- 9:02Speaker 7: to be careful because we do have a couple of
- 9:04Speaker 7: enemies who are coming our way over the weekend. So
- 9:07Speaker 7: keep your friends close, but maybe your enemies very far
- 9:09Speaker 7: away because they are out to get us still, cause
- 9:12Speaker 7: I know me either.
- 9:13Speaker 2: That's so you because you have enemies I do.
- 9:17Speaker 10: The ops are out there. I'm like, what are you
- 9:19Speaker 10: guys hating for? I don't get it.
- 9:21Speaker 2: What are you?
- 9:22Speaker 10: Spicey is rich for you?
- 9:24Speaker 7: Over the weekend, You're kind of just gonna be disassociated
- 9:27Speaker 7: and you're probably.
- 9:28Speaker 10: Gonna lose your phone while you're out hanging around.
- 9:30Speaker 7: You're gonna completely forget to drink water, and you're gonna
- 9:33Speaker 7: claim that you are spiritually sinking with the water.
- 9:35Speaker 14: Dear God, whatever that means that sounds like unnecessary drama.
- 9:39Speaker 14: I will have nothing to do with that. How about virgos?
- 9:42Speaker 10: Yeah, John jay for virgos, not gonna lie.
- 9:45Speaker 7: You kind of already ruined the weekend vibe because you
- 9:48Speaker 7: were complaining about the heat and the weather.
- 9:50Speaker 10: You're physically incapable of relaxing.
- 9:53Speaker 7: Because you're actively judging everyone, especially about how unscientifically your
- 9:57Speaker 7: friends kind of packed and associated your we sat together.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I don't like it. Let's good, okay, very good.
- 10:03Speaker 3: If we need to get your sign there, I'll post
- 10:04Speaker 3: it on our website, John Jayne Rich dot com.
- 10:11Speaker 2: That's hi, Ryan, Hi, what's up here on the air?
- 10:14Speaker 7: Hi?
- 10:15Speaker 16: So I was at wedding reception and one of our
- 10:20Speaker 16: guy friends said he was going to step out, and
- 10:22Speaker 16: he ended up disappearing for almost four hours. We thought
- 10:27Speaker 16: he was like arrested or kidnapped or whatever, But when
- 10:30Speaker 16: we finally found him, he's at a completely different wedding
- 10:33Speaker 16: in the same hotel.
- 10:34Speaker 19: He I guess he cut drunk and wondered.
- 10:39Speaker 16: The wrong ballroom and he thought it was the same wedding.

- 10:44Speaker 16: you guys been? And We're like dude leg But the
- 10:48Speaker 16: couple they thought it was funny and they set him
- 10:50Speaker 16: and put him in photos and gave him leftover cake,
- 10:53Speaker 16: all kinds of crazy stuff.
- 10:55Speaker 7: That's actually hilarious and not at he's having such a
- 10:59Speaker 7: good time that not one time he looked on and
- 11:01Speaker 7: he's like, wait, where are my people.
- 11:04Speaker 2: We're good for.
- 11:05Speaker 7: It's like when Paul Abdull went to the wrong wedding
- 11:07Speaker 7: and was riches.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Oh yeah, she showed up like as we're walking out.
- 11:12Speaker 3: Venue should only have one wedding per venue, so that
- 11:14Speaker 3: prevents that.
- 11:15Speaker 14: I put up signs everywhere to go wedding this way.
- 11:18Speaker 14: We put up a ton of them.
- 11:19Speaker 3: Yeah, but so did the other wedding, I guess. So
- 11:21Speaker 3: with my I thought, you're going with when my dad
- 11:23Speaker 3: my sister's winning. My dad's new wife got drunk and
- 11:26Speaker 3: was missing and my dad was walking throughout the wedding.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Hanna, so Hannah and.

- 12:01Speaker 2: You all right?
- 12:03Speaker 3: This is dogshot collar trivia, right, So the way this works,
- 12:06Speaker 3: and by the way, I have a feeling that I'm
- 12:08Speaker 3: the one that's gonna get stung here because I.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Think this is a very easy game that would be great,
- 12:12Speaker 2: I know. So the loser here.
- 12:14Speaker 3: The way it works, whoever gets the most answers wrong
- 12:16Speaker 3: gets a dogshot collar on them if you get them
- 12:18Speaker 3: all right, I put the dog shot collar and we
- 12:20Speaker 3: got to sing a song, and you gotta sing a

- 16:01Speaker 10: If you would have said birds, I.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Would have said bird.
- 16:04Speaker 3: But birds winged creatures is Kyle's husband is a bird watcher.
- 16:08Speaker 2: I didn't want to give it to her because I
- 16:10Speaker 2: thought it would be a no brainer. So, Peyton, you
- 16:14Speaker 2: got a song with the word summer in it? A
- 16:15Speaker 2: summer song? What do you got?
- 16:16Speaker 7: I'm gonna do summer lovena.
- 16:19Speaker 14: Excellent choice, good choice.
- 16:30Speaker 10: Some loving, heavy bless some loving is so fast. I
- 16:37Speaker 10: met a girl.
- 16:42Speaker 17: Crazy for me.
- 16:51Speaker 13: Oh, John got a game for you.
- 17:07Speaker 19: Coffee and hands earbuds on John Jay and Riches.
- 17:11Speaker 3: This time for stacks and hacks. Perfect segment on this
- 17:13Speaker 3: beautiful Friday. Uh is stacks and hacks. I have stacks
- 17:17Speaker 3: of information and Rich has life hacks. Here is some
- 17:21Speaker 3: information to take with you all day. Anybody ever been
- 17:24Speaker 3: in a tanning bed?
- 17:25Speaker 2: Yeah, long time ago. Yeah, I've never been in a
- 17:27Speaker 2: tanning bed.
- 17:28Speaker 12: It's my second job I ever had.
- 17:29Speaker 2: Oh, that's right after a figel Knash. Anybody ever get
- 17:32Speaker 2: hurt in the tanning bed?
- 17:34Speaker 10: Not that I witness, just the final destination episode or movie.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Oh what happened? What happened?
- 17:39Speaker 10: I got stuck or the girl got stuck in bed?
- 17:42Speaker 2: Yeah. The average of three thousan thirty.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Four Americans go to the emergency room every year from
- 17:48Speaker 3: tanning bed injuries, including burns, fainting, and eye injuries. Florida
- 17:54Speaker 3: rejected one hundred and thirty vanity plate requests last year
- 17:57Speaker 3: for being too racy. Creative spellings of the ward are
- 18:01Speaker 3: on that list. Here's a question for the room. Are
- 18:05Speaker 3: you more afraid of looking older or feeling older?
- 18:09Speaker 2: Cale? You first looking rich? How about you feeling older? Yeah?
- 18:17Speaker 2: What about you?
- 18:17Speaker 3: Peyton probably looking yeah, okay? What about you feeling I
- 18:23Speaker 3: don't want to feel older? Seventy percent said feeling older
- 18:26Speaker 3: is scarier. A teenage girl in the UK fell from
- 18:29Speaker 3: the back of an ambulance on a highway off ramp.
- 18:31Speaker 3: But it sounds like she's okay, Holy.
- 18:35Speaker 2: I don't know. I didn't read the rest of the story.
- 18:37Speaker 2: The other day. I think Kyle was talking about exercise
- 18:40Speaker 2: and how you haven't done it yet. You should try
- 18:42Speaker 2: to right.
- 18:44Speaker 3: This article says, do you ever have one of those
- 18:46Speaker 3: days where you're thinking about exercise and it feels exhausting.
- 18:48Speaker 3: You're not alone every day. There are a few small
- 18:51Speaker 3: tweaks you can do to fix that. Find an exercise
- 18:55Speaker 3: you enjoy, like pickleball, You'll enjoy pickleable.
- 18:58Speaker 10: Hey, sure, have you ever played pick a ball? I've played it?
- 19:02Speaker 12: Not like fully either. You know a little bit?
- 19:05Speaker 2: What a fix your sleep? That's something else. Better.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Sleep habits can be a game changer. Fuel up smart,
- 19:11Speaker 3: Have a quick snack and a little caffeine before a workout.
- 19:13Speaker 3: It can boost your energy. Try a power nap, change
- 19:17Speaker 3: your scenery, and be kinder to yourself. Kyle, life is tough,
- 19:20Speaker 3: You're doing great.
- 19:21Speaker 12: You're a lother guy.
- 19:23Speaker 2: I mean, the nap sounds pretty good. Anybody you've ever
- 19:26Speaker 2: been to the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy? I have.
- 19:29Speaker 8: Did you go inside it?
- 19:31Speaker 14: We did, actually, and how was it? It was fine?
- 19:35Speaker 14: It was hot that day, so we didn't stay in long,
- 19:37Speaker 14: but got enough to go get some picks. But I
- 19:40Speaker 14: don't think they allow people in there anymore. But after
- 19:42Speaker 14: you went, because I think at some point maybe around
- 19:45Speaker 14: because we went right before COVID.
- 19:47Speaker 2: I don't think after COVID they allow people in there anymore.
- 19:49Speaker 3: The inside of the Leaning Tower piece is completely empty.
- 19:51Speaker 3: It says, just a hollow cylinder from bottom to top.
- 19:54Speaker 3: And I went when I was in college, and I
- 19:57Speaker 3: have video of it, and I went all way outside
- 20:00Speaker 3: and walked all around to the top. And I don't
- 20:02Speaker 3: think you can do that anymore.
- 20:03Speaker 2: I don't think people can.
- 20:04Speaker 10: Go inside and climb the Leaning Tower of piece. Yeah,
- 20:07Speaker 10: maybe the only shut it down for twenty euros of person.
- 20:10Speaker 3: But it says there's no there's nothing inside. It's it's hollow,
- 20:13Speaker 3: says yeah.
- 20:13Speaker 7: The tower is a hollow, cylindrical structure with a spiral
- 20:17Speaker 7: staircase of two hundred and ninety six.
- 20:19Speaker 3: I gotta post a video of here because you know,
- 20:20Speaker 3: my buddy Greg I talk about Greg was there and
- 20:23Speaker 3: he was filming me from outside and I was going
- 20:26Speaker 3: on and.
- 20:27Speaker 2: I was terrified.
- 20:28Speaker 3: I'm I'm on the edge of my arms, like you know,
- 20:30Speaker 3: Jim Carrey and an ACE detective PEED detective, and I
- 20:35Speaker 3: was being very as I walked all the way to
- 20:36Speaker 3: the top, scared the hell out, Like what's the point.
- 20:39Speaker 10: Of the Leaning Tower?
- 20:39Speaker 12: I feel like it sounds like it'd be underwhelming to go.
- 20:42Speaker 14: It is, but there's like a pretty church next to
- 20:44Speaker 14: It's like astounding to walk into. Like the whole thing
- 20:46Speaker 14: is I mean pretty, don't.
- 20:48Speaker 12: Get me wrong. Great Instagram. You gotta take that picture
- 20:52Speaker 12: and video.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Find that.
- 20:53Speaker 3: I'm gonna post it. I have that video. I'm gonna
- 20:55Speaker 3: post it. Have you guys ever heard of a touneless choir?
- 20:58Speaker 2: No?
- 20:59Speaker 3: A woman on Vancouver Island in Canada just started two
- 21:02Speaker 3: of them. They're choirs of people who suck at singing.
- 21:07Speaker 12: We could do that right now.
- 21:09Speaker 3: There are thirty in England. The first one formed ten
- 21:11Speaker 3: years ago. A woman named Sharon has led three of
- 21:14Speaker 3: them and recently relocated to Vancouver Island. She says, seeing
- 21:18Speaker 3: how powerful singing is even if you can't carry a tune,
- 21:21Speaker 3: many of the members avoided singing for decades. Now they
- 21:23Speaker 3: just do it. It doesn't matter. I have I think I
- 21:25Speaker 3: have a clip of it. Here we go, five hundred.
- 21:38Speaker 17: Stop joke up at r.
- 21:46Speaker 21: They sound good, doesn't sound terrible, it sounds it is fun.
- 21:57Speaker 14: Yeah, all right, Richard got for life acts Ever, wonder
- 22:00Speaker 14: what photos of you are floating around online that you
- 22:03Speaker 14: have no idea about Have you thought about that?
- 22:07Speaker 3: Yeah, actually, especially Peyton. There's snapchat stories.
- 22:12Speaker 14: Well, so there's this facial recognition tool that you can
- 22:16Speaker 14: search kind of in private.
- 22:17Speaker 2: It's called pim eyes.
- 22:18Speaker 14: Like pim eyes, it lets you upload a photo of
- 22:22Speaker 14: yourself that it keeps private, but it sees where similar
- 22:25Speaker 14: images appear across the Internet. It's a fast way to
- 22:28Speaker 14: spot old profile pictures, outdated accounts, things like that. Just
- 22:33Speaker 14: remember to use a current photo, review the sites privacy settings,
- 22:36Speaker 14: and only upload images you're comfortable sharing. And what's cool
- 22:39Speaker 14: about this is you can you can take out pictures,
- 22:42Speaker 14: take out I don't know where that came from. You
- 22:44Speaker 14: can take off pictures that you don't like of yourself.
- 22:46Speaker 10: Huh, fascinating. I would use it to troll people.
- 22:49Speaker 14: Well, I did it just for fun, and it showed
- 22:50Speaker 14: a bunch of guys that kind of looked like me,
- 22:52Speaker 14: but it wasn't me. There's a lot of guys that
- 22:55Speaker 14: look like me out there with their pictures.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Up, so it's not necessarily find you.
- 22:58Speaker 14: It's not necessary. Or maybe I just have a duplicatable face.
- 23:03Speaker 14: Maybe a lot of people look like me.
- 23:04Speaker 2: But I did it too. It was up a bunch
- 23:07Speaker 2: of pictures of Jacob a Lordie.
- 23:09Speaker 12: Right, you guys are the same.
- 23:10Speaker 2: I know it's stupid. Software doesn't work.
- 23:14Speaker 13: What's that?
- 23:14Speaker 2: What's the apple call? It's called pim eyes p I
- 23:16Speaker 2: M the eyes y. Yes. Fuck. You have to remember that.
- 23:19Speaker 14: You could go to our website looking up all of
- 23:21Speaker 14: our live tacks are UPI John Jr. Rich dot com say.
- 23:34Speaker 3: Do we want to know what's the craziest real reason
- 23:38Speaker 3: you were late or didn't show up for work or
- 23:40Speaker 3: an event? Eight seven seven nine three seven one oh
- 23:44Speaker 3: four seven Mike, good morning, good morning. So what is
- 23:50Speaker 3: the real crazy reason you were later didn't show for work?
- 23:54Speaker 17: Uh?
- 23:55Speaker 15: There was one time, a couple of years ago or
- 23:58Speaker 15: none years ago.
- 24:01Speaker 2: I had h went from Greenway and the I seventeen
- 24:05Speaker 2: on my.
- 24:06Speaker 15: Way to work and got to about Bethany Home Northern.
- 24:11Speaker 2: To get gas. And as I was.
- 24:12Speaker 15: Getting gas, all I hear is mew in the background,
- 24:16Speaker 15: and I'm like, what is going on? Apparently I took
- 24:20Speaker 15: a cat all the way down the seventeen and they
- 24:23Speaker 15: were as in my wheelwall and it lived it lift
- 24:27Speaker 15: it okay.
- 24:29Speaker 22: Called guy.
- 24:30Speaker 15: I had to call my boss and be like, yo,
- 24:33Speaker 15: I needed I have a cat real, I needed to
- 24:36Speaker 15: bring it back home. So got the cat out, brought
- 24:39Speaker 15: it back home, and yeah, it was late to work.
- 24:41Speaker 15: But quite a story.
- 24:42Speaker 14: Did you did you let the cat ride on the
- 24:45Speaker 14: wheel well on the way home too?
- 24:46Speaker 2: Or did you take it out?
- 24:48Speaker 18: No?
- 24:48Speaker 15: No, maybe we took it out. I had this random
- 24:52Speaker 15: guy at the gas station helped me take it out.
- 24:54Speaker 3: So there was really a cat. It was on April's Day.
- 24:56Speaker 3: Listening to our radio fra I did, I'm like, whoa
- 24:58Speaker 3: he someone took that before? Say joke a whole new level.
- 25:01Speaker 14: That means if you ever hear a cat, it might
- 25:02Speaker 14: be in your wheel well, it might not be able
- 25:04Speaker 14: Fool's Day thing.
- 25:05Speaker 15: Wow, all right, the platform I was sitting on was
- 25:08Speaker 15: very tiny. I don't understand how it survives.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Well, thanks for sharing that with us.
- 25:12Speaker 15: Mike, Yeah, no problem.
- 25:14Speaker 2: Have a fun day too, Susie.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Give us the real crazy reason you were late for
- 25:20Speaker 3: work or miss work.
- 25:22Speaker 18: Well. I live in a rural part of Idaho. It's
- 25:28Speaker 18: called the Wood River Valley. It's where the ski resort
- 25:31Speaker 18: Sun Valley is located, and there are a lot of
- 25:36Speaker 18: sheep ranchers here and one day I was headed to
- 25:40Speaker 18: work and heading down there's only one road to get
- 25:44Speaker 18: up and down the valley. We're hundreds of sheep just
- 25:48Speaker 18: walking down the road because they take them to the
- 25:52Speaker 18: mountains in the summertime and then they bring him down
- 25:55Speaker 18: in the fall. And I was probably about a half
- 25:59Speaker 18: hour just waiting for the sheep to get.
- 26:01Speaker 8: Out of my leg.
- 26:04Speaker 2: Did you take.
- 26:07Speaker 18: I didn't. I wish. I mean we still can because
- 26:10Speaker 18: they still do it, but now they kind of had
- 26:13Speaker 18: them down the bike path.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Wow.
- 26:17Speaker 18: It was crazy. And when I got when I got
- 26:19Speaker 18: to work, this woman was on the phone and she's like, oh,
- 26:22Speaker 18: traffic was crazy. I'm like, oh, did you get stuck
- 26:24Speaker 18: in the sheep too? And she's like, thought I was insane.
- 26:28Speaker 9: She's like, no, like actual.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Cars, Thanks Susie.
- 26:36Speaker 22: Yep.
- 26:38Speaker 3: Me Like there's a a we posted on Facebook Domingus
- 26:42Speaker 3: is I live in a rural place, only one street
- 26:45Speaker 3: in and out.
- 26:45Speaker 2: It ran.
- 26:46Speaker 3: It rained so bad the street flooded and we cannot
- 26:48Speaker 3: go through until the lowered. Then the street was flooded
- 26:51Speaker 3: with frogs, so we went over the road. We hit
- 26:54Speaker 3: frogs that kept hearing squishing of frogs.
- 26:59Speaker 2: Autumn.
- 27:00Speaker 3: Hello, hiya, tell us a real crazy reason you were
- 27:05Speaker 3: late for work.
- 27:05Speaker 2: Or you missed work.
- 27:07Speaker 20: Okay, So I used took commute from Red Rock to
- 27:11Speaker 20: Tucson for work, and I was on it ten at
- 27:14Speaker 20: about six thirty in the morning, driving in my non
- 27:18Speaker 20: aerodynamics vehicle. I was driving the queue at the time,
- 27:22Speaker 20: and I got pulled over for speeding, and the DPS
- 27:26Speaker 20: officer who pulled me over said that he clocked me
- 27:29Speaker 20: at going one hundred and ten miles an hour and
- 27:32Speaker 20: he had to refer to his radar three times to
- 27:36Speaker 20: even comprehend that that's how fast I was going.
- 27:40Speaker 12: Oh, no, you were just trying to get there.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Wow. Okay, all right, Exad, Thanks.
- 27:50Speaker 22: Autumn, You're welcome.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Have a great day to eight seven.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Seven nine three seven four seven. Here Nick on Facebook says,
- 27:57Speaker 3: my brother got arrested with my only set.
- 27:59Speaker 2: Of car keys. Oh that's terrible. Yeah right, you can't.
- 28:04Speaker 2: That's why you were late to work.
- 28:05Speaker 3: You're telling your boss my brother got arrested, car caught
- 28:08Speaker 3: fire on the freeway, cut off my finger, making my
- 28:12Speaker 3: morning bagel. My gosh, dog swallowed my key fob. Craziest
- 28:19Speaker 3: reason you were later didn't show up a work or
- 28:21Speaker 3: an event. The guy next door was holding his family hostage.
- 28:24Speaker 3: And swat was all over our block and we were
- 28:26Speaker 3: on lockdown.
- 28:27Speaker 12: Oh my gosh, terrifing.
- 28:29Speaker 2: Eight seven seven nine three seven one four seven. We
- 28:31Speaker 2: want to hear from you.
- 28:32Speaker 23: Next nice sasday, haven'tay this way?
- 28:44Speaker 2: Four seven kiss F M. Johnay and Rich Chris that
- 28:46Speaker 2: good morning.
- 28:47Speaker 16: Good morning, Hi Don Jay Hice.
- 28:49Speaker 3: So we were doing that thing right about the craziest
- 28:51Speaker 3: reason you were late to work?
- 28:53Speaker 19: Real reason, Yes, real reason. Okay, are you ready to start?
- 28:59Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 29:01Speaker 9: Okay.
- 29:01Speaker 19: So one morning I was the last person to leave
- 29:04Speaker 19: the house, which is super unusual. But I was walking
- 29:07Speaker 19: downstairs and I noticed in our living room there was
- 29:12Speaker 19: what I thought was a very big lizard on the wall.
- 29:14Speaker 19: We have two cats and they love to bring us presents,
- 29:17Speaker 19: and the most popular present is a lizard. So I thought, okay,
- 29:20Speaker 19: I gotta get this lizard. But I kept walking sports
- 29:23Speaker 19: it and I realized, oh my god, it's not only
- 29:25Speaker 19: going up the wall, but it's down onto the carpet
- 29:27Speaker 19: and it's like three feet long and there's no feet
- 29:30Speaker 19: and oh my god, it's a snake.
- 29:32Speaker 12: No no, no, no, no.
- 29:34Speaker 19: I lose my mind because I am terrified of snakes. Luckily,
- 29:40Speaker 19: I had my phone in my hand, and I call
- 29:43Speaker 19: my husband, who's at work, and I'm like barely getting
- 29:45Speaker 19: out the words, there's a snake in our living room.
- 29:47Speaker 19: There's a snake in our living room. And he's like,
- 29:50Speaker 19: he doesn't believe me, but eventually does. He races home.
- 29:53Speaker 19: He tells me much later that he ran two bed
- 29:55Speaker 19: lights to get home. He gets home, he walks into
- 29:59Speaker 19: the house carrying a towel, and I'm like, and because
- 30:02Speaker 19: and I haven't moved. I'm standing in the exact same
- 30:04Speaker 19: spot as when I saw the snake, because I think
- 30:06Speaker 19: if I leave my spot and the snake moves and
- 30:09Speaker 19: we don't see it, then I'm moving out of this house. Yeah, like,
- 30:12Speaker 19: oh fine, never coming back. So I had been standing
- 30:15Speaker 19: on the staircase the whole time, like just shaking. So
- 30:19Speaker 19: my husband comes in with a towel and like, a towel,
- 30:22Speaker 19: what's the towel going to do? And he goes back out.
- 30:24Speaker 19: We talked about it for a second. He goes back
- 30:26Speaker 19: outside and me brings the fox. He's like, Okay, I'm
- 30:28Speaker 19: gonna put it under. I'm going to get it and
- 30:29Speaker 19: I'm going to put it under a box, and then
- 30:31Speaker 19: you know, we'll figure it out from there, and he
- 30:33Speaker 19: sends me upstairs, and I'm like, okay, thank god, I
- 30:36Speaker 19: don't have to be around for this. So I go
- 30:38Speaker 19: back upstairs, and after a little bit, I hear this
- 30:40Speaker 19: super loud commotion and my husband's name is Monty. He
- 30:44Speaker 19: calls me back downstairs. I'm like, no, I don't want
- 30:46Speaker 19: to go back down there.
- 30:48Speaker 18: I go back.
- 30:48Speaker 19: Downstairs and I see the box upside down in the
- 30:50Speaker 19: middle of the living room. I don't see the snake.
- 30:52Speaker 19: I'm like, okay, we got the snake. But he's yelling
- 30:55Speaker 19: at me from another room, and I go in that
- 30:57Speaker 19: room and the cat brought in this giant bird and someone.
- 31:01Speaker 19: He's like, yes, I needed the towel, and he's got
- 31:04Speaker 19: the bird in the towel and he has me open
- 31:07Speaker 19: the sliding glass door and he releases the bird and
- 31:10Speaker 19: we both come in the house and we're walking by
- 31:12Speaker 19: the living room where this box is, and I continue
- 31:14Speaker 19: to go upstairs so I don't want to be anywhere
- 31:16Speaker 19: around the snake, and I hear him say he lifts
- 31:20Speaker 19: up the box and he's like, oh, f where did
- 31:22Speaker 19: it go?
- 31:27Speaker 24: No, no, no.
- 31:28Speaker 19: Immediately I'm like that's it. I'm getting help and I
- 31:32Speaker 19: go running out the front door, and I go down
- 31:35Speaker 19: the block about three houses because we have a neighbor
- 31:38Speaker 19: who is a police officer but also super in the
- 31:40Speaker 19: camping and hunting. So I go running to his house
- 31:44Speaker 19: and I'm ringing the doorbell and nobody answers. I'm like, okay,
- 31:48Speaker 19: what do I do? So I'm going back towards our
- 31:50Speaker 19: house and I notice the house that's directly across the street.
- 31:53Speaker 19: Something catches my eye and I look at it and
- 31:56Speaker 19: my brain is like scrambled this morning already with the
- 31:59Speaker 19: snake and the bird, and I don't believe what I'm seeing.
- 32:02Speaker 19: The garbage can of this house is completely on fire
- 32:06Speaker 19: and it's up against their garage door, and there's a
- 32:09Speaker 19: big tree that's right next to it. And I'm like,
- 32:12Speaker 19: oh my gosh, this neighbor's house is going to burn down,
- 32:17Speaker 19: and this tree is going to catch on fire, and
- 32:18Speaker 19: then another's neighbor house is going to burn down, and
- 32:20Speaker 19: what kind of crazy morning is this?
- 32:23Speaker 3: And I.
- 32:25Speaker 19: Go running back in the house and I yelled call
- 32:27Speaker 19: nine one one, and he turns to me and he
- 32:30Speaker 19: said for a snake.
- 32:32Speaker 8: I'm like yes, but.
- 32:33Speaker 19: I said no, Our neighbor's house is on fire, and
- 32:37Speaker 19: he comes outside and me looks. He's like, oh my god.
- 32:39Speaker 19: So I dial nine one one, but I am a
- 32:41Speaker 19: complete blubbering mess. I mean, They're like, Okay, where do
- 32:45Speaker 19: you live? And I'm like, here, I live here, I
- 32:48Speaker 19: don't know. Finally get out the address, which took me
- 32:54Speaker 19: a while, and I could tell their like, Okay, this
- 32:56Speaker 19: lady is insane. And as I'm on the phone with
- 33:00Speaker 19: nine to one one, a police car rolls up and
- 33:03Speaker 19: I could tell that they are rolling up to see
- 33:06Speaker 19: check out my story. And the next thing I know,
- 33:09Speaker 19: the police officer I can see him on his radio
- 33:12Speaker 19: and then I hear fire sirens and everything, and they
- 33:16Speaker 19: show up. And it turns out our neighbor deals with
- 33:20Speaker 19: sodium sodium metal. I got my husband here. He's helping
- 33:27Speaker 19: sodium metal acts. It acts really badly to water. It explodes,
- 33:34Speaker 19: And the fire department knew this because when they moved in,
- 33:38Speaker 19: they had to tell the fire department this. So they
- 33:40Speaker 19: completely shut down the block because if the explodes, it
- 33:43Speaker 19: could blow up that house and the house right next
- 33:45Speaker 19: door to it. You can't hit it with a hose. Okay,
- 33:52Speaker 19: the water will cause the sodium metal to explode, which
- 33:57Speaker 19: I guess is the cool thing about sodium metal. Who knew?
- 34:00Speaker 2: And that's why and that's why you were late to work?
- 34:04Speaker 14: Well no, so no, I couldn't find my shoes, guys.
- 34:11Speaker 19: So the block is completely shut down by the fire department.
- 34:14Speaker 19: Now not all the neighbors are coming out, and including
- 34:17Speaker 19: our police officer neighbor who had been in the shower
- 34:20Speaker 19: when I stopped by. And Monty goes up to him
- 34:22Speaker 19: and is like, hey man, can I borrow you for
- 34:24Speaker 19: a second. We got a snake in our house. And
- 34:26Speaker 19: he's like, oh, sure, what kind of snake is? It
- 34:28Speaker 19: is a rattlesnake And Monty's like, I don't think so,
- 34:31Speaker 19: and he's like sure, okay, just second. So this is
- 34:34Speaker 19: where I think this story gets funny is our neighbor grabs,
- 34:37Speaker 19: goes into his garage, grabs one glove, comes walking into
- 34:41Speaker 19: our house with one glove and opens the box and
- 34:45Speaker 19: I guess the snake had curled up. It's like this
- 34:47Speaker 19: three foot long snake that it curled up under the
- 34:48Speaker 19: flat and it's like jumping at him. And our neighbor goes, wow,
- 34:52Speaker 19: this snake is Matt reaches into the box and grabs
- 34:55Speaker 19: the snake with his ungloved hand.
- 35:00Speaker 2: What was the glove for the I don't know, dirty.
- 35:06Speaker 19: Bosses rattlesnake, I don't know. But the fire ended up
- 35:14Speaker 19: being put out. Our neighbor rescued us from the snake
- 35:18Speaker 19: that he well, no, we rescued ourselves from the bird
- 35:22Speaker 19: because we let it free with a towel that my
- 35:24Speaker 19: husband initially walked into the house with. And then so
- 35:30Speaker 19: then the next thing you know, we have all these
- 35:31Speaker 19: neighbors standing outside watching the fire department.
- 35:33Speaker 18: With this fire.
- 35:34Speaker 19: We've got ourn other neighbor walking around with his snake
- 35:36Speaker 19: in his hand that he had killed because I was like, no,
- 35:40Speaker 19: if you don't kill the snake, I'm moving. And it
- 35:43Speaker 19: was just the craziest day. And I ended up making
- 35:45Speaker 19: it to work before lunch.
- 35:47Speaker 2: You were late to work. I'd love to hear the very.
- 35:50Speaker 19: Late to work. I was about three and a half
- 35:52Speaker 19: hours late to work.
- 35:53Speaker 2: Do you still work there?
- 35:55Speaker 19: I don't. At the time, I worked at a hospital,
- 35:58Speaker 19: and now I switched. I work in the school system.
- 36:00Speaker 3: Okay, that's that's gotta be lore at the hospital.
- 36:06Speaker 2: That's what she sounds like, following you around Krista and Monte.
- 36:10Speaker 2: Thank you guys for calling the show, Thank you for listening.
- 36:12Speaker 2: What a great story.
- 36:13Speaker 19: Oh hey, we love you. Thank you. You make my
- 36:16Speaker 19: morning every morning. You make it so easy to get
- 36:18Speaker 19: up and then you make me laugh and just brighten
- 36:21Speaker 19: my day. So thank you guys so much for everything.
- 36:23Speaker 3: I have a great day, Johnsia Rich, Hey, Danielle, what's up.
- 36:33Speaker 2: You're on the air.
- 36:33Speaker 3: Hi?
- 36:34Speaker 16: Yeah, okay.
- 36:35Speaker 25: I've been seeing the debate online about adult only movie screenings,
- 36:40Speaker 25: and I have to admit I thought Peyton's take sounded
- 36:44Speaker 25: kind of harsh because I I love kids. But I
- 36:49Speaker 25: went to see the New Toy Story This Weekend Story
- 36:53Speaker 25: five and about fifteen minutes into the movie, a kid
- 36:57Speaker 25: maybe two rows down throughout the popcorn bucket. Another kid
- 37:02Speaker 25: started crying because he saw it happen. Then, maybe halfway
- 37:07Speaker 25: through the movie, another kid behind me started kicking my
- 37:10Speaker 25: seat so hard I thought we were having an actual earthquake.
- 37:16Speaker 26: Then his little.
- 37:17Speaker 27: Brother bit him, which started a full screaming match. The
- 37:21Speaker 27: mom took him out, streaming kicking everything. It was not
- 37:25Speaker 27: the vibe, and I honestly wish that I had just
- 37:27Speaker 27: waited for a time out. On Netflix, or whatever streaming service.
- 37:31Speaker 27: So now I am I'm.
- 37:32Speaker 18: With you, Peyton.
- 37:34Speaker 25: We need adult only screaming.
- 37:36Speaker 7: You know, maybe Danielle, you and I we can just
- 37:38Speaker 7: go in on it together. We can just open up
- 37:39Speaker 7: our own movie theater and provide this.
- 37:41Speaker 2: You're gonna go that far, you know.
- 37:44Speaker 10: I'm just being.
- 37:47Speaker 2: Six six tickets a screening. There's no theater that'll do it. Yeah,
- 37:50Speaker 2: I think people like people.
- 37:51Speaker 19: I just want the option for it.
- 37:53Speaker 10: I don't mind, you know, the other ones, but I
- 37:55Speaker 10: just want the option.
- 37:56Speaker 14: Don't you want to see the movie through a wonder
- 37:58Speaker 14: of a child who might be thrown up in a
- 38:00Speaker 14: popcorn bucket.
- 38:01Speaker 7: I would like to see it through the wonder of
- 38:02Speaker 7: my own childhood eyes.
- 38:05Speaker 20: I don't want children around me.
- 38:07Speaker 18: I hate it.
- 38:09Speaker 14: You guys are starting to sound like my parents when
- 38:11Speaker 14: they go to eat a restaurants. Like dad was a
- 38:13Speaker 14: great restaurant. There was no kids. That's like, they don't
- 38:15Speaker 14: care if the food's good. They just want no kids
- 38:18Speaker 14: around them.
- 38:18Speaker 2: Peyton wants a good at Disneyland. I'm sure there's no
- 38:20Speaker 2: kids there.
- 38:21Speaker 10: That is definitely a spot. You need the children there.
- 38:24Speaker 10: They elevate the magic.
- 38:27Speaker 12: Kids.
- 38:28Speaker 10: I love the children.
- 38:30Speaker 7: You guys like during your movies, Like, am I crazy?
- 38:33Speaker 3: If you're the cars riding? There's kids, Santa just to
- 38:37Speaker 3: deliver to adults. I want to go visit my brother
- 38:40Speaker 3: who works at a daycare. There were kids there, all right, Daniel,
- 38:47Speaker 3: thanks for calling in, Peyton, glad you have a partner.
- 38:51Speaker 2: Why can't infants get their own milk?
- 38:54Speaker 13: Oh good? I like you?
- 39:00Speaker 2: Four seven?
- 39:00Speaker 8: Kiss John gy and Rich?
- 39:01Speaker 2: What's up?
- 39:02Speaker 22: Todter?
- 39:02Speaker 2: Thanks for holding Hey, thanks.
- 39:04Speaker 4: For having me, guys, So listen. I was listening last
- 39:07Speaker 4: week and I heard that girls who called in and
- 39:09Speaker 4: you know her friends had the intervention for her. Well, yeah,
- 39:13Speaker 4: well I was actually accidentally involved in someone else's. So
- 39:19Speaker 4: my buddy invited me to what he thought was a
- 39:21Speaker 4: networking event. I show up. You know, I'm assuming there's
- 39:24Speaker 4: a meng professionals and business cards there. Nope, it was
- 39:28Speaker 4: an intervention for him. Apparently everybody there was his family
- 39:33Speaker 4: and friends. That was the lie they used to get
- 39:34Speaker 4: him in the door.
- 39:36Speaker 6: And I had only.
- 39:37Speaker 4: Known him quite six months, and everyone else there assumed
- 39:41Speaker 4: I was a concerned loved one. I didn't want to
- 39:44Speaker 4: be rude, so I just kind of awkwardly stayed and
- 39:48Speaker 4: you know, they're all just crying, saying how much they
- 39:51Speaker 4: love him and how his activity has abtecting them, And
- 39:54Speaker 4: I don't know, Like I felt like people were looking
- 39:56Speaker 4: at me wondering who I was. So halfway through I
- 39:58Speaker 4: just chime in with a like, yeah, I remember this
- 40:01Speaker 4: one time, you know, droned and did this thing, and
- 40:05Speaker 4: I don't know, I guess that contributed an example of
- 40:08Speaker 4: why he needed help. And by the end of it,
- 40:11Speaker 4: he thought I was the one who organized everything. And
- 40:15Speaker 4: he hasn't spoken to me since well.
- 40:18Speaker 2: I mean, he's a new friend.
- 40:19Speaker 3: Could be pretty funny at the intervention, like you say
- 40:21Speaker 3: something and he's like, I don't.
- 40:23Speaker 2: Even know you, dude, why are you even here? You
- 40:26Speaker 2: are none in love? Yeah, everybody here, I'm friends with
- 40:29Speaker 2: their family members. Who what the hell? So he thought
- 40:32Speaker 2: you put it together?
- 40:33Speaker 4: Yeah, I just think hilarious. As you know, like I said,
- 40:36Speaker 4: I've known him for six months. I considered a buddy.
- 40:38Speaker 4: We're friendly enough, but I can't believe he fought six
- 40:42Speaker 4: months into knowing him. I'm thinking, I need to fix
- 40:45Speaker 4: this guy's life, and I'm secretly finding who where his
- 40:48Speaker 4: parents are, have like flying in his brother from another state, like,
- 40:52Speaker 4: I don't know if he finds I care about him
- 40:55Speaker 4: that much, but I don't, so hopefully he'll turn his
- 40:59Speaker 4: life for.
- 41:00Speaker 14: Out and seeing is weird on your part. It would
- 41:02Speaker 14: have been really good to see their back out here.
- 41:05Speaker 7: You guys stayed rich. Have you like made some connections?
- 41:08Speaker 10: If we're talking to.
- 41:08Speaker 14: You, if you don't really know the guy, you don't
- 41:11Speaker 14: know he's an alcoholic. Have you guys seen John Mulaney,
- 41:13Speaker 14: the comedian, talk about his intervention where he's talking about
- 41:16Speaker 14: how some people that lived in the same town were
- 41:18Speaker 14: just on zoom. So he turned it into like, if
- 41:21Speaker 14: you cared, why are you only on zoom? You live
- 41:23Speaker 14: four blocks away? You should come to the intervention.
- 41:28Speaker 2: Wow, that's pretty wild, Tyler.
- 41:31Speaker 4: I mean, I was able to give my business hard
- 41:33Speaker 4: to one of his relatives, so hopefully that'll turn in
- 41:36Speaker 4: for me.
- 41:37Speaker 13: Well.
- 41:37Speaker 3: Also, the the the intervention that you were referencing on
- 41:40Speaker 3: our radio show, I thought it was kind of was
- 41:42Speaker 3: it a dating one? It was like a funny she
- 41:43Speaker 3: was dating bad people and they had an intervention?
- 41:45Speaker 2: Yeah, yours is like, yours is a serious intervention.
- 41:48Speaker 3: You're you know, I mean, like not the joke about
- 41:50Speaker 3: that stuff, because that stuff works, but it was it
- 41:51Speaker 3: was serious.
- 41:52Speaker 2: Yours was serious, right, Oh yeah.
- 41:54Speaker 4: No, this was the stories I heard were but I
- 41:57Speaker 4: did not know about the guy and me since honestly
- 42:01Speaker 4: he fixes himself.
- 42:03Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, I'm like, uh, as you guys know,
- 42:06Speaker 3: I've struggled with friendships because I don't know. I don't
- 42:08Speaker 3: I don't know if I'm a good friend. I don't
- 42:10Speaker 3: really like having you know what I mean? And I
- 42:11Speaker 3: remember I met a guy and we were kind of friends,
- 42:15Speaker 3: and I would say a couple months into the friendship
- 42:18Speaker 3: and it's not like we ever did went to one
- 42:19Speaker 3: or two things together. He invited me to his wedding
- 42:23Speaker 3: and it was in Mexico and I didn't go, And
- 42:26Speaker 3: when he came back, I was like, oh, how was
- 42:27Speaker 3: the wedding goes? It just wasn't the same without you,
- 42:29Speaker 3: And I was like, those are the exact words you said.
- 42:32Speaker 2: I barely know you, Like, how.
- 42:34Speaker 12: Can you you really got connected to you?
- 42:36Speaker 2: I know?
- 42:37Speaker 3: Weird, right, It made an impact on him, I know,
- 42:39Speaker 3: but I also I feel like it's weird, like I
- 42:42Speaker 3: would probably would have to me. That's the same level
- 42:46Speaker 3: as being at the intervention, like I don't belong to
- 42:48Speaker 3: I didn't belong at that wedding.
- 42:49Speaker 2: I didn't belong to this. If it was an invention,
- 42:51Speaker 2: I didn't belong to an invention.
- 42:52Speaker 14: On the other hand, but if he'd come back and
- 42:53Speaker 14: said it was the same without you, that'd be kind
- 42:56Speaker 14: of an interesting thing to.
- 42:57Speaker 20: Hear that.
- 43:02Speaker 2: Jelly You'll call one four to seven Kiss FM, John Jay,
- 43:08Speaker 2: and Rich.
- 43:09Speaker 3: I want to bounce this off you guys, because Peyton,
- 43:11Speaker 3: you're twenty seven, right, you know, thirty eight? Someone asked,
- 43:17Speaker 3: what's something that becomes attractive only after the age of
- 43:22Speaker 3: twenty five? Something that becomes attractive only after the age
- 43:28Speaker 3: of thirty five?
- 43:29Speaker 2: Anybody? I'll give an example, since these guys seem stumped.
- 43:32Speaker 2: An air fryer.
- 43:34Speaker 14: Heck, yeah, I can't disagree with that, or any of
- 43:37Speaker 14: the ninja products quite honestly, the cry oh yeah, all
- 43:40Speaker 14: the ninja stuff.
- 43:41Speaker 10: So they're like products.
- 43:42Speaker 14: It's not like well no, I mean he said it's
- 43:45Speaker 14: something it could be anything like for me this and.
- 43:49Speaker 7: This is just me personally, like probably all throughout high school,
- 43:54Speaker 7: all throughout like college, I always felt like I needed
- 43:57Speaker 7: a guy that was like super out there, very extroverted,
- 44:01Speaker 7: very like kind of the life of the party, And
- 44:04Speaker 7: as I've gotten older, that just gives me the ick.
- 44:07Speaker 7: So introverts are like super attractive to me. Twenty seven.
- 44:12Speaker 3: What is something that becomes attractive only after the age
- 44:15Speaker 3: of twenty five? A high quality vacuum cleaner? Somebody says,
- 44:19Speaker 3: here driving a minivan.
- 44:21Speaker 10: Oh, what about having a good relationship with their mom?
- 44:24Speaker 2: Yeah, that's good too. I think that's attractive all the time.
- 44:26Speaker 2: But yeah, I can see that. What about a weekend
- 44:28Speaker 2: with no plans that becomes very attractive.
- 44:30Speaker 3: That's almost word for word Number one answer, early having
- 44:33Speaker 3: no plans for the weekend?
- 44:35Speaker 17: Kids?
- 44:35Speaker 10: What about no kids on that list?
- 44:38Speaker 12: Is going to bed early on that lie?
- 44:40Speaker 3: Yeah, something that becomes attractive only after twenty five. A
- 44:43Speaker 3: bunch of women said, the gray hair that starts coming
- 44:46Speaker 3: in on the sides of men, bald guys. And then
- 44:48Speaker 3: guys said thicker women and men said or women said men.
- 44:52Speaker 2: And scarves.
- 44:53Speaker 11: No, I'm sorry, no, great to think about scarves right
- 44:58Speaker 11: now it's billion degrees outside.
- 45:01Speaker 2: I'm glad you said that, because it'd be a bunch.
- 45:03Speaker 7: Of guys now, like grown woman curves is like a
- 45:07Speaker 7: legit thing, so I can see I can see the
- 45:11Speaker 7: men Yeah.
- 45:13Speaker 3: A large and comfortable bed m California king me. Calmness
- 45:18Speaker 3: and kindness over drama and high energy fun.
- 45:21Speaker 7: Yeah, that's what I feel like. I was trying to
- 45:23Speaker 7: say too with the intro er extro birthding, good.
- 45:26Speaker 3: Gas, mileage, sexy. So what's something that becomes attractive only
- 45:30Speaker 3: after twenty five? Shoot us a text text jj R
- 45:32Speaker 3: and whatever you think that is, it's attractive after twenty five.
- 45:35Speaker 3: I think sleep. I think sleep is so attractive. I
- 45:38Speaker 3: think eating right is attractive. I think being healthy and
- 45:41Speaker 3: fit is attractive. Never thought of that stuff beforehand, you know,
- 45:44Speaker 3: and just did it just kind of like in fact,
- 45:45Speaker 3: I can remember, I think I went ten years with
- 45:48Speaker 3: zero exercise.
- 45:50Speaker 2: Terrible.
- 45:51Speaker 11: It's the rout I'm on right now.
- 45:55Speaker 3: She looks fabulous eight seven seven nine three seven one
- 45:58Speaker 3: four seven.
- 46:00Speaker 2: Matt, what do you got?
- 46:00Speaker 3: What's attractive to the human being after the age of
- 46:04Speaker 3: twenty five?
- 46:05Speaker 8: Uh?
- 46:06Speaker 22: You know what I've found in I've talked to friends
- 46:09Speaker 22: about this and we all agree. It's like the notion
- 46:13Speaker 22: of like going to like a dinner party and you
- 46:17Speaker 22: and your partner like have this almost telepathic thing. But
- 46:21Speaker 22: I mean it's also like a look, a look alone
- 46:24Speaker 22: across like the room and stuff like that, which is
- 46:26Speaker 22: kind of like, hey, let's get out of here, and
- 46:29Speaker 22: you know, it's time to leave type thing, and not
- 46:31Speaker 22: like a I mean, sometimes I guess could be like, oh,
- 46:33Speaker 22: we got to get out of here because we're bo
- 46:35Speaker 22: or whatever, but it's also more like, hey, let's get
- 46:38Speaker 22: out here because I want to jump your bones.
- 46:41Speaker 2: I think that'd be attractive at any age.
- 46:44Speaker 22: Yeah, true, true, But I feel like as you get older,
- 46:47Speaker 22: it's just something that's just like more of a I
- 46:49Speaker 22: don't know, you just just doesn't exist when you're younger.
- 46:52Speaker 14: It's you know, the telepathic look that says, let's get
- 46:56Speaker 14: out of here and go do stuff.
- 46:58Speaker 2: That is awesome.
- 46:59Speaker 10: I see.
- 46:59Speaker 12: I was kind of taking it as leaving a party early.
- 47:01Speaker 2: Right, that goes to go home and just go to sleep.
- 47:06Speaker 12: Both of them were.
- 47:09Speaker 22: Both of them are viable options.
- 47:10Speaker 3: You know.
- 47:12Speaker 2: All right, thank you brother, thanks for calling in my pleasure.
- 47:14Speaker 2: Thanks a lot, goes Sarah. What about you?
- 47:17Speaker 3: What is attractive only after the age of twenty five?
- 47:21Speaker 26: So I am so over like people wearing like flashy
- 47:25Speaker 26: designer logos just like dripping in logos, and to me,
- 47:29Speaker 26: it's just so unattractive like after twenty five, like clean,
- 47:33Speaker 26: casual fit with maybe like a nice watch or like rocking,
- 47:37Speaker 26: just like a simple chain to me that looks like
- 47:40Speaker 26: real money and like real luxury without having to like
- 47:43Speaker 26: scream that they have money, which they probably don't.
- 47:46Speaker 10: Totally.
- 47:47Speaker 7: I feel that it's like you walk into the club
- 47:49Speaker 7: and all you see is like the nape shirts Like, Okay,
- 47:53Speaker 7: I understand you spend one hundred and eighty dollars, but
- 47:55Speaker 7: did you pay your rent last week? Well?
- 47:57Speaker 12: And jo Jay, haven't you said before?
- 47:58Speaker 11: There's that that saying that if you go to like
- 48:00Speaker 11: a fancy fair, the guy in the T shirts the billionaire, Yeah,
- 48:04Speaker 11: because isn't that how.
- 48:05Speaker 7: Like Will Ferrell is like the dude's loaded, but he
- 48:07Speaker 7: looks like a normal person walk becausetry same as Adams
- 48:09Speaker 7: Faneler is a great example.
- 48:12Speaker 8: You know.
- 48:12Speaker 3: Also, you know the logos right, like the Louis Vaittons
- 48:15Speaker 3: and the Guccies Right. I kind of think that's a
- 48:17Speaker 3: shot at me because I'm gonna show you the logo
- 48:18Speaker 3: I'm wearing right now.
- 48:20Speaker 12: Whoa big dog for Fords?
- 48:24Speaker 2: Ford?
- 48:25Speaker 3: Yeah, Ford truck. You see someone wearing a Ford T shirt?
- 48:28Speaker 3: Look out Fashion Center right, Sarah, thank you for calling in,
- 48:33Speaker 3: thanks for listening.
- 48:34Speaker 15: Thank you.
- 48:35Speaker 3: Speaking of Will Ferrell, get this, I forgot to tell
- 48:37Speaker 3: you guys this. I was at the gym working out
- 48:39Speaker 3: and my friend's daughter lives in New York. She went
- 48:42Speaker 3: to a party at the Hampton's and the New York
- 48:46Speaker 3: Knicks were there. Oh wow, right, that's huge. Yeah, and
- 48:50Speaker 3: especially right now the DJ spinning was Will Ferrell. That's
- 48:54Speaker 3: awesome that And I was trying to get more information,
- 48:57Speaker 3: like whose party was it, Like you always hear the Hamptons.
- 49:00Speaker 3: I've never been, but you know, Taylor Swift has a
- 49:02Speaker 3: house there, Jerry Seinfeld has the house. There are all these
- 49:03Speaker 3: people have there. There's that guy that has the White
- 49:05Speaker 3: Party from Fanatics as the house there, and I'm like
- 49:08Speaker 3: you And the daughter was just invited to the party.
- 49:10Speaker 3: So she goes to the party and there's Will Ferrell's
- 49:12Speaker 3: hat on backwards spinning tunes.
- 49:14Speaker 2: It's starting five.
- 49:16Speaker 3: The New York Knicks walks in, and I'm sure there
- 49:17Speaker 3: are other celebrities there too.
- 49:19Speaker 2: Anyway, that's wild, that's wild.
- 49:21Speaker 3: And it was all at four pm because nobody wants
- 49:22Speaker 3: to do anything after the age of twenty five.
- 49:24Speaker 10: After four PM part of the show This Morning, No Worries.
- 49:28Speaker 10: It's all there on iHeartRadio.
- 49:30Speaker 3: Gues probably don't know this, maybe you do know this,
- 49:32Speaker 3: but today is National Bugs Bunny Day. Oh awesome Bugs Bunny.
- 49:36Speaker 3: You guys remember what bugs Bunny was famous for? Worriy
- 49:37Speaker 3: but which I know you do? Peyton, Kyle, do you
- 49:38Speaker 3: get Yeah, what's up?
- 49:40Speaker 13: Doc?
- 49:40Speaker 3: Yeah, that's it. That's and so that is one of
- 49:47Speaker 3: the most famous quotes from TV. Under the category says
- 49:51Speaker 3: TV quotes that we say every day. I can't remember
- 49:55Speaker 3: the last time I said, what's up?
- 49:56Speaker 2: Doc?
- 49:56Speaker 8: Nobody?
- 49:57Speaker 2: It doesn't offend you, it still fits.
- 50:00Speaker 3: So think of the top TV quotes that we say
- 50:02Speaker 3: every day or you say every once in a while. Now, Kyle,
- 50:06Speaker 3: they've got to be stuff that's very mainstream. Kyle has
- 50:08Speaker 3: quotes from movies, and I.
- 50:09Speaker 12: Don't think this is okay.
- 50:11Speaker 2: So I'm thinking of Arkle.
- 50:14Speaker 8: Did I do that?
- 50:15Speaker 12: That's a good one.
- 50:16Speaker 2: I think people still jump that around a little.
- 50:19Speaker 13: Do that?
- 50:21Speaker 2: That's good? That's not on here, but that's good.
- 50:23Speaker 10: What about Raven Simons? Oh Snap from that's a Raven
- 50:27Speaker 10: also a good one.
- 50:28Speaker 12: Oh oh Snap, you got me again?
- 50:34Speaker 2: No, it's not on here. What about Joey Joey from Friends, How.
- 50:37Speaker 5: You Do It?
- 50:38Speaker 2: That's good, it's not on WHOA.
- 50:40Speaker 12: It's the other Joey that's.
- 50:42Speaker 2: Not on here.
- 50:42Speaker 8: Here.
- 50:42Speaker 3: Here's one that's if I said to you, the tribe
- 50:45Speaker 3: has spoken.
- 50:46Speaker 2: Survivor spoken spoke spoken.
- 50:51Speaker 12: Oh, I don't know that when I don't really watch
- 50:52Speaker 12: watch Survivor.
- 50:53Speaker 3: No, Jeff Propes, you say the tribe is spoken, it's
- 50:56Speaker 3: like eighty seventh season wife that Okay, Kyle, I'll say
- 50:59Speaker 3: this quote if you know what it is? Is that
- 51:01Speaker 3: your final answer?
- 51:03Speaker 12: Oh, that's the you wants to be a million?
- 51:06Speaker 2: Who wants to be a million? That's number eight. Rich.
- 51:09Speaker 2: I'm eliminating you from this one because I know you
- 51:10Speaker 2: know the answer to this one.
- 51:11Speaker 3: Kyle and Payton, Ladies and gentlemen, Johnny, that's the shining.
- 51:20Speaker 3: That is the shining. But it's not from there, but
- 51:23Speaker 3: it is from there. The guy in the shining is
- 51:25Speaker 3: doing it from this TV.
- 51:26Speaker 2: Show, That said McMahon from the Tonight Show, Johnny. What
- 51:32Speaker 2: TV show is this again? This for Calm Payton A
- 51:35Speaker 2: three hour tour?
- 51:37Speaker 11: A three hour tour, I don't know, I don't know
- 51:42Speaker 11: the show hold on what is the show is a
- 51:44Speaker 11: guy with the sailor and then like a girl, this
- 51:48Speaker 11: is the story?
- 51:51Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, what's this quote from this? Is there TV
- 51:56Speaker 3: quotes we say every day?
- 51:59Speaker 2: You rang.
- 52:02Speaker 12: The Adams family or no.
- 52:03Speaker 2: Yes, yes, that's Lurch and the Adams family. You right,
- 52:09Speaker 2: that's not something we say every day. Forty of this
- 52:11Speaker 2: These are quotes we see every day. We say, hi
- 52:14Speaker 2: friends every day? What about what that's all folks?
- 52:18Speaker 7: Oh, that's the bugs bunny, that's off folks.
- 52:27Speaker 3: What about this one? And this one has come up
- 52:28Speaker 3: on the show quite a bit in the last couple
- 52:30Speaker 3: of months.
- 52:31Speaker 2: Come on down, come on down, No, come on? What's this? Quote?
- 52:41Speaker 8: From?
- 52:42Speaker 2: What you talking about with us?
- 52:45Speaker 10: Sounds like something Denzel Washington would say.
- 52:47Speaker 2: It is.
- 52:47Speaker 3: It's very close to something Damnsel. I could see Denzel saying,
- 52:50Speaker 3: make it cooler. Yeah, grown up? When Arnold, Arnold Drummond
- 52:54Speaker 3: grows up, different strokes, different strokes, would you about what
- 53:01Speaker 3: you talking about? And the number one TV quote most
- 53:07Speaker 3: commonly said, and I believe that this is said every day.
- 53:11Speaker 2: That's what she said, Oh from.
- 53:13Speaker 12: That's actually from the show.
- 53:15Speaker 2: That's from office.
- 53:16Speaker 10: That's what she said.
- 53:18Speaker 3: I mean, people were saying it before that, but the
- 53:21Speaker 3: Office made it mainstream.
- 53:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:23Speaker 3: Yeah, So anyway, that's some fun stuff. Fun stuff TV quotes.
- 53:27Speaker 3: What other TV quotes are we missing? Shoot us a
- 53:29Speaker 3: text text J j R. And your favorite TV quote
- 53:31Speaker 3: the nine six eight nine thirty.
- 53:38Speaker 8: John Jay and Rich.
- 53:39Speaker 2: Hi, Samantha, you're on the air. Good morning, Good morning.
- 53:42Speaker 2: What's up?
- 53:43Speaker 9: So I matched with this guy who seemed totally normal,
- 53:47Speaker 9: and we were chatting and then he decided to he
- 53:53Speaker 9: invited me over to watch movies. So I went over
- 53:55Speaker 9: to his place and this man had framed photos of
- 54:00Speaker 9: himself like everywhere in his apartment, like like just at him,
- 54:05Speaker 9: like not like family photos or anything like like just
- 54:08Speaker 9: him like almost model photos kind of, and like I
- 54:12Speaker 9: was like, hey, do you live alone at one point
- 54:16Speaker 9: because we were like chanting about like roommates.
- 54:17Speaker 5: And stuff, and he was like, oh no.
- 54:19Speaker 9: No, technically I don't because all these versions of me
- 54:24Speaker 9: are my roommates.
- 54:25Speaker 10: Oh feel like a psychobabe.
- 54:30Speaker 9: I don't know that. I was like huh huh okay,
- 54:34Speaker 9: and then I like literally went to the bathroom got
- 54:37Speaker 9: my friend like I was like, please like call me
- 54:39Speaker 9: for an emergency, and then she like called me and
- 54:41Speaker 9: I was like, oh my god.
- 54:42Speaker 19: My friend's like growing up.
- 54:43Speaker 18: I have to go help her.
- 54:44Speaker 9: And then I left.
- 54:45Speaker 7: Was there like any other times when you're sitting there
- 54:47Speaker 7: hanging out with him, or when you were texting him,
- 54:49Speaker 7: that like he gave narcissistic vibes or like ego vibes,
- 54:52Speaker 7: Like that's crazy.
- 54:55Speaker 9: I mean no, I didn't think so originally, but now,
- 54:57Speaker 9: like looking back, he kind of he really was that
- 55:01Speaker 9: type that would like kind of only talk about himself.
- 55:03Speaker 9: He didn't really ask me questions, and like he was
- 55:06Speaker 9: always sort of like running his hand through his hair.
- 55:08Speaker 9: I feel like he was like very like kind of
- 55:11Speaker 9: aware of how he looked.
- 55:13Speaker 14: Sense you might have found a great red flag if
- 55:16Speaker 14: you go somewhere and it's not like a picture of
- 55:17Speaker 14: them with their family, but it's a giant picture of themselves.
- 55:21Speaker 2: That's probably.
- 55:23Speaker 10: Instagram.
- 55:25Speaker 3: If you do Instagram and it's all him, it's all selfies.
- 55:27Speaker 3: I think those people are mental.
- 55:28Speaker 11: But that takes it one step further because he literally
- 55:31Speaker 11: went to Walgreens dot com and printed those photos and
- 55:34Speaker 11: bought frames, and went and bought nails and hung them up.
- 55:37Speaker 2: On his walls black and whited out. I figured that's
- 55:42Speaker 2: what Curvicular is like.
- 55:43Speaker 7: No, totally, totally, Like Clavicular has a picture of himself
- 55:48Speaker 7: as a screen.
- 55:48Speaker 10: Saver on his phone.
- 55:50Speaker 3: You know, when I was single, I had a picture
- 55:52Speaker 3: of myself framed was really big, and I had it
- 55:56Speaker 3: nailed up to the ceiling above my bed. So when
- 55:59Speaker 3: I went to sleep, I would say good night to myself.
- 56:01Speaker 2: I wake up in the morning, look at myself. I
- 56:04Speaker 2: would just lay there and talk to myself.
- 56:09Speaker 10: That's what's going on up there in your head, makes sense?
- 56:11Speaker 3: Jokes, just jokes. Well, say Mantham, glad you got out
- 56:13Speaker 3: of there. Thanks for sharing that with us.
- 56:16Speaker 9: Yeah, thank you.
- 56:17Speaker 3: It's just another thing where you keep hearing about the
- 56:18Speaker 3: dating world how terrible it is. Like they're just terrible,
- 56:20Speaker 3: weird people out there. I think a lot of it
- 56:22Speaker 3: has to do with, uh, the technology and what's going
- 56:25Speaker 3: on with with social media.
- 56:26Speaker 14: People are weird anyway. Right now, I feel like people
- 56:29Speaker 14: have gotten weirder.
- 56:30Speaker 2: I'll tell you what it's like.
- 56:31Speaker 3: It's like, for some reason, there's people that think it's
- 56:34Speaker 3: okay to be in a restaurant or getting your nails
- 56:37Speaker 3: done and being on FaceTime or a call and talking
- 56:40Speaker 3: out loud and thinking that everybody wants to be part
- 56:42Speaker 3: of your conversation. I experienced that twice in the last
- 56:44Speaker 3: two days, and it's like why, why, why does this
- 56:47Speaker 3: person think that's okay?
- 56:48Speaker 2: Right?
- 56:49Speaker 3: Because you just get used to it now they just
- 56:51Speaker 3: get just It's like this this guy, through his point
- 56:54Speaker 3: of view, he just is used to putting pictures of
- 56:57Speaker 3: himself up on his wall.
- 56:58Speaker 2: There's probably a lot of people like that. You know,
- 57:00Speaker 2: it's just weird. What are you saying?
- 57:01Speaker 7: I was saying, did they have their headphones in when
- 57:03Speaker 7: they were on it? Okay, that's rude.
- 57:05Speaker 3: My wife is getting her nails done and she said
- 57:07Speaker 3: there was a lady two places oh, getting her hair done,
- 57:10Speaker 3: get her hair blown out, And there was a lady
- 57:12Speaker 3: two chairs over and was on a FaceTime talking so loud.
- 57:16Speaker 3: And then Jake, my son, was talking about how work.
- 57:18Speaker 3: Somebody comes in and it's talking on the phone. And
- 57:21Speaker 3: then we were eating at a restaurant yesterday called Sweet Greens,
- 57:24Speaker 3: and we were there was six of us eating our salads,
- 57:27Speaker 3: and there was a table next to us and there
- 57:29Speaker 3: was a guy on FaceTime really loud, eating talking to
- 57:33Speaker 3: this person where we could hear it.
- 57:34Speaker 2: Like he's alone in his kitchen.
- 57:35Speaker 3: Yeah, like he's a little and I'm like I'm and
- 57:37Speaker 3: it's like I don't want to it's so irritating. But
- 57:40Speaker 3: at the same time, I think it's something. It's like
- 57:42Speaker 3: an evolution that this has just kind of happened, Like
- 57:45Speaker 3: it's some people think it's okay, and eventually like I'm
- 57:47Speaker 3: gonna start getting involved in a conversation and then the
- 57:49Speaker 3: person's going to punch me.
- 57:51Speaker 7: I feel like if you have headphones in then you
- 57:53Speaker 7: can kind of get away with it a little bit
- 57:54Speaker 7: as long as you're like kind of talk because you're
- 57:56Speaker 7: kind of talking to yourself. But yeah, like if you're
- 57:59Speaker 7: out on speaker, that's.
- 58:00Speaker 2: That's not that's it's weird and rude. Well, SOBT that
- 58:02Speaker 2: thanks for calling in.
- 58:04Speaker 3: Thank you So BUCkies opened up National News and then
- 58:07Speaker 3: I saw BUCkies They're gonna open up like more locations
- 58:09Speaker 3: across the country. There's just BUCkies everywhere, and we wanted
- 58:12Speaker 3: to know who's traveled the furthest for something, right, because
- 58:15Speaker 3: I brought up how I used to go with my wife,
- 58:17Speaker 3: who used to drive forty five minutes to go get
- 58:19Speaker 3: frozen yogat with our bulldogs back in the day, Melissa,
- 58:23Speaker 3: where did you travel to and form for what?
- 58:26Speaker 24: We live in Preskett, and we traveled to Ysis down
- 58:30Speaker 24: in Tempee pretty regularly.
- 58:32Speaker 2: That's what I'm talking about.
- 58:34Speaker 14: Hysis is legit is that the only one around you.
- 58:37Speaker 14: I guess, huh, you got to go that far for
- 58:39Speaker 14: a hyces.
- 58:41Speaker 24: Yeah, I mean they've got some like Gilbert and stuff.
- 58:44Speaker 24: But it's so bad that we go so regularly that
- 58:46Speaker 24: the management, like we walk in, they're like, hey, Pruskett,
- 58:51Speaker 24: they know us that. I mean, we lived so far away,
- 58:54Speaker 24: but yet we go regular enough that they know who
- 58:55Speaker 24: we are.
- 58:56Speaker 2: What do you get? What's your thing? Melissa?
- 58:58Speaker 24: Well, it's you know, it's sturfry, so you just build
- 59:00Speaker 24: your own or whatever. So it's you know, it's like
- 59:03Speaker 24: a big like a sweet tomatoes where you put your
- 59:05Speaker 24: own stuff in and make it your own.
- 59:07Speaker 2: Whatever. I build mine.
- 59:09Speaker 3: Whenever I build mine, it's like I always try to
- 59:11Speaker 3: overdo it. You know, you gotta pack it up so
- 59:13Speaker 3: it's over the bowl and it's you make a big
- 59:15Speaker 3: like ice cream cone full of stuff because it always
- 59:17Speaker 3: dwindles down.
- 59:18Speaker 24: Yes, yeah, well, and it's the best the next day
- 59:21Speaker 24: is left over.
- 59:22Speaker 2: It is great. That's good stuff.
- 59:23Speaker 20: You know.
- 59:23Speaker 3: It's funny because there are other locations. It's kind of
- 59:25Speaker 3: like Chipotle. My my son, there's a Chipotle by our house,
- 59:29Speaker 3: and my son Jake refuses to go there because he
- 59:31Speaker 3: thinks they always give him less, so he goes to
- 59:34Speaker 3: another Chipotle where they give him more.
- 59:36Speaker 14: One of your kids has one of yours, like everybody's
- 59:39Speaker 14: got one of your weirds, all your kids.
- 59:42Speaker 2: Oh well, thanks for listening, Melissa.
- 59:44Speaker 24: Yes, thank you, Kyle.
- 59:46Speaker 14: When John Jay I used to go to the food court,
- 59:47Speaker 14: he would be like, you got to get it to go.
- 59:49Speaker 14: You can't say you're gonna eat it here because they
- 59:51Speaker 14: give you more. And then he would freak out because
- 59:53Speaker 14: they would watch us eating at the food.
- 59:55Speaker 3: Oh, I would have an excuse in case they said something.
- 59:57Speaker 3: I would say that our meeting change, so we're gonna
- 59:59Speaker 3: eat it.
- 1:00:00Speaker 12: That's like why would they.
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: Did, But just in case they'd be like, I thought
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: you got this to go, Like why are you why
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: are you still here and eating the food court? Well,
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: we had a meeting got canceled.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: To lay off perceived confrontation. Casey, where did you travel?
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: And for what?
- 1:00:19Speaker 6: I saw Miley in Phoenix for the Banger's tour, and
- 1:00:24Speaker 6: it was so good. I don't know if any of
- 1:00:26Speaker 6: you saw it. I've seen Taylor, I've seen Backstreet Boys,
- 1:00:29Speaker 6: but this was nothing like you've ever seen. So I
- 1:00:32Speaker 6: had to get tickets after the show for the next
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: night in Vegas.
- 1:00:36Speaker 19: M hm, and we traveled to Vegas.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: Her again, that's cool. How was that show also great?
- 1:00:44Speaker 7: Yes?
- 1:00:45Speaker 19: Amazing?
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: You freaking flew around on a hot dog.
- 1:00:47Speaker 19: She slid down a tongue slide like, it's amazing.
- 1:00:51Speaker 3: Okay, but anyway, but I got to I don't want
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: to like downplay what you did.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: But lots of people go to Vegas to see concerts.
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: It's like, but to you know, to travel, you know,
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: three stay to go to a grand opening of a BUCkies.
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: That's a little dramatic to go to Vegas to see
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: a concert. It's Kyle's done it. I've done it, so
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: I think.
- 1:01:06Speaker 6: It's it's doable when you're in Phoenix too.
- 1:01:09Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:01:09Speaker 6: I live in Salt Lake now.
- 1:01:11Speaker 19: I just came home for the weekend.
- 1:01:12Speaker 6: Actually, so I wanted to ask John Jay for a
- 1:01:14Speaker 6: prayer for my friend.
- 1:01:16Speaker 16: She lost her.
- 1:01:16Speaker 6: Dad, And I came home to Phoenix for the first
- 1:01:20Speaker 6: time in seven years. I'm in Salt Lake City now
- 1:01:23Speaker 6: and I had to tell you, I wrote in a
- 1:01:24Speaker 6: way mow, I saw them.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: And I had to do it all right, share me
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: throw a prayer for your friend. Here you go.
- 1:01:30Speaker 20: Yes, thank you.
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: Her name's Anna.
- 1:01:32Speaker 27: I love you Annie.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: Thanks Katie, Thanks for listening.
- 1:01:35Speaker 8: Yeah, by guys, John, Jay and Rich.
- 1:01:48Speaker 19: Hi Claudia, Hi, how are you?
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: What's going on? Welcome to the show.
- 1:01:53Speaker 25: Thanks.
- 1:01:54Speaker 5: I just wanted to share that I was dating these
- 1:01:57Speaker 5: two guys at the same time.
- 1:01:58Speaker 19: Oho, And the funny thing is, like, you know, lightly dating, but.
- 1:02:03Speaker 18: One kept his tooth brush at my place and.
- 1:02:06Speaker 19: The other separately kept his deodorant.
- 1:02:10Speaker 18: And.
- 1:02:11Speaker 20: They never met or knew about each.
- 1:02:13Speaker 19: Other, but since it was during the same time, they
- 1:02:16Speaker 19: both ended up confidently using each other's things like they
- 1:02:18Speaker 19: were their own. And I just thought that was really
- 1:02:20Speaker 19: funny that, you know, I guess guys stuff is just
- 1:02:23Speaker 19: so generic they didn't even notice. It wasn't their.
- 1:02:25Speaker 15: Deodorant too grossing me out?
- 1:02:31Speaker 24: Oh no, at.
- 1:02:32Speaker 9: Least they're being hydenic.
- 1:02:34Speaker 5: I was like, you know, whatever, they should have found.
- 1:02:36Speaker 11: That same toothbrush and then swapped it out everybody they like,
- 1:02:38Speaker 11: it looks.
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: The same look at you wrote, so you got like
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: you would have a guy like how often would the
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: rotation happen?
- 1:02:46Speaker 20: Oh, I mean like one night and like the other night?
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: Wow, where'd go?
- 1:02:52Speaker 14: Interesting? Like I don't think I would would want to.
- 1:02:56Speaker 14: That's pretty serious. Once you leave a toothbrush as somebody's spot.
- 1:02:59Speaker 7: I mean that toothbrush, that's for real.
- 1:03:03Speaker 10: It was actually like the.
- 1:03:05Speaker 12: Odor it's gross too, hair in there?
- 1:03:08Speaker 5: Like why.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: It doesn't gross?
- 1:03:11Speaker 12: I don't care.
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: There's something that the toothbrush. So here's I have a
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: double standard on that. I've been traveling with my wife before,
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: We've been together for a long time, and I have
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: forgotten my toothbrush on the trip. And then when she
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: goes to bed, I'll be, oh, I just gotta get something.
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: I'll go and brush my tea. Her tooth brush is
- 1:03:27Speaker 3: already wet, and I'll go brush my teeth with her toothbrush,
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: and I don't tell her right then, one time she
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: forgot her toothbrush and she goes, I need to buy
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: your toothbrush.
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: I'm like, what disgusting? Oh my god? Oh, and I'm
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: like so gross. And then and then I took her
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: after she was done. Usually I put turn on the
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: hot water, trying to disinfect it. And more than that. Oh,
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: did I just say I have a double standard on it?
- 1:04:01Speaker 13: I know.
- 1:04:03Speaker 14: All right, that's awkward, but not as awkward as if
- 1:04:05Speaker 14: you've had toothbrushes and you told the guys, look, i've
- 1:04:08Speaker 14: got two guys sleeping over.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: I'm gonna get you your own. You're blue. He's a range,
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: you're saying, to be honest with the guys.
- 1:04:15Speaker 16: One of my toothbrush with different colored, a little.
- 1:04:18Speaker 14: Like top, just so you know you're not alone in
- 1:04:21Speaker 14: this bathroom when you're getting ready.
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: Now you go if you're if the guy does find out,
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: and then you start developing more and more and more.
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: Now you have several underarm deodorants, several tooth pressures.
- 1:04:33Speaker 16: Guys like two guys only for a couple of months.
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: All right, did you end up staying with one of them?
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: Or are they both gone?
- 1:04:40Speaker 19: Oh they're both gone.
- 1:04:43Speaker 12: Yea, we're not doing that anymore.
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: Claudia, thanks for sharing that story. What a fun story,
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: what a fun situation. Alright, all right, I've got any
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: questions for her? Eight seven seven nine three seven four seven.
- 1:04:56Speaker 13: I didn't think kid this, John.
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: Jane Rich It's time to play the Blockbuster movieline game, Cass.

- 1:05:14Speaker 19: Direction, so I don't know any of his recent stuff
- 1:05:17Speaker 19: that well, okay.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: So you're an average fan.
- 1:05:20Speaker 11: Okay, yeah, okay, she wants to see the show he
- 1:05:24Speaker 11: throw back one Direction songs anyway.
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: So it's like, all right, well then let's play a game.
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: All right, it's all about the movies.

- 1:09:36Speaker 2: Check in with John day Ridge.
- 1:09:38Speaker 10: You hit the top back.
- 1:09:41Speaker 2: Mic Kyle, what are three things we need to know today?
- 1:09:43Speaker 11: Team USA is still alive in the World Cup even
- 1:09:46Speaker 11: after their brutal last minute lost.
- 1:09:48Speaker 12: To Turkey last night. They did finish on top of
- 1:09:50Speaker 12: their group, so this means they're heading into the knockout.
- 1:09:52Speaker 11: Round starting July first, where it is officially win or
- 1:09:56Speaker 11: go home. The favorites right now are teams like Mexico, France,
- 1:09:59Speaker 11: Argentina and Brazil. But we've got home field advantage and
- 1:10:03Speaker 11: experts say we're still a team to watch. Here's the
- 1:10:05Speaker 11: coolest side story though, thousands of veterans and first responders
- 1:10:08Speaker 11: are getting to experience the World Cup for free thanks
- 1:10:10Speaker 11: to donated tickets from Vettics.
- 1:10:12Speaker 12: In Bank of America. Thought that was pretty cool.
- 1:10:14Speaker 11: This Luigi Mangioni case just hit another twist. So the
- 1:10:18Speaker 11: whole idea of a plea deal that's officially off the
- 1:10:20Speaker 11: table now his team and prosecutors just couldn't come to
- 1:10:23Speaker 11: an agreement. So now he's sticking with not guilty in
- 1:10:26Speaker 11: the killing of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. And now
- 1:10:29Speaker 11: instead of a quiet resolution, this thing is heading straight
- 1:10:32Speaker 11: for a full trial. Now we kind of saw this coming,
- 1:10:34Speaker 11: but it is official. Now AI is starting to mess
- 1:10:37Speaker 11: with our wallets in a big way. Apple and Microsoft
- 1:10:40Speaker 11: are already bumping up prices on some laptops because AI
- 1:10:43Speaker 11: data centers are basically hoarding all the computer chips and
- 1:10:46Speaker 11: driving costs through the roof, and experts say it's not
- 1:10:48Speaker 11: stopping there.
- 1:10:49Speaker 12: Your phone will.
- 1:10:50Speaker 11: Be next on the wisest so expensive now list.
- 1:10:53Speaker 12: And that's three things you need to know
