- 0:01Speaker 1: Good morning, good morning, good morning, and welcome, welcome, welcome.
- 0:04Speaker 2: It's time now for car.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Talk with Brad Dungeess here with a Dungeons at Toyota
- 0:08Speaker 1: and my goodness sakes bread you brought friends again.
- 0:11Speaker 3: It's always good to bring a friend on the show.
- 0:13Speaker 3: Say good morning Katie.
- 0:15Speaker 4: Hello to everyone, Good morning.
- 0:16Speaker 5: Hello.
- 0:17Speaker 3: Katie's here from OKM. And uh, it's a lot more
- 0:21Speaker 3: than ok mozart anymore. It's uh, it's truly OKM and
- 0:25Speaker 3: a year round thing. And yeah, and we've got great
- 0:29Speaker 3: skies this morning, and not quite the beautiful day we
- 0:32Speaker 3: expect on Thursday morning when we have the radio show.
- 0:34Speaker 3: We usually have sunshine and shone and everything. But a
- 0:39Speaker 3: little rain is probably good for us. And I'm happy
- 0:41Speaker 3: to get some some more rain. It's been off with
- 0:43Speaker 3: dry lately, and get get rid of those bizarrely warm
- 0:47Speaker 3: temperatures I think for this time of year. We get
- 0:50Speaker 3: ready for the holidays, which OKM has been getting ready
- 0:54Speaker 3: for some time, I know. And yeah, and we've got
- 0:58Speaker 3: Toyota on his kick off this week, which is our
- 1:01Speaker 3: biggest sales event of the year in the Toyota world.
- 1:04Speaker 3: And we've got great inventory, great incentives, so one of
- 1:08Speaker 3: our best new car inventories of the year, and I
- 1:10Speaker 3: think when I look this morning, it keeps We keep
- 1:13Speaker 3: selling them as fast as possible. But we had forty
- 1:16Speaker 3: three available on the ground and in the pipeline, and
- 1:19Speaker 3: and more coming over the next few allocations, and great
- 1:23Speaker 3: great stuff on the ground, all the all the stuff
- 1:27Speaker 3: you expect to comb a RAB four Don drove Course, Camery, Corolla,
- 1:33Speaker 3: Corolla across, a beautiful car Land Cruiser, the new all
- 1:38Speaker 3: new four Runner. We've got our brand new BEZ. We've
- 1:42Speaker 3: got our first allocation of those, which is the It
- 1:45Speaker 3: replaces the BZ four X from last year. It's a
- 1:48Speaker 3: battery electric vehicle that is over three hundred mile range
- 1:53Speaker 3: Toyota DNA. Really it looks to be a great vehicle,
- 1:58Speaker 3: and Toyota's you know, other manufacturers are you know, kind
- 2:01Speaker 3: of ramped up the battery electric vehicle stuff, and now
- 2:05Speaker 3: we're pulling back to Otis continuing with their plan. They're
- 2:08Speaker 3: not going to have everything be that, but they're going
- 2:10Speaker 3: to have a good selection of those. Later this year
- 2:13Speaker 3: we'll probably get word of a new Land Cruiser that'll
- 2:18Speaker 3: be a battery electric version of that, and another SUV
- 2:23Speaker 3: so I think we're going to have a great selection
- 2:25Speaker 3: and in that our hybrid power trains continue to be
- 2:29Speaker 3: all the you know, everything we talk about, you know,
- 2:32Speaker 3: and people a lot of people that haven't driven them
- 2:36Speaker 3: kind of they don't really understand hybrid. You know. It
- 2:39Speaker 3: started back in the nineties with the original Prius as
- 2:43Speaker 3: a as a fuel economy thing, which it really was
- 2:47Speaker 3: designed to get you better fuel economy and it still does,
- 2:50Speaker 3: but it also is is one thing we've learned is
- 2:54Speaker 3: that there's great power in those in the hybrid system
- 2:58Speaker 3: combined with the gasoline engine. It gives you kind of
- 3:01Speaker 3: the best of both worlds and you can have you
- 3:04Speaker 3: get that great torque and power from start horsepower, so
- 3:09Speaker 3: performance is outstanding, so you can get that kind of
- 3:13Speaker 3: power you used to. You know, we have a lot
- 3:15Speaker 3: of customers that that in their minds they want that
- 3:18Speaker 3: old V eight, that that that engine that's reliable and
- 3:22Speaker 3: powerful and get some where they're going. And but these
- 3:26Speaker 3: days you can get a smaller engine with the with
- 3:28Speaker 3: equal or more displacement and with that electric power assist
- 3:33Speaker 3: from the hybrid battery. Uh, it's amazing. I you should
- 3:39Speaker 3: really check it out. It's a great performance vehicle. And
- 3:43Speaker 3: then with another alternative Toyota has is plug in hybrid,
- 3:48Speaker 3: which combines the traditional hybrid, which is a you know,
- 3:53Speaker 3: it's a it's a different powertrain that and then they
- 3:57Speaker 3: have gasoline, which so both of them can apply power
- 4:01Speaker 3: to the ground. But this also has a plug in feature,
- 4:06Speaker 3: so you can get a smaller range on pure electric.
- 4:09Speaker 3: So this is about fifty miles range on most of them.
- 4:13Speaker 3: But you know, if you're driving around Martlesville, that's a
- 4:16Speaker 3: really all you'd need for a day and then but
- 4:21Speaker 3: you then you still have the flexibility to take off
- 4:23Speaker 3: and go driving across the country and not to worry
- 4:26Speaker 3: about recharging every couple hours and spending your time doing
- 4:32Speaker 3: that and get maybe not being near an electric charger.
- 4:37Speaker 3: So it gives you all that flexibility. And we've got
- 4:40Speaker 3: different models of that, the Prius, the Wrap four Prime,
- 4:45Speaker 3: and more and more of those will be coming, you know.
- 4:50Speaker 3: So and during Toyota thon, of course, we've got great deals,
- 4:54Speaker 3: great interest rate specials right now because st rates have
- 4:57Speaker 3: continued to be a little bit higher than then we
- 5:00Speaker 3: got used to there for a couple decades with zero
- 5:05Speaker 3: percent and things like that. But we've got pretty close
- 5:07Speaker 3: to that now on our tundras. On the hybrid Tundrad
- 5:11Speaker 3: I mentioned, you can get up to seventy two months
- 5:13Speaker 3: at zero point nine nine percent on a twenty five
- 5:16Speaker 3: mile year hybrid Tundra. That's left. We've got other rates,
- 5:21Speaker 3: you know, like three four seven five. You know they
- 5:26Speaker 3: very five vehicles, so check that out. And another cool
- 5:30Speaker 3: thing you can do on our website is go and
- 5:33Speaker 3: see all our great prices. We do simple price everything
- 5:37Speaker 3: right right when it hits the lot or even before
- 5:39Speaker 3: that and then. But it's so you can go in
- 5:43Speaker 3: and work your own deals. What we say where you
- 5:45Speaker 3: can go and compare the interest rate offered by Toyota.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Maybe you've got an interest rate at your bank, you
- 5:51Speaker 3: can compare the two. If you don't know what your
- 5:54Speaker 3: interest rate is, you can you can calculate that or
- 5:58Speaker 3: it really is just an s to me it until
- 6:00Speaker 3: we pull your credit. Uh. But then that and you
- 6:03Speaker 3: can also compare it to leasing, and you can compare
- 6:06Speaker 3: all those different choices and sentas rebates. All that's right there.
- 6:11Speaker 3: You can do the credit application value your trade.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Uh.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Pretty much the whole car deal now can be done
- 6:18Speaker 3: on your phone or your computer at home. However you
- 6:21Speaker 3: want to do it, whether you're in Bartlesville or Timbuckto,
- 6:25Speaker 3: you can. You can work your deal online through Dunchess
- 6:29Speaker 3: Toyota and there we go. That's good start on the
- 6:33Speaker 3: car business stuff.
- 6:34Speaker 1: But it's great right now, good, come on, we got money.
- 6:43Speaker 3: There's plenty of going on at ok M two, and
- 6:47Speaker 3: as I said, it's a lot more than a couple
- 6:49Speaker 3: of weeks in the summer.
- 6:50Speaker 5: Now.
- 6:50Speaker 3: I remember back in the day when Ransom Wilson and
- 6:53Speaker 3: the crowd would come in and with the New York
- 6:56Speaker 3: Orchestra and we we've been sponsoring okay and for decades
- 6:59Speaker 3: and love I love the program, and I know Mary
- 7:03Speaker 3: Lynn and John and the rest of the team down
- 7:05Speaker 3: there have really taken it and evolved it. This is
- 7:08Speaker 3: like third generation now of what OKM is. But it is.
- 7:14Speaker 3: You guys are busy this time of year, right, yeah,
- 7:18Speaker 3: I mean it starts with this great new light thing
- 7:21Speaker 3: out at will Rock, Yes, and then you've got concerts
- 7:24Speaker 3: going on. So let's tell us about.
- 7:27Speaker 5: All that, right, Well, we start with our Chris Kindle
- 7:31Speaker 5: market this year. We are collaborating with wool Rock to
- 7:35Speaker 5: be out there when the lights come on over Thanksgiving.
- 7:38Speaker 5: So we'll be out there Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from
- 7:40Speaker 5: four to nine.
- 7:41Speaker 4: And what we'll.
- 7:42Speaker 5: Add to wool Rock is there our Bavarian market that
- 7:45Speaker 5: has thirty thirty vendors. We have food and all all
- 7:50Speaker 5: sorts of things that are.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Unique and it's really a great event.
- 7:56Speaker 3: I've been to it a few times when it was
- 7:57Speaker 3: at the Community Center. People that have seen it will
- 8:01Speaker 3: want to definitely check it out out at Willado. It's
- 8:04Speaker 3: is gonna make for a whole new kind of experience.
- 8:08Speaker 4: Yes, we were so excited.
- 8:10Speaker 5: We have along with the market, we also have included
- 8:13Speaker 5: something new this year. We have igloos that will holds.
- 8:16Speaker 5: If they're like ten by ten, they're huge. So along
- 8:18Speaker 5: with this wonderful experience, you can rent these little igloos
- 8:22Speaker 5: for thirty minutes or even an hour and just spend
- 8:24Speaker 5: time with your family in there. We provide hot chocolate
- 8:27Speaker 5: and a special Christmas book to read, and lots of
- 8:31Speaker 5: treats and things like that for that just that little
- 8:34Speaker 5: extra family memory.
- 8:37Speaker 2: It's gonna be nice.
- 8:38Speaker 4: I know, we're so excited.
- 8:40Speaker 3: Now these are aren't ice iglues?
- 8:42Speaker 4: I assume no, they're inflatable. We're gonna be cool.
- 8:47Speaker 5: They are so cool and just a great way to
- 8:50Speaker 5: just have that quiet family time, you know, amongst all
- 8:53Speaker 5: the excitement outside.
- 8:55Speaker 4: But they're all about creating those family memories.
- 8:58Speaker 3: That's really a need event. That sounds like a great,
- 9:01Speaker 3: great opportunity for people. I know that a lot of
- 9:04Speaker 3: people go out to see the lights anyway, but you
- 9:06Speaker 3: want to go and check out the market as well
- 9:09Speaker 3: and get something, you know, buy some gifts, get something
- 9:11Speaker 3: to eat.
- 9:12Speaker 5: Yes, and listen to Caroline and music and see mister Claws.
- 9:18Speaker 4: And it's gonna be great.
- 9:19Speaker 3: That's a great opportunity to get in the spirit of Christmas.
- 9:23Speaker 3: And and and then you've got other things going on too,
- 9:27Speaker 3: I know, different concerts that will be right around the corner,
- 9:32Speaker 3: and just continuing with that theme of getting in the
- 9:35Speaker 3: spirit of Christmas.
- 9:36Speaker 4: And and uh we do. We have our giving Tuesday.
- 9:41Speaker 5: On the second, We're gonna have Grady Nichols come and
- 9:44Speaker 5: play for us at Amber Hall at our office. And
- 9:46Speaker 5: then let's see and then on the fifth we're gonna
- 9:50Speaker 5: be celebrating I'm Saint Nicholas Day. The parade is the
- 9:52Speaker 5: sixth Downtown so which is normally Saint Nicholas Day, but
- 9:55Speaker 5: we're gonna celebrate that in our office the day before,
- 9:58Speaker 5: in the fifth that's Saturday, our Yeah, and then so
- 10:02Speaker 5: we're gonna have lots of story time with Saint Nicholas,
- 10:05Speaker 5: and we'll have crafts for the kiddos and lots of
- 10:08Speaker 5: fun snacks and things like that. And then on the twelfth,
- 10:12Speaker 5: our keyboard Orchestra is playing at the Presbyterian Church.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Now that's one of the few, if not the only,
- 10:18Speaker 1: in the world of its kind.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Yes it is, and we are so excited. This cleven
- 10:22Speaker 4: of us are amazing. Oh, the kids are amazing.
- 10:24Speaker 3: They are.
- 10:24Speaker 5: That is just if you haven't seen it, you've got
- 10:26Speaker 5: to come down and check us out. It is just fantastic. Yeah,
- 10:29Speaker 5: the only one in the.
- 10:30Speaker 3: World is with the people who don't really understand.
- 10:34Speaker 5: It is it's well to make it, keep it simple.
- 10:37Speaker 5: It's like a piano. It looks like a piano, but
- 10:40Speaker 5: it's the keyboards are all all the orchestra music on them,
- 10:45Speaker 5: so it plays.
- 10:46Speaker 4: All of the all of the instruments.
- 10:47Speaker 3: So sweet. Yeah.
- 10:49Speaker 5: And during the summer we are hold the only camps
- 10:52Speaker 5: for this, for this events, we have kids from all
- 10:55Speaker 5: over the world come and participate in it with us
- 10:57Speaker 5: when we put that on, and we're so proud of it,
- 11:00Speaker 5: and our tenants are growing and growing and growing.
- 11:02Speaker 4: And it's just it's it's phenomenal. It's the neatest.
- 11:06Speaker 3: I talked a little bit about the evolution of ok
- 11:09Speaker 3: AM now and what it's becoming, and it is. I mean,
- 11:12Speaker 3: so much of it's about the kids and getting them
- 11:15Speaker 3: involved in music and and and that whole experience of
- 11:21Speaker 3: the seasons as they come around. And of course you
- 11:24Speaker 3: still have your traditional uh you know stuff in the
- 11:28Speaker 3: summer in June that we've all come to expect. It's
- 11:31Speaker 3: evolved too to be to be a little bit different
- 11:34Speaker 3: from the days when the orchestra would come from New York.
- 11:37Speaker 3: But you still have great events, great music, great musicians,
- 11:41Speaker 3: different every year. I bet you've started.
- 11:43Speaker 4: Planning for that too, Yes, yeah, we have.
- 11:47Speaker 5: We have all kinds of different genre of music participate
- 11:52Speaker 5: with us, and we want to keep.
- 11:53Speaker 4: It open to everyone, and.
- 11:56Speaker 5: We want everyone to be able to come and enjoy
- 11:59Speaker 5: their kind of music, and we bring them from all over.
- 12:01Speaker 3: So yeah, that's the great thing. It's really an international
- 12:05Speaker 3: music festival.
- 12:06Speaker 4: It is.
- 12:07Speaker 5: It's the only one, and it's the only one period.
- 12:09Speaker 5: We're going to be celebrating forty two years this year.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Forty two years.
- 12:13Speaker 5: That's incredible, amazing, and we've had to adapt, you know, COVID.
- 12:17Speaker 4: You know, we had to change a death like everyone
- 12:19Speaker 4: else with COVID.
- 12:20Speaker 5: But we're still changing, we're coming, you know, making it
- 12:23Speaker 5: a little longer, We're bringing back as much.
- 12:25Speaker 4: As we can.
- 12:26Speaker 5: And it's we're just like I said, we're growing and
- 12:30Speaker 5: we love it. We just we love our community here
- 12:32Speaker 5: in Bartlesville and we want to.
- 12:34Speaker 3: Can So it's such a unique thing, a Bartlesville thing
- 12:36Speaker 3: and unique. It's one of those things that Bartlesville has
- 12:39Speaker 3: such a is such a rich community and all the
- 12:43Speaker 3: kinds of events that we have, and you know a
- 12:45Speaker 3: lot of this kind of stuff you might expect in
- 12:47Speaker 3: a larger city that this is here in Bartlesville. And
- 12:51Speaker 3: it gives an opportunity for people in our area in
- 12:54Speaker 3: Southeast Kansas and rural in norder of in Oklahoma to
- 12:58Speaker 3: come experience these things without going far away. And I
- 13:03Speaker 3: think that's that's always been the case with OKM For
- 13:06Speaker 3: forty two years, that is amazing. We're going to celebrate
- 13:11Speaker 3: in December our fifty seventh anniversary for Dungeons Toyota. Of course,
- 13:16Speaker 3: we in the Ford Dealership, we were here a lot
- 13:19Speaker 3: longer now that now that we're not associated with forty anymore,
- 13:23Speaker 3: we celebrate our anniversary in December and making new history
- 13:26Speaker 3: and making new history. That's right, and we're very proud
- 13:30Speaker 3: to be doing that with our great team at the dealership.
- 13:34Speaker 3: And as I said, it is Toyota than now. Another
- 13:38Speaker 3: thing I wanted to mention for if you have a
- 13:40Speaker 3: used vehicle, we cannot keep them stocked right now. We
- 13:44Speaker 3: keep selling our used cards. I don't know quite what's
- 13:51Speaker 3: making them turn so fast, but the bottom line is
- 13:53Speaker 3: they are moving and we need more inventory. So if
- 13:56Speaker 3: you're looking to sell a car, you have an extra vehicle,
- 13:59Speaker 3: even if you're training it somewhere else, give us a
- 14:02Speaker 3: shot at it. We'll give you an offer and make
- 14:04Speaker 3: it quite simple, uh, to sell it. We have a great,
- 14:08Speaker 3: great tool through Kelly Blue Book on our website where
- 14:11Speaker 3: you can go in and get what they call an
- 14:13Speaker 3: instant cash offer on your vehicle real quick.
- 14:16Speaker 5: Uh.
- 14:16Speaker 3: There's an you can add pictures, give us details on
- 14:19Speaker 3: your car, so we can really get a pretty good offer.
- 14:22Speaker 3: A lot of times we can offer thousands more than
- 14:25Speaker 3: the instant cash offer by Kelly Blue Book. So be
- 14:29Speaker 3: sure to check that out and and schedule a time
- 14:32Speaker 3: to bring your vehicle in so we can can make
- 14:35Speaker 3: that and you make that additional offer to you and
- 14:38Speaker 3: it'll be it's worth your time to to do that.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Like I said, we really need inventory and not just
- 14:46Speaker 3: and really just about anything.
- 14:48Speaker 1: You know.
- 14:48Speaker 3: We love those local, uh low mileage, kind of well
- 14:53Speaker 3: maintained cars.
- 14:54Speaker 2: That's the ones you've been selling.
- 14:56Speaker 3: That's why we sell the most that you know, it's
- 14:59Speaker 3: amazing and Artlesville. It's just it's hard if you don't
- 15:02Speaker 3: go somewhere else. It's hard to put a lot of
- 15:04Speaker 3: miles on your car. And a lot of times people
- 15:07Speaker 3: do maintain their cars really well. Yeah, and so they
- 15:12Speaker 3: make Barlsville cars just make great use cars, and we
- 15:15Speaker 3: can't get them anywhere else. You know. As we start
- 15:18Speaker 3: to run low, we start to look at auctions and
- 15:21Speaker 3: you know, a little further out, and it's just the
- 15:25Speaker 3: cars are just not as desirable and so it's it's
- 15:29Speaker 3: hard to do that and they cost more, and we
- 15:31Speaker 3: and we focus on on giving our customers that great value.
- 15:35Speaker 3: So it's it's always a balancing act of getting the
- 15:38Speaker 3: car that we can sell at a value to our
- 15:41Speaker 3: customer and getting you the most money for your your
- 15:43Speaker 3: vehicle and keeping them turning really fast. But if you
- 15:47Speaker 3: do have an extra car, be sure to give us
- 15:49Speaker 3: a shot on that. If you're trading one in, we'd
- 15:52Speaker 3: be happy to give you an alternative offer on that.
- 15:55Speaker 3: And as I mentioned with Toyota, than we've got great
- 15:58Speaker 3: incentives going through Toyota. We've got our some discounted vehicles
- 16:03Speaker 3: that are on the ground right now. I've got there's
- 16:06Speaker 3: a Tacoma out there that's twenty five hundred dollars off,
- 16:09Speaker 3: and you can get the great incentive on the Toyota Tacoma,
- 16:14Speaker 3: which is one of one of our best selling vehicles
- 16:17Speaker 3: right now. Tacoma has the three point ninety nine for
- 16:22Speaker 3: up to seventy two months two nine up to forty
- 16:25Speaker 3: eight to nine nine. So that's a great interest rate
- 16:29Speaker 3: in today's market. And then we've also got the RAB.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Four that.
- 16:36Speaker 3: One is.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Okay, Nope, I got sold, isn't it, Brad, No, We've
- 16:42Speaker 1: got it.
- 16:42Speaker 3: We've got one of those that's I think it's fifteen
- 16:45Speaker 3: hundred dollars off, and four point seventy five for the
- 16:48Speaker 3: seventy two month fine.
- 16:49Speaker 2: It'll soon be sold.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Brow. Yes, that's that's a great deal on our RAB
- 16:52Speaker 3: four again, one of the best selling Toyotas. That is
- 16:56Speaker 3: the best selling the Toyota across the country. And they
- 17:00Speaker 3: are great vehicles and people are you know, all year
- 17:05Speaker 3: have been asking well where are the cars. You know,
- 17:08Speaker 3: at the end of last month that the region, yeah,
- 17:12Speaker 3: in somebody else's driveway. The region ended up with an
- 17:17Speaker 3: eighteen days supply of Toyotas. That's not very long. And
- 17:24Speaker 3: you know, a lot of other brands, you know, we
- 17:26Speaker 3: all we try to keep about a sixty day supply.
- 17:30Speaker 3: That's pretty much ideal. A lot of times you end
- 17:33Speaker 3: up with more than that eighty one hundred hundred and
- 17:35Speaker 3: twenty days supply. The lots get full, you know, that's
- 17:39Speaker 3: just excess cars. Truthfully, you know, one of the beauties
- 17:43Speaker 3: of the Toyota world is that they do turn so fast.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Whether it doesn't build too many vehicles, they always tell
- 17:51Speaker 3: us they want to build one too few, and that
- 17:54Speaker 3: that sounds a little odd in a way, but you know,
- 17:57Speaker 3: think about there is wisdom in that. You think, think
- 18:00Speaker 3: about what that does for your resale value. For one thing,
- 18:04Speaker 3: when you buy a Toyota, you can count on it
- 18:07Speaker 3: not losing its value as fast as other vehicles do.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Anytime you buy a new car, it's going to depreciate
- 18:14Speaker 3: and go down in value over time. I guess there
- 18:16Speaker 3: are a few occasions where they go up, but that's
- 18:19Speaker 3: the rare car. That's you know, it's a real specialty vehicle,
- 18:23Speaker 3: and it's very unique and kind of a vehicle. But
- 18:26Speaker 3: you know, you know, when we drive them and use them,
- 18:28Speaker 3: they go down in value. But Toyotas just hold their
- 18:32Speaker 3: value so well. Another thing that does for Toyotas, and
- 18:36Speaker 3: we don't do a lot of this in our in
- 18:37Speaker 3: our in Oklahoma, but leasing is an alternative way to
- 18:42Speaker 3: actually get your payment much lower.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Well, thanks to your education on this, it's starting to become.
- 18:48Speaker 3: We do more. We do more and more of them
- 18:50Speaker 3: now and and part of it's because they can go
- 18:52Speaker 3: on the website and and really compare the two and see,
- 18:57Speaker 3: you know, even if I take it out to a
- 18:59Speaker 3: six year loan for seventy two months, that's a long
- 19:01Speaker 3: time to be paying for a car. But the longer
- 19:04Speaker 3: you spread it out, the harder it is to get
- 19:08Speaker 3: into an equity position on the vehicle where you actually
- 19:11Speaker 3: it's worth more than what you owe on it versus
- 19:14Speaker 3: your loan, and with the least you never have to
- 19:18Speaker 3: deal with that. You're going to say how many miles
- 19:20Speaker 3: you're going to drive a year and how long you're
- 19:23Speaker 3: going to have the vehicle. So three years, ten, twelve, fifteen,
- 19:27Speaker 3: thousand miles a year, you pre plan all that, and
- 19:31Speaker 3: then you have a choice at the end of your
- 19:32Speaker 3: three years, do I want to keep the car? You can?
- 19:35Speaker 3: You can purchase it and refinance it. You can a
- 19:37Speaker 3: lot of times it may be worth more than what
- 19:39Speaker 3: they estimated. If it's not, you can turn it back
- 19:42Speaker 3: to the manufacturer and just walk away get a new car.
- 19:48Speaker 3: But the payment difference we were playing around with like
- 19:52Speaker 3: a Tacoma there, and it was around four hundred dollars
- 19:55Speaker 3: a month from a six year loan versus a three
- 19:59Speaker 3: year your lease, and it would save you about twenty
- 20:03Speaker 3: thousand dollars in payments in the first three years. Wow
- 20:09Speaker 3: and another. And when you think about it, you're still
- 20:12Speaker 3: gonna owe another four years of payments on that car.
- 20:16Speaker 3: Another you know, over twenty thousand dollars. So it's it's
- 20:20Speaker 3: a big difference in how you buy a car, and
- 20:23Speaker 3: it's most people in Oklahoma just you know, there's some
- 20:27Speaker 3: markets where they lease sixty eighty percent of the vehicles
- 20:30Speaker 3: they sell, and it's never been that way in Oklahoma. No,
- 20:33Speaker 3: it's under ten percent of that we lease. But it's
- 20:37Speaker 3: worth looking at if payments make a difference to you,
- 20:40Speaker 3: which worth most people who buy buy a car that
- 20:43Speaker 3: the payment is important. It's how we know it's comes
- 20:47Speaker 3: with buy owning a vehicle. So you just ask our
- 20:51Speaker 3: team about that or go on the website. It's pretty
- 20:54Speaker 3: easy to educate yourself. You know, there's TODA does lease
- 20:59Speaker 3: specials and you know, just some examples of that. Twenty
- 21:03Speaker 3: six Tacoma on a on a thirty nine month lease.
- 21:06Speaker 3: Their special lease this month is two sixty nine a month.
- 21:11Speaker 3: That's with three nine dollars upfront free and that includes
- 21:17Speaker 3: the upfront includes the taxes, so you're not having to
- 21:19Speaker 3: pay your TT and L and all that, and it's
- 21:22Speaker 3: got some other fees in there that go to the
- 21:25Speaker 3: finance company. But it's incredible. A Tundra, you know, twenty
- 21:30Speaker 3: six Undra gas vehicle on the thirty nine month lease
- 21:34Speaker 3: for ninety nine a month with just forty nine ninety
- 21:38Speaker 3: nine do it signing. So these are these are quite
- 21:42Speaker 3: different from the payment you get you're gonna get on
- 21:45Speaker 3: a retail finance, so it's worth exploring that. Like I said,
- 21:50Speaker 3: you can go on our website, find the vehicle you like,
- 21:53Speaker 3: click the calculate your payment button and it'll take you
- 21:57Speaker 3: in there. You put in your your zip code so
- 22:00Speaker 3: it knows which incentives to present to you and it'll
- 22:03Speaker 3: give you all the tools there. You can play with
- 22:05Speaker 3: your down payment that may you and I may not
- 22:09Speaker 3: want to put that much down. You can lower it.
- 22:12Speaker 3: You can see kind of pick which credit to here
- 22:15Speaker 3: you think you're in and then it'll calculate it. It
- 22:19Speaker 3: is a pretty conservative interst rate if there isn't an
- 22:23Speaker 3: incentivevized rate on the vehicle like, but it'll so you know,
- 22:29Speaker 3: you want to confirm that a lot of times we
- 22:31Speaker 3: can do better. We have about twenty different banks we
- 22:34Speaker 3: work with and we can shop that rate and without
- 22:39Speaker 3: shotgunning you. They call it where you get sent to
- 22:41Speaker 3: all the different banks. We can kind of work with
- 22:44Speaker 3: you on the deal you have and what you're buying,
- 22:47Speaker 3: and then select a bank to send you to and
- 22:49Speaker 3: often get a really good rate for you. And yeah,
- 22:54Speaker 3: it is. It is interesting, isn't it that I want
- 22:59Speaker 3: to let's talk a few more minutes about OKM and
- 23:02Speaker 3: go through the different events and what people need to.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Do to find out at Chris Kendle walking.
- 23:07Speaker 3: About that Chris Kendall market. And you know this is
- 23:10Speaker 3: just next starting next week, right, So.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Next week, two great things, one great price, right, that's
- 23:15Speaker 1: exactly right, that's right.
- 23:16Speaker 4: Yeah, two dollars for the kiddos and ten dollars to get.
- 23:19Speaker 5: In at the okay, and yep, and then come on
- 23:23Speaker 5: in and go around and see all the animals and
- 23:25Speaker 5: come to the Bavarian market, which is going to be
- 23:27Speaker 5: all over and very excited about it. Beautiful, Oh it is,
- 23:32Speaker 5: it is and even if we get a little snow
- 23:34Speaker 5: that would just make it perfect.
- 23:37Speaker 4: It is the it's Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
- 23:40Speaker 5: So that's the eighth, ninth, and thirtieth, Okay, from four
- 23:45Speaker 5: to nine o'clock in the evening. And uh yeah, so
- 23:48Speaker 5: it's gonna it's gonna be great. You can come up
- 23:50Speaker 5: there and add some some We're gonna have some wonderful
- 23:53Speaker 5: Bavarian pastries and all kinds of fun foods and then
- 23:56Speaker 5: come out and do some really unique, wonderful shopping that's
- 23:59Speaker 5: brought to you know, from dinners from all over Oklahoma
- 24:02Speaker 5: and some from outside of Oklahoma. Yeah, and then and
- 24:06Speaker 5: they're unique gifts. So for that person really you have
- 24:09Speaker 5: a hard time buying for it, this is the place
- 24:10Speaker 5: to go.
- 24:11Speaker 3: And for those of you like me who procrastinate on Christmas,
- 24:14Speaker 3: this is just an opportunity to get started perhaps or
- 24:18Speaker 3: and to get that unique gift that you're not going

- 24:24Speaker 3: out and and enjoy it. Because we know people come
- 24:29Speaker 3: from all over the world to Bartlesville doing holidays they do.
- 24:32Speaker 5: It is a great place to create some new memories
- 24:35Speaker 5: and to relive some old ones. And it's it's we're
- 24:39Speaker 5: just so excited. It's going to be a perfect Christmas tradition.
- 24:42Speaker 5: We're really excited.

- 24:46Speaker 5: So you can go online to our our website okam
- 24:48Speaker 5: dot com and then you get your tickets there, and.
