- 1:57Speaker 3: everybody had a great weekend, beautiful weekend here in the
- 2:01Speaker 3: Canal Valley. As we work our way toward Halloween coming
- 2:04Speaker 3: up a little bit later on current member of the
- 2:05Speaker 3: House of Delegates who's hoping you will re elect him, Democrat,
- 2:08Speaker 3: Hollis Lewis from District fifty seven. He'll be joining us
- 2:10Speaker 3: here in the par Marstore studio. Also, some folks from
- 2:13Speaker 3: the Canawh Valley Senior Services Organization will be stopping by

- 2:19Speaker 3: go live to our man Rob Reeal from our sister
- 2:21Speaker 3: station ninety six to one KWS, who's continuing on his
- 2:24Speaker 3: walk from Charleston to Morgantown for WU Children's Hospital. Sir Robert,
- 2:28Speaker 3: good morning, Good morning.
- 2:30Speaker 5: Is this dude ever going to get there?
- 2:33Speaker 3: Well, you're making good progress, right? Were you able to
- 2:35Speaker 3: rest a little bit over the weekend?
- 2:37Speaker 5: I was, And so the way we built this schedule
- 2:43Speaker 5: basically from the time I shot my mouth off in
- 2:45Speaker 5: August during our Cares for Kids radios on about walked
- 2:48Speaker 5: over with panhandle cleaning and restoration, or as it came
- 2:51Speaker 5: to be called, when Martin and Bob stepped in to
- 2:55Speaker 5: save me for myself, in all the planning, we built
- 2:58Speaker 5: today as kind of a flex day, meaning if you know,
- 3:01Speaker 5: I got hurt, or the weather was nasty, or you know,
- 3:04Speaker 5: just something came up that we could have combined today's
- 3:07Speaker 5: walk with tomorrow to catch up and it still wouldn't
- 3:10Speaker 5: have been a herculean task. But Knockwood, Mother Nature and
- 3:16Speaker 5: Murphy have been good to me. So it's just a
- 3:19Speaker 5: short eight miles today. I know that eight miles short.
- 3:23Speaker 5: It's all relative, but yeah, making my way through Clarksburg today.
- 3:28Speaker 3: And again you started this What day did you start
- 3:30Speaker 3: this on? It was because it was two weeks ago.
- 3:33Speaker 5: Yeah, Thursday the seventeenth is when I stepped off from
- 3:37Speaker 5: eleven eleven Virginia Street East. And the Thursday afternoon, the
- 3:41Speaker 5: thirty first, that's Halloween. I plan to walk in in
- 3:45Speaker 5: costume to WVU Medicine children, toisting that ginormous check over
- 3:50Speaker 5: my head, to hopefully have some Halloween shenan against too
- 3:53Speaker 5: with your kids.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Let me go ahead and guess what your costume is
- 3:56Speaker 3: going to be. It's going to be a tired, middle
- 3:58Speaker 3: aged man with a lot of bliss.
- 4:00Speaker 5: Is that your cost and whose skin has turned entirely
- 4:04Speaker 5: to salt?
- 4:05Speaker 3: At this point, we're talking to Rob Real from his
- 4:08Speaker 3: sister's station in ninety six to one KWS to do.
- 4:10Speaker 3: Want to remind you to follow his walk on our
- 4:12Speaker 3: social media sites because he has been posting some absolutely
- 4:16Speaker 3: beautiful pictures. I was talking about that to somebody earlier. Man, you,
- 4:20Speaker 3: I mean, I know this is a hard, hard walk,
- 4:22Speaker 3: and it's very very hard difficult on you, But I mean,
- 4:25Speaker 3: you couldn't have asked for a better time of year
- 4:27Speaker 3: to do it, because you're getting to see all the
- 4:28Speaker 3: Mother Nature's glory, my friend.
- 4:30Speaker 5: I tell you, we that's one of the things we
- 4:32Speaker 5: talked about in the planning. Had we tried to go immediately.
- 4:36Speaker 5: I mean, we were still dealing with ninety degree heat
- 4:39Speaker 5: when October started, but we didn't want to get too
- 4:42Speaker 5: far into potential for you know, cold rain and snow
- 4:46Speaker 5: and that sort of thing. And I just have to
- 4:49Speaker 5: keep tip of my cap to Mother Nature for making
- 4:52Speaker 5: it look so good and making it feel so good.
- 4:54Speaker 5: I mean, sunny in seventy five today. Who complained about that?
- 4:56Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 4:57Speaker 3: And I was looking ahead to the extended forecast because
- 4:59Speaker 3: there was some hawk that there was a chance of rain.
- 5:02Speaker 3: I think it was on Wednesday. Possibly. Uh, but uh,
- 5:07Speaker 3: the app I'm currently looking at right now doesn't mention that.
- 5:09Speaker 6: So uh.
- 5:10Speaker 3: I mean, uh, did did you get rained on it
- 5:12Speaker 3: all on Friday? Because I know it did rain in
- 5:14Speaker 3: some areas of Charleston, some areas of the valley on Friday.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Was there any rain that all on Friday?
- 5:19Speaker 5: I got about six rain drops on Friday.
- 5:21Speaker 3: You didn't know what was rain and what was sweat though,
- 5:23Speaker 3: right exactly.
- 5:25Speaker 5: It was one of those like it's is it gunn
- 5:27Speaker 5: at rain? Maybe? Okay, No, we're good. And that was
- 5:30Speaker 5: it looked, you know. Looking at more of the Clarksburg
- 5:34Speaker 5: Bridge Fort Morgantown section of the forecast, it looks free
- 5:38Speaker 5: and clear for me to finish by Thursday afternoon.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Uh.
- 5:41Speaker 5: But I better because if I have to push this
- 5:43Speaker 5: thing into finishing on Friday, I will get rained on
- 5:46Speaker 5: and it will be significantly colder.
- 5:48Speaker 3: All right again, Rob Real Uh, and a big shout
- 5:50Speaker 3: out to the folks that Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration for
- 5:53Speaker 3: sponsoring October.
- 5:55Speaker 7: Uh.
- 5:55Speaker 3: Be safe out there, my friend, and we'll talk in
- 5:57Speaker 3: We'll talk to you again tomorrow.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Man.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Thanks a lot, Thank you, sir, Rob Reel again from
- 6:02Speaker 3: ninety six to one kws follow along with what he's doing.

- 7:50Speaker 9: have out some curious artifacts, I guess you.

- 8:15Speaker 3: that's about.
- 8:16Speaker 9: Well, we got a lot of vintage clothing, accessories, housewares.

- 9:17Speaker 3: did the idea come from?
- 9:19Speaker 8: We actually got the idea from the Dunbar Seniors.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Oh you stole it, so we sure did.
- 9:24Speaker 8: Absolutely. You know what they say about copycats.

- 9:34Speaker 3: that you're trying to do here.
- 9:36Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 9:36Speaker 9: Well we saw them have great success in raising money
- 9:40Speaker 9: for their senior activities programs and we thought, man, we
- 9:43Speaker 9: ought to get in on that.
- 9:45Speaker 8: So here we are, and they are actually going to
- 9:47Speaker 8: be at our event as well.
- 9:49Speaker 9: So we're excited to see what they bring as far
- 9:53Speaker 9: as some handmade Christmas ornaments, T shirts and whatever else.
- 9:58Speaker 8: They choose to bless us with, we'll be happy to
- 10:00Speaker 8: have them there.
- 10:01Speaker 3: And of course the money that you raise will go
- 10:03Speaker 3: back into the programs you offer for the seniors of

- 10:40Speaker 10: pretty busy. If anybody's interested in that, they can call
- 10:43Speaker 10: our office and make an appointment and get some help
- 10:45Speaker 10: with their Medicare plans. We also do the vegetable voucher

- 11:37Speaker 3: You have a ballpark figure for how many people that
- 11:39Speaker 3: you that you serve as far as the meal, yeah,
- 11:41Speaker 3: any or any any of the services I mean, I

- 17:11Speaker 3: to the show. I'm doing great. Thank you for having
- 17:13Speaker 3: me on, Thank you for being here. Welcome to our
- 17:14Speaker 3: new palatial studios that we're still learning how everything operates. Yes,
- 17:18Speaker 3: it's great in here. It looks great. It just feels
- 17:20Speaker 3: like big time does yeah, yes, it does. Yeah. From
- 17:23Speaker 3: the man, the man that works in the Capitol though,
- 17:25Speaker 3: you know at least spends a little time there. You
- 17:26Speaker 3: know there, you're there now. You're hoping to get re
- 17:30Speaker 3: elected to the House of District fifty seven. Explain the
- 17:32Speaker 3: district to us.
- 17:33Speaker 7: All right, the fifty seven district is comprised of Charleston,
- 17:37Speaker 7: like kind of the Fort Hill area, parts of South
- 17:39Speaker 7: Charleston and Dunbar.
- 17:40Speaker 3: So talk about your experience in the House. What's been
- 17:43Speaker 3: like so far. It's been a great experience.
- 17:45Speaker 7: You know, we are in the super minorities Democrats.
- 17:49Speaker 3: It's eleven of us in the House. Guess if you
- 17:51Speaker 3: can have a super majority, you can have a super minority.
- 17:53Speaker 7: Right, minority. Yeah, So, but it's been a great it's
- 17:55Speaker 7: been a great experience. We've been able to do some
- 17:57Speaker 7: good things and work together.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Well, it's not easy being a Democrat these days in
- 18:02Speaker 3: West Virginia outside. I think that's the understatement of the year,
- 18:05Speaker 3: based on nothing else. The numbers, it's or the lack
- 18:09Speaker 3: or the lack of it's kind of difficult to get
- 18:11Speaker 3: things done that you want to get done. Well, it is.
- 18:13Speaker 7: But at the same time, I think there is hope
- 18:15Speaker 7: things are I think the tie is going to change,
- 18:17Speaker 7: so but surely, and you know, when we look at
- 18:19Speaker 7: the numbers and do more you know, analyzing of the numbers,
- 18:22Speaker 7: we're seeing that not so much of red state, but
- 18:25Speaker 7: more of a non voting state. So I think we
- 18:27Speaker 7: need to up the participation. And I think that's our
- 18:29Speaker 7: job to get people to, you know, get out and
- 18:32Speaker 7: vote and be part of the process.
- 18:33Speaker 3: We've talked about that in the past with the number
- 18:35Speaker 3: of people that choose to just set out an election
- 18:38Speaker 3: and it doesn't matter, you know, whether it's a presidential
- 18:40Speaker 3: year or not. West Virginians, by and large, and I
- 18:42Speaker 3: love my state and I know you do too. We
- 18:45Speaker 3: don't vote, I mean, and the numbers prove that. And
- 18:48Speaker 3: it doesn't seem to matter from one year to the
- 18:50Speaker 3: next week. And I know that there are programs out
- 18:53Speaker 3: there to encourage people to vote. I know the Secretary
- 18:55Speaker 3: of State's office, no matter who the secretary is, has
- 18:58Speaker 3: done voter registration drives andrus and so on and so on.
- 19:00Speaker 3: But it's not just the kids that don't vote. It's
- 19:02Speaker 3: a lot of the adults as well.
- 19:03Speaker 7: Yeah, and I think it has to be a continual effort,
- 19:05Speaker 7: Like we can't just be around election time.
- 19:08Speaker 3: Again.
- 19:08Speaker 7: Election is always happening, right, but it can't just be
- 19:11Speaker 7: a election driven It has to be a continual effort
- 19:13Speaker 7: to educate and just to get people and show people
- 19:15Speaker 7: the importance of voting.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Talking to you, Delegate Hollis Lewis to Dave Allen showing
- 19:19Speaker 3: five any Life brought to you part by your hometown
- 19:21Speaker 3: baseball team, the Charleston Dirty Birds. Be listening for more
- 19:23Speaker 3: information coming soon about the Selango Law Light the Nights
- 19:27Speaker 3: this Christmas season. They've been over there working hard to
- 19:29Speaker 3: get it going. More information available on their website Dirtybirds
- 19:32Speaker 3: Baseball dot com. What do you hear from constituents, Delegate
- 19:35Speaker 3: when you are out and you're knocking on doors? Or campaigning,
- 19:38Speaker 3: or just in your daily life. What's the number one
- 19:40Speaker 3: thing you hear from your constituents? Well, you know, it's
- 19:42Speaker 3: a lot.
- 19:42Speaker 7: And I think the problems that con constituents discussed in
- 19:46Speaker 7: the fifty seven district are very reflective of those problems
- 19:49Speaker 7: in West Virginia. You know, we want to see you know,
- 19:51Speaker 7: public education, We want to be able to afford a
- 19:53Speaker 7: lifestyle where we can have a home and take a
- 19:55Speaker 7: vacation and do the things we need to do healthcare
- 19:57Speaker 7: and different things of that nature. We want to take
- 19:59Speaker 7: care of the houses and the mental health and criminal
- 20:02Speaker 7: justice problem. So the problems of the fifty seven district
- 20:04Speaker 7: are very much reflective of you know, West Virginia and
- 20:07Speaker 7: the nation for that matter.
- 20:08Speaker 3: There's been a lot in the news, been discussed on
- 20:10Speaker 3: this show and various other media outlets about the increasing
- 20:14Speaker 3: problem that we have with our children in the state
- 20:16Speaker 3: of West Virginia, whether it's the foster care system, whether
- 20:18Speaker 3: it's childcare in general. Do you want to address that, Yeah,
- 20:22Speaker 3: for sure.
- 20:23Speaker 7: And I think those problems again can all be kind
- 20:26Speaker 7: of related back to our sud and our mental health problem,
- 20:29Speaker 7: because when we look at the foster care system, a
- 20:31Speaker 7: lot of kids are in falster care because their parents
- 20:33Speaker 7: are guardians. They have SUD, their substitute disorder or mental
- 20:36Speaker 7: health problems when we look at you know, childcare, different
- 20:39Speaker 7: things of that nature.
- 20:40Speaker 3: So I think we have to address those issues.
- 20:42Speaker 7: By expanding our behavioral health systems to properly address individuals
- 20:46Speaker 7: who are in crisis.
- 20:47Speaker 3: And there are a lot of them there. And we
- 20:50Speaker 3: did get one bit of good news. It was reported
- 20:53Speaker 3: by this station and other entities last week that the
- 20:56Speaker 3: number of overdose deaths in West Virginia has gone down. Yeah. Uh,
- 21:01Speaker 3: and you got to take you know, that's a good thing.
- 21:03Speaker 3: That's what We've still got a long way to go,
- 21:04Speaker 3: but in the crisis that we've had with substance abuse
- 21:07Speaker 3: in the state, Delegate, I think we'll take any good
- 21:09Speaker 3: news at this.
- 21:09Speaker 7: Time one hundred percent. Any good news is good news. However,
- 21:12Speaker 7: I don't want people to you know, be misled. We
- 21:14Speaker 7: still have a major problem, and we have a major
- 21:17Speaker 7: problem that has to be addressed because I can relate
- 21:19Speaker 7: any part we're talking economic development, where you talk about tourism,
- 21:22Speaker 7: where you talking about foster care system, anything like that
- 21:24Speaker 7: can be directly related back to our SUD problem, and
- 21:27Speaker 7: that problem can be directly related to mental health and
- 21:30Speaker 7: truth and people who are not properly dealing with their trauma.
- 21:33Speaker 3: And we've got a lot of a lot of issues
- 21:35Speaker 3: there for sure. And again we're talking with Delegate to
- 21:37Speaker 3: Hollis Lewis. If you are re elected, sir, what do
- 21:40Speaker 3: you hope to accomplish when you when you go back
- 21:42Speaker 3: to the capitol. You got your whiteboard ready to go?
- 21:44Speaker 3: What what do you what do you want to work on? Oh,
- 21:47Speaker 3: here's what don't I want to work on? You know,
- 21:50Speaker 3: I think we you know when we you mentioned kind
- 21:53Speaker 3: of in the news cycle, p I A. Right, we're
- 21:55Speaker 3: seeing the increases there, the traumatic increases. So I think
- 21:58Speaker 3: we have to find a permit of funny solution. We
- 22:01Speaker 3: have to figure out a way to pay our teachers
- 22:03Speaker 3: more to keep you know, those teachers in state, particularly
- 22:06Speaker 3: those who are on the border county. In addition, my
- 22:08Speaker 3: sort of my expertise would be in the criminal justice
- 22:10Speaker 3: side of things, and we have to, like I just mentioned,
- 22:12Speaker 3: we have to deal with our mental health and our
- 22:15Speaker 3: SUD and deferment programs in order to you know, like
- 22:18Speaker 3: properly address so we can't lock everybody up So those
- 22:21Speaker 3: are some of the issues I would like to work
- 22:22Speaker 3: on if we elected this subpei thing. And I've had
- 22:26Speaker 3: political folks on, I've had you know, folks from the
- 22:28Speaker 3: teachers' unions whatever, I don't. I mean, it's a serious
- 22:31Speaker 3: issue because we're looking there's gonna be public hearings coming up,
- 22:34Speaker 3: and I know you'll probably be attending some of those.
- 22:36Speaker 3: We're going to have the dates of those in some
- 22:39Speaker 3: future reporting here. But we're talking about dramatic increases. As
- 22:43Speaker 3: I and as I said before, it doesn't seem to matter.
- 22:46Speaker 3: This has been a problem. And when I had Fred
- 22:48Speaker 3: Albert from the American Federation of Teachers on, he said
- 22:50Speaker 3: the same thing. Doesn't seem to matter who is controlling
- 22:54Speaker 3: the capital or who sits in the governor's mansion, the
- 22:56Speaker 3: governor's office. This has been a problem, delicate for so
- 22:59Speaker 3: many years, and it's just getting The prices are just
- 23:02Speaker 3: going up.
- 23:03Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, because when we talk about the prices
- 23:05Speaker 7: of you know, medication, when we talk about the prices
- 23:07Speaker 7: and service and everything going up, so obviously that that
- 23:10Speaker 7: those costs are going to be passed to the customers. However,
- 23:13Speaker 7: what I would like to see is just to find
- 23:14Speaker 7: a permanent funding solution forward. I think there are pathways
- 23:17Speaker 7: that some of the things we could do, but we
- 23:19Speaker 7: got a great creative and we have to, you know,
- 23:22Speaker 7: open our minds up to a little bit of the
- 23:24Speaker 7: potentials that are out there that could generate revenue. So
- 23:27Speaker 7: our state workers aren't tax so heavily.
- 23:30Speaker 3: That was always, you know, that was always the knock,
- 23:33Speaker 3: or I guess one of the things about being a
- 23:35Speaker 3: state employee was they said, well, you know, your your
- 23:37Speaker 3: pay may not be that great, but you got great back,
- 23:38Speaker 3: great insurance. Can you get great insurance and some other
- 23:41Speaker 3: perks that go along with it, But that insurance is
- 23:43Speaker 3: costing you more and more money. And particularly, as you
- 23:46Speaker 3: pointed out, we have an issue not necessarily in your area,
- 23:49Speaker 3: but you serve all of West Virginia, not just for
- 23:51Speaker 3: fifty seven. The teachers can go to Ohio, they can
- 23:55Speaker 3: go to Maryland, they can go to Pennsylvania. They can
- 23:57Speaker 3: probably go to Virginia and make more money. And we
- 24:00Speaker 3: have to be competitive. And these are the things we
- 24:02Speaker 3: have to think about.
- 24:03Speaker 7: So not only you know, when we talk about infrastructure issues,
- 24:06Speaker 7: not only when you talk about childcare, but when you
- 24:08Speaker 7: talk about something is what people may not think about
- 24:10Speaker 7: it like PI. That's a competitive issue. So if I'm
- 24:13Speaker 7: in Parkersburg, if I'm in Huntington, and if I'm in
- 24:16Speaker 7: Ohio County, I can just cross the border and go
- 24:18Speaker 7: to those neighboring states make more, potentially pay less than insurance.
- 24:22Speaker 7: I'm myself, my wife is a state employee, and I
- 24:24Speaker 7: want her insurance. And you know, if I'm on insurance,
- 24:27Speaker 7: that's going to go up by double by me being
- 24:30Speaker 7: double for spouse, double for spouses. So these are issues
- 24:34Speaker 7: that we have to start to face because we have
- 24:36Speaker 7: to be competitive nationally and globally, and we got to
- 24:39Speaker 7: be creative in how we're going to address these issues today.

- 25:01Speaker 3: Hollis Lewis, Who are you? How did you get here?
- 25:03Speaker 3: All right?
- 25:03Speaker 7: My name is Hollis Lewis, I got that check. I'm
- 25:06Speaker 7: from Charleston's West Side. I grew up you know, in
- 25:09Speaker 7: the eighty and nineties, went to George Washington high school
- 25:12Speaker 7: football player. Thereafter I went to West Virginia State University
- 25:15Speaker 7: football player there, criminal justice major law school, Southern Southern University,
- 25:20Speaker 7: Loston in Louisiana. Came back to my hometown, West Virginia, Charles,
- 25:23Speaker 7: West Virginia. Worked at the federal court.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Let me jump in. Everyone say, I want to ask you,
- 25:27Speaker 3: but I want to ask you a question. Why did
- 25:28Speaker 3: you come back? Man?
- 25:29Speaker 7: I love West Virginia and I wanted to come back
- 25:32Speaker 7: home because I thought I could make a difference here,
- 25:34Speaker 7: and I you know, and I love being here. It's
- 25:37Speaker 7: it's just really a great place to raise a family.
- 25:39Speaker 3: Because so many people with your your education, your experience
- 25:43Speaker 3: a delegate, don't come back to West Virginia. That's why
- 25:45Speaker 3: I wanted to ask you. But you can continue on
- 25:46Speaker 3: with your bio.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Go ahead.
- 25:47Speaker 7: Yeah again. I worked at the federal court system. I've
- 25:51Speaker 7: been a magister judge here in Kanall County. I was
- 25:54Speaker 7: on the West Virginia Parole Board, adjunct criminal justice professor,
- 25:58Speaker 7: and currently the West Virginia c i T Project director.
- 26:02Speaker 7: So we work at the intersection of law enforcement, mental health,
- 26:04Speaker 7: and sud in order to build a better response to
- 26:07Speaker 7: persons in crisis. I'm married to doctor Alisha Lewis. She's
- 26:10Speaker 7: the Charity Education Department at West Virginia State and we
- 26:13Speaker 7: have four daughters.
- 26:14Speaker 3: Happy, happy family. There, it sounds like, so what makes
- 26:17Speaker 3: you the better choice for the voters?
- 26:19Speaker 7: Again, as you can see from my bio, I've been
- 26:21Speaker 7: working in public service for a long time. I'm for
- 26:24Speaker 7: the people. This is a common sense approach. I do
- 26:26Speaker 7: not represent special interests. I represent the people, and I
- 26:29Speaker 7: think we have to have leadership that's gonna you know,
- 26:33Speaker 7: do us in the best interests of the people, period.
- 26:36Speaker 3: And so do you. The election is next Tuesday. Are
- 26:40Speaker 3: you a are you an early voter? Are you an
- 26:42Speaker 3: election day voter? Generally I'm an early voter.
- 26:45Speaker 7: I haven't voted yet, but I think you know, we're
- 26:48Speaker 7: probably gonna take my family.
- 26:50Speaker 3: We'll vote vo as a family. Yeah. Give me what
- 26:54Speaker 3: I always call delegate the final thirty not timed? Why
- 26:58Speaker 3: should someone vote to send Hollislops back to the Westerndini
- 27:00Speaker 3: State cap.
- 27:01Speaker 7: Again, as I mentioned, I represent you. I represent you.
- 27:03Speaker 7: Not only do I represent you, I work for the people.
- 27:06Speaker 7: So I'm here to listen. I'm in the community. I'm
- 27:08Speaker 7: not just in the community as a politician or in
- 27:10Speaker 7: the House of Delegate. I'm in a community servant, whether
- 27:13Speaker 7: that's a football coach, whether it's an advocate. Even in
- 27:15Speaker 7: my day job, I want to see West Virginia improve.
- 27:18Speaker 3: And I think that again.
- 27:19Speaker 7: I'm a creative person, and I'm a person who listens,
- 27:22Speaker 7: and I am the person who feels like I'm gonna,
- 27:26Speaker 7: like I said, work for you at all costs.
- 27:30Speaker 3: You have a website or so social media people.
- 27:32Speaker 7: You can again type in Hollis Lewis. You'll find me

- 30:37Speaker 3: show Generation's Physical Therapy, but I'm also a patient. Never
- 30:41Speaker 3: thought I would be a patient physical therapy. I thought
- 30:43Speaker 3: that was for old people. And then one day I
- 30:45Speaker 3: woke up and said, you know what I'm I'm old.
- 30:47Speaker 3: It's not just for old people. By the way, I
- 30:48Speaker 3: was diagnosed with something called a spinal stenosis, which sounds
- 30:53Speaker 3: a lot more I don't know serious than what it is.
- 30:57Speaker 3: But I'm seeing the physical thing therapist a couple times
- 31:00Speaker 3: a week trying to work through that kind of difficult
- 31:02Speaker 3: to move my neck at times. We don't know, they
- 31:04Speaker 3: don't really know what causes it. Probably poor posture, sitting

- 31:27Speaker 3: Financier Eric Tar on the show today primarily to talk
- 31:31Speaker 3: about why he is supporting Amendment one. This is the
- 31:34Speaker 3: amendment that to voters will be looking at when they
- 31:36Speaker 3: go to the polls, either for early voting or on
- 31:38Speaker 3: election day, and it has to do with physician assisted
- 31:42Speaker 3: suicide in West Virginia and Senator Tarr is a big
- 31:46Speaker 3: proponent of Amendment one. He'll talk about that with Hoppy
- 31:48Speaker 3: coming up on talk Line at ten oh six. Also,
- 31:50Speaker 3: Brad mclhanney is on today as well as the candidate
- 31:54Speaker 3: for Secretary of State. There's a Democrat running and that
- 31:56Speaker 3: is Jordon Cooper. He'll be on the show with Hoppy today.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Chris Stirewal from The Hill Sunday is on and Republican
- 32:02Speaker 3: Canada for Auto demark Hunt, as well as Meredith McGraw. Now,
- 32:05Speaker 3: who is Meredith McGraw you ask? She is a national
- 32:07Speaker 3: correspondent for Politico, and she's got some interesting things to
- 32:11Speaker 3: say you can check that out. What's your calls? In
- 32:13Speaker 3: text with Hoppy Metro News talk Line ten oh six
- 32:16Speaker 3: from the encob Insurance studios in the Dale Miller building
- 32:19Speaker 3: in Morgantown, we had a text that was intended for
- 32:22Speaker 3: Hollis Lewis, but unfortunately he already left and I did
- 32:26Speaker 3: not get a chance to ask him what the question was.
- 32:29Speaker 3: As a criminal justice major, what is your view of
- 32:32Speaker 3: the defund the police movement and of the breaking and
- 32:35Speaker 3: entering into our nation by illegal aliens? So if I
- 32:38Speaker 3: can get Hollis Lewis back on the show, I will
- 32:40Speaker 3: ask him that question. As a criminal justice major. Though
- 32:44Speaker 3: I can't speak for Hollis Lewis, I'm gonna say he's
- 32:46Speaker 3: probably not for defunding the police, just saying I'm just
- 32:49Speaker 3: gonna say that. Text says Dear Dave. How about an
- 32:52Speaker 3: update on the NFC East standings? Any comments? No?
- 32:56Speaker 6: No.
- 32:57Speaker 3: My Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football last night, going
- 33:00Speaker 3: in to San Francisco against a team that they should
- 33:02Speaker 3: have beaten because the forty nine ers are pretty banged up,
- 33:05Speaker 3: as are the Cowboys at this point. And Dak did
- 33:09Speaker 3: Dak things last night? Did not have a good game
- 33:11Speaker 3: and Dallas loses to the forty nine Ers thirty to
- 33:14Speaker 3: twenty four. And Sunday Night football last night, I stayed
- 33:17Speaker 3: awake and watched the entire game for some reason. I
- 33:20Speaker 3: don't know why, but being a Cowboys fan, it's kind
- 33:23Speaker 3: of like a it's kind of a sickness, you know.
- 33:26Speaker 3: It's a sickness that I've had since I was seven
- 33:28Speaker 3: years old, and everything I have. I'm sitting here looking
- 33:31Speaker 3: at my cell phone that's got a Cowboys screensaver on it,
- 33:34Speaker 3: my wallet that I carry has got a Cowboys star
- 33:36Speaker 3: on it, my desk upstairs. You know, everywhere you look,
- 33:40Speaker 3: Cowboys helmets, Cowboys stuff everywhere. It just doesn't do well,
- 33:45Speaker 3: just doesn't do me any good. It seems Election Day
- 33:48Speaker 3: is one week and a day away, and I do
- 33:51Speaker 3: want to remind you that coming up next Monday, we're
- 33:55Speaker 3: going to be doing something a little bit different here
- 33:57Speaker 3: on the show. I have invited the the two candidates
- 34:00Speaker 3: for Knawh County Commission, the Republican Chris Walters and the
- 34:04Speaker 3: Democrat Natalie Tenant, to come in studio in something that
- 34:08Speaker 3: we are calling a forum. It's not a debate. I've
- 34:14Speaker 3: talked to Miss Tennant and mister Walters both. It's not
- 34:19Speaker 3: really going to be a debate. It's just going to
- 34:20Speaker 3: be a discussion about the issues. And I will say
- 34:23Speaker 3: this that, and again, we're a week and a day
- 34:25Speaker 3: away and a lot of things can happen between now
- 34:28Speaker 3: and election day. But this has been a very very
- 34:31Speaker 3: clean campaign between Natalie Tenant and Chris Walters for County
- 34:35Speaker 3: commission here in KANAWHK County. So they agreed that they're
- 34:38Speaker 3: going to sit down for me with me next Monday
- 34:41Speaker 3: for about thirty minutes just to talk about the issues.
- 34:45Speaker 3: And I don't anticipate it being nasty at all, because,
- 34:49Speaker 3: as I said, the campaign at least so far, has
- 34:53Speaker 3: been very calm and very civil, something that in my opinion,
- 34:58Speaker 3: we could use a heck of a lot more of
- 35:00Speaker 3: in politics. You know, maybe maybe the people in Washington
- 35:06Speaker 3: could learn something from what these two have been able
- 35:09Speaker 3: to do so far. Fingers crossed in Kanah County. The
- 35:14Speaker 3: way this is going to work is I will be
- 35:17Speaker 3: reading your text questions to them, but it's only going
- 35:20Speaker 3: to be on the issues only. We're not going to
- 35:23Speaker 3: get into national politics, so we don't need to have
- 35:27Speaker 3: the words Trump or Harris mentioned, because as a Knawah
- 35:29Speaker 3: County Commissioner, while they may each have their own views
- 35:34Speaker 3: on national politics and the border and inflation, they really
- 35:39Speaker 3: don't have a whole lot to do with that here
- 35:41Speaker 3: as a can they they're more concerned. The commission is
- 35:44Speaker 3: more concerned with water projects and bridges and so on
- 35:47Speaker 3: and so forth, not not with national stuff. So you're
- 35:50Speaker 3: welcome next week to text in the questions for Chris
- 35:55Speaker 3: Walters or Natalie Tenant. But if I see the word Trump,
- 35:58Speaker 3: or if I see these national hot button issues, we
- 36:02Speaker 3: don't need to ask a candidate for knaw Candy Commission
- 36:05Speaker 3: how they feel about abortion. Okay, that's that's just an
- 36:07Speaker 3: example of something. So again we're just going to kind
- 36:12Speaker 3: of keep it on the stuff here. So no mention
- 36:14Speaker 3: of Trump, no mention of Harris, just on the issues
- 36:17Speaker 3: that are important to Kanawk County and something they can
- 36:19Speaker 3: actually do something about. So I want to say hats
- 36:22Speaker 3: off to both candidates for agreeing to do this, by
- 36:27Speaker 3: the way, because they didn't have to. And I talked
- 36:29Speaker 3: to Natalie Tenant about it first, and then Chris Walters
- 36:33Speaker 3: was in the station last week, and then I put
- 36:36Speaker 3: a call in to Miss Tenant, and we've kind of
- 36:38Speaker 3: agreed on a on a basic format. I'll be you know,
- 36:40Speaker 3: tweaking it between now and then. It's gonna be a
- 36:42Speaker 3: real simple and I will say as I said, You're
- 36:45Speaker 3: welcome to texts questions in at that time or if
- 36:48Speaker 3: you want to make sure you get him in. If
- 36:50Speaker 3: you text them now, they're going to get pushed so
- 36:53Speaker 3: far down the computer here, I'm probably not going to
- 36:54Speaker 3: see him by next week. So if you want to,
- 36:56Speaker 3: if you have a question on your mind right now
- 36:59Speaker 3: for Natalie Tennant or Chris Walters, the best thing to
- 37:01Speaker 3: do would be to drop me an email. My email
- 37:03Speaker 3: address is Dave dot Allen at WV radio dot com,
- 37:07Speaker 3: Dave dot Allen wvradio dot com. And I will save
- 37:11Speaker 3: those and I will come in with those next week.
- 37:13Speaker 3: But again I'm going to be selective about what I've
- 37:15Speaker 3: asked them. I'm only going to ask them things that
- 37:18Speaker 3: they can actually do something about. As a member of
- 37:21Speaker 3: the canaw Canny Commission. That's could becoming a bit about
- 37:23Speaker 3: thirty to forty minute conversation that will be next Monday,
- 37:26Speaker 3: one week from today, on the show Bigley Pigli Wiggly
- 37:29Speaker 3: hotline three zero four three four five fifty eight fifty eight.
- 37:32Speaker 3: Tony the Taylor Text three zero four nine three five
- 37:35Speaker 3: five zero zero eight. Speaking of candidates, if you are
- 37:39Speaker 3: a candidate, or you know of someone you're working with
- 37:43Speaker 3: a campaign, or you feel very strongly it's a family
- 37:45Speaker 3: member whatever that's running for election. As you know, I
- 37:49Speaker 3: offer up free time on the show as a candidate.
- 37:52Speaker 3: One time for a free slot on the show. But
- 37:57Speaker 3: here's the thing, you know. I had Delegate Hollist Lewis
- 37:59Speaker 3: on as a candidate earlier on Tuesday show. Tomorrow show,
- 38:04Speaker 3: I'll have a delegate jab Akers who is sitting delegate
- 38:06Speaker 3: but is up for reelection. He'll be on the show.
- 38:09Speaker 3: I've got a few more candidates scheduled throughout the week.
- 38:12Speaker 3: If you want to be on the show as a candidate,
- 38:15Speaker 3: you know the questions where I say, who are you,
- 38:17Speaker 3: why are you running, what do you hope to accomplish?
- 38:19Speaker 3: So on and so forth. You got to get with me,
- 38:22Speaker 3: like in the next like thirty minutes. Okay, because the
- 38:25Speaker 3: slots are filling up quickly, I will make time available
- 38:29Speaker 3: for any candidate that wants to come on the show,
- 38:32Speaker 3: But you got to get on the schedule, and the
- 38:36Speaker 3: schedule is filling up. I only have a few slots
- 38:37Speaker 3: to be honest with you, between now and Friday. Monday
- 38:42Speaker 3: will be kind of That day's kind of taken care
- 38:44Speaker 3: of because we're going to have the candidates forum between
- 38:47Speaker 3: Natalie Tenant Chris Walters. Then after it's the first Monday
- 38:50Speaker 3: of the month, which means Mayor Amy Goodwin will be
- 38:52Speaker 3: in the studio, So Monday's off so I can get
- 38:54Speaker 3: you in. Maybe I got to pull up the schedule
- 38:58Speaker 3: here tomorrow, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday or on election Day.
- 39:01Speaker 3: A lot of candidates don't like to be on election day,
- 39:04Speaker 3: but I'm just saying I will make I'll do my
- 39:08Speaker 3: best to make time available for you. Again, the best
- 39:10Speaker 3: way to get with me about being a candidate, or
- 39:12Speaker 3: if you're a candidate, being on the show as a
- 39:14Speaker 3: guest is just email me Dave dot Allenwvradio dot com,
- 39:18Speaker 3: Dave dot ALLENWV radio dot com, and I will do
- 39:20Speaker 3: my best to try to get you on the schedule,
- 39:23Speaker 3: tex says Dave. Just breaking. Federal prison officials say and
- 39:29Speaker 3: interagency operation is underway at a troubled New York jail
- 39:33Speaker 3: that houses Sean Diddy Combs going to be associated press.
- 39:36Speaker 3: I don't know about that. I don't know. I haven't
- 39:42Speaker 3: heard that. Uh have you early voted yet? Turnout has
- 39:48Speaker 3: been incredible in the area from what I am told now.
- 39:53Speaker 3: My wife and I early voted this past Saturday at
- 39:56Speaker 3: Valley Park at Putnam County. There's two locations of Putnam
- 39:59Speaker 3: County that you can early vote. One is the courthouse
- 40:02Speaker 3: in Winfield and the other is that the Valley Park
- 40:04Speaker 3: Conference Center. She and I went down ten ten thirty
- 40:07Speaker 3: or so maybe on Saturday morning, and we had to
- 40:11Speaker 3: wait around about thirty minutes or so to get into
- 40:15Speaker 3: the actual area to vote. Now, if you're familiar at
- 40:20Speaker 3: all with Valley Park, it's the conference center. You enter
- 40:23Speaker 3: into a large hallway, and there were other events going
- 40:25Speaker 3: on that day as well. It's a very busy place,
- 40:27Speaker 3: other events not related to the election. But we waited,
- 40:31Speaker 3: i'd say about thirty minutes or so to early vote.
- 40:34Speaker 3: At any given time when we left, there was probably
- 40:37Speaker 3: I'm going to guess maybe forty to fifty people in line.
- 40:39Speaker 3: Of course, Saturdays tend to be very popular for early
- 40:43Speaker 3: voting anyway, and you had this past Saturday, and you've
- 40:47Speaker 3: got another Saturday this coming Saturday to early vote. And
- 40:51Speaker 3: Putnam County, the early voting, generally speaking, adheres to the
- 40:56Speaker 3: schedule of the courthouse. And in Putnam County the courthouse
- 41:01Speaker 3: is opened later on Thursday evening. So and if I
- 41:04Speaker 3: am incorrect, somebody can correct me on this. I think
- 41:07Speaker 3: in Putnham County on Thursday evening you can early vote
- 41:09Speaker 3: up until seven o'clock because that goes along with the
- 41:12Speaker 3: normal hours of the courthouse. They stay opened an hour
- 41:14Speaker 3: later in Putnham County, and so it'll be a ttill
- 41:18Speaker 3: seven o'clock and then you'll have, of course nine to
- 41:21Speaker 3: five the other days, and then on Saturday you can
- 41:23Speaker 3: early vote as well. But as I said, there was
- 41:25Speaker 3: about fifty people or so in line, very neat, orderly
- 41:29Speaker 3: process to get my wife and I in and out
- 41:31Speaker 3: the door once we Once we got in there, big
- 41:35Speaker 3: props to Brian Wood, the county clerk. He just runs
- 41:37Speaker 3: a well oiled machine there to get people in. No
- 41:40Speaker 3: issues at all. The line was moving in an orderly fashion.
- 41:44Speaker 3: They came out and they asked people that were waiting
- 41:48Speaker 3: in line if they had some sort of a health
- 41:50Speaker 3: issue and couldn't sit or couldn't stand, I should say
- 41:53Speaker 3: they offered them. They gave them a number, gave them
- 41:55Speaker 3: a place to sit. Some people were nice enough to
- 41:58Speaker 3: allow people to jump in front of them if they were,
- 42:00Speaker 3: you know, a person that had mobility issues, which is
- 42:03Speaker 3: something I can relate to here recently, by the way.
- 42:07Speaker 3: So just just a great job. So hats off to
- 42:10Speaker 3: Putnam County Clerk Brian Wood and the staff there because
- 42:13Speaker 3: it was very, very orderly process. I will say it
- 42:16Speaker 3: probably probably was the the longest line that I have
- 42:26Speaker 3: faced since I moved to Putnam County. And I think
- 42:29Speaker 3: I've lived in Putnham County for ten years and I
- 42:31Speaker 3: think I've only voted on election day one time. The
- 42:35Speaker 3: other times I voted when it was the last year
- 42:37Speaker 3: I did early voting, and it was it was a
- 42:41Speaker 3: process' like I said, about thirty thirty minutes or so,
- 42:43Speaker 3: in line, but very orderly, you know, and you get
- 42:46Speaker 3: to know people and talk to people and so on
- 42:47Speaker 3: and so forth. No issues there. So hats off again
- 42:51Speaker 3: to Brian Wood and the folks with Putnam County. I
- 42:54Speaker 3: haven't heard any issues from Knawa County or any of
- 42:56Speaker 3: the other counties for that matter. Either let me see
- 43:01Speaker 3: Texas when is mayor good one good to be on again? Well,
- 43:03Speaker 3: she'll be on next Monday. I have an issue with
- 43:06Speaker 3: cars lining up at one point fifteen for a child
- 43:09Speaker 3: pick up at Wholes Elementary School and blocking Louden Heights
- 43:12Speaker 3: Road to through traffic. Hopefully she and the police and
- 43:15Speaker 3: the Canawa County School System can figure something out. You know,
- 43:19Speaker 3: this is a problem, and then the big the big
- 43:22Speaker 3: picture of things. I don't know that it's a major issue,
- 43:25Speaker 3: but I know exactly what this person is talking about
- 43:28Speaker 3: because I have you've heard me on this show because
- 43:31Speaker 3: I'm grumpy old man yelling at clouds. You know, uh,
- 43:34Speaker 3: with this sort of thing that I face in Putnam
- 43:38Speaker 3: County as well. And it's parents taking kids to school
- 43:43Speaker 3: and sometimes not thinking. Not all parents, by any stretching
- 43:46Speaker 3: the imagination. Don't hit me up with any hate text
- 43:48Speaker 3: or hate mail or anything here. Not all parents, but
- 43:51Speaker 3: many parents who think they're the only people that are
- 43:54Speaker 3: out on the road and they think nothing of blocking
- 43:57Speaker 3: the road. This happens, happens all the time. So I
- 44:00Speaker 3: will make sure that the mayor sees your text. Texter
- 44:04Speaker 3: again she'll be on the show next Monday. She'll be
- 44:06Speaker 3: on around nine forty following the candidate forum between Natalie
- 44:10Speaker 3: Sen and Chris Walters, and we will address that with
- 44:13Speaker 3: her next Monday. The Dave Allen Show is brought to

- 47:28Speaker 3: on Thursday. I got in line at five thirty, left
- 47:30Speaker 3: the building after six thirty. Stood in line over forty
- 47:33Speaker 3: five minutes. It was very efficient, but the line was
- 47:35Speaker 3: very long. Democracy at work, tex says, Putnam County does
- 47:42Speaker 3: an outstanding job at all things election, especially early voting.
- 47:45Speaker 3: The experience of Valley Park is second to none, says
- 47:48Speaker 3: a Texture. As a past secretary, state employee, says a Texture,
- 47:52Speaker 3: what do you think about a federal judge forcing state
- 47:55Speaker 3: to put non citizens back on voter rolls. I'll have
- 47:58Speaker 3: to look into that. I will have to into that,
- 48:00Speaker 3: Texas Dave. I'm an independent voter of sixty one years.
- 48:03Speaker 3: First time I've never voted for Republican they have said
- 48:06Speaker 3: they don't need my vote, and they keep trashing our
- 48:08Speaker 3: veterans in our country, and I am sick of it. Texas.
- 48:15Speaker 3: I agree with you, Dave. We spent a lot of
- 48:16Speaker 3: money on school buses. It happens here where I live,

- 48:32Speaker 3: says if only think about this in a perfect world,
- 48:35Speaker 3: if only they made these large modes of transportation, maybe
- 48:40Speaker 3: they could. Maybe they could paint them yellow and put

- 48:46Speaker 3: a way for parents and grandparents to get their kids
- 48:49Speaker 3: to school that the school provided. If only only there
- 48:55Speaker 3: was a way to do that. Tomorrow night, the first
- 48:58Speaker 3: and only googlenatorial debate which the current Attorney General Patrick Morrissey,
- 49:01Speaker 3: the Republican nominee for governor, and Huntington Mayor Steve Williams,
- 49:05Speaker 3: the Democratic nominee, that'll be held at Fairmont State. It
- 49:08Speaker 3: will be live streamed on our website and at Metro
- 49:11Speaker 3: News TV app. You can also hear the audio on
- 49:13Speaker 3: the radio WCCHS. I also understand the WCCHS television no
- 49:18Speaker 3: relation will have it available on their Facebook page. Hoppy
- 49:21Speaker 3: kirchwill will moderate the debate. Then after the debate stick
- 49:24Speaker 3: around for a post debate analysis in Morgantown. The guy
- 49:27Speaker 3: we call Northern Dave, Dave Wilson will have with him
- 49:30Speaker 3: Amelia Nicely from West Virginia watch was on the show
- 49:33Speaker 3: of this past Friday My Show, and Steven and Allen
- 49:35Speaker 3: Adams from Ogden Newspapers, as well as her own Brad mclhanney,
- 49:38Speaker 3: and I believe he's planning to have either the State
- 49:41Speaker 3: Republican Party Chair Matt Harridge or the vice chair Tony
- 49:44Speaker 3: Hodge on with him. Now down here, I will be
- 49:46Speaker 3: in the Charleston studios. I'll be providing my post debate
- 49:49Speaker 3: comments and will have with me State Democratic Party Chair
- 49:52Speaker 3: and Delegate Mike Pushkin. That will be he will be
- 49:55Speaker 3: with me here in the studio. Should be interesting. The
- 49:58Speaker 3: debate is from seven to eight, with the post debate
- 50:01Speaker 3: show with all the characters I mentioned earlier airing from
- 50:04Speaker 3: April nine on Metro News online, on air and on WCHS.
- 50:08Speaker 3: Speaking of radio. I had to laugh when I was
- 50:15Speaker 3: reading Phil Cabler's column in the gazet Mail on Saturday.
- 50:19Speaker 3: He was talking about the Morrisse c. Williams debate and
- 50:22Speaker 3: said his words, mister Cadler's words, it would air on
- 50:26Speaker 3: the antiquated medium of terrestrial radio. That's his words. I
- 50:34Speaker 3: guess he didn't bother to do the research to find
- 50:36Speaker 3: that the debate, as I said earlier, was also being
- 50:39Speaker 3: streamed on Metro News TV as well as the website.
- 50:42Speaker 3: And I found out later on the Facebook page of
- 50:45Speaker 3: WCCHS Television. No relation. I mean, I guess at this
- 50:49Speaker 3: point you should probably shouldn't expect anything else for Phil Kbler.
- 50:53Speaker 3: I do find it ironic though, that someone who writes
- 50:56Speaker 3: for a newspaper would refer to radio as being antiquated.
- 51:03Speaker 3: And look, I'm not a newspaper hater, Okay, Doug scaff
- 51:05Speaker 3: Doug Reynolds. They love me because I'm one of the
- 51:08Speaker 3: few people that gets the hard copy of the Gazette
- 51:11Speaker 3: mail delivered to my paper box every morning and normally,
- 51:14Speaker 3: of course they don't print on Mondays. Usually you come
- 51:16Speaker 3: in my studio, you'll see I have a I have
- 51:18Speaker 3: a hard copy of the gazet Mail sitting right here
- 51:21Speaker 3: in front of me, and I will continue to do so.
- 51:24Speaker 3: I just like to have a hard copy of the paper,
- 51:26Speaker 3: same with books. But but, but, but, Cadler, come on,
- 51:30Speaker 3: I mean you actually felt the need to be little
- 51:37Speaker 3: and refer to us as as antiquated. I mean, it's
- 51:42Speaker 3: pretty pretty petty there, my friend. And I promise you
- 51:47Speaker 3: that the folks at the HDHD Media, the parent company
- 51:51Speaker 3: of the Gazette Mail, would would never refer to radio
- 51:54Speaker 3: as being antiquated. They have both been on this show
- 51:57Speaker 3: and they appreciate what radio still offers, as well as
- 52:00Speaker 3: I appreciate what the Gazette Mail offers. We're all in
- 52:04Speaker 3: this together. It's cabboard. Grow up, grew up a little bit.
- 52:12Speaker 3: Tex says. As of today, US national debt stands at
- 52:14Speaker 3: thirty five point eight three trillion dollars. Neither Trump or
- 52:17Speaker 3: Harris has mentioned it at all, at least that I
- 52:19Speaker 3: can find. This is extremely disappointing. One week and a
- 52:24Speaker 3: day from election day, some new polling numbers out CNN
- 52:26Speaker 3: has the race as of yesterday debt even between Harris
- 52:29Speaker 3: and Trump too close to call. According to their numbers.
- 52:31Speaker 3: The new York Times and Sienna also say the race
- 52:34Speaker 3: is even. While a new poll from Reuters and ipsodes
- 52:36Speaker 3: have Harris up by three and a new pole from
- 52:38Speaker 3: The Wall Street Journal has Trump up by two. Keep
- 52:41Speaker 3: in mind that all those police sources, the ones that
- 52:43Speaker 3: have you that Trump or Harrison the lead, that lead
- 52:46Speaker 3: is well within the margin of error. So going to
- 52:50Speaker 3: be interesting to see what happens one week and to
- 52:52Speaker 3: day from tomorrow. Coming up on the show tomorrow, Delegate
- 52:54Speaker 3: jb Acres will be stopped by Rich The Reels here
- 52:57Speaker 3: is here as well. Plus we continue to check in
- 52:59Speaker 3: with Rob Reel and walk from Morgantown. From Charleston to
- 53:02Speaker 3: Morgantown for WU Children's Hospital. Keep up with the news
- 53:05Speaker 3: of the day w metronews dot com, or if you
- 53:07Speaker 3: want to do it the antiquated old fashioned way, just
- 53:09Speaker 3: turn on the radio, download the Metro News TV app.
- 53:12Speaker 3: Get ready for the debate tomorrow night. Hopy coming up
- 53:14Speaker 3: a talk line. See you tomorrow till then, have fun
- 53:16Speaker 3: and love somebodys.
