A man survived a drive-by shooting in Wayne County, then drove himself to the hospital while the shooter followed — and tipped off police by calling 911. Deputies pulled over the suspect’s car on KY-92, found a loaded .380, and later got a hospital ID from the victim who confirmed the shooter was Miguel Roman Rodriguez. Witnesses backed up the story: two shots fired at a house party, victim fled, shooter hot on his tail. Rodriguez is now facing first-degree assault and wanton endangerment with a firearm.
