- 0:00Speaker 1: You can't do it any better than that from a
- 0:02Speaker 1: disguised standpoint, wait till the last minute, and with a
- 0:05Speaker 1: guy like Jonathan Taylor in the backfield, that's how you
- 0:08Speaker 1: get stop to run. This is the Blueprins presented by
- 0:11Speaker 1: Microsoft copolot An official AI spots of the NFL. We're
- 0:16Speaker 1: gonna be talking Jonathan Taylor and that offensive line of
- 0:19Speaker 1: the coach. We're gonna be talking explosiveness that Jonathan Taylor
- 0:22Speaker 1: has in that vision, but we're really going to talk
- 0:25Speaker 1: about how to slow that down possibly with the defensive side.
- 0:29Speaker 1: We're gonna hear from some of the NFL superstars, and
- 0:32Speaker 1: we got Tennessee's Titan Jeffrey Simmons here, who plays against
- 0:36Speaker 1: them twice. Because there's the vision opposers. So let's see
- 0:38Speaker 1: what you got to say about Jonathan Taylor.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Every time you step on the field, every time you
- 0:42Speaker 2: watch JAP, you like this o line worked very well together.
- 0:46Speaker 2: This old line is the reason why Jonathan Taylor get going.
- 0:49Speaker 2: They communicate very well up front. One thing, like I said,
- 0:51Speaker 2: they do very well as their double teams. They end
- 0:54Speaker 2: up getting a good double team on you.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Good luck.
- 0:56Speaker 2: You have to speed and vision and the patient in
- 0:58Speaker 2: the backfield that if you're not gaps the gaps down,
- 1:02Speaker 2: they'll make you play as a whole team.
- 1:03Speaker 1: So then as a player, retired player, I am, you know,
- 1:07Speaker 1: I hear a lot of key points in there and
- 1:09Speaker 1: what he's saying, like, guy's gotta be what they're supposed
- 1:11Speaker 1: to be, you know, on defense. But that offensive line
- 1:15Speaker 1: is the reason why Johnathan Taylor goes again. Football is
- 1:18Speaker 1: the ultimate team sport. Let's take a look at the
- 1:21Speaker 1: images here. This Microsoft co pilot and this AI technology
- 1:27Speaker 1: that they're using on the sideline, so easy too, man,
- 1:30Speaker 1: hit all you go to second down and we already
- 1:34Speaker 1: got to play. It is like that why they didn't
- 1:37Speaker 1: have this ten to fifteen years ago instead of sixty
- 1:40Speaker 1: four interceptions eighty four who knows. Let's see how we
- 1:45Speaker 1: could put some pressure on this offensive lineman on here.
- 1:48Speaker 1: See what the Dolphins do to do that, and as
- 1:51Speaker 1: you can see quickly, they already got eight in the box.
- 1:54Speaker 1: As you look at the images here, I think this
- 1:56Speaker 1: guy's disguising a little bit right here, just because of
- 2:00Speaker 1: his body language tells you things. He his body language
- 2:03Speaker 1: right there, he's leaning in. Everybody else kind of look different.
- 2:07Speaker 1: He looked like he's communicating and telling him something. But
- 2:10Speaker 1: everybody looks different. From a defensive side, I'll be looking
- 2:14Speaker 1: at these guys like his head is high right here,
- 2:17Speaker 1: his head high, head high. I'm thinking pass like I'll
- 2:20Speaker 1: be thinking past right here. Because just so what they're showing,
- 2:25Speaker 1: I would love to know if this offensive coordinator had
- 2:27Speaker 1: it them where this quarterback and read this and throw
- 2:30Speaker 1: this ball out outside because look at that, it looks
- 2:34Speaker 1: like a run. This guy is pulling. He's pulling to
- 2:37Speaker 1: get this guy. He shall have him sealed. He got
- 2:40Speaker 1: him reached, they got them reached. He'd come off and
- 2:43Speaker 1: get this guy. That's the run you want his back
- 2:46Speaker 1: is turned, or you want to throw that ball right here,
- 2:49Speaker 1: let him block him. That's his guy. One on one tackle.
- 2:52Speaker 1: That's a hell of a play design because it's a
- 2:54Speaker 1: power coming from the same side too. That's tough. But
- 2:59Speaker 1: you also got this blitzing off the edge. That's a
- 3:01Speaker 1: long play. So he probably made the tackle. But that's
- 3:04Speaker 1: Jonathan Taylor, so it might be tough. Let's get to
- 3:07Speaker 1: the video. What I would tell you, guys, and this
- 3:10Speaker 1: is me talking to the offense when they're disguising on defense.
- 3:14Speaker 1: You gotta know people are this guy is the safety.
- 3:18Speaker 1: The safety is going to be aware here. So if
- 3:21Speaker 1: they're blitzing, they're probably gonna blitz this guy right in
- 3:25Speaker 1: which they did. Go in a situation where you got
- 3:29Speaker 1: a guy like Dick Lebo and Troy Polomoalo, they can
- 3:32Speaker 1: move him around, so you gotta be careful. Know that
- 3:35Speaker 1: guy's ability. You gotta know your opponent. This is a
- 3:38Speaker 1: long developing play. You gotta pull this guy. This guy
- 3:40Speaker 1: got a hinge and you running the power back to
- 3:45Speaker 1: the strong side. It took too long. Now back to
- 3:49Speaker 1: that old line, right, Jonathan Taylor has great vision, great abilities.
- 3:55Speaker 1: He's explosive, but when this guy comes and do this,
- 4:02Speaker 1: everybody's mediocre. If he make that block right there, we
- 4:05Speaker 1: might see Jonathan Taylor explode through here and that tackle.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Need to push that guy out, make the play so
- 4:16Speaker 1: we could see that explosiveness and division of Jonathan Taylor.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Because that's why we're watching this, but we're also watching
- 4:22Speaker 1: it on how to defend them. So stack the box,
- 4:26Speaker 1: disguising defense, don't let him know what you're in defense,
- 4:29Speaker 1: no offense, and that's how you slow him down. That's
- 4:33Speaker 1: the blueprint. Let's take a look at Nick Benito talking
- 4:36Speaker 1: about Jonathan Taylor's abilities.
- 4:38Speaker 3: He's definitely probably one of the better backs in the league.
- 4:42Speaker 3: The way he's able to find a gap and literally
- 4:44Speaker 3: explode through it and be able to finish runs. And
- 4:47Speaker 3: I feel like when he hits the second level, that's
- 4:49Speaker 3: what really separates them from other backs, is being able
- 4:51Speaker 3: to get to that second level and they separate from
- 4:53Speaker 3: DB's linebackers and just making.
- 4:56Speaker 1: A home run run. So I feel like that's kind
- 4:59Speaker 1: of what makes him special. Johnathan Taylor definitely is a
- 5:01Speaker 1: special running back without a doubt. He's got plenty runs
- 5:05Speaker 1: and you can see the explosiveness everything. He got, the vision,
- 5:09Speaker 1: he got, the stability, ability to take a hit and
- 5:13Speaker 1: still be up. You know, get those rackyards, you know
- 5:16Speaker 1: what I mean. So now let's go to the images
- 5:19Speaker 1: and see how the defenses could stop or slow down
- 5:23Speaker 1: John at the tailor and those coach offense, we're going
- 5:25Speaker 1: to go to no gains. Sometimes it's attack the loss,
- 5:28Speaker 1: no gain on here, baby, And we got the images
- 5:33Speaker 1: right now that's showing like the Steelers are clearly leaning
- 5:38Speaker 1: here towards the right, and that safety's walking down. They
- 5:41Speaker 1: gotta be thinking run. You got two tight ends and
- 5:44Speaker 1: the back is at home. When I say at home,
- 5:47Speaker 1: he's right behind the quarterback. This is the home spot.
- 5:51Speaker 1: If he's in shotgun, that'd be like a side card
- 5:55Speaker 1: type of thing. It's different. But you can see what
- 5:57Speaker 1: John at the tailor see is from a defensive side.
- 6:00Speaker 1: If I'm him and I'm looking at this play from
- 6:02Speaker 1: half line where you want to run the ball, you're
- 6:05Speaker 1: not really thinking this guy is coming down, but he
- 6:08Speaker 1: could see it. And that's one guy to beat. You
- 6:11Speaker 1: want a running back on the dB all day, the
- 6:13Speaker 1: safety came down, they pressed the pocket the way we did.
- 6:16Speaker 1: They didn't pull anybody from offensive side, and I mean
- 6:20Speaker 1: that's what you want from an offensive perspective. But defense
- 6:24Speaker 1: did exactly right. Because this guy is fighting hard to
- 6:26Speaker 1: keep that tackle or that guard occupied on him, to
- 6:30Speaker 1: free him up, and to free him up the guard
- 6:35Speaker 1: in the center, one of them guys got to come
- 6:38Speaker 1: off and right now he can't because he's fighting so hard.
- 6:41Speaker 1: I think the gap integrity of the Steelers defense on
- 6:44Speaker 1: this is what helps them. We got to go to
- 6:47Speaker 1: the video. Let's go watch this baby. From the images,
- 6:50Speaker 1: we knew that the Steelers was showing the two ships right,
- 6:53Speaker 1: and we know that's what the quarterbacks see in this situation.
- 6:57Speaker 1: You can't do it any better than that from a
- 7:00Speaker 1: disguised standpoint. Wait till the last minute on a quarterback
- 7:04Speaker 1: to drop in there, he never make the check. They
- 7:08Speaker 1: run the ball right to the safety dropping in, and
- 7:11Speaker 1: now that confuses the offensive line. That make the offensive
- 7:17Speaker 1: line delayed for a second to let a guy like
- 7:21Speaker 1: Watt come around and d make a play.
- 7:24Speaker 2: You know.
- 7:25Speaker 1: So holding your disguised defensive backs linebackers, it helps, It
- 7:30Speaker 1: helps you d line. It makes your quarterback the offense think,
- 7:35Speaker 1: you know. And with a guy like Jonathan Taylor in
- 7:38Speaker 1: the backfield, you want to get in in the box
- 7:40Speaker 1: sometime probably majority of the time when you play him.
- 7:42Speaker 1: So like the Steelers did, hold it come down late,
- 7:48Speaker 1: the receivers not able to block you in the back.
- 7:51Speaker 1: That's how you can stop to run. On this blueprint,
- 7:53Speaker 1: we were able to see Jonathan Taylor gets slowed down
- 7:56Speaker 1: a bit. We watched the defense hold at the sky
- 8:01Speaker 1: and also the offensive line kind of missed some blocks,
- 8:04Speaker 1: you know, which we know this is a team sport.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Jonathan Taylor is not as explosive and can't show his
- 8:10Speaker 1: vision and his qualities without that offensive line. But you
- 8:13Speaker 1: got to give hats off to the defense for making
- 8:15Speaker 1: their plays and being where they're supposed to be. If
- 8:18Speaker 1: you're asking me, that's kind of the blueprint to stop them,
- 8:21Speaker 1: but it's all about execution, So good job on both sides.
- 8:25Speaker 1: That was a blueprint for the day. A
