- 0:04This episode were diving right back into that complaint by
- 0:07Lisa Doe against Jeffrey Epstein's estate thirty seven. In addition
- 0:12to the allegations in the criminal indictment referenced above, Epstein
- 0:17also utilized a similar, if not the same scheme many
- 0:20years before that time period that was charged and many
- 0:24years after, as well as an additional locations nationally and internationally.
- 0:29Thirty eight corporate defendants enabled Jeffrey Epstein to receive deli
- 0:33massages from young females, often miners, who were not experienced
- 0:37in massage, rather than receive regular body massages. Epstein was
- 0:42predictably sexually abusing the young females, including plaintiff, in violation
- 0:46of New York Penal Laws Section one thirty thirty nine. Additionally,
- 0:51employees of the various corporate defendant performed actions or failed
- 0:55to perform actions that further place victims including plaintiff, in
- 0:58danger of being sexually abused by Epstein and assisted in
- 1:02the concealment of his sexually abusive acts. Forty The defendant
- 1:06employed many recruiters of young females or directed employees of
- 1:10his related companies to recruit young females in order to
- 1:14grow the enterprise and satisfy his insatiable sexual desire. Epstein
- 1:18and those working at his direction enable victims themselves to
- 1:22elevate their status within the enterprise to that of a
- 1:25paid recruiter of other victims, an elevation only made possible
- 1:29through the assistance of the defendants. Recruiters were taught by
- 1:34Jeffrey Epstein or by employees of corporate defendants to inform
- 1:38targeted young females that Epstein possessed extraordinary wealth, power, resources,
- 1:43and influence, that he was a philanthropist who would help
- 1:46female victims advance their education, careers and lives, and that
- 1:50she only needed to provide Epstein with body massages in
- 1:53order to avail herself of his nearly unlimited assistance and influence.
- 1:58Two epstein in Corporate Defendants and their many employees fulfilled
- 2:02Epstein's conpulsive need for sex with young females by praying
- 2:06on their personal, psychological, financial, and related vulnerabilities. Epstein and
- 2:12defendants tactics included promising the victim's money, shelter, transportation, gifts, employment,
- 2:18admission into educational institutions, educational tuition, profession licensure, protection, health care,
- 2:25and other things of value. Forty three. Jeffrey Epstein's sexual
- 2:30attraction to young, often underage females dated back to at
- 2:34least the mid nineteen nineties, and the number of victims
- 2:36increased substantially with the necessary assistance from defendants and defendants
- 2:41employees forty four. Defendants at the direction of Epstein or
- 2:45in furtherance of his demands, and with the help from assistants, associates,
- 2:49and underlings, and even other victims, recruited or procured dozens,
- 2:53if not hundreds of young females, including miners, for the
- 2:57purpose of Epstein's sexual gratification. Five. Jeffrey Epstein and employees
- 3:02of certain corporate defendants, including at least defendant HBRK, specifically
- 3:07targeted underprivileged, emotionally vulnerable, and or economically disadvantaged young females
- 3:14to sexually molest and abuse forty six. Additionally, Jeffrey Epstein
- 3:19and corporate defendants through employees, informed young females, including plaintiff,
- 3:24that Jeffrey Epstein was wealthy, well connected, and had the
- 3:27power and ability to impact the life of the young
- 3:30females recruited or obtained to provide a massage. Forty seven.
- 3:35Each of the corporate defendants committed acts of negligence that
- 3:38allowed for Epstein to commit acts and violation of New
- 3:41York Penal Laws Section one thirty forty eight Each of
- 3:44the defendants committed acts against plaintiff in violation of US
- 3:48Code eighteen, Section fifteen ninety one through fifteen ninety five.
- 3:53Lisa Doe forty nine. Upon information and belief, Plaintiff Lisa
- 3:57Doe met Jeffrey Epstein in two thousand five two, when
- 4:00she was seventeen years old. Fifty Plaintiff was an avid
- 4:04dancer with a promising future as a professional dancer. Fifty one.
- 4:08Associate I approached plaintiff at her dance studio located in
- 4:13New York, New York, seeking to hire a plaintiff to
- 4:15teach a dance based exercise class at the home of
- 4:18a wealthy man in the city. Fifty two. Plaintiff went
- 4:23to defendant ninety's property located at ninety seventy First Street
- 4:27in New York, New York, to provide such lessons fifty three.
- 4:31Upon arrival at the residence, Associate five opened the door
- 4:34and invited plaintiff into home. Fifty four. Jeffrey Epstein then
- 4:38escorted plaintiff to the gym in the residence, which contained
- 4:42a ballet style bar that he informed her could be
- 4:45used for the exercise class. Fifty five, Jeffrey Epstein engaged
- 4:50in conversation with plaintiff about dance, wherein plaintiff informed Jeffrey
- 4:55Epstein of her dream to be a professional dancer. Fifty
- 4:58six jeffreyepps Stein and FORGN plaintiff that he was closely
- 5:02connected to many dance companies in New York City and
- 5:05that he had a close personal friend with some of
- 5:07the most influential names in dance. Fifty seven Jeffrey Epstein
- 5:12in formn plaintiff that he would provide plaintiff with top
- 5:15of the line dancing attire, including new ballet point shoes,
- 5:19and use his resources to further her career. Fifty eight.
- 5:23After making these representations during the initial encounter, Jeffrey Epstein
- 5:27required plaintiff to engage in various sexually charged stretching activities
- 5:32and did not allow her to teach the exercise dance
- 5:34class that she had prepared to teach. Fifty nine, Jeffrey
- 5:38Epstein told plaintiff of his extraordinary resources and connections to
- 5:43the most powerful people in the world, convincing plaintiff that
- 5:46he was capable of fulfilling his promise to use his
- 5:49resources to accelerate her dance career. Sixty As Jeffrey Epstein
- 5:53was leading plaintiff out of the mansion, he introduced her
- 5:57to Prince, who was there visiting as a close personal friend.
- 6:01Prince engaged in conversation with Jeffrey Epstein, in plaintiff, who
- 6:04was shocked that someone as powerful as a royal family
- 6:08member would be engaging in small talk with her. Sixty one.
- 6:12The fact that Jeffrey Epstein introduced plaintiff to Prince the
- 6:15very first time she was ever at the home owned
- 6:17by the defendant nine East was part of Jeffrey Epstein
- 6:20and those affiliated with his enterprise scheme, plan or pattern
- 6:24intended to cause plaintiff to believe that he could advance
- 6:27her career if she cooperated with him, or conversely, if
- 6:31she failed to comply with any demands made by Jeffrey Epstein,
- 6:35he had the ability to and would cause plaintiff serious harm.
- 6:40Sixty two, before she left the property of defendant nineiest,
- 6:43Jeffrey Epstein told plaintiff that she had done a good
- 6:47job and asked her to return the following day for
- 6:49another session. Sixty three. During the second session, Jeffrey Epstein
- 6:54was again only interested in sexually charged stretching activities that
- 6:58involved plaintiff sitting on top of his body and pressing
- 7:01her body up against his in other manners. Sixty four.
- 7:05Jeffrey Epstein again spent the session discussing the ways in
- 7:09which he could use his wealth, power and connection to
- 7:11make plaintiff a star in the dance world. Sixty five.
- 7:16After being promised that her career as a professional dancer
- 7:19was about to begin, and reasonably believing that Jeffrey Epstein
- 7:23would in fact use his means to propel her career
- 7:25to the next level, Plaintiff return to her dance studio
- 7:28more motivated than ever to continue training. Sixty six. After
- 7:33dance class, plaintiff received a telephone call from Associate I,
- 7:37who informed her that Jeffrey Epstein had enjoyed the previous
- 7:40two sessions, but that he would like her to return
- 7:42to give him a massage instead. Sixty seven. Associate I
- 7:47further informed plaintiff that she would be paid one hundred
- 7:50dollars per hour to conduct the massage with her clothing on,
- 7:53or she could be paid three hundred dollars per hour
- 7:56to perform the massage with her clothes off. Sixty eight.
- 8:00After explaining to Associate Io that she had never given
- 8:03a massage before, Plaintiff agreed to return and try her best,
- 8:06but expressed that she wasn't sure she was comfortable with
- 8:09the options provided to her by Associate two sixty nine.
- 8:13When plaintiff arrived at defendant nineties property, she was told
- 8:17to wait in the foyer before being led to a
- 8:19massage room. She had never been in the massage room
- 8:22because her previous experiences with Jeffrey Epstein had occurred in
- 8:25the gym. Seventy Jeffrey Epstein entered the massage room and
- 8:29began to instruct plaintiff on how to properly massage h
- 8:33with literally no experience in massage. Plaintiff listened to Jeffrey
- 8:36Epstein very intently, knowing that she had to comply with
- 8:40his demands if she wanted to use his connections to
- 8:42help her, and conversely not punish her if she failed
- 8:46to comply with her dance career seventy one, Jeffrey Epstein
- 8:50instructed plaintiff to apply pressure to certain parts of his body,
- 8:54instructing her in detail on the motions that she should
- 8:57make and how she should make them. V. Two. Jeffrey
- 9:01Epstein then instructed plaintiff to squeeze his nipples as hard
- 9:03as she could. When plaintiff confusedly complied, Jeffrey Epstein unexpectedly
- 9:09used a toy on her forcibly, pressing it on tour
- 9:12and into plaintiffs vagina Seventy three. Jeffrey Epstein then began
- 9:17to touch himself while he continued to hold the vibrating
- 9:19sex toy on the plaintiff's vagina. Seventy four. Once Epstein
- 9:24finished masturbating, he brought plaintiff into his closet and grabbed
- 9:28the book from the stack of massage for Dummies books
- 9:30that he had piled up on the floor. Seventy five.
- 9:34Jeffrey Epstein handed the book to plaintiff and instructed her
- 9:37to read the entire publication before the next time she
- 9:40saw him. He then opened a drawer and handed plaintiff
- 9:43three one hundred dollars bills Seventy six. Jeffrey Epstein in
- 9:48the enterprise he directed, which operated through his direct employees
- 9:52and associates, as well as related corporate defendants and employees thereof,
- 9:57began to groom plaintiff for sexual exploitation as soon as
- 10:00they met her. She was immediately provided with money and
- 10:03gifts for the purpose of causing her to feel indebted
- 10:06to Jeffrey Epstein and maintaining her for the purposes of
- 10:10engaging in commercial sex seventy seven. Jeffrey Epstein and others
- 10:15who acted under the direction, including employees for defendants, immediately
- 10:19seized upon Plaintiff's desire to succeed in the dance world
- 10:23in order to control and manipulate plaintiff into full cooperation
- 10:28with the enterprise and compliance with Jeffrey Epstein's perverted sexual motives.
- 10:33Seventy eight. Despite having been sexually assaulted by Jeffrey Epstein, Plaintiff,
- 10:38feeling as though she had no choice, especially in light
- 10:40of the promises and implied threat she received, returned to
- 10:44defendant nineties New York mansion on many occasions, where she
- 10:48continually sexually abused, and after each such occasion, was paid
- 10:52hundreds of dollars Seventy nine. Plaintiff continued to reasonably rely
- 10:58upon Jeffrey Epstein's promises representations, which caused her to return
- 11:02many times and be subject to sexual abuse. Plaintiff was
- 11:06also coerced into cooperating with Epstein by her reasonable fear
- 11:10that if she did not cooperate, Epstein and the many
- 11:13others who acted as his direction, including corporate defendants, would
- 11:17cause her serious harm. Number eighty. Plaintiff was made to
- 11:22understand by Jeffrey Epstein and others that if she remained
- 11:25loyal and obedient to him, he would provide her with
- 11:29the dance training and connection she needed to succeed, and conversely,
- 11:33if she did not remain loyal and obedient to him,
- 11:36he would prevent her from becoming a professional dancer altogether.
- 11:40In addition, the scheme or plan orchestrated by Jeffrey Epstein
- 11:44and other employees and associates was designed to cause plaintiff
- 11:47to believe that if she failed to perform commercial sex
- 11:50acts with Jeffrey Epstein, she would suffer financially, reputationally, and
- 11:55in other ways. All right, folks, we're going to wrap
- 11:57up right there, and in the next episode talking about
- 12:00the topic, we'll pick up where we left off All
