- 0:54So let's switch lanes, ladies and gentlemen. Let's go look at some of the key corporate disclosures dropped so far on the NGX corporate disclosure portal. That portal runs 247, 365 days a year. So I think the most important disclosure so far is from Academy Press. Academy Press dropped its audited numbers for the year ended March 2026. So let's see what we have in terms of top line.
- 1:24and bottom line the firm made 4.4 billion naira in revenue a slight dip from the same period last year or last financial year and then a profit after tax of 253.3 million naira down sharply from the 716.4 million naira made in its fy 2025 the company has recommended the dividend payment of 10 kubo per share so that is the major corporate disclosure
- 1:53I sent so far. You had a couple of board meeting notices. I don't think that's key right now. We can probably look into those as the time draws near. So, let's go back to the market. Most actively traded stocks by volume and value. On the volume side of things, you have Sterling, UPDC, and Honeywell Flower. Sterling with 100 million shares traded. UPDC with...
- 2:2039.3 million shares traded. And then third place is Honeywell Flower with 33 million shares traded, which is an unusually large volume. In fact, for UPDC and Honeywell Flower, trading over 30 million shares is an unusually large volume for both stocks. On the value side of things, you have Aradale Sterling and Zenit Bank. Aradale with 1.15 billion Naira worth of shares traded. Sterling Holdco with 795.7 billion Naira worth of shares traded.
- 2:49And then Zenit Bank closely following with 757.2 million naira worth of shares traded. What else do we need to see? So let's start with the premium side, the premium board. It's a mixed range so far. You have assets in the green. You have first hold core in the green. And then you have UB in the green. The rest of the premium board is in the red.
