Transcript
- 0:00Track cast the Galaxy's Most Unpredictable Star Trek Podcast. Hey guys, I just
- 0:19finished watching Picard season three, the finale. That's the end of the road.
- 0:26There's gonna be a lot of spoilers in this if you have not watched
- 0:28it, turn away, turn away right now. Anyways, Man, that
- 0:33finale. I loved it. I loved it. I think it it tied
- 0:39up a bunch of the loose ends. There's a few kind of stragglers,
- 0:42but overall, it's everything we needed it to be. There was some great
- 0:48resolution to a lot of it. I think we saw a character growth for
- 0:53Piccard. I am excited that they totally set up Star Trek legacy. If
- 0:58they don't announce that anytime as soon, they're crazy. Um. I have
- 1:03a feeling they're gonna wait till STLV to announce it, just because that's where
- 1:06they announced the card. But whatever. Um, I've been wrong before with
- 1:11their marketing, so we'll see. Other than that, man, the show
- 1:17was great. We got to see vox as as a borg. We got
- 1:23to see um the board Queen. I did get very much some return of
- 1:29the Jedi vibes on this thing. You've got the board Queen kind of looking
- 1:34like the Emperor Um, you know, especially in the Last Jedi where where
- 1:40she's kind of half of what she used to be but attached to a machine.
- 1:45But the return of the Jedi vibes was because they had to take the
- 1:48ship into the Death Star or I mean the Bord Cube, sorry, and
- 1:53they had to blow it up from the center to end everything and to stop
- 1:57it all. So yeah, definitely Star Trek has has embraced its Star warsness.
- 2:04So there you go. I can't wait to talk about it with the
- 2:07guys. We will see you guys on Sunday. Talk to you later.
