- 0:51Speaker 3: Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. Well, there's lots to
- 0:55Speaker 3: get into, and then I have an interview with a
- 0:58Speaker 3: real housewife of Beverly Hills, so let's get into it.
- 1:02Speaker 3: First of all, Katy Perry is in some trouble. She's
- 1:07Speaker 3: under investigation for alleged sexual assault of Ruby Rose. She's
- 1:12Speaker 3: being investigated by the police in Australia. Here is the story.
- 1:18Speaker 3: Katy Perry- And her boyfriend, former prime minister of Canada,
- 1:24Speaker 3: Justin Theroux, they were at Coachella, just walking around with
- 1:30Speaker 3: the kids. And she took to social media to make
- 1:35Speaker 3: a joke about Justin Bieber's performance in that, oh, I
- 1:39Speaker 3: guess he got YouTube premium or something, which kind of
- 1:43Speaker 3: a pretty good joke for her. But anyway, and then
- 1:46Speaker 3: Ruby Rose wrote back, on social media. And now to
- 1:50Speaker 3: remind you, she was on Orange is the New Black.
- 1:54Speaker 3: She's a model actress. She's kind of got an androgynous look.
- 2:00Speaker 3: I haven't really seen her in the news much lately,
- 2:04Speaker 3: but anyway, she's very attractive. She then says like, who
- 2:08Speaker 3: cares what you think, that freak? And I'm summarizing, like
- 2:12Speaker 3: you sexually assaulted me at a spice market and or
- 2:17Speaker 3: at the spice market, maybe it's a nightclub. You know what?
- 2:19Speaker 3: She had some spice market in Melbourne, Australia. And I
- 2:24Speaker 3: think I actually imagined her like at an open flea
- 2:28Speaker 3: market of spices, which makes this story really weird. But
- 2:32Speaker 3: now that I think about it, I bet it's like
- 2:34Speaker 3: a nightclub. She said that Katy Perry, she said, pulled
- 2:39Speaker 3: her underwear to the side. Katy Perry pulled her own
- 2:42Speaker 3: underwear to the side. And according to Ruby Rose, shoved
- 2:47Speaker 3: her ugly vagina in Ruby Rose's face in which she
- 2:51Speaker 3: pushed it away. So now just imagine me reading that
- 2:54Speaker 3: story and thinking that they're like someone smelling spices. And
- 2:57Speaker 3: then like Katy Perry just like, what? No, I'm guessing
- 3:03Speaker 3: it's some restaurant nightclub something. But anyway, she said she
- 3:07Speaker 3: rejected it. And whatever. And it was awful. And then
- 3:11Speaker 3: she said, I didn't talk about it for, um, when
- 3:15Speaker 3: it happened because Katy Perry was helping me get my visa.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Wow. Okay.
- 3:24Speaker 3: They are her, Katy Perry's people are saying this never happened,
- 3:29Speaker 3: but then the sleuths remembered another Katy Perry groping allegation
- 3:36Speaker 3: that which happened. And that was with Anna Kendrick went
- 3:41Speaker 3: on about it about 10 years ago, went on Conan
- 3:45Speaker 3: O'Brien's TV show and talked about how she was at
- 3:50Speaker 3: an event. She had a low cut dress on and
- 3:53Speaker 3: she said, Katy Perry fingered her cleavage. And that she
- 3:59Speaker 3: didn't ask for it, didn't want it, but also didn't
- 4:01Speaker 3: hate it. She's kind of joking. Conan's asking more and
- 4:04Speaker 3: more questions about it. And she said the dress was,
- 4:07Speaker 3: you know, the way it was, I would have been
- 4:10Speaker 3: offended if nobody had tried to finger my cleavage. But
- 4:17Speaker 3: it's weird. It's weird. And, of course, her song, I
- 4:20Speaker 3: Kissed a Girl and I Liked It. is this all
- 4:24Speaker 3: with it? There's a photo of her with Anna Kendrick, joking,
- 4:29Speaker 3: grabbing her tit. I find this all very interesting because
- 4:35Speaker 3: there was a time there, how many times have we
- 4:36Speaker 3: seen housewives go and grab each other's boobs and it
- 4:40Speaker 3: makes the trailer and let me show you my boob job. And,
- 4:43Speaker 3: you know, and when, um, Diana Ross, very famous moment
- 4:49Speaker 3: at like an MTV awards, It was, I think it
- 4:52Speaker 3: was Nicki Minaj that had one whole tit out with
- 4:56Speaker 3: just like a little star on the nip. And Diana
- 5:01Speaker 3: Ross just couldn't help herself. And she went like this
- 5:04Speaker 3: and like flicked her under boob, just was like, oh
- 5:06Speaker 3: my God, like you just have a titty out. And
- 5:09Speaker 3: being that it's girls, I don't know. You know, I
- 5:12Speaker 3: think it's really interesting about these same sex couples assault
- 5:18Speaker 3: stories that we're hearing more and more about. I'm going
- 5:22Speaker 3: to move this one topic up because I was going
- 5:25Speaker 3: to talk about it later, but the latest on the
- 5:30Speaker 3: Tyler Perry case, they're saying, according to TMZ, Tyler Perry's accuser,
- 5:36Speaker 3: Mario Rodriguez, was mocked in court for playing a minor role.
- 5:41Speaker 3: So he is accusing Tyler Perry of of sexually assaulting
- 5:46Speaker 3: him that he that Tyler uh said he really liked
- 5:51Speaker 3: his acting he put him in a show and then
- 5:55Speaker 3: he kept the relationship going according to Mario by saying
- 6:00Speaker 3: I'm gonna produce your pilot that you wrote and I
- 6:03Speaker 3: think it's so good and he had him spend the
- 6:06Speaker 3: night at his house and then one of the accounts
- 6:09Speaker 3: that I recall is that you know he woke up
- 6:12Speaker 3: to Tyler you know, in his bed or trying to
- 6:16Speaker 3: make a move and these things all happen. And then
- 6:19Speaker 3: there were text messages that are very suspicious, not suspicious,
- 6:23Speaker 3: but are very inappropriate for a director to have with
- 6:27Speaker 3: someone who is his employee acting in his movies where
- 6:30Speaker 3: it was, you know, I'm horny and I'm this and that.
- 6:34Speaker 3: And then the Mario would try to be like, oh, well,
- 6:37Speaker 3: hope you get some rest then. Like he kept trying
- 6:40Speaker 3: to like stop the conversation and be like, well, sorry
- 6:44Speaker 3: that he's like, I'm horny. I wish, I wish you
- 6:47Speaker 3: were here to help me out. And he's like, well,
- 6:49Speaker 3: I'm not, but I hope you enjoy reading my pilot script.
- 6:53Speaker 3: Like it was, it was stuff like that. So he is, um,
- 6:58Speaker 3: this is going on. And I guess at one point, um,
- 7:02Speaker 3: I assume someone on Tyler's legal team mocked the fact that,
- 7:08Speaker 3: you know, you're just a thirsty, poor actor. That's trying
- 7:11Speaker 3: to shake down a big, powerful person. And get a
- 7:13Speaker 3: paycheck and get a payday and get some press from it.
- 7:17Speaker 3: That is, you know, that is what the defense is
- 7:20Speaker 3: always for when a powerful person is accused of essay
- 7:25Speaker 3: or being inappropriate with someone, especially in the movie industry
- 7:28Speaker 3: where there's so much at stake. There is this guy
- 7:32Speaker 3: that is an internet star. He's a streamer. He's got,
- 7:36Speaker 3: you know, a lot of people on TikTok and Instagram
- 7:39Speaker 3: that follow him. And his name is Clovic Giller. Okay.
- 7:44Speaker 3: That's not his real name, but he went by that
- 7:46Speaker 3: name because he is doing this thing called looks maxing. Okay.
- 7:53Speaker 3: And it's really about young men wanting to maximize their looks.
- 7:59Speaker 3: And they're really obsessed with the jawline and the collarbone.
- 8:04Speaker 3: So I'm like, how did he come up with this
- 8:06Speaker 3: clever name? Well, he it's off of clavicle, which is
- 8:10Speaker 3: his favorite part of his body. Okay. He's obsessed with it.
- 8:15Speaker 3: So he's kind of like a rage baiter, you know,
- 8:18Speaker 3: like just only sharing about how to get really good
- 8:22Speaker 3: looking and get the most, the most muscles, the leanest look,
- 8:28Speaker 3: the best jawline. And he is good looking. And then
- 8:31Speaker 3: he also, a lot of his content is, um, Talking
- 8:36Speaker 3: about women's looks and stuff, which is where the rage
- 8:39Speaker 3: baiting comes. We're like, we hate you. But then trying
- 8:41Speaker 3: to get these young men to follow him and love him.
- 8:44Speaker 3: And then also girls that I'm sure love him too
- 8:47Speaker 3: and like his looks and don't care that he's a misogynistic,
- 8:49Speaker 3: stupid dick. Well, anyway, he OD'd. While streaming, he OD'd
- 8:55Speaker 3: on heroin.
- 8:57Speaker 5: And I....
- 9:00Speaker 3: And now it's come out that, you know, he believed
- 9:03Speaker 3: that heroin is a drug that will help give that
- 9:08Speaker 3: heroin chic look and make your collarbones pop out. I
- 9:13Speaker 3: bet you're like, Heather, I just can't believe. Yes, this
- 9:16Speaker 3: is the world we live in. Yes, these are the
- 9:18Speaker 3: news articles. This is who the youth is following and watching.
- 9:23Speaker 3: I kind of find it juicy and interesting because I
- 9:27Speaker 3: dated this guy briefly. He turned out to be a
- 9:29Speaker 3: major grifter scammer. I've talked about him. It's in my book.
- 9:36Speaker 3: He convinced me to rent him a car. Anyway, it
- 9:40Speaker 3: was awful, but he was good looking and he was
- 9:43Speaker 3: 38 and I was 27. And He was bragging that
- 9:49Speaker 3: he was a white collar criminal. Like, doesn't that make
- 9:53Speaker 3: it sexier? Anyway, I was bored and I met him
- 9:56Speaker 3: at a Starbucks and it was a sunny day in
- 9:59Speaker 3: Santa Monica. So we hung out a couple of days
- 10:01Speaker 3: and I rented him a car, which then was a
- 10:03Speaker 3: traumatic experience to try to get it back to the
- 10:06Speaker 3: enterprise rented car. Um, anyway, so he told me that
- 10:12Speaker 3: he was a heroin addict. Now he was sober and
- 10:15Speaker 3: But he's, and I go, wow, you look really good
- 10:18Speaker 3: for 38. Like you look younger than 38. You like
- 10:21Speaker 3: look really cute. And he told me, you know, heroin
- 10:24Speaker 3: actually like preserves your looks. And I was like, it does.
- 10:29Speaker 3: Cause I always thought of like a heroin addict, like
- 10:31Speaker 3: with like sunken eyes and look like heroin. Like I'm like, no,
- 10:35Speaker 3: but actually then you think of like heroin chic, like
- 10:38Speaker 3: a model, whatever. Don't do heroin people. But I guess
- 10:44Speaker 3: if you can get off of it and not be
- 10:46Speaker 3: a complete loser addict, you're going to look better than
- 10:51Speaker 3: the person that did meth, where they pick at their
- 10:53Speaker 3: skin and their teeth fall out. Like, if you really
- 10:56Speaker 3: want to fuck up your looks, you're going to try meth.
- 10:59Speaker 3: No one should do any drugs, including vaping and smoking people.
- 11:04Speaker 3: But anyway, he crashed out. He passed out. He OD'd
- 11:10Speaker 3: and he fell on his face. which that he didn't
- 11:13Speaker 3: like because his whole life is about being good looking. But,
- 11:18Speaker 3: you know, here's his Instagram and it's just, he's got
- 11:22Speaker 3: a lot of articles being written about him and, you know,
- 11:27Speaker 3: he is the voice of the jawline. Okay, let's get
- 11:33Speaker 3: into Summer House. Now, this is the story everyone's talking
- 11:38Speaker 3: about because Amanda, who was married to Kyle Cook, who
- 11:43Speaker 3: they had a horrible marriage for 10 years, a horrible relationship.
- 11:47Speaker 3: And he's a DJ and every girl was like, he
- 11:49Speaker 3: shouldn't be a DJ. And then he, they're getting, they're
- 11:54Speaker 3: breaking up. There's a spinoff that we're going to see.
- 11:57Speaker 3: The end of the season is here of the show.
- 12:00Speaker 3: And we now know that Wes, West and Amanda are
- 12:07Speaker 3: a couple right now, currently dating each other. And this
- 12:11Speaker 3: was a big issue because West dated Sierra, who was
- 12:16Speaker 3: Amanda's best friend, who throughout the show has only shown
- 12:20Speaker 3: us that she's a fabulous friend to Amanda. They dated,
- 12:26Speaker 3: Sierra and West dated for a while. The whole time
- 12:29Speaker 3: Amanda's married to Kyle, but crying and thinking he's an asshole.
- 12:35Speaker 3: And now they're together. So the question is, when did
- 12:38Speaker 3: this relationship start? And we get to watch them. And
- 12:43Speaker 3: it's pretty suspicious. And at this one scene last night,
- 12:48Speaker 3: he's got a cute girl and he's hanging out on
- 12:50Speaker 3: like a day bed together outside. You know, they're at
- 12:53Speaker 3: the summer house. And Amanda's pretty drunk. And she comes
- 12:57Speaker 3: waddling over. And she goes, what you guys doing? Can
- 13:01Speaker 3: I come in for a cuddle? Am I crashing your party?
- 13:05Speaker 3: And she gets in on the other side of West.
- 13:09Speaker 3: And he's like, no. And she's like, oh my God,
- 13:13Speaker 3: my husband, Kyle Cook is the greatest DJ in all
- 13:17Speaker 3: of the Hamptons. And he's playing tonight. And then Wes
- 13:22Speaker 3: is like, she's wearing a bikini top and she has
- 13:25Speaker 3: a good body. And Wes is like grabbing her hair
- 13:28Speaker 3: and like playing with it and like tickling her back.
- 13:34Speaker 3: And you're now we're all like, of course they were fucking.
- 13:39Speaker 3: They still have not admitted to when the fucking began,
- 13:43Speaker 3: but I think a hundred percent they were fucking during
- 13:46Speaker 3: the summer while this was filming. I don't know where
- 13:49Speaker 3: they were meeting, if they were doing it in the city,
- 13:51Speaker 3: if they were going on walks at five in the morning,
- 13:55Speaker 3: I don't know, but it was happening in my opinion.
- 13:58Speaker 3: You know, you just, and then she goes and leaves and,
- 14:03Speaker 3: and says, I got to go watch my butt when
- 14:06Speaker 3: I walk away. Now, who the hell says that to
- 14:11Speaker 3: a platonic guy friend who's really good friends with your
- 14:15Speaker 3: husband and who your best friend used to date? That
- 14:20Speaker 3: is gross. People are not liking Amanda's behavior. So then
- 14:27Speaker 3: they have this girl Mia on who's new to the
- 14:29Speaker 3: cast and also friends with Amanda and Sierra. on Watch
- 14:33Speaker 3: What Happens Live. And Andy said, what stuck out from
- 14:37Speaker 3: tonight's episode that made you say, wow? And she says,
- 14:40Speaker 3: so when West was talking to that girl from the
- 14:42Speaker 3: party and they're laying on the bed and Amanda comes
- 14:46Speaker 3: over and sits with him. So she brings up that.
- 14:48Speaker 3: She says, who says, watch my ass as I watch
- 14:51Speaker 3: my butt as I walk away. And she said she
- 14:55Speaker 3: was absolutely shocked. He's like, how shocked were you, one
- 15:00Speaker 3: out of 10, to find out that they were actually
- 15:02Speaker 3: a couple, West and Amana? And she said, 15. And
- 15:07Speaker 3: he said, when do you think it started? Do you
- 15:09Speaker 3: believe it started earlier than what they're saying? And she's like, yes,
- 15:13Speaker 3: now I do. Now watching with my own eyes, thinking
- 15:16Speaker 3: about it. And she's Team Sierra. And some people believe
- 15:22Speaker 3: it shouldn't matter. Sierra dated... him so long ago. I
- 15:26Speaker 3: think what matters is the deception is her taking all
- 15:31Speaker 3: the love and support from Sierra about her shitty marriage
- 15:35Speaker 3: to Kyle while the whole time she's secretly getting together
- 15:40Speaker 3: with West because it is exciting. It feeds her ego.
- 15:44Speaker 3: It turns her on. It's secretive. And It was her
- 15:50Speaker 3: best friend's dude, who the best friend, Sierra, was still
- 15:54Speaker 3: kind of pining for, in my opinion. So it's a
- 15:57Speaker 3: fascinating study of psychology, really, honestly, and relationships and friendships
- 16:04Speaker 3: and betrayal and cheating. And then to have them all
- 16:08Speaker 3: on a reality show and all living together where they
- 16:12Speaker 3: would have access to do this, it's almost... It is
- 16:17Speaker 3: a real juicy level. A lot of people say it's
- 16:20Speaker 3: still not the level of Scandival of Vanderpump, but it's
- 16:24Speaker 3: pretty interesting. And so it's a big boost for their show.
- 16:29Speaker 3: For a lot of people that stopped watching and weren't
- 16:32Speaker 3: that interested, now you're like, I want to see this
- 16:35Speaker 3: shit play out.
- 16:38Speaker 4: They think you're done for the day, but they don't
- 16:40Speaker 4: know about the drawer. The drawer. Just the one square
- 16:46Speaker 4: before bed Or two, you know. Nobody's watching.
- 16:52Speaker 2: You deserve a treat.
- 16:56Speaker 4: With eight flavours to choose from, you can choose the
- 16:59Speaker 4: flavour you favour with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
- 17:07Speaker 6: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 17:11Speaker 6: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 17:14Speaker 6: have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have found a
- 17:18Speaker 6: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 17:24Speaker 2: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 17:26Speaker 2: filed against me. When your free will was about to
- 17:29Speaker 2: be taken from you, what would you do if it
- 17:31Speaker 2: was given back?
- 17:32Speaker 6: Where did that need come from, where you thought that
- 17:35Speaker 6: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 17:37Speaker 3: He said, I have a work dad.
- 17:38Speaker 6: I need a home dad.
- 17:40Speaker 2: What happens next? When I came in, he started crying.
- 17:42Speaker 6: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 17:47Speaker 6: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 17:49Speaker 6: happens next.
- 17:51Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all.
- 17:52Speaker 3: I realized how valuable every day was. You're worth the work.
- 17:55Speaker 4: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 17:57Speaker 3: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 17:59Speaker 6: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 18:03Speaker 6: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 18:13Speaker 3: I talked about the Alex Earl versus Alex Cooper phenomenon
- 18:19Speaker 3: of they are fighting. These two blonde, pretty girls, Alex
- 18:24Speaker 3: Cooper having one of the biggest podcast shows and she
- 18:28Speaker 3: has her whole unwell network and all of that. She
- 18:32Speaker 3: is getting a lot of criticism right now because she
- 18:34Speaker 3: has a show called Winter Games. And prior to Dakota
- 18:39Speaker 3: of course, of Mormon Wives, of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,
- 18:43Speaker 3: his conflicts with Taylor that have all been played out
- 18:48Speaker 3: where she's throwing the barstool from two years ago and
- 18:51Speaker 3: then they're trying to get restraining orders against each other
- 18:54Speaker 3: and all that that's played out. She chose him along
- 18:59Speaker 3: with Brooke Nader's ex who was on real, that was
- 19:02Speaker 3: on Dancing with the Stars with her. And they're playing
- 19:06Speaker 3: pool together. And they're both talking very disparagingly about their exes.
- 19:12Speaker 3: And the Dancing with the Stars guy says that Brooke
- 19:16Speaker 3: Nader was the worst sex he ever had. Now, this
- 19:19Speaker 3: girl is like a supermodel gorgeous. But some people can
- 19:22Speaker 3: be a lazy lay. All right? Some people can maybe
- 19:25Speaker 3: not be that great in the sack. But nobody wants
- 19:28Speaker 3: it said. And it does seem very anti-woman. And so...
- 19:33Speaker 3: People are saying, you know, this is under her umbrella.
- 19:36Speaker 3: She shouldn't have had that scene be in this show.
- 19:40Speaker 3: She should have cut it out. It's bad enough that
- 19:43Speaker 3: she had these two guys in it. I feel like
- 19:46Speaker 3: I don't blame her for the casting. I do think.
- 19:50Speaker 3: it was gross to keep that. But I also think
- 19:54Speaker 3: how much does she really have her hand in every
- 19:57Speaker 3: single thing? But maybe this is a lesson too. If
- 19:59Speaker 3: you're going to have an image of girl's girl and
- 20:02Speaker 3: feminism and everything, this probably isn't something that you want,
- 20:06Speaker 3: but maybe the argument would be, well, we bash men,
- 20:10Speaker 3: you know, like, what does it matter? Let's just have
- 20:12Speaker 3: it be raw and juicy and let these people be themselves.
- 20:14Speaker 3: And if this is what they said, this is what
- 20:16Speaker 3: they said. Who cares? I don't know. But she's, we're
- 20:20Speaker 3: finding out what's going to happen with her and her
- 20:22Speaker 3: former person that was under her network for a minute,
- 20:27Speaker 3: Alex Earl, the big influencer. And page six was showing
- 20:32Speaker 3: that Alex Earl shared when her friend shared the TikTok
- 20:37Speaker 3: about Alex Cooper saying, bring the receipts. I'm sick of
- 20:41Speaker 3: you hinting and liking negative shit about me and reposting
- 20:44Speaker 3: negative stuff about me. Just come at me in this
- 20:47Speaker 3: Alex versus Alex world. And The comments are like, this
- 20:52Speaker 3: is a PR stunt. This is for Alex Earle's reality show. No,
- 20:56Speaker 3: Alex Cooper is not going to help Alex Earle's reality show.
- 21:01Speaker 3: What happened is Alex Cooper chose to address it. Probably
- 21:07Speaker 3: not a wise idea. She should rise above it. She
- 21:11Speaker 3: still is the better known, more popular person, in my opinion.
- 21:16Speaker 3: and she's older. And so I think she should have
- 21:19Speaker 3: not addressed it though. I can understand the frustration of
- 21:22Speaker 3: wanting to. And because she did now give Alex role
- 21:26Speaker 3: a great storyline. She is doing a reality show with
- 21:30Speaker 3: her family on E and this will be captured. And
- 21:35Speaker 3: this is juicy. She's in a fight with a big
- 21:38Speaker 3: influencer podcaster girl. So, um, but I don't think they're
- 21:44Speaker 3: in it together. Whenever someone has, as someone who's been
- 21:48Speaker 3: part of podcast war beefs and some social media booths,
- 21:55Speaker 3: and even some Hollywood beef type of whatever, where there's
- 21:57Speaker 3: been articles written, people have always thought, I think they're
- 22:00Speaker 3: in this together. I think this is a PR stunt.
- 22:03Speaker 3: It never has been. It has never been, which sometimes why,
- 22:08Speaker 3: as someone who does love conspiracy theories, I always go, well,
- 22:11Speaker 3: how many people would have to like get together and
- 22:14Speaker 3: be like, this is our plan. No one will ever
- 22:16Speaker 3: know the truth. We're gonna take this to the grave.
- 22:19Speaker 3: It's very, very hard to do, even with two people.
- 22:23Speaker 3: Even with two people, I don't think it happens. So
- 22:25Speaker 3: I don't believe that. I believe this stuff happened the
- 22:28Speaker 3: way I just said it happened. Now, Real Housewives of Atlanta,
- 22:33Speaker 3: it has an interesting divorce situation happening. Drew Sedora, who's
- 22:37Speaker 3: been on the show for a few years, is living
- 22:40Speaker 3: in the house with her soon-to-be ex-husband, He lives in
- 22:43Speaker 3: the basement and she lives in the rest of the house.
- 22:46Speaker 3: And therefore they sort of share the kids where she'll
- 22:49Speaker 3: be like, just go downstairs and see your dad. And
- 22:53Speaker 3: she had one child before she married him and then
- 22:55Speaker 3: they have two together. And what's interesting is he was
- 22:59Speaker 3: going down this whole route of I'm going to write
- 23:02Speaker 3: a book about being an incredible stepdad because they had
- 23:06Speaker 3: these heart filled moments where he was wanting to adopt
- 23:10Speaker 3: her son, but then didn't want to overstep with the dad.
- 23:13Speaker 3: And like this whole thing, I'm going to write a
- 23:15Speaker 3: book about being a stepdad. Well, now. He she has
- 23:20Speaker 3: come out and and fighting this order that says she
- 23:23Speaker 3: has to get out of the house that they all
- 23:25Speaker 3: share by May 1st or something, because the court is
- 23:33Speaker 3: saying that she has to leave. And she said that
- 23:35Speaker 3: would leave my son and I, the older son, homeless
- 23:39Speaker 3: because he's got we'll have custody of the two younger ones,
- 23:42Speaker 3: I guess. Because she doesn't make as much as he
- 23:47Speaker 3: she makes. $ 12, 000 a month. He makes $ 71, 000 a month
- 23:52Speaker 3: because he's a tech executive and does quite well. So
- 23:57Speaker 3: that was interesting. It was interesting to hear that she
- 23:58Speaker 3: only makes $ 12, 000 a month and it was interesting that
- 24:01Speaker 3: he makes that much and what that does. And this
- 24:04Speaker 3: splitting the house, I guess, is now not looking to
- 24:08Speaker 3: work in her favor. And then also the whole element
- 24:12Speaker 3: with the stepson, when she was going to be stepped
- 24:14Speaker 3: out of the year, I don't think he will be anymore. If, um,
- 24:18Speaker 3: if she doesn't get what she thinks she deserves. Also
- 24:22Speaker 3: in the divorce real housewife world, Lisa Hochstein, who was
- 24:28Speaker 3: on this show with her boyfriend, Jody, they created this
- 24:31Speaker 3: divorce app that will help you save money on divorce
- 24:36Speaker 3: attorneys and give you tips and things, and then also
- 24:41Speaker 3: can help how to speak to your ex well. Back
- 24:45Speaker 3: in 2023, her ex, Lenny, who is the plastic surgeon,
- 24:49Speaker 3: he used to have these very sexy Halloween parties with
- 24:54Speaker 3: every skinny, big-titted girl dressed in, you know, a sexy
- 24:58Speaker 3: Halloween outfit would come to their house. And then one
- 25:02Speaker 3: day he started fucking one of them. And it all
- 25:06Speaker 3: got revealed on the show. And they are still going
- 25:10Speaker 3: through their divorce. And they have two young kids that
- 25:12Speaker 3: they share. And he is now saying that she tried
- 25:19Speaker 3: to put a listening device or did put a listening
- 25:22Speaker 3: device on his car in order to listen to his
- 25:25Speaker 3: conversations to help with this contentious divorce. And she was
- 25:33Speaker 3: arrested and she turned herself in. There was a warrant
- 25:35Speaker 3: for arrest and she turned herself in. She made sure
- 25:38Speaker 3: the paparazzi was there to see her. And she looks
- 25:41Speaker 3: very pretty. Glam, full glam. in her mugshot. So I
- 25:48Speaker 3: don't know if she brought one of those lights with her,
- 25:51Speaker 3: like I used to like to use for my meet
- 25:52Speaker 3: and greets. It's a little square light and it just
- 25:54Speaker 3: really makes you pop, but she looks good. People should
- 25:59Speaker 3: always just have one of those in their car in
- 26:01Speaker 3: case they get pulled over. And you're like, you know what,
- 26:03Speaker 3: before you take this DUI, can I just put a
- 26:07Speaker 3: little gloss and get some brightness on my face? Anyway,
- 26:12Speaker 3: She's claiming this isn't true and that Lenny is just
- 26:16Speaker 3: torturing her again. And he always brings this up before
- 26:19Speaker 3: a big court case or custody battle or whatever in
- 26:22Speaker 3: his intentions. This is just the game he plays. And Jodi, too,
- 26:27Speaker 3: was accused of the same thing. So her boyfriend... And,
- 26:32Speaker 3: you know, this has just been one of the worst divorces.
- 26:35Speaker 3: And they put this whole show on pause or canceled
- 26:38Speaker 3: or whatever you want to say. And I mean, I
- 26:42Speaker 3: bet the producers are like, told you, Bravo, told you,
- 26:45Speaker 3: you should have kept us filming. Now on our other
- 26:49Speaker 3: new show, Real Housewives of Rhode Island, I've talked about
- 26:52Speaker 3: this and on my Patreon. Oh, please, this Friday's Patreon
- 26:54Speaker 3: is going to be real good. If you haven't joined,
- 26:56Speaker 3: you go to HeatherMcDonald.net and you join and it's $ 5
- 26:59Speaker 3: a month and there's other options and nobody ever leaves. Okay, anyway,
- 27:06Speaker 3: this woman I talked about, her name's Rula and she's
- 27:10Speaker 3: a successful financial advisor and she's got a podiatrist husband.
- 27:15Speaker 3: And this other girl, Joellen, let people know in the
- 27:19Speaker 3: group as they were filming or came out that there
- 27:23Speaker 3: is this woman that posted a photo that's sitting on
- 27:26Speaker 3: Ruela's husband's lap, the podiatrist. like sitting on his lap,
- 27:30Speaker 3: posted it to her own Facebook. So it got out. Well,
- 27:35Speaker 3: Rula didn't like that. And she's like, you know what?
- 27:39Speaker 3: It was a situation between us and, you know, mind
- 27:43Speaker 3: your own business and everything. And Joella said, oh my God,
- 27:48Speaker 3: after I, you know, let her know, and we talked
- 27:52Speaker 3: about it because it's fucking on Facebook, she tried to
- 27:54Speaker 3: get me fired. Well, Joellen's job is she's a rep
- 27:59Speaker 3: for some like laser or something that the podiatrist also
- 28:05Speaker 3: uses at his doctor's office. I guess maybe it has
- 28:10Speaker 3: something to do with feet. I don't know. And she
- 28:14Speaker 3: then says to Us Weekly, Rula. I did not try
- 28:18Speaker 3: to get Joella fired because Joella goes, she tried to
- 28:20Speaker 3: get me fired for just sharing the fact that your
- 28:23Speaker 3: husband's a fucking cheater. And it's on Facebook. I'm not
- 28:26Speaker 3: making up lies. A lot of other housewives, they've been
- 28:29Speaker 3: desperate for storylines. And they're like, I heard a rumor that,
- 28:33Speaker 3: you know, Jackie's husband likes to have fun at the
- 28:35Speaker 3: gym when she's not around, which when that rumor started,
- 28:38Speaker 3: I was like, I immediately went to gay, you know,
- 28:41Speaker 3: like she's having gay sex, like in the steam room
- 28:44Speaker 3: with men at the gym. So it was like a
- 28:47Speaker 3: double whammy and the whole thing wasn't true, okay? So
- 28:51Speaker 3: this thing is, this girl's like, no, that's not the case.
- 28:54Speaker 3: My husband just had a conversation about Joella because that
- 28:58Speaker 3: she reps this thing that we use at our office.
- 29:02Speaker 3: And I just said, He just, he just said, well,
- 29:06Speaker 3: you know, she really doesn't know how to, you know, uh,
- 29:10Speaker 3: stay out of people's private business. And therefore I don't
- 29:13Speaker 3: think she's very professional. I'm sorry. I think that's fucking
- 29:15Speaker 3: with your business. You should keep your mouth shut. You're
- 29:17Speaker 3: the one who's cheating. Well, meanwhile, the girl that he
- 29:20Speaker 3: cheated with, this is from Bravo and Cocktails, they noticed
- 29:24Speaker 3: that she's still posting these things. And one of the
- 29:28Speaker 3: posts that she did was, um, She's like pushing these
- 29:33Speaker 3: products or something. And she's like, writes this woman, the
- 29:38Speaker 3: older I get, the more I realize it doesn't it
- 29:40Speaker 3: doesn't get better with time. It gets better with laser
- 29:43Speaker 3: and Obajabi skin products or whatever. And the photo is
- 29:47Speaker 3: taken in the backyard of the podiatrist and Rula, the
- 29:52Speaker 3: housewife's backyard. She also did another post, this mistress saying,
- 29:58Speaker 3: I've been using this for two and a half years.
- 30:00Speaker 3: And when you're doing something for two and a half years,
- 30:03Speaker 3: and that's like a wink wink to the world, that's
- 30:05Speaker 3: for Taylor Swift, you know, egg drops. What do you
- 30:09Speaker 3: call it? Easter eggs. That this affair has been going
- 30:13Speaker 3: on for two and a half years. It's weird to
- 30:14Speaker 3: brag about that you're having an affair with two and
- 30:16Speaker 3: a half years, but clearly she's poking and wants the
- 30:20Speaker 3: world to know. And she tagged Bravo in these posts
- 30:24Speaker 3: that I am the mistress. It did happen. And it
- 30:27Speaker 3: went on for a long ass time. And so I'm
- 30:30Speaker 3: going to, you know, puff my chest out about that.
- 30:34Speaker 3: And then the other girl, Joellen, she's had a juicy life.
- 30:37Speaker 3: According to Bravo by bitches, they put it all together
- 30:40Speaker 3: for us like a little cheat sheet. Her husband dated
- 30:43Speaker 3: her sister, Jen, in high school. So when she met
- 30:47Speaker 3: her husband, he was already the ex-boyfriend of her sister.
- 30:52Speaker 3: and was like, I want him, the guy that was
- 30:54Speaker 3: dating my sister. And they met in high school. Weird.
- 30:58Speaker 3: She was rumored to be a swinger, but she says
- 31:01Speaker 3: she and her hubby have only had a threesome one time. Well,
- 31:07Speaker 3: you know, who hasn't besides me? Never had a threesome.
- 31:11Speaker 3: Once hooked up with the owner of a tanning salon
- 31:13Speaker 3: she worked at and his wife. So she's had other threesomes,
- 31:19Speaker 3: when she worked at the tan. It sounds like a
- 31:20Speaker 3: pretty good employee to me, by the way. I don't
- 31:22Speaker 3: know why the podiatrist would try to get her fired
- 31:25Speaker 3: and who would fire her when she's given threesomes for
- 31:27Speaker 3: you and your wife, though I hate the smell of
- 31:31Speaker 3: a spray tan. So I hope that before they had
- 31:34Speaker 3: the threesome, everyone like waited two days and took a
- 31:36Speaker 3: shower because otherwise that would also fuck in the spray
- 31:40Speaker 3: tan if you're having a threesome after a spray tan.
- 31:43Speaker 3: Or a tanning salon, even worse. Old school tanning salon.
- 31:47Speaker 3: I don't know if you've ever gone into one of
- 31:49Speaker 3: those where you pull down the thing. I always remember
- 31:51Speaker 3: that smell was weird because it was like your skin burning. Anyway,
- 31:57Speaker 3: she will have a threesome with you and your wife.
- 32:00Speaker 3: So this is the new show, people. This is the
- 32:02Speaker 3: new show on Bravo Real Housewives of Rhode Island. Pretty
- 32:05Speaker 3: fucking juicy. Also, Lena Dunham of Girls makes me want
- 32:09Speaker 3: to go back and watch... the show Girls. I see
- 32:12Speaker 3: a lot of clips of it. It was on HBO.
- 32:15Speaker 3: It was the millennial version of Sex and the City
- 32:21Speaker 3: of these girls in New York. And Lena Dunham is
- 32:24Speaker 3: a very funny writer and actor. She's very entertaining to watch.
- 32:31Speaker 3: This is her second book, I believe, because her first
- 32:34Speaker 3: one was controversial as well. It was more about her childhood.
- 32:38Speaker 3: And this one is called Fame Sick, a memoir. And
- 32:42Speaker 3: she gets into it about, she talks about Adam Driver,
- 32:47Speaker 3: who played her boyfriend in the show, which was, it
- 32:52Speaker 3: was a juicy, you know, what it was is like,
- 32:55Speaker 3: you know, you're watching her and she's not conventionally attractive,
- 32:58Speaker 3: but in the show, She, just like a man, would
- 33:03Speaker 3: write herself all these great romances and all these hot guys.
- 33:08Speaker 3: But also they would like, they'd have weird, they'd treat
- 33:11Speaker 3: her like shit. She took a lot from her own
- 33:14Speaker 3: life into this character. But it was kind of fascinating
- 33:18Speaker 3: because you're like, wow, I don't, you know, I don't
- 33:20Speaker 3: think a normal girl, a girl like this, we never
- 33:23Speaker 3: really seen a girl like this. And so because of that,
- 33:27Speaker 3: because she wasn't the conventional girl that we saw on TV,
- 33:29Speaker 3: she She got a lot of hate online about her
- 33:34Speaker 3: life and her sex life and what she showed. I
- 33:36Speaker 3: remember one episode she was with this dating a cute
- 33:39Speaker 3: doctor and she was just playing ping pong with him
- 33:44Speaker 3: in topless at a pair of like bikini bottoms. And
- 33:47Speaker 3: she just had so much confidence about her body and
- 33:52Speaker 3: it was very controversial. And so she wrote a book
- 33:56Speaker 3: and she talks about Adam Driver and and that he
- 33:59Speaker 3: threw something at her and that he comes off apparently
- 34:03Speaker 3: very poorly in this book. And some people come off
- 34:07Speaker 3: great and some people come off okay and some come
- 34:10Speaker 3: off awful. And she is sharing how herself cheated on
- 34:14Speaker 3: her own husband with like a middle school crush that
- 34:17Speaker 3: she ran into later in life. And she's just extremely authentic.
- 34:21Speaker 3: So I kind of am very excited to read that book. Um,
- 34:26Speaker 3: for old school people, Heather Locklear is dating Lorenzo Lamas. Okay.
- 34:33Speaker 3: They are both in their sixties and someone wrote, Oh
- 34:38Speaker 3: my God, the dynasty, dynasty and the Colby's or she,
- 34:41Speaker 3: they were on these shows back then that were like
- 34:43Speaker 3: these nighttime soap operas. He's been married six or seven times.
- 34:48Speaker 3: His daughter, um, Shane Lamas, very pretty blonde. She was
- 34:55Speaker 3: on my show. And she's divorced from Nick Ritchie, who is,
- 35:00Speaker 3: you know, very controversial. And he was on my show
- 35:03Speaker 3: as well. Anyway, Lorenzo has been married like six or
- 35:07Speaker 3: seven times. And they met Heather's daughter, Ava, who is
- 35:13Speaker 3: getting married if she hasn't gotten married already. And she's
- 35:16Speaker 3: very happy. And, you know, she's been divorced twice and
- 35:21Speaker 3: had some long-term relationships with They are both hot. They
- 35:25Speaker 3: both probably have a lot to fucking talk about from
- 35:29Speaker 3: the 80s and the 90s. And I think it's kind
- 35:32Speaker 3: of juicy and kind of fun. Also in the Kanye
- 35:35Speaker 3: West world, Kanye West is being sued for allegedly sucker
- 35:41Speaker 3: punching a man at the Chateau Marmont last year. According
- 35:46Speaker 3: to a lawsuit filed in LA, the suit alleges that
- 35:48Speaker 3: the rapper repeatedly struck the man as he lay on
- 35:51Speaker 3: the ground at iconic West Hollywood. Now, the only reason I, well,
- 35:56Speaker 3: I mean, this is interesting, but just to make it
- 35:58Speaker 3: about me, it was a Chateau Marmont where I went
- 36:03Speaker 3: that infamous night and hung out with Britney Spears. And
- 36:07Speaker 3: that same night, Kanye was in the same like loungy
- 36:13Speaker 3: area with Bianca. And they, you know, she talked to
- 36:19Speaker 3: them and she was, you know, doing a crazy thing and,
- 36:23Speaker 3: and it was quite a night. And so, um, I was,
- 36:27Speaker 3: I did not witness him sucker punch anybody, but I
- 36:30Speaker 3: know he likes to frequent that place. So I'm kind
- 36:32Speaker 3: of curious to see where this case goes and, you know,
- 36:36Speaker 3: if in fact it was true and what evidence there is. But, um,
- 36:40Speaker 3: you know, just when you think Kanye is doing great.
- 36:43Speaker 3: And then, uh, Blake Lively, apparently people are speculating. Will
- 36:50Speaker 3: her career ever recover from the lawsuit with Justin Baldoni?
- 36:55Speaker 3: As you know, she pretty much lost it. We had
- 36:58Speaker 3: Zach explain the whole thing. Her main lawsuit is down
- 37:03Speaker 3: to only the three things out of the 10, which
- 37:07Speaker 3: we don't know what's going to happen with that. But
- 37:09Speaker 3: how do we think they all will recover from this?
- 37:13Speaker 3: Will she have to make a huge payout to Justin Baldoni?
- 37:17Speaker 3: how will people feel about now everything we know about
- 37:20Speaker 3: Blake and Ryan and, and our opinion? When again, if
- 37:25Speaker 3: she would have just been quiet, let these rumblings happen
- 37:30Speaker 3: about her and just chill out, put the phone away,
- 37:33Speaker 3: take a yoga class. Wait a minute. I just think, wow,
- 37:38Speaker 3: this is a lesson to be learned. This was something
- 37:42Speaker 3: I don't think she's thought through. I do think it's
- 37:45Speaker 3: gonna have long-term repercussions about her career, but I also
- 37:50Speaker 3: see her working again in a few years. They're both
- 37:53Speaker 3: so rich. I think Ryan Reynolds, I think more his
- 37:57Speaker 3: career is going to suffer because also I think he's
- 38:00Speaker 3: getting to an age where his weird quirkiness has just
- 38:04Speaker 3: kind of run its course and his like dumb cadence
- 38:06Speaker 3: and his dumb stories.
- 38:08Speaker 2: And who knows?
- 38:09Speaker 3: I think Ryan Reynolds and, and Blake Lively just need
- 38:12Speaker 3: to take a year or two off and then come
- 38:16Speaker 3: back and just do like an old fashioned sitcom as
- 38:19Speaker 3: a couple. Let's just see that. Go back to the
- 38:22Speaker 3: two guys in a pizza girl show that he did
- 38:25Speaker 3: and just go back to their roots and, do like
- 38:28Speaker 3: normal TV, like she did Gossip Girl and he did
- 38:30Speaker 3: the sitcom Watch. That's what they're doing. They just do
- 38:32Speaker 3: something together or they'll get divorced.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Who knows?
- 38:35Speaker 3: Well, now you guys, I know I've wondered about this
- 38:38Speaker 3: cast member on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. It's Natalie.
- 38:42Speaker 3: And we wondered why she wasn't featured that much, how
- 38:45Speaker 3: this happens in a show like this. And I'm very
- 38:49Speaker 3: excited because I got to sit down with her and
- 38:51Speaker 3: she is not part of the reunion. And so this
- 38:54Speaker 3: is her reunion. And we get into everything about some
- 38:57Speaker 3: of the most controversial scenes of the season and what
- 39:01Speaker 3: was really going behind the scenes. So everybody, get ready
- 39:05Speaker 3: for a juicy one. Hello, and welcome to Juicy Scoop.
- 39:08Speaker 3: I am very excited, especially for my Real Housewives fans,
- 39:12Speaker 3: because we are going to get the real scoop from
- 39:15Speaker 3: the infamous, but little known about, star of Real Housewives
- 39:20Speaker 3: of Beverly Hills, Natalie Hale.
- 39:23Speaker 6: Hi Heather.
- 39:24Speaker 3: Welcome to Juicy Scoop.
- 39:25Speaker 5: Hi.
- 39:26Speaker 2: I talk. I actually speak.
- 39:28Speaker 3: I'm very excited that you're here. I'm excited that you
- 39:31Speaker 3: guys approached Juicy Scoop to be on, and you wanted
- 39:33Speaker 3: to tell me how that came about.
- 39:35Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 39:36Speaker 3: The Juicy Scooper is the one who's responsible, who's.
- 39:38Speaker 2: Your good friend. Well, my best friend, Alice, who's a
- 39:40Speaker 2: big fan of yours in North Carolina, said that you
- 39:43Speaker 2: were talking about me and that I was mentioned, and
- 39:45Speaker 2: I was like, wow, that's wild. And so I thought,
- 39:48Speaker 2: I thought we should hang out.
- 39:50Speaker 3: Absolutely. Because I had said, oh my gosh, you know,
- 39:53Speaker 3: there's this woman on there that's cute and she's on
- 39:56Speaker 3: the Italy trip and we just see her and there
- 39:59Speaker 3: was probably, we'll get into some of the stuff that
- 40:01Speaker 3: you were involved in. And people are like, why is this?
- 40:04Speaker 3: Who is this Natalie person? And it's very interesting, you know,
- 40:07Speaker 3: the production of how that could happen, how you could
- 40:10Speaker 3: be asked to be on the show, but then based
- 40:12Speaker 3: on the trajectory of the other women and their storylines,
- 40:16Speaker 3: if you're not in conflict with them or you don't
- 40:18Speaker 3: have a direct thing, then you just were not featured
- 40:22Speaker 3: that much yet you're there. And I was like, that
- 40:24Speaker 3: is just, I want to hear from you and like
- 40:27Speaker 3: your story because we really don't know anything about you.
- 40:30Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 40:31Speaker 3: So let's just start about your, your life in general.
- 40:34Speaker 3: Right now you are going through a divorce.
- 40:36Speaker 2: I'm going through a divorce. I am the mother of
- 40:38Speaker 2: three daughters. I have a 15 year old and 10
- 40:40Speaker 2: year old twins. Um, My twins came on my older
- 40:45Speaker 2: daughter's birthday. So all three ladies have the same birthday.
- 40:48Speaker 3: That's crazy.
- 40:49Speaker 2: Strong opinions. So I'm very used to sitting around a table,
- 40:53Speaker 2: you know, hearing all about it. I, you know, I'm
- 40:57Speaker 2: in a new phase of my life. You know, I
- 40:59Speaker 2: was in a 20 year plus relationship and.
- 41:03Speaker 3: And your ex-husband-to-be, he is the father of all three kids.
- 41:07Speaker 3: And he is Simon Fuller, who created American Idol.
- 41:11Speaker 2: American Idol, the Spice Girls, Brand Beckham.
- 41:14Speaker 3: So he is English?
- 41:15Speaker 2: He is English, yes.
- 41:16Speaker 6: Okay.
- 41:17Speaker 3: And how did you guys meet?
- 41:18Speaker 2: Oh, my God. We met a million years ago when
- 41:22Speaker 2: I was cocktailing at the Four Seasons. In L.A.? Yeah,
- 41:25Speaker 2: and he was pitching American Idol.
- 41:27Speaker 3: See, I'm going to tell you right now. If I
- 41:29Speaker 3: was a producer, and maybe this scene was filmed.
- 41:32Speaker 2: No.
- 41:33Speaker 3: No, I don't think I talked about it. No, but
- 41:34Speaker 3: that should have been a conversation that you have with Erica.
- 41:39Speaker 2: Actually, you know what? I think we did talk about it.
- 41:40Speaker 2: The last night in Italy, we talked about it. But
- 41:43Speaker 2: do you know what's funny?
- 41:44Speaker 3: Because Erica, just to remind people, Erica met her now ex-husband.
- 41:49Speaker 3: She was a young woman at Chasen's, which was a
- 41:52Speaker 3: very high-end restaurant, just like the Four Seasons.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Maybe it doesn't go well. Let us be a lesson.
- 41:59Speaker 3: But I think that is interesting, you know, when a
- 42:01Speaker 3: young pretty girl is working. They always say that, like,
- 42:04Speaker 3: you know, if you want to meet people, like, go
- 42:07Speaker 3: to the steakhouse.
- 42:08Speaker 2: I would never talk to anyone in there. But do
- 42:10Speaker 2: you know who I used to, my fellow cocktail waitress was,
- 42:13Speaker 2: was Sebastian Maniscalco.
- 42:16Speaker 3: He was a cocktail waitress?
- 42:18Speaker 2: He was a waiter at... Yeah, we cocktailed together at
- 42:21Speaker 2: the Four Seasons. In Beverly Hills? Yeah.
- 42:23Speaker 3: Oh, my God, how funny.
- 42:24Speaker 2: And my best friend, Alice, who is why I'm sitting
- 42:26Speaker 2: here today. Oh, how funny.
- 42:27Speaker 3: Isn't that funny? Well, I remember going to the Four
- 42:30Speaker 3: Seasons a lot.
- 42:32Speaker 2: Yeah, it was a thing.
- 42:33Speaker 3: And it's where I saw Jerry Seinfeld, and I approached
- 42:35Speaker 3: him and made ass. Right. Because I thought, seize the day.
- 42:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 42:41Speaker 3: And he needs to know.
- 42:41Speaker 2: You thought he'd be excited about it.
- 42:43Speaker 3: That this pretty funny woman... Could be his next, you know, girlfriend.
- 42:48Speaker 2: Right. And. His loss.
- 42:50Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 42:51Speaker 3: And he did end the conversation with, Heather, I thought
- 42:54Speaker 3: you said when you got your drink, you would take
- 42:56Speaker 3: it and leave. And I go, oh my God. And
- 42:59Speaker 3: then I struggled to pay as if he needed me
- 43:01Speaker 3: to pay.
- 43:02Speaker 2: Oh my God.
- 43:03Speaker 3: It was horrifying. I still, it'll still horrify me.
- 43:05Speaker 2: But.
- 43:06Speaker 3: Four Seasons was kind of a happening spot, I felt.
- 43:09Speaker 3: It was a good place as.
- 43:10Speaker 2: A young girl.
- 43:10Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a whole other book.
- 43:11Speaker 2: That is a whole other book. But it was a
- 43:14Speaker 2: long time ago.
- 43:15Speaker 3: So you guys got married when you were then quite
- 43:17Speaker 3: young because you have a good age difference as well, right?
- 43:20Speaker 2: We were together for seven years before we got married.
- 43:24Speaker 2: And I think, you know, we've been married for about
- 43:26Speaker 2: 18 years now.
- 43:27Speaker 3: But how old were you when you met him?
- 43:30Speaker 2: I was 24, 25.
- 43:32Speaker 3: That's young because he was already in his 40s, right?
- 43:35Speaker 2: Yeah. We have a 14-year age difference. And, you know,
- 43:39Speaker 2: something I talk about on the show that doesn't really
- 43:41Speaker 2: air is, you know, this summer I turned 50. And
- 43:44Speaker 2: it was like this big moment for me where I
- 43:46Speaker 2: was like, whoa, how did, where did it all, like,
- 43:48Speaker 2: what happened? Yeah. And so, you know, I think I
- 43:51Speaker 2: very much had the energy on the show of someone
- 43:54Speaker 2: who was like, yay, let's live.
- 43:56Speaker 3: Right. So the marriage didn't work out.
- 44:00Speaker 6: Right.
- 44:01Speaker 3: Is the divorce going okay?
- 44:03Speaker 2: It's going okay. You know, I think... you know, we're
- 44:07Speaker 2: getting divorced. We're not getting married. I know married couples
- 44:11Speaker 2: that things are not going okay. Right.
- 44:13Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 44:13Speaker 2: Okay.
- 44:14Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 44:14Speaker 2: I think we will be together forever because we have
- 44:18Speaker 2: kids together. And, you know, it's just a process. And
- 44:21Speaker 2: the thing I've learned about divorce is you can talk
- 44:24Speaker 2: to all of your girlfriends about it and everyone has
- 44:26Speaker 2: a completely different set of circumstances. And you can bond
- 44:30Speaker 2: together over an experience, but they are all very different.
- 44:33Speaker 3: Which is so interesting. So And I want to get into,
- 44:37Speaker 3: you know, really what the season was about, was really
- 44:41Speaker 3: about Dorit's challenge of getting divorced from PK.
- 44:45Speaker 2: Right.
- 44:46Speaker 3: And, you know, how she felt some were supporting her
- 44:49Speaker 3: or not or questioning it. I want to get into
- 44:51Speaker 3: that in a minute. But first, I want to hear,
- 44:53Speaker 3: how did you decide to film with The Real Housewives
- 44:57Speaker 3: of Beverly Hills?
- 44:58Speaker 2: Okay. Well, so this is something that I think is
- 45:01Speaker 2: interesting to fans is it kind of came up as
- 45:04Speaker 2: they were they were just starting filming. And I agreed
- 45:07Speaker 2: to do it, but I had already planned a month-long
- 45:09Speaker 2: trip to Europe with my kids. Like, I was going.
- 45:12Speaker 2: So I had filmed a lunch with Rachel that never
- 45:15Speaker 2: got used. And then I just left for a month
- 45:18Speaker 2: and came back. And I sort of come in halfway
- 45:20Speaker 2: through the season because I was gone.
- 45:23Speaker 3: Well, what was your relationship with watching the show? And,
- 45:27Speaker 3: you know, did you ever think you would do it
- 45:30Speaker 3: or want to do it?
- 45:31Speaker 2: I haven't really watched the show.
- 45:33Speaker 3: Okay. So then how did they find you? What was
- 45:36Speaker 3: the connection of how they approached you to be on it?
- 45:38Speaker 2: It sort of came about organically and we had conversations
- 45:41Speaker 2: and I thought it was a really interesting, fun experience
- 45:45Speaker 2: to have. I'm very much in this point where I'm
- 45:47Speaker 2: saying yes to things I never thought I would do.
- 45:50Speaker 2: I lived a very private life. The first time I filmed,
- 45:53Speaker 2: I felt like I was running down Sunset Boulevard naked.
- 45:55Speaker 2: I was like, what am I doing right now? But
- 45:58Speaker 2: I also think it was a wildly cool experience to do.
- 46:01Speaker 3: So when you were waitressing at the Four Seasons with Sebastian,
- 46:05Speaker 3: aspiring comedian and actor, were you an aspiring actor? What
- 46:11Speaker 3: was like your life goal before falling in love and
- 46:14Speaker 3: having kids?
- 46:16Speaker 2: I grew up on Vancouver Island and I was a
- 46:19Speaker 2: dual citizen. On what island? Vancouver Island.
- 46:22Speaker 3: Oh, Vancouver, sorry.
- 46:23Speaker 2: I'm half Canadian. And I just moved down and was
- 46:27Speaker 2: kind of figuring things out. Of course, like any young 20-year-old, sure,
- 46:32Speaker 2: I did some commercials. I did, you know, whatever.
- 46:35Speaker 3: Well, not every 20-year-old has done commercials. See, that already
- 46:39Speaker 3: shows that you did have a level of success. A
- 46:41Speaker 3: lot of people can't get agents. A lot of people
- 46:43Speaker 3: can't book anything. So you were exploring that side. I
- 46:46Speaker 3: was exploring.
- 46:47Speaker 2: And, you know, I've always been a creative person. And
- 46:49Speaker 2: I've changed interests and creative goals constantly. several times in
- 46:54Speaker 2: my life. I like exploring different things. And so that
- 46:58Speaker 2: was all going on. It wasn't something that I ended
- 47:03Speaker 2: up pursuing. And at this point, that feels right. But yeah,
- 47:08Speaker 2: I had some experience in that area. And with the show,
- 47:13Speaker 2: I thought it was It was kind of a fun
- 47:16Speaker 2: moment to step back into something like that and reintroduce
- 47:20Speaker 2: myself to people because I think I've always been known
- 47:23Speaker 2: as Simon's wife. And Simon's very private. And it just
- 47:27Speaker 2: felt like a nice opportunity. I don't think I really
- 47:31Speaker 2: thought about it that much. And I really I mean,
- 47:33Speaker 2: of course, I knew what the show was and I
- 47:35Speaker 2: maybe had watched it early. And so I knew who
- 47:38Speaker 2: Kyle was and I knew I remember her sister being
- 47:41Speaker 2: on it. but I really didn't know what went on.
- 47:44Speaker 2: So the first dinner I went to when everything at
- 47:47Speaker 2: Rachel's house and that it was just this wild dinner.
- 47:50Speaker 2: And I was just like, oh my God, what is
- 47:52Speaker 2: happening right now?
- 47:53Speaker 3: So going back a second. So how did they approach you?
- 47:58Speaker 3: You got a call. Did you have to do a
- 48:00Speaker 3: Zoom interview? Did you do an interview in person?
- 48:02Speaker 2: I did. I did a Zoom conversation and I was
- 48:06Speaker 2: at the my daughters are equestrian. So I was at
- 48:10Speaker 2: the barn, like literally with like a horse behind me
- 48:12Speaker 2: and no makeup. It was a hundred degrees. And I
- 48:15Speaker 2: was just talking to Alex Baskin. And then I was like,
- 48:18Speaker 2: I don't know if I'm right for the show. I
- 48:19Speaker 2: don't know if you guys are right for me. Like,
- 48:21Speaker 2: let's talk about it. And then it ended up happening.
- 48:25Speaker 2: So I was like, okay. And as I said, then
- 48:27Speaker 2: I just went to Europe for almost a month and
- 48:29Speaker 2: forgot all about it and came back and showed up
- 48:32Speaker 2: at that dinner the And they.
- 48:34Speaker 3: Said, come, come, and we're going to mic you and
- 48:36Speaker 3: just be yourself.
- 48:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I had filmed one thing before I left. Like
- 48:40Speaker 2: I'd filmed a lunch with Rachel.
- 48:42Speaker 3: And so I can't remember what went down at the
- 48:45Speaker 3: first Rachel dinner.
- 48:47Speaker 2: That was when Amanda walked out and there was.
- 48:49Speaker 3: Oh, about the death of her infant.
- 48:52Speaker 2: I mean, I, towards the end of the night, was
- 48:54Speaker 2: just eating cheese in the kitchen. I was like eating
- 48:56Speaker 2: my feelings. I'm like, what is going on here? Oh, wow.
- 48:59Speaker 2: And it's funny. I watch it back and my face
- 49:01Speaker 2: looks so confused. I'm just like.
- 49:05Speaker 3: And also, I remember there was a moment with you
- 49:07Speaker 3: where you referenced getting a happy ending at a massage. Oh, yeah.
- 49:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:12Speaker 3: Is that true?
- 49:13Speaker 2: No. Oh. I said I had a massage that got
- 49:17Speaker 2: intimate with a very hot masseuse. And Erica responded by saying, oh,
- 49:21Speaker 2: I've had a happy ending. And then it kind of spread.
- 49:24Speaker 2: I mean, I definitely told a sexy story.
- 49:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 49:26Speaker 2: I did not use the words happy ending in relation
- 49:29Speaker 2: to myself, you know.
- 49:31Speaker 3: Okay, got it. But whatever.
- 49:32Speaker 2: Who cares if I did?
- 49:34Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
- 49:35Speaker 2: He was hot. And a great time was had by all.
- 49:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 49:39Speaker 2: I was actually surprised that it was like such a shocker. Like,
- 49:43Speaker 2: you know.
- 49:43Speaker 3: Well, I've always, I remember I had an executive producer
- 49:46Speaker 3: who claimed that she had a happy ending. And I
- 49:49Speaker 3: remember there was a whole like Sex and the City
- 49:53Speaker 3: episode where Kim Cattrall's character is like telling everybody.
- 49:56Speaker 2: Right, like Ward gets out and then she gets out.
- 49:57Speaker 3: And everybody's going for their happy ending. And so I
- 50:00Speaker 3: think it is like a kind of funny thing. I
- 50:02Speaker 3: wonder if it. How often that really happens.
- 50:04Speaker 2: That's why I mean, first of all, it had just happened.
- 50:07Speaker 2: I just landed and come home. If I went to
- 50:09Speaker 2: that dinner six months later, I'm sure it would not
- 50:11Speaker 2: have come up. But I'm still like, whoa. So it
- 50:13Speaker 2: happened in Europe. Yes, it happened in Europe.
- 50:15Speaker 3: And that even makes more sense.
- 50:16Speaker 2: I'm not going to say where. But OK. But I
- 50:19Speaker 2: think I started it by saying I thought this was
- 50:22Speaker 2: an urban legend. But it turns out like I had
- 50:24Speaker 2: a massage that got intimate. And, you know, so I
- 50:28Speaker 2: very purposely left it at that. So I definitely did
- 50:30Speaker 2: not say happy ending. But I'm also not judging anyone
- 50:33Speaker 2: who said happy ending. Like, yay, whatever.
- 50:35Speaker 3: Yeah. Oh, my God.
- 50:36Speaker 5: Amazing.
- 50:37Speaker 3: OK, so.
- 50:38Speaker 2: But I was surprised because I think like people were
- 50:41Speaker 2: shocked by that. And I'm like, I am not a virgin. Like, yeah,
- 50:46Speaker 2: I'm a single woman who's dating. Like, who cares?
- 50:49Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 50:50Speaker 2: Good for me.
- 50:51Speaker 3: So in doing the show, then I felt like I said,
- 50:55Speaker 3: it really I would sum up the season as Dorit
- 51:00Speaker 3: versus Kyle. Are they ever going to get back on track?
- 51:03Speaker 3: You know, they were both married for a long time.
- 51:05Speaker 3: They were a fun foursome. We liked their dynamic on camera.
- 51:09Speaker 3: And now they're both getting divorced. But Kyle has this
- 51:12Speaker 3: unconventional breakup where I'm sure I've seen you've seen it.
- 51:17Speaker 3: I've seen it, you know. When couples have been married
- 51:19Speaker 3: a long time, they just are like, who cares? And
- 51:22Speaker 3: they don't want to split up the assets. It doesn't
- 51:24Speaker 3: work for a lot of people. I don't think it
- 51:25Speaker 3: works forever.
- 51:26Speaker 2: Well, as I said, everyone's got a different pile of
- 51:31Speaker 2: crap to deal with. And it's hard to, you know.
- 51:34Speaker 2: It's hard to compare.
- 51:36Speaker 3: And in the concern talk for Dorit that Kyle and
- 51:41Speaker 3: other people say that pisses her off is that she
- 51:44Speaker 3: shouldn't be talking negatively about PK and she shouldn't be
- 51:48Speaker 3: spending the way she's spending. But recently somebody wrote something,
- 51:54Speaker 3: and I don't know where I read it, but I
- 51:56Speaker 3: thought it was interesting. And they're like, well, sometimes a
- 51:59Speaker 3: divorce attorney will tell the one that's not making as
- 52:02Speaker 3: much money Make sure that you keep it up, that
- 52:05Speaker 3: you don't get another job. You know, if you're a
- 52:08Speaker 3: stay at home mom, don't now go get, don't now
- 52:10Speaker 3: start nursing again when you haven't been a nurse for
- 52:12Speaker 3: 15 years. Establish that this is how much you need
- 52:16Speaker 3: to live on every month. And, you know, no matter
- 52:19Speaker 3: what your economic thing is. So maybe that was where
- 52:24Speaker 3: she was like, yeah, I'm not going to stop my
- 52:25Speaker 3: spending and I'm not going to be thinking about what's
- 52:28Speaker 3: good for PK. And it did seem if I was
- 52:31Speaker 3: in Dorit's position that you kind of are in cahoots
- 52:35Speaker 3: with my ex and why are you talking to him?
- 52:37Speaker 3: And why are you influencing the other women that like, oh,
- 52:41Speaker 3: I shouldn't be spending them out. Like it's none of
- 52:43Speaker 3: your business.
- 52:44Speaker 2: Right.
- 52:45Speaker 3: And so I kind of, in this case was, I
- 52:48Speaker 3: did believe there was a concern because if you didn't
- 52:50Speaker 3: really think about all the elements, you're like, maybe she
- 52:52Speaker 3: shouldn't be spending, like the gravy train might stop. Right.
- 52:54Speaker 3: She might want to save some money. I get that
- 52:57Speaker 3: element too.
- 52:58Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 52:58Speaker 3: But then having it all be public. then also isn't
- 53:03Speaker 3: easy to navigate a divorce.
- 53:05Speaker 2: You know, as I said, these are new friendships. So
- 53:08Speaker 2: it's hard for me to have like an in-depth perspective
- 53:12Speaker 2: on all of that and the history of their friendships
- 53:14Speaker 2: and whatever. I can say watching them fight, you know,
- 53:18Speaker 2: it felt really painful even from somebody who's very new
- 53:22Speaker 2: to the dynamic. It was hard. It felt hard to witness.
- 53:29Speaker 2: You know, I feel for all of them.
- 53:31Speaker 3: And then when you guys go to Italy, so were
- 53:33Speaker 3: you excited to go on the Italy trip?
- 53:35Speaker 2: I was. I would be. I had just gotten back
- 53:37Speaker 2: and had a great time. So I was like, hey,
- 53:39Speaker 2: let's go.
- 53:40Speaker 3: And was the mansion, castle, whatever it was, as amazing?
- 53:43Speaker 2: It was amazing. The Stefano who ran the house was
- 53:47Speaker 2: hilarious and so fun. Like the happiest Italian you've ever
- 53:51Speaker 2: met in your whole life. Like it was a really...
- 53:54Speaker 2: It was a really great trip. It was a lot. Like,
- 53:57Speaker 2: it was a lot of ladies and, you know, a
- 54:01Speaker 2: lot of late nights and a lot of outfits. And,
- 54:03Speaker 2: you know, there was a lot going on.
- 54:05Speaker 3: You're wearing jeans and a tank. You have, like, a
- 54:07Speaker 3: very natural beauty look about you. You're very pretty, but
- 54:11Speaker 3: you're very, like, low-key, natural, low-maintenance. And so did you think,
- 54:17Speaker 3: I need to get professional hair and makeup for these scenes?
- 54:20Speaker 3: Fuck no.
- 54:20Speaker 2: No. I mean— I think if I was on the
- 54:27Speaker 2: show and more of a, you know, no, I think,
- 54:29Speaker 2: you know, I'm... So you.
- 54:31Speaker 3: Did all your hair, your own hair and makeup and everything. Yeah.
- 54:35Speaker 3: And what about in planning your outfits for this Italy trip?
- 54:37Speaker 3: Did you bring a lot more than you normally would
- 54:39Speaker 3: because you are filming?
- 54:41Speaker 2: I didn't bring too much. I wore most of what
- 54:43Speaker 2: I had with me. And I went to Paris after.
- 54:47Speaker 2: Everyone else flew home. And I actually spent three days
- 54:49Speaker 2: in Paris because I... Just with my custody schedule, I
- 54:52Speaker 2: didn't have the kids back. So I, you know, I
- 54:54Speaker 2: didn't have a ton of luggage. I liked all my outfits.
- 54:58Speaker 2: I thought they were cool. And especially being new on
- 55:01Speaker 2: the show, I think it would have felt out of
- 55:03Speaker 2: character or out of place or over the top for
- 55:05Speaker 2: me personally. Yeah. In my position to show up with
- 55:08Speaker 2: a glam squad.
- 55:09Speaker 3: Right.
- 55:09Speaker 2: I sure wish I had one when I was there.
- 55:13Speaker 3: Did they, did anybody fly out their own glam squad
- 55:16Speaker 3: or were they people from Italy?
- 55:17Speaker 2: I can't, I can't really comment exactly. I don't know. Yeah.
- 55:21Speaker 2: You know, but no, there was, you know, there was
- 55:23Speaker 2: definitely people that had some, there was some who didn't,
- 55:26Speaker 2: I think. I don't know. But I thought everyone looked amazing.
- 55:29Speaker 2: And for me, I'm, I'm comfortable. I am. kind of
- 55:34Speaker 2: low key that way. So, you know, who doesn't love glam,
- 55:37Speaker 2: but it would have, it would have seemed a lot
- 55:39Speaker 2: for me to bring someone.
- 55:41Speaker 3: So the one conflict thing that you got kind of
- 55:44Speaker 3: sucked into, which was so dumb.
- 55:47Speaker 2: It was a storm in an Italian teacup. It was like, so,
- 55:51Speaker 2: so can I tell you what the real crime was?
- 55:53Speaker 3: Okay. Wait, let me first set it up for the
- 55:55Speaker 3: people that may not remember. So you guys are shopping
- 55:57Speaker 3: in Italy, like in the street and there's those weird,
- 56:00Speaker 3: like opera, mask things with the long noses and stuff.
- 56:05Speaker 3: And it's Bose and you, right? Bose says, you said, oh,
- 56:12Speaker 3: which one would be Pinocchio? We should all get a mask.
- 56:14Speaker 3: And you go, which one should be Pinocchio? Just funny
- 56:16Speaker 3: because they have these long noses. And then she says, Natalie.
- 56:20Speaker 2: No, she says Amanda.
- 56:21Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 56:21Speaker 2: Sorry.
- 56:21Speaker 3: Not Natalie. She says Amanda.
- 56:23Speaker 2: I wish she said Natalie.
- 56:23Speaker 3: No, she says Amanda. That would have been much better.
- 56:25Speaker 3: And everyone just goes, ha ha. Okay. So now tell
- 56:30Speaker 3: me what really happened. Because that became a big issue
- 56:33Speaker 3: between Bose and Amanda.
- 56:35Speaker 2: So the night before the villa, one of the cool
- 56:38Speaker 2: things it had was this big theater. So they had
- 56:40Speaker 2: an opera the night before. It was this incredible theater.
- 56:43Speaker 3: That Dorit was very late for. Was the lateness a
- 56:47Speaker 3: real issue?
- 56:47Speaker 2: Heather, you're talking to a Virgo. I'm five minutes early
- 56:50Speaker 2: for everything.
- 56:51Speaker 3: So in my opinion, everybody's late. I'm early for everything.
- 56:54Speaker 2: So I can't.
- 56:55Speaker 3: I always say people are either five minutes early slash
- 56:58Speaker 3: on time. Or they're always 15 minutes late.
- 57:01Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 57:01Speaker 3: Or they're like an hour and 15 minutes late and
- 57:04Speaker 3: they don't care. Yeah. And there's no one in between. Right.
- 57:07Speaker 3: Those three different types of, those are the three people
- 57:09Speaker 3: in the world.
- 57:10Speaker 2: No, no.
- 57:11Speaker 3: And I'm the early on time.
- 57:12Speaker 2: It's impossible for me to actually be late. I've tried
- 57:14Speaker 2: before and I start like getting anxious about it.
- 57:16Speaker 3: Even with a party, my husband would be like, no.
- 57:19Speaker 3: I'm like, well, it starts at seven. He's like, we
- 57:21Speaker 3: cannot be there right at seven. And then I just
- 57:23Speaker 3: saw like an etiquette thing that said, if you're going
- 57:25Speaker 3: to someone's house.
- 57:26Speaker 2: Give it 10 minutes.
- 57:27Speaker 3: Don't ever be there. be 15 minutes after the time
- 57:31Speaker 3: they say.
- 57:31Speaker 2: I know, I know. But I still show up on time.
- 57:33Speaker 3: I know, me too.
- 57:34Speaker 2: I start like helping to set up. I'm like, do
- 57:36Speaker 2: you have ice? Like, what can I do? Okay, so continue.
- 57:39Speaker 2: So that next morning, we all go shopping. And we
- 57:44Speaker 2: start by going to the Ponte Vecchio. And really, for me, like,
- 57:47Speaker 2: it was the first time I'd filmed publicly, like I'd
- 57:50Speaker 2: filmed in people's homes, and there was fans out on
- 57:52Speaker 2: the street. So I was like a little like, okay,
- 57:55Speaker 2: you know, I guess I'm on the show now. Like,
- 57:59Speaker 2: they're going to know I'm here. You know, it was like,
- 58:01Speaker 2: so I kind of was having a bit of that moment.
- 58:03Speaker 2: And we all stand and take a picture. And you're right,
- 58:05Speaker 2: there's the kiosk selling those masks. And I say, we
- 58:09Speaker 2: should all buy some masks and take them back and
- 58:12Speaker 2: do like, I was like, wouldn't it be fun if
- 58:13Speaker 2: we did like a theater performance?
- 58:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 58:16Speaker 2: Like, that's what I wasn't thinking about anyone else. Or
- 58:19Speaker 2: I was not setting up a joke. You know, I
- 58:21Speaker 2: was like, and Bo said something under her breath. She said,
- 58:25Speaker 2: Amanda's name. And I heard it and kind of clocked
- 58:28Speaker 2: it and walked away. I didn't think it was a
- 58:29Speaker 2: big deal. I, I've probably said, you know, like I
- 58:33Speaker 2: say dumb stuff all the time. It wasn't, it wasn't
- 58:37Speaker 2: abject or overt or whatever. And so shortly after we're
- 58:42Speaker 2: walking down the street to go into Padilla Veneta and, um,
- 58:46Speaker 2: Kyle and Amanda asked me about it. And I say, yes, yeah,
- 58:50Speaker 2: I heard it. Like, and, and Again, not thinking that
- 58:53Speaker 2: it's like, I'm like.
- 58:53Speaker 3: A big deal. A big deal.
- 58:55Speaker 2: And I think they felt differently about it. And I
- 58:57Speaker 2: was like, okay, I heard it. But the real problem is,
- 59:00Speaker 2: is I couldn't go into Bottega then and buy my
- 59:03Speaker 2: tax-free handbag. Like, I had big... I was like, oh, wait,
- 59:07Speaker 2: what just happened? Like, and I couldn't, like, I really
- 59:10Speaker 2: wanted a bag. I'm very upset about it still.
- 59:14Speaker 3: Like, this is bullshit. Right.
- 59:16Speaker 2: Yeah. Ask Bose. Don't ask me. Like, sure. And, and so,
- 59:20Speaker 2: you know, it kind of snowballed from there. And I
- 59:22Speaker 2: think the part that watching it back was interesting because
- 59:25Speaker 2: there was no point in that day that I didn't
- 59:28Speaker 2: say I heard the name Amanda. But clearly in the evening,
- 59:31Speaker 2: it kind of, it was a longer conversation, obviously, but
- 59:35Speaker 2: it kind of got to a place where I was
- 59:37Speaker 2: being asked what it meant, what the joke was, what
- 59:41Speaker 2: the joke meant. And I didn't really feel like it
- 59:43Speaker 2: was my place or responsibility to give context to words
- 59:47Speaker 2: that were not mine. And I think that's, I could
- 59:50Speaker 2: have been clearer about that or I should have been
- 59:54Speaker 2: more direct and shut it down immediately. But I mean,
- 59:57Speaker 2: for me, I can take a joke. I'm often making
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: jokes at my own expense. I'm not sensitive, but I
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: don't like being called, like my integrity being questioned.
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: Yeah, like at one point, didn't they say you're lying?
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: Or you're a liar?
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: And the irony was, it's like, I would, you know.
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: Lie about what? Like, what do I have? Like, yeah.
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: I think at one point on the show, like the
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: way that it made it to air, I'm saying something
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: in the evening, like I did not say it. I
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: did not say it. But the full sentence was, I
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: didn't say her name, so why do you want me
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: to explain what it meant?
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: Not that we weren't sitting there that night and I'm
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: saying I didn't hear Amanda. Like, that never happened. Like, clearly,
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: I said the whole time. I mean, it is kind
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: of like— As it got bigger and bigger, I was like,
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: why is this my responsibility?
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: Like, I can't— While watching it, I was like, this
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: is just— I want to jump into the scene and
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: be like— It was a throwaway dumb line. The masks
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: have long noses. All of them had long noses. No
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: one was the Pinocchio. It doesn't matter. Like, whatever, you know?
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: Yeah, and why am I being asked? Right. Like, go
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: ask Bose if she said it. And Bose said she
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: didn't recall saying it. Then, you know, like, all.
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: Not my monkey, not my circus.
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: Right, well, they had... the two of them kind of
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: had their thing going all season two about, you know,
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: what her business is and, and, you know, what are
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: these manifestation classes? And it's like, you know, and also
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: being like, Oh, I don't think she should say that
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: she makes so much more than her husband and her
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: husband doesn't make that much money. I'm like, Oh, Well,
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: maybe you didn't give your husband your course. Why didn't
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: you let your husband take your course for free? Give
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: him a discount. Don't make him pay the full $ 7, 500.
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: Just have him give you $ 7, 500. I don't know. But
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: I just was like, stop talking about that your husband
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: doesn't make that much money because you should be saying
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: he should be making just as much because if he
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: manifests it, he'll be making just as much just like you. Yeah,
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: I think that was just all so.
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: Crazy.
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: Yeah, it was. And I, you know, as I said,
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: the real issue for me is that I was so
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: distracted and I didn't get my fucking Italian handbag at
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: the end of it. Yeah.
- 1:02:09Speaker 3: And that would be a bummer because that is the
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: point of, because I was asking about that. I haven't
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: done that much travel, but I'm like, is it, you know,
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: really financially worth it to buy in Italy over LA. Yeah,
- 1:02:21Speaker 3: for sure.
- 1:02:22Speaker 6: Oh, it is.
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: Like you'll save like what, like a third?
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: And then I saw Kyle in the confessional holding up
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: her Bottega bag. I was like, no! Man!
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: Oh no!
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: Give it to me. Like you owe me a bag.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: You guys, Amanda, manifest me a handbag, please.
- 1:02:36Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: And so that's kind of the point like of going.
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: And so it wasn't that like crazy. But then again,
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: getting on, you know, Dorit. And then what was it
- 1:02:46Speaker 3: in that Dorit left you guys where you didn't have- Oh,
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: I think that was- The car service or the cars
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: in Italy, didn't she?
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: Yes, but that was Erica and Kyle and Dorit. They
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: went off and did their own thing.
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: And got the gelato.
- 1:03:00Speaker 6: Yes.
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: Where were we? We had done this. We'd gone wine tasting.
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: Or no, we were squishing the grapes while that all
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: went on.
- 1:03:07Speaker 3: Yeah. And was that pretty fun?
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: It was fun.
- 1:03:09Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: Actually, you know what? I had a nice time with
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: Amanda that day. She and I were in a barrel together.
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: I think I- grabbed a handful of Louis Vuitton because
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: I was about to fall out. Like we had fun.
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: It was cute.
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: She, I mean, I think she seems very authentic and
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: nice and this is her business and she makes money
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: at it. And if anything, I'm sure she's doubled her
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: amount of people since she started.
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: Without a doubt. Yeah.
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: So it all worked out for her.
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: I actually enjoyed like riding a bike and stomping grapes.
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: Like that to me was a moment that I felt like,
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: we actually hung out, you know, and, and, and, and
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: in those moments I enjoyed her, you know?
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: And so you got to get to know her. Did
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: you know anyone prior to filming?
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: I've known Rachel, you know, socially, we, we have kids
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: the same age, um, you know, part of my husband's
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: or at some point ex-husband's, but so we, we had
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: some fashion brands, um, Victoria Beckham, Roland Marais. And so,
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: you know, I've been around the fashion world and- Oh, interesting.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: For quite some time. And, you know, I've known her
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: from a few different things. So no one else I
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: really knew. And I, as I said, I didn't, I
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: made a decision. I'm familiar with the show and I'd
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: seen it early on, but I made a decision to
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: not watch the seasons leading up to it because I
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: really wanted to meet everyone and not.
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: Have this idea.
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: I think that's really smart. And, you know, I mean,
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: do you?
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: I don't know. In hindsight, was it stupid?
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: I don't know. Maybe not.
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: I think being authentic is what we want. But at
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: this point, yeah, maybe a little more backstory of like, oh,
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: I could connect. Okay, you know what? This is what
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: I would have told you had we talked. I would
- 1:04:54Speaker 3: have said... Yes, you actually should watch it. Right. And
- 1:04:57Speaker 3: you should try to find a way of what you
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: do have in common with some of these women so
- 1:05:03Speaker 3: that you could have some scenes and stuff. Right. So
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: that you don't end up not being featured at all
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: because you spent this time being on it.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: Well, I think the problem is I came in halfway, too,
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: as well. And when I arrived, like, it was already—
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: there was just specific things going on and it would
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: have been weird for me to show up to dinner,
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: put my handbag down and been like bitching everyone out.
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: Like that would have been very odd behavior.
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: Right. When you're really playing a reality show and you're
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: like new to a girl's dinner, you're not going to
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: be the one that's going to take over. You're not
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: going to be the one that jumps in and is like, now,
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: wait a minute.
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: Yeah, like exactly.
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: And so we also do see that Rachel Zoe is
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: going through her 27 year pregnancy. divorce.
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:05:49Speaker 3: And she's very unhappy that her ex-husband-to-be has a girlfriend
- 1:05:54Speaker 3: and has introduced the girlfriends to the sons.
- 1:05:57Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: And now that girlfriend has now spoken.
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: I saw that, yeah.
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: And, you know, it's again, it's why I think these
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: shows are interesting and why I appreciate the women sharing
- 1:06:08Speaker 3: their lives, is Everybody that's a woman, you know, of
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: a certain age that's been married, divorced, or had a
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: friend that's been, we've all been through that. Right. Where
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: we've known someone, and you're like, should I be friends with,
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: you know, like, or you're now the couple that's all
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: of a sudden, oh my God, he's bringing another girlfriend.
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: I hit it off with the one before. Like, I
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: feel weird. And all that kind of stuff is sort
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: of interesting.
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: And do people take sides?
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: Yeah. And, but then also, you know, when people say,
- 1:06:39Speaker 3: I don't think she should be bashing her ex on camera.
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: Do you want them to be real or not?
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: Do you want us to be authentic or not? I
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: think people going through a divorce should do whatever the
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: fuck feels right to them. And just let them do it.
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: It's a process. And everyone does it in their own way.
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: And if you're a woman going through a divorce with
- 1:06:58Speaker 3: friends that you've had for a while... You better fucking believe,
- 1:07:01Speaker 3: cameras or not, if we're being real, you're going to
- 1:07:04Speaker 3: talk about it.
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 1:07:07Speaker 3: He's not your husband that you're protecting anymore. You are
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: ending the marriage. If you feel like you want to
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: share it, you're going to.
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: No, and the truth is there's a lot of hurt
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: feelings in a divorce. I view my marriage as very successful.
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: It went on for a long time, but things end.
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: And The process of packing that all up emotionally is huge.
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: You know, you're putting an end and people have a
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: lot of feelings about it. People have a lot of opinions,
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: you know, and I think it does take a while
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: before it all calms down for everyone.
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: So you're filming it from the second half on. And like,
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: when did you realize like, Actually, you're just going to
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: be this cute girl in the corner that we don't
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: hear from that much. And I mean, I didn't I.
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: Didn't think that I was going to be, you know,
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: front and center. Anyway, I come on as a friend of,
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: you know, I come on as a friend of.
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: How you did do like the opening credits with like
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: the pretty dress and the hair and makeup.
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm somewhere in between. Yeah. But it's out of
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: my control.
- 1:08:09Speaker 4: I don't right.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: I don't know. You know, I. I have no idea.
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: Yeah. And so once you started filming, were people reaching out?
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: Yes. Yeah, it was really interesting.
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: Like fans and people that watch the show kind of
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: being curious?
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: Yeah, and like people I've known for 30 years that
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: are like scattered throughout the world. Like they were like,
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: oh my God, I saw you on television. What are
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: you doing? And that was actually one of the really
- 1:08:37Speaker 2: cute things about it. I kind of heard from several
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: people that I haven't, And.
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: How did your kids feel? Were they ever going to
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: be on camera?
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: Not as a friend of no. And I mean, I
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: think in a world, if I was to continue on
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: the show, which who knows if if if the fans
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: want me on, if the network wants me on, if
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: I want to do it, I think I would include
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: them down the line. But certainly, you know. as I said,
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: I'm in the middle of a divorce. I wouldn't even
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: put my ex in the position to be like, can
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: I You know, in my family, in my situation, I
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: wouldn't have asked that right out of the gate without
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: having the experience myself and knowing what it was. And,
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: you know.
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: But did you let him know, by the way? Yes,
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: I did. And what was his thoughts?
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: I'm not going to.
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: Not thrilled.
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: You know, I don't think anybody would be thrilled about it.
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: You know, he came around, but I think I think
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: it was a shock to a lot of people. As
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: I said, you know, I've lived a very private life and,
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: you know, I think I think it was a surprise.
- 1:09:38Speaker 3: You know, I think it is.
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: I thought it was really funny. Yeah.
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: I mean, I think it's really interesting when there are people,
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: women especially, in this point in their life where they're like,
- 1:09:48Speaker 3: You know what? It fell into my lap, and I
- 1:09:50Speaker 3: just felt like, why not?
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I just said, fuck yeah. Like, I do do
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: a lot of things right now. And also, maybe not
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: in the U.S., but in the U.K., Simon's much more known.
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: And I feel like a long time ago, when we
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: were married or dating, people knew my name, but they
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: knew absolutely nothing about me. And I thought, okay, well,
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: let me do this. You know, what's the worst that
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: can happen? Nothing. And it actually ended up being a
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: super cool experience. I think each woman on this show
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: is— Really brave, really fascinating. And I really liked meeting everyone.
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: And I thought it was cool.
- 1:10:23Speaker 3: And what about the process of, you know, arriving, called
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: Mike Pack on your bra, the cameras? Are you one
- 1:10:31Speaker 3: of those people that did eventually, like they say, kind
- 1:10:33Speaker 3: of forget that the cameras are there and really like
- 1:10:35Speaker 3: live in the moment?
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: I mean, the first time I filmed, I was very
- 1:10:38Speaker 2: much like, it felt very out of body to me.
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: They didn't actually even use it. I'm sure I was
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: just like, oh. But you film for a while and
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: you forget about it. And they film a lot more
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: than they use of everyone. You know, there's the entire
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: last day of Italy got cut. There was a whole
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: day and evening and dinner that never appeared.
- 1:11:03Speaker 3: Oh, and did anything juicy happen there?
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: I think something juicy always happens, but I feel bad
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: for the editors. Like, who goes through.
- 1:11:09Speaker 3: All this shit?
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: I always think about that, too, because, I mean, so
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: much has.
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: To be— So much and so many different angles.
- 1:11:17Speaker 3: Right. Editing is incredible.
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: And then it's funny to see what they use. Like,
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: you know, I— At home, I have a champagne saber.
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: And so when I open a bottle of champagne at home,
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: which I do often, I have a sword.
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: Wait, really?
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 1:11:33Speaker 3: Wait, do you go out to your backyard then and
- 1:11:34Speaker 3: do it?
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: I do it from the patio. I teach people to
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: do it. It's a whole thing at my house. How
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: does it work? It's the easiest thing. I will show
- 1:11:42Speaker 2: you sometime.
- 1:11:43Speaker 3: So it just picks up the cork at the bottom
- 1:11:45Speaker 3: and then goes?
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: Yeah, you get this big sword. Actually, the sommelier from
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: the French Laundry sent me mine.
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: So at the villa, they take us. a few of
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: us wine tasting and he comes out with the same
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: sword I have at home. And he's like, I'm going
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: to open it. I was like, girl, let me do it. So,
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: you know, and like, there's just weird things that happen.
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: I think they used it in the trailer. So I'm
- 1:12:04Speaker 2: like in the trailer for a second with a sword.
- 1:12:06Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: What the fuck am I doing? It makes me laugh,
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: but I could see how fans are like, what is
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: this chick doing? Why does she have a sword?
- 1:12:16Speaker 3: So with all of that, like, you know, doing it
- 1:12:24Speaker 3: and taking oh what I was going to say is
- 1:12:26Speaker 3: I had another friend that did Golden Bachelorette okay or
- 1:12:29Speaker 3: Golden Bachelor okay and you know it was the same
- 1:12:33Speaker 3: thing she was never like she was kind of in
- 1:12:36Speaker 3: the fashion world before she had her three kids and
- 1:12:39Speaker 3: she was very beautiful but never never wanted to be
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: it was always the one that was like pushing me
- 1:12:44Speaker 3: to be the comedian friend And it was kind of
- 1:12:47Speaker 3: the same thing in that she didn't seek it out.
- 1:12:50Speaker 3: The other girls had been trying out for a year
- 1:12:53Speaker 3: and doing all these interviews. And then somehow they found her.
- 1:12:57Speaker 3: And she was like, well, I just feel like the
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: stars are aligned. Why not? Right. And in the end,
- 1:13:05Speaker 3: she didn't. It didn't work out. She didn't go that
- 1:13:08Speaker 3: far in it. But she did make these great friends.
- 1:13:12Speaker 3: And so she's like having dinner with them all the time. Yeah.
- 1:13:14Speaker 3: I think having a great time. So it's like all
- 1:13:16Speaker 3: these experiences, maybe the conclusion wasn't what you thought or not,
- 1:13:21Speaker 3: or it leads to something else. Yeah.
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: For sure. As I said, I mean, I'm in a
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: place in my life where, you know, I'm kind of
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: redefining my life and what You know, I share custody
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: of my children now, you know, and I'm like going
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: back to work, going, you know, and I'm like, let's
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: just put ourselves out there and see what comes in.
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: And I did feel, you know, as much as I
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: think they show people having conflict on the show, I
- 1:13:49Speaker 2: think that underneath that there is a camaraderie and a core,
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: you know, mutual understanding and respect at least of like
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: a shared experience.
- 1:13:59Speaker 3: It's heightened because like in real life, there's only been
- 1:14:01Speaker 3: like a couple times where I've been with women and
- 1:14:04Speaker 3: it's been like, I'm getting, I'm leaving, I'm leaving. Like
- 1:14:08Speaker 3: you're pissing me off. And we always then say, Oh
- 1:14:11Speaker 3: my God, I had my housewife moment last night last night.
- 1:14:14Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:14:14Speaker 3: And you kind of wonder what came first, the chicken
- 1:14:16Speaker 3: or the egg?
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: Like, I don't know.
- 1:14:17Speaker 3: But I think it is real.
- 1:14:19Speaker 2: Like, I mean, at that first dinner, I, I, as
- 1:14:21Speaker 2: I said, I was just like, what the fuck is
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: happening right now? I don't know that I've seen that
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: at a dinner table, you know? And, but it, it's real.
- 1:14:30Speaker 3: It, No, it's definitely real. But I think like, you know,
- 1:14:35Speaker 3: what is interesting is that You know, if you were
- 1:14:39Speaker 3: having a conflict with somebody, you know, over and over
- 1:14:42Speaker 3: again about the same thing, chances are you probably would
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: be like, I'm going to set out this dinner. But
- 1:14:49Speaker 3: that's what we love about it is because there's friendships,
- 1:14:52Speaker 3: but then also there's a reason to keep coming back
- 1:14:55Speaker 3: because they're doing this thing together, which is very entertaining
- 1:15:00Speaker 3: to watch. And so I saw you at the final episode,
- 1:15:05Speaker 3: I think, which is tonight. And I've not seen it,
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: but they did tell me, you know, here's your release. So, like,
- 1:15:13Speaker 3: you know, I went to this pop-up, which was for
- 1:15:15Speaker 3: Kathy Hilton's daughter, Nikki's. Really great. I love her jewelry line.
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: Yeah, gorgeous.
- 1:15:20Speaker 3: It's so unique and cute. And there was a couple
- 1:15:25Speaker 3: other things there. And I went... not knowing they were filming.
- 1:15:29Speaker 3: I just thought it was another like pop-up type of
- 1:15:31Speaker 3: a thing in her house. And there is a moment
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: where you guys are all sitting over there and the
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: cameras are gathered. And I'm sitting back there with Cade Hudson,
- 1:15:41Speaker 3: who's Britney Spears' manager, who's like best friends with Nicki.
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: Oh my God, that's who that was. I recognize it.
- 1:15:46Speaker 3: And he's like, I go, I don't know, should we
- 1:15:50Speaker 3: just be sitting? And we're trying to like listen because
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: we're sitting and we're like, You know, having our drinks
- 1:15:55Speaker 3: and little like cute meal or whatever it was. And
- 1:15:59Speaker 3: he was excited. Yeah, he was. I thought it was amazing.
- 1:16:02Speaker 3: And I'm like, I don't think we should be watching.
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: I went to get a rosé at some point. I
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: was like, this is I'm going to this is required. Yeah.
- 1:16:09Speaker 2: And he was standing up there and he said something
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: because I think they had all started.
- 1:16:15Speaker 3: That's why I talked to you there.
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:16:17Speaker 3: And he said.
- 1:16:18Speaker 2: Something like this is like and I'm not a basketball fan,
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: but he was like, this is game seven, like watching Jordan.
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: I was like, I'm dying right now. Not I think
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: I know what that means. And that's funny.
- 1:16:28Speaker 3: I think I even might've said like, are you on this?
- 1:16:32Speaker 3: And you're like, yeah, I'm just going to walk over there.
- 1:16:34Speaker 3: Cause I knew, right. Like I was like, okay, I recognize,
- 1:16:38Speaker 3: I knew there were two new girls. So I was like, well,
- 1:16:40Speaker 3: she's new and you're new and you know, Amanda's new
- 1:16:42Speaker 3: and you're new. And, um, I mean, I love the
- 1:16:46Speaker 3: show and I'll never like, get stopped watching it because
- 1:16:51Speaker 3: I think LA and knowing the city, being from here
- 1:16:56Speaker 3: makes it so fun. And I mean, I think I
- 1:17:00Speaker 3: would love to see more of your life with your
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: kids and, and your next adventure. And I think, I
- 1:17:07Speaker 3: think it's interesting. Like, I think the fact that I
- 1:17:10Speaker 3: think I'm.
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: Very different than a lot of the women on the show.
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: So it's from the beginning. That's what I was saying
- 1:17:16Speaker 2: to them. Like it either works or it doesn't. And
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: either way, it's going to be fun. And, you know,
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: I thought it was really funny. Like Rachel's part, like
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: everyone was like laughing that I did the splits. And
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: I'm like, I guess Kyle does that. I'm like, I
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: didn't know Kyle did splits. Like there's more than two
- 1:17:31Speaker 2: women in the world that like get on a dance
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: floor and do the splits. Is there not?
- 1:17:35Speaker 3: Yeah. You can't own the splits.
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: It was like a thing. And I was like, oh my,
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: and I saw Nico the other day and I was laughing.
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: I'm like, bitch, this is your fault. Like you put
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: me on the dance floor with a fabulous gay man.
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: I'm going to try and show off.
- 1:17:49Speaker 3: Right, right. Yeah. Obviously. I think what's kind of really
- 1:17:53Speaker 3: cool about you is that out of all the people
- 1:17:56Speaker 3: that have been kind of like on it as like,
- 1:17:59Speaker 3: you know, a friend or, or whatever, or didn't go
- 1:18:02Speaker 3: or only did one season. there was a lot more
- 1:18:06Speaker 3: negativity towards that person of why they disappeared or what
- 1:18:10Speaker 3: weird thing happened. And so you should be grateful for,
- 1:18:14Speaker 3: for the fact that yes, they didn't, they didn't feature
- 1:18:17Speaker 3: you much, but you came off pretty cool and unscathed too.
- 1:18:22Speaker 3: So like, I think that's like a gift.
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: I think that's like kind of my personality though. Like
- 1:18:27Speaker 2: I'm not, I don't know that I'm going to be
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: in there throwing glasses of wine on people, but I'm
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: just like, kind of ridiculous and funny and light about things.
- 1:18:38Speaker 3: Well, I really enjoyed getting to hear your story and
- 1:18:41Speaker 3: getting to know you a little bit better.
- 1:18:43Speaker 2: Thank you for having me.
- 1:18:44Speaker 3: Whatever happens, I still think it was great that you
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: did it. I, and that you got to just watch
- 1:18:51Speaker 3: this play play out while you're sitting there right and
- 1:18:55Speaker 3: does it make you now out of curious out of
- 1:18:57Speaker 3: curiosity want to go back and like have a day
- 1:19:01Speaker 3: in bed.
- 1:19:01Speaker 2: With peacock i think it would be different, you know?
- 1:19:05Speaker 2: And as I said, I really went in blind and- Because.
- 1:19:08Speaker 3: I mean, on your way back from Italy, you could
- 1:19:09Speaker 3: have watched.
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: I could have. I mean, I probably should have. You should,
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: if you're- I still stand by it though, because I-
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: Did your friend, did your.
- 1:19:17Speaker 3: Juicy Scoop friend from North Carolina, did she know that
- 1:19:21Speaker 3: you were doing it before you did? Yeah.
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: And she didn't, she should have told you that you
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: have to talk to- I mean, people have told me
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: stuff and I was like, huh?
- 1:19:27Speaker 3: No, you have to talk to the Real Housewife consultant.
- 1:19:29Speaker 3: That's me.
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:19:30Speaker 3: I could have consulted you.
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: Well, maybe next year. Yeah. What are your rates? I
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: won't bring glam. I'll bring a consultant.
- 1:19:39Speaker 3: I don't charge anything. It's my Christian service hours that
- 1:19:42Speaker 3: I have to still get in every week. Thank you
- 1:19:45Speaker 3: so much for coming on.
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: Thank you for having me.
- 1:19:47Speaker 3: I know you have Instagram. Can people follow you?
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: Yes, it's Natalie S. Fuller.
- 1:19:51Speaker 3: You have a hair care brand?
- 1:19:52Speaker 2: It's a bentonite clay cleanser, a hairbrush and a hair oil.
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: And it's all about scalp wellness and hair health versus.
- 1:20:00Speaker 3: And where can they find that?
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: It's called Blackmore Hair. So our flagship is right next
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: to Dialogue Cafe on Sunset and Holloway.
- 1:20:07Speaker 3: Oh, you have an actual store. Yeah.
- 1:20:08Speaker 2: And you can find it online at blackmorehair.com. And, you know,
- 1:20:14Speaker 2: I've just been having fun kind of developing brands. I'm
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: working on a champagne project that I'm excited about.
- 1:20:20Speaker 3: Yeah, that'd be good.
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: It would be good, right?
- 1:20:22Speaker 6: Yeah. I know.
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:20:26Speaker 3: Well, anyway, thank you so much.
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: Thank you. This was so fun.
- 1:20:28Speaker 3: Thank you.
