- 0:00Speaker 1: Yeah, that Uh, Chuck Norris was chasing the Tyrannosaurus Rex.
- 0:05Speaker 2: The rex was not chasing the jeep. Murray, Murray, you there.
- 0:09Speaker 2: You love sandwiches. Huh, let's go to eighty. He was
- 0:13Speaker 2: bo wow that Prime Time. Maybe I had a crush
- 0:18Speaker 2: on Betty Rubbell.
- 0:19Speaker 1: I honestly, until after the segment ended and we went
- 0:21Speaker 1: to a commercial break, had no idea that Jonathan Coachman
- 0:25Speaker 1: was black.
- 0:25Speaker 2: He caught them the game last night, although they won
- 0:28Speaker 2: the game. You're listening to to Godson Company.
- 0:32Speaker 1: It is to Gods and Company, presented by FanDuel and
- 0:34Speaker 1: the FanDuel Sportsbook.
- 0:36Speaker 2: A lot of NBA news. NBA Draft is coming up
- 0:39Speaker 2: tomorrow night.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Ad Nan Burke is going to join us in just
- 0:42Speaker 1: a little bit. We'll have the week can observations. We'll
- 0:45Speaker 1: do those with ad Dan today. But is he a
- 0:48Speaker 1: big day in the NBA? Not only are we sitting
- 0:51Speaker 1: around and we realized, but the time you listen to this,
- 0:54Speaker 1: all of this could be dated. Okay if news breaks,
- 0:57Speaker 1: but we are sitting around waiting to see if Giannis
- 1:00Speaker 1: gets traded to the Boston Celtics or the Heat, and
- 1:03Speaker 1: we have news that actually did happen, which is Dusty May,
- 1:06Speaker 1: the head coach at Michigan who won a national championship.
- 1:09Speaker 2: He is now the coach for the Dallas Mavericks. How
- 1:12Speaker 2: about that?
- 1:13Speaker 3: Yes, the DM and Dusty May stands for Dallas Mavericks.
- 1:16Speaker 1: The rare coach whose initials are also the initials of
- 1:19Speaker 1: the team that he coaches.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Of that, oh man, another example.
- 1:23Speaker 3: I'll wait here all day Washington.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Yeller's thinking about it.
- 1:31Speaker 4: I guarantee you know, and this is not a shot
- 1:33Speaker 4: at Dusty right, this is a good basketball coach whatever.
- 1:35Speaker 2: I guarantee you.
- 1:35Speaker 4: No veteran NBA player on that in that Mavericks locker
- 1:39Speaker 4: room wants to be coached by Dusty May next year
- 1:41Speaker 4: because they know nothing is going to be really expected
- 1:44Speaker 4: of this team. But there's a lot going on, and
- 1:47Speaker 4: the big sort of waiting game is on Giannis Antetokoup
- 1:50Speaker 4: and whether he's going to get traded. And there's news
- 1:53Speaker 4: that there's these a final The two finalists are the
- 1:55Speaker 4: Celtics in the heat, which cracks me up because it's
- 1:57Speaker 4: like free agency all over again. But still, we talked
- 2:00Speaker 4: last week about whether it would be better for the
- 2:03Speaker 4: league if he went to one or the other. There
- 2:06Speaker 4: seems to be some momentum saying that it'd be better
- 2:09Speaker 4: if he does go to Miami. What I'm curious about
- 2:13Speaker 4: is if Jalen Brown is enough of an incentive for
- 2:16Speaker 4: anybody to really for the Bucks excuse me for to
- 2:21Speaker 4: change the direction of where they're going with that trade,
- 2:23Speaker 4: because if you're starting a team with Jalen Brown as
- 2:26Speaker 4: your best player, I know he won the finals.
- 2:28Speaker 3: MVP, but that team was stacked.
- 2:30Speaker 4: It had Jason Tatum, it had Drew Holliday, it had
- 2:32Speaker 4: Kristaps Porzingis, it had Derek White and so I don't
- 2:36Speaker 4: think if you're trading for Jalen Brown as somebody who's
- 2:39Speaker 4: got Jannis Antetokounpo that you think you hit a home
- 2:42Speaker 4: run with the trade.
- 2:44Speaker 1: I think Jalen Brown thinks differently about his own game
- 2:48Speaker 1: than we think about his game. Meaning Jalen Brown would
- 2:50Speaker 1: just point the last season and say, hey, before Jason
- 2:53Speaker 1: Tatum came back, we were doing fine.
- 2:55Speaker 2: We exceeded expectations.
- 2:56Speaker 1: With me as the number one, which is why he
- 2:59Speaker 1: said this was the most enjoyable basketball season he's ever
- 3:03Speaker 1: had because he finally got to see what it would
- 3:05Speaker 1: like to what it would be like for him to
- 3:07Speaker 1: be the number one player on a team, and it
- 3:09Speaker 1: looked pretty good, is he, to his credit, it looked
- 3:12Speaker 1: pretty good.
- 3:13Speaker 2: I'm sitting here and I'm looking at this from.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Milwaukee's perspective, and I'm saying, Hey, I don't want Tyler
- 3:19Speaker 1: Hero and picks. Give me a guy Jalen Brown who
- 3:22Speaker 1: was a finals MVB and as the best player on
- 3:24Speaker 1: this Celtics team.
- 3:26Speaker 2: That team was a.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Two or three seed in the Eastern Conference before Tatum
- 3:29Speaker 1: came back.
- 3:29Speaker 4: You know, yeah, I mean at that point, yeah, You've
- 3:32Speaker 4: got to tell yourself, Okay, I can win with this guy,
- 3:34Speaker 4: because really, you're talking about the future, you're talking about
- 3:37Speaker 4: the picks, and you're talking about finding a way to
- 3:39Speaker 4: build a championship team, and that's got to be a
- 3:41Speaker 4: true rebuild. There's nothing it's not going to involve Tyler
- 3:44Speaker 4: Hero in all likelihood.
- 3:45Speaker 5: It seems like all the reports are that the Miami
- 3:48Speaker 5: Heat know that Jalen Brown is on the table and
- 3:51Speaker 5: now they're trying to find a third or fourth team
- 3:53Speaker 5: to make the deal even better for Milwaukee, where maybe
- 3:57Speaker 5: it's a case of you send Tyler Herro to Detroit
- 3:59Speaker 5: and then Detroit sending assets back to the Bucks is he.
- 4:03Speaker 5: There was a report from the Miami heralds Anthony Chiang,
- 4:08Speaker 5: and he said the Miami Heat don't want to gut
- 4:11Speaker 5: their roster and draft capital for Giannis Antetokumpo. What that
- 4:15Speaker 5: sounds like to me? Pat Riley getting ahead of the
- 4:18Speaker 5: story and being like, hey, guys, when I don't get
- 4:21Speaker 5: this guy, don't be mad at me because I kind
- 4:23Speaker 5: of put it out there. We weren't that interested in
- 4:25Speaker 5: gutting gutting the roster.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Right, well, I offered my entire roster.
- 4:29Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, I mean there's literally everybody that was listed
- 4:32Speaker 4: on there except for Bam out of Bayou, and like, yeah,
- 4:34Speaker 4: there's not like they're holding off because of Andrew Wiggins.
- 4:36Speaker 4: It's not like they're holding off because they're asking for
- 4:37Speaker 4: Davion Mitchell or anything like that. So yeah, it is
- 4:40Speaker 4: one of those situations. And it makes me sad because
- 4:43Speaker 4: you know, like Stu, you know, this is the one
- 4:46Speaker 4: where if they don't get Yannis, they're just gonna pull
- 4:49Speaker 4: every other trigger available. It's gonna be like, hey, let's
- 4:51Speaker 4: go for Kawhi. Okay, maybe let's add him with Ja
- 4:53Speaker 4: Morant Hey let's see what we got. And then you've
- 4:55Speaker 4: got a team full of non heat guys because you
- 4:59Speaker 4: just swing and at whoever.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Is non culture guys, right, and you're desperate.
- 5:03Speaker 1: You're right, Yes, you're swinging for the fences with Jahn
- 5:06Speaker 1: Morant and Kawhile and just crossing your fingers.
- 5:09Speaker 2: I gotta be honest. It sounds exciting though, Kawhi Leonard
- 5:12Speaker 2: and Joah Morant. It does.
- 5:14Speaker 4: It would be It would be the most boomer bust
- 5:16Speaker 4: team in history. It could be like a seventy win team,
- 5:19Speaker 4: or it could be like, you know, a thirty win
- 5:20Speaker 4: rebuild team where everybody sits out the entire season.
- 5:23Speaker 5: Yes, but Stu, you know this right now, me and you,
- 5:25Speaker 5: we're sitting on top of the mountaintop. We're looking down
- 5:28Speaker 5: at the rest of the NBA. The rest of the
- 5:30Speaker 5: NBA is crawling trying to get up this hill to
- 5:33Speaker 5: catch Jalen Brunton, Karl Anthony Towns, o Gann Andobi in
- 5:36Speaker 5: the Knicks. I'm looking at some of the graphics that
- 5:39Speaker 5: people are putting out of projected starting lineups if their
- 5:43Speaker 5: teams get Jannis and I'm looking at the Celtics one
- 5:46Speaker 5: Peyton Pritchard, Derek White, Jason Tatum, Jannis and creates a
- 5:52Speaker 5: at the center position. I'm looking at that team and
- 5:55Speaker 5: I'm like, this, this is the starting five.
- 5:57Speaker 6: You want me to be afraid of as a This
- 6:03Speaker 6: is the team that takes us out?
- 6:06Speaker 5: Is he?
- 6:06Speaker 1: People wanted us to act like we've been there before,
- 6:08Speaker 1: but again, we've never been here before.
- 6:10Speaker 2: And I'm with Taylor.
- 6:11Speaker 1: What a great feeling to sit back and read about
- 6:14Speaker 1: and watch what everyone has to do to catch the
- 6:16Speaker 1: New York Knicks.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Oh, it's a lightful.
- 6:20Speaker 3: You gotta start a super team to stop this team.
- 6:23Speaker 3: But no, you're so right.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Isn't enough?
- 6:26Speaker 3: Giannis is not enough?
- 6:27Speaker 4: Like I'm looking at that team, I'm like, yeah, no,
- 6:29Speaker 4: that's that's definitely not enough. And then you've got and
- 6:32Speaker 4: the frustrations will still be there. Jason Tatum doesn't go
- 6:35Speaker 4: inside enough, Coopo can't shoot outside enough.
- 6:38Speaker 3: You're not gonna have a perfect team.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Right, Yes, this is an amazing place we've arrived that tailor.
- 6:44Speaker 3: The NBA is saying, can I get some time an
- 6:46Speaker 3: easy street?
- 6:47Speaker 4: Yes, the NBA is saying, we saw how interesting it was,
- 6:50Speaker 4: and when the Knicks were winning and everybody loved it.
- 6:52Speaker 4: Now we need some player movement because I think there's
- 6:54Speaker 4: gonna be a lot of activity right before this draft.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Tell her you'll love this just the way Karl Anthony
- 6:59Speaker 1: Towns he handled Wemby, in the way the Knicks handled
- 7:01Speaker 1: Wemby in the NBA Finals. Up sitting there going big deal, Yannis,
- 7:05Speaker 1: go wherever the hell you want.
- 7:07Speaker 6: You should join the Knicks if you.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Want to win a title. That's how cocky I was
- 7:10Speaker 1: over the weekend. Go to Boston, go to Miami. We
- 7:14Speaker 1: stopped Wemby. We don't sweat you. I mean, get out
- 7:16Speaker 1: of here.
- 7:17Speaker 5: So I love how that not even a week after
- 7:20Speaker 5: the Knicks win a title, I did see Knicks fans
- 7:23Speaker 5: and media members wfa N circulating the thought, Hey, eventually
- 7:28Speaker 5: the Knicks are going to get into second apron talk
- 7:31Speaker 5: with Carl Anthony Towns. Is this the time you move
- 7:34Speaker 5: on from Carl Anthony Towns and offer him up and
- 7:37Speaker 5: a Yan is traded. I'm like thinking, guys, I have
- 7:40Speaker 5: waited my entire life for the Knicks to win a title.
- 7:43Speaker 5: Please please do not put any of our star players
- 7:46Speaker 5: in trade talks until at least next year's trade deadline. Well,
- 7:50Speaker 5: I us just all enjoy this, this title run where
- 7:52Speaker 5: Vincent Goodwell's on Get Up, saying that Carl Anthony Towns
- 7:56Speaker 5: is still upset over how the Knicks treated him. Carl
- 8:00Speaker 5: Anthony Towns is not upset over anything right now, because
- 8:03Speaker 5: you know why, Stu, He's an NBA champion. Everybody doubted him,
- 8:06Speaker 5: myself included. Yeah, but Karl Anthony Towns has no problems
- 8:11Speaker 5: with anybody.
- 8:11Speaker 2: In fairness to you, you doubted him when you close
- 8:14Speaker 2: your eyes. I mean.
- 8:17Speaker 6: I didn't have blind faith in Karl Anthony Towns.
- 8:19Speaker 2: No, you did it, But now we do, and I would.
- 8:22Speaker 1: I'm fine with Karl Anthony town spending the next twenty
- 8:24Speaker 1: years here ten of them passed his prime and just
- 8:27Speaker 1: retiring as a New York Nick.
- 8:29Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I'm fine with this group of guys being Knicks for
- 8:32Speaker 1: the next ten years.
- 8:33Speaker 2: I don't care if they win another game. Don't they
- 8:35Speaker 2: won a title? What do I care? Is that fair?
- 8:37Speaker 6: Is he?
- 8:38Speaker 2: Yes?
- 8:38Speaker 4: Except when I tell you, as soon as I do
- 8:40Speaker 4: all the calculations, what Karl Anthony Town's is final numbers
- 8:43Speaker 4: were in those finals, You'd say, yeah, we could find
- 8:46Speaker 4: a more inexpensive version of that.
- 8:47Speaker 2: Because a step down are over there.
- 8:49Speaker 4: I mean, I'm just saying you might not have to
- 8:53Speaker 4: go into that second apron if you don't need to.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Right, So, the Heat would have Giannis and Bam and
- 8:58Speaker 1: that's about it, right, I mean.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Have Giannis Bam Andrew Wiggins.
- 9:01Speaker 4: Still, they could probably still bring back Norm Powell if
- 9:04Speaker 4: they wanted to end Davion Mitchell. And that is a
- 9:06Speaker 4: pretty like it's solid defensive lineup. Like outside of Norm Powell,
- 9:10Speaker 4: those are four plus plus defenders and it's gonna be
- 9:13Speaker 4: really hard to score on them. But you know, if
- 9:15Speaker 4: they have to give up everybody where they don't have
- 9:17Speaker 4: anybody on the bench, like no Pella Larson or no
- 9:19Speaker 4: Haimi Hokias or no anybody on that bench, then yeah,
- 9:22Speaker 4: they're going to struggle some.
- 9:23Speaker 3: But that starting lineup, it's gonna be pretty sick.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Is he.
- 9:25Speaker 1: What I'm surprised about is the Celtics don't think they're
- 9:28Speaker 1: good enough. They were up three to one on Philadelphia,
- 9:31Speaker 1: they were on the verge of playing the Knicks in
- 9:33Speaker 1: the Eastern Conference Finals. I don't know what happened in
- 9:36Speaker 1: that sixer series, and Beide came back.
- 9:37Speaker 2: He was ridiculous.
- 9:38Speaker 1: The Sixers end up winning that series, but the Celtics
- 9:41Speaker 1: are waving the white flat. They're saying this team is
- 9:44Speaker 1: not good enough to beat the New York Knicks, and
- 9:46Speaker 1: I find that to be amazing.
- 9:47Speaker 2: I really do.
- 9:48Speaker 3: Well.
- 9:49Speaker 4: I think if you just compare, like I did a
- 9:51Speaker 4: little earlier, this Celtics team to the one that won
- 9:53Speaker 4: a championship, you recognize, yeah, we are a little talent deficient.
- 9:57Speaker 4: We were able to win with our style and with
- 9:59Speaker 4: our two stars and you know, two and a half
- 10:01Speaker 4: stars if you want to include Derek White in there.
- 10:03Speaker 4: But yeah, no, if we're going to get through the
- 10:05Speaker 4: four because even that twenty four season, it was it
- 10:07Speaker 4: was tough. Right the year before they were or two
- 10:09Speaker 4: years before they were supposed to win it and they
- 10:11Speaker 4: lost to the Warriors, and that team was stacked. So
- 10:13Speaker 4: they're probably looking back and say, hey, we had a
- 10:15Speaker 4: heck of a regular season, but that postseason tells us
- 10:19Speaker 4: more about who we are, you know, than that regular
- 10:21Speaker 4: season too.
- 10:23Speaker 2: You want Giannis down here in the worst way, don't you.
- 10:25Speaker 4: Of course you do me as a South Floridian, of course,
- 10:28Speaker 4: but I do think like if there were other places
- 10:30Speaker 4: in the league he could go to that were finalists,
- 10:32Speaker 4: I would say, yeah, let me think about that.
- 10:34Speaker 3: Like, even Portland deserves something.
- 10:36Speaker 4: Right and they have Drew Holliday over there, and you know,
- 10:38Speaker 4: there could have been a bit of a reunion.
- 10:40Speaker 3: There, and I would say that team deserves it more.
- 10:42Speaker 4: But between these two, between Boston and Miami, I just
- 10:44Speaker 4: think the league's in a better place.
- 10:46Speaker 3: If he's in Miami right now.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Where could Jannis go? Where he would where in the
- 10:51Speaker 1: East I'm saying where that team would be good enough
- 10:54Speaker 1: to challenge the next in the Eastern Conference finals.
- 10:57Speaker 4: Well, Detroit would be one easily. I think the Cavaliers
- 11:01Speaker 4: would be one. If you replace Giannis, replace either of
- 11:03Speaker 4: those two guys up front with Giannis, probably Motley with
- 11:06Speaker 4: the honest I think that's a difference maker, you know.
- 11:09Speaker 4: I mean, I think now that you've got CJ. McCollum back,
- 11:11Speaker 4: I think the Atlanta Hawks could he could do something
- 11:14Speaker 4: with Giannis at the decream, But no talk about it.
- 11:17Speaker 4: This is why I say I said last week, if
- 11:19Speaker 4: he comes to Miami, like, regardless of what the actual
- 11:22Speaker 4: final playoff result is, they're gonna win fifty five ish games.
- 11:26Speaker 4: They're going to be a successful team. And the move
- 11:29Speaker 4: will look so successful and we'll all wonder, hey, can
- 11:31Speaker 4: they finish the deal in the playoffs. So that's how
- 11:35Speaker 4: great of a player he is as long as he's healthy.
- 11:37Speaker 1: If Tyler Herrow goes to Milwaukee, man, that guy will
- 11:40Speaker 1: lead the NBA in scoring.
- 11:42Speaker 3: I mean he's gonna have a lot of shots.
- 11:43Speaker 4: I think, Like, like Taylor said earlier, the most recent
- 11:46Speaker 4: reporting is that he ends up in Detroit and the
- 11:47Speaker 4: Duncan Robinson reunion, and man, that would be pretty cool.
- 11:50Speaker 4: And not that reunion, but the idea that he goes
- 11:52Speaker 4: to a place where I have this number one score
- 11:55Speaker 4: in Kate Cunningham right here, I'm his outlet. I'm a
- 11:58Speaker 4: guy that if I have a thirty point game, we're
- 12:00Speaker 4: definitely gonna win. And if I don't, it's not all
- 12:02Speaker 4: the pressure on me. I would love to see him
- 12:04Speaker 4: in Detroit.
- 12:04Speaker 1: That's when Heroes at his best, when he plays alongside
- 12:06Speaker 1: Jimmy Butler, when he's not the number one option.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Right, they went to the finals, right, I think he'll.
- 12:10Speaker 4: Tell you that, right, He's like, I'm not a number
- 12:12Speaker 4: one option for a finals team, but I'm a.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Heck of a number two.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Mike. Yeah, you've been making faces the entire time.
- 12:18Speaker 1: You do not like where Taylor and I have arrived
- 12:20Speaker 1: as cocky, confident Nick fans.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Right, you don't like it, you hate it.
- 12:24Speaker 7: No, just a few things like I'm sitting here and
- 12:26Speaker 7: I'm just taking mental notes as you guys are going
- 12:28Speaker 7: back and forth, like here's a day where Dusty May
- 12:31Speaker 7: is going from Michigan to the Dallas Mavericks and Jannie
- 12:35Speaker 7: is going to move to either Boston or Miami. And
- 12:37Speaker 7: somehow it all became about the Knicks because Taylor had that,
- 12:41Speaker 7: which is great. That's what that's what you get to do,
- 12:43Speaker 7: is the champion is all about. And then and then
- 12:45Speaker 7: the other thing was Stu Gott saying, I don't care
- 12:47Speaker 7: if Karl Anthony Towns is on this team for ten years.
- 12:51Speaker 7: If they start zero to three, you'll be screaming for
- 12:53Speaker 7: them to start making some moves.
- 12:55Speaker 2: I know you, and that's what's great about you. Yeah,
- 12:57Speaker 2: I did say ten years. I said twenty years. And
- 12:59Speaker 2: you're right. If they go zer and three, I will
- 13:01Speaker 2: fire him. Yep, I'll trade him.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Yeah, But right now I'm still in the moment.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Can I enjoy it?
- 13:07Speaker 6: And I didn't say, you asked me I wasn't gonna
- 13:10Speaker 6: say anything.
- 13:11Speaker 1: But you're annoyed by us?
- 13:15Speaker 2: Amused? Amused by us? Is he before we get to
- 13:18Speaker 2: ad Nan here?
- 13:20Speaker 1: And I think people aren't really well, maybe they are
- 13:23Speaker 1: paying attention to this piece of this puzzle here. What
- 13:26Speaker 1: a big day, this is, What a big moment this
- 13:29Speaker 1: is for pat Riley. It shouldn't be eusy. His legacy,
- 13:33Speaker 1: as far as I'm concerned, is cemented. But people are
- 13:36Speaker 1: starting to question whether Riley can attract a big time
- 13:39Speaker 1: free agent or attract or make a big time deal anymore.
- 13:43Speaker 2: And I think it's laughable.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Okay, he has cemented his legacy with me, but if
- 13:47Speaker 1: he doesn't get this done and doesn't get Yannis here,
- 13:51Speaker 1: and Yannis ends up going to Boston and Brad Stevens,
- 13:55Speaker 1: it's gonna be a bad couple of days down here
- 13:57Speaker 1: for Riley.
- 13:57Speaker 2: You know.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Yeah, And you know what I find it's been tough.
- 14:00Speaker 4: Like when you think about the moves that he made
- 14:02Speaker 4: back in the day, they were all made or like
- 14:07Speaker 4: greenlit because he had Dwayne Wade as part of the organization,
- 14:11Speaker 4: because he was you know, drafted by the organization, was
- 14:14Speaker 4: clearly great and was going to be there for a
- 14:16Speaker 4: long time, Like he's basically doing that same sales job
- 14:20Speaker 4: all these years with only Bam out of Bayo, and
- 14:23Speaker 4: it's a it's a tougher ask, it's a tougher sell.
- 14:26Speaker 4: And so if he gets it done now with Giannis,
- 14:28Speaker 4: it would be like, great, I got it done. But
- 14:30Speaker 4: he'll realize, man, like I need you need that home
- 14:34Speaker 4: grown talent, you need that special player. You need that,
- 14:37Speaker 4: you know, like the Bucks have in Giannis or the
- 14:39Speaker 4: Celtics had in Jalen Brown and Jason Tatum. It's like, hey,
- 14:43Speaker 4: we know Jason Tatum's not going everywhere, going anywhere.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Come with us. We've shown we can win with.
- 14:47Speaker 4: This guy as our leader. Let's go ahead and close
- 14:50Speaker 4: that deal. There's just so many question marks when it
- 14:52Speaker 4: comes to Bam. It's like, yeah, he got close with Jimmy,
- 14:55Speaker 4: but who is he really and so it just makes
- 14:57Speaker 4: you nervous about it. But I do think they would
- 14:59Speaker 4: be capable will have closed the deal.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Taylor put it on the poll, will Tyler Harrow or
- 15:04Speaker 2: Jalen Brown lead the NBA in scoring next year?
- 15:08Speaker 4: If Jalen Brown is a Buck, I would say, yeah,
- 15:12Speaker 4: that's that's a pretty good bet.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Yeah, that Tyler's not going there. You're saying, though, now
- 15:16Speaker 2: I doubt it.
- 15:16Speaker 4: I mean it is interesting because his brother did put
- 15:18Speaker 4: up the picture of a buck and make it thing like,
- 15:21Speaker 4: you know, he's coming back home.
- 15:22Speaker 3: But that was earlier in the end, negogion.
- 15:24Speaker 1: But if Jalen Brown thought last year was fun, imagine
- 15:26Speaker 1: what it's like in Milwaukee where no one cares.
- 15:30Speaker 3: It'll be a good question.
- 15:31Speaker 4: It'll be a good question whether it's like, hey, I'm
- 15:33Speaker 4: averaging thirty five, but nobody notices.
- 15:35Speaker 2: That we lost in a playing game.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Ad Nan verk to talk some hockey talk, some Tednis talks,

- 17:13Speaker 1: had quit those workout classes. It just wasn't worth it.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Ad Nan Vurk is with us. What's going on on

- 17:22Speaker 2: How about that?
- 17:22Speaker 9: I could probably just no more zoomba. That's the one
- 17:25Speaker 9: thing I said in my life. I said no more zoomba.
- 17:26Speaker 10: But I still at the workout classes because it's a
- 17:28Speaker 10: hit class is he knows you're working in some weights.
- 17:31Speaker 10: It is a good workout.
- 17:32Speaker 9: You feel like I'm building a little bit of a
- 17:33Speaker 9: you know, kinship with my wife still hasn't impacted our
- 17:35Speaker 9: sex life.
- 17:36Speaker 10: But unless I'm trying to do it right, then over
- 17:38Speaker 10: this off in the bedroom.
- 17:39Speaker 2: At some point.
- 17:40Speaker 9: But I got to tell you, I was listening to
- 17:42Speaker 9: the podcast of yours to catch up that Randy Fun
- 17:45Speaker 9: conversation is.
- 17:45Speaker 10: One of the funniest.
- 17:50Speaker 9: I cannot wait to bext Levatar just pictures of Randy Fund.
- 17:54Speaker 2: And I'm like, why are you doing this to me?
- 17:55Speaker 9: Like just like pop up Randy Fun And the fact
- 17:58Speaker 9: that Taylor new had to spell Randy fund name. Yes again,
- 18:02Speaker 9: the audience has to listen to this. The story was
- 18:04Speaker 9: so well told by Hawk but basically let me turn
- 18:06Speaker 9: when ape shit because see, wasn't there Randy Fund. There
- 18:10Speaker 9: was two points and he concractually obligated go on the show.
- 18:13Speaker 9: It's a weekly appearance. Yes, heard lost his mind. Over
- 18:16Speaker 9: Of all the people you.
- 18:17Speaker 10: Would think that would Dan would be upset over.
- 18:19Speaker 9: Randy Fund, p f un d be the one I
- 18:23Speaker 9: would expect.
- 18:24Speaker 2: It was weird.
- 18:25Speaker 1: So for those of you, there is a new episode
- 18:28Speaker 1: of Winstegots and Hawk.
- 18:29Speaker 2: It is out right now. We break down the spelling Bee.
- 18:32Speaker 1: In addition to talking about Randrandy Fund. We did have
- 18:38Speaker 1: the uh so. We were contractually obligated. We were the
- 18:41Speaker 1: Heat's flagship radio station, and part of that deal was
- 18:45Speaker 1: a you know, we would rotate pat Riley, Eric Spolstra
- 18:49Speaker 1: and Randy Fund. I will tell you that every third week.
- 18:52Speaker 1: I was like, oh man, it's Fund's week again. But
- 18:57Speaker 1: there's nothing we could do about it.
- 18:58Speaker 2: I mean that was the.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Contract, actual obligation that we had.
- 19:01Speaker 2: And Dan was on vacation.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Why because Randy Fund's week was up, And so Dan
- 19:05Speaker 1: decided to call into the show. We had five or
- 19:07Speaker 1: six minutes before we had to break. Randy Fun was
- 19:10Speaker 1: gonna join us next, and Lebratard went.
- 19:11Speaker 2: A hopman for kicking him off his show. For Randy Fund.
- 19:18Speaker 9: Every game in the book he's calling Hawkman like literally
- 19:21Speaker 9: just cursing this calling.
- 19:22Speaker 10: You wouldn't believe he went Craig Carton on Dan LeBatard.
- 19:24Speaker 10: It was that.
- 19:27Speaker 9: It was unbelievable the level of rage over Randy Fund.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Yes, well, I think it's a level of rage of
- 19:33Speaker 1: getting kicked off your own show by your executive producer,
- 19:36Speaker 1: who's your.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Best friend, who you hired? Hawk didn't give a bleep.
- 19:40Speaker 4: Dude, I got you guys every Monday, every third Monday,
- 19:43Speaker 4: and alarm goes off, and.
- 19:44Speaker 3: It's like, damn it, Fund Week, what are we gonna do?
- 19:50Speaker 9: All I'm prying for Stu is that Randy Funds here
- 19:53Speaker 9: is that story because he has no idea the emount
- 19:56Speaker 9: of animals that he caused between LeBatard and Hawkman, life,
- 20:00Speaker 9: long friends, college buddies and all of a sudden, just
- 20:02Speaker 9: an eruption of amount Hell and us. And this guy's
- 20:04Speaker 9: going with his life, Randy Fun doing his thing. He
- 20:06Speaker 9: has no idea how despised he was. Is a weekly guest.
- 20:10Speaker 2: No, and Dan should really think about.
- 20:11Speaker 1: You know what a difficult Spotty left me and alone
- 20:14Speaker 1: with Randy Fun for twenty minutes, which feels like three hours.
- 20:17Speaker 9: I mean, like the different circles of hell, like there's
- 20:22Speaker 9: nothing better than our priles.
- 20:23Speaker 10: We'll see you in hell, but we have to category
- 20:25Speaker 10: for Randy Fun.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Like that's here's a version of hel make Randy fund
- 20:31Speaker 1: interesting for twenty minutes. He has so much respect for
- 20:39Speaker 1: the heat for Randy Fund. He does not like that
- 20:41Speaker 1: we're making fun of him. I mean I was fun
- 20:44Speaker 1: of him. I knew it was Kevin.
- 20:46Speaker 9: Uh.
- 20:47Speaker 3: Yeah. I was a young reporter and Randy Fund I
- 20:49Speaker 3: looked like he was the GM of the team that
- 20:51Speaker 3: I covered.
- 20:52Speaker 4: You know, those people have this like aura about them,
- 20:54Speaker 4: and it's like, wow, this guy.
- 20:56Speaker 3: And then he left and I heard some stories and
- 20:57Speaker 3: then you see other.
- 20:58Speaker 4: People take the spot, and I'm like, I shouldn't have
- 21:00Speaker 4: been so afraid of Randy Fund.
- 21:04Speaker 10: I think we get a house party.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Was there a good time?
- 21:06Speaker 10: Is he's here, Stu's here, Taylor's great?
- 21:09Speaker 2: Fun just walked or Randy?
- 21:17Speaker 4: We love you, Randy, very accomplished man.
- 21:21Speaker 10: The character assassination for Indy Fund?
- 21:24Speaker 2: Oh god?
- 21:27Speaker 9: Also, what an incredible story Sampson want you guys to
- 21:29Speaker 9: watch let It Ride Richard Rifu's horse racing?
- 21:32Speaker 10: Like what an awful I do? Who the hell cares
- 21:34Speaker 10: about let it ride off?
- 21:36Speaker 3: Well?
- 21:36Speaker 2: Samson did, uh, and he does that he still does.
- 21:40Speaker 2: It's funny.
- 21:40Speaker 1: We were feeling so good about ourselves as a radio
- 21:43Speaker 1: show that we thought we could pull anything off, and
- 21:45Speaker 1: so even David Sampson joining us for the movie Let
- 21:49Speaker 1: It Ride. Okay, it was something we thought was gonna
- 21:52Speaker 1: pack a movie theater and man where.
- 21:57Speaker 2: We served up some humble pie that night. I gotta
- 21:59Speaker 2: tell you, no one showed up best parts.
- 22:02Speaker 10: Dan calling Hawk the next day like, hey, how can
- 22:04Speaker 10: we avoid that?
- 22:04Speaker 9: Right?
- 22:04Speaker 2: We can have that happen.
- 22:06Speaker 10: He wants a checklist, and you said, just give me
- 22:08Speaker 10: one idea. Don't bring Samson?
- 22:10Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, yes, low attendance follows him.
- 22:13Speaker 5: I mean to be fair stud when everything is riding high,
- 22:18Speaker 5: as you say, bringing Samson in is an ambitious like
- 22:22Speaker 5: heat check.
- 22:24Speaker 10: I think you're going so well, let's the only deal
- 22:26Speaker 10: with Samson?
- 22:26Speaker 9: Okay, now we know like that, that's where we we overstated.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Are welcome? Right?
- 22:31Speaker 4: And I just acknowledged your guts is on fire today.
- 22:33Speaker 4: The low attendance follows him is one of those that
- 22:37Speaker 4: should have taken a little bit more time to be good.
- 22:40Speaker 6: Right.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Well, it's only because I said it yesterday on the episode.
- 22:43Speaker 3: Okay, well you're still on fire.
- 22:45Speaker 2: I was locked and loaded ride.
- 22:51Speaker 1: What a big day on the pitch ad Dan, I mean, wow,
- 22:54Speaker 1: today this is the day. But waiting for you circle
- 22:57Speaker 1: this day on your calendar where the schedule comes out.
- 22:59Speaker 9: This is what I want to get to to. Everyone's
- 23:01Speaker 9: talking about the World Cup, and I get it. I'm
- 23:02Speaker 9: not gonna be that guy besmirching soccer, although I'll point
- 23:05Speaker 9: out since nineteen eighty six, I've been hearing people every
- 23:07Speaker 9: four years ago, Hey, soccer is taken over a time
- 23:09Speaker 9: of right now, soccer is it's gonna take over baseball.
- 23:12Speaker 10: NBA focused me the biggest sport.
- 23:14Speaker 2: I've been hearing that for forty years.
- 23:15Speaker 10: But it's all good. I understand it's a very popular sport.
- 23:17Speaker 9: It is the world's game, and it gets more popular incrementally,
- 23:20Speaker 9: no doubt. I never thought i'd see Premier League highlights
- 23:22Speaker 9: and sports and for example, I know friends who now
- 23:24Speaker 9: cover it followed more so. Absolutely, soccer is growing. What
- 23:27Speaker 9: I'm amused by is a couple of things. One is
- 23:29Speaker 9: he's very pro Scotland. I wouldn't have thought of all
- 23:31Speaker 9: the teams. Is he's throwing his weight behind the Scots.
- 23:33Speaker 9: I'm amused by that now. And I'm watching Okay the
- 23:36Speaker 9: other Tuesday. So I got to start get into the soccer.
- 23:37Speaker 9: Everyone's into it. I feel like I'm listening out four matches,
- 23:40Speaker 9: four matches all ended in draws.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Imagine what a day.
- 23:44Speaker 9: Hey another nail, nail, another one one another two too.
- 23:48Speaker 9: That's what I'm talking about, trying to slam baseball's.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Oh, baseball is boring.
- 23:51Speaker 9: Nothing happens because what runs do get scored? The Blue
- 23:54Speaker 9: Jays were down and five nothing against the Cubs and
- 23:56Speaker 9: then rebounded to win eight to five. The twenty three
- 23:59Speaker 9: runs the Rocky score the other day in Vegas. It's
- 24:01Speaker 9: not gonna be Neil, Neil if you watch a nine
- 24:03Speaker 9: in baseball.
- 24:04Speaker 10: Game, I promised somebody built score runs.
- 24:07Speaker 3: How fun are the Scots?
- 24:09Speaker 2: Oh my god, the Scots are great.
- 24:10Speaker 10: Listen, I'm pro Scott's There's no doubt about it.
- 24:12Speaker 9: The other issue is this selfishly, it's impacting my life
- 24:14Speaker 9: because where the game is taking place, matt Life Stadium,
- 24:17Speaker 9: Where's ill never located, Seacawcas, New Jersey. That's five minutes away.
- 24:20Speaker 9: So to get to work, I'm on the seventeen. Then
- 24:22Speaker 9: I got to go to the three Meadowlands Parkway right
- 24:24Speaker 9: to work. Today We've got a howitzer coming up at
- 24:27Speaker 9: eight o'clock Eastern. Show is ten thirty to twelve thirty
- 24:31Speaker 9: AM MLB tonight, So I'm curious how this is going
- 24:34Speaker 9: to impact the traffic.
- 24:35Speaker 3: Only because anyway Senegal is in Norway, Senegal is.
- 24:39Speaker 10: That would be impacting my life here in late June.
- 24:42Speaker 9: I'm trying to get to work, just trying to talk
- 24:43Speaker 9: a little baseball, and I have to worry about Senegalese
- 24:46Speaker 9: fans and Norwegians populating Jersey going for I don't.
- 24:51Speaker 10: Know how to play them this like, so I get
- 24:52Speaker 10: their super early to get there later. Mike, you had
- 24:54Speaker 10: tickets to that game.
- 24:55Speaker 8: I have tickets to that game.
- 24:56Speaker 6: Did you want them? I'll sell them to you.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Wait, do you already sell them?
- 25:00Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 25:00Speaker 6: But I mean I can.
- 25:01Speaker 2: I can. If I can get ad in to give
- 25:02Speaker 2: me more money, I'll take that, get them back. That's right.
- 25:05Speaker 9: Hopefully there's not too much traffic too, because think about it,
- 25:08Speaker 9: people are coming from New York. They're not coming from
- 25:10Speaker 9: where I live in North Jersey. They're not coming from
- 25:11Speaker 9: suburban New Jersey to go to MetLife. So it should
- 25:14Speaker 9: be just all the congestion from New York and mainly people.
- 25:16Speaker 9: I would think Penn Station, it's the trains that are disaster.
- 25:19Speaker 9: NJ Transit forget it. But I think driving I should
- 25:22Speaker 9: be okay. But I blame Norway and Senegal, and I'll
- 25:24Speaker 9: hold a grudge against them for.
- 25:27Speaker 6: A man.
- 25:28Speaker 5: You mentioned the frequency of which they're being draws so
- 25:31Speaker 5: far to this World Cup. I actually have this stat.
- 25:33Speaker 5: If you bet one hundred dollars on draw in every
- 25:38Speaker 5: match so far in the World Cup, you'd be up
- 25:40Speaker 5: a little over three thousand dollars.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Well on no goals, yes see, no, no those ties ties.
- 25:48Speaker 5: If you've bet one hundred dollars on the tie in
- 25:50Speaker 5: each match, you'd be up over three thousand dollars.
- 25:53Speaker 9: Tailor just figured out this way to make soccer interesting.
- 25:55Speaker 9: He just draws the entire way. Bet on it and
- 25:59Speaker 9: you're good to go.
- 25:59Speaker 2: I have to.
- 26:00Speaker 9: My mom moved from Pakistan to England when she was young,
- 26:02Speaker 9: so all my families in England, all my cousins in
- 26:04Speaker 9: the group that they're going nuts. This is what the
- 26:05Speaker 9: world's about. World Cup wards not so sorry. I'll watch
- 26:07Speaker 9: England matches, of course, I'll support family.
- 26:09Speaker 10: The England match four too was great, and after everyone's like, dude,
- 26:12Speaker 10: that was the best match by far, I gotta be
- 26:14Speaker 10: honest with you.
- 26:14Speaker 2: It was fine. I mean they won.
- 26:18Speaker 9: But if someone tells me that's the best that our
- 26:20Speaker 9: sport has to offer him. Like that was a five,
- 26:22Speaker 9: Like they won four to two. Harry Kane a couple
- 26:24Speaker 9: of goals. That guy is awesome. I'm like, that's the
- 26:26Speaker 9: best your sport has to offer. That's your game seven,
- 26:29Speaker 9: that that is your game four. Nicks come down it
- 26:32Speaker 9: like wow, I'm just astonished to see what a one
- 26:35Speaker 9: on your scale registers.
- 26:36Speaker 10: That's Spain, Ivory Coast, Neil Mill.
- 26:39Speaker 2: That was no reds pirates.
- 26:40Speaker 6: That's what we're saying.
- 26:43Speaker 4: You know, I could get a set of bagpipes, but
- 26:45Speaker 4: like they're fifteen hundred, like two thousand dollars for bagpipes.
- 26:49Speaker 3: I don't think I would ever pay that much.
- 26:51Speaker 4: I wonder if I get like a bootleg version and
- 26:53Speaker 4: just kind of walk the streets playing the bagpipe.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Like guy wants to move to Scotland.
- 26:57Speaker 3: They're coming down to South Florida, that man.
- 26:58Speaker 9: But think of Scott's bagpipes come to mind immediately. Greenery,
- 27:03Speaker 9: like the lushness of the atmosphere, the castles.
- 27:06Speaker 2: The only ones of the Scotts. That's diet. But the
- 27:08Speaker 2: Kilts is good. That diet is brutal.
- 27:11Speaker 10: Hagis is just like, oh, my god, like the diet
- 27:14Speaker 10: would go to shit.
- 27:14Speaker 2: If you get no but ad Dan.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Imagine if you're from Norway and all the beauty that
- 27:18Speaker 1: surrounds you when you live in Norway, and then you're
- 27:21Speaker 1: talking to with.
- 27:23Speaker 2: Secaucus, New Jersey.
- 27:27Speaker 10: It puts the cock in secaccus.
- 27:28Speaker 9: There's no nothing quite like the swamp of the metal
- 27:32Speaker 9: Lands for these Norwegians.
- 27:33Speaker 2: We don't have Oslo, Thank god, do you guys?
- 27:37Speaker 6: I want to go?
- 27:38Speaker 2: I don't know that. I'm sorry, I just got I
- 27:40Speaker 2: was just I don't like.
- 27:40Speaker 9: The fact we will start using soccer vernacular in other sports.
- 27:43Speaker 9: To be clear, I have no issue with someone saying
- 27:45Speaker 9: Neil Niler too nil.
- 27:46Speaker 10: I get that's that's the vernacular.
- 27:47Speaker 9: I don't necessarily mind if someone says it's on the
- 27:49Speaker 9: pitch rather than saying the field.
- 27:50Speaker 10: I start to get a.
- 27:51Speaker 9: Note when people start to say, hey, with the guards
- 27:53Speaker 9: to the Mets, they could play with some more pace.
- 27:55Speaker 9: I gokay, just shut the hell up. I think what
- 27:57Speaker 9: you mean to say is they should be faster on
- 27:59Speaker 9: the bases. Don't start using in other places. I wish
- 28:03Speaker 9: there was more pace with regards to the Vegas Golden
- 28:05Speaker 9: Knights hockey team. If your soccer okay, So.
- 28:10Speaker 2: I gotta push back on that.
- 28:11Speaker 7: I gotta push back because equalizer is one of the
- 28:13Speaker 7: best terms in sports. Imagine somebody hits a game tying
- 28:17Speaker 7: home run and there's the equalizer.
- 28:19Speaker 2: That's awesome.
- 28:19Speaker 1: But I was thinking about this over the weekend. I
- 28:22Speaker 1: think it just works well in soccer. I don't think
- 28:24Speaker 1: it works well in other sports. You know, yeah, I
- 28:27Speaker 1: mean if I hear someone so I gotta go take
- 28:29Speaker 1: the lift.
- 28:30Speaker 9: I'm like, come o, listen in soccer one day, you
- 28:32Speaker 9: want to see the elevator. Fine, I'll allow on soccer.
- 28:34Speaker 9: Anywhere else, excuse me, Like, oh, Google, I go to
- 28:37Speaker 9: the loo, Like come on.
- 28:38Speaker 4: I just googled what haggis is and I don't care
- 28:41Speaker 4: to go to Scotland anymore.
- 28:42Speaker 9: I just saw it completely changed. With one thought.
- 28:46Speaker 3: It's a savory pudding containing sheep's heart, liver and lungs,
- 28:51Speaker 3: minced with chopped onion oatmeal something I don't understand how
- 28:55Speaker 3: to say, and then seasonings and salt and then wrapped
- 28:58Speaker 3: in the animals so growth add in.
- 29:03Speaker 5: I think the two biggest things going for this World
- 29:06Speaker 5: Cup right now is one the star factor has been
- 29:09Speaker 5: off the charts. You get the hat trick from Messi,
- 29:12Speaker 5: the braces from Holland and Bope Moslo scores for Egypt yesterday.
- 29:17Speaker 5: The other thing, USA might actually be pretty good in
- 29:21Speaker 5: this World Cup where they win consecutive World Cup games
- 29:25Speaker 5: for the first time since nineteen thirty and then they're
- 29:29Speaker 5: asking lots On Ibrahimovich in the post game after the
- 29:33Speaker 5: Australian matching, he said, Rebecca Lo just asked him pretty
- 29:35Speaker 5: pretty straightforward.
- 29:36Speaker 6: Can the US win the World Cup? He said, yes.
- 29:39Speaker 9: Yep, lots On Yeah, and listen, I will say the
- 29:42Speaker 9: desk has been great.
- 29:43Speaker 10: I love Alexi Lawas from our days at ESPN.
- 29:45Speaker 9: He was good friends my buddy Max Sprados, so Laalas
- 29:47Speaker 9: can always take a joke too, Tierryan Ree Ibrahimovitch, those
- 29:49Speaker 9: guys love giving him the gears obviously.
- 29:51Speaker 2: Rebcchelo terrific host. And you're right.
- 29:53Speaker 9: There's one thing about Americans I've learned living in this
- 29:54Speaker 9: country now for sixteen years.
- 29:56Speaker 10: On a national level, the team's good.
- 29:57Speaker 2: People will care.
- 29:58Speaker 10: You know, USA hockey. If it's in the Olympics Gold
- 30:01Speaker 10: Mell against Canada, people are locked in.
- 30:02Speaker 9: They couldn't give a crap about the National predators in March,
- 30:05Speaker 9: but you would say hockey rint so similarly with soccer,
- 30:07Speaker 9: who only cares with Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
- 30:10Speaker 9: But if USA can win a title on home soil,
- 30:12Speaker 9: that would be remarkable. So I absolutely with you, Taylor,
- 30:14Speaker 9: the fact that if USA can win it as a
- 30:16Speaker 9: legit good team, I wouldn't even know what's the best
- 30:18Speaker 9: America's ever done.
- 30:18Speaker 10: I'm guessing round of sixteen.
- 30:20Speaker 3: I think quarter final.
- 30:20Speaker 2: I think a quarter final he.
- 30:22Speaker 9: Didn't get to a seventy'd be great. And I do
- 30:23Speaker 9: love the star power. I don't know the thing about him,
- 30:25Speaker 9: but I do love saying himbappe.
- 30:27Speaker 2: Because I was driving.
- 30:28Speaker 10: Back there was a France game and I just started, Hey, yeah,
- 30:32Speaker 10: that guy is awesome. And I do love Osala. If
- 30:34Speaker 10: I had one player, I love most solid with Egypt.
- 30:36Speaker 2: That guy's sick. I do love him.
- 30:37Speaker 6: He's great.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Taylor put it on the pole.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Could most Salad be the name of your bookie?
- 30:46Speaker 10: Jill pretty good here at Churchill down there, just gonna
- 30:48Speaker 10: make a.
- 30:51Speaker 4: And then you said, Alexei Lawless can take a joke. Yeah,
- 30:55Speaker 4: you would have to right now, right I'd have to
- 30:57Speaker 4: be able to because he's taking a beating, no question.
- 31:01Speaker 9: I mean for years is he he was like the
- 31:03Speaker 9: one good player, right, he was the one good defender
- 31:05Speaker 9: that they had for USA Soccer and wasn't really good.
- 31:08Speaker 10: So it's like, all right, I'm the good player and
- 31:09Speaker 10: a bad team, so to speak.
- 31:10Speaker 9: And he's really good on television, right, He's funny, he's
- 31:12Speaker 9: articulate obviously on sports and our courses, et cetera.
- 31:15Speaker 2: So you're right with those guys.
- 31:16Speaker 9: I'm like, Hey, I'm up against a couple of studs here.
- 31:18Speaker 9: Like everyone, even a casual soccer fan knows how good
- 31:20Speaker 9: hebrhimip is. Even a casual knows how good TYROLR is.
- 31:23Speaker 2: So you're right.
- 31:23Speaker 10: It's it's okay, I'm a player.
- 31:24Speaker 2: I know my stuff.
- 31:25Speaker 9: Okay, wait, but I'm not quite at this level. So
- 31:27Speaker 9: I I lawas knows. He knows his terrain, so to speak.
- 31:31Speaker 9: He knows with whom he's dealing with.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Uh, do you guys think the United States could win it?
- 31:34Speaker 1: I'll start with Izzy, I'll start with you. Laton said
- 31:38Speaker 1: that he did not hesitate.
- 31:39Speaker 2: He hasn't waivered.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Since he's doing a thing, the thing that I tell
- 31:43Speaker 1: everyone to do, why not just pick the United States.
- 31:46Speaker 1: If they win, you look like a genius. If they don't,
- 31:48Speaker 1: no one will remember. Do you think the United States
- 31:50Speaker 1: can win?
- 31:51Speaker 2: I don't.
- 31:51Speaker 4: I'm judging it more based on who else I've seen,
- 31:54Speaker 4: and I'm pretty much seen almost every match, and I
- 31:57Speaker 4: don't see anybody just jumping off the TV screen for
- 32:00Speaker 4: me in terms of this team is definitely going to be,
- 32:02Speaker 4: you know, a semi finalist even or or make a
- 32:04Speaker 4: run Argentina maybe if Messi is.
- 32:06Speaker 3: Staying on that level of form.
- 32:08Speaker 4: But uh, I see the US matches and I'm just like, yeah,
- 32:11Speaker 4: there's nothing that I feel I can absolutely overwhelm them.
- 32:14Speaker 3: They're good up front, the midfield is strong.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Oh yeah.
- 32:17Speaker 4: Defensively they can you know, be a leak a little bit,
- 32:20Speaker 4: but I haven't really seen it yet. So if they
- 32:23Speaker 4: look like they can, you know, stay with these other
- 32:25Speaker 4: teams and beat these teams that are below them, then
- 32:28Speaker 4: why wouldn't they be, you know, competing.
- 32:31Speaker 9: I'd like to use my time to talk with the
- 32:32Speaker 9: fact Canada won their first World Cup match ever.
- 32:35Speaker 10: Canada been in two previous World Cups oh and three.
- 32:37Speaker 9: Both times this time we tie Bosnia Bosnia country three million. Well,
- 32:42Speaker 9: we tied them and then just smash the crap out
- 32:44Speaker 9: of Qatar. Six nail for Canada. So yeah, well it's
- 32:48Speaker 9: ultimately Canada Switzerland, big game on Wednesday.
- 32:51Speaker 10: But if USA wins, I'd be thrilled. But if not,
- 32:53Speaker 10: let's just get Canada to the group stage.
- 32:54Speaker 2: I'd be thrilled. Yep, they need something. I feel good
- 32:57Speaker 2: for Canada, right.
- 33:00Speaker 9: Beat us in hockey in the men's, to beat us
- 33:02Speaker 9: in hockey in the women's. Just let us get to
- 33:04Speaker 9: the group stage of the World Cup.
- 33:05Speaker 2: That would be enough.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Yes, Taylor, how are you feeling about As the biggest
- 33:09Speaker 1: soccer fan amongst us here, how do you feel about
- 33:11Speaker 1: the US? You know their chances of winning the whole thing.
- 33:15Speaker 1: It was the first to declare the team as electric,
- 33:17Speaker 1: so he was.
- 33:18Speaker 2: He said this could be their year.
- 33:19Speaker 1: In his defense, he said before Latzon said it, he
- 33:22Speaker 1: said this could be their year before they were two
- 33:25Speaker 1: and zho he said this could be their year.
- 33:27Speaker 2: He did so.
- 33:28Speaker 5: I think saying they could win it is a bit
- 33:31Speaker 5: too much right now, because you'd like to see them
- 33:34Speaker 5: do it in the groups, in the knockout stage beforehand,
- 33:38Speaker 5: and right now, the biggest concern is Polisic is injured.
- 33:42Speaker 5: There's no really timetable for when he should be back,
- 33:45Speaker 5: and he's the United States best player and kind of
- 33:48Speaker 5: the one that gets that offense going forward. I think,
- 33:52Speaker 5: at the very least, my expectations for this team the
- 33:56Speaker 5: final eight, if they could get to the final eightes.
- 33:58Speaker 5: Do you know this, Once you're in the final, all
- 34:00Speaker 5: better off. All things can happen, anything could happen. And
- 34:03Speaker 5: what what really changed it for me? Add n is
- 34:06Speaker 5: I'm back in New York and I'm watching the Knicks
- 34:08Speaker 5: win the NBA Finals, and I'm like, if the Knicks
- 34:10Speaker 5: can win the NBA Championship, anything.
- 34:14Speaker 6: Anything is possible. The USA could win a World Cup.
- 34:16Speaker 9: Now yeah, yeah, I mean I still don't quite bother
- 34:19Speaker 9: the rehabilitation of James Dolan.
- 34:20Speaker 10: I mean, Jim Dolan for years has been a terrible person.
- 34:22Speaker 9: He treats people awful, awful, over Like, let's let's just
- 34:25Speaker 9: stop that one right now. Okay, people like all this guy. Hey,
- 34:27Speaker 9: even James Dolan's a winner. Leon Rose is a winner. Okay,
- 34:30Speaker 9: put this team together. Jalen Brunson's a winner. Okay, those
- 34:33Speaker 9: guys are absolute studs. I'm not gonna be supporting James
- 34:35Speaker 9: Dolan as one of the Knicks champions. But the right
- 34:39Speaker 9: down the Knicks do have you believing I will say
- 34:41Speaker 9: this unpopular thought. You're gonna be offended by me. Parades overrated.
- 34:44Speaker 9: I had a guy here my local grocery store, comes
- 34:46Speaker 9: in all Knicks decked out, like oh man, go next
- 34:48Speaker 9: aus and he's like, yeah, I just come back from
- 34:50Speaker 9: the parade.
- 34:50Speaker 2: I got Really, how was it?
- 34:51Speaker 9: He goes, well, had to be there at two thirty
- 34:53Speaker 9: I was like, what he's again? At three am they
- 34:55Speaker 9: started shutting it down, shutting what done? He goes, shutting
- 34:57Speaker 9: the entrance to get there. You need to get there
- 34:59Speaker 9: two thirty am.
- 35:00Speaker 10: He's a kegs.
- 35:01Speaker 9: Then you've got to stand there for eight hour because yeah,
- 35:02Speaker 9: I started at eleven. Because you can't take a piss,
- 35:04Speaker 9: you can't take a dump, you can't go any cake eat.
- 35:06Speaker 2: He's a no. Eight hours standing there just.
- 35:08Speaker 9: For thirty seconds of waving at Mariska Hargateay. I love
- 35:12Speaker 9: the parade. It was awesome on my television set. If
- 35:14Speaker 9: I lived in Manhattan, maybe it's different. You just walk outside, Okay,
- 35:17Speaker 9: I'll get a spot here, wave, we'll figure it out.
- 35:19Speaker 9: Taylor to actually go the night before, as this guy did.
- 35:21Speaker 9: Outrageous and then one thousand percent agree with you. I
- 35:26Speaker 9: called the parade a once in a lifetime event because
- 35:28Speaker 9: I only needed to do it once in my lifetime.
- 35:30Speaker 9: Parades are better in idea than they are in actually
- 35:35Speaker 9: practice executing them.
- 35:36Speaker 1: Yeah, they're better down Main Street than they are in Manhattan.
- 35:41Speaker 9: The Carolina Hurricanes parade a little bit better. Why Raleigh
- 35:44Speaker 9: a little more spread out?
- 35:45Speaker 2: You can organize it.
- 35:46Speaker 9: People get great, right, there's not eight point eight million
- 35:48Speaker 9: people cramming. I would go to the Hurricanes spad as
- 35:51Speaker 9: a non Hurricanes fan just to enjoy it, even though
- 35:53Speaker 9: it's after here for the Knicks.
- 35:55Speaker 2: How about Brenda More, I mean that guy is jacked?
- 35:58Speaker 2: Holy hell?
- 35:59Speaker 9: Man do I The other day on the NHL network,
- 36:01Speaker 9: I said, I think he's got seven percent body fat,
- 36:03Speaker 9: and Thomas Ikey said seven.
- 36:04Speaker 10: If he said that to his face, he'd punch you
- 36:05Speaker 10: in the he'd take it down. He thinks like three.
- 36:08Speaker 10: He's like, dude.
- 36:09Speaker 9: The guys couldn't wait to rip his shirt off just
- 36:11Speaker 9: so all the people could see how jack Their coaches like.
- 36:13Speaker 10: It is ridiculous easy Goodyera's level.
- 36:16Speaker 3: Three percent is unsafe I.
- 36:19Speaker 9: Think the bare minimum at least four, right, four or five.
- 36:22Speaker 9: I think it's not good for you.
- 36:23Speaker 2: But he's well shame. I love Rob the both and
- 36:25Speaker 2: a great guest. Mister Gods.
- 36:27Speaker 10: You got to have him back on the podcast now,
- 36:28Speaker 10: he'll be great.
- 36:29Speaker 2: I'm trying to get him this week.
- 36:31Speaker 1: Martelly Junior once in though, that's the probleminate schedules.
- 36:34Speaker 10: Yes, get a couple Mel Rushmore of Flyers, Brittre so great.
- 36:38Speaker 2: Bobby Klark I was locked in.
- 36:41Speaker 4: Yeah, he's about five six percent Max. Okay, that's incredible,
- 36:45Speaker 4: right that dude.
- 36:45Speaker 2: This guy's in his fifties. It's ridiculous, It's insane.
- 36:48Speaker 9: Uh.
- 36:48Speaker 2: What'd you make of Matthew could Chuck? Uh?
- 36:50Speaker 1: Now Brady, his brother is now joining Matthew in South Florida.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Canada loses again.
- 36:56Speaker 1: Uh, after we just talked about them winning something a
- 36:58Speaker 1: soccer match, they lose another, ko Chuck, what'd you make
- 37:01Speaker 1: of this?
- 37:02Speaker 2: A couple of Kachuck's cutting it up in South Florida.
- 37:04Speaker 9: Huh, I'm so glad you brought up Still he's doing baseball. Yesterday,
- 37:07Speaker 9: Taylor was texting me about Sunday Stretch. He's locked in.
- 37:09Speaker 9: He's watching Peacock and then my producer Jady Limberg, who's
- 37:12Speaker 9: also big hockey guy, goes Kachuck to Florida. I go,
- 37:14Speaker 9: you're kidding. He's like Denser, It's like wow, And I said,
- 37:17Speaker 9: I have so many thoughts. One, I gotta get the
- 37:18Speaker 9: hell out of here before I have to handle the
- 37:19Speaker 9: breaking news, which.
- 37:20Speaker 2: I batically did.
- 37:21Speaker 9: I got on the highway before as I did interrupt.
- 37:23Speaker 9: Now you already leught Sorry, guys, get to it. Somebody
- 37:24Speaker 9: else is standing, like, go get to Brian Kennedy to
- 37:26Speaker 9: talk hockey.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Yeah he do. You played by mean.
- 37:29Speaker 1: I did to get the hell out of it before
- 37:30Speaker 1: I get to the bust centergals in town.
- 37:32Speaker 9: Yahn Norway's here like, I can't take any chances.
- 37:35Speaker 2: You're with the traffic. But listen, it is great for
- 37:38Speaker 2: the Panthers.
- 37:38Speaker 10: Are you kidding?
- 37:39Speaker 2: Once again? South Florida wins.
- 37:40Speaker 9: I mean, this is so funny, and it's it's great
- 37:43Speaker 9: for the sport because now you have a true villain
- 37:45Speaker 9: in the Panthers. I'm telling you the Amountic Canadians who
- 37:48Speaker 9: already hated Sunrise Florida and now go wait.
- 37:50Speaker 2: You went from the nation's capitol, Ottawa and terror.
- 37:52Speaker 9: Brady Kachuck is the one guy they really care about Ottawa,
- 37:55Speaker 9: and he's gone. This US group chat changed everything. They
- 37:58Speaker 9: all went to the Olympus down they go, Hey, dude.
- 37:59Speaker 2: I'm not playing an auto anymore.
- 38:01Speaker 10: I'm gonna showing Younkert what it takes.
- 38:03Speaker 2: All right, let's do it.
- 38:04Speaker 9: Dylan Larkin wants out of Detroit. Why he wants to
- 38:06Speaker 9: go somewhere else? What's go to Utah or Vegas or Florida? Hey,
- 38:09Speaker 9: no state taxed, nobody cares about the hockey down here.
- 38:11Speaker 9: It's all good, no pressure. Ohhawall this sucks. It's cold.
- 38:14Speaker 2: The media is all over me. We've never won. It's miserable. Florida.
- 38:17Speaker 9: Yeah right, my brother, republic Tea, let's go. This is awesome.
- 38:22Speaker 9: So it's a great win for Brady Kuchuck. It's a
- 38:25Speaker 9: huge win for Matthew Kachuck. It's a great score by
- 38:27Speaker 9: Bill Zio. He gave up no players. I mean, like,
- 38:29Speaker 9: what was the trading? Is three first in a second ago?
- 38:31Speaker 10: Who cares? It's right, this isn't the NFL. We called
- 38:35Speaker 10: me at first round pick.
- 38:36Speaker 9: That's like a fifty percent chance the guy's gonna play.
- 38:37Speaker 9: That's like twenty percent chance take eight picks. I couldn't
- 38:40Speaker 9: care last when have Brady Kndchuck. This guy's a stud
- 38:42Speaker 9: right for Florida, As I said, for the sports to
- 38:45Speaker 9: people now will really hate Florida and f those guys.
- 38:47Speaker 9: They missed the playoffs one year and they go get
- 38:49Speaker 9: Brady kachuckt til Zito.
- 38:51Speaker 2: It's great for the sport. Yes, it really is.
- 38:53Speaker 1: The Panthers, Listen, they missed the playoffs last year after
- 38:57Speaker 1: winning back to back Stanley Kubbs.
- 38:58Speaker 2: But that team is not about Reid.
- 39:00Speaker 1: That team they think they if Matthew was healthy and
- 39:03Speaker 1: now they had Brady and their guys are healthy next year.
- 39:06Speaker 1: They were without Barkoff the entire year. They think they
- 39:09Speaker 1: can win it again next season.
- 39:10Speaker 9: Right, No question about the amount of people who are like,
- 39:13Speaker 9: is this the beginning of the end?
- 39:14Speaker 10: Like even phrasing is a question.
- 39:15Speaker 9: And before he even got the question that they go, no,
- 39:17Speaker 9: this is not the beginning of the end.
- 39:18Speaker 2: This is a dynasty.
- 39:19Speaker 10: It was one off season where there's a calamitous group
- 39:22Speaker 10: of injuries to keep players.
- 39:24Speaker 2: That's it.
- 39:24Speaker 9: Matthew Kchuck was out till New Year's Day. Barkoff was
- 39:27Speaker 9: out the entire season. If those guys are back in
- 39:29Speaker 9: a healthy different story. The one thing which is interesting.
- 39:31Speaker 9: Jason demrgs with Whom I Do on podcast and Jellan scripted.
- 39:34Speaker 9: He said, Bob's gone. I said, what do you mean?
- 39:35Speaker 9: Babroski's the man? He is now thirty seven high salary.
- 39:38Speaker 9: I think he's gonna go somewhere. So he thinks Bobroski
- 39:40Speaker 9: might get dealt. How fascinating would this be? Connor Hallibuck's
- 39:43Speaker 9: probably the best goal in hockey. He's won of Vesna
- 39:45Speaker 9: multiple times. He's won the Hart Trophy for the most
- 39:47Speaker 9: Fauale player last year bit of a down season. Apparently
- 39:49Speaker 9: he wants it a Winnipeg. What a surprise. I've been
- 39:51Speaker 9: there four times. Trust me, I wouldn't want to live
- 39:53Speaker 9: in Winnipeg either. Apparently said more than enough of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
- 39:57Speaker 9: Let me guess he'd love to come to Florida. Just
- 39:59Speaker 9: watch Bills. You know, go get Conter Hellibuck and Praboski out.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Let's go get hell of another name. Nobody's going to
- 40:03Speaker 3: be able to spell very good point.
- 40:06Speaker 9: It's like Stu, how about spelling skintish feely unbelievable. Let's
- 40:10Speaker 9: look crazy hawkman game. You guys back in the day, speaking.
- 40:12Speaker 2: Of was rigged, I mean the spelling bee's raged.
- 40:14Speaker 9: I mean, let me tart Marie stottamar Let's not very
- 40:17Speaker 9: hard to spell. Where it's the heart hard ma Stotta.
- 40:20Speaker 1: I remember the next season we did it. His fifth
- 40:22Speaker 1: one was Jason Williams.
- 40:23Speaker 4: Maybe well, which Jason Williams. It's the tricky question, the trick.
- 40:29Speaker 2: Deep s a s H.
- 40:32Speaker 4: I got a quick question because in ninety four when
- 40:35Speaker 4: the uh the World Cup was here in the US,
- 40:37Speaker 4: the US team made it to the round of sixteen,
- 40:40Speaker 4: but never back then that I feel like that was
- 40:42Speaker 4: a team that was in the mix if they somehow
- 40:45Speaker 4: get to the round of sixteen again, not somehow they
- 40:47Speaker 4: get to the round of sixteen again or further another
- 40:50Speaker 4: round further. Is this the event step that brings US
- 40:55Speaker 4: soccer to its peak? Like, is this the event that
- 40:58Speaker 4: brings some of these you know, youthful athletes and the
- 41:02Speaker 4: best athletes in our country to play soccer and say, hey,
- 41:04Speaker 4: I want to be on that stage sometime or is
- 41:06Speaker 4: this just gonna be like ninety four or thirty years later,
- 41:08Speaker 4: we're gonna be like, eh, maybe they can win one.
- 41:10Speaker 1: Uh, it's a great question. I'm not certain. I think
- 41:13Speaker 1: we all will enjoy it. We'll talk about a soccer
- 41:15Speaker 1: surge in the United States of America, and then the.
- 41:18Speaker 2: NFL will start and we'll forget about it. I mean
- 41:22Speaker 2: this news point.
- 41:23Speaker 9: Everybody plays soccer on their kids, as we all do it,
- 41:25Speaker 9: and then then you go, hey, there's other things, there's
- 41:26Speaker 9: other better distractions, other things to do.
- 41:28Speaker 2: So I I it was the.
- 41:29Speaker 9: Same thing with the USA hockey when they want to
- 41:31Speaker 9: the only spiel g Yes, just give me this miracle,
- 41:32Speaker 9: a nice moment. I go, probably not guess what the
- 41:34Speaker 9: NBA playoffs are about to start, Like that's it.
- 41:36Speaker 2: It's great, but it's.
- 41:38Speaker 9: Hard to see whether or not there'll be a generational surge.
- 41:40Speaker 9: We'll have to wait tenures to see if you know,
- 41:42Speaker 9: more people participate, et cetera. But my general hunch would
- 41:44Speaker 9: be no, I would do. I think it'd be a
- 41:45Speaker 9: great moment. People would lose their minds. The soccer bill
- 41:48Speaker 9: would be particularly obnoxious and annoying, and the rest of
- 41:50Speaker 9: us would just go back and watch football and be great.
- 41:52Speaker 2: Right.
- 41:53Speaker 1: I'm also not convinced, like they they haven't played anyone, like,
- 41:57Speaker 1: they haven't played one of these world powers like answer
- 42:00Speaker 1: Germany yet they haven't played them, and they won't play
- 42:02Speaker 1: him until they get to the quarterfinals.
- 42:04Speaker 2: So I'm not even certain this team is good enough
- 42:05Speaker 2: to win the World Cup. But it is exciting. I
- 42:08Speaker 2: have to give them that.
- 42:09Speaker 1: The fact that they're already out of the group stage
- 42:11Speaker 1: and they've moved on here and they're two and zero.
- 42:13Speaker 2: That is listen, that's progress. Add then that's it, you know.
- 42:16Speaker 9: I was trying to explain to my wife and said,
- 42:17Speaker 9: you know, it's not really exciting right now because this
- 42:19Speaker 9: is still you know, the early stages, the really good stuff.
- 42:22Speaker 9: I said, you mean the shootouts, that's what you care about.
- 42:25Speaker 2: That's all anyone.
- 42:27Speaker 9: As soon as is he mentioned ninety four, all I
- 42:29Speaker 9: thought about was Roberto Bajio.
- 42:30Speaker 10: I'm like, Italy, that was unbelievable. This guy supposed to
- 42:32Speaker 10: be a stud.
- 42:33Speaker 9: He's got like that weird little like rat tail of
- 42:34Speaker 9: the back of his hair, and he's missing a critical
- 42:37Speaker 9: shot and shoot him like how could you not score?
- 42:40Speaker 9: As Hawk was seeing, you gotta watch the guy's eyes,
- 42:42Speaker 9: Like what do you mean? Because the goalie watches his eyes.
- 42:44Speaker 9: The players watching your eyes dive right, dive if they'll
- 42:46Speaker 9: go right up the middle every time I go right,
- 42:48Speaker 9: at least if five shots go up the middle at
- 42:50Speaker 9: least twice, you're gonna.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Score the boys all over the place. Right.
- 42:53Speaker 1: It's a purpose. Yes, that's what I was saying. Is
- 42:56Speaker 1: he we were talking about this. If I had five
- 42:58Speaker 1: penalty kicks against a professional goalie, which is a promotion
- 43:01Speaker 1: that we actually set up that I didn't attend.
- 43:03Speaker 2: I was busy that day.
- 43:07Speaker 1: If I kick one of those pks right down the middle,
- 43:10Speaker 1: goalies are always guessing.
- 43:11Speaker 2: Is he going left? Is he going right?
- 43:12Speaker 1: They're gonna dive that way whichever way they think I'm going.
- 43:15Speaker 2: I put one right down the middle. Eventually I'm gonna score, right.
- 43:18Speaker 4: I mean, if the goal keeper thought you were capable
- 43:21Speaker 4: of striking the ball with pace, with pace in any.
- 43:26Speaker 2: Direction right, he would probably post.
- 43:29Speaker 4: But this goalkeeper, this professional goalkeeper, will probably just wait
- 43:33Speaker 4: for you to contact it no matter what you do,
- 43:35Speaker 4: and then just go stave it.
- 43:36Speaker 3: I don't I don't know if you can get one
- 43:37Speaker 3: in in five.
- 43:38Speaker 6: I don't.
- 43:39Speaker 2: I think Stu could do it.
- 43:40Speaker 9: One in five, you could get it, because just with
- 43:42Speaker 9: that strategy, because the goal the goalie to the jump,
- 43:44Speaker 9: there's no question, but Toddy, he'd get that first gulf
- 43:47Speaker 9: the bill after that.
- 43:47Speaker 2: Like, okay, that much.
- 43:49Speaker 1: Here really real quick, before we get to h the
- 43:54Speaker 1: wee ken observations, You're at.
- 43:57Speaker 2: Dan Serena coming back and playing singles. Huh, great story, dude.
- 44:01Speaker 10: She's forty four years Savada, so this can't be true.
- 44:04Speaker 9: I'm like, yeah, her and Feeder are supposed to be
- 44:06Speaker 9: going in the Hall of Fame together in August. She's like, no,
- 44:08Speaker 9: I've still got some more ask kicking to do. I'm
- 44:10Speaker 9: gonna go out there and play Wimbledon again. I don't
- 44:12Speaker 9: get too excited for the doubles. So when I heard
- 44:14Speaker 9: Serena's playing doubles mcack whatever, but going in as a wildcard,
- 44:18Speaker 9: that going into the singles, I don't care if she
- 44:19Speaker 9: plays one match, I don't.
- 44:20Speaker 2: Care if she plays five.
- 44:21Speaker 10: Serena is awesome. That's great for wimbled and great for
- 44:23Speaker 10: the sport.
- 44:24Speaker 9: In her forties, She's still play now for a Dallowa
- 44:26Speaker 9: is doing that as a doubles I get that.
- 44:28Speaker 10: As a singles player in her forties, Serena is the queen.
- 44:31Speaker 4: I mean, there are people's whether it's Serena, Lebron, Brinda Moore,
- 44:35Speaker 4: makes me feel like at forty eight, I'm still in
- 44:37Speaker 4: my prime, like I can physically, i can still do anything,
- 44:40Speaker 4: because look at these people, it's incredible.
- 44:41Speaker 2: You can, is he? Well? Any of us can? Right,
- 44:44Speaker 2: you just gotta do it, not any of us, I think,
- 44:47Speaker 2: is he in Taylor can the rest of us? I'm
- 44:48Speaker 2: time sure that's a certain about Taylor.
- 44:51Speaker 3: I'm Taylor still kid. He's got a waste to go.
- 44:56Speaker 2: Weekend Observations coming up next
