- 0:04Speaker 1: Thank you for listening to Depictions Media Radio.
- 0:22Speaker 2: You're the air I breathe. You're everything to me.
- 0:33Speaker 3: Oh, oh, oh. And I looked up at a shooting
- 0:49Speaker 3: star And then I wondered who you are I just
- 0:55Speaker 3: need to know So I wished upon.
- 1:17Speaker 4: That shooting star, and then I wondered where you are.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Is it dead to me, or is it meant to be?
- 1:32Speaker 2: Welcome back to Inspiring Stories.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Today's guest turned her own deep personal healing into a
- 1:45Speaker 1: powerful mission to help women reclaim their lives. For years,
- 1:49Speaker 1: she put everyone else's needs before her own, living in
- 1:54Speaker 1: cycles of overwhelming and over-functioning and losing sight of who
- 1:59Speaker 1: she was. But over the 19-year journey of a deep
- 2:06Speaker 1: inner work, she unraveled the childhood programming emotional patterns, and
- 2:11Speaker 1: boundary struggles beneath those habits. She didn't just study these lessons,
- 2:19Speaker 1: she lived them. Today, as a certified resentment coach, she
- 2:24Speaker 1: helps women get to the root of their resentment, stop
- 2:30Speaker 1: abandoning themselves, and build a life that truly feels like
- 2:39Speaker 1: their own. please welcome the remarkable and awesome Nina Theria
- 2:45Speaker 1: to the show.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Power of the mind It's something we.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Cannot hide Oh, oh, oh It's what I'm so.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Proud of You know, welcome to the show. Resentment, that's
- 3:22Speaker 1: one of those internal things that just eats you up inside. So, one,
- 3:29Speaker 1: how did you get to, because people usually don't, when
- 3:33Speaker 1: they're doing coaching, they don't focus down so far on
- 3:36Speaker 1: to a single emotional way you're doing. So how did
- 3:42Speaker 1: you get to this point where you knew that you
- 3:44Speaker 1: could help so many people that release this energy that's
- 3:50Speaker 1: inside of them?
- 3:52Speaker 5: Well, Michael, that's quite a journey. So my most pivotal
- 3:56Speaker 5: moment was 2006 where I had hit rock bottom and
- 4:00Speaker 5: I was the end of my rope and I was
- 4:01Speaker 5: willing to do anything to heal. I was already chronically fatigued.
- 4:06Speaker 5: I had symptoms of insomnia. I had all kinds of symptoms.
- 4:11Speaker 5: And first of all, chronic fatigue was huge for me.
- 4:13Speaker 5: So I remember... You know, here I was at another
- 4:16Speaker 5: naturopath doctor's office with my bag of supplements, excited to
- 4:20Speaker 5: find out what other supplement I needed to heal. And
- 4:24Speaker 5: after she did my intake and intake form and looked
- 4:28Speaker 5: into what was actually going on, she said, you know,
- 4:32Speaker 5: you don't need another supplement. What you need is look
- 4:36Speaker 5: at your unresolved, unprocessed emotions.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Wow.
- 4:43Speaker 5: I had no idea. And I was told a few things.
- 4:47Speaker 5: Once I would become symptom free, I would live the
- 4:54Speaker 5: life I wanted. My children would become like me and
- 4:57Speaker 5: I would find my sole purpose. So I ended up dirty.
- 5:01Speaker 5: My only thing was I wanted to heal, you know?
- 5:03Speaker 5: So what I found out was the emotions, not knowing
- 5:06Speaker 5: how to feel my emotions, not knowing how to understand
- 5:10Speaker 5: my core programming patterns, where did it all come from?
- 5:13Speaker 5: And then not having effective boundaries in my life was
- 5:16Speaker 5: keeping me stuck. And there was so much resentment piled
- 5:20Speaker 5: underneath all those emotions. So that's where my journey began.
- 5:25Speaker 5: And then it continued unraveling. And here I am today
- 5:29Speaker 5: and with my sole purpose and my calling.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Wow.
- 5:33Speaker 5: All right.
- 5:34Speaker 1: So how do you get people to recognize the resentment
- 5:41Speaker 1: that's inside of them? Because, like you said, this is
- 5:46Speaker 1: an emotion that could be hidden, couldn't it?
- 5:48Speaker 5: 100% after my journey. How did I find out? First off,
- 5:54Speaker 5: I was very overwhelmed. And when I started doing the
- 5:57Speaker 5: deeper introspection work with my guides, or myself, my own
- 6:00Speaker 5: as well, because I was given things to do. You know,
- 6:03Speaker 5: I wanted to heal, so I had to do the
- 6:04Speaker 5: work on myself. I mean, we have to do the work, okay?
- 6:09Speaker 4: So.
- 6:10Speaker 5: When I started doing the introspection work, I found out
- 6:13Speaker 5: that I had been going to listen to podcasts, reading books,
- 6:18Speaker 5: going to seminars, going to retreats, but that was just
- 6:23Speaker 5: hitting the surface. I was so busy distracting and not really,
- 6:28Speaker 5: not even distracting, but I was just touching the surface
- 6:33Speaker 5: of it. And every time any mentor would try to
- 6:37Speaker 5: just touch that surface of emotion, my system would be
- 6:42Speaker 5: in a state of emergency. Like, fear would come up.
- 6:45Speaker 5: And I'm like, I don't want to do this, right?
- 6:47Speaker 5: So I'm sure some of the mentors tried, but they
- 6:49Speaker 5: never got deep enough. So we meet mentors during journey,
- 6:53Speaker 5: and I don't want to, you know, say that other
- 6:56Speaker 5: mentors couldn't do what I did, but I kept looking
- 6:59Speaker 5: at it, right? So I think for me, it was
- 7:02Speaker 5: distracting from feeling. And I was just, To get to
- 7:08Speaker 5: the root of it. Until 2006, I was so chronic
- 7:12Speaker 5: with insomnia, depression, anxiety, stomach issues. And when I was
- 7:21Speaker 5: at my biggest rock bottom point, where, you know, what
- 7:25Speaker 5: they're saying, when the student's ready, the teacher appears. So basically,
- 7:31Speaker 5: I feel that's what happened to me. And then when
- 7:33Speaker 5: I started, you know, looking at the emotions, yeah, I
- 7:36Speaker 5: had a lot of resentments. There was a lot of
- 7:38Speaker 5: things that happened in my life. And the biggest thing
- 7:42Speaker 5: in my journey was, it was a spiritual journey as well,
- 7:46Speaker 5: as well as getting to the root of what was
- 7:48Speaker 5: going on, was it was learning not to blame others.
- 7:54Speaker 5: That was deep for me. You know, yes, things happen.
- 7:56Speaker 5: He said that. She said this. We made so many
- 7:58Speaker 5: stories about people. But the biggest, for me, aha moment
- 8:02Speaker 5: was learning not... to blame others because they have their
- 8:06Speaker 5: own journey. So yeah, all this resentment built up from
- 8:09Speaker 5: childhood and then into the situations that happened. And that's
- 8:14Speaker 5: where I started saying, yeah, I have so much resentment.
- 8:18Speaker 5: And then looking at the emotions, getting to the core programming,
- 8:21Speaker 5: then I was able to slowly set boundaries.
- 8:26Speaker 1: What were some of the events that were causing the
- 8:31Speaker 1: resentment to begin with?
- 8:34Speaker 5: I didn't hear the question.
- 8:36Speaker 1: What are some of the events that happened in your
- 8:38Speaker 1: life that were causing the resentment?
- 8:42Speaker 5: Well, first of all, I grew up in a culture.
- 8:48Speaker 5: My upbringing was, it's just what my parents knew. So
- 8:54Speaker 5: I never learned how to feel my emotions as a child.
- 8:57Speaker 5: So here I was carrying all this emotion. resentment not
- 9:02Speaker 5: resentment but emotions that i had never felt that turned
- 9:05Speaker 5: into resentment i was in arranged marriage at a very
- 9:08Speaker 5: young age at 23 i didn't have a voice because
- 9:12Speaker 5: it was never taught to me right to listen to
- 9:15Speaker 5: how i felt i didn't know who i was and
- 9:19Speaker 5: until i didn't know who i was i was carrying
- 9:21Speaker 5: all these layers and things events that have my life
- 9:25Speaker 5: the range marriage the thing um having children at a
- 9:29Speaker 5: young age and not knowing who I was, how could
- 9:32Speaker 5: I raise children? I did the best I could. And
- 9:35Speaker 5: then of course I'm piled on top, my health issues.
- 9:39Speaker 5: And not, I had all these dreams and goals, but
- 9:44Speaker 5: I couldn't accomplish them because I held resentment, unhealed process
- 9:49Speaker 5: emotions that I had to resolve.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Yeah. Looking back at it now, could you say that
- 9:59Speaker 1: had you released some of that energy that you would
- 10:05Speaker 1: have moved forward regardless of arranged marriage? I know that
- 10:10Speaker 1: there are some cultural things that go along with arranged marriage,
- 10:14Speaker 1: but But you would be able to move past it
- 10:20Speaker 1: because your energy would have changed, right?
- 10:23Speaker 5: Yeah, if I had done some sort of work, it
- 10:27Speaker 5: helped for a short term. But the work that I
- 10:29Speaker 5: was doing, I wasn't embodying it. It was just surface
- 10:31Speaker 5: level work, right? So the subconscious, I already had a
- 10:36Speaker 5: lot of belief systems and cultural beliefs and societal beliefs, right?
- 10:40Speaker 5: So until I got deep into my subconscious, was I
- 10:43Speaker 5: able to change that?
- 10:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 10:47Speaker 5: And had I known better, I would have done better.
- 10:49Speaker 5: You know, the same goes, right?
- 10:51Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 10:53Speaker 5: Yeah, so I would have some six months where I
- 10:56Speaker 5: felt great before 2006, but I wasn't getting to the
- 11:00Speaker 5: root of what was actually causing all this symptoms or
- 11:04Speaker 5: feeling overwhelmed and not able to move forward with my goals. Right.
- 11:10Speaker 5: So I would hit a block every time I would
- 11:12Speaker 5: want because I wasn't embodying it or not really getting
- 11:15Speaker 5: to the root. my emotions and peeling them back and
- 11:18Speaker 5: understanding that core programming and not being able to set
- 11:21Speaker 5: boundaries in my life not being able to say no
- 11:24Speaker 5: that I would hit every time I would start something
- 11:26Speaker 5: I would hit a a wall again.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Yeah so how did you start to to deprogram yourself
- 11:36Speaker 1: or should we say change that programming uh inside of you.
- 11:42Speaker 5: How did I start so basically um looking at emotion
- 11:50Speaker 5: that's coming up through journalizing. And I hated journalizing, Michael.
- 11:54Speaker 5: I hate it. I love it now, but I hated it.
- 11:57Speaker 5: And I think my mentors were very hard on me.
- 12:00Speaker 5: My first mentor, 18 years I had her, from 2006
- 12:05Speaker 5: to 2018, she was very hard on me. She would say,
- 12:08Speaker 5: connect the dots. And I would be dumbfounded. And I
- 12:11Speaker 5: think maybe that's how she knew how. Maybe I was
- 12:15Speaker 5: meant to get that kind of healing so those prompts
- 12:20Speaker 5: but yeah she was very hard on me so journalizing
- 12:22Speaker 5: um she's so journalized so personally journalizing is very deep
- 12:27Speaker 5: getting things in your subconscious onto paper okay so that
- 12:31Speaker 5: was one of the tools and an emotion that came
- 12:34Speaker 5: up and looking at where did i first learn to
- 12:39Speaker 5: feel that way when that motion come up looking at
- 12:42Speaker 5: the stories i was telling myself Looking at the events
- 12:44Speaker 5: that happened to myself. And from those events, I could
- 12:47Speaker 5: understand going back into my childhood. The core programming. Where
- 12:51Speaker 5: did I get that emotion from? And then unraveling the
- 12:56Speaker 5: core programming and patterns around it. Getting up and looking
- 13:00Speaker 5: at that story at a deeper level. And then my
- 13:04Speaker 5: guides would ask me questions. And through those questions, I
- 13:07Speaker 5: got more unraveling and healing. And then from the healing,
- 13:11Speaker 5: I would be able to set boundaries. But that was really,
- 13:14Speaker 5: really hard. Because that's a game. You've got to feel uncomfortable.
- 13:19Speaker 1: I was going to say that I know for myself,
- 13:23Speaker 1: when I set a boundary with a person, I get all.
- 13:29Speaker 1: I almost have an anxiety attack when I have to
- 13:32Speaker 1: set a boundary with someone. Does that make sense?
- 13:37Speaker 6: Yes.
- 13:38Speaker 5: Because we haven't learned.
- 13:42Speaker 5: It goes back to emotions gain. I truly believe it.
- 13:44Speaker 5: We've been programmed. So a boundary is interesting. I was
- 13:47Speaker 5: feeling guilty around something, an example, because as we're up
- 13:50Speaker 5: leveling as people, our friendships are going to change. Our
- 13:54Speaker 5: lives are going to look different things we did before.
- 13:57Speaker 5: We're not going to do them. Things, the people we
- 13:59Speaker 5: connected before were up leveling. And I say the most
- 14:03Speaker 5: compassionate way, not saying I'm better, but as we grow
- 14:07Speaker 5: as children, adults are, are, um, our hobbies and what
- 14:13Speaker 5: we want to change. I mean, we start. Yeah. So
- 14:19Speaker 5: can you, can you remind me of the question of
- 14:21Speaker 5: what it was?
- 14:23Speaker 1: Oh, he's talking about, we're talking about boundaries and how
- 14:26Speaker 1: I have anxiety. I feel anxious about setting them.
- 14:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:30Speaker 1: And everything you're saying is, is true about, I feel
- 14:34Speaker 1: guilty about setting the boundary. I get afraid of that. Oh,
- 14:38Speaker 1: I'm going to lose a friend, but, Truthfully, the friends
- 14:45Speaker 1: that I have that I have like really strong boundaries with,
- 14:49Speaker 1: I have very strong connections with them. And we have
- 14:53Speaker 1: like really good relationship with each other. Yeah.
- 14:59Speaker 5: Some people with me never had boundaries. Yeah, I felt anxiety.
- 15:04Speaker 5: I felt fear. What were they going to think of me?
- 15:06Speaker 5: What were they going to do to me? And, you know,
- 15:09Speaker 5: the other day I was talking to someone and I said,
- 15:11Speaker 5: you know, I'm feeling guilty about something. And I said,
- 15:13Speaker 5: I've been unraveling it, right? And I said, I don't
- 15:15Speaker 5: know why I feel so guilty this time. Because I
- 15:17Speaker 5: have let go of things and friendships in the past
- 15:20Speaker 5: over the last 20 years. Why is it she goes, well,
- 15:23Speaker 5: first you're up leveling differently. You're getting, you know, you're
- 15:26Speaker 5: out there more. Your presence is out there. You're going
- 15:29Speaker 5: out with your business full time now. And she says
- 15:33Speaker 5: guilt is a programming. It's a programming.
- 15:37Speaker 3: I said, wow.
- 15:39Speaker 5: I really got that. And she was, do you feel
- 15:40Speaker 5: better now? I said, yeah, a little bit. So, yes,
- 15:47Speaker 5: you will feel anxiety. And we can't set boundaries until
- 15:51Speaker 5: we actually go underneath the emotion. That's what I found.
- 15:54Speaker 5: That's my work. The emotion, unless we know the emotion
- 15:59Speaker 5: and why we want that boundary, looking at the story,
- 16:02Speaker 5: the patterns we've been carrying on, stories we tell ourselves,
- 16:07Speaker 5: about why we can't have a boundary. Until we have
- 16:10Speaker 5: the root, we can't have that boundary and embody it
- 16:15Speaker 5: and stay with the boundaries. Like our boundaries will change
- 16:19Speaker 5: as we're ever flowing in life. But when you said anxiety, yes,
- 16:22Speaker 5: we will get anxiety. And another form, a deep form
- 16:28Speaker 5: of healing also I do is sitting with that emotion.
- 16:31Speaker 5: So instead of distracting, you know, if you like it, okay,
- 16:35Speaker 5: We may end up calling that person, sending them texts
- 16:37Speaker 5: to feel better. Hey, I'm sorry I haven't called you
- 16:39Speaker 5: or whatever. And even though we know you're busy and
- 16:42Speaker 5: you're not ready, or you're done with that friendship, for
- 16:47Speaker 5: whatever reason, not very bad people, but you find your
- 16:49Speaker 5: journey is done in that person. So yeah, you're going
- 16:53Speaker 5: to feel guilty about it, but just sit with it.
- 16:55Speaker 5: And once we sit with an emotion, of course, knowing
- 16:59Speaker 5: why we want to sit with it and journalizing it,
- 17:02Speaker 5: it softens. So your guilt... As you sit with that
- 17:05Speaker 5: anxiety you mentioned, it will soften. Just sit with it. Journalize.
- 17:10Speaker 5: Go for a walk, but do not fall into the
- 17:13Speaker 5: old pattern of texting that person or whatever it was
- 17:16Speaker 5: used to do when you did feel guilty the old way.
- 17:19Speaker 5: Now you want to change that guilt to not feel anxiety.
- 17:22Speaker 5: Just sit with it. Like I said, go for a walk. Journalize.
- 17:26Speaker 5: But don't distract yourself by getting that dopamine hit, which
- 17:29Speaker 5: you did from texting, or overextending yourself so you didn't
- 17:34Speaker 5: You couldn't feel that way.
- 17:37Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Overextending, that's one of my mean and nasty habits, overextending myself.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Don't do it.
- 17:45Speaker 5: We're all guilty of it.
- 17:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:46Speaker 1: What is it about guilt that makes us so, why
- 17:54Speaker 1: is it such a strong thing to snap?
- 18:03Speaker 5: So it's interesting. Guilt, you know, I remember when I
- 18:05Speaker 5: was on my journey, it's one of the most difficult emotions.
- 18:08Speaker 5: And guilt is also very negative to have. Because not
- 18:11Speaker 5: only does it keep you stuck, it keeps the other
- 18:13Speaker 5: person stuck. So on an energetic level, if you've got guilt,
- 18:21Speaker 5: it really keeps you stuck. Because you're always wondering, oh, why.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Do I feel this way?
- 18:25Speaker 5: Until you soften that guilt and learn ways to heal
- 18:30Speaker 5: it and feel it, And have that boundary around it.
- 18:34Speaker 5: It's going to keep you stuck from moving forward.
- 18:36Speaker 6: It is one.
- 18:37Speaker 5: It's a really powerful emotion. It really is.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Yeah. Very powerful.
- 18:42Speaker 5: But you can get on your side. As you keep
- 18:44Speaker 5: sitting with it. Or you do one thing. Or move
- 18:48Speaker 5: on to another step. The guilt softens. You know, you do.
- 18:53Speaker 5: As you keep changing those patterns. Or the way you
- 18:55Speaker 5: relate to people. Or do different things. The guilt softens.
- 18:59Speaker 5: It really does.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Hmm. I'm sure you have a number of steps to
- 19:05Speaker 1: help people as you guide them through softening that guilt, right?
- 19:11Speaker 5: 100%. So if a woman comes to me because I
- 19:12Speaker 5: offer a 45-minute discovery session or clarity call to see
- 19:16Speaker 5: if we're a good fit to work together. So what
- 19:18Speaker 5: I do is I ask them to, one of my
- 19:20Speaker 5: tools is write a story. If you end up working
- 19:23Speaker 5: with me, if you write a story. So they write
- 19:27Speaker 5: me a story or share with me what's been going on.
- 19:30Speaker 5: And in between those blind spots and through questions and
- 19:33Speaker 5: introspection work, I am able to see what is it
- 19:37Speaker 5: that they need support with. And once we start getting deep,
- 19:43Speaker 5: I don't give them the answers because then if I
- 19:45Speaker 5: gave them the answers, they wouldn't be able to embody it.
- 19:48Speaker 5: They have to get to their own. emotion, why they
- 19:51Speaker 5: feel it, the pattern and core programming underneath it, the
- 19:55Speaker 5: stories they're telling around it. Then we can get to
- 19:59Speaker 5: the boundary part. So for all my work, I have
- 20:03Speaker 5: a three, to some people it's going to sound simple
- 20:06Speaker 5: or difficult, is a three pillars. One is understanding your
- 20:11Speaker 5: own unprocessed emotions, and then understanding your core programming and patterns,
- 20:17Speaker 5: then being able to set effective, healthy, and loving boundaries.
- 20:21Speaker 5: So that's a three-step formula I use. As simple as
- 20:25Speaker 5: it may sound, I can do it myself. I can
- 20:27Speaker 5: chat cheaply to it. I don't think.
- 20:32Speaker 1: AI is going to replace you on that one.
- 20:35Speaker 5: I don't know because AI, Until you actually learn with
- 20:40Speaker 5: a guide or you can do it on your own.
- 20:41Speaker 5: I'm not saying, you know, it doesn't have to be
- 20:44Speaker 5: someone else that resonates with you. So with those three steps,
- 20:49Speaker 5: you start doing the introspection work. And then once you
- 20:52Speaker 5: start embodying it, that subconscious things that you've been carrying,
- 20:55Speaker 5: the subconscious programming and conditioning, it comes to the surface.
- 21:00Speaker 5: And we start deleting it. That's the work I did.
- 21:03Speaker 5: So it's like repeat, rinse, repeat, rinse. I will take
- 21:07Speaker 5: you back. Until you can actually understand those three ways,
- 21:13Speaker 5: looking at the unpressed motions, understanding your core programming and patterns,
- 21:19Speaker 5: and then setting effective and healthy and loving boundaries, you're
- 21:24Speaker 5: not going to be able to embody it. So as
- 21:26Speaker 5: we move through a layer, another layer will come up.
- 21:29Speaker 4: Right.
- 21:31Speaker 5: The body is very unique. So we have suppressed something.
- 21:36Speaker 5: We can also heal it. We can't change it. But
- 21:42Speaker 5: you have to be willing and wanting to. And then
- 21:44Speaker 5: you can embody a new way of being. So I
- 21:48Speaker 5: remember I used to distract. I used to do so
- 21:51Speaker 5: many things to not feel. I used to drink it away.
- 21:55Speaker 5: I was never a big drinker. But yeah, have that
- 21:57Speaker 5: glass of wine at night. Not to feel fully. I
- 21:59Speaker 5: was feeling something's coming out. I don't feel right. Let's
- 22:01Speaker 5: have a glass of wine. That's going to relax me.
- 22:04Speaker 5: Or go to podcasts. Or go to another retreat, another seminar,
- 22:08Speaker 5: read another book. But with my work is when I
- 22:12Speaker 5: started actually working with someone and embodying it, I think
- 22:16Speaker 5: 20 years, I had a lot of layers to peel back.
- 22:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Yeah. It's kind of funny how life is. It layers
- 22:27Speaker 1: one thing on top of the other. 100%.
- 22:29Speaker 5: And when it comes to resentment... Women are, they're feeling overwhelmed.
- 22:36Speaker 5: They're over, they're over functioning. They actually want to say no,
- 22:41Speaker 5: but they keep saying yes to everything. They're people pleasing. They,
- 22:46Speaker 5: they're functioning, over functioning at work. I was doing all this.
- 22:49Speaker 3: I know.
- 22:50Speaker 5: They don't know how to set a boundary. And they're
- 22:55Speaker 5: not autopilot. And then they're wondering why they can't, they're
- 23:00Speaker 5: not able to move forward with their dreams and goals.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, Okay, so... We're.
- 23:05Speaker 5: Doing it for everybody else but ourselves.
- 23:10Speaker 1: This isn't really an excuse or anything like that. And please,
- 23:18Speaker 1: those of you who are listening to this when I
- 23:21Speaker 1: say this, do not take it as an excuse because
- 23:25Speaker 1: you can actually work your way around it. Women find...
- 23:33Speaker 1: at almost every corner. And I say that because in
- 23:39Speaker 1: my own life, I have found oppression in every corner
- 23:43Speaker 1: because of who I am. And just being a woman,
- 23:49Speaker 1: you find that. But there are ways to overcome that, right?
- 23:57Speaker 1: And you have ways of doing that. 100%.
- 24:03Speaker 5: And I think programming is so deep. It's so embedded
- 24:07Speaker 5: as deep, like in men. I think it's so, and again,
- 24:10Speaker 5: not being judgmental, and it's just, I'm sharing. In men,
- 24:14Speaker 5: they're told to go for their dreams and goals. I'm
- 24:17Speaker 5: not saying women are, but we're also, we also have
- 24:20Speaker 5: a programming to be caregivers, to look after everything, look
- 24:24Speaker 5: after the children, go to school, make sure we're just
- 24:28Speaker 5: built that way. And not saying any of it is wrong.
- 24:32Speaker 5: We are nurturers. We want to keep that part of ourselves.
- 24:35Speaker 5: But then we also have this guilt come up that
- 24:39Speaker 5: has been programmed into us.
- 24:41Speaker 4: Right.
- 24:42Speaker 1: The nurturing part is a positive. It's the guilt that
- 24:47Speaker 1: our society builds around that, around, oh, well, why aren't you.
- 24:51Speaker 5: We're not allowed to be real. And I remember during
- 24:56Speaker 5: my journey... I would often question why I was doing
- 25:00Speaker 5: this work. And my mentor would say to me, I'm
- 25:03Speaker 5: helping you become the real you. Now, looking back, the
- 25:08Speaker 5: real me was hidden underneath all those symptoms of depression, anxiety,
- 25:13Speaker 5: having a chronic fatigue. I was functioning from my childhood programming,
- 25:18Speaker 5: not from who I really was. Of course, we're going
- 25:22Speaker 5: to have some programming. My programming was very deep from childhood.
- 25:27Speaker 5: You know, I probably carry ancestral and generational trauma as well. Okay,
- 25:34Speaker 5: like I said, our parents did what our best, did
- 25:37Speaker 5: the best we could. But we took on roles, we
- 25:40Speaker 5: took on so much that we shouldn't have.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, you mentioned the ancestral trauma. And it is
- 25:53Speaker 1: very real because our parents, Hang on. Our parents passed
- 26:00Speaker 1: that down. They remember that they were handed it and
- 26:06Speaker 1: then they passed it on. And then at some point,
- 26:10Speaker 1: a generation has to put it down. So how do
- 26:15Speaker 1: you help that person in that generation put down the
- 26:21Speaker 1: trauma and learn to walk away from it? Okay.
- 26:28Speaker 5: So that gets unraveled in when a woman comes to
- 26:33Speaker 5: me and we look at three pillars is unresolved emotion.
- 26:38Speaker 5: It's going to sound like a robot. Um, like when
- 26:43Speaker 5: I say repeat, rinse, repeat, rinse is again, it's going
- 26:46Speaker 5: to come down to the emotion and the core programming,
- 26:49Speaker 5: where did it come from? And you'll be, once you
- 26:52Speaker 5: connect your dogs to your own parents, you're going to see,
- 26:55Speaker 5: you're going to have so much compassion for your own
- 26:57Speaker 5: parents that Because they got that from their ancestors. It's really,
- 27:02Speaker 5: really deep, right? And then they just start connecting to us. Oh, yeah,
- 27:06Speaker 5: my grandmother was like this. Or, again, no excuse. My
- 27:10Speaker 5: grandmother was like, oh, I remember certain events, whatever we remember. Oh,
- 27:14Speaker 5: I remember that thing that was happening in my life.
- 27:17Speaker 5: Or there was a situation, or my father said this.
- 27:20Speaker 5: You're able to see their programming and the way they
- 27:24Speaker 5: dealt with their patterns in life. And that's how you
- 27:27Speaker 5: connect dots. And that helps you heal further. You have
- 27:30Speaker 5: compassion for your ancestors. But that's, I think that's the
- 27:34Speaker 5: way I was able to see. I mean, there are
- 27:37Speaker 5: other modalities out there. I mean, of course you can
- 27:39Speaker 5: read books or a pot because that's how I ended
- 27:41Speaker 5: up understanding. I went during my own healing journey. I
- 27:44Speaker 5: ended up looking, uh, because my mentor, the mentor, the
- 27:48Speaker 5: one mentor I worked with 18 years from 2006 to 2018, uh,
- 27:53Speaker 5: When she didn't know or couldn't support me on something,
- 27:55Speaker 5: I went outside and got the answers from another person.
- 28:00Speaker 5: So I worked with numerous... She was my main mentor,
- 28:03Speaker 5: but I worked with other guides in the process where
- 28:06Speaker 5: I got that information from.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Right.
- 28:10Speaker 1: I've heard on the ancestral trauma. I've... I heard of
- 28:21Speaker 1: it being passed down and this becomes important because I'm
- 28:24Speaker 1: an indigenous person and seven generations becomes important because you
- 28:30Speaker 1: always try to look ahead to how is the world
- 28:34Speaker 1: going to be seven generations away from you and it
- 28:39Speaker 1: turned out that this particular person had been passed she
- 28:47Speaker 1: was the one who put it put the trauma down
- 28:50Speaker 1: but she was at the 7th generation and finally it
- 28:55Speaker 1: finally healed the trauma for all 7 plus generations before
- 29:01Speaker 1: that because she only was able to trace back to
- 29:04Speaker 1: the 7th generation and suspected it went further.
- 29:13Speaker 5: So yeah that sounds very familiar when you share that
- 29:17Speaker 5: with me I myself, the work I did, again, 20 years,
- 29:20Speaker 5: you know, I had a lot of layers, but I
- 29:23Speaker 5: have broken the cycle not for myself. I've broken the
- 29:26Speaker 5: cycle for my boys, and again, their kids, whenever they
- 29:33Speaker 5: have them, and they're older now, and they're, I know, 30s,
- 29:37Speaker 5: but I've broken that cycle for them, and then my grandkids, right?
- 29:41Speaker 5: And of course, the woman that come to me, my
- 29:45Speaker 5: soul tribe, the woman I am mentoring, I'm going to
- 29:48Speaker 5: break it for them as well.
- 29:51Speaker 4: Right.
- 29:52Speaker 5: So yeah, I can see it goes so, it gets
- 29:55Speaker 5: passed on in ourselves, and it becomes... Really, really embedded.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Right.
- 30:05Speaker 1: So it's the idea of unembedding it.
- 30:09Speaker 5: Yeah, getting deep in there. We are nothing but emotions.
- 30:13Speaker 5: I look at my own healing. I really feel we're
- 30:16Speaker 5: nothing more than a bundle of emotions. Women are more
- 30:21Speaker 5: attuned to their emotions. I mean, a lot of men
- 30:23Speaker 5: are doing their work as well. I mean, a lot
- 30:25Speaker 5: of men are attuned to their emotions as well. We
- 30:27Speaker 5: can't say that they're not. but we are a bundle
- 30:30Speaker 5: of motions. This body carries a bundle of motions and
- 30:35Speaker 5: we have access to them all, all the time. But
- 30:38Speaker 5: it's something that wasn't taught in the last generations. You know,
- 30:41Speaker 5: we just carry, we followed the herd. It was like autopilot.
- 30:45Speaker 5: I just say, wind me up and we go right.
- 30:49Speaker 5: But now we're becoming a lot more aware of our emotions.
- 30:52Speaker 5: Where did they come from?
- 30:54Speaker 2: Right.
- 30:54Speaker 5: And, The new generation, the new kids that are being born,
- 30:58Speaker 5: they're a lot smarter. I see it. Because, I mean,
- 31:03Speaker 5: I see myself with my grandchildren, you know, I'm going
- 31:07Speaker 5: to teach them to stop. I'm going to teach them
- 31:09Speaker 5: whenever they fall, it's okay. Little kids fall all the time, right?
- 31:15Speaker 5: That's one metaphor we use, right?
- 31:16Speaker 3: It's okay.
- 31:17Speaker 5: You'll be okay. Just get up. Be strong. You know,
- 31:20Speaker 5: I think maybe as men, you can relate to that.
- 31:21Speaker 5: That's how you may have someone said that to you.
- 31:23Speaker 1: It's okay.
- 31:24Speaker 5: Be a strong man and and get over it. Right.
- 31:28Speaker 5: And now that I know all this work, I'm going
- 31:30Speaker 5: to be able to say, you know, Oh, I'm able to,
- 31:33Speaker 5: could I be, I'm not going to do it that way.
- 31:35Speaker 5: You know, I'll, you know, it'll be in a different format.
- 31:38Speaker 5: I'll be, I'll, you know, another thing I wasn't taught
- 31:42Speaker 5: was not being able to self soothe. That's huge. You know,
- 31:46Speaker 5: we're not taught to self soothing.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Yeah. If the idea was being taught, did you have
- 31:52Speaker 1: to look for soothing outside of yourself? Um, So how
- 31:56Speaker 1: do you teach, teach people yourself? How do you teach
- 32:00Speaker 1: people that there's so much strength inside of them that
- 32:05Speaker 1: they can tap into? How do you teach them to
- 32:07Speaker 1: look inside there?
- 32:10Speaker 5: Well, it's going to start from them actually sharing their
- 32:12Speaker 5: story with me, coming on that call with me, which
- 32:15Speaker 5: is 45 minutes. It's complimentary. Getting in that call with me,
- 32:19Speaker 5: sharing their story. And we start diving deep, looking at, I,
- 32:22Speaker 5: I'm a hiding to the path. Um, So I'm able
- 32:26Speaker 5: to look beyond. I'm usually 10 steps ahead. But anyways,
- 32:31Speaker 5: I can pull myself into where their story was, getting
- 32:35Speaker 5: to see the blind spots. And as they start one layer,
- 32:41Speaker 5: because you can't skip steps, because I tried that. That
- 32:44Speaker 5: happened in 2018. You can't skip steps. So as you
- 32:50Speaker 5: keep peeling the onion back, another layer is going to
- 32:54Speaker 5: come up. Another thing, so it's like when emotion comes,
- 32:57Speaker 5: another one would come up, okay? For instance, I can
- 33:01Speaker 5: share something with you is I never knew that I
- 33:03Speaker 5: had anxious attachment, okay? And that came up in a
- 33:08Speaker 5: friendship relationship and I was able to heal it and
- 33:11Speaker 5: that took two years to heal, okay? So going back
- 33:15Speaker 5: to your question, as I got deeper in healing myself,
- 33:21Speaker 5: that spiritual part of me naturally because i think we're
- 33:26Speaker 5: all spiritual beings we've lost ourselves through childhood programming through
- 33:32Speaker 5: our whatever we were taught as child rooted in childhood
- 33:35Speaker 5: traumas we took what our parents knew we were born
- 33:39Speaker 5: fresh out of the womb we were we were spiritual
- 33:43Speaker 5: beings so going back to my work is as women
- 33:46Speaker 5: release resentment the emotions the anger they have around situation
- 33:51Speaker 5: their marriages whatever was happening in their life they release
- 33:54Speaker 5: those that resentment part of it, then naturally as that
- 33:58Speaker 5: gets processed, then once they release all that stuff, the emotions,
- 34:04Speaker 5: the programming and set boundaries in those areas, the spiritual
- 34:07Speaker 5: part naturally emerges. That was my experience. I never thought
- 34:11Speaker 5: that this would be me today. I just want to heal.
- 34:14Speaker 5: I went there for healing. I become symptom free.
- 34:17Speaker 1: You're right.
- 34:19Speaker 5: So, I have a little crazy side to me. When
- 34:23Speaker 5: I start doing work, I can't stop. I get very interested.
- 34:26Speaker 5: And I think psychology was always very interesting to me.
- 34:30Speaker 5: And they say whatever you take on to your subconscious
- 34:35Speaker 5: and you end up somewhere, it'll come to the conscious.
- 34:38Speaker 5: I see so many things unraveling in my life today
- 34:41Speaker 5: that I had been thinking of doing and they're coming forward.
- 34:45Speaker 5: So yeah, the spiritual part, I think everybody has it.
- 34:48Speaker 6: It got.
- 34:49Speaker 5: deeply embedded underneath the programming and the patterns.
- 34:52Speaker 6: We took on.
- 34:54Speaker 5: We got lost. That's all it is. It's open to
- 34:58Speaker 5: every one of us.
- 35:00Speaker 1: In other words, you're the guide that helps people find
- 35:03Speaker 1: themselves back to their path.
- 35:06Speaker 5: I think as a resentment coach is supporting women with
- 35:10Speaker 5: that overwhelm, why they're feeling the overwhelm, that chronic fatigue
- 35:13Speaker 5: woman come to me and unraveling that first, helping them
- 35:17Speaker 5: feel my main work I do is helping women become
- 35:22Speaker 5: resentment free and live life on their terms. Okay. So again,
- 35:26Speaker 5: I help them feel their emotions, their unprocessed emotions, feel them,
- 35:30Speaker 5: and then get deeper into the programming conditioning and then
- 35:33Speaker 5: help them set effective healthy boundaries so they can start
- 35:35Speaker 5: living life on their terms. If they want to go
- 35:38Speaker 5: further with that, if they feel that's all they want,
- 35:41Speaker 5: you know, because every woman will come to me at
- 35:43Speaker 5: a different part of why they want to work with me.
- 35:46Speaker 5: They resonate with my work.
- 35:48Speaker 6: Okay.
- 35:49Speaker 5: Um, we can just heal that. If they feel they
- 35:51Speaker 5: want to work further with me, because once you're on
- 35:53Speaker 5: this journey, I was told this, you don't want to
- 35:56Speaker 5: stop because everything starts working out just beautifully. Like you
- 36:00Speaker 5: start moving forward to your, not only do you feel
- 36:05Speaker 5: that sense of peace with yourself and your life starts
- 36:09Speaker 5: working out the way you want it to work. You
- 36:12Speaker 5: set boundaries with people. You have a better, you end
- 36:15Speaker 5: up getting a new job or you, your life, starts shifting.
- 36:21Speaker 5: So if someone wants to work with me deeper than that, sure,
- 36:24Speaker 5: I would love to. But my main, I'm a resentment coach,
- 36:28Speaker 5: supporting woman, help them become resentment free so they can
- 36:32Speaker 5: start living life on their terms. If they want to
- 36:34Speaker 5: work further, I'm glad to do it.
- 36:36Speaker 1: Yeah. So the end result, what does that look like
- 36:45Speaker 1: for a lot of women? In result, they finally have
- 36:52Speaker 1: done enough work that they're living on their own terms
- 36:55Speaker 1: and everything. What could that look like?
- 36:58Speaker 5: So for me, I'm connecting the dots for myself, and
- 37:02Speaker 5: I see every woman is, I was very overwhelmed, chronically fatigued, giving, giving, giving, doing, doing, doing.
- 37:10Speaker 5: And I didn't know how to look at myself, what
- 37:13Speaker 5: I wanted, what did Nina want? So the work I
- 37:16Speaker 5: did was, my healing journey was, was looking at who
- 37:19Speaker 5: Nina was. And a lot of us in that last generation, it's,
- 37:25Speaker 5: you know, a lot of women weren't taught that. And
- 37:28Speaker 5: then they end up being resentful and angry. And, um,
- 37:34Speaker 5: and that anger turns into, it starts living in our
- 37:40Speaker 5: body and we become that way because angry affects our children.
- 37:44Speaker 5: So at the end, once you start working on the
- 37:47Speaker 5: processing emotions and healing it, looking at where it came from,
- 37:50Speaker 5: having boundaries, your body automatically starts relaxing, feeling more peaceful. Yeah,
- 37:59Speaker 5: the end result where I am today and is feeling
- 38:02Speaker 5: a lot more peaceful and able to deal with whatever
- 38:05Speaker 5: comes in life because I have done that work and
- 38:10Speaker 5: that's how I want to empower women to get understand
- 38:14Speaker 5: their emotions, why they're feeling them, unravel them, peel back
- 38:18Speaker 5: to the layers. And then they can also start embodying
- 38:23Speaker 5: them on a daily basis. And life can be peaceful.
- 38:25Speaker 5: And when you get to that sort of peace, that peace,
- 38:30Speaker 5: it shows up in other areas of life. Your friendship,
- 38:33Speaker 5: your relationship with your partner, your children, everywhere. The people
- 38:40Speaker 5: you relate with outside. Everything just starts... Being so much peace.
- 38:49Speaker 5: Your life is just better. You have a sense of peace.
- 38:53Speaker 5: And you embody it. It's a daily. It just becomes.
- 38:58Speaker 5: Once you program your subconscious. Make it conscious. And then
- 39:03Speaker 5: have a new programming. That's more conscious. You're just a
- 39:08Speaker 5: different person.
- 39:10Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 39:10Speaker 5: It becomes a new way of life for you.
- 39:13Speaker 4: So.
- 39:14Speaker 5: You're still that person, Michael or Mina. You still have
- 39:19Speaker 5: that body, but you have a new way of thinking.
- 39:23Speaker 5: More empowered, more compassionate, more loving.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Sounds weird.
- 39:30Speaker 4: Right?
- 39:30Speaker 1: You're not blaming. You're not blaming. Okay. We haven't touched
- 39:38Speaker 1: that word blame because that's another really... Because instead of
- 39:48Speaker 1: when you blame someone, that you give them all the power.
- 39:55Speaker 4: Yes.
- 39:58Speaker 1: I don't know how better to say that. I don't
- 40:00Speaker 1: know how better to describe it. You could probably do
- 40:02Speaker 1: better than me.
- 40:03Speaker 5: Blame is interesting. That touched me something. So blame comes
- 40:07Speaker 5: when we're in that situation. So blame is also... For me,
- 40:14Speaker 5: the way I look at blame is we have stories.
- 40:16Speaker 5: So whatever happened in that situation where your power was
- 40:20Speaker 5: taken away or whatever you want things to turn out,
- 40:23Speaker 5: it didn't happen. Okay? So you end up blaming that person.
- 40:29Speaker 5: You know, I want things to be that way. They
- 40:31Speaker 5: didn't listen to me. You weren't listening to me or
- 40:34Speaker 5: you didn't have a boundary. If someone doesn't know what
- 40:37Speaker 5: you want, then... How could you get what you really
- 40:42Speaker 5: want or work towards that middle? Then when we don't
- 40:46Speaker 5: get what we want and then we start feeling angry
- 40:48Speaker 5: about it or have whatever emotion comes up, anger is
- 40:52Speaker 5: a heavy emotion there when you're blaming, then you're making
- 41:00Speaker 5: stories about the situation instead of healing it. So my
- 41:03Speaker 5: work actually gets to the core. motions, core programming, story.
- 41:08Speaker 5: We end up telling stories that we get so caught
- 41:10Speaker 5: up in story. Another advanced technique I use with my
- 41:13Speaker 5: clients is storytelling. And I just learned this recently over
- 41:17Speaker 5: the last two years. It's the stories we tell in
- 41:19Speaker 5: our mind about what they did to us. But had
- 41:23Speaker 5: we had those tools, had we learned how to feel
- 41:25Speaker 5: our emotions, understand where they all came from, deeply knowing
- 41:31Speaker 5: ourselves and knowing how to love ourselves, what Michael or
- 41:34Speaker 5: Nina needs or whatever, that blame wouldn't happen. So it's
- 41:39Speaker 5: really us knowing us. Right. And it wasn't something that
- 41:44Speaker 5: was taught to us. So I was talking about the
- 41:46Speaker 5: advanced level. It's getting clients out of storytelling. It's an
- 41:50Speaker 5: advanced technique. It takes time. It's taken me, I would say,
- 41:55Speaker 5: close to the 20 mark learning time. Not to get
- 41:59Speaker 5: caught up in the story.
- 42:00Speaker 6: I love it.
- 42:01Speaker 5: Because that piece that Eckhart Tolle talks about, in between
- 42:04Speaker 5: your thought, is when we start. So every time I
- 42:09Speaker 5: get in storytelling, or in my mind, oh, nope. No storytelling.
- 42:15Speaker 5: And that storytelling frees you up in so many ways.
- 42:19Speaker 5: In your patterns, the way you relate to people. You're
- 42:22Speaker 5: not going to blame them. It really is powerful.
- 42:26Speaker 4: Wow.
- 42:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 42:30Speaker 1: A lot inside of the stories that we tell ourselves.
- 42:35Speaker 5: 100%. I was the queen of storytelling. And, you know,
- 42:39Speaker 5: another thing, when we tell ourselves stories, what it does
- 42:42Speaker 5: to our body, it physically and mentally exhausts us. I'm
- 42:48Speaker 5: not kidding. You know, now looking back or, you know,
- 42:52Speaker 5: working with women, the stories they're telling themselves. My husband
- 42:56Speaker 5: doing this. Well, did you share with your husband how
- 42:59Speaker 5: you're feeling? But if you don't know how to feel,
- 43:01Speaker 5: how are you going to share with the other person
- 43:03Speaker 5: how you're feeling? Or even have boundaries around it?
- 43:06Speaker 1: There's a good point. Yeah, you don't know how to feel.
- 43:09Speaker 1: You don't know how to feel.
- 43:11Speaker 5: How are you going to tell your partner or your
- 43:13Speaker 5: co-worker or whoever it is what you're feeling? And if
- 43:17Speaker 5: you're not feeling and sharing, you can't have a boundary.
- 43:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:20Speaker 5: And then your storytelling and that storytelling is exhausting you
- 43:23Speaker 5: mentally and physically. And then we're back on the same
- 43:28Speaker 5: rollercoaster again.
- 43:29Speaker 2: Right.
- 43:30Speaker 1: There's something else. And it leads back to the story.
- 43:36Speaker 1: That a lot of people, they're in a relationship and
- 43:41Speaker 1: they want their partner to do... Let's just say something
- 43:47Speaker 1: stupid like go buy the ice cream, right? Instead of
- 43:50Speaker 1: outright saying that they want ice cream and would you
- 43:53Speaker 1: please go buy ice cream for me, they... Say, oh,
- 43:59Speaker 1: look at that. That person over there has ice cream.
- 44:02Speaker 1: They start gaming at, oh, well, I dropped hints. It's like, no,
- 44:11Speaker 1: don't drop hints. Just say what you want.
- 44:14Speaker 5: Right. And so what I'm also hearing is that person
- 44:16Speaker 5: may not know how to communicate their needs.
- 44:19Speaker 3: Right.
- 44:19Speaker 5: They don't know how to communicate their needs. And I
- 44:21Speaker 5: think that's... you know, shed more light on that is
- 44:24Speaker 5: when you don't want to communicate your needs, that goes
- 44:26Speaker 5: back to emotions as well. You don't, you're not, if
- 44:29Speaker 5: you don't want that motion, you could be, you know,
- 44:32Speaker 5: I don't know how to frame that different. Had I,
- 44:34Speaker 5: now I know how to communicate my needs way better. Oh,
- 44:36Speaker 5: I would love some ice cream. Let's go for ice cream,
- 44:40Speaker 5: you know, or can you please grab that motion? Ice
- 44:44Speaker 5: cream instead of dancing around it.
- 44:46Speaker 3: Right.
- 44:46Speaker 5: Cause I thought maybe dance, we do dance. There's so
- 44:49Speaker 5: many things we do in order to avoid. We, actually
- 44:53Speaker 5: communicating what our needs are and feeling them is we
- 44:56Speaker 5: do a dance. I did a dance my entire life.
- 44:59Speaker 1: Right. It happens so much in our society, and it's
- 45:04Speaker 1: one of those programs that you have to dance around
- 45:07Speaker 1: what your needs are. You can't state your needs or
- 45:09Speaker 1: else you're being greedy or you're being selfish or you're
- 45:13Speaker 1: being less than a good person if you state your needs.
- 45:17Speaker 1: And I think we all do it.
- 45:19Speaker 5: Men or women. I think women do more because we're
- 45:23Speaker 5: more emotional. But we dance around things.
- 45:27Speaker 3: I know I did it. I have two boys.
- 45:28Speaker 5: My boys have been the biggest teachers in me. I
- 45:32Speaker 5: didn't learn this until I was doing my healing. But
- 45:34Speaker 5: it was like, even today.
- 45:35Speaker 3: It's like one ear out the other.
- 45:37Speaker 5: Man, I truly believe. Men are mirrors to a woman's
- 45:42Speaker 5: unhealed wounds and consciousness. So I see my boys all
- 45:45Speaker 5: the time. One ear out the other. It's not they
- 45:47Speaker 5: don't love me. It's just the way they are. They
- 45:50Speaker 5: don't like drama. You know, I've become that way. I
- 45:53Speaker 5: don't like drama. I don't have time for it.
- 45:55Speaker 4: Right.
- 45:55Speaker 5: But it's, we've been taught, right, that until we dance
- 45:59Speaker 5: and do a drama, no one's going to listen to us.
- 46:03Speaker 5: But if we start.
- 46:03Speaker 3: Learning to.
- 46:08Speaker 5: Listen to ourselves, our emotions and healing, we can actually
- 46:12Speaker 5: heal our stuff and not have to you know, dance
- 46:20Speaker 5: or blame or whatever is it we do in order
- 46:23Speaker 5: to get what we want.
- 46:24Speaker 3: It's your feeling.
- 46:26Speaker 5: Right. Feeling is healing, but most of us don't want
- 46:28Speaker 5: it or they haven't been taught or it's painful or
- 46:31Speaker 5: we have set boundaries with people. That's another hard part.
- 46:34Speaker 5: You know, you were talking about your anxiety that you're feeling,
- 46:36Speaker 5: you're feeling guilty on setting a boundary. So many shifts
- 46:39Speaker 5: are going to happen. And when people just touch it,
- 46:43Speaker 5: I've been there myself. When people just touch it, they're like, no,
- 46:46Speaker 5: I think I'll stay where I am. The, Being comfortable
- 46:50Speaker 5: keeps them in that life situation.
- 46:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 46:52Speaker 5: So they never feel. They still go on and on
- 46:54Speaker 5: about it. Because like I said, this is available to
- 46:57Speaker 5: every one of us, right? To change and heal our
- 47:02Speaker 5: life and get over the overwhelm and meet what we
- 47:08Speaker 5: want to do in life, our goals and dreams. Stop overfunctioning.
- 47:12Speaker 5: Have better boundaries with our partner or with our friends
- 47:16Speaker 5: or coworkers or whatever it may be you're struggling with.
- 47:19Speaker 6: Yeah so yeah until we have the root of the
- 47:22Speaker 6: feeling and healing it we're gonna keep doing these dances
- 47:26Speaker 6: we're gonna blame he said this she said we're gonna.
- 47:29Speaker 1: Storytell right so okay last question to wrap things up
- 47:35Speaker 1: because we're starting to run out of time and it
- 47:39Speaker 1: always happens this way we we you get caught up
- 47:41Speaker 1: in in a really cool conversation right um So we
- 47:46Speaker 1: stop the blame, we stop the guilt, and we're living
- 47:50Speaker 1: life on our own terms. It's like, what is the
- 47:56Speaker 1: beautiful that we're going to see through all that? In
- 47:59Speaker 1: Nina's terms.
- 48:02Speaker 5: There was a little.
- 48:04Speaker 1: Oh, sorry. What is the beautiful thing that we're going
- 48:09Speaker 1: to start to see in our lives after we've healed
- 48:12Speaker 1: all of this? Hmm.
- 48:17Speaker 5: You have better, first of all, you have peace in
- 48:20Speaker 5: your life. You're no longer feeling tired, you know. You're
- 48:25Speaker 5: going to get to know yourself so well, you know.
- 48:30Speaker 5: Even a little thing is off, you'll say, oh, what
- 48:32Speaker 5: did I do today? Who did I talk to? What
- 48:34Speaker 5: did I eat? That's how I am, right? I've gotten
- 48:36Speaker 5: done the deep so well. So not only are you
- 48:41Speaker 5: going to feel better yourself, your relationships are going to look.
- 48:45Speaker 5: look better you're going to attract different things in life
- 48:49Speaker 5: you're going to heal your your life so basically living
- 48:55Speaker 5: on your own terms if you get to be what's
- 48:59Speaker 5: the word i'm looking for you get to be the
- 49:03Speaker 5: dictator of your life you get to be you lead
- 49:07Speaker 5: your life in the most empowering way you're not looking
- 49:11Speaker 5: outside for the answers anymore you're looking for the answers
- 49:14Speaker 5: inside because you've got all this knowledge and it's not
- 49:18Speaker 5: even knowledge I would say it's it's a new way
- 49:20Speaker 5: of embodiment that should have been taught to you in child.
- 49:24Speaker 5: But again, it got patched up with programming, conditioning and
- 49:30Speaker 5: trauma from our, from my ancestors, our parents, you know,
- 49:33Speaker 5: you know, we spoke about. So once you become, do
- 49:36Speaker 5: this work, you become who you really meant to be. Like,
- 49:39Speaker 5: The real me, like my mentor said. I become the
- 49:43Speaker 5: real me. It's very empowering. Awesome. Okay.
- 49:48Speaker 1: Best ways to find and work with you?

- 50:48Speaker 1: coming on the show.
- 50:49Speaker 5: Thank you, Michael. It was long overdue because we've known
- 50:54Speaker 5: each other for years.
- 50:55Speaker 1: And here we are today.
- 50:57Speaker 5: Thank you. All right.
- 51:00Speaker 1: Thank you so much, everybody. And we'll talk to you
- 51:02Speaker 1: next time.
- 51:04Speaker 2: Help us to go on And I looked up at
- 51:10Speaker 2: that shooting star And then I wondered.
- 51:18Speaker 5: Who you.
- 51:20Speaker 2: Are I don't know your name.
- 51:33Speaker 4: So I wish upon that shooting star, wondering if you
- 51:39Speaker 4: feel the same.
- 51:43Speaker 3: Is it destiny? Or is it meant to be?
- 51:56Speaker 2: Take me like a little child in your arms, and.
- 52:05Speaker 3: We can drift.
- 52:08Speaker 2: Away to another world. You can't yet see And the
- 52:41Speaker 2: magic of two people's love is a dream About my
- 53:00Speaker 2: shooting star But now I know just who.
