- 0:21Speaker 2: Good morning? Mark all as well?
- 0:23Speaker 1: That's good.
- 0:24Speaker 2: I yes, it is. There's two great parts of this
- 0:29Speaker 2: Dan Goldman coffee shop story. One, it's great when liberals
- 0:32Speaker 2: get bitten in the rear end by their own side.
- 0:34Speaker 2: I'll like Goldman.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 0:36Speaker 2: The other is that it illustrates the self righteousness of
- 0:39Speaker 2: these liberals. The coffee shop is fighting racism, Islamophobia, homophobia
- 0:44Speaker 2: by selling coffee. This like it's such a great disconnect.
- 0:50Speaker 1: It is, I mean, it would be funny. But the ugly,
- 0:53Speaker 1: disgusting anti semitism in that coffee shop. I don't know
- 0:57Speaker 1: why that. I mean, well we know why we got
- 0:59Speaker 1: these crazy left wing people mayor and the Attorney general.
- 1:02Speaker 1: That coffee shop should be shut down by noon today,
- 1:05Speaker 1: just close immediately.
- 1:06Speaker 2: And it's ironically that's in Williamsburg, which is, like, you know,
- 1:10Speaker 2: the quintessential Jewish neighborhood.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Yeah, not so much anymore. The demographic at.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Least it was. I guess it isn't anymore. It's all
- 1:16Speaker 2: hipsters now, I guess.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Yeah, demographics is changing. All right, Mike, thanks for calling.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Yeah that Hopefully a Trump administration comes in and just
- 1:23Speaker 1: arrest those people. HARMI Dylon Department of Justice is on
- 1:27Speaker 1: the case as we speak. Let's go to Paul roslind Heights. Paul,
- 1:31Speaker 1: how you doing.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Big, good morning, Marta, are you good?
- 1:36Speaker 4: Good?
- 1:37Speaker 3: So with the Iran deal? I love Trump, I think
- 1:40Speaker 3: he's yeah, I don't like the Iran deal. No, I
- 1:45Speaker 3: think I want to know what you think about it.
- 1:48Speaker 3: He's placating them, but after the midterm election he's gonna rip.
- 1:53Speaker 1: The best advice I can give you, don't even think
- 1:54Speaker 1: about it. Don't even worry about it. He knows what
- 1:57Speaker 1: he's doing. This is like a ninety seven different chess moves.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Don't even this is like the round four of a
- 2:03Speaker 1: fifteen round fur don't even worry about Let him figure
- 2:05Speaker 1: it out. He'll figure it.
- 2:06Speaker 3: I'm putting my money on Trump though.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, thanks for calling. Don't even think about
- 2:11Speaker 1: the Iran deeal. This is a little temporary thing. It's
- 2:13Speaker 1: one step in a million steps. He's got this all
- 2:16Speaker 1: mapped out in his head. Let him handle it. That's
- 2:18Speaker 1: what you're paying him for. Let's go to Frank and
- 2:21Speaker 1: Staten Island. Frank, how you doing?
- 2:24Speaker 4: Good morning?
- 2:24Speaker 5: Mark?
- 2:25Speaker 4: Yes, Frank, I'm a pro pro pro Trump fan.
- 2:28Speaker 5: You could do no wrong.
- 2:29Speaker 4: What affessed me? We're giving a baldly reconstruction. What's that
- 2:34Speaker 4: going to affect off prices?
- 2:36Speaker 5: Yere?
- 2:37Speaker 4: Back in the seventies we gave reed to Russia and
- 2:40Speaker 4: bread winz sky High. We pay for guests. Now we're
- 2:43Speaker 4: gonna pay for food.
- 2:44Speaker 1: No, I think you're conflating about eight different things. You
- 2:47Speaker 1: don't have to worry about it. It'll it'll be fine.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Everything will be fine. Let's go to Mike in New Jersey. Mike,
- 2:53Speaker 1: how you're doing? Hey?
- 2:55Speaker 2: Mark A sign note. Clyde Davis was also responsible for
- 2:59Speaker 2: the success of Grateful Dead.
- 3:01Speaker 1: No, I didn't know that really.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Yes, absolutely, So you're not a deadhead.
- 3:07Speaker 1: So I look like a dead head now, I mean
- 3:09Speaker 1: I could live. I live without the Grateful But it's
- 3:12Speaker 1: an amazing ear that he had. He could, you know,
- 3:16Speaker 1: certain guys, could just you know, know certain things. He
- 3:18Speaker 1: knew every type of music from hip hop rap to
- 3:21Speaker 1: the Grateful Dead. You couldn't be uh more arranged than
- 3:24Speaker 1: Clive Davis had. Yeah, amazing, amazing. Ear let's go to
- 3:30Speaker 1: uh Jerry and Grantwich. Jerry, how you doing.
- 3:33Speaker 5: I'm doing well? Thank you, Mark? Uh Mark. I wonder
- 3:38Speaker 5: why Fox News gives so much airtime to this guy
- 3:44Speaker 5: from Texas, to this guy from Maine. You know, even
- 3:48Speaker 5: Godfelt puts his picture. They gave us so much time.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Well, people like hearing about it. They like making fun
- 3:55Speaker 1: of the guy. They like laughing at the guy. They
- 3:57Speaker 1: like attacking the guy.
- 3:58Speaker 5: But they know. But they don't any anybody else in
- 4:01Speaker 5: the opposition. They don't they don't show who the runs
- 4:04Speaker 5: against them. I mean the you know, I object to that.
- 4:11Speaker 5: I don't like to see them.
- 4:13Speaker 1: You know, but it is a business. You got to
- 4:16Speaker 1: you gotta do what people want. It is a business.
- 4:18Speaker 1: You got to serve the customers.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Well, anyway, I don't think it's fair. I don't think
- 4:23Speaker 5: it's nice.
- 4:24Speaker 1: You can't win. They attack Platin, they're like crazy, he's
- 4:30Speaker 1: mad about it. Well, don't worry. They know what they're
- 4:33Speaker 1: doing over there at Fox. He's TV thatway. And one
- 4:35Speaker 1: reason Fox is number one is they know what they're doing.
- 4:39Speaker 1: You know, people don't realize nowadays when you talk about ratings,
- 4:42Speaker 1: they have like minute by minute, second by second ratings.
- 4:46Speaker 1: They can see exactly where people tune out. You know,
- 4:50Speaker 1: like when you're streaming, we can not only tell exactly
- 4:53Speaker 1: who's listening. We can tell if you turn the volume
- 4:56Speaker 1: up or down. It's very scientific. So if something's not
- 5:00Speaker 1: work and a story is not good, word goes out immediately,
- 5:03Speaker 1: stop covering this. If people love a certain story, cover
- 5:06Speaker 1: it more. Every good network does that kind of stuff. Hey,
- 5:09Speaker 1: when we come back, Roger Friedman, the Great Entertainment Reporter,
- 5:13Speaker 1: we'll talk some more about Clive Davis and other matters.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Coming up on seven to ten wor
